Excellent Customer service. Hello, I redeemed some of my Adidas points for a 20% off voucher and when I went to check out on my order I could not find my voucher anywhere in the app so I called an Adidas store and the representative tried to walk me through, finding my voucher with no avail, who then directed me to call the customer service number I called the customer service number and she could not find the voucher either. However, she did see that I had redeemed some points for a 20% off voucher she advised me that she could not do a 20% off voucher but she would email me one for 30% off my order. I thought to myself Wow, I’m glad I called customer service to get help because I came out even better by calling them! Thanks Adidas for your great customer service representatives and for recognizing my problem solving my issue. I just placed my order with my 30% off voucher and I am a very happy customer and will recommend Adidas stores and their customer service if they are having any issues with the Adidas app.
Hopefully what you order will ship!. Two of my last three orders have not shipped. The first, I didn’t look into too much and just assumed it was out of stock, and got refunded. When it happened again, I went back and looked and found the item still in stock on the app. Additionally, the two items from the other unshipped order were also in stock on the site. The chat function on the app feels like an ai-bot, and would only offer the option to be refunded, and refused to ship the items I had ordered that were still showing as being in stock on the app. Either the app doesn’t accurately show what is in stock or Adidas is simply choosing not to ship items that have been ordered. I can’t trust anything I see on the app at this point, so I will not order anything else from it.
Error messages and Wishlist. I love adidas, it makes up half my wardrobe, but I need fixes to be made. I’m hoping deleting and re downloading the app has solved the constant “error” messages I was getting that would then freeze the app and require me to restart it, but now I’ve lost my wishlist. I need my wishlist to be attached to my account and not the app. If I log onto another device it doesn’t follow and now, after logging back into the app on my phone (after deleting as stated above), I've lost my wishlist, too. That’s my biggest issue provided the error message is solved. I also wish the wishlists had a feature that could hide the sold out items, so that when I decide to buy something (I just got a couple e gift cards), I am not wasting my time scrolling through items that are sold out (which seems to be a majority of my 99+ wishlist...where is all the stock?).
Too barebones. The app looks great. The ui design is really nice, but it’s buggy. Especially when filtering and searching for specific items. On top of that it feels a little barebones. I can’t edit parts of my profile without going to the website, nor can I view tracking info. The only thing showing on the app is my order cost, ship address, and payment. Basically a receipt. I can’t check my tracking info from here, and if there is a way it isn’t very obvious. I have to go to the website just to do all that. Even if the app opened a link in safari or something to the store that would work and not even that works. The app is convenient, but it doesn’t have all the necessary features needed to replace the web storefront. Also, the chat function in help never worked for me. Always said it was busy.
Overall great experience. Overall amazing. I hate shopping online because I’m so picky with how things fit, but the website is super informative, easy to use and helpful. The shipping is a lot faster than I was expecting. I got a pair of slides that were too big and all I had to do was put it in the same box and ship it back for free and select my size online. No shipping any direction for the order or exchange it’s great. The member program is awesome too, it’s easy to rack up points quickly. Best, smoothest and most enjoyable experience shopping online in a long long time. Quality of product, price/discount/sale, ease of use and just overall freshness are top tier. Will definitely be back soon 😁 I recommend ordering through adidas directly. 🤙🏼
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. This company store policies are designed for the company not the customer. If you have an issue with a product you will lose money. If you do a warranty claim, they do not cover the tax if they find your product is eligible for a refund you will receive it in the form of a gift card minus the tax portion, you will not get a full refund to your account. the customer service is so bad it’s like talking to a robot they just go through the motions and don’t actually listen to what the customer has to say. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times and they just ignore me and keep going on with their process. I’ve been trying to get my refund for three months now, and still only receive a partial refund in the form of a gift card, which I don’t even want the gift cards anymore because my experience has been so bad that I don’t want to shop online at Adidas ever again or even with the company at all because of how poorly I’ve been treated, I can tell you one thing for sure. I will never try to do an exchange or return online with adidas ever again.
Update products. Love it how it update the items when shopping. Easy to assess while shopping. Best part that the items sold out quick and I able to see the blocking. Love love. Have not receive my items yet. But will come back to let you know the wrapping and the items of design. Excite to see the products for my nieces and nephew. One of the birthday gifts arrive later but, my niece ok with it. Just hope the items was in the store where I can pick it up. But, it’s ok, we all happy. Honestly. I love adidas, I love the brand the products everything but wow is it hard to order something online. I had to re order two pairs of shoes THREE different times because my order kept getting cancelled by the company. The issue apparently was that my billing and shipping address was different but I was doing that to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, by having the shoes shipped to his house. In order to finally complete the order I had to tell him about the surprise so that I could send him money to his bank account so that we could use his card therefore solving the shipping/billing address difference. Such a headache, other than that I totally love adidas
Missing merchandise. Bought some shirts and track pants from adidas. Never received it, I contact them and they tell me it’s FedEx’s fault. I contact FedEx and they say adidas has to file a claim. Contact adidas and they say I have to file a claim. I file the claim, FedEx needs serial numbers off of all the merchandise, a photocopy of the FedEx ground pickup record, and for me to fax it to them. How would I have access to any of this? Seems like I’m the customer chasing things down and neither of these companies is willing to do anything at all. Finally adidas admits to me they are supposed to file the claim (thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life on the phone). Seems like they were lying. Now for FedEx to deny the claim all the FedEx has to do is say they delivered it to the right address which of course they do since my address is right on the screen in front of them. So I get screwed in the process and god knows where my package is. Adidas has great products but I will never order off this app again. Customer service gave me the run around for hours, and here I am with no merchandise and out $143. If your gonna buy Adidas buy it off of a different website because you may never receive your product off of this one.
Customer service HORRIBLE!. I would like to express the disappointment I have with your customer service department and your social media marketing team. For the following reason: Your website flagged me as fraud, and no one in your group could explain to me why I was flagged as a potentially high-risk purchase. After doing my research, I believe your site flagged me as a fraud because I use a forwarding email instead of my Gmail. The biggest reason I did that is that I don't want my email to be blown with marketing letters and promotions. My credit card information matches my billing and shipping information so, I am super upset that no one on your team could explain that! You all realize I left NIKE TO SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS! 🤯 I’ll give you a second chance, allocate some your resources in creating an excellent customer service department and social media management team.
Random thoughts. I Love Adidas. Have since I was a kid. I don’t really have many complaints, if any. You’d might say I’m completely bias. You might be right. I always buy NMD’s. I love every pair. Even if it takes six weeks to receive a new pair, in the meantime, I’ll still be rocking any of my older pairs with confidence. They wash and dry so well that they almost always come out looking new. They’re so durable. I’ve had one pair for almost 3 years, took them through all types of construction work, and at the end of it all, I was left with a hole in the top of one from getting caught by a fence I was jumping... lol.
Utter IT incompetence. Hard to believe a massive retailer like adidas can have such flawed payment systems. Wasted so much time trying to buy online. Was unable to process payments from two different cc. (I called cc company and they said problem not on their end). When I called a spoke to adidas agent she said it was problem on adidas end. Said That the web site is unreliable and she has same problem. She suggested using the adidas app. So I download the app. It also won’t process payment. I call again. Agent tells me that I should use website instead. Also the pricing of a shoe shows one price in the shopping area but when you put it in the bag price jumps up from $60 to $40. I noted to agent and she said the pricing on the app is unreliable. That website has latest info. Of course it does exact same thing on website. Not sure why they accept this. It has to be costing them money. The second adidas agent agreed to process over phone. Didn’t work. She asuggested PayPal. So back to the app and used PayPal. That finally worked. Wasted 2 hours.
Love adidas, hoping they don’t get too woke. Always been loyal to adidas, great products and always supported wholesome sports. Very worried about corporations pandering and virtue signaling by incompetent executives who care more about pretentious and obviously fake and hypocritical to the detriment of their loyal base. But we see many companies ruining very had earned loyalty chasing the most flaky and fake gen Z market so they can pretend to be progressive. If they go down the same woke hypocrisy as other wokey companies I will stop $2-4,000 yearly I spend on adidas alone. We have to speak with our wallets. Don’t support Marxist fascism disguised as diversity and equity which should be a crime itself as they only push more racism and hate toward anyone not obeying their far left ideological propaganda. Get politics out of sports. We need an scape from the toxic social warriors that burn down our business and cities when their feelings get hurt.
Payment Processors need some work!. I think this is purely technical. The app is good but payment has glitches. I paid through my PayPal but it didn’t go through so the txn didn’t complete. But the money was gone. Reached out to the support, they said money will come back if the order didn’t go through. 14 days later - money still hasn’t come back. There’s no kind of pre-auth hold that lasts this long. They just asked me to place the order again. I will not be spending my money twice if your APIs can’t handle the components on your app. Also, the sale is over now!
Worst purchase ever !. I’ve ordered Ivy park off & on for the last couple years. When attempting to order my shoes, I experienced every technical difficulty that was possible. It declined 2 credit cards, I was forced to finance shoes (okay like who does that 😳) then I chatted with this guy & he sent me the link to the Canadian site which they didn’t deliver to the US ! But oddly enough they have a lot of inventory. Then I was sent an email link to purchase them & they were sold so I gave up after 2 hours & 21 minutes. Then I got a notification on my phone from the confirmed app. I was Super Excited ! I just pray that I can get my socks next week too !
Great App and easy to use. The app lets you access all the adidas items that are available even if they aren’t at your local store and also saves the time to actually visit the store at the small expense of just not having the deals that may be at your local adidas store, however promo codes do make up for that small disadvantage. Overall easy to use and gets the job done just as well a cashier would, transactions are as secure or even better than stores unless you do it in a public WiFi were someone could be sitting ready to snatch your credentials which is the WiFi providers fault for not being secure enough to block any sort of hacker.
Do not buy Adidas Products. I ordered something with them on Cyber Monday and that was a horrible decision in my part. They said they delivered my shoes, when in reality I received nothing. I contacted the shipper, LaserShip, who has a ton of horrible reviews for this same issue. They told me they couldn’t do anything and to contact adidas. Adidas opened a case that they said someone would contact me with 5-7 business days and nobody did. I waited the full 14 business days that they tell you to do if you’re not contacted, and all they could tell me is that they needed to open another case that would take an additional 14 business days. They won’t do anything, but tell me to keep waiting 14 more business days. I got to the point that I decided to just dispute the charge with my bank. They obviously don’t care about loyal customers, as I’ve been one for years. I will never use an Adidas products again and you shouldn’t either. Trash company!
Addidas Addict. I will be going to Addidas shoe and clothing counseling soon. The quality of your merchandise is continuously impeccable. Your prices fit every income need. Your customer service is always professional and customer friendly as well as helpful. I love gaining points, which meets my financial needs at time. I want you to know that Addidas has always been the premier store for all our sporting needs. Your consistency in giving the best athletic shoes and wears far exceeds any of your competitors. The comfortability of your apparel is the best yet in sizes from children to plus size individuals. Your foot apparel is awesome and feels so good. The cushion in the arch and heels in all your footwear, makes my feet feel like they just came off an assembly line brand new. Take my money please...?. I have no clue why, and I have escalated this with Adidas, but most of the time their payment system will not accept my payment. I have tried multiple cards over Apple Pay, and manually entering the information, I have contacted my financial institutions (I have used cards from different banks to be certain) to ensure the cards are not locked and capable of processing the payment, I have ensured that I have 3-10X the necessary money in the instances where I have attempted to use a debit card, I have even created a new account in adidas to make sure that is not the issue. Adidas support has shrugged and said it’s probably my fault or my banks. Cool. But then I’ve found entire forums dedicated to this issue. Here’s the likely reality - it’s a very specific issue linked to a small number of persons that is intermittent in its occurrence. Therefore Adidas has it low on its priority. I get it, and I won’t lose sleep over it. But it has cost me a few items being sold out or made it so that I missed out on a few sales while trying to wait until a day that the app/website decides it will accept my payment. Again, not the end of the world, but worth it enough to me to give a poor review. The app is pretty, but ultimately useless to me.
Love adidas. It’s not even close I buy adidas more than any other company period. Specially when it comes to my shirts. Love the quality and fit. Please do more 3xl options please. Also lightstrike pro I love this new foam always be a boost lover but please please make a lightstrike pro show that has no carbon fiber rods or plate in a high stack with a nice wide platform and that show would be the most comfortable shoe on the market. Because I bought the super shoe but super narrow. So please this way I could own the best shoe the most comfortable shoe ever made is my quest to find. Keep up the great work and amazing products also show love to the ultraboost for casual people as well. What happened to the boosts feeling we loved. Super stack with super squishy boost would be a dream. Ok sorry for the long wish list but I want you to succeed and I want to wear adidas products that kill the competition. God bless.
Service. Be very very careful about making purchases that are on sale. I inadvertently clicked the wrong size, and as soon as I noticed the error when I received the confirmation email, I tried to correct the mistake. I initiated contact with customer service within 10 minutes of checkout. To me, this is the same as still being inside the store! I spoke with two people, one on their chat feature, and one on the phone, and was told by both of them there was NOTHING that could be done. Zero recourse to cancel the order, zero recourse in exchanging for a different size, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told you can, but it won’t do any good. It’s been over 48 hours, and still no one has called me back. I’ve been a loyal 3 Stripes consumer for the last 30 years, and never would I think they would treat / be willing to lose a customer over $50.
Service is great versus website. I rather felt forced to turn to the app because it wouldn’t allow me to buy my shopping cart online, but no matter, when I used the app it was an enjoyable experience. I can tell the graphic design team put thought into it, the videos you scroll through utilize celebrity faces and advertise more product in a Tiktok fashion, and buying items became a rather aesthetic experience, with plenty of security measures. I needed help with changing my shipping address and the chat I used was easy to access and my agent was quite helpful. Although I don’t usually shop at Adidas I will say I’m proud of this app and the thought put into it.
Why so many bugs?. I can’t believe this is the app of a massive corporation. I am continually shocked. About 30-33% of my time using this app, I end up in a loop of error pages and error/retry pages. It’s like a black bar with various error codes. Especially if I am trying to get something from wish list to my shopping cart. Then a few times when trying to buy sneakers on their release date (not Yeezys, Ivy Park or any major) it malfunctions so much I’ve had to wait a day before I could access the app again. Then my shoe size was out. Luckily 0.5 size down still fit me for one of these releases date orders. Come on Adidas. I know you can do better
UNABLE TO PROPERLY SEE MY POINTS OR ACCOUNT ON THE APP. I’ve recently started to buy adidas and just when I did they started the creators club. I’m not sure if it’s because the club is new or whatever but point is I can’t properly review my points on the app! I only get emails regarding my status of recently becoming a “game changer” but other than that the app is on point with its GUI (how the app looks) and sometimes glitchy navigation system. The app is useful to real adidas fans, it just need lots of bug fixes. Also some orders I did while logged into my account weren’t added to my point system, and if they were I couldn’t even tell. Listen the app needs major improvement l! I’m not hating on it I’m just a bit frustrated at the fact that adidas can’t make a simple app to properly help its loyal customers (even if I’m new!!!)!!!
Loved it until I went to checkout. Was so excited to get some new shoes and clothes and add points to my newly made account. That is until I went to checkout. Tried 7 different times with different things in my cart because 3 of the times the item I wanted became sold out by the time my card was not authorized and I got back to the cart. After the 3rd time i decide to call my bank since that’s what it suggested I do. They could find nothing wrong with the authentication info it was saying I had wrong and told me to call adidas. After another 30 minutes of talking to computers and being transferred to different people they told me to try uninstalling the app waiting a while and then reinstalling it. I did that waited an hour and still the same thing happened. So I finally decided to just delete the app and forgo the items I wanted
Enjoy... but.... I enjoy Adidas products but there’s two things stand out that as a socially and physically active customer, I’m not fully aware of how accrued points work as far as product perq’s/discounts go. Metro themed customization isn’t what I’m looking for. Anyway, that’s neither here nor there, but the points thing really should also equate to product discounts at purchase checkout. Also, as a runner, OCR athlete, HIIT group participant, I have found that shoes with stability (i.e., stabilization in the show heel) is extremely effective. But Adidas does not seem to have good running/training shoes with stability as a standout feature, except for maybe 1 or 2 models. I would imagine that there would be more purely because Adidas is a leader in active and even fashionable foot and outer wear. Let’s put more of a focus on what’s good for the athlete, as well as for those who just want to look cool.
Huge fan of Adidas… NOT a fan of the app.. I’m a huge fan and customer of Adidas, but this app has never worked well for me. It’s been this way for years. The app has great reviews so I don’t know if i’m the only one but I have issues everytime I use the app. I end up just having to go to the website, which is less convenient. When I click links (for example: an Adidas email link) it will open the app but just come up with an error and never load. I would say the app works for me about 25% of the time. Most of the things I click on, comes up with an error. My internet isnt the problem because everything else works fine. So overall, i’m disappointed that I can’t conveniently use the app to shop like I want to.
Horrible App. I can say with 100% certainty that I don’t like Adidas anymore due to their app. I used to exclusively buy from Adidas; barely ever purchasing from a different athletic shoe/apparel company. Since I switched to using their app (rather than website) I haven’t purchased a single thing from them and have switched to Nike. Their app is a nightmare to navigate. It regularly glitches and crashes. Regardless of the previously listed issues, the way the app is laid out is nonsensical. I hate that when viewing an item you have to scroll up and down, also most of the time the pictures are really blurry so you’re not entirely sure what it is that you’re even really looking at. The whole app needs to be scrapped and redone because the problems are bigger than just technical. If they happen to redo the app I’ll probably start purchasing from them again. Until then I’ll be buying from Nike.
Wildly disappointing. Account stopped allowing me to purchases out of nowhere. Called multiple times to report issue & find resolution to no avail. Lost opportunity to purchase multiple items due to them either selling out in my size or short term availability while waiting for a resolution. Created another account w/different email which fixed the issue, but lost points attached to other email. Newest issue is I placed an order over 10 days ago & although a shipping label was created, item never shipped. Called in again, zero resolution or compensation of any form for my time. Truly the worst.
UltraBoost. I am very pleased with the items I purchased, however, I had a lot of difficulty completing the actual transaction. On my first few attempts, the credit card I was attempting to use wouldn’t get authorized. I got in touch with the credit card company to let them know the purchase was a valid transaction and they notified me the reason it wasn’t being authorized was because the billing address didn’t line up to their records. I made the switch but still had no success. I eventually changed the payment to a different card and the transaction went through. This caused me to have to purchase a pair a half size up as the original size was out of stock. I love the product itself and what Adidas offers, but it would’ve been helpful to talk with a support team to solve this issue in a faster manner. Looking forward to purchasing much more from the Adidas app and I’m thankful you’re taking the time to hear my feedback and improve the process going forward!
Glitch Central... Payment process is horrible.. I sincerely hope that a company such as Adidas doesn’t think there handling of the Ivy Park drops are acceptable. The app is glitchy and the system overall, whether on the app or the webpage is not reliable for any drop. Thousands of people post via social media about lack of transparency in time of drops (bc we actually have jobs to work around your random schedule), the inability to preview the items a few days ahead instead during the stampede of people trying to purchase, and the lack of a complete process for when your system will or will not accept a payment. I received a confirmation order with no charge to my bank, no email, or app update reflecting the item was ordered/purchased. I deleted the app as instructed and tried more than several times. My job is not to troubleshoot Adidas platforms, and honestly whoever you are paying to troubleshoot is doing a VERY poor job. Completely understand that your systems will be overwhelmed due to star power that is Beyoncé, but it is frustrating that we spend hours trying to navigate these hurdles for nothing. Maybe you didn’t/don’t have the infrastructure to handle the weight of what a client like Beyoncé brings (ie. The Beyhive), but PLEASE consider stepping your game up 1,000%. It is truly not a representation of the work our beloved Beyoncé has put in over the span of her career.
They don’t know anything, very bad experience. I have placed an order on April 17th it went through as I thought but I have received no information on my gmail on how it’s always is online. Two days later I sow on my bank they took my money it was august 19th. 5 days later I contacted them to know what’s going on and why I have no information about my purchase. Because I went on my account to track it in order history , it was empty and saying I have not purchased anything. I chatted with an agent and he told me I have not purchased anything and it might me some time of error and my money would go back in few days . After week passed I contacted them again and said I still have no information about the order and my money still not refunded. After they kept sending me to different agents because they didn’t know what to do. At the end they told me that they have no information about my purchase and asked me if it’s fraudulent order. I’m in shock. I paid money, and they tell me I have purchased nothing. ( so I had to contact my bank and make a dispute ) Adidas customer service it terrible!!! I don’t know how they still in business
Won’t let me checkout. Horrible experience for both the website and mobile app. Tried to take advantage of the Last Chance sale with a full cart of items and won’t let me move past checkout and won’t process payment. Nothing wrong with my card, I even called the bank to verify. Chatted with a customer service representative who said my account was flagged for “inconsistencies with my information” and to try again in a few hours, which I did. Chatted again with a representative, this time said to wait 24 hours. Made no sense I was checking out with Apple Pay, never had a problem before with any other app/website/retailer. Then tried alternate payment using Paypal, didn’t work. Tried just putting in my card info, still didn’t work. Since my “account was flagged” tried to get a friend to purchase for me, 100% all new info, did the same thing for him. Normally love a good sale and was excited about the purchase, but this was a huge disappointment. I deleted the app and unsubscribed from notifications. No longer interested in shopping online with them. Why advertise a sale if you can’t even make a purchase?
Great App Aesthetically, Bad for purchasing. I downloaded the app and expected it to work as smoothly as Nike's app for both viewing items and purchasing. For viewing Adidas products and getting information, the app is flawless; although for purchasing items it is horrendous. I saw others are experiencing the same issues. I tried to purchase a single pair of shoes; at first attempted PayPal four times, each time the transaction portion just timed out and I had to start over. I then directly entered my payment info and again several attempts were needed to accomplish the final task of ordering the shoes. In the end, for some reason on my saved bag, where I began the purchase, the shoe size is correct but the confirmation email sent has an entirely different and wrong size being sent to me. Not only that, but my card was charged twice for one pair of shoes. Just a coding nightmare for this app, do not order from the app unless you enjoy headaches and balling up your fist in anger.
Apple Wallet, Status on premium releases. I shouldn’t have to ask, but can you please make the creator pass available on Apple Wallet. Yes, I understand you need people to go into your app. Yes, I understand that app shows you the “rewards” you can unlock but if I’m simply making a purchase at an adidas store I don’t want to have to say “ oh hold on let me download the adidas app, oh wait let me sign in, oh wait I have to wait for the app to show me its updates, and how to use it, oh wait the app is frozen..” it’s all simple with Apple’s Wallet app it’s just a double tap and all my reward cards and debit cards are there. And please don’t have people look on you webpage to see when the next premium yeezys come out. Just have it out there in the shoes categories as premium releases and keep allllllll ooooof theeeem there. Future and past. Thanks.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible customer service. Was given exclusive access to a pair of yeezy 450 which were delivered the next day. Upon arriving home and retrieving the package which was completely sealed and not tampered with I noticed that the box felt a little light. When cutting the box open and then getting to the actual shoe box there were no sneakers inside !! I immediately called customer support who was of no help and told me that an investigation would be taking place and I would hear back in no more then 10 days. I’ve waited 10 days and did not get contacted from adidas. 15 days after my initial phone call I reached back out to adidas who then said that there were 0 updates on the case. I was given a whole run around and almost a month after the issue have heard 0 back from customer service. Never buying a pair of adidas again
Terrible service. I placed an order for a women’s jacket, women's pants, and some socks. The shipping was quick, but when I opened the package there was a pair of boy shorts and a men’s t-shirt, neither of which was an item that I had ordered. I decided to contact adidas through the app to chat with an agent. The guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing, in the end he told me that I had to go to ups to return the package. I also spoke to an agent on the phone asking why I had WASTE my time doing all of this when it wasn’t even my fault that THEY sent the WRONG ITEMS. All he could say was that he was sorry, but that didn't change the fact that I wasted TIME and MONEY for something that wasn’t even my fault. I had to go through the trouble of printing a label, driving to MULTIPLE ups’ (who didn’t want to take the package due to the pandemic), and when I finally went to a ups who toke my package BEFORE the 7 day period, I get an email a few days later saying that my exchange has been cancelled. But at least I got a refund.
Yeezy’s 350 draw’s. The draw is a joke you all don’t actually draw people. How does shoes apps that are resellers have the shoe to sell before the draw even starts. The resellers are selling them for $300 to $500 for the shoe that is $220 now is $300 or $500 and the shoe haven’t even been drawn off adidas or yeezy’s store online yet. It’s just because people get so hype for the shoe and if they want them that bad you know people are going to cash out for them. so you all can get more money from the buyer. Just like the yeezy’s slides they sell for $55 but they are on resellers apps 30min to a hour before the draw for $255 in my size. I could put another $100 on that an got to the Gucci store an get me some Gucci slides. It’s just pointless to say your having a draw an your shoes are not even drawn to customers. The draw is just to hype the customers up. So now they have to go on the resellers apps an get it off there because the profit is more to gain than your draw for $220 for the shoe.
Horrible! Really Adidas!?. For starters customer service is none of existing! I don’t laced an order Oct 12, waited for a receipt from adidas, never got it however I did get one from PayPal, I call to see what the issue was, and per your customer service rep I was told that my order had failed...The funds were there but their was a time-out in your system . So my money is stuck on pending! Ok fine, October 14 I place a order again via the app and checked out with pay pal, received a order number this time but no email, (thank goodness for screenshots)! I call and talk to another customer service rep, who also stated that my second order did not go through again! AGAIN THE FUNDS WERE THERE! so I’m not understanding what the problem is?! So now I’m out of $130 for supposedly failed orders! I’ve never had problems ordering from the app, but for it to happen twice in a row and NONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SEEM TO CARE OR OFFER ANY OTHER EXPLANATION OF WHY MY ORDERS JUST FAILED BUT YOU GUYS DID FOR-SURE TAKE THE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT BOTH TIMES! I want my money back or I will be reaching out to the BBB AND FILING A COMPLAINT! Your customer service reps are horrible and absolutely of no help!
This is not about the app, it is about the loyalty program. Adidas loyalty program makes zero sense, you earn points to reach levels (1 to 4), they give you some perks like vouchers and “first access” kind of thing, but there’s no way to use those points for other things like exchange them for garments or accessories. Also, the points expire, what’s the reason for that? They don’t tell, so good luck trying to understand that weird policy. If that were not weird enough if you ask for a size exchange points get deducted from your account like if you’re asking for a refund, you receive the exchange and all, but the points never come back. The “Points history” feature in the app is useless, it doesn’t show you how many points expired, if the points are being credited back if a mistake happened, etc. The loyalty program is, at least on my experience, useless.
Great Experience. I wanted to look for new cleats as the new soccer season was starting up and I needed a new pair, but when I went to look in stores I found nothing that particularly hooked me. After that I decided to try shopping online at the Adidas online store. Just for signing up for the membership program for free I was able to access free delivery and a rewards program. After this I tried searching for a new pair of cleats but didn’t know where to start so I looked at the search bar and realized that there was a refine results option where I specifically customized my wants for a new pair of cleats and ended up with several different options to choose from. All of these options looked great and also had individual attributes in which I was looking for. Thank you, Adidas, for making shopping easy!
Returns/exchanges. I do LUV Adidas.. no doubt, all the way back to Run DMC.. my problem is their exchange/return process which they claim can happen in one to three business days after the item is received at their warehouse…BUT… can take up to 3 weeks.. well my experience had been the later… it’s really RIDICULOUS! When I placed the original order I received it fast.. no complaints there, unfortunately I ordered the wrong sized shoes for my kid, who doesn’t normally wear sneakers, and has never had Adidas. needless to say I returned and it took almost the entire 3 weeks to receive the next size down… they say it’s because the product needs to pass inspection… understandable… but come on… I’m sure they want customers to continue to order from Adidas online… let’s make it at least a little easier to get an exchange or a refund fir that matter, cuz now I’m returning the second pair and the same 3 days to three weeks applies to returns… 🤨
Honestly ehhh. I like adidas but there are some issues. Try delivering the packages without letting the package scream that it’s an adidas box with logos on the labels please. Not everyone lives in pleasantville. I had a package stolen during the lockdown and got screwed so I had to buy it again. Another issue I’m having is that on my 12 pro max all of a sudden I cannot locate any stores within my area to schedule a pickup. I’m being forced to pay $5. I did this with no problem last order but now it’s not letting me see my options as to what store to go to pick up my item. Get it together adidas, no excuses on why this is going on. Fix your app with the store pick up location issue and please let one be able to pick up at the nearest store. Thank you kindly. Also tell your designers to make better designs for sneakers and clothes. A lot of it is being wasted because nobody wants to buy some weird adidas items. Keep it simple.
Umm.. Sometimes. So, I work for adidas and I’m elated that I can now use my discount on the app, after almost 10 years of working with this company (I know the app isn’t that old), they have finally perfected that. But for some reason, they can’t perfect the app working properly. Most times, I can’t see my orders, more times than none, I can’t use the app, cause there is an error. Like what are y’all doing? Confirmed always works. Make the regular app, like Confirmed but just less information, lol. I gave it 3 stars because I work for adidas, it would be 1, if I didn’t. Also, every time y’all send me a notification saying I can win something, when I click the notification, all I see is a white page. What is the point of having an app, that doesn’t work? Fire whoever made it and start all the way over. My 3 stars turned into 2, because the app is getting worse and worse.
About the app and customer service. I haven’t had a problem with the app up until recently. Ordered an item twice through the app and received no confirmation e-mail nor it reflected on my order history. 2 people in Customer service told me to re-order and that there was nothing they can do. The third person I spoke to finally told me that the app had problems and advised to order a third time through the website. I ordered the first time and was offered a comp 2-day shipping and expected this to arrive on the 15th as it mentioned on the confirmation page. Had through hoops with customer service and ordered the item 3 times. And the best they could do was a 15% coupon and didn’t honor the 2-day shipping offer originally. Fix your app or fix your customer service.
One of the line fans. When I found the application in the first time I had a most joyful feeling, even more than that when I figured out that it is working here in Egypt , from the beginning I had every steps registering, opening the notifications and even checking in adiclub however I got many difficulties with app in loyalty program not of any features are working and a bug in app reloading every second and show added and cut points and I had a problem with couple of my first orders , sending mails to everyone and everywhere to make sure that I got my rights like un working discounts, missing points, unreasonable delays in processing orders which are already paid , unreliable customer support let me wait for replaying too much time even unpaid returned order for more than two months the most annoying and not acceptable is furthers in application is not working and missing items in shipment and what make me mad that they discharged points for un refunded returned items that already had not received any points for it Although all of that I am big fan of adidas
Need improvement. I like the way the app design, and how sleek and smooth it runs every time. But there are lots of space for developers to improve the app and hence customer’s experience 1. Filter: let’s say I’m looking for what is on sale, I just wanna look what is on sale for women size 6. Then after I apply the filter, it show every in size 6. Man woman girl boy infant sale not on sale. 2. I made a few purchase using exact same account, it show in the app that I did not make any purchases, and I cannot track my order. The email with tracking info lead me straight to the app so I’m deleting it cuz I feel it doesn’t help much with my shopping experience.
No visibility or update on returns. I am terribly disappointed with the adidas app due to its lack of functionality in tracking returns. Recently, I ordered a pair of shoes and needed to organize a swap for a smaller size. While I was able to create the return label, the app provided no status updates about my return. I had to rely solely on the carrier's website to confirm that my return was delivered. On top of that, I still don't have any confirmation from adidas that my return was received. For such a large and reputable brand, this is a major oversight. The inability to track returns directly within the app is a significant inconvenience and falls far below my expectations. This is a crucial feature that should be standard in any shopping app. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
Better Drop System. First off I just want to thank the Adidas team for making a good product. I’ve been an Adidas member for some time and I have to say if there’s a shoe that I want, Adidas does a more fair job of allowing regular consumers who are loyal fans and been using the product a chance to win. They do drawings or drops at different times of the day, which makes it harder for bots or resellers to get all the shoes everyday people want for a fair price. If the shoe they anticipate is more coveted they don’t advertise it as much and change the process from the typical Nike 7am drop that is too predictable and frustrating. When people wake up or have been supporting the brand for awhile you want and expect retailers to give those shoppers a chance to get the shoes they want (reward the loyal fans). Also, I like that some of the drops are on the actual app instead of confirmed because I don’t want to have to context switch all the time to a different app. Thanks Adidas team 🙏🏼
Completely disregard the app for shipping estimates. I paid for express delivery as the app estimated I would get the shoes I ordered on 9/13 before a trip I was going on 9/14. After my order they then sent me a congratulatory email that my order was expected early on 9/12. Great. I then checked the app and it estimated I’d get my shoes on 9/11. Fantastic. I checked the FedEx tracking status on 9/11 and the only update was that the label had been created and FedEx had not yet received my shoes. On 9/12 I confirm that the shoes have still not been received by FedEx, yet the Adidas app still says “hooray, your shoes are expected on 9/11!” It’s only a dollar, but I wouldn’t have paid for express delivery if the adidas app hadn’t given me a completely erroneous estimate for a delivery date. It’s also annoying that they even put an estimate on their app when you should just check with FedEx. Take the shipping estimate off your app. It’s taunting me.

Disgusting service. Never go for the app, better go buy instore or try some other apps. I have placed a week aho. I was told it will be delivered in 2-5 business days, I haven’t received it yet and the worst part is that in tracking page it still shows that waiting to be packed. They haven’t even packed it yet and its been a week already. So pathetic. And I have placed a wrong size for an item and I wanted to cancel the order. There was no option in the app to cancel the order and i even tried calling customer care to cancel my order, but even they couldn’t help saying order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Very useful but could be better. I love this app as a lifelong Adidas product fan. It does its job well being able to view and order products easily as well as loyalty rewards club with generous discounts in sale events and loyalty rewards. The only downsides for me being - 1. No landscape viewing mode for those of us using an iPad with a keyboard. 2. Some sports not represented e.g. Adidas martial arts gear Fix this and the app would be near perfect.
Worst Experience.. I’d like to say thanks to the person who helped me on chat, they were lovely. I couldn’t sign up for the raffle for Yeezys because of some stupid input validation for a phone number. I tried several times, but because this phone number input is a number input, you can’t enter in any spaces. And even when I copied my phone number as a text from my notes app to paste the text in the input field, it didn’t validate either. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t sign up to be on the raffle or even order anything because to progress to add my address, it requires my phone number. Please fix this because I think I’m not the only one who’s struggling to enter their phone number to progress to ordering anything in the app! From a national brand, and I’m brand loyal to Adidas, I’m disappointed and I hope this bug gets fixed soon.
Perfect. Easy to navigate, look for items and make purchases. I liken it to the Apple store app as even on a iPhone 13 mini I can still get a similar experience as if I was on a desktop.
The problem with address. I found there is a problem about deliver address. For example, “7 king street, VIC, 3189”. When you fill your address, your room number, and street. It will display “7 king street, 7 VIC, 3189”. If you only fill the street like this “ 7 king street”, it will display the “king street, 7 VIC, 3189”. However, somebody will found they need to add room number again, it will be like “7 king street, 7 VIC, 3189” But the terrible one is, the final address display “ 7 7 king street, vic, 3189”. It will make mailman delivery the wrong address” I am the victim of this problem. When i found my AUstralia Post displaying “ 7 7 xx street, VIC”. But the adidas app display the “ 7 street, 7 vic”. You know want!!! For this problem, I have change the address on Au Post. I redirect my address. So i have to wait more days. Finally, My parcel is delivered, but I can not get my parcel. I am sure the mailman could delivered the wrong adidas. Thanks for the adidas App Bug. I have to contact with Au post more days to get my parcel back.
Don't waste your time. App server doesn't work, can't log in, can't use chat. I got the app because there is NO OTHER WAY to contact Adidas, unfortunately just like the phone that is never answered, the emails that are not replied to and the social media that is completely ignored, this App is more of the same from Adidas. Don't waste your time. If like me you are waiting for an order you can kiss your money goodbye, they will not process, complete or deliver and there is no way to contact them. Worst customer experience ever.
Wow!. The adidas app has allowed me to save items and it has a wide variety of these items, however it doesn’t have all the time sad the stores. Overall the app is great and I would vertically recommend it other adidas users.

Review. Hi there . Firstly I will say I love your products . But I have to say my purchasing experience on this app and website is less than 1 Star . There is no zero option . After sales service is pathetic for a brand of adidas’ caliber . Firstly your chat system is pathetic . I have literally wasted hours on there trying to have a conversation with someone . The amount of times I have received “hello this is xyz how can I help You “ I’ve typed in my issue and never heard from them again . Only to see this conversation has been timed out . Absolute pathetic. So I tried using your email system which wouldn’t accept my phone number in the required field . I then waited hours on the phone for them to say contact the chat staff - I then tried the delivery tracker to be told my order number didn’t exist !!! After being able to eventually grab the attention of one of your chat staff - over two weeks after my order , they eventually said “oh sorry that order was cancelled , sometimes that happens “ WHAT ???? Is this one of the largest brands on the planet of some garage brand in someone’s back yard ? Absolutely pathetic. Now I’m Re ordering a product but paying more because the sale has ended . Jesus . Control. Swipe right to go back is the very basic logic of iOS application. Why would you even make this into something else. And yet I can swipe to go back at anywhere else except the product details. Why would you even make two different control logic in one application. The product details page is making me sick. I have to reach to the top right to close the page. Seriously.
Best website for buying unavailable sizes in OZ. I can never buy 8.5 sizes in any JD sport or footlocker. When I go there they say that there sizes start form 8 and then 9 and halves start in 9 and up. When I discovered that I can buy online and always have a good fit I got the wow factor Just make em a lil cheaper to buy online 😛 Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service chat session should persist. All good buying experience until you need to chat with customer service for Return Management. The chat session doesnt stay in the background (2 minute timeout it seems) while waiting for response from customer service. At the end of the chat there is no option to save the chat for the record, which is important.
Now I don’t know who’s going to get my shoes. Don’t buy through the app, it messes up your delivery address for my 7 orders, including one for Yeezy, totalling a thousand dollars and the customer service said nothing they could do even though it is their fault. Now I don’t know who’s going to receive my shoes. I had to use the app because their website is also the worst, I tried both PayPal and two credit cards, and all refused payment, which is why I used the app as Apple Pay seems to work fine.
Non negotiable shopping. I used to love Adidas and this app until they introduced a new rewards program that you MUST sign up for to be able to continue purchasing from their online store or you have to delete your account. I’m sorry, but Id prefer my details/data not being sold to affiliated companies for extra profits and monitoring just so I can be bombarded with spam marketing emails. Oh well, I’ll just spend my money with your competitors now since having to delete my account. 👍
Horrible idea - Vertical image scroller. Not a huge fan of the vertical image scroller when you select a product. As most apps when you swipe down it’ll usually take you back to the menu/list of products you were on. It’s a pretty unintuitive design choice that’s counter to what appears to be a standard amount most other apps. As I normally use my phone with my single left hand, I am I forced to use two hands when using this app.
AAA. AssuredAdidasAddict! Have never had a problem with any of my orders - each time I do receive my orders it makes my day, Thank you! Also love the kiddies selection - perfect gifts for my nephews & nieces. Ps any chance we can bring back the woman’s Sleek series shoes even for a limited time?? I brought the black/gold shiny pair (back in 2009? They were the best - so comfy!) but unfortunately I regret not buying the white/gold & the red/gold pairs aswell!
Ridiculous app. The continual prompting to join their stupid creators club is beyond infuriating. There is no real option not to join because if you decline it logs you out. Of course if you only had to join once it would be just annoying but the fact the stupid app doesnt remember details you have to go through this ridiculous process every single time you buy something. Perhaps someone from adidas should actually try and use the app so they can see how stupid it is.
Great app - easy to purchase. Linked to Apple Pay so no need to look for your cc when you have an impulse buy. I did find it hard to look for shop on the front page (hence 1 star deduction) so ignored that page and just used search. Other than that simple and quick way to get the 3 stripes.
Love this app!. It’s got a great interactive and dynamic interface with all features one could want. I just wish all apps were made this well. Well done Adidas!
No customer support. So disappointed in the whole experience, I placed an order on Monday as a present for my Daughters Birthday the following week. Hadn’t received any tracking information by the Thursday, tried contacting the company through online chat which says my order number in invalid, tried ringing a landline number that hangs up once I get through and a mobile phone number which was at the bottom of the website but has been disconnected. Its now Friday and I still haven’t received any updates on my order having been posted or a tracking number, still unclear if its even been sent? I thought Id order straight from Adidas directly thinking it would be the safer option to receive it in time but now im wishing Id bought through other stockists.
Tight Forty Five. I have an Australian music podcast (Tight Forty Five) , where I interview original musicians at the top of their game. I only wear retro adidas tracksuits in my interviews and it’s really become part of my identity and listeners and guest remember me as that guy who wears the matching adidas tracksuit!!
Such an easy app to use. I find the adidas app so easy to use. It took me about 2 minutes to purchase my item. Starting with the search button, then filtering to the size I wanted, then paying. Simple!

Worst purchase experience!!!! Stock issues. Basically I keep ordering and every time it gets cancelled after 3 business days. The app says they have it available so I message the customer service to ask why, and every time they said stock issues. If you have stock issues/ shortage why do you keep putting the items on the app?? Not only you put false information but also I have to wait 5-7 business days for refund. I tried to reorder again but this happens every time, so it’s pointless really to get a voucher when you can’t even order!! I used to be a regular customer but this really affected me emotionally and financially. I just needed a warm pants and top and you guys disappointed me really badly.
Samba shoes great Adidas Customer service terrible. I have purchased a few things through the Adidas club. I bought these shoes using my points and they were too tight. So I rang customer service and the lady said I won’t get my points back when I return the item. So now I’m buying the next size up and having use another 1200 points again. The lady didn’t just kept reading the same script over and over. Terrible experience
Evil supporter. I was the good buyer of adidas as I never used Nike due to it’s ties with evil people now Today I saw Adidas is doing the same on it’s page a person running with illuminati tattoo on his leg was displayed by adidas in it’s frontal promotion of its running shoes. As soon as I saw that I have deleted this app now let’s see how many years can I keep away from this brand.
Very bad experience. Firstly, I was forced to download the app because customer support chat doesn’t work on web. Then when I logged in with my account in the app the account was not synced and it did not display my orders like in the web. I tried opening the chat to contact support but that didn’t work also, the Starting chat page kept loading and never started the support chat
Would not process at check out. Was at the check and would not process got to the check out would not precede to the payment couldn’t even try to pay.. Reloaded the hole process 2 times then on the 3 rd time it loaded the payment screen. Not to impressed with the app , a lot of work my end so you get the money.
Almost Outstanding App. The performance and design of the app is fantastic. Plenty of deals. I love adidas. The only one thing I can complain about is that there is no Afterpay payment option on the app but there is Paypal. You have to use the web if you want to use Afterpay. So I will give a 4 instead of 5.
Loyal. Adidas has always been my brand of football. The most comfortable boots ever worn. Would never need any bandaid, tape, Vaseline or any other nonsense to prevent blisters. Multiple times bought Copa mundials the morning of training/match days and fitted like a glove. Same goes for the sexy predators
Adidas for life. What can I say I’m a adidas promoter and the three stripes never dates and can only ever make you look epic. I’ve had people offer to buy jackets off me in clubs - name my price - there is no price there is only looking great in the Das! I also love for adidas and their training app as it keeps me fit and my mental health great with my 4km target each morning. The motivation the app supports me with and the bonus vouchers to keep my Adidas wardrobe growing and shoes and tracks on my kids at a significant discount is epic. It’s been two years now of training and buying Adidas and I love it.
App lacks a lot of key features.. I placed an order over a week ago and still haven’t had no update on the status of my order. Surely a company like adidas has the resources to come up with a better app. I have no clue if the order has been shipped and when can I expect the product to be delivered. Dear adidas you are disincentivising your customers for using your app.

Had to reset my password over and over, it kept going round in circles without getting to the point where I actually got to change the password in the end I removed the App and re-installed it to make if go through Very frustrating overall Took me about 20minutes to eventually sign in and set up, almost gave up, I’ve never had this problem and if it weren’t that I wanted to visit a store I would’ve given up after the 3rd attempt. Really expected better yours is the worst experience I’ve ever had App wise
Very good. The app is glitchy at times and won’t load pages. Comes up with ‘Error’ on screen. Otherwise really easy to use. I especially like the reviews, they help with getting sizing right, as ordering online can be a bit of hit or miss, these make it easier. Would also be great if men’s and women’s products could be specifically labeled as such, especially with shoes as it is not clear sometimes and affects sizing choice. Overall, I love the app!
Useless for tracking orders. The app doesn’t pre-populate your order form and email address when clicking the link from the Adidas email. Once you have entered all that info, it then takes you to the order details. Click on track this item, and once again, you are required to punch in the tracking number rather than prepopulating it for you. Only issue is that the tracking number isn’t displayed for you take not it down and manually capture. There is no back button, so if you miss a step, you’re back to clicking on the email link again.... really frustrating and a terrible customer experience.
Scammers. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes over 2 months ago, only received one. Was told that i would receive a refund for the shoe that they couldn’t fulfill. Still waiting even after contacting support numerous times and disputing through the credit company. After this kind of experience wouldn’t recommend and would not be buying in the future. Nike treats their customers better and also makes better shoes :)
Pathetic!!. Phone call after phone call, chat message after chat message and still no confirmation 16 days after purchasing product, system claims incorrect correct shipping details, changed verbally and in chat message and still reverts back to some rubbish, complete runaround from anyone who I’ve been in contact with. Disgraceful behaviour, this experience has all the hallmarks of a scam. Apple needs to investigate. It’s now been four weeks from order, no one is responding to emails, phone calls are useless they claim one thing then nothing gets sorted. Have reported this scam to police and to banks for fraudulently taking money due to no product received. Why this app is still on Apple is a joke and after repeated complaints they do nothing. Do not buy products from this app!!!
Amazing. The adidas app treats you like royalty. They constantly give awesome discounts and the rewards system is great as well. It’s very easy to use, and it once you set up your details you can purchase things in under a minute. There isn’t a thing that I would change.
Shipping Address. Everything was great until I got to the shopping cart, wasn’t a seamless transaction. Kept taking me back and forth. The address that I entered and saved was correct but when you emailed confirmation it changed to another number... the app or website doesn’t allow any changes. Now my package could be shipped to the incorrect house number if I don’t update details with auspost in time. There has been feedback left re: addresses, doesn’t appear to have been corrected
Total waste of time. I made two orders from adidas 6 & 7 days ago. Both have been "packing" since. I had to download this app, just to live chat (seriously?) to enquire as to their whereabouts, but the chat function doesn't even work! What a total waste of time. I've made one previous order from adidas and it was great. Sent and shipped fast, but this time around it's been terrible. My previous order was one pair of shoes, and the two orders I'm waiting on are several items. I guess this is the problem but have had no communication. I won't be shopping with adidas online, let alone theapp in the future.

App Experience. So I ordered a product using your app. I put my address book on how you want it formatted. But the problem is my product was getting back to your warehouse after 2 weeks because when it arrived here it was incorrect address. You should change how your address format especially here in Australia because Unit number/ Apartment Number should be the first one before the street number, while in your app it is street number and then unit number. It is really annoying when I waited for 2 weeks because of the delay and then when it was here and ready to be shipped it was incorrect address and send back to your warehouse which will take about another 2 weeks or more for me to get the product. I don’t know why such a big company doesn’t even have good support as well. It took many attempts and time to be able to speak to you support that should be easier and probably it will solved my problem right away without getting my product resend back to your warehouse.
A terrible experience. I made my order from this app and I have been wait for a month still not received my order. I have contact their customer service more than 5 times and non of them to help to solve the problem. I kept chasing them to dispatched my order and nothing happen. I am still waiting on theirs response, I believe I won’t purchase anything from this app anymore !!
I love the app, i can checkout the sales whenever.. Delivery Address part is a bit pain, first it’s not accepting dash within the address, like 5-7 will become 57 automatically. I had to re-direct one order. No biggie, but would be nicer to make dash acceptable. As well when add unit number in Address 2 field, it will show repeated before check out. In general, it’s a lovely app!
Fix addresses. Why is it so very hard for your app / api to keep my address and preferences? Every dang time I go to place an order my address doesn’t work correctly - it’s not there. I then have to add it. Only for the app to tell me that I have already added my address so it wastes my time as it won’t store it - but its not present when I pick shipping or go to my settings. Finally when by divine intervention or voodoo the address list shows up, my address is listed a dozen times. Infuriating. I’ve missed purchases due to this issue. Fix please.
The worst online shopping app. The address in confirmation email I got for 4 times were all incorrect even I do have the correct one in my file. No one ever answered the online chat or even if there was, will cut off in the middle of the conversation and you have to wait another 5hrs to get connected. Not to mention the customer service phone line, maybe 24 hrs?

The 4 years of trying to get a pair of Yeezys. In the last 4 years, I have unsuccessfully gotten any pair of Yeezys. I have queued once, twice a month for the 350s. I have entered raffles. Never, ever managed to get one. I have reached Icon status as I’ve been a huge fan of Adidas. I spend thousands a year on this brand. I’ve had other limited shoes randomly get lost in the mail (Simpsons Duff Beer) I managed to purchase a pair of Yeezy 380s recently, but I had to go for a size down because my saved addresses (which worked previously) were not populating and in that brief time my usual sizes sold out. So after re-inputting my address, I complete the purchase only to find out that the shipping label completely omitted address line 2 even though it shows up correctly in my order history! So now my order is getting returned automatically and refunded, but it’s the app that messed up! After 4 years, thousands of dollars later to reach icon status, and multiple signs that I should give up on the brand, I think it’s about time. I’ve lost other shoes before in the mail from adidas (they’ve actually never made it to the postal service). Only curse words can describe this app which honestly. I just can’t believe I’ve been holding out for 4 years to get this close, and I see all these YouTubers who have filmed their successes.
service is bad, but shoes are good. It took 10 days for my order to be ready and to get shipped, which then related in it being delayed. I wasn’t that concerned but I did talk to customer service they were not helpful at all and I mostly got ignored. When I got my shoes they were in good shape and are surprisingly comfortable.

BE CAREFUL IF THEY SEND YOU DISCOUNTS. I ordered 2 ultra boots at a discounted rate that they sent me via email that expired August 4th. 1st order was on the 3rd and 2nd order was on the 4th. They waited until the call centre was closed and cancelled the order with no reason. But I know it is not because it was out of stock, because I reordered from a separate account and it was okay as a full price. I called the next day and they had nothing better to say so they hanged me. If you are a fan of adidas as myself, this is a downer. I seriously wish I could rate lower than a 1 star. I am upset, and I will have to transfer my love to a different brand for the moment. I know what this is about. It is not good business and I am not stupid. Some glitches. When I add 15+ items in shopping cart it starts glitching and I can’t scroll the shopping cart list on my phone anymore. Along with that some of the stuff from adidas original in search column doesn’t work.

Garbage. App jumpstart around like crazy. Good luck selecting a size of shoe it keeps spinning left and won’t let you click on the actual size you want. Crashes a fair bit. For context running an iPhone 15 pro max purchased a little over 2 months ago so not like it’s an outdated device struggling to keep up 🤷♂️☠️

It’s not like you haven’t had products with high demand before (examples: Yeezy, Pharrell, Beyoncé...) Your site should just work like it’s intended
Recently…. I’ve been an avid Adidas fan for several years, and I’ve loved their app. But recently, the overall customer experience has really gone down hill. Firstly, the removal of the release calendar from the app has made it essentially useless. All of the information I need is on the website, and the website has a better layout. Even the “app exclusive” offers or releases don’t work. When I get a notification for a restock or drop, more often than not the app crashes or the drop doesn’t even show up. As a Canadian Adidas client, it feels like we’ve been left out and the recent changes to the app have been a perfect example of that.
Worst experience. I have worst experience shopping with them. Last time i have placed an order for my vacations. When order arrived it was tempered and item missing. Then, all the items size runs large i tried to exchange them but everytime they have asked me to try again as there was some technical issue. I got frustrated and now everything i orderd is a garbage for me because thats not my size. Feeling robbed. Worst shopping experience ever. I give them -10 stars out of 10.
Glitchy. Adidas is great but this app is VERY glitchy and if you try to use safari it will redirect you to using the app. It’s impossible to access the cart with the amount of glitches... like it’s surprising how they have 5 stars.

I constantly delete this app and only reinstall when I have to pay with my credit card. Too many issues with trying to pay with my credit card and saying my payment is declined . Products are extremely bad quality and refunds take foreever. Adidas used to be a great companion, good and quality products. But now quality is degraded, products are defectives and if you believe you can send the item back and get refund YOU ARE WRONG, they take the product back and there are no refunds issued.

Doesn’t support old phones. I have an old phone and it sucks that I can’t get a new iOS update to be able to use some of these apps. It's frustrating to miss out on the latest features and improvements that come with the updates. I find myself limited in what I can do with my outdated device. I may need to consider upgrading to a newer model to stay current with technology.
Where is my shoe????. I order one shirt, one pant and a shoe, the shirt and pant comes and i like it but where the heck is the shoe at? It is gonna come in different times? Because in the box it said carton 1 out of 1 and quantity:3 but I only received the shirt and pant but the shoe??? Where? I paid a whopping 300 dollars for the shoe and it didn’t come along with the shirt and pant, it is gonna be delivered later? Or am I getting scammed and lost 300 dollars for nothing? Like seriously you guys aren’t accurate at all, even after the items have been delivered and my order still says “processing” ??? Uh, I need my shoes for real. Why? Because I paid 300 dollars for it and i want it now. Like I can’t wait for it, adidas this is the first time it happened. SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE APP. I think theres something wrong with the app, I live in Canada and I tried buying socks with the ones with the original ‘adidas’ logo and it wont let be purchased and check it out. Saying that a particular product cannot be purchased. It might be because its only available in the US however the Adidas App is stated as Adidas Canada and I chose ‘Canada’ in the country of origin. This is just annoying.

Kind of a scam. The BIGDEAL discount code is a farce because anything good is excluded. Also my purchase confirmation bragged about getting a 48% savings but it was actually less than 30% , $42 discount off of $150???

Great so far. A few suggestions.... Add a favorite feature or “save for later” button so I can create a quick list of shoes I want and keep track of them for later. The review section could be more streamlined I couldn’t find the detailed reviews until I decided to click on the review average score. As someone else mentioned a way to “filter” or “sort by” style, model etc when getting search results would be greatly appreciated. If you dont know the exact name of what you want get ready to scroll through pages looking for clues.
App has issues processing payment. Loved it after my 1st purchase... But right when I tried making a Cyber Monday purchase it would not process my card(s) i tried multiple so I know it wasn’t my banks fault. Ended up waiting most of the day until now (11pm) right before Cyber Monday is over.. Smh still no luck. Had to give the actual website a try and what do you know!? Website took payment no problem! Please developers of this app... FIX IT!!! Especially on a day like Cyber Monday when people are buying like crazy.
App needs fine tuning to be 5 stars. Search filters don’t work. I select a size and when I select item it shows not available in my size. Sometimes I select an item and it then displays as sold out but still comes up when browsing. Returns are better handled on the webpage then the app. I have had to contact CS through the chat pop up which has been very helpful in resolving issues. I only give the app 4 stars because of the good CS on chat and the sales that I can easily browse on the app.
Great app. Best shoesI’ve ordered shoes from this site twice now and both times, it has been a very user friendly experience. The website and the app are both easy to manage and the products seem to be made very well. I’ve worn the same tennis that I ordered online for a whole year now. I’ve played every day for a year and I’m still wearing them. Until tonight when I bought myself a new pair with a 20% off sale. For some reason the barricade ultra boost model was cheaper than the normal kind, but it’s okay.
Don’t recommend shopping online from adidas!. I used healthcare providers discount and had shopped more than 400$ , my jacket was not fit so I asked to exchange! I sent it back via ups as they sent me a label for it! But because they were not sync they sent me and email that my return label had been expired so I just could have my refund! Long story short-after hundreds of emails and chatting with customers service- I don’t have either my jacket and my money! Never purchased anything online from adidas again! Very weak and awful customer service ! I am still sending them email almost every other day, but they don’t answer me! They asked me to send them my ups receipt and i sent it 10 times! After that they didn’t answer me ! Just so sad and disappointed!
Don’t Buy Anything on the App. The app is great at showing you the latest and providing you a history of your orders, but if something goes wrong and you don’t receive your items, don’t expect a refund. I’ve been back and forth with Customer service for 6 months over a pair of Ultraboost and they claim that they can’t “see my order” and refuse to provide me a refund. So my money is gone, despite the fact that I have all the order details in the app. Hey I love their products, my recommendation buy them in person. That way you are not stuck giving Adidas a donation. I’m sure a Class Action Lawsuit is in the works somewhere, there are a ton of complaints online about it. I’ve screenshot my records so when it’s time I’ll join.
Great apparel terrible app. I buy Adidas almost exclusively. I tried to buy some golf pants with the app and it was one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had.. It asked me a bunch of personal questions none of which were the size that I typically buy. After searching (unsuccessfully) I finally found a pair of pants in my size. I tried to buy them with Apple Pay and instead of auto filling my address details like every other Apple Pay app I’ve ever used it asked me for more personal info… when I finally got to the point where I was ready to finalize my purchase I see that the size had changed and the original size I was looking at was gone.. Why can’t I just search based on my pant size???
Useless. Becoming more useless with each update. Now freezes after opening on iPad every time. Tried to make another order yesterday. "Oops, something went wrong". Had to use laptop and then no creator points. Again. One order was cancelled by adidas after two weeks because they sold me something they didn't actually have. Another order showed PROCESSING after a month. THEN cancelled. Live chat told me to order the item again and phone service told me it was actually cancelled even though it was in stock. Reordered same item while "in stock". Still PROCESSING a week later with a delivery date that's already passed. Guaranteed they cancel this order as well. Nearly impossible to get what you order. UPDATE. Same ordered item canceled a third time. Bravo. Poor. Very poor.
Love the app. I love the app and have made quite a few purchases with it. However within the last few days, and especially after the latest app update, it doesn’t work at all. I can’t get anything to load even while connected to WiFi. I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem or if there was something wrong with the last update but other wise this is my preferred method to shop for adidas out of sheer convenience. I really hope the app starts working again soon.
Agree with feb 6 post. I had the same issue tonight as the gentleman from feb 6. I have placed order march 2 and the app was not a problem. Apple Pay worked amazing. Today tried to take advantage of 30% off and the app would not allow my card information. I tried 2 bank cards and PayPal. Nothing worked. Spoke to my bank and there of course was no problem with my card... I logged in from safari browser and logged in to my adidas account. The cart was empty and so was my wishlist. I had to put in all the items again into my cart online to purchase the items. I am not sure how to replace the 100 or more items in my wishlist that I usually shopped through for convenience. I usually would go through the wishlist and add to my cart.... Online use for adidas needs to be fixed ASAP!
Website and App payment glitches. Whether it’s the app or website there are major glitches in the payment processing feature. I have missed out on items in my cart because of this. For one order, a customer service rep gave me an order number and told me to wait for the shipping email. The next day my payment was refunded and I missed out on those items!!!! Sucked so much! The next day it wouldn’t take my zip code...I was on with customer service for a half hour. He said they would fix it and let me know in 24 hours when it’s up and running. I never got a email response back. The following day it worked again. At the end of the day, the payment system is whack and I have missed out on several items in my cart because of this.
Shopping Cart Glitch. I am a very loyal adidas fan and generally the app functionality is excellent. I have one issue with the app which is when I remove an out of stock item from my shopping bag, it re-appears after a couple of seconds and typically requires three attempts to actually remove it. Have had this issue for some months, to the point it seems intentional but I cannot think of any reason why this would be the case. Would really appreciate this being fixed and/or feedback on the issue. Thanks
App Review. It’s been a while since I used this app since I never could get anything bought off of it. Bots have and to this day plagued this app and so only resellers are able to buy limited drops. Couple weeks ago, I got a message saying additional pairs of the Yeezy Citrin were available. I immediately tried to cop and it said that my order was processed. I followed up today and found out it was cancelled. No email or any communication advising me of what had happened. As of writing it still says my order is processed. I bet the app developers are a pretty uninspired, underpaid bunch for this app to be in such sorry state. It pales in comparison to what Nike has. They even have gimmicks like levels you need to reach just to be given a chance to purchase limited stuff.
HORRIBLE -FIX THIS HOT MESS. My second review. First one was to tell them Apple Pay didn’t work with Discover and I was contacted and they supposedly fixed it but it still doesn’t work half the time. The 10% off they’ve offered for several days doesn’t work either. Ever. I sent the app team three emails about it for help and they never even responded to any of them. Couldn’t use another credit card at all on the app because it wouldn’t let me enter the number. This app is just a useless mess. Don’t waste your time with it. *Now I have pending charges on my credit cards where it’s trying to charge me for orders that never went through.*
Sylvain. The app is very easy to use but like every other apps, sometimes the glitch won’t let you order something although you used the same system to make a purchase just a couple days ago. Well if you call customer service and explains your issue chances are they might gift you with a 10% off coupon that you possibly cannot use for the order you are trying to place. Which happens to me.. but overall I like the apps. No luck on getting the Yezzi and Pharrell sneakers yet though🤣🤣🤣🤣..
Love Adidas! but app still needs improvements. 1st. If your item in your cart is Sold out, you can’t remove it or move it to Wishlist. 2nd, The check out cart total should show the discounted amount per item, then the subtotal before taxes, just like a store sales receipt. I had to manually add everything then subtract the discounts to make sure I was getting all the discounts. 3rd, I had to write this review from my Notes app before pasting over to the app because the text box was either defaulting white text that I couldn’t see or there’s a glitch with the app.
Terrible buying experience and customer service. Not sure where to start.. while placing the order kept telling me the shipping address and billing address were incorrect when they weren’t. Finally worked by deleting and re-entering it. Placed an order for pair shoes and size that clearly were not out of stock when I placed them. Was charged and received order confirmation. Week later I hadn’t received the shoes so I look up the order status and says “Processed” but not yet shipped. I contact support through the apps chat (which is a nightmare its self) and find out the shoes are out of stock and agent had no idea if they would ever be available again. Why wouldn’t Adidas notify me of this or better yet let me know before purchasing?
Terrible Payment System. Worst app ever! I tried to make a purchase and it said my payment was declined. I tried multiple payment types (including a gift card). No issues with my bank. Called Adidas customer service and they claimed it was a security concern and that their app’s “3rd party payment processer” had to clear it. Received the all-clear 36 hours later via e-mail. Went to place an order: payment declined. Called customer service again, and my account is locked again by the payment processer (apparently they sent me the all clear e-mail too early, per the rep). So now my account is locked again, and it’ll clear in another 24-48 hour period. I’ve never had a company try so hard to actively prevent me from giving them money for a product.
Glitch Fixed Within Days!!!. I had complained a couple of days ago about a glitch that would always freeze my app within seconds of using it. To my surprise when I updated the a app a few minutes ago, I was able to finally use it without the screen freezing!!! I am incredibly happy that I can finally use this app and all of the perks included in it. Adidas really does pay attention to its reviews which is why they deserve 5 stars. Also it is simply just a great app, it’s the adidas store on your phone, so of course they deserve 5 stars. Thank you Adidas for the big fix!
Disappointed. I will never ever buy anything through this app. I lost my money for nothing. I called the costumer service many times for my shipment that I didn’t receive it until now they told me i have to talk with the shipping company ( LaserShip ) and than they sent email for me ( We have placed this package under an investigation that should conclude within 2 business days. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue within that time. If, however, you do not receive your package in 2 business days, please contact your seller for further assistance.) after that i called the costumer service again they told me we closed your case because it was delivered. I lost $180 for shoes i will never see it. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app.
Account. I’m giving the app one star because I just recently change phones and for some reason now the app doesn’t let me sign to my account through Facebook which is how I created my account in the first place every time I try it I get a message saying something went wrong try again latter but it never works, and when I go to sign in manually it says that my email isn’t linked to an account but if I go through the website and login manually I’m able to login into my account, so that needs to be fix ASAP.
Unable to sign in and make purchases. I haven't been able to sign into my account for a few days now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and tried signing in through LTE and wifi but still can't. Not sure what went wrong with last app update but I can't sign in at all. I can still see new stuff but I need to use my computer to sign in and make purchases. On an iphone 5s ver. 11.3.1 if that's relevant. Edit: after updating ios and reinstalling the app I was able to sign in again without issue and stay signed in after closing the app.
Like being pestered? This app is for you!. Finally turned off all notifications in iPhone settings for this app. Despite ensuring repeatedly that all notifications are turned off in the Adidas app, I keep getting “reminders” of these cool shoes got released today or this whole product line is on sale for one week only. I have to have the app to set up appointments for Employee store visits, otherwise it wouldn’t be on my phone at all. The search options are nearly unusable. But there’s tons more stuff on the site than in the stores. Tons and tons. Too many tons. I don’t bother looking anymore. If it’s not in the store, I don’t care. And weekly “reminders” that I specifically asked to NOT receive are not going to change my mind.
On the up and up. view my order history unless I login outside of the app. Also if you are going to show certain products that may or may not be hot and fast moving, at the least allow people to buy it ON TIME AND AT TIME OF RELEASE, instead of hours later when the product is already sold out. If I could give no stars I would because this app is hot garbage. For the powerhouse Adidas is right now, you have failed big time on such an easy task. Fire or reassign that whole crew and start over.
Quick and Easy!!!. This app has an awesome e layout! It makes for easy shopping. You can literally type in an article number in the search bar and you can learn the status of that item. Or you can type the name of it and use filters to narrow it down. Finding the product is so easy. The viewing options are awesome as well. You can view your item magnified, on a model, in motion and 360 view. Sometimes are sizes are missing in certain items but the selection is almost endless!!! You are bound to find what you are looking for and more on this awesome Adidas app! #adidas
Worst app ever. Have had so many issues with this app. Can’t log out and even when I try to delete the app which should delete the data - it reinstalls and saves my old login info. Not only is this annoying, it feels like a massive privacy violation. Even at the store, where they encourage you to sign up and download, the sales clerk admitted the app has major issues when I tried to pull up my barcode and suggested I quit and restart the app. It makes shopping a pain and impossible. Please fix these bugs!
TERRIBLE APP DOESNT RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS THRU CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried ordering on the website and it wouldn’t take my VERIFIED card so I downloaded the app and it still wouldn’t verify my card. So I had to pay through pay pal on the app and my item said it would be delivered on a day I was able to get it immediately off my porch but it was delivered a day early so I wasn’t there so i’m assuming someone stole it and i emailed adidas and they responded once telling me to double check that the mail carrier didn’t place it somewhere else and I responded telling them it was no where and they would NOT respond at all and still have not I have sent maybe 4-6 more emails so finally filed a claim through paypal and paypal took their side because they could provide shipping even though i NEVER got it! DO NOT ORDER FROM ADIDAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Payment. I loove adidas but this app is a No. I have tried to make a purchase so many times and it keeps saying payment failed. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get a payment to go through. I thought it was successful when I used paypal bc PayPal showed a successful transaction. Adidas even gave me an order number. I called to follow up on the order and they still said it was not a successful transaction. Still waiting on this money to be refunded to my PayPal. I see others are having similar issues, hopefully they fix this soon. I’m trying to do online shopping as a form of therapy and y’all are stressing me out. Fix this please 😩 Side note: I did win the raffle for the latest Yeezys.
Random thoughts. I Love Adidas. Have since I was a kid. I don’t really have many complaints, if any. You’d might say I’m completely bias. You might be right. I always buy NMD’s. I love every pair. Even if it takes six weeks to receive a new pair, in the meantime, I’ll still be rocking any of my older pairs with confidence. They wash and dry so well that they almost always come out looking new. They’re so durable. I’ve had one pair for almost 3 years, took them through all types of construction work, and at the end of it all, I was left with a hole in the top of one from getting caught by a fence I was jumping... lol.
Glitchy app and no rewards. Every time I want to make a purchase the app gets glitchy and won’t even pass the checkout screen. Can’t participate in any drawings because it keeps saying “internal error.” I’ve tried updating and reinstalling but same issues. I’m on Icon status and I don’t see any benefits to being a rewards member. It’s sad because I could find a lot of these items cheaper at Macys but I prefer to buy direct from Adidas. There’s just no rewards in doing so.
Overall a disappointing and lackluster experience. Disappointing to say the least. App logs me out of my creators club account for no reason at the worst times, usually right before a release or right before sign ups close for a release. Can’t count the numerous times I’ve received various different errors, including servers down, no connection to the internet, data in incorrect format, information unavailable please try again later, etc. Hype access and other rewards for Icon level members such as myself are a joke, literally has no benefit whatsoever regarding getting hype shoes. And now it seems to be getting worse, not better as of recently. Is it really the difficult to execute a “draw” reslease procedure without a myriad of glitches and errors?
GARBAGE WHEN IT COMES TO ONLINE ORDERS. I would leave no stars if it was an option. I have on multiple occasions had issues with their online orders and fulfillment. Orders canceled due to ‘inventory’ when the product never showed up online as sold out. Customer service reps are no help and just make up reasons for why orders are not being processed. Waited 2 weeks waiting for an order to then be told that it was sold out and my order was being canceled but that I could place the order again online at that moment, pay full price, and later would be refunded for the difference. If the item was out of stock and therefore canceled, then why am I able to place the order again? And possibly wait another 2+ weeks to receive the new order. WHAT A MESS OF A FULFILLMENT CENTER.
I really expected a lot more from Adidas. I have not been able to log in on this app. Although my user name and password are correct and I can easily sign in online , but every time I try to log in on the App, it says “ data could not be read since its not correct format”. I’ve tried everything including changing password, erasing and downloading the app but nothing works. I can sign in online without an issue. Not sure how Adidas expecting people to use their App if they can not make it work.
Shipment never left the facility or arrived 2 x. I regularly purchase adidas products in near by stores. For the first time ever Iva had to shop online due to gift cards and the first package never change status from shipment label created after 2 weeks I call for a refund. 2nd time same issue no package delivered and never went past shipping label created and wasn’t able to track it. Very disappointed and frustrating. My daughter was excited to wear the new shoes to school that never arrived. Very surprised in how this issue could happen twice to the same new customer. Very disappointed. Getting a refund was also a hassle I had to wait for long periods and call multiple time to reach a representative, so time consuming.
Love this app. Adidas has always been my go to brand for soccer and everyday clothing because it’s high quality and has multiple options. Being able to navigate between items is awesome. I am very happy with the points system they have because now instead of going to a store and buying something and getting nothing but the cloths you get points on every purchase to use to buy other things for a lot cheaper.
Full of glitches, misinformation, and blatant lies. Gets delivery dates wrong- claims one day, crosses that out, claims an earlier day, then actually delivers days later than the original day. Customer service lies when you call or use the chat to figure out where your purchased merch is, and they never actually try to solve issues. They make you play around with the app instead. App claims stores are out of stock, but the stores actually have those particular items in stock. At the store the app claims if you take a pic it can tell you what’s at the store. Doesn’t happen. You spend all that money to get Icon status, so they can treat you like trash. Good job, Adidas. It’s back to Nike for me. At least the talk about improving social issues and deliver products on time ✌🏾
Love Adidas needs more. I absolutely love Adidas however you need more Yeezy sneakers to be available especially around the holidays! You would make so much more money and I don’t understand it I wanted to buy my adult kids sneakers and there’s either 1 pair available or your out of stock or the sneaker will say not available until December 24 that’s crazy how can we buy something if we can’t get it before the holiday? If you want to make more money stock up! Simple I’m giving you 5 stars only because I’m a business owner and I love the adidas products all of them but as a corporate business your losing money! DT
Raffle system is the worse. If there was a way to leave no stars I would! This confirmed app is terrible!!! They say you get a fair chance and it’s picked randomly but that’s a lie. Once your account is “icon creator” or higher you get a much better chance at winning a shoe thru the raffle. IF YOU ARE NOT A ICON OR HIGHER YOU WILL NOT WIN I PROMISE!!! It’s fixed so all the basic level (icon creators) people and up can get it but once your below icon tough luck!!!! You won’t will nothing!!! It’s not fair at all 12 raffles I entered all under icon and never one once!!! It’s rigged they get you to believe it’s fair but it’s not don’t be fooled. If you don’t wanna lose a shot at getting a limited shoe you desperately been waiting for w/o spending resell DO NOT go through the adidas confirmed app or you will be set up for a major downfall and empty pockets from pay resell!!!
Don’t use app. I order a pair of 300 Yeezy for my birthday as a birthday gift to myself and it never came so I contact them they told me they would try Fedex twice and it would take 10days each try but if after that they still don’t no what happen they would refund my money well after 3-4 tries 2 different claim numbers and over 2-3 months they say fedex said they delivered it and it’s nothing they could do I asked to speak to a supervisor many times but never got one and on top of that they were suppose to send me a copy of their policy which states that if a package is stolen u it’s on u and they said they would and hung up on me so I don’t recommend them at all this app or the confirmed one either
Make matching clothes easy to purchase together.. When I shop on adidas app I notice that when I’m looking at the section where you look at shirts to buy. I see a decent shirt I’m interested in and notice that the pants with it is also a great combination as well. But can’t view the pants that match with it . Please fix it I love the combinations but it takes forever to search for the exact pants because their not linked together or doesn’t even exist. Is there a reason ?
Useless. Why would anyone download an app which offers half the features of a website? You can’t view pictures posted in the reviews. You can’t track or even view a exchange order in your purchase history or account info. It took almost TWO months for them to ship my exchange and when I spoke with customer service, she literally cut me off mid sentence and started speaking over me. I had to look at my phone to see if I hit mute by accident. I did not. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They emailed a 30% coupon voucher to apologize for the delay however the voucher does not work on ANY product. Scamming much? This was the only way I knew they rcvd my exchange as there is no update in the app.
Horrible experience. Attempted to order my order on Black Friday five times technical difficulties did not allow me to do so went to the physical store purchase my items swiped my card place the order in the store only to receive an email six or seven days later did that order was cancelled: I have made a number of phone calls and online chat requesting to speak to a supervisor no one has been able to do so I was told that although the rate that I got when I went to the store on Black Friday was swiped on my card I have to pay the higher rate because the rate is no longer available horrible customer service how is it that there is never a supervisor that is able to come on the phone unhappy Adidas customer
Horrible customer services and ordering process. Nike is much better.. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Not one, but two times I’ve ordered with Adidas and they did not have the accurate real time status of my order. The first time the order was cancelled by them at the very last minute and presently they basically told me that I have to wait until the warehouse notifies them to let them know about the order. I never have this problem when I order from Nike. Do yourself a favor, save time and frustration. I’ve never experienced the things that I’ve experienced with Adidas with anyone else. Never. Word of advice to Adidas: please do better. This is terrible and I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything through y’all.
Can't check notifications. I can see notifications accumulating next to the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of the app, but I have no way to check them. I've tried clicking around within the app everywhere. Chat feature inside app was useless, as they suggested I go on my desktop to check notifications, then they said they don't send notifications to the app, they only send them to my desktop account, which is demonstrably false. Someone on the Dev team needs to fix this. And yes, I've tried refreshing, restarting, etc. It should not be this hard. Not the best user experience.
This is getting sad.. As a huge fan of Adidas it’s become frustrating. I want to shop, browse, and make purchases almost everyday. Lately I can’t, because the adidas app is the most unreliable app on my phone. It’s been about 3 weeks and the app always displays an error message. Error for anything. No matter how I try to navigate through the app it never works for me. I delete and reinstall the app all the time. I reset my phone just to try and make it work. PLEASE ADIDAS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! Don’t you want my money?
Glitchy app and horrible website. I have both SNKRS and Addidas App. There has been several occasions the app has never informed me of shoes releases despite having my notifications on. This morning I was on the app prior to the We All We Got Rivarly shoes that dropped at 10 am EST. The app never refreshes never notified me, I had to go on the website and purchase the shoes and once they were in my checkout box I had to go through the tedious process of putting in my credit card information just got the shoes to no longer be available. How long does shoes stay in your checkout??? I was not even 5 minutes.
Great products. If only the app worked as intended.. This app has had the same bugs for quite some time. Makes me think nobody is working on fixing the issues for some time considering the bugs include the inability to add an item to your cart (unless you choose buy now and checkout with one product), update the cart, doesn’t populate primary payment methods or address, can’t return using app because it cannot load the page. I would say to look at the Nike app or any mvp of a shopping app and make sure the basic functions to shop using the app is replicated but I don’t think anyone at Adidas is actually available to do it. Why is this app even in production when it can’t meet its basic, minimal requirements to provide value to the customer? So frustrating.
This app should win awards. I have not historically been a big adidas customer outside of random soccer gear for my daughter, but I recently purchased a couple of pairs of shoes online that landed me in the app experience. I have never had such a delightful and engaging retail experience. The app is beautiful, the engagement elements sucked me in, and I found myself wanting to buy more product. I also keep showing it to anyone else that I think could remotely appreciate what your team has done. Congratulations on what you have done here!
Great! 1st Purchase on App!. I visited the Adidas website to order a couple items. They were running a promotion for 30%! There was a pricing glitch for one of the items so I called customer service and spoke with Jennifer who was very helpful. She suggested the using the app. I downloaded the app and she was right, the app was super easy to navigate. The promotion was too good that I ended up ordering a few things for my family and bought 8 items...what a steal they were! Can’t wait to wear them! Thanks Adidas!
Terrible experience. The app glitches on my absolutely solid payment methods EVERY time! I am supposed to receive discounts for achieving GameChanger status. Tech support told me to stop using the app and just order on the web?!?!?! The web site doesn’t offer the discount that I spent THOUSANDS to earn. They told me to delete the app and start over. Also, not effective. How can a corporation of this size have such a broken system? Do they not want my money?
