App. Love it

Beware: $2.99/week subscription necessary. Just another one of those stupid apps that's useless without a subscription. This is getting out of control. I feel like the app store has turned into play store. Smdh. Don't waste your time with this app unless you've got disposable income and don't know how to use Google translate.

I don’t find it functional.. I gave the app several simple Chinese printed characters and got no results.

Was a good app. Was working good. Until they changed the format. Now the share button no longer works. Sent the developers an email. They responded they would fix it. My girlfriend speaks no english and i speak very little spanish. This is a problem. I have resorted to using google translate which is rediculous because I pay for this app that no longer works.

Disaster. It was a horrible time. I wish I didn't get it.

Don't Buy This App. !. Paid $29.95 for a year of the language translator. It worked fine for one translation. When I went to do a second translation it went to an advertisement for some other services I was not interested in. I deleted the ad and attempted another translation but the same ad popped up. Tried a third time with the same results. I want my $29.95 back !

Only work once.. After I pay for the 1 week trail it stop working. Did not get a chance to use this app.

Only one free translation via camera. Get google translator instead. After one scan they’ll ask to sign up for subscriptions. Oh, poorly designed app too. If you want to charge $9.9/mo, create something better than google or stop wasting time.

Translation using camera bad! Text not much better. I need to translate from documents and camera isn’t working. I tried to copy/paste to the text function and that doesn’t work at all. This needs to be fixed!

Don’t charge me!. Started the trial, decided i didn’t want it but there’s no option to undo it. It says go to settings but the only option is to email them, and i haven’t gotten any reply. I am annoyed that i will be charged for something i don’t want. Beware if you agree who knows when you can stop

Hard to use. Just gave it a test run to see if I want an annual subscription. Not! Accidentally entered wrong language and find no way to delete and reenter. So, I keep and find someone who speaks only Arabic? The built-in email for help has no feature for sending it. Will cancel once I figure out how to do that.

The best part of this app. The best part about this app is that you can learn so many languages.

So far so good…. I like this app although the only thing is that when it is translating from one language to another it takes too long. I feel that in a real conversation with someone the would get frustrated waiting for the answer. We will find out how it goes.

Irritating. I got this app because I know a foreign exchange student and was going to have this so I could understand her better. Unfortunately you can only use the app to translate twice before it makes you pay for more. Definitely not very useful!

Worthless app. Does not translate effectively

This is hard. It’s hard to use because you might want to know how to say a word in Spanish so you do the Spanish thing at the top, but, then you might want to say....me too....or something so you have to switch it and then switch it and then switch it!

3 days Free... not true. I could not use the free trial. It only gave me a one time use of the app. I would of had to pay $2.99 for one weeks worth of use of this app.

Do not bother. Japanese to English translations DO NOT BOTHER. Tried hirigana, katakana and kanji and got nothing. Does not work, despite advertisement that suggests otherwise.

Translator is good don’t like how they shut it down 2 days before payment is due. Every month 2 days before the next instalment is due they shut the app down and ask me to subscribe. I find this extremely irritating 😠 When I have paid for a product I expect it to work especially when you need it. I’ve just gone into settings and can open every thing except “email us” makes sense. It’s a shame that they can’t do the right thing by their paying customers the translator works really well though a bit slow

Doesn’t work. I had the app for five minutes, which was enough time for me to try the voice translator function in two different languages and realize it doesn’t work. All I got were ads to upgrade to a subscription.
