Hate the new layout & UI. I don’t like the lack of info now during bingo games that came with the latest update i.e how many chests you’ve collected and if you dobbed x2 win, x2 xp. Took me 10 mins to figure out how to get out of a bingo room. Also there are 2 misspelled words that are driving me nuts. One is the new game Proud Peacock, in the game it says Pround Peacock and the 2nd is when scratching legendary cards for the card collection. The copper chest is spelled as cooper. The game now resembles Wild Bingo which was terrible. I liked the older look of this game, now it’s lacking a lot of basic info and simple movement through the game. Terrible job devs. Also the garden event has become impossible to complete. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game but I’ve no desire to play since the latest update. My wallet will thank me.

Ads for Tickets. I will give credit where credit is due and say that this is by far my favorite bingo and overall game app that I have encountered. It is the first gaming system that I have spent my own money on as it is quite addictive. However, with this being said, the amount that I get every day is about enough to play one to two rounds of 4 cards, if I’m lucky. Before, we had an opportunity to watch videos for tickets, which didn’t feel like enough then but at least it gave us more to work with. Now I feel even more limited and almost forced to continue to spend my own money to be able to enjoy the game fully. I cannot continue to afford this expense, regardless of how much enjoyment I receive from this game, and may even stop playing entirely so I am not tempted every time I lose tickets so quickly. That would be such a bummer since I truly enjoy this bingo version a lot! At the very least please allow us the option to watch ads for tickets, it would be a big help. Keep up the great job making this game as dynamic and entertaining as possible!

Awesome Sauce!. This has always been my favorite bingo game so I try to play it as often as I can. I was wondering though I only recently one time won the 7 days free Crystal Club pass but the daily prize button never worked for me. I’m not sure why but I tried several times a day to no avail to make it work. I’m trying to get it again I was wondering is there anything I’m doing wrong that it doesn’t work? This way I will know for future reference. Other than that I love all of the challenges and the new things that keep coming up. Keep up the great work!

Fun game, poor rewards. I actually enjoy playing this game however the rewards you win are not worth the amount of tickets you play. The daily bonus that you can get every 24 hours isn’t sufficient enough to play 4 cards at double the price ( you want to double you card price so you have a higher chance of winning) i literally go into the game every day just to collect tickets for almost a week at a time just so i can play a few games at a time. They do offer tickets for purchase but even those are not enough to satisfy your play time unless you are forking out loads of money. I am definitely NOT paying for anything in the game i would rather uninstall it than to pay for tickets that will get me 1 round before i have to buy again. My suggestion: increase pay outs and daily bonus as far as tickets go to make playing and winning bingo worth it! My daily bonus is less than the cost of 4 cards... not sure how you expect me to play multiple rounds with my rewards never reaching the costs of the cards smh

Stay away. This game was ok at first then I bought a pack ... worse decision I ever made as it kept shoving pack up as soon as u leave a game and fool me bought a few I was up to 10,000 coins and let me mind you in 4 games all gone they give them and they take them away this game is not free and if they say it is that’s a joke you have to pay real money for a game that gives you nothing in return ...also they say contact support well let me tell u that’s a joke also I can’t on this device as it is a iOS device wants you to download a mail program which in return asks for a certain type email that I don’t have I’m sick of this game I beg and plead all don’t let this game drag you down like it has me don’t download iti stay away it’s disgusting and sick how this game does people only wants your money and that’s it

Used to love it, but.... Now that I’ve leveled up a little, I can’t seem to get a bingo to save my life. It’s very expensive to play number one, and I realize these companies have to make their money, but I just feel like it’s a bit over the top. I’ve spent a lot of money on just this one game and at this point it seems like there’s no benefit to playing. It’s things like the caller calling out every number but the ones you need to either get an instant bingo or regular one has frustrated me to the point where I can’t help but believe it’s on purpose. Like, constantly losing will somehow make me want to spend money?? Lol. Early on in my progress I was winning almost every time I played, but that is no longer the case. I just want to gripe out loud because it’s so obviously intended to get you hooked enough so that you’ll continue to spend, and it’s totally frustrating. This is just a game; I will and do sleep at night not winning like I used to, but people know when games get greedy or try to sucker you into spending your money. I spent what I have because I was entertained, I enjoyed it, and so on. Maybe the focus should be getting people to play/pay and KEEPING them playing/paying instead of trying to dupe them into it. No need to reply, I’ve read the previous reviews and responses and I don’t need anyone to try and satiate me or lead me to believe you’ll do anything about it.

Not as fun. With almost 400 power ups, the game will still only allow 2-3 to be used during a game of four cards. Sometimes up to 5, but why the fluctuation? However when you try to use the next power up it pops up a “purchase” screen, in the middle of the game. Frustrating. Also, the game seems designed only to get you to make purchases. The cards cost a lot, you can’t always use the power ups and you barely win. You could play 20 cards and not still get 3 bingos. Its a drain. Again, designed with the hopes that you’ll spend money and buy the tickets and power ups that will be gone in minutes. Almost impossible to win. Finally, customer support is terrible. Send an email to report something gone wrong and they don’t fix it. Instead they give you lame answer that has absolutely nothing to do with went wrong.

New daily task. Right now I'm not happy with the new daily task. First time playing the game since the new daily task started & it says I need 900 tickets to complete the 1st task. I'm fine with that, but I've played & I've won 6 bingos which means I've won tickets & it says I have 0 tickets. What's up with that! Is it a glitch or am I wrong in thinking that how you get your tickets for completing the task is actually by winning them through winning bingos? If it's a glitch then please fix it. EDIT: After I wrote this I went back to the game to play some more & the tickets started filling up in the daily task. It must have been a delay.

Best bingo game!!. It's a fun bingo I enjoy. My favorite super game. It makes you want to play. I have played a lot of bingo games but Bingo Party is the BEST one. I actually have deleted all my other ones. I love all the different places very detailed. I also love all the special games we get to play. The daily missions are really cool. I can earn Tickets from it. I can also collect a lot of tickets and power ups from my friends. This game is updated frequently. So many funny events for us to play. When I get up in the morning Bingo Party is the first game I go to so I can send my gifts and try to do my daily challenge. I also like puzzles in this game. When I finish a fantastic puzzle with my hard work, I will have a sense of accomplishment. I just joined a group and I love it I actually have friends now that I can play with and help them out with tickets and power ups and they do the same for me. I have only been playing for maybe 2 months and up to level 131 I’m very addicted. Keep up the great job.

This game is a rip off. I used to love this game before the update. I have paid for the elite status only to have the game constantly crash. I have lost over 6000+ tickets and countless power ups (2x payout and instant bingos mainly) and never got them back. It wasn’t even worth paying for as the payout for the bingos is far less then you pay a round. That is even if you get a bingo because out of 45 players and 300 cards there is only 22 bingos!!! I will not pay or even play this game anymore. Nothing but money hungry developers. Sure it’s different from all other bingo games but what’s the use of it if you can play but 10 minutes of the day. I’d rather play the other games and know I will have more game play time than this game. And before I get a promoted answer from developers just know that you are losing players fast by not taking into account what our grievances about the game are. Your greediness is costing you more.

Not realistic. Save your time. This game does not produce very many tickets or rewards compared to what you need to play. You dont stand a chance without boosters. If you dont have them, it is impossible to win, so you will need to spend a lot of money to stock up on them. If by chance you do win, it rarely covers the cost it took to play the game. Tried on 2 occasions to collect all the cards, spent way too much money, only to come up 2 cards short each time. There is no way to guarantee that you even can get all cards as they appear to be by chance, with the highest chance they are not available. My stupidity was that I honestly felt like I could complete the task of collecting all cards. I just missed it one time so I was hooked going for the second time. Im embarrassed to even say how much money I spent on this game, but whatever you think you spent, I’ve doubled or tripled that. You would be better off playing the lottery without any numbers, same odds. Do me a favor and don’t fall into the trap. You will absolutely never win.

It’s ok. This game is ok but there are some bugs that need to be worked out. For example, I had a few Bingos on the very last ball but it wouldn’t let me hit the Bingo button and ended the game and I never got the rewards for the bingo. Secondly, I had a good bingo but the game said it was a bad bingo but it was a legit bingo. This game could use some improvements. UPDATE to developers reply: I can handle playing with more than 1 card. Your game is the issue. As stated in my original review: the game will not let me daub the last ball called; it immediately ends and has caused me to lose a bingo (this tickets) several times. In addition, the higher in level you go the harder it is to win and I REFUSE to spend money for a subpar game. This one will definitely be deleted from my phone and iPad. I’m reducing my rating due to the poor response from the developer.

Too much for my blood. I love this game. But ticket prices are too high. I don’t even have a Facebook to like the page to receive free tickets from you. If I play a tournament my daily bonus I receive will be spent instantly on 4 cards which is one game. It’s no fun playing 1 or 2 cards. The lower costing rooms don’t even give you a chance to bingo before the game is over. And I’ve bought tickets and power ups. Again $4.99 for 500 tickets isn’t a deal and definitely isn’t enough. And that tony guy has never sent a gift. Ever. I started playing in October and nearly completed most of my puzzles before you all introduced the new puzzles thus expiring my hard work. And those are tickets I’ll never have. I hate the new wheel thing. 10 stars is the minimum to spend the wheel. And stars are nearly impossible to get now. Duplicate cards? Honestly I can go weeks without spinning. I’m cashing out on this game when I can go to a real bingo hall and play more then what you charge me for a pack of tickets. Awesome game but these changes aren’t beneficial to your players

Ugh. I love this game. I really do, and I want to PLAY this game… I’m just not rich enough to maybe? I might get to play 2-4 rounds anymore because I run out of tickets and when tickets are awarded after an hour, I’ll get 8… what exactly am I supposed to do with 8 tickets, or even 30 tickets? That is not enough for a game. So there I am, another hour later… 18 tickets. Ok, so I’m up to either 26 or 48 tickets… let’s wait another hour. Why is it so expensive for the tickets? I would buy them, but it’s not worth the money. $10, with double tickets, gets you 2000. If you’re trying to move along and complete rooms, at 960 for 4 cards, you get 2 plays for that amount. Please make winnings worth the price you are paying to play, or the tickets cheaper. I don’t want to delete this game.

Good game but recent updates are bad. I like this game a lot and have been playing it for quite a long time. However, I don’t like some of the recent updates, especially around the 3 daily tasks. I hate that they now unlock subsequently, meaning you first have to complete task #1 before the next one is revealed and so on. If task #1 is, say, to use 20 power ups, and task #2 is to use 4x the double payout (which is a rare item), then chances are high that you’ve already blown all your double payouts in the previous round to complete the 20 power ups task. And that means, if you are really wanting to complete all 3 daily tasks, you have to shell out real money (and quite a lot) to buy enough of those double payout power ups. And if you get to task #3 and that is to DAUB the double XP powerup 5 times, we’ll then good luck, you’re probably having to buy a LOT of tickets to do that. I get that they want to make money, and lots of it and while I have already spent way more real money on this game than I care to admit, this is where I stop. There are other bingo games out there where I can have fun completing 3 tasks without having to unlock subsequently and spend a ton of cash. Sorry to say but this will be the end for me unless they change (which I suppose won’t happen).

The New Update is the Downfall to this App. I’ve been playing Bingo Party for over 3 years now. I, like many others, have invested hundreds of dollars in to my account for a fun, leisure Bingo game that WAS worth it. However the recent update has made it almost impossible to complete certain tasks and obtain cards. It’s confusing and difficult not to mention asking us to invest to level up on the “Free” & $20/mo RoyalPass to advance. Not to mention lowering the amount of tickets we earn from daily tasks but we shouldn’t have to purchase “Jewels” when we are already spending our money on tickets, power-ups, monthly events and sale chests. The Facebook Group for connecting with other daily players has expressed their concerns so much, many are leaving due to your greediness. No one can afford any additional add ons; especially in a pandemic. Please let me know if you intend to make any changes because you’re losing a lot of clients.

Greedy, Greedy, Greedy - Stingy, Stingy, Stingy. This Bingo game is nothing but a front for the owner(s) to make money by both making the Bingo round so short (only 22 numbers called per round) and the payouts so small so you will quickly run out of the in-game currency you need to keep playing. They also withhold your ability to use the “power ups” you have by randomly flash a pop-up window that covers up the both your Bingo cards and the numbers being called with an ad wanting you to buy more (with real $$), when you click on the flashing “Power Up” icon. It’s not only incredibly distracting, it’s down right rude. There is a constant barrage of these “buy our stuff” pop-up ads every where in the game. One time I counted 5 when I was entering the game. I’m giving it one star, but that’s only for the graphical design of the game. It may be free to play but that’s just proof of getting what you pay for 😏

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Not worth the effort. Very unfortunate that this game cannot do better. I’ve have read your suggestions to other players and they do not work. I do not plan to spend actual money to play, and being able to only play a round or two a day is annoying. What is the point in playing a game for maybe 10 minutes. You never give enough tickets to keep a person playing. I deleted this app a while ago and after re-installing I remembered why it got deleted in the first place. Not worth my time to play so I will be deleting the app again. I’m sorry you can’t seem to figure out people want to enjoy a game for longer than 10 minutes. Increase rewards, either daily rewards or winning rewards and maybe I’ll try to play again. Receiving 2 tickets/board on some rounds is insulting and worthless.

So much fun!. I stay up way too late playing Bingo Party. It’s always fun, and has enough variety to keep me playing! Once I figured out the tournament games, I was hooked-I love their quick pace. Also love the different stages like PAC-MAN, Crazy Drops, Vampire, Gladiator, and more. They keep the journey interesting. The only problem I have had has been in the last couple of weeks. Sometimes I get disconnected from the internet, and in the past I would get a refund when I was able to get back on. But recently, I haven’t been getting refunds when this happens, which is costing me a lot of tickets, power-ups, and then money. I live in a city which doesn’t always have the best coverage, so I get disconnected somewhat regularly. How can I get my refunds when that happens?

You people are so sad. It’s sad because it’s such a fun game at first. Get to level 40 and they cheat you out of your tickets. I used to buy 2 cards at a time when I was level 10 and win a lot but as I got up I would buy 4 cards and win once every 2 games if I was lucky. I am sad to say I probably will not be playing this game again because of the fact that whenever you seem to run out of tickets it advertises a sale to spend money. I am disappointed that a fun game turned into a rip off. Also I think that this game developer will recommend things on Facebook. I think that you are forgetting that there are little kids here that can’t have Facebook or people, like me, who try to stay away from social drama. I am frustrated beyond belief and you need to be able to earn more tickets without money, 5 videos a day that give you barely anything, and Facebook!!!!! Until people come to their senses I do not recommend this game!!!

No stars, except the one that has be selected to send my review. I’m removing the app for this game. I used to like playing it daily, and moving to new levels with new voices calling out the numbers. I liked playing with four cards to increase my chances. Now, I can barely get enough tickets to play one card. I spend more time looking at game previews (which are sometimes for the same game six times in a row)to get enough free tickets to play one round. I’m done wasting my time trying to get enough tickets to even play one round every three days! So, unless you are prepared to spend a lot of your money trying to buy enough tickets to keep playing this game, then I wish you luck. Me? I’m out!

Not For The Casual Player. The game looked like a simple way to wipe the cares from one’s mind, but it appears I have but two options: (1) Sign up with facebook to enable saved-game status, or (2) play as a guest, repeating entry-level games for eternity. Now, there MAY be other options I’ve not seen, but those two are the only options on the entry screen (there isn’t even a “contact the programmer” or a how-to on the entry screen). And when I played one game as a guest, I couldn’t see where else to save “my” game-status. Frankly, I’d give the game zero stars if I could for the inane assumption that everyone who plays on a personal device wants to connect digitally with friends (which I would rather do in person...over movies, meals, & margaritas; conversations, cruises, & cards; laser-tag, laughter, & linguine; tacos, tennis, theater and the hallowed beauty of mere time). When I play a game, it’s to fill in a few moments when the mind needs to rest in relative blankness. Obviously, this game isn’t for players like me, but I assume it will fill a spot for those who haven’t yet “completed” a circle of very close friends with whom one wants to (and can) connect in the real world...

So-so new update. (1) The new update (today) seems to have discontinued the free tickets I would get for logging in (not counting the daily free tickets). (2) Powerups should only pop up for the ones you have. It’s silly to say i have one to use, but wait, I actually don’t. Then I have to click off the pop-up window saying I don’t want to purchase it (in the middle of the game!!). Only display powerups I actually have! (3) I love the daily challenges and the daily tasks to complete. Not many tickets, but it’s fun and challenging. (4) There should be more bingos in rounds. If 100 people are playing 300 cards, it doesn’t make sense that there are only 22 bingos available. This number should be increased to at least 1/2.. other bingo games do this and it’s not so disheartening.

RUINED!. Played for first time and of course didn't have the cash to win the daily tournaments and all the other bs your are subjected to all at once by trying to win this and that etc. That was ok I was willing to know I was not going to place but I had fun....HOWEVER this morning when I went to play I was greeted with really crappy messages saying COME ON! You placed at the bottom 7% and then said something else negative about not winning or completing a puzzle etc! Talk about bullying me into feeling bad. I don't need petty Bingo to make me feel bad. This world is hard enough then to get grinded on by a stupid game. Also might be nice if the challenges didn’t always start with BUY BUY BUY-basically if you don’t purchase anything you wont win anything so don’t bother. You have RUINED BINGO FOR SO MANY PEOPLE. GREED = PATHETIC- SOME COOL DEVELOPERS WILL EVENTUALLY FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE A GAME JUST ABOUT FUN AND TRUE LUCK VS GREEDY ALGORITHMS! If you think its going to get me to buy more WRONG! I am uninstalling after this review. Get your GREEDY ACT TOGETHER! Try being positive to those of us who can’t afford to dump our money into online Bingo where you don't win anything REAL anyway. Love the game - HATE the cost - Improvement Suggestions. Love this game, but it could be so much better for the players if some improvements were made... My suggestions... 1. Chests should be for power ups and puzzle pieces only. 2. When you increase the amount of XP needed to level up, you need to increase the reward received as well. The costs far exceed the benefits. 3. There should be more bingos available. The number of bingos in relation to the amount of players and cards is a complete rip-off. Greedy much?? 4. There should be packages available that include tickets and power ups. Having one without the other is a complete waste. 5. Elite and VIP status should count towards every bingo room - not just the tournament score. Extra XP would be an idea... 6. Payouts on bingo wins should be at least double the cost of a bingo card. Winning back what you just paid is really not winning, and double payouts only seem to happen when you don’t have any bingos or power ups, so why even bother?? If you offered better payouts and more chances to bingo, you would have much happier players. Stop being so greedy!! Thanks!!

Love Hate. I love playing this game, but I can’t play long enough and that’s why I give it a star off. The rare power ups, namely the double pay out, are the only way you’ll actually gain on wins. Pay outs for a win are low, and unless you get all your cards to bingo, you will end the round at a loss every time; thus if you don’t have a double pay out you should play a low level game and hope you get one in a chest. But don’t be too hopeful as the chests are WAAAAY to experience heavy and commonly 2/10 will have a power up….and those are usually common. I have 4,500 power ups and yet I am always out of double stars, rainbow stars, and 2x payouts…they really should be easier to collect as the game isn’t worth playing without them. I know they want you to spend money, and I have, but $2 gets you 2 rare power ups…and sometimes it 2 of the same. Also, the ticket pay out is crap. $5 gets you barely enough tickets to play the low bet rooms. I love playing this game, but I wish I could spend 30-60 minutes playing over the 10 minutes it usually takes for me to lose all the tickets (even when I hoard over multiple days to play big rooms).

Could be awesome. It has so many different bingo games that anyone can find something they like. It’s definitely a super fun game and I love playing it. The HUGE downside is that if you have any issues you are on your own. You can email the company and you will never hear back from them. The longer you play, the less you win. The power up system they have is terrible. I have over 700 power ups but none of the good ones and when you are playing the game they ALWAYS play the power up you don’t have so either you purchase more( at a huge cost) or you can’t use your 700 power ups you keep collecting. I find this to be by far the most annoying thing. If I don’t have the power ups, they should not come up to play. It makes no sense. And you will never win any of the big challenges. They totally fix it so you can’t. And why don’t you have a way to get in touch with you? Is it because you are just trying to rip people off and don’t want to deal with it. There should be a place to report developers like this.

Best Bingo Game. Never dull, fun and exciting. The best bingo game I have played. I have been playing bingo since I was a kid. This game is so much more than a regular bingo game app. It has different challenges which I like. It makes you work towards a goal (completing a puzzle). There are so many different and exciting things to accomplish! It is never boring! The graphics, etc... are awesome! You can see the cards a few seconds at the end of the games and are able to see what you may have missed. I like completing the daily tasks, because it’s not impossible, but it is a challenge. I've pretty much been sticking with the path along the river, because the awards build like the cost of the cards. I've tried a few games that weren't along the path a few times, but they seemed to be too expensive and I rarely got any Bingos. After all, what we all like most, is playing, and the excitement of winning. So the more we can play, the better. Lastly, I would like to say that I enjoy all the different types of game styles. It's never boring and as I've said before, the graphics are very nice. Thank you for the fun, and keep up the good work!!!

Fun in tragically small doses. The game itself is really very fun, but as others have pointed out the amount of tickets you get each day doesn’t cover many games. I’m fine with not being on the leader board or advancing quickly, but unless I decide to pay actual money I get very little play per day (maybe 12 boards including the tickets from watching ads). I even watch all the ads it will let me (30 tickets per 30 second ad, so not even a single board on the lowest level), which means they are still earning revenue from me, and it feels like I spend as much time watching ads as spending the tickets from them. It’s just not a friendly model of business for people not willing to spend an obscene amount of money on what should be a fun little game app.

Fun but issues. Play this game a lot and find it addicting sometimes. Some of issues I’ve been recently having are spending tickets to play and it takes my tickets and doesn’t allow the game to continue. Happened twice this morning and I lost out on 1,040 tickets on Level 74 of Munich. This happened in the past as well but we for lesser levels. I recommend that when you purchase packs to carefully scrutinize the purchase to determine all tickets, power ups, safe coins, etc are actually shown in your account. Frustrating when I just purchase tickets, used them and got nothing in return. Other than these issues, the game is fun as I said and levels get harder. I personally like the special play bingos and not the usual kind but they seem to be more infrequent.

I have never written a review past a few sentences... here we go... In the ten plus years I’ve had an iPhone, gaming apps have not been my thing. They still aren’t however this one.. I need to delete.. I’m hooked. For whatever reason I have spent over $400 or $500 in two months. This is with no judgement to anyone who does not doesn’t. However I felt the need to share my experience with the game. It has quite honesty been a type of coping skill or drug to me. It’s awesome! The graphics, all the “neat stuff” lol. I have no idea what techie words to use to describe it. I’m sure you can connect the dots! My message to users- Try it. It’s a great app. Beware though. I’m deleting now. I take responsibility for the black hole I fall into when playing and $ I am unable to put my brain around spending. My message to the developers is this- Not cool to give so little daily tickets, daubes, what not. You have an amazing game. Give the users a break on the “specials” The dangling of carrots to lead users to play and play . It was fun while it lasted! Peace! 🎟

Fun but frustrating. I have spent an embarrassingly large amount of money on this game and I still can’t get the last card I need. Not only that but they have now made the game harder to get anything in the events it’s ridiculous. So basically you can spend over $200 in this game and you still won’t get anything and they expect you to keep doing it but Nah. And I don’t normally pay real money for these games but I kind of just thought maybe I’ll do it this one time and then yeah it’s not even worth it I kind a wish I could just give all my money back. The game is fun yeah but not so much when they make it harder to play events And to get these cards. So might as well just stick with Bingo Journey because at least they give you a chance without you spending anything.

Greeeeeeeeeeeedy developers. The amount of tickets won per game is not even 1/2 the cost to play. Sometimes you only win 8 tickets! That’s a joke. I understand that you can beg your Facebook friends by asking them to send you tickets. Games that require you to force people in your friends list to play are annoying. People don’t want to add random people they don’t know to their personal page only to get tickets to play a game. You say to play the low cost games and thats not accurate either. In order to play those you still need to win tickets which this game doesn’t give. You can watch five ads only to receive enough tickets to play one round. And if you do win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place bingo you still don’t even win enough to cover the cost to play. You say that the game gives you free tickets every 22 hours. Yes that is true. It gives enough to play one 4 card game or two 2 card games every 22 hours! That’s terrible. You say that Tony gives gifts from time to time. Again 150 tickets is only enough in some of the lower cost levels to play one time. Come on! At least give enough tickets equal to the amount it costs to play like other games! It’s too bad cause the game itself is really fun. This complaint is in the reviews and on the fb page over and over again. Why aren’t you listening to the people’s request?

Help. 3 stars. Would like to give more buuutttttt. I think being able to get support easily is important. This game is not support friendly. Had to go this route. I do enjoy the game and don’t usually have issues. But I am playing in odessy—the piggy game. And have yet to have any stars awarded. I know I should have at least 2. Please check into this. I usually find the games fun. Sometimes frustrating when I can’t get the one bingo I need. But still fun! And a lot of them are kinda cute. I have played a lot of bingo games over the years and this one I have yet to permanently delete. Fun game, but.... Tech support is nonresponsive and told me when I pointed out that in one particular BINGO game, when the game itself hit one of the specials (2x XP, 2x Payout, chest, etc.) that it did not count?! This is the only BINGO game I have so far encountered where the game can't also trigger a special. For example, when I activate a 2-daub powerup, and one lands on a 2x XP, I get the 2x XP as if I'd daubed it myself. In the Odyssey, if, for example, a sunflower activates a special, I get the special as if I'd daubed it myself. I pointed this out (admittedly a little rudely) and for three days now, crickets. The developer's social media platforms listed on their website do not exist. Most of the people listed in LinkedIn have private profiles and can't be contacted. I reckon I lost out on at least one chest, possibly multiple 2x specials and tokens for whatever side game was active *per card set* of this particular BINGO game that I played over a week long period, because I have been trying to complete the Odyssey a second time for another wildcard as I am four cards short on the card collection game of 60,000 tickets... I want those tickets, dammit, and if the game had behaved as expected, I might be in a better position to get them.

Fun but rigged. I will admit this game is a lot of fun but definitely not worth what they are charging to play it. I have spent thousands of dollars playing it and have come to realize it is totally rigged. I have been double charged at times and also not received what I paid for. In addition if you buy a timed offer and the app crashes or you can’t get back on the app you’re screwed. I finally figured a way to reach out to them after many crashes and losses and they offered 500 in tickets which at most cost $2.99 because of my troubles for multiple purchases that costs $9.99 a piece. No matter how much you spend they will not let you win the big prizes which by the way are tickets or power ups, it’s not even a monetary win. When you get close to winning the big prizes they will speed up the clock or cut your time short so there’s no way possible to win. Or they will give you numbers that aren’t on your cards so you are unable to win. I am confident if you spend enough money and time playing this game you will see exactly what I mean by the different ways it’s rigged. Such a shame to rig a game people are paying big money to play when the only thing you win are tickets. I will be looking at how I can report this app beyond here to stop others from getting screwed over.

Very good but costly. This was the best bingo game I’ve came across in a while. The levels are wonderful especially the candy one. I love the music and the narrators matched what part of the world you were in at that time. I love the chances to double your points. Ant the extra merits you received when you hit the right number or level. Great time consuming game. Downfall, just plan to the point. You win nothing even though you spend money. This isn’t one of those live games where you have to pay to win “real” things. I can’t see where you grab a lot of points even when you hit bingo. I came in first place and it cost more tickets to play that round than I received after winner 1st place. Great game if you have extra cash to waste. It would be nice if the game was actually fair. If you felt as if you was winning more than losing your actual cash. Also, they have advertisements in the game so they get paid from them. I miss the old days when you got a game and you could enjoy it without it being fixed to take your cash. If you have extra cash to replenish every couple days, then have fun.

Awful!!!!!! Recent update forces you to pay to play.. Do not play this app!!!!! They recently “updated” their game with higher prices and harder to advance levels in game!!! A game should not be BSing their players and make it nearly impossible to advance levels. This game used to be fun, but now they’re trying to force you to pay so much $$$$ bc the only way to level up is not feasible by playing with the daily tickets. Honestly, it never was. I liked the game so I’d fit the bill here and there. Now, you would literally have to pay at least $1000 a month to advance or even just to continue to play! They also changed something with this update to make it so you don’t get as many BINGOs, no matter what. It’s a sham. Super upset with this.

Unfair. If I could rate it lower I would. Many times to count on the last number I could get a bingo, you end the round with no time to hit the number and I miss out again and again. Give us enough time to play the last number. You are about to lose a dedicated player for feeling cheated. You should at least reimburse me for this happening every day many times. Show me you care that I spend lots of money. Or you will lose me as a player. You said you would daub something but nothing happened. I did not notice or see anything. I’m so disappointed and regret having faith in you. I cannot see myself spending another dime on this game. By the way the problem of ending without any way of playing the last number continues. I will finish out what I have available to play and then I will quit. Just asking for fairness and I guess that does not interest you.

Too much unanswered but fun. I have enjoyed playing this bingo for quite awhile now. The core of our ‘family’ in the game often tell each other when we’ll be out for awhile lol But there are some things we can’t find the answer to. Like on some of the gold and legendary cards why it says you can obtain them from family…. How!? It doesn’t have the request to family button like the rest do we are quite puzzled. If there was a spot w better explanations on something especially when there is a new update it’d really help me continue to spend money lol

Gifting malfunctions. Just since my recent iPad Apple update, the gifting feature on my Bingo Party account has been disabled. For a short while, I was still able to gift on my apple phone, but now, that too has ceased to work. Please advise for fix this problem. I hope to be able to send gifts again soon. I spend a good bit of money on tickets for this game and play several hours every day. Please help correct this or let me know what I need to do to fix the problem on my end. Thanks for your help .

Terrible economy. All they want is your money.. I have really enjoyed playing this game up until recently. The “economy” of it is so unbalanced so as to force you to make in-game purchases daily. As you level, the disparity between cost and pay-out only increases. I don’t mind paying a bit once and a while, but a $5 purchase should allow me to play for more than a 20 minutes. The rewards for completing just about everything are so minimal. Winning a bingo, for instance, awards only the cost of the card. There’s no profit. And before the developers chime in all their ways of earning tickets, I know how I’m supposed to earn tickets. But it’s not enough to actually play for more than a couple rounds. How does this sort of model keep your app popular when there’s no incentive to play? It’s not like you actually benefit from winning!

Annoyed. I like the game but it’s too expensive. When you use your tickets you don’t get the awards back that you put in 98% of the time even when you win. Then when you actually get the cool free spin it literally gives you either 2 useless power ups or not enough tickets to buy one card. Also, the snowman room is ridiculous I’ve won maybe two times because there is never snowflakes. For example, I will have 4 numbers left on the board with less than half the meter filled needed to win. And now It just took my tickets and that really made me write a review. AND EVEN WIN YOU PAY MORE ACTUAL $$$ OR INCREASE YOUR LEVEL FOR BETTER REWARDS YOU STILL WIN VERY LITTLE. The amount of times I’ve won a lot of tickets/gotten good rewards and been happy has been less than a fourth of the time I’ve had the game.

If you don’t mind crashes and 18 mandatory buttons to get to a game. Been on this app a couple years and spent money. The daily mandatory clicks to get to a bingo card is annoying. Just when I think I’ve responded to the last one, up pop another 4. But that’s not what broke my enjoyment. Over the past month, it’s crashed during a game once and twice a week. This time, it’s two days in a row. No other game on my phone crashes so it’s not on my end. The game restores my lost credit at the next log on but it’s happened so many times that, when I start a game, a part of me is feeling a little anxious wondering when it’s going to crash mid-game again. When a game does the opposite of its intention it’s time to move on.

No improvement. I went to this page to check out other reviews to see if other people had the same feelings I did. First off I love this game, but I’ve seen that many people are not happy with things that I feel the same about. Not enough profit with bingos, not enough bingos, and the insane money you have to spend for little playing time. I have read reviews from OVER A YEAR AGO with the same complaints and you guys say you “seriously consider the feedback” but honestly you must not at all. I downloaded this game less than a month ago and I am already fed up with some of the issues that make me not want to play. I’m not someone who can waste money on tickets everyday. I have seen you say invite friends but Facebook won’t let you do that anymore. I’m just disappointed because you guys take no feedback. You honestly only care about the money aspect. Fun Game BUT..... The game is very fun, it has a great variety and the challenges are fun however, you run through tickets fast. Even low cost games run through them. There is a glitch that doesn’t allow you to invite friends or get credit when you do send the invite. Also, you never win enough tickets to even come close to compensate what you spend. The purchase cost of the tickets isn’t even reasonable enough. For example, $20 will get you about 3000 tickets, which you burn through in just a few rounds. The $100 purchase doesn’t even give you enough tickets. If the devs would balance out the ticket ratio, this game would be the absolute best Bingo game on the market. Right now Bingo Pop has this one beat, simply because the card cost is better balanced.

Great game, but..... This is such a fun game!! It’s fast, addicting, and tons of different challenges and game within it. However, it irritates me that it’s all designed to make you spend real money to play!! As you pass each level, you have to pay a lot more to play, BUT you get hardly anything back in return! For example, you have to pay 240 tickets to play 4 cards. Say you win two bingos out of the 4 cards, you only win 70-90 tickets in return! That’s if you’re lucky. You usually win less than 30 tickets, and have to pay over 100 to play! It’s not fair. They push all these “deals” to make you pay real money for more tickets, but you still blow through the tickets so quickly, because you barely win any back! It’s getting to where it’s not fun anymore!! I can only play a few games a day, then have to wait 24 hours to get another 240 tickets free! Sometimes that’s only one game! I refuse to pay $20 for 3,000 tickets, when that doesn’t go far! Please start being more generous, or You’re going to lose a lot of players.

It’s ok if you spend money. It’s the funnest bingo I’ve played, until I run out of tickets. It’s difficult to rebuild if you don’t “win”. So you are stuck waiting a day (sometimes two) until you can play “a few more games”. UNLESS you spend money. I don’t like spending money on games unless they are good deals. These aren’t. You lose so quickly it isn’t worth the money. I wish there were easier ways to “win tickets” to play. As spending a crap ton of money for a bingo game isn’t in the cards for me as I have a family to support. Don’t get me wrong, It’s fun to play, like I said the funnest bingo I’ve played! Just wish the Money and losing tickets so quickly wasn’t such a huge problem. I’d play more and probably spend some money if it was easier to hold onto, or had better deals that weren’t wasted. Great game, needs a few adjustments. Love this game, spent a lot of money playing, my only concern is that as soon as it says round over the game ends, it should give you a few minutes before it closes to give you time to search for bingos you’ve probably missed. Also, since the amount goes up as you go up levels, the amount of money you receive should be more, plus the time to get the bonus should be less and more money. I enjoy playing this game, however I can’t afford to pay no longer sometimes with a bonus of $1100 and I’m up to playing the 600 puzzle, I can only play 1 game if I don’t win and even if I win, it’s not enough to play at least two. And also you can’t get bonuses on the tasks if you are at a lower level. Hope you take this into consideration, I will hate to stop playing, because I enjoy the game, as I said before I can’t afford to keep paying...

Connectivity issues in the middle of a round. I want to like this game but it just keeps getting worse and worse. It’s always cutting out in the middle of a live game saying the network lost its way, and then it spins and spins and the game gets out of sync, and it reconnects you after a TON of balls have gone by, and it’s frustrating to have to catch up. Sometimes you don’t, and you lose points for missing numbers, or you didn’t get to place your last few winning marks and miss out on a bingo. Sometimes you catch up just in time to call the bingo but you mash the button and it disconnects. It feels risky to play more than two cards at once. The connection issue is not me. I don’t have issues with any other online games and it happens consistently in every round. I’m deleting this game.

Last update a week ago. Since the last update I haven't been able to access this game on my iPad- I have access to all my other games okay- I have checked my internet and all the settings but cannot find out why this one is now inaccessible- do I have to wait for another update to have this sorted?

Not enough Tickets. I am addict to this games, I love this games but negative would be there are not enough of ticket and I get 300 daily, and most of ticket is 120 or 80. It mean I have to pay more of ticket which is disappointing. You guys should reconsider how would you guys work with the tickets to give us more chance to play.

Fix problem. Good game but one problem, the last number calls out at the same time game over, not enough second to win on the last number called out , it frustrates you, please fix then it should be an excellent game, also at the end of each game to restart waiting 30 seconds is too long..

Fun game but freezing since last update. I have noticed since the last update there is no daily tasks and it freezes at the end of each round. I have to shut down the app at the end of each round which is annoying. Normally the fpgame runs really smoothly and is lots of fun, this is getting frustrating

Impossibly to win without putting money in. Impossible to win without actually paying some money in. Should give more tickets (like every hour a certain amount) because it’s not enough to even get one card. And you win once every two weeks unless you put money in. Ridiculous

Best bingo game. I’ve tried about 10 bingo games and this is by far my favourite. No criticisms that I can yet see, addictive and immersing gameplay, awesome graphics, tons of a variety of fun bingo levels for all types of people that are unique to this app I’m sure, and it’s so easy to earn back what you spend. Could play this all day and never get bored. So fun!

All to quickly gone. You don’t get enough to get you anyway fast, the first couple of games you get though quick and it gets you in and hopeful but after that it’s all gone very quick. It costs way to much for four games and if you don’t win big then you don’t have enough to play another set. However the games are all different and fun shame .

Buying tickets is essential. This is my favourite bingo game by far but it has gotten too the point where I can’t play unless I spend ridiculous amounts of money which I’ve done and still can’t get in front. They offer a chance to win major tickets but won’t give out the cards required to win. It’s honestly just greed.

Too difficult to play for free. Everything needs cash. Once collecting the daily bonus you only get a couple of games, if you don’t win, then wait another 24 hours. I enjoy bingo but there’s got to be other apps that give you more free play.

Game Not Loading. I love this game and play it every day. Today I opened it and it wouldn’t load, I even uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but there was no change. Better payouts. Good game, however payouts are terrible. It’s all good to suggest playing higher/more cards but hard to do that when you don’t have enough tickets in the first place. You win bingo and don’t even get rewarded what it cost you to play. I really do like the game but won’t play it for much longer.

Great variety. Great variety with all the different levels but way too frustrating trying to get all the puzzle pieces to complete levels. Puzzle pieces should get awarded after any bingo not just one that has a puzzle piece on it.

Destroyed a good game. What have you done? You have, like most other game developers, become greedy. I used to buy the pass but after this month I won’t be. You have taken away most of the bonuses and once you have achieved the daily tasks, there’s no point playing. You have, in effect, destroyed a great game.

Game finishes before you press number.. The game puts a number up but before you press that number game finishes. Most times it’s the last number you need to either get bingo or like pac man to go through to pick up points. To me for example you get 30 numbers you should be able to press on all 30 numbers not have the number flash then finish. I love the game and spend plenty of cash on it but it’s getting to a point that I’m getting cheated out of a fair game. Please fix this issue. Thankyou for your quick response. A good game gone bad. I have enjoyed playing this game until very recent changes. Quests and Daily Challenges are all but impossible to complete unless you purchase additional tickets. Really disappointed in this development, was happy to buy extra tickets to progress but that was occasionally. I will no longer be making any additional purchases. Bingo cards too small. I like to play, but why are the bingo cards so small. It makes it very difficult to see. There is enough room to make the cards bigger and more visible.

New look atrocious. I agree wholeheartedly with reviewer Ghosts(sorry didn’t get rest of name), the new version is horrible. Who came up with the idea to turn a game that was so easy to find news etc at one’s fingertips hidden away, and what is with making the game squares so tiny. My goodness I play on a mini4 ipad and have so many issues seeing the numbers, I hate to think what it must be like on a phone. Yes my eyes are not as good as they once were but even my glasses are of no assistance. Ripped off!. So I enjoyed playing this game for quite a few years. I would make purchases from time to time for extra rewards and had progressed my VIP points and was pretty happy with the game and the support provided. With the last upgrade all my levels and VIP points were wiped. I reached out to support for help who were of little to no assistance and pretty much ignored me. I stopped playing Today I find that they have charged my account for things that I haven’t accessed. Very dodgey- I encourage you not to play this game. If there were minus stars I would give them that.

Really don’t recommend. I’ve never been more disappointed or had more hate towards a silly game. It’s got a terrible structure and crashes the game after I’ve gotten say a four-pack. Disappointed. I’m actually really annoyed! Bug in the game. I'm attempting to play London 9/12 on level 14 and when I press 2 cards, it goes through to in game purchases and when I cancel them it goes back to the card choice. But when I press 2 cards it goes back to in game purchases again. I have just updated the game and it is still failing. I am not interested in buying anything in in game purchases. CHEATERS!!!!. UPDATE: I REALLY REALLY hate games that cheat me. This is the THIRD … THIRD time today alone that I was kicked out of the game and NOT reimbursed the 300 tickets to play 2 cards in Odyssey!!!😤 That’s NINE HUNDRED TICKETS!!! 😡 I enjoy the game, but I HATE being CHEATED!!! 😡 PREVIOUS UPDATE: STILL NOT BEING ALLOWED TO USE MY POWER-UPS!!! 15 in my account and I only get to play, while I watch others racking up their bingos because they get yo access THEIR power-ups!!! I’M GETTING SICK OF BEING SHORT-CHANGED!!! Not only was I cheated out of purchased tickets AND power-ups, but, again, I was awarded a Legend card, and it did not show up in my Games World Tour. TWICE in one day!!! And, I only needed to play ONE powerup card, but when I did, I did not complete my first Daily Task. Instead, I had to play 2 more powerups in another round of the game!!! Also, after being kicked out of the game by my internet provider, I was NOT reimbursed the 240 tickets needed to play a round of 2 cards which I redeemed BEFORE getting disconnected!!! Usually I am reimbursed, but this is NOT the first time I noticed this. It happened twice before but I thought I had misread my balance. It’s hard not to notice that your balance is only 236 instead of 476!!! And WHY are my reviews erased each time???? Keep it up and I will find a way to file a report.

Timeline. There is not enough time to find and dab number and the hit the bingo. I missed the bingo a number of times due to timing.

Was great but too many issues and greed. This game is extremely fun to play however lately the developers have been removing rewards. There are also glitches frequently that end up costing the player tickets or loss of rewards. If the developers don’t fix the app and stop gouging players they will lose many dedicated players soon.

Can’t play bingo bonus. I have balls to use for the bingo bonus game and can’t use them. Every time I click on the ball it redirects to a sale ad. frustrating :(

Lost bingos. September 2020. Love it but I have lost many bingos when the last number is drawn, you hardly have time to punch the number and the bingo sign that the game is declared over. Missing puzzle pieces when achieve Bingo. Again, I am back with my primary concern and no response. I even tried clicking on developer link and I can’t get through to them either. Most recently, the same issue. I am not getting my puzzle pieces for bingos won. I am awarded the tickets but puzzle pieces. Please let’s get this resolved. Whenever there are mini games I notice I do not get my puzzle piece. Please look into this. Most recently in the “Club” link namely “mushrooming” I know for certain I have won several bingos and yet have not been granted puzzle pieces. May I kindly ask you to look into this? Voices are offensive. I downloaded this game for a child to play and the kid asked me why the person spoke with that weird and obviously fake caricature-like italian accent…. This is borderline offensive. Have the developers reached us in the 21st century? Apparently not.

Too hard to get tickets and power-ups. Want a game that I can play at anytime without having to wait for multiple days or even a week to be able to play one round. With each update, it feels like it’s harder to get tickets and power-ups. Completing tasks is close to impossible unless you purchase. Based on other customer reviews with similar nature, it sounds like the make of this game does not care about people who want to use the app to make it easier experience. Uninstalling as there are many other games out there which can be played with better ease and where I can spend hours without worrying about tickets and power ups to be able to play.

Pure crap. Wish I could give -10. Greedy, cheating, ungrateful for all contributed money over time, now they made odyssey impossible to win. WOW getting worse and worse. Hopefully someone will ban this developer. Here’s a story. I’m leading in odyssey and they gave free powerups for the day, suddenly my game froze at 10am, its now 7pm still cant open game, nothing wrong with my internet, sent 2 emails, no response. So now I’m going to lose 1st spot in odyssey , the free powerups ,but the kicker is that I spent a lot of money to get there. I’m so disgusted, it took a lot of time and money to get to the level I’m at , and now its all lost . This is how you treat your vips, SAD. I requested refund for all money spent today from iTunes. Hopefully someone will respond. Once I get my money back, I’m going to delete this game, tired of being ripped off. I used to love the game but now the developers became too greedy. Really slow to complete in odyssey furthermore I was 30 levels ahead of 2nd in line all of a sudden they’re ahead of me by 22 in an hour that’s impossible therefore I suspect cheating. I spent quite a bit to get to royal diamond level it seems the higher vip you are the less vip treatment you get. Not fair. Would be a great game but have to have deep pockets. I expect to get more for what I pay.

Getting too difficult and expensive. This is an enjoyable game for sure, but I’m finding that they’re making the bonus games very difficult to partake in, as in you can barely earn enough tickets, tokens, bags… whatever the bonus game needs, even when playing a lot and betting high. The mini games used to be fun, but now I can hardly ever play them. Odyssey is near impossible unless you have a crazy number of tickets and way too much free time. Also, prices keep going up. An example: $50 USD for 9500 tickets. You can blast through those in just a few rounds. And in Canada, where I am, that’s $63! Like two to three hours of your wages for maybe an hour of game time, in a game that offers no actual payouts. It’s insane! This, on top of making the games too challenging, thus making it harder to keep playing. I wouldn’t recommend this game unless you’re into a bit of fun followed by a whole bunch of frustration.

Power ups. I have approximately 250 power ups which took me a very long time to build up. These past few evenings, I can’t use more than 3 power ups per round without being stopped from using more. Ads don’t load gives black screen only on iPads Pro 2021. For the past few weeks now ads will not load. All you get in a black screen that spins and spins and no ads pop up. I’m using the latest iPads pro 12.5 2021 model so this shouldn’t happen. I have uninstalled the game because i expect more from any devs that any game released on the store work in proper order. Besides you make money from the ads so if they don’t show the ads to me you don’t get paid!

Best Bingo app but one major flaw. This bingo game is the best I have found in terms of special games and advancement through levels, etc. but there has to be better payouts or a better way to earn tickets. Getting a small amount of tickets once a day only allows you to play two rounds a day - maybe three if you get a bingo. I know they want you to buy tickets but I end up only going to the app once a day to get the small payout - play them and then I leave. Other games like Candy Crush or other popular games have you earn credits throughout the day so u can always come back and see if u have enough to play.

Screws you out of possible bingos as well as your money. As I was playing a Star Power Up came up, and I clicked on it. Instead of marking certain numbers that, if called, would result in an instant bingo, clicking on the Star took me to another page where I had to buy more of the Star Power Ups, but that didn’t fix it. I missed several numbers & ended up with no bingos. I’m disgusted with the game & the developers. Of course, no one, including Apple, will do anything to make this right. It happened in 3 games. I’ve had similar issues in other games, but, again, no one takes any responsibility or has any accountability for the glitches that force you to spend more money if you want to keep playing. I’m done.

Deleting. I used to love playing this game. It was fun, lighthearted, and I quick break from the hustle and bustle. It had issues beforehand, but I didn’t mind paying $5 or $10 to keep playing. At least I was progressing through the game. Now after these updates...? Forget it. I’ve tried to give it a chance, but there is no way to actually win. The developers have made it impossible to increase your level, score, payouts, and tickets - unless you spend money obviously. You always get less tickets; doesn’t matter if you win or level up (IF you ever level up - they’ve increased that by 100x more), you’re spending more than you win. That’s not a game, it’s a money scheme. If you like games where the odds will never be in your favor, this is the game for you. To the developers: Please don’t tell me to email support, this isn’t a personal issue. It’s your game. Every one of these complaints are for the same problems. I doubt you’ll fix anything, though. You must be making tons more money now with your ‘updates’.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!. A few weeks ago I bought a few things from the game store to help my game and as soon as I did, the game started freezing up midway through the game, at the start or sometimes keeps me in a holding pattern and doesn’t allow me to play at at. I complained about this to the developers and their response was to check my internet. This issue is still occurring, I lose power ups, tickets and full games. I have spent enough money to warrant a response that shows actual concern for my issues. My internet is great thank you. I’d like them to replace my lost tickets and power ups but this game is greedy. So do yourself a favor and play a game that actually cares.

Decent bingo game. I actually enjoy the way this game is set up. So many fun boards to play and you don’t have to be at a certain level to play most The only downfall is the boosters. Unlike the standard bingo games, you don’t get boosters that you HAVE. Every time you power up, it chooses a random booster and if you don’t have it in your inventory, you’re stuck without using one. Once I played a game and couldn’t use a power up the whole time because I didn’t have the power up they wanted me to use. I understand it’s a play to pay for the boosters, but why not let us use the power ups we HAVE and pay for ones we WANT if we don’t earn them. Also, it gives you an option to buy boosters IN GAME. I’m not going to stop my game to pay for boosters and then lose because I was putting in card information. I have deleted this game many times for this reason. I’m disappointed they think this is a good way to play.

Deceptive game rules. There don't seem to be any definitive rules for acquiring and collecting special gifts as you play through a level of the game until you reach the upper levels. It is at the higher levels you push the box to collect the gift and all you get is the chance to spend more of your hard earned real money on the game with the idea spending the extra money will allow you to gain control and collect the bonus items if you have earned while playing the game. Very disappointed

Disappointed 😞. I play absolutely every bingo game they provide! This is a fun & exciting game with lots of new adventures but it’s not very generous with the freebies and when you work really hard to save up your tickets to play all 4 cards and possibly bet up once or twice they rob you blind instantly every single time!!!! There is absolutely no challenge, no time for competition or competitiveness because they take everything you have instantly! Ready to delete the app all together! Disappointed 😔

Not enough tickets. I honestly love playing this game, but it’s getting frustrating that you have to wait 22 hours to get your daily tickets and yes I try to get all the extra event tickets, but the daily tickets don’t even let you play but two games so the odds of getting all those bonus tickets are low... not to mention the costs to buy are outrageous. I’m not spending another dime. It’s $5 for enough tickets to play for 10 minutes. It seems to me like you would get more business and people playing on your app if you gave them more realistic ways to get more tickets without having to wait an entire day to use them in 2 games.

Do the math, Should Be Called Boujiee Bingo. Ok, the Game itself is fun. Great Graphics, cute Caller voices, great Themes, etc. But, don’t expect to play free at all. Also, you won’t get many tickets even if you do buy them. They have Sales for a couple Thousand tokens for $10. At 400 tickets per round, That will last maybe one day? I can’t afford $10 per day. I did the math. 4 cards cost 480 tickets in most rooms. If you get first place bingo, you get 100 tickets. Yes, you can get Double Point power ups etc. so, in Essence you will mostly lose tickets every time you play. Disappointing to say the least. I’ll go play where buying equates being able to possibly win more tickets. Not give them away. Hopefully they’ll change this.

Too expensive for me. Game is really fun, but it is way to expensive for me. You can play very few games with the free tickets, then you are expected to buy more. Even after you spend $20 to buy more you can still only play a few games with it. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Too many other free games out there to waste my money on this one. UPDATE. After posting this review I get a message from the developer telling me to get unlimited tickets from my friends. So their answer to it being WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to play is convince my friends to spend money on their game. Not understanding the logic on that one. It’s like, here this tastes awful, try it. Way to many tickets, Many themes but no different games. I’ve seen tons of bingo games, I love bingo..who doesn’t? However I’ve managed to get 2,000+ tickets that I can’t get to stop growing, nor figure out how to spend fast enough. This is annoying because I feel like I’m working towards nothing, if I have 2,000+ tickets to spend why would I care about winning a game or even feeling like there’s a goal to get more? Also I’ve seen other games incorporate a fast ball game, or a full coverage board game. This is basically different themes but the same game. Womp womp. More options, maybe with the themes? And STOP giving away so many free tickets unless someone wins or completes tasks. I deleted the game because I really couldn’t deal with having 2,000+ tickets knowing I wouldn’t be able to actually spend them all.

Gifting malfunctions. Just since my recent iPad Apple update, the gifting feature on my Bingo Party account has been disabled. For a short while, I was still able to gift on my apple phone, but now, that too has ceased to work. Please advise for fix this problem. I hope to be able to send gifts again soon. I spend a good bit of money on tickets for this game and play several hours every day. Please help correct this or let me know what I need to do to fix the problem on my end. Thanks for your help .

Hard to win. The game is fun. However, there's no explanation when it comes to earning tickets. I lost a lot of tickets on the side games because I didn't know you could click on the bonus squares to get tickets and you can't go back after you've completed that round. It's difficult to win a Bingo, and when you do the amount of tickets you win barely covers the cards you paid. You do get a small amount of tickets every 22 hours, which is kind of ridiculous. If you invite friends to play it tells you you'll get tickets, however, it's only if they play the game. This app is horrible at explaining how things work. It's great at taking your money though.

Game review. I love the game , but I am giving it 3 stars because there is no way to contact someone if you have issues with the game . There is no way to get issues resolved if you have a problem. I have several of my friends that joined from my invite and I never got the credits for them. Unless you buy their many packages it is hard pressed to get a bingo and complete the puzzles and move to the next one . I don’t mind paying some of the ticket prices but 200 and 240 for 2 bingo cards and it gets higher the more you advance ??? Come on . That’s a bit much . Anyhoo love the game but not all the garbage!

Frustrating and Disappointing. When I first downloaded this game I really enjoyed it, so much so that I have made several purchases for tickets which I normally do not do. Unfortunately for the past week I have probably wasted at least 2,000 tickets worth of bingos because your game would freeze or loose connectivity. I am on cellular data in an area with a full strength signal and have never had an issue like this before. I was not once refunded for these wasted tickets and for this reason I will not be back to play this game and will be sure to let all of my friends know just how much of a rip off it is. I get that games have problems every now and then, but to not be given any refund at all is unacceptable.

Too expensive. This game is really fun to play but it’s too expensive. I spent $75 in an hour yesterday just trying to keep playing and then was out and disappointed. The ticket payouts if you win don’t even cover the cost to enter the game, so you are always behind no matter what. I also cannot figure out how to use my power ups and I have emailed support with no response. There should be something explaining how to use them - doesn’t seem like anyone else has a problem but I sure do. I’ll probably delete it eventually bc of the cost for such a small amount of tickets.

Fun to play, but there are issues. I do like playing the game, but that being said, I feel there is room for improvement. First of all, why do we continue to get the same album cards over and over again? Instead of 11 ice cream cards that are worthless, how about throwing in a card we really could use? Also, I like the challenge games too, but seriously could you make it anymore difficult to earn the moves? You are very stingy and honestly, it takes the fun out of it. Update. I had previously rated this app a 5, but I’m changing that because of the new update. I hate it. It was great the way the Daily Tasks and Royal Tasks used to be. Why did you change a good thing? Also, this has been bugging me. The lowest chest I believe is supposed to be “Copper” not “Cooper” since all the other chests have precious metals as their name. And the chest it green with copper color. I assume the green is to reflect the patina that copper gets overtime in the elements. But seriously, fix the spelling error!! And go back to the old way with tasks!!

Found my groove!!. Awesome!! Once I realized that I shouldn’t worry about playing bingo boards in the new cities that is unlocked but to only play bingo boards that are under the “tasks” I found my grove then! Because By enjoying bingo while strategically only playing ‘tasks boards’ I never run out of tickets. Completing tasks rewards tickets per task and per level up but You only get tickets per level up when u follow the city trail bingo boards that you unlock. It’s a fun game to kill time especially when your winning constantly.

Too costly, save your sanity and $. You have a great game, but it is far too expensive for most people to play it daily. Let’s say you play the same number of cards every time. In order to win back the money invested in a single game you have to bingo EVERY SINGLE CARD! And even if you do bingo EVERY SINGLE CARD, you only win back what you paid in, plus a few more. Then you will need to bingo every card, every game, which you manage to make it nearly impossible to bingo at all. So you will quickly lose all money and either have to hold out collecting pittance every 22 hours, or you spend real cash. My recommendation is to not download this bingo game or delete before it consumes you and all your cash.

Don’t waste your time!. Don’t waste your time on this game, takes way to many tickets to even play a round of bingo and in order to get those tickets you either have to spend your hard earned cash! Which I will not do or watch numerous videos to get only 30 tickets each video, well if you’re playing 2 cards it’ll cost you anywhere from 240 tickets and up to who knows how many tickets and that’s just for 1 bingo game! I’m sure the higher your rank or experience in the game the more it’ll cost to play, as far as everything else in this game like power ups or whatever else they require you to have to level up or complete tasks?! Well I really don’t know that because I’m NOT playing anymore to find that out.

Love and Frustration. I have to say that there are two reviews to list here. First off I love this game and truly enjoy playing it. However, I am constantly getting booted off even on the fastest and most powerful WiFi. It has literally cost me at least 6 1st place bingos and countless others! I want to keep moving forward and playing this but my frustration with this issue is dampening my enjoyment. I do not normally lash out like this but it is very unnerving to have this keep happening.

Fun but it will drain your wallet = poor odds.. UPDATED - RIP OFF - developer cheats. Bot players get bingo after only 2 numbers called. BS. CHEATS! Npo way to get a bingo in 2 numbers. Proof! You can play 50 games and never get a bingo. Then they start cutting back on the puzzle card plays so you can’t even regain points back. Overall, I would say don’t start playing as it will frustrate you on being able to continue to play unless you have a few hundred bucks a week to spend on it. BS - they are using bot players. Guest players have been getting bingos on the second number called in the game. There is no way to get a bingo with just 2 numbers called. Don’t play this game. It is a rip off and the developers cheat. This is proof.

Unable to play for a couple days because of an error…. I have been playing this game for a few years now. It’s one of the better bingo games available and I like it. These past couple of days I have not been able to access the game due to some error. I almost never leave any type of reviews for games. However, this is frustrating when you are completing time sensitive tasks. I also spend real money on this game on occasion. I hope the developers are able to fix the problem quickly and compensate the players fairly when they are able to play again. Otherwise, this app will be deleted.

Fun game, but,……. I’ve been playing this game for a while and have enjoyed it very much, however, there are things that take away from the game and become frustrating. It costs entirely too much to buy tickets, whereas with other games I play, its fairly priced and keeps you playing. Also, “instant wins” are nerfed, for example, in “Fight Turkey”, if one turkey has one bar left, instant win should automatically find the last vegetable and give you the bingo, it doesnt. Sorry if this sounds like a bad review, but, its not…hence the 4 stars. Thanks for a mostly fun game!

Not enough uncommon and rare power ups.. I have 351 total power ups the vast majority of them common (338 common power ups). When I go to buy more power ups to try to get the uncommon and rare power ups, the system dishes out more of the common and not enough of the uncommon and rare power ups. I can’t finish all daily tasks due to not having enough of the uncommon and rare power ups. This is ridiculous!!! They just want you to spend more and more money to complete these daily tasks. There should be a way to use more of the common power ups per game to try to level out the different levels of power ups.

Great Bingo game... but the payouts.... I love this game and the variations they have. Best bingo game I’ve played. However payouts are ridiculous. I read the developer responses, but it makes no sense. You have to bingo on EVERY card you play to BREAKEVEN. Yes, you read that right. If the payout is 50 tickets for a bingo, each card costs 50 tickets. Tell me, would you go to a casino or bingo hall where the BEST you can hope for is that you leave with the same money you came with? And that requires you to win every single game you play, period??!? No. It’s ridiculous. And, yes the side games give you more tickets, but when I win only 30 tickets for completing a quest that requires me to play a game 10 times that costs 70 tickets per card.... how can I ever win? I refuse to give them any more money until their payouts are reasonable. They are just a big hole to throw your money into.... or you get players who can play like 2 games a day and then leave. If you want players, be equitable.

power ups and tickets. I mostly love this game. I wish there was a better way to win more tickets without having to pay money. in special events you can win tickets but only like 10-30 at a time, and games cost a lot more than that. I do enjoy the daily bonus though. however, I play the tournaments a lot. even though I get a good score and it tells me how many power ups and tickets I am going to get, I never get the right amount. it always gives me less and I don’t know why but it’s making me not even want to play because i’m not getting everything I played for. UGH! Friends ticket gifting changed!. I get that you need to make money for continued game support but this new ticket limitation between friends was a huge mistake. So many of my friends have quit playing & I am on the brink as well. Why not just make it 10 tickets rather than the 20 it used to be? I was one that purchased the Elite each month but not anymore. Instead of gaining players to get more money you are actually losing players. PLEASE reconsider that change! Hands down, as far as game play, this is the best Bingo game out there but you are shooting yourself in the foot with that change 🙁

Good game. I enjoy the game a lot and will buy tickets often. My only issue is I feel there should be more tickets given freely so maybe twice a day instead of every 22 hours. I also find that my game clothes and will load up in the middle of me playing a round. I wouldn’t mind the computer auto dub so much if it would still go towards loading the bar for an effect. I think that even if the computer dubs for you it should still go towards the effect bar because when you advertise we can join a round in a certain amount of balls we are set back in using an effect.

Been Glitching A Ton Lately??. I love this Bingo Game. I have been playing it for quite some time now. I spend my money often to buy bonus chips or extra power ups. But within the last week I have lost well over 20,000 in chips/tickets and lost out on many bingos due to the glitches. It’s randomly loading during my games. Sometimes it daubs the number it skips and sometimes it doesn’t but either way it does it so much during the games that I’m about to say screw this game. I have an awesome team who helps each other out and we can chat if we want. I would like a reimbursement on my tickets I’ve lost but I don’t know how to contact the developer to ask.

Could be five stars someday.... I genuinely enjoy this game. HOWEVER, there are way too many “announcement” and event pop ups. Every time you launch the game, you are bombarded with them. And it happens when you leave a game and enter the lobby. Every. Single. Time. It’s too much and takes some of the joy out of playing. All these pop ups could be put into an announcement icon and the player should be able to click and scroll through if they please and not be forced to click the X on multiple pop ups all the time. It really is annoying. But again. The game play itself is a good time

Love the game not enough tickets. I absolutely love the game I just truly wish I got to play it more paid out of pocket once and the tickets were gone so fast I can’t see spending out of pocket anymore I only get to play once a day for maybe 20-30 min tops which is sad cause I love it just wish it didn’t take so long to level up or that there was a way to get tickets without paying or waiting 22 hours I don’t have any friends that except my invite so that’s out not spending anymore money so those are out can’t level up if I can’t play and can’t get bingos when I can’t play plus I hardly ever ever get bingos which results in my tickets being gone every faster :(

Fun game but I continuously get kicked out. It’s a fun game and everything was great up until a few weeks ago when I started getting kicked off mid-game for apparently a connectivity issue. When this happens you have to choose quit and you lose all your coins and power-ups and the game never restores them. Other games that this has happened to in the past always restores the lost coins but not this game. Note: the connection issue is with this game only, not my internet nor does it happen to my other apps, just this one. Also it shows I have hundreds of power ups but when I click them it keeps prompting me to buy more.

Disappointed. This latest version of the game seems to have taken away the daily challenge that allowed being rewarded with tickets, a treasure chest and VIP points. It seems that the only way now to win VIP points is to level up. I hope I’m just missing something. But, this new version has taken away one of the most entertaining daily challenge playing incentive that really made me play every day...now, I don’t play every day. I hope I’m just missing something, but right now I am...disappointed!

Completely love the game. I have been playing the game for years . I absolutely positively love it and the players. I can’t find where I can email or text the App. Personally . I have been having issues.. I will see my bingos but do not get credit for a lot of them. The garden I will major and mini See the bags go to the side and the color. When I go to the garden they are not there. Sometimes if lucky a brown bag might be there. Not blue . not yellow . I am so sorry I would have rather text or shoot an email to you personally. This is the only way I could think of…. I truly love the game!!!! You give amazing ways , lot of ways to get coins to play. It is really awesome that you fixed it so no matter how many coins you have to play; they couldn’t !!! It use to only be high amounts. Thank you Please fix these new little glitches. Fraudulent game. This new version of Bingo Party is the worst ever!!!!!!! I have spent at least two weeks and a lot of money (speed booster) etc. trying to get past the Solitare game on your Odyssey Event!!!!!!!! You have to earn 10,080 on ticket squares and I have played and played, bought the booster multiple times and it barely moves at all!!!! This game is rigged and fraudulent, your last version, you had at least a chance to complete the Odyssey, with this one it is impossible!!!!! You will spend weeks and lots of money to pass just one portion!!!!!! I want to be refunded of all the money I have spent since your New Odyssey started and the game developer to fix the issues!!! If not, this isa completely rigged and fraudulent game!!!!! BEST ADVICE-STAY AWAY FROM IT UNTIL THE DEVELOPER MAKES IT A FAIR GAME!!!!!

Love it but too expensive!. This is a great bingo game—I love all of the different bingo rooms, but the number of tickets needed to play one round of bingo is way too high. Because of the amount of tickets needed, the number of free daily tickets are incredibly stingy. And the cost of buying tickets is also too high. If you want more people to play this game, you need to reduce the number of tickets needed per round and make ticket purchases reasonable. I realize that you put a lot of time in to create all of these different and clever rooms, but you need to make it affordable to play and enjoy your creation.

Enjoyed for a minute. Well, I can say I truly enjoyed playing the game, without paying for anything. I wanted to get a feel for the game and how it worked before, I actually invested my time and money into playing. Then the they started playing games, the game started blacking out or wouldn’t open at all. I guess this is there way of saying, if you aren’t willing to put any money into the game, you are done. Goodbye to you…..

Game lost ALL my progress. **Developer responded quickly and was able to help me restore the game. Very impressed by the quick response. Changing my 1 Star to a 5 Star! love this game,and I’ve spent quite a bit of money and time on this game. I know I was over level 100 for sure. This morning I opened up the game and it was taking a long time to load, so I closed it and reopened it and when it opened, I was back to 0. The very beginning. I’m furious. Restore my game to where I was or refund me all the money I’ve spent over the years. I’m very unhappy.

Fun but limited. I’m enjoying playing this app but I will have to agree with another review I read. The amount of tickets it takes to get into a game, even the regular room and not the double room, is high. You use more to get into the game than you get back even making a bingo. So unless you’re willing to pay out of pocket for extra tickets, your play time is limited. And if the tickets aren’t bummer enough for you, in order to “power up” you have to pay out of pocket if you’re not winning the proper items in the games enough, which you don’t! Over all a fun game. But the tickets and power play items are a major downfall. I’d play more if it weren’t for that.

Crashing/Lack of tickets. UPDATE: Now my game is just shutting down (especially when I have bingos) and not even reimbursing my tickets back. Deleting this game and dropping my rating. Too bad we can’t rate in negative numbers. The game keeps crashing and refunding my tickets used. However, my power ups still get used/counted. Even when the task involves using power ups it doesn’t count towards that task number. There is also no more videos to watch to earn tickets. You have to wait a long time to replenish or buy tickets if you want to keep playing. If you buy tickets so many times it only gives you like $20 and higher options. This game started out fun but not so much anymore.

FINALLY!! A DIFFERENT type of BINGO!. I had to give it 5 stars because I love Bingo, but aside from my addiction to Bingo, FINALLY, there's a different type of Bingo! Instead of the usual 5 in a row 😒 and 4 corners, they've made it A LOT MORE interesting and especially FUN! 😁 I'd highly recommend this game to any Bingo addict or anyone who's played Bingo at all! I only spend $5 MAX on Bingo games, but this game, I broke my rule because I honestly think it's worth it! I'm sure anyone would enjoy it just as much! I never write long reviews but I am trying to convince you, it's worth it! 😁😁

Party Bingo. Your back ground nosiest background. Sounds are to load can not hear the numbers being called. At the last number called not enough time to punch in numbers when you have more than one card. The numbers are called to fast between numbers. I rate you one star because of these reasons. I have multiples of bingos but could not get my numbers punched in before the game stopped. When I completed the puzzle I was not given another puzzle.

WORST GAME EVER!!. This game gets really boring after a while and is without a doubt definitely rigged. There are a lot of ads and you have to pay for pretty much everything. It claims it’s a free game but once you download it you have to pay for everything if you want good stuff. I would definitely not suggest buying this game unless you want to pay lotta money watch a lot of ads and be really bored and play a game that is rigged and have no chance of you winning. It doesn’t even make sense that it’s rigged because it’s not like you can actually win anything if you win. So overall my message to you is don’t play this game.

Became disappointed. Always played this game, always loved it. It seems that during our “stay at home” time, instead of following suit like other games giving better deals, this one made it more expensive to play. The free coins are diminished in quantity, the “ Odyssey” game requires more coins! Still play but not as much. I hate when a game puts you in a position to have to buy coins to be able to play. Not that I don’t purchase coins, but I shouldn’t have to just in order to play one round! Cut your customers some slack during these financial scary times!!! A lot of us are stuck at home with reduced or no income right now! Not the time to gouge, but to understanding of your customers circumstances!

Fun, but…. I love Bingo, and I think this is a fun app, however, after playing a few rounds, when the power-up if full, if I click on it, my screen goes to ads and I can’t get my power-up “prizes”!! It’s sooo frustrating!! The first time I played, the power-up always worked. The next day, it started going to ads. It makes me not play as long, and that makes me sad because I really love playing. I hope this can get fixed. I’m not complaining about ads, but I am complaining about not getting the power-up prizes.

Fun but.... This game is a fun bingo game with one very big problem. In the events even if you have a bingo there are many times it does not allow you to claim it and if the round ends before it lets you, you lose. Seems like a big scam to try to get people to pay for more or the rights to be able to actually claim the bingo they get. If this problem was fixed it would be a 5 star game as it is now I can’t give it more than a 1 for this broken thing. Also this game is developed to take money from its players every day. Just look at the tasks, the only way to complete all of the daily tasks is to buy something. This also gets you better cards with more of a chance of winning. Do not recommend this game or this developer to anybody.
