Good game f2p. Your progress doesn’t depend on spending money, it is very f2p. I got my team max lvl which is 50 at 6 stars all the very first day into the game and after a week I have awakened my first SSR knight, completed most of the map stages currently on the 11 hard mode, got up to 2 teams of SSR knights ,summon rate isn’t bad 1time got 2 ssr from the 200 diamond summon .Also there are some packages from the shop that don’t look bad ,so you can consider spending on a couple for extra help and awesome stuff. Only problem I have is I can’t find a way to log out, link to a mail acc and switch servers.

Give it a try!. If you are into the hero collector, gacha, turn based combat type of games, give it a try. As of the time this review is being written, there is an event login with 6 free SSR tickets! There is no better time than now to hop into the game. This game is very F2P friendly, premium currency can be earned easily and it is considerably generous in terms of giving out free SSR tickets in the 28-day login. If there’s anything I’ll complain about, it is that farming rainbow essences is a huge pain. Also, hopefully this will be fixed but PvP matches should not start on auto. I have lost quite a few matches because it started on auto and my heroes used the wrong ability or used it on the wrong person. Also, outside of guild chat, I really don’t see much players in the global chat, creating a dead game feeling. More players in a chat would be a lot better.

It feels like the devs gave up. I’ve been playing since 2018, stopped for a good chunk of 2020 though but picked it back up again recently, but there was a lot more to do back then than there is now. They’ve completely given up on features like epic quest (been nearly two years since the last one) and all the new “updates” is just new characters and there’s hardly any new costumes for characters. For the past year and a half or so almost all of the new costumes has just been the 4/5/6 star recolors of different characters and it’s become mostly grinding. The game itself is not bad at all, I just wish there was more love put into the game with more new content outside of “costumes” and new characters with every new awakening, maybe more crossover events or picking back up with the epic quests again.

Very good game but.... The game is amazing and I like mostly everything about it except from the fact that every time I’m about to enter the game a message pops up almost all the time saying that I need to download 700+mb to continue, which is very annoying and honestly makes me not feel like playing when I see that message. Although I don’t really mind installing the data, it’s just the fact that I have to do it every time I enter the loading screen so please allow us to install this data permanently or just try and lessen the amount of times we have to install it. Thank you

Practically unplayable. I love this game, first of all. Really do. Friendly to free to play and graphics are amazing. BUT every SINGLE time I open the game 1300MB needs to be downloaded. Most games this wouldnt make a difference. Except for some reason this game takes up to 5 mins (don’t have any problems with others). This means every single time, which also includes if the game accidentally shuts itself down or something even before starting the game, you have to do it again. Yet when I go into game, it says I can’t bulk download cuz nothing needs to be done. It’s ridiculous that every single time I wanna play this game I have to wait 5 mins. I know that sounds like a bad complaint but it’s so annoying, esp when you just wanna play it on a break.

I miss this game so much. I used to play this game religiously. I joined back when the game partnered with RWBY. I played the game like crazy for the next couple months. Then on and off for the next couple months. Around October or so of 2021 I got back into the game and got my girlfriend into it. We played it religiously and we had a bit of friendly competition. We ended up getting pretty good at the game getting the legendaries and immortalizing a couple of units. It was right around June of 2022 when we stopped really playing, and at that same time they stopped updating the game completely. No more new characters, no more new awakens, nothing, it was radio silent. I’m unsure why but I can only assume it’s because the player base had dwindled. This make me sad because I think it was such a great game, especially for a phone game. I can without a doubt say this is probably the best game to get into the gacha type of game. It’s SSR summon rates are EXTREMELY forgiving (because the only usable units are really just the SSRs everything else is kind of not good) and they give out gacha currency very easily. While some of the systems on the game were a tad hard to fully grasp, nothing felt unattainable. I just wish there was more marketing for this game like I used to see. I really think it is a very fun gacha game that deserves more care than it is receiving.

PERFECT GAME! Response to Cmillertime 7. This game is one of the most well balanced game I’ve ever played, and everything from the skill animations to the fair collabs make this game even greater! Though I would like to play it on the go, all of my netmarble games require WiFi, not LTE (data) and I’m really want to know what’s causing it to do this, plz fix! Other than that, this is a must have game for people who likes stories or new characters randomly! People only think you need to buy stuff, people saying here and there, “it’s a pay2win game” or the “it’s too hard to keep up" excuses. It really isn’t necessary to bring other people who want to find a game willing to give out free things and buy things to forget about this godly game, and only comparing it to your perspective isn’t going to do you good. Other than that, this is a well made game meant for beginners and experts of role playing games!

Amazing and some ideas.~. Hello I would like to say that I played this game before and got back to playing again and I missed it. Such cool art style,gameplay, the special cutscenes and stories also having such good unique characters plus the collaborations omg. I missed a lot in the game that I saw so many collabs so didn’t get much of the characters, but got back in it cause I saw RWBY and was able to get all character and glad. But must say to finish this that keep up the good work on the game and hope you guys make more, it would be really cool if you guys did like a fighting game like with these characters like 2d fighting but 3D like street fighter but your able to control them and play just like a fighting games just an idea. (Also I think that if you do another collaboration, you should do persona it would be really great and I’m sure people will love it or nier automata like 2b and 9s~) ^~^;

So much fun/ But Crashes Frequently. Honestly this game is great. You actually feel like you’re achieving goals without a ridiculous leveling up curve that you’re forced to buy in app purchases for. Overall, fantastic. *Since my first post on August 5th, I’ve noted how often the game has started crashing. It’s to the point where I’m feeling much less like playing. I’m basically wasting stamina points to complete a dungeon, only for it to crash as soon as I win. I don’t receive any of the rewards, and I also lose an entry count for how many times I can enter said dungeon. When you can only enter 5 times, and three out of those five times it crashes, at 24 stamina points a pop with zero rewards.... well it gets frustrating very quickly. Love the game, but I might have to put it down for good soon if I can’t get any rewards to move forward with character growth.*

A game fit for me!. So Ive been known to be a gamer amongst my friends and that being the case its really hard to find games that I truly love and admire. Im gonna be honest I've seen your ads all over social media, but I never really wanted to try it out, because it seemed like every other mom or rpg games that I have. Now that I got to actually play it I just cant help but be Amazed! The plot line was immediately one of the man things to catch my eye! And the play style is easy to get adjusted to. One of my favorite things about games like this, are the characters! Their outfits and background make the game a little more welcoming in my opinion. I cant wait to see what you guys do next!

Amazing visuals, quirky cast of characters, gotta catch em all. I’m a loyalist to the Seven Knights franchise, also by developers Netmarble so when I saw Knights Chronicle It pique my interest. This being only day one I must say I’m enjoying it thus far. It does lack the real stat/equip customization that comes with 7Knights but it has a interesting roster of characters. The flashy moves by SR and SSR characters are captivating at first but you simply fall into the grind by the second chapter. The rng is generous early on, being able to come across some really neat SSR rare characters. I feel that a lot of the mechanics I’ve seems in mobile games like Dissidia OperaOmnia, 7K, and a few other monster/roster collectors. All in all it’s not bombarded with notice boards and tutorials. You get to pick if you want to follow the story, which I must say is cuter/ more interesting than a lot of others (I tend to skips stories anyway) but I actually paid attention to this one. Or, focus on the grind.

BEST GAME EVER. This game is possibly the best game I have played for my phone I’m on it almost every second I have to spare it’s enjoyable and fun to play I recommend it for gamers who enjoy strategy and upgrading your team to become stronger this is by far the most enjoyable game I have played in 5 years for the phone everything about it is amazing the graphics the toons the enhancements for your characters are amazing the storyline to it is really fun the one thing I would love to see is an all out English dubbed voice acting for the whole game but still everything about this game is a 10 star for me but I can only give a 5 so that’s what I’ll do thanks for the game and keep on making it better!!

To those tired of paywall Gacha games. You’ve finally found your match. Netmarble is generous in this fun rpg with hours upon hours of gameplay not requiring constant energy refills. Not only is the content full of numerous game modes, which is quite surprising for a new app, you end up getting a lot of crystals while starting, via arena and other modes to summon all to your hearts content for those great SSR units. I’ve played most all the Gachas out there and this is most balanced, enjoyable, amazing auto mode to run while doing other tasks, app in the store. Download it already

Best Hero Collector I’ve played. I’m a huge fan of Knights Chronicles. I e played a lot of Hero collectors and for a few reasons I’ll explain below Knights is my favorite. 1) Is absolutely not P2W (play to win). They give players more premium heroes for free than most games I’ve played. 2) There is grind, most games have it, but the auto play and variations in story mode keep it from being repetitive. 3) Clan battles are fast paced and numerous: there are a lot of opportunities for clan battles and even if you lose, which I normally do, they pay out decently. 4) Skins and costumes: this is the one area where the game is lacking, but when you “awaken” your character you get a new skin that isn’t displayed beforehand. That said the skins you can get with in game currency could be a bit better, but no one is perfect. 5) Game is straight forward and easy to understand. Many games have very convoluted upgrading systems. Knights does not. You sacrifice heroes and monsters to upgrade heroes. It’s simple.

I absolutely love this game and it’s perfect for all the anime lovers!. Hi, if your reading this, I just wanted to let you know this game is perfect for you if you like anime, fighting games, and adventure games! This game is exciting has a lot of twists and turns and can be difficult but it’s worth the time and effort! It’s really addicting and I really do recommend this game! I have an iPhone XR and there’s really no glitches! I love summoning new characters, it brings excitement to my eyes, whether I get an SSR or anything! I’ve been playing this game since the Fairy Tail event and I can totally see the progress that has come within the game! I truly love this game and I hope you will too! Give it a try, it won’t hurt! ❤️

4.6-4.7 star game. Netmarble has done a good job designing a game that feels rewarding to play with zero monetary investment. I have played for 1 week and have 8 SSR heroes. Four of them I got from rewards for simply playing the game. They are Rebecca (global launch event), Cheshire (guild coins), May (arena points) and Electra (7 day random SSR login reward). Paired with the ones I summoned I have viable team options for most PvE and PvP content. The SSR summon rates are fairly high and Netmarble is more than generous with rewards. The nice thing is that SR heroes, while weaker stat wise, still have uses. Certain boss fights allow only 1 element of heroes to be used. Every week specific heroes are banned in PvP. If you find yourself lacking SSR heroes in specific situations there are dozens of SR heroes you can plug in. Overall I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes anime, or RPGs, or a combination of both.

Seriously?!. Okay look... I honestly despise any game remotely close to this one. I don’t like RPG’s and I cannot stand ANY turn based games. I don’t even like Final Fantasy! This game has had me stuck for hours. I didn’t notice time flying by as I killed it level after level just continuously leveling, fighting, summoning and playing the events. There’s no paywall. I’m all F2P and find myself still contending with the top spots. A lot of the levels I could not pass alone there was multiplayer Co-op in real time! If this is your kind of game I highly recommend trying this one out. Amazing graphics and cutscenes and I even find myself following the story of the beloved character Theo. Overall color my impressed.

I enjoy this game but you all should listen to your fan base. I enjoy playing this game. I love hero collectors and don’t mind the grind for them, but it seems like the game isn’t engaged with its community on changes that work for both f2p and p2p players. I’m in between, and every new feature seems geared towards cost rather than productivity. Obviously I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but I felt in its earlier inception, there was sense of understanding between gamer and developer that isn’t nearly as strong now. I hope it regains that soon as I’m a big fan of the hero design and even the backstory and relationships between the characters. I hope the dissatisfaction of the gamers will subside and doesn’t cause them to abandon the game because again— I love playing it. Thank you for your time.

Great Polish with a Major Flaw. If you are not willing to spend thousands per month or more on this game, your SSR units will NEVER achieve their full potential. At least with other Freemium Gatcha games, once you get lucky with a rare and powerful unit, unlocking it’s full potential is not blocked by a huge Pay Wall. And this is it’s only real flaw. But a major one. Because this game basically has two classes. The Rich Players and the Poor Players. And the difference in power between these two classes are astounding. The Rich Players can go places the Poor Players will NEVER be able to go. Ever. The rest of the game is very well done in terms of play mechanics. The story is boring though. My recommendation is to play this as a back up to your favorite game.

Infinite Fun. I have played many games of this type, and this is by far the most fun of all of them. The animations for the 3rd abilities of every hero are absolutely gorgeous. The characters look amazing, they have fun skill kits that promote combo play with other heroes, and there aren’t many copy paste skills. The heroes truly are unique, most even have their own back story. Which is a nice bit of flavor. Also, kudos to the developers for not being greedy like most others. Incredibly generous. By the first month you’ll have at minimum, 4 ultra rare heroes for free, which is amazing. I’m in the first week and I already have 3. The summons are cheap too. Great game, great value if you choose to spend. So much fun

Fun but Annoying. The game has way too many pop-ups asking you to pay them around $4-$10 on every tab you click on and it gets annoying real fast. The game mechanics are relatively fun, and there have been some cool colabs they’ve done in the past such as Full Metal Alchemist, but those characters are no longer obtainable anymore. However the multiplayer servers, without fail, are extremely laggy and buggy, to the point most matches result in closing application because the game just freezes or someone else’s game freezes and they never move even though there’s supposed to be a timer for them to make their move. The multiplayer needs major polishing and the option to keep the pop-ups from appearing every time you login. The negatives outweigh the positives here so I have to give 2 stars sorry, please try and fix these issues.

Decent game bad programming. I have no real beef with the game because the last time I was even able to play this game is months so I can’t even recall any dislike/like. And here’s were the issue when people have very questionable choice of not have the game all in one package. Like for instance on consoles when you download a game and finish that download you can instantly play it with no real issue unless it’s new different story. And there is the other choice very questionable choice mite I add putting the game to separate packages. At first is like all right download and I can play but nope you have download another package for another hour. But then you think okay one time no problems. But it gets worse because this happens every update. So by now you can understand don’t trust the old 5 stars that’s always on top of the boards and the other reviews that understand the issue. But the developer chose to reject them and bury those reviews in dust of age build up negligence. So when you play this game be very aware of what your jumping into nest of messy programming.

Poor Management Kills Great Game. Let me start by saying that KC is a really fun game. Why 2* then? Because of Netmarble, the company that runs it. For the first couple weeks I played, KC was very F2P friendly, with tons of free crystals. After 2 months of playing however, it's easy to see that is just to get you hooked. And it's easy to get hooked, because KC is a well-made and fun game. The problem is that after a couple weeks, you *have* to pay. And I'm not talking just a little bit. I always spend on F2P games what I feel they are worth; I've spent hundreds on KC. But I am no longer going to spend a dime after the costume release. With the costumes and a new OP hero every week, you *have* to be a whale to keep up. Even if you spend enough money to acquire every new unit, there's not enough fodder to level everyone up unless you spend even more money. This is just another example of a gatcha game company getting too greedy, and it's sad. If you're a total whale, this game is 5/5. For everyone else, just avoid this game, because they haven't listened to the overwhelming negative outcry from the community about costumes and the massive shifts to pay2win over the last month or so. Just find a different game to play.

Data Problem. I’ve played the game before in the past, and don’t get me wrong. The game, art style and everything else is amazing. But, I experienced a problem today. After playing for a few hours in the morning, I closed the app to get something to drink. When I went to open the app, not only did the data have to download AGAIN, but all my progress was lost. After reinstalling the game, I tried again. The same thing happened. Listen I love this game, Netmarble, but I wanna be able to get a game that saves my progress and doesn’t require me to start over every time I wanna play the game. Once and if you’ve confirmed the problem is fixed, I will get the game back. But until then, I’m gonna leave the game alone.

I hope you like casinos and bad customer service. I used to love this game but it has turned into an ugly pay to win bad customer service casino. This company is so greedy that you might as well go out and buy an Xbox game or PS game. Because that’s how much money and more you would spend. And don’t get me started on casino everything is a chance you might summon 10 times before you actually get something good and that takes diamonds which you grind and grind to get just to get nothing for it unless you want to pay 4.99 for 60 diamonds which it takes to 200 diamonds to salmon then you don’t really know what you’re going to get. If you want a sure thing for your money don’t bother getting this game. And then there’s customer service I paid for diamonds and bought some dungeon keys 90 diamonds for 10 dungeon keys used one dungeon key and then the server crashed After the server came back I had zero dungeon keys and the 90 diamonds were missing contacted customer support and basically said I was a wire. So if you want a good game don’t look at this one.

I thoroughly enjoy this game. Honestly, I find it kind of hard to find good games, especially ones that I won’t get bored with and delete later. I have to say, this game is very enjoyable. I absolutely love the fact that you can play the game horizontally or vertically, both modes look gorgeous. The art is adorable; the story is great. I appreciate how I haven’t run out of stamina completely and utterly like a lot of games. A lot of games I get frustrated with because I run out of stamina and then have to wait forever just for me to be able to play a little bit. This game; however, doesn’t do that.

Please hear us. I know Mobile games are made just so the maker can make a few bucks by selling over the top items that make you so op you can’t lose but please please don’t go that way this game is good and amazing I don’t wanna see it die because it ended up being another Mobile game the prices are not that bad and the energy isn’t that bad either I always hate games with that stuff in them but you gotta make the player pay some way right.....wrong a player will pay for a game they love because they love it you don’t need over the top pay walls and systems to make you better then someone I honestly always hate the idea of having energy in games if I play I wanna do it as long as I like not just play a hour and stop I’m sure I am not the only one who feels like this so please hear all of the people that feel the same hope this reaches someone Immporten :)

Not worth. This game is good, I’ve been playing it since opening. Everything was perfectly fine until the update. Paying always always allows you to progress faster within a game, and I’ve paid money to progress faster. NetMarble should not be locking meta altering changes behind a paywall. I’ve spent around $600 and maybe I’m considered a whale, or maybe a casual player or w/e. Point is I’ve spent a great deal on this game and even I feel that locking stats and balances changes to old characters is unhealthy for the game. It’s great that they’re reworking old characters that need a bit of umph, but to say,” hey you have to pay $20 PER character” to do that is just wrong. F2P players are upset, and there are more f2p players than there are p2w. Losing all your f2p players means a loss of 3/4 of your community. F2p players bring in other players that don’t have to also be f2p. This game will die if nothing is done.

Amazingly fantastic free to play game!. The graphics are phenomenal. The gameplay is entertaining. The music is soothing and peaceful. Also, I like how it took me about one and a half to two days to earn three of the RWBY characters so far. It took me a week and a half to obtain the entire RWBY cast. I also managed to level up my characters pretty well without having to pay at all. I absolutely love the designs for all the characters as well! A very great app and I would recommend to anyone who likes RPG games. I might consider spending money on this game someday when I get more free income coming in. This app is super cool and fun and very addictive. I give it 5/5 stars. Everything about this game is amazing. Even the wait screen has a mini game while you wait for downloads!!! Super great feature that I absolutely love. I also admire the music and voices of the characters. I even like the designs of the characters I don’t use. I also enjoy my goal of completing the codex. I’m close to finishing the monster section of my codex. I really love this app a lot. Usually apps like this lose my interest fast, but this one has me hooked.

Knights. Haven’t been playing it for long but so far I think it’s a wonderful game! It’s story is well made and gameplay is smooth. I have only been playing it for a short while though. I feel that it should have a more steady leveling system. Within the first hour I already managed to level and evolve the main character Theo to 6stars. I still had a team of five as well. The game is very fun but when is the players can get really strong at the very beginning to where we can easily wipe out the story, we will tend to get easily bored as everything becomes a literal walk through the park. Beyond this it’s a wonderful game that is easy to understand, excellent art work, and helpful tutorials.

Fun game. I really like this game. Normally I get bored of these within a week but this one has kept my interest. I like that you cam advance in the game without having to pay. (obviously paying gets you there faster but the point is you don't have to.) The characters are fantastic. I love the helper system and this has good graphics and story lines for its characters. All in a fun and slightly addictive game. Easy enough to level up and enhance at least one team. My only issue is the bugs. Mostly in the multi player advents the game likes to crash right as your about to win. It takes your stamina but gives zero reward. That's the only issue I've seen but considering one attempt at the multiplayer (which is hard enough to get a good team with) is 72 stamina and you usually only have about 200... Yeah that's no fun. But other than that bug fairly good game. Even has a chat system.

Surprisingly Good Game. This game is highly recommended for its content and I have a fairly great time playing it. Its mechanics are really fine tuned and the art is amazing (As said by any other review). I do not understand how people complain about the SSRs and SSR drop rates as the game is pretty generous handing them out weekly and events that consistently come, boost SSR drop rates to 4.2%. Obtaining Gems or rare currency is very easy and just need some grinding (which is given daily by completing achievements or you can obtain a-lot by PVP or just playing the story as each level gives you 3-5 gems) Paying for Gems is basically you being lazy not to grind for them which is perfectly understandable (Grinding is easy as you can auto battle) The main complaint I have is what many other users complain which is the ridiculous 727mb download during launch, I understand maybe there is issues that cannot be resolved but I would be happy to at least receive a explanation of why it is required to download that much data. However this game is really well made and I recommend to those who wanna kill some time :) .

Unimaginably Incredible. Playing numerous anime style RPGs, I’d tend to have high standards for games. After spending about at most 4 hours playing, I’d have to admit that this game is extraordinary. Visually pleasing character designs, items, animations, and widgets. A rare combination that makes this game an aesthetic paradise. If I could, I would give this game a 4.5/5 rather than a complete 5 due to some minor reasons. I feel like the story and character development needs work and voice actors/actresses for the lesser known characters are a bit mediocre. But let’s not let it distract us from how much of an exceptional mobile game this is, I’m definitely going to pour several more hours into grinding my Heroes and I hope others will too!!

really fun, but. The game itself is Amazing, tho there are a bit of things it needs, for Example More missions to play with friends because after you finish those Advent Co-op or Treasure hunting missions, there’s nothing else to do but wait another 12hours just to be able to play with your friends, would be great if you could help other people with advent missions, Second we need new Advent missions, the ones that keep coming out are just repetitive after a while. I have no issue with the story, i love it! one more thing and sorry for bothering, i think costumes shouldn’t be remakes of the 4-6 star versions, i think a secret agent costume for Kali would be pretty cool, its just my opinion, anyways thanks for reading this

It’s amazing!!!! But can there be a trading system. I love it! I love the the cut scenes, the game play, the characters, and so much more this game has made me wanna watch more anime than i do now (aka I’m watching anime right now! :3) and I’m also trying to draw all the characters from the game 😋 anyway i also love the different storylines of each character it really shows that you guys ,all the people who did the game that you guys put a lot of effort and patience into Knights and Chronicles and i have been addicted to this game ever since i got it anyway your game is awesome but all i want to ask you guys if there can be a trading system for the game it would be great because than people can trade the characters they don’t want, to someone who wants the character and they will get something in exchange it’s just my opinion but i just wanted to ask you ~Me :3

It’s Good, but.... Very easy to get addicted to, and the game also offers very generous rewards for the players especially newbies. So it’s very F2P friendly and easy to get into the game even when you’re just starting out. Yet after a few weeks of playing this game, I eventually lost interest and became bored with it. It was a good game at the start but can slowly start to be rather repetitive since the updates don’t really offer anything exciting or brand new. It’s a fun game to play for a while, you get hooked to it and eventually you move on to find other games to play. I wouldn’t say this is a game you’d continue to play for years, but more or less a short but fun endeavor to sedate your boredom.

Great game for both casual and steady players. I love this game, the difference between this game versus others in this genre is that you can tell the game developers put a lot of time and effort into character design and aesthetics because each one has their own flair and personalities. The voice actors do a really good job portraying their characters too in all the language settings available as well. I can play for the game for hours and not having to worry about ads popping up, (they just recently updated where you have the option to watch them though and get rewards which is fantastic.) I also sometimes take breaks from playing games for 2-3 weeks but can always jump right back in and start collecting new awesome heroes. The only small complaint I have is that a lot of characters aren’t able to limit break due to limited amounts of cards you can get each day but I think that allows them players to be strategic about which characters to focus on making stronger. Overall, I have been really impressed with the quality of this game. Definitely one to check out if you haven’t done so!

PLEASE GET IT.. i LOVE this game! ive started playing in 2018 but took a big break for personal reasons, i just came back a few months ago & WOW heros are soooo much more powerful its easier to get crystals bc thats not how it was back then. and everyone saying its keeps saying to download data it did that same thing to me, you need to FREE SPACE ON YOUR PHONE! mine was stuck on the data download thing for a few days until i deleted many useless things and im back to playing. this game is grinding and hard work. if your heros are strong enough you put them to work while you are busy with something else to pass the time. 10/10 recommend

Honest, RECENT review. So I’ve been playing this game for a few months now - so not since launch - so my perspective on this game is a little different from most reviews you’ve probably read. Yes, when this game first launched it was great. Yes, they kinda shot themselves in the foot by making top tier options locked behind real dollars. However, I’m impressed at the lengths they’ve gone through to remedy this and provide a great experience for new players. Each of the collabs have been interesting and fun. The characters are lively and interesting. Not to mention unique. The cast is large enough to make playing for a while worth it. I’m free to play, and I have most of the SSRs. And that speaks to how generous the resources are in this game. The farming can be a little monotonous at times, but I’m generally pleased. Farming is farming. Can’t get around that. The lack of new in game content is something to desire, but there’s still enough to do that I’m fine for now. They introduce new characters seemingly every month, which I’m impressed at. All in all, I give the game 4 stars because of these reasons. It’s a fun game, complete with great characters and thought-through rng (I know, weird). New game modes would be nice, although the labyrinth was a nice addition. Regardless, I’m enjoying this game and excited to see where it goes.

Addicting, but with flaws. I started playing this game late last year, now I find myself playing it religiously every day. That’s not to say that it doesn’t come with its setbacks that makes a game annoying sometimes. One of the flaws is that some of the things that you really need such as crystals, or garnets you need to purchase with real money, or it’s infuriatingly hard to get. The Crystals. You can collect a small amount of them by doing daily quests, before the love of God the Garnets, you have to pay for Crystals to get the garnets, which is ludicrous! To actually get the hero you WANT you have to pay money for crystals, and the garnets come with them, but at a very small amount. Another thing I find annoying is the character fusing system, I am no stranger to it, but I am not a fan of it. Especially when you have to fuse the same exact characters to get better moves. Some of these characters you can only get by luck of the draw, or with garnets. But you can use some characters called Luna to fuse with the character you want of the same element. But the only way to get Luna is with Luna tickets. The only way you can acquire Luna tickets is by doing the labyrinths, which still is the luck of the draw if you get the Luna you want with the Tickets.... Yeah, not good. The game is still very rewarding, and has an interesting combat system, and story to hold my attention for so long.

Greatest Off-Hand Game Ever. I’m usually busy with work and other things, but this game is the best I have ever played that is not too time consuming, but lets you feel like you have accomplished a lot within the short time you have played it. The rewards are really nice and they even added a good amount of extra missions that act as a sort of tutorial guide for starters, since the last I played this game. I really hope they continue the main story as well. I do have 1 problem: The story is very easy. Just level your characters and you’ll be fine. You can even add a friend’s character to help, if you need it. But once you reach Chapter 14, the difficulty skyrockets too suddenly. I could clear Chapter 13 section 10 easily with level 50 heroes… but once I enter Chapter 14, suddenly I can’t even beat it with some of my level 60’s? And it’s on Easy Mode? I feel like I would need at least fully leveled 60’s with elemental advantages AND proper runes equipped for each one to at least have SOME chance of beating the chapter… without earning full stars. I would understand if it was on Normal Mode or Hard Mode, but for that level of difficulty to be on EASY mode? Ha… Looks like I’ll be spending some time grinding dungeons just to deck out a team fit enough to handle easy mode…

Addicting!. I’ve been playing this game nonstop for years, currently level 250, without putting a single dime into it. It’s easy to come by in game currency, and the story is relatively engaging. Each character is beautifully animated with personality making me want to have them all. My favorite thing is you’ll always have something to do because the developers are constantly adding new events to keep things fresh. My only minor complaint is I wish drops for characters were more accessible and guilds played more of a part :)

Remove paywall for costumes!. I’m all for helping the developers make money from their work but locking content behind a pay wall is a horrendous practice. While costumes are optional and don’t affect the core of the game, making content exclusively towards people with disposable incomes creates an unfair balance to the game. Unless of guys have a plan of rotating the costumes that are available to purchase with in game currency, I see a lot of your core players writing similar reviews to mine. This game is very generous in terms of premium currency and I’ve never felt that I’ve had to pay for features, but locking exclusive costumes that power up characters without the ability to obtain it for free isn’t right. Make your money Net Marble you deserve it, but let your players earn your content if they so choose to. Allow us the choice to purchase the costumes.

The most f2p friendly gacha I’ve ever played.. This game is insane as far as generosity goes. Not only does it give you a free SSR every week, but getting gems is incredibly easy. I literally earned enough gems for 12 multis in a week, playing a couple hours a day. And no, I didn’t spend a dime. Also for those of you thinking “the game is new and the gem accumulation is bound to slow down...” yeah you’re right, but between daily/weekly/monthly quests and doing well in the arena weekly, you’ll still get a guaranteed 200+ gems per week, on top of a guaranteed SSR. In my experiences most other gacha games require around 2 weeks to save up for a multi, and with lower rates! On top of it all, the game is amazing. It’s the only gacha I’ve ever played that I feel like I haven’t conquered in 1 week. It’s actually difficult and makes me think unlike most other mindless gacha, although it does have a mindless element as well. This mindless part of the game actually doesn’t feel like a tedious boring grind though, since the game has a revolutionary auto repeat function which lets you literally “auto auto battle.” Set it up and walk away and wait as the game endlessly grinds a quest until you’re out of attempts or stamina. This makes the grinding part literally effortless so you can focus on the fun parts, or just Netflix and chill while your dudes get buff. 10/10

Free 2 Play friendly, with one draw back. This game is highly enjoyable with fantastic graphics and smooth gameplay. Characters with their own personalities that clearly distinguish themselves from the rest. A system to where, until 9/5/18, any item or character could be obtain by both free to play and pay to win players. Netmarble has truly made a game that Free to Play and Pay to Win players can enjoy together. Although the one draw back that this game has is with the implementation of the costume system. Every aspect of the game, before the introduction of costumes, was as close to perfect as a free to play game could achieve. The aspect of free to play friendly has been tainted by the costumes that can only be purchased with actual dollars. Though costumes are supposed to be cosmetic, three costumes in particular, are straight upgrades to the hero. Thus tilting the balance of power towards pay to win players. With the costumes that provide a straight upgrade available to only to those who can pay with actual dollars and not those who play for free. Ruins equality of the game to the player base. A remedy to this would be to convert the price from dollars to gems. Though the decision is ultimately up to the developers whether they will change the costume system. Final thoughts, Knights Chronicle is a game that more people should get involved in and support.

Free stuff for all. SSR is super super rare, SR is super rare Just a heads up, I’m making this review while only into the second section of levels. I feel like people need to know this. So I don’t really have much respect for this game. It’s a standard turn based strategy game where you spend gems to get better heroes. But here’s the thing, it practically gives away the best heroes. I got a SSR 6 Star (the highest star rank and rarity) right off the bat before I finished level 2 and 200 gems to get the 11x summon. It’s 20 gems for 1 summon, 200 for 11 because it’s a special deal. The summon gave me four 5 star heroes to use, 2 of which were SR, and to top it all of it gave me a large number of xp minions (the kind you use only to level up your heroes). Playing further past the first section will lead to at least two more 6 star SR’s, another 11x summon, and mostly maxed out heroes waiting for the limit break which is basically going to the highest level possible. This was just my luck, I can’t imagine how powerful the really lucky people are who managed to pull SSR out the summons. All in all, gameplay is all right if you are ok with overpowered heroes early on in the game. Hopefully they crank up the challenge.

Should be editors choice. I wasn't gonna write anything cuz I just wanted to give them a well deserved 5 star but I guess there is 1 thing I'm hoping to see. There should be interactions if you put units that relate to each other's stories on the same team (Claude says and Ian or Cain and Abel) or maybe even give them buffs that way people would read all the stories which I'm sure the developers spent quite a bit of time on in hopes players don't skip over it. Other than that I've been playing this game for half a month and I'm really enjoying it and that means something because I usually delete apps like this after half a month.

Was fun while it lasted.. Looking for a world with tons of characters that don’t matter? Want all past purchases to mean nothing with every new character? How about playing the exact same dailies continuously with no variation? Well then Knights Chronicle is the game for you! Play a limited story mode to build up a character who will be meaningless by the time you get to the actual “deep” game play. Missed something from last week? Good news! Get it next week. No worries! This game does nothing new. Except characters. Spend all your money on the new character! Level it up! Build your team! Join in on PV...wait. Nevermind. New character is out. The last one is now pointless. But you can buy gems for this new one! The good news is, once you have a specific handful of characters, nothing gets balanced, so you will be able to play against the exact same team over and over again at every pvp rank!

awesome game!. I think over this past week I’ve truly become addicted to Knights Chronicle! I love the gameplay, art-style, and story, and the whole thing just makes me want to watch anime again. It’s not difficult to learn the controls with the easy to follow tutorials and it’s simple enough that before some of the tutorials showed up, I could already figure out what to do. The heroes are all so cool and it’s not hard to find a valence between attack, support, hybrid, and defense heroes. It’s also easy to level up and evolve your heroes with the constant rewards and achievement system, with easy to beat special dungeons to earn growth items. Now this game isn’t all that simple, I thought I was unbeatable in the PvP arena my first 15 attempts until I got smacked by someone’s team with a higher rating/better team balancing. It’s a matter of making sure your heroes are up to par and are advanced out the wazoo, as well as playing the right attacks. I do have one problem that happens every so often after a couple hours of straight through playing which is that the app just closes on me while I’m waiting for a clear screen to load up or when I’m waiting for my free summoned hero to load every morning, and it’s just annoying because I don’t even get my rewards for it just closes to soon. Besides that bug, I absolutely approve of this game and recommend to anyone who’s thinking about trying it out!

Love the game but there’s one thing I noticed. I have been playing this game almost everyday now for at least about a year and half. It’s an addicting game and the graphics are just amazing and the heroes are well designed. I’ve tried many other turn based RPG’s on mobile and this is by far my favorite! One thing that I have noticed that has begun to bother me is that I question why the helper who is fully awakened, like my hero, does way more damage than my hero, even though my hero has a higher combat power and attack damage by at least a thousand points more. I’ve noticed it when both heroes land critical damage but the helper does much higher damage. Is there a reason for this?

Amazing. Just downloaded this game and I’m already addicted. Great graphics, voice overs and gameplay. And it’s free! I still would’ve downloaded it, even if I had to pay money! The only gripe I have is that every time I get on the game I have to redownload 800 mbs each time. And it doesn’t even show in the iPhone storage that it’s taken up more than 220 mbs. But other than that, great game!

Deserves 5 stars!. I’ve been obsessed with this game! This is the first game ever in 5 years that I’ve given a full five star. The characters are stunning and the gameplay is fun. I love the fact how this game also supports both vertical and horizontal gameplay, and I never experience disconnection. A few suggestions: - Adding more male characters or making the lobby character switch between male or female from your choice. That’d be awesome, as there is a lot of girls that also play this game. - Make the game battles run in the background when you’re in another app.

Unable to Play since update. Since the update I’ve been unable to play the game. Can’t get into the game anymore, it just loads then crashes after 30 seconds it just crashes. Disappointed I’m losing daily rewards and missing the event. My phone is up to date, and have tried restarting my phone but still can’t get it to work.

PvP........ The pvp Player random selection system is so bad, it matches you with people with the same arena points as you instead if team power. How do you expect me to verse someone the a team power points of 80,000 when I only have 61,000?

Worthwhile. I don't see any corner cuts in design. Cinematic's are quite good.

Not F2P anymore. I admitted I like this this game a lot. It used to be very F2P friendly and I don’t mind spending a little bit to support developer. But the way Netmarble did with the recent patch, it completely kills the game and show us how greedy they are. It’s ok if you want to enjoy the game as beginner, only focusing PVE but when you reach to the stage where most not-whale people are right now, you will understand the situation. If they don’t fix it, the end is coming soon than they expect.

Such a good game. I fell in love with this game , although I don’t have much time playing cause of work but as soon I get time I play it . Easy to play and nice mini scene . Even tho it’s hard to level up the skills I still have fun playing and getting strong characters

Very enjoyable.. This is a gacha game, so be wary of excessive in-app purchases. That being said, the game is very generous to newcomers, and has a surprisingly high rate for drawing the high tier characters (about 40% for a 10x roll). The whaling incentive is that for max power you have to summon 16 of the same unit. As for gameplay, there is a surprisingly deep turn based combat system. Definitely worth a look for final fantasy fans.

Quite good. The game itself is quite good but the rates for a ssr hero certainly need to be raised higher I’ve done about 10 10x summons and only 2 ssr heroes one of which was for free and one from a pull

Great game! Free 2 play. I've been playing this game for a week now. A Great game! And it is one of the best mobile game I have played so far. 1. great story and have voice over so that I don't have to read everything 2. Doing a amazing job on story-telling! First playthough on easy mode focus on main character's adventure, but what surprised me is that the second play though on normal mode is the same story but from a different party's points of view! I'd say Go and see for yourself not gonna spoil anything. Although most of the players would probably skip dialogues etc. 3 they are pretty generous with crystals (in game currency) everyday u get 40 free crystals, and you get more upon finishing weekly n monthly quests (not to mention u get a lot from completing story and leveling your characters to max levels) even though I don't feel the need to get those in game currency ( cuz we get a lot from just playing) I spent $30 on this one just to support the team for making such a great game. Keep up with the great work!

Game bug? 😅. So I’ve been playing this game for 3 days now and I’ve noticed that every time I exit the app/game and whenever I go back in it there always seems to be a 700mb download. Normally this won’t bother me if my internet is fast but sadly my internet is not that good so if this is a “bug” or whatever it is can it be fixed ASAP. Btw the game is really great, I enjoy every single aspect from the character designs, the gameplay and the art style except this bug 😆. Also I’m quite certain that I pressed download everything and I’m up to date with the game updates if that makes sense. Sorry for my bad English and grammar 😆😅😅.

Love this game!. I’ve been playing this for years and it’s still has be full invested and loving it! It only gets better with time as they release new updates and new characters to collect and upgrade. Once you get a daily routine down to grind all your missions, quests and events down for the day all you have to do then is sit back and wait till you summon your next SSR and you can go to work beefing it up. I’ve never felt the need to spend real money on the game, everything is provided for you even if you have to grind a little at times. Even premium currency is readily available enough that you can do a couple of bonus summons a week. All in all the only mobile game I’ve been faithful to for many years and hopefully many years more to come!

Bug issue. I really enjoy this game and I’ve only had it a few days but now it only stays on the loading page, doesn’t say that it’s still loading or if there is an update. Other than that, it’s really good.

Crashes Often. I usually play these types of games ONLY for the storyline, and I’m glad there’s actually a story to read - unlike some games that only has a story during the tutorial (right at the beginning/start). Besides the app continuously crashing and slow loading, the actual battle/gameplay is slow (not laggy but tiresome slow) - for this reason, it would’ve been better to have a skip option instead of an auto-play/replay option. The game takes forever to get through one game, let alone 30+ - normally the game may take 45 seconds (15 seconds per wave) in total but during auto, each game seems to take double the time (30 to 45 seconds per wave, not including the 20 seconds of start and finish). Also, there’s no way of being able to expand/upgrade rune storage, so the auto doesn’t last many games.

This game is great!!. This game is absolutely amazing from animation to mechanics to game play. I have been addicted to this game and have been playing non-stop. Although the game is awesome, the pvp turn system frustrates me from time to time. Sometimes when the match begins the opponent will always get first turn and I find one or two of my characters either dead or one hit away from death. I find this unfair and hope that it could be changed a little. Even though that small thing annoys me I love this game and I won’t stop playing.

Kicking me out the game. So I’ve been playing this game for about a week and it keeps kicking me out at this curtain level when the boss comes out and it makes me frustrated. You see if a game keeps doing this to me I instantly delete it sooo..

Addictive gameplay and gripping storyline. I’m not usually a visual novel kind of girl but the story is gripping, funny, emotional and the characters are all likeable. The gameplay is fun and even on auto play I found that it wasn’t boring but you can switch it off if you choose to. A lot of love, endless hours and determination went into this game so definitely give it a try. The story and characters you encounter in the journey gets more and more interesting. The characters are cute and I love when I get new SSR characters. It’s not always easy to get them but the company is still generous in giving SSR characters which I love

Game is generous enough with what they give you that I don’t feel like I’m missing out from not purchasing anything. More than that: this game is really cute, the characters are really well designed (they’re sexy) and it’s fun.

Super Kind for free to play players!. The game is friendly to all players, all the heroes can be unlocked with a bit of farming and login in, which I love. The art is cute and there are so many tasks to grind, so there is always something to do instead of waiting for mana to regenerate. Highly recommend ;)

Would be 5 star but there is something missing. Overall the game is nice and lovely and it is very free to play friendly. The costumes I don’t mind. But I need new content in the game. It has gotten to the point where I don’t know what to do. Still waiting upon the new storyline. All the update is really just new heroes, I don’t need to new heroes I also need some new story line. Maybe a world boss? Or a raid boss? Just anything would be nice, along with the new heroes update.

Bug or Lag?. I love playing the game the graphics and the voices are amazing but what really frustrates me is that during a match or a dungeon the game sometimes take me out of the app. When I am back into the app I’ve lost an entry ticket and haven’t gotten anything like I’ve lost all progress. At first I didn’t really mind, but now it is very annoying and frustrating especially with during multiplayer with others. Can you please fix this problem. - Dedicated Player

Great game just some bugs. I have played this game for about a week now and I’m loving it. The quality of the characters and the design is awesome and the story is really good as well. But there is only one thing that’s sad about this game and I don’t know if it’s a bug or something but every time I log back into the game it always has to add 800mb to the game and it’s really annoying but then when I go into my storage I see that the size of the app hasn’t changed so I hope this is a bug and I hope you guys will fix it. Over all this is an awesome game and I don’t think I will ever stop playing it

Banners take way too long. For starters it’s a great game however the hero summoning banners takes way too long. It’s over a week of waiting just to get one new/older banner. Pls pls decrease the time it takes for a new banner. Second pls add in a private message system in game it would make it sooo much easier to talk to people or make it an unlimited amount of people per chat server because it’s annoying not to be able to talk to that specific person again until your able to get back into the chat channel.

To the game developers. The game was really good itself and the animations and graphics are prefect! But after the last update have driving me crazy every time I login needs to update 864mb every time I login .. please fix this otherwise you’re keep losing your players... I try delete the game and reinstall is still the same... can you please fix the bug !

Turned P2W after custome update. Absolutely amazing game before customes update and now they ruined it. $32 for ONE customes which gives SO much stats. No thanks, esp when your hero could be powercrepted when a new banner comes

Amazing game BUT. So I play all net marble games I love them never have to ever spend money BUT reason why I’m giving one star is because of the updates every time I exit this game or your seven knights game I have a 1gb update every time I don’t have unlimited wifi I get 3 Gb a month on phone plan and I can’t keep up with these updates pls fix and I will give 5 stars and even think about buying stuff

Enjoyable and graphically impressive. Give it a go. You get a 11 roll straight out the gate. Gatcha game, but has been generous with pull chances. Rates are reasonable too. Mainly I’m enjoying the stories of the main characters and the interesting character/ ability combinations to make my teams. I’m not a whale or min/max player in gatcha games (why cause that stress right).

I'm in love!. Just started playing this game today and gosh- everything about it is amazing!!! The animation, character design and gameplay are a major hook for me💗 can't wait to play more（≧∇≦）

Loved it!. At first I was sceptical, but this really is a very amazing game. The energy system (so far) is reasonable and I haven’t found I needed to purchase anything. The visuals are pretty nice, only occasionally looking a bit wack, and the voice acting is really is quite great! My only ‘complaint’ is that it’s too difficult to evolve your heroes, but this is only a minor thing and doesn’t really effect the game play. I don’t really play games for the storyline, so I can’t judge that, but as a whole, this game really is great, and I love it!

best mobile game. this is honestly such an amazing game, it’s so fun and addictive and it’s not annoying like most games, it’s easy to understand and you don’t have to pay loads to get good heroes like other games

Fantastic Game. This is the best anime style rpg game i have played. The graphics are beautiful and the characters are all nicely made. The Developers are also very generous as new players get a lot of free stuff to help them in their game. I would definitely recommend this game to both casual as serious gamers. Pretty good. It’s like Seven Knights but with better animation and story. If you haven’t played Seven Knights go play it. Really generous with distribution of special heroes and gems, easy to become really powerful.

Outstanding Gacha Game. One of the best Gacha games you can find in the App Store. Nice unique animations for each character, easy to understand mechanics, easy to gather currency for gachas and the story has good voice acting! Overall a great experience BUT every time I open the game it keeps making me download the same 732MB worth of data. It really became too tedious and just annoyed me I sometimes won’t even play some days. Hopefully it gets fixed!

updating error!. Past one or two weeks, most of the time I open the app, it keeps downloading 1gb file for updating! So stupid!

My favourite gacha game (arguably). Very f2p friendly and a ton of things for you to do:). Alongside a lot of things for you not to do by just autoing lol. My only real complaint is that new content for long-standing players such as myself isn’t common enough imo but I love it either way ^_^

I figured it out (I think). Lately there has been an updating problem where you open it and you have to download between 900-1050mb of data, and at least with my apple phone the problem was I didn’t have enough storage for the download to be properly loaded on. So if you experience this problem (if you have an iOS device) try checking how much storage you have left. Hope this helps ☺️

Always updated. Every time i open the app it makes me download aprox 1200MB of data. I thought that this bug was fixed because when i re-downloaded in 2021 at first it did not do it but today it started again Overall great game but annoying bug

3.75. There’s the fact that there’s still the redownloading problem, except it’s longer. I wish there was more effort put into the side stories, they feel really bland and feel like it’s just bones. I have no issue with gameplay, rates, e.t.c

Good game.. Pretty standard gacha game with some nice animations. Seems to put the game data in the cache resulting in the game redownloading the patch files almost each time.

Fix the download issue PLEASE. I really like this game; it’s incredibly well done, fantastic graphics and characters, etc. That’s why i hate to say that it’s also unplayable. Every single time you exit and try to load into the game again it needs to download 1gb of files to work. This is the third time I’ve tried to play this game since launch and the problem is still here. I quite badly want to play it but I just can’t deal with this level of annoyance.

Glitched and Stuck in Portrait. Since a few updates back. It will stay in landscape for combat sequences, then swap back to portrait right after. Unplayable and irritating af.

Rates And Crystal And Other Stuff. Drop rates are still pretty low to get SSR 4~6 stars, you would need to do lot of farming for crystals but the problem is, crystals are hard to get. They are still hard to get at the beginning of the game when you start a new player, but as time goes by and you get higher and more into the game, it’s almost impossible to get crystals. This is a problems with the COLLAB of RWBY. People won’t get them because of the crystal problem and still the rates are low. Make an event for crystals or something like that. Because you’re basically saying P2W. What would be great too is if you could have gender selection or customize yourself but I understand that this is more of a gacha game, this little thing would make it more fun.

Updating error ?. The past few days every time I open the game I have to wait for it to update. I’d play it just fine but As soon as I close the game and open it back up later it has to do the same update again (about 988-ish MB) anything I can do to fix this ?

Was having fun until this newest update. So I don’t know what happened with this update that happened last night, but after the update was finished it said this message to please update the game before opening. No biggie, I go to do that by clicking the button that takes me there and find no new update, just the button to open the app again. It’s been over 12 hours since and there is still no update, and I’m just stuck in this loop of updating the game and failing to find an update, the game never loading past this opening screen. Hoping this is a temporary thing, cause I really was enjoying the game. Sucks my daily login stuff might get missed though :/

What the actual.??. Once is a given, twice ok sure but THREE times downloading previous data when I open it?? I have internet connection, my storage isn’t full and yet I have to continuously download the same data every time I open the game to play it. And it’s not just a little bit of data, it takes at least 15 min to download. It’s a pretty fun game, sad that I’m dumping it over something that really shouldn’t be a problem.

Fix. Since it came out, this game has randomly shut down on me, robbing me of stamina when I’m on missions. Is this ever going to be fixed!? Nope it still hasn’t been after over a year. And the screen keeps flipping around. Just let it stay in panoramic mode!

Enjoyable, but could be improved.. Overall this game is extremely addictive and quite fun to laze around with. Though my biggest problem with it would be that you can’t get costumes unless you pay for them, or at least that is how it seems to be. I only started playing last night, so there is a good chance I could be wrong about it, but regardless it is definitely worth the download.

Great game. I created at least 13 accounts and it’s not that hard to get 3000 crystals in the first three days. My newest account is the one I stick with since it has 16 SSR without banner buys. This game is really generous and a great game overall as new characters are added in. There are two glaring weaknesses that need to be addressed though. The game is way to heavily focused on the characters instead of the gameplay. The other problem is literally all 3 star and R heroes are not even usable without an epic quest. If every character is playable and gameplay like multiplayer is utilized then this game can become a great game in every aspect.

Gameplay Experience. Great animations and character design. I love that most things are balanced and it’s very easy to get started with your unique experience in knights. I really enjoyed the story line and how it’s different throughout the levels of difficulty. But every time there is a update it takes forever to load. I also think that they’ve run out of character ideas so they’re just mixing and matching, but overall good gameplay

Give it a try u won’t regret it. After trying different hero summon type games I’ve finally come across one worthy of settling down on. The animation is gorgeous the gameplay is exactly how I would want my turn based games to be, but most importantly the game is generous I’ve been able to build a strong team with out spending money. I’m thinking of spending money just to show appreciation to the devs for doing a good job.

Amazing game! 10/10. So much unique characters to grow and evolve with a great story line! I’ve gotten so many Ultra rare characters, I’ve never ran out of energy and I’ve gotten a high rank level without paying a cent! With that said this game does have in app purchases but I like the fact that you can get really far in this game with out spending a bunch of money!!!!! Great game I highly recommend this

Greedy much?. So this game started strong and was designed to allow free players to strive and pay players to spend a pretty fair amount. That all changed with today’s update lol. They not only added costumes that cost an exorbitant amount but they also made the costume add stats as well as change skills a lot. They also added a new tune system only for costumes which will lock out the majority of players lol!! Talk about showing your true colors. Costumes shouldn’t have done anything except change your looks but instead they went full tilt greedy. They may break the record for losing the most players ever lol... I’m out, not supporting a company who would do this.

The game is good but it keeps on downloading. The game is really good the graphics are nice characters good and all that but there is one certain problem that I have with this game is that it just keeps on downloading something when I open the day after I play it it gets annoying and it bothers me that like are you having a problem or something. Most of us players have the same problem as well and it’s bothersome so try and fix that when your like adding things tell us first in the description of the game or changing events is the same

Great, and then the update hit. I started playing about a month ago - all was amazing, great rates for the best units, I wished there was more story content, but no real complaints other than that. This literally changed overnight with the Sept 5th update. Costumes for characters were introduced at a $20 price point - these are not just for aesthetics, they boost skills and stats to a huge degree for this sort of game. It took a deep dive into pay to win territory. I’ve been known to drop some money into mobile games to speed up progress here and there, but this is game-breaking and very disheartening to see. It was good while it lasted, but if this doesn’t change, look elsewhere for your mobile gaming fix.

No major updates & no fun. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time. It’s become obvious that the devs don’t find it to be very profitable anymore, because many of the past updates have had very little content. The “new” heroes being released are just reskins of older event heroes. A new advent was released, but there’s absolutely no fun or skill to be had with it. It’s so restrictive that you absolutely have to have one specific character to beat it, taking any creativity or challenge out of it. Difficulty should be measured by player skill, not by buying the most recent hero for a cash grab.

The recent update. The shadow guild update is a great update with one thing i find hard. I was doing the missions and i noticed that only water types damage my enemies and the other types deal 1 damage no matter how strong. I personally don’t like this reason being is for newer players this is gonna be a difficult story to pass as even with help from other players it’s difficult. Overall i love this update and the new characters are awesome

One of the most friendly f2p games. As the title says this is one of the best f2p games I have found over the years and this is because gems are easy to get to summon for new hero’s to get stronger, you might be wondering why this is only 4 * then, reason behind that is runes.. runes are one of the hardest things to get for hero’s and with the lack of rune events since I’ve played makes it very difficult since most runes you get are 4 star and not even 5 star on even the hardest difficulty

One of the best!. This is one of those games that is fair on you; with a very easy beginning. It holds your hand with plenty of helpful (skip-able) tutorials that may even reward you. This game requires strategy to pick proper heroes, but I prefer to pick the coolest and appealing of characters;) It is visually impressive with a compelling story. The mechanics are a little much to take in one day, but it is easy to learn. Overall, great experience!

wow. oh my, I’ve played a lot of RPG apps and this by far is the most generous ever .-. I mean okay, an SSR a week is just, that’s amazing :0 I don’t have to keep trying to summon (Well I could, it doesn’t take much to reach 200 diamonds) ahhh I really hope you guys don’t change the way you have the game set up, lots of people seem to enjoy the free stuff (I’ve seen games turn from free to extremely hard to play unless you pay games) ^^;; please don’t change it because we love it how it is <3

My first review. I really enjoy playing this game. I haven’t stopped playing it since it came out in the App Store. The issue I have is that every time I open up the game, I have to re-download the 664 MB’s the game requires in order to play even if I never closed the app to begin with. This has been an issue that I find quite an annoyance for me and was hoping that you can fix this issue before it becomes a problem later on. But overall, I still enjoy playing this game and wish to see how this game will progress later on.

Great game to pick up and play! =D. It’s a very interesting game on the Surface and definitely once you get into it too! As a lot of people have said, the art, animation, style, voice acting and World that are in this game are truly incredible! Everything is very well done and there are rewards everywhere for completing missions and progressing through the Game! If you’ve been wanting a wonderfully detailed and very fluidly, one of the best I’ve seen, animated Game to play, Knights Chronicle is definitely worth your time! =D

Amazing game, must play!!. I play a lot of phone games, and so far with the game just having been released I am nothing less than impressed. The amount of content will keep you busy for hours and hours of play time and even when you translation to late game there are mechanics in place to keep it fun and you busy. I’m really looking forward to the future of this game and can’t wait to see what’s in store.

Great game but takes up storage. I’ve noticed that each time you go to your home screen and the game refreshes you have to download additional data to continue the game and it happens every time it refreshes but other than that the game is very good but what I said before needs to be fixed. Also the 7DS game that you guys made is breathtaking to😁👍

Awesome!. I just redownloaded this game so it’s been a very long time. Game is still Easy to use, the characters are cute and I love all the action especially with their special attacks. And it’s anime based which I love and I will stick with this game for awhile. I do notice though that when they do their special attacks there is no sound, you can hear them doing their battle cry when they do the attack but there’s no sound as far as the background noise and effect noise but one’ll when I do these particular attacks :(

This game is awesome and I have a request. There is a anime out there called sword art online. It is my favorite anime of all time. I think the anime sword art online would be a great collaboration for this game since there are fairy’s and survivors and even resistors!! There is sao 1, 2 and alicization. If your a fan of mmo rpgs then this is the right anime for you. The main character is kirito and he’s a beta tester. This anime is one of the most popular manga series. Check it out please!!

Crashfest. The game is fun for a gacha game. FTP friendly for sure and the animations are nice. I’m not a fan of anime at all or most jrpgs but the game is cohesive and not so gimmicky like some others. My biggest issue is the crashing. When I auto replay dugeons it will just crash after the run, sometimes after one run, sometimes two, but it will never not crash. Also, having arena tickets and energy being wasted is super annoying. I will only be playing sparingly but the crashing AND persistent lag/loading will most likely push me away for good.

Amazing!!. At first, I only downloaded the game for the RWBY content, as I’m a huge fan of the show. But once I got playing, it was better than I expected! Most of the games like this are pay to win, lots of waiting, impossible to get in-game currency, etc. It’s not like that at all! I’ve only been playing for an hour or two, and I’m already rank 12! Fantastic game!

I don't understand. Literally every other time I open the game I have to download like a whole gig of data for what?? I stopped playing for a while and got back into it recently, but I can't just hop on whenever I want to and have it run smoothly. I'll download this ginormous amount of data and finally be able to play, for a while. If I put it down for more than a day or two, I have to download it AGAIN. It's always 1,286MB. What do you need that much downloaded for constantly??? It makes no sense. It's so bad that it makes me not wanna play it anymore, but I'm trying to level up heroes and stuff so it's frustrating.

Awesome game! Crashes frequent.. This game is really fun! Most games like these I tend to get bored or frustrated after a week because of just how overwhelmingly money-based they are the further you get into it, but in this game, you can be strong without having to spend money! My only problem right now is that the latest update (v.1.2.1). I don’t know why but I’m having so many crashes lately, and they weren’t as constant beforehand. I never had any crashes before this update happened and it’s getting irritating to sign back into the game.

Generous. The game doesnt try to milk you for every $100 bill in your pocket. They give out incredible rewards which makes it very f2p friendly. Because of the generosity, you may be inclined to spend money but you actually get mileage out of every dollar you put into it, unlike other games in which you could dump hundreds of dollars into getting nothing.

Game is awsome a one thing tho. One thing I noticed is how when your in the story you only have a certain set of characters but when you go into battle you can put whoever you want there it makes no sense you should make the story mode stick with the characters in the story And also I keep having the situation were I see a character I want so bad but I could never get them you should add a way to buy any character you want Other then that this game is really cool keep it up

It’s good but, there’s an issue.. Hi. I like the game thus far, but there’s a problem. I opened the game and it wants me to do a download. I let it do its thing for about an hour until it finishes and I can play. After a bit, I close the app to do stuff. When I open the app again, it wants me to do the SAME download that it just finished not long ago. Could you please look into this. If this keeps up in the future, I will refuse to play and ultimately delete the app. I really don’t want to, so please try and fix the problem ASAP please. Thanks.

RIP F2P players.. Friendly community and overall a good game, but the recent update is just a cash grab. 19 dollars for a costume? I could order some spicy chicken wings with that money. Devs be happy I put 5 stars, just don’t let me fight those who payed for the costumes in pvp, otherwise I will have to sell my pet goldfish. I don’t care if it has to be a thousand gems, I’ll grind those gems for days rather than paying 19 dollars because unlike some people my other 19 dollars already goes to feeding my goldfish Crackers.

Downloading additional data. Every time I open the app, it requires to redownload all 730mb worth of data and I don’t know why. I’ve tried reinstalling already and it keeps doing it. This really makes me not want to play the game as every time I open the app I have to wait 10 minutes to play the game every time I open the game. The game is fun, but this problem makes me not want to open the app because it’s such a drag to wait 10 minutes for the game to load.

Best mobile game. Knights chronicle has become one of my favorite games to play in my free time, the rewards system is just beyond amazing. I enjoy the in real time game play especially with the extremely easy to beat advents. (Easy to beat once you’ve evolved and enhanced and awakened the hero) this game is to die for and I heavily recommend it to anyone looking for something to grab their attention

Crashes all the time. This is a fun game but nearly unplayable due to constant crashes. Never had such a problem with an app before (in severity or frequency) and am an avid player. As much as I enjoy the gameplay, am tempted to rage quit. Sometimes will not start at all and sometimes will crash after a 20 minute advent dungeon and farewell to anything I may have won from it. Developer is unresponsive. Sorry to give such a negative review but it is so. They need to do something to address this problem.

Repetitive and gets Boring. I’ve played Knights for about a year now and I’d say that the game has changed from when I first started. The people in my guild, and in the game in general have all agreed that the game has become more about pay to win instead of focusing on aspects like the story, doing collaborations to get new characters rather than recycling characters from past collaborations, and making the game more fun for players in general. If your looking for a game that’s pay to win and repetitive, this game is the “perfect game”. PS. If your hoping for more story, your best bet is that your not going to get it...

Super fun game to play. Among those strategy rpg available now, this game is really outstanding. The graphic is on fire, lots of activities ingame which really confused me 🤣 character system is diverse and balanced. Gonna stick with this game and find a way to spend an amount of cash to buy stuffs. 1 thing really annoys me is that I have to download the whole game every I log in. It took me about 10 mins with wifi connected but maybe really hard to login when I use 3g

Overall a good download. I will try to not spoil the story for any people interested in the game. The art style is beautiful, they always have new champions, and you can get diamonds pretty easily. There’s a returning bonus and a starting player bonus. You get rewards each day so you can never really feel disappointed in the lack of items. Some problems I encountered were that the game was a little slow. It’s minor, but it seems to happen quite often. Another thing is that this game is always updating. This may sound like a good thing, but a loading screen is shoved in your face every second. It’s not brief and discouraged me from playing. I would like to see more events, as the game has very few. I think the story is a little too long, and hard to follow. Overall a good game, but has some flaws.

Great game, But needs work. So, I’m a huuugggeee fan of this game, I think mostly it’s perfect! So I recommend some things that should be added to this amazing game. 1. Maybe some sort of hero shop? Like I know you can buy hero’s from the secret shop and more but there so should be a shop only with heros. 2. Maybe a chat room? I know there’s chat but there should be like a room that you go in! 3. This is mostly the only reason there should be a chat “room” Maybe you can make your own profile and chose you favorite hero to play as and go in places like the chat room.

Solid Game, Worth your time. I only got it to pull Weiss so i started over until i pulled her. It didn’t take long and the game moves quickly with regards to pacing, so i could get into it fast and get best girl. Leveling is generous and the evolution system is also generous so you won’t have many instances of being completely unable to do what you want. It also has collabs with FMA and Fairy Tail??? like wow. Genuinely good game.

Great Game! Just one problem for me.... This is a great game, the art style, everything! But... every time I go into a sp dungeon, it immediately kicks me out and crashes, and that’s really annoying. I can’t really do anything anymore other that try to go in and get kicked out again but.. yeah. Other than that it’s a great game! It proves as it can be a pay to win game but, you can still win without paying! 5/5 it’s amazing! Also please try and fix the crashing problem. (It’s getting kind of annoying)

Screen Viewing Rotation Complaint. If you could just make the game adjustable to long side screen rotation for the skills of the heroes cause with the screen rotation only being tall screen side it cuts of some of the heroes movements in the skills if you could just make it back to how it was before the screen rotation lock it would be a hundred percent better. Besides that the game is awesome.

Nothing different. There is nothing different about this game when compared to any other rpg’s out there. Tap buttons, watch animation of attack, win useless rewards and pay real life money. Basically the useless rewards are to get you hooked but they aren’t actually anything of value. I played for like maybe 5 minutes and it’s nothing but repetitive gimmicks that other f2p or micro transaction games have. That’s basically all it is. But it doesn’t actually add anything of value when you pay real life money either. So yeah this game is just a bore. I’ll probably forget it ever even existed in about a few seconds so eh

It’s actually pretty good!. The game is really fun and I enjoyed playing it for small amount of time I could. Every time I opened the app to play it, I had to download 600 and something gigs and now I’m out of storage. The game takes too much out of my memory and I’m sure it will for others as well. With the few times I could play, the game was great so I’m not sure why so much needs to be downloaded. I wish I could still play but with the annoyingly long and excessive downloads every time I open the app makes it hard to. Especially with how much need to be downloaded.

Knights Chronicle Opinion:). So basically it's an amazing game that's truly addictive. Which is a lot, saying i don't get into games that much, but as soon as I started I didn't stop. The graphics and overall design is phenomenal. Also, the characters are all so detailed it blows my mind, and you can level them up, evolve, and do so many other things. It's easy to get high ranked heroes because of daily login bonuses and many more. It even has a storyline with characters you can get in it. Overall I just love this app and suggest getting it:)

I am absolutely thrilled. This game is inspired creative fun lovable the characters are cool well done and have solid voice actors the gameplay is similar to many other games which is ok but if I might recommend don’t let it get to repetitive lest people start to hate the game add mini games fun things to do while your energy is recharging this game has endless possibilities it’s up to you as devs whether you take my advice but just try not try the gameplay repeat.

I miss a certain feature. I love the game overall, it plays nice and great characters, there’s a lot to do in it and it’s well made. The one thing I miss is how the game used to be able to be played in landscape as well as portrait just by rotating the device. I know it’s a feature still for the battles but having it for the whole interface made the game really interesting in my opinion. I’d really like to see that feature again!

Good, But a Major Flaw. I started the game last night, and I’m having a ton of fun with it so far. The voice acting is GREAT, and the animations look really pretty for a mobile game. But whenever I close the app, even if for a second, and re-open it, I have to reinstall all of the additional files (758MB at the moment). So if I want to do something quickly like collect my gold, I have to wait 5 minutes to reinstall everything. So I found myself barely touching the game because I wouldn’t want to sit with the app open for 5 minutes to do something simple. TLDR; Fun gameplay, but it takes 5 minutes to get to the gameplay every time I feel like doing something. (For reference I have 16GB max, and 12GB used)

Love it. I got the game after I saw a plug for it on Mother’s Basement, and I have to say, I love it! The heroes are all interesting and the leveling system is SUPER forgiving. With so many games, there’s a hard cap on hero strength if you don’t pay. However, the fact that you can take a one star hero to a six star max level with enough patience is reason enough for it to get my time and my praise. Not to mention that it’s clear a lot of effort was put into the game.

Great game, but start up issues.. Love this game actually, definitely one of the best free rpgs on the app market. The only thing that is keeping me from giving this 5 stars is, like many other people, every time I open the app it asks me to redownload everything that I already have. So I’m not able to just open up and play, and I can only play on WiFi, because I would be out of data very quickly every month if I did. So please find a way to fix this and I will gladly change my rating.

Worst customer service. I was a fan for a few months until they wrongly charged my account for 60 dollars. When I contacted the developers they did an investigation and came back with the results that I was indeed wrongly charged. However instead of refunding my money they told me to go through apple to get my refund which apple couldn't help because it was on the developers side to fix the problem. They refused to give my money back and basically tried to steal my money. I had to claim fraud through my bank to get it refunded and get a new card and all. Such crappy customer service especially when they screwed up. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like thieves stealing from you.

Amazing game. I love everything about it, the only thing I would like if it we can actually have a profile which shows what rank you have, pic of your favorite hero, strongest team etc also an option to message friends on it. (I literally can’t interact with anyone in my friends list unless we are miraculously in the same chat room) other than that the game itself is fun and addicting and doesn’t force you to buy stuff :)!

I love it.. As an anime fan I love the style. Also the graphics and overall design are beautiful and well-done. The only thing I would change is to put in more tutorials. As a person fairly new to the game I know that at first it was a bit confusing to figure out the mechanics, and the different ways to level up. Awakening Recommendation. An awakening recommendation I have is Cynthia! She is rarely used and I would love to see her awakened. As the final awakening skill I was thinking maybe she could apply silence for 1-2 turns on all enemies at the start of the round. For the new and improved look for Cynthia maybe she could look more of a witch to get that “spell witch” look up and going. Maybe a witch hat, book, or even staff to change it up a bit.
