Could be 5 stars with basic improvements. My biggest problem with the game is the complete lack of documentation or support for it, there are so many abbreviations for the character, how am I suppose to know what a dozen 3 letter acronyms stand for? Some are basic and common so I get those, but there are so many more which are not common, when you tap on them you don’t even get to see what the letter stand for so no clue what skill points I’m putting into what. Also building the classes I wish they put in more details , as well as letting you reset the build. But those 2 issues are nothing in comparison to the biggest problem of cash mounts and other items which are over the top pay to win. Don’t get me wrong I understand you guys need to make money which is why I gave you tons and tons of money already, but it can’t be this biased towards money, i would rather someone’s who spent $20 less than me, was still able to beat me because he grinded longer or made a smart build, etc... the developers are getting carried away and this is likely going to be another game ruined by pay to win

Account lost. Recent update to the game took away my account I had put a lot of work into am not very happy bout it really liked playing this game

Pretty original.... Pretty fun game with original-ish graphics for an auto-play MMORPG. I like the setting, the classes, and the open feeling the world has.

Lost titles and booster for titles. Each recharge gave me a box one should have 1 should have given me the title cool summer and the purple boxes to add stats now I have ANOTHER orange box won’t open message for all except the one that ,disappeared without giving me the title, is will not bind...I have 4 support tickets in and they are doing NOTHING!! Fun game except.... You constantly make new servers in order to “Money grab” and this kills older servers. You try to remedy this by creating server merges. These merges then kill multiple guilds and cause you to get less diamond from ladder rank unless you are one of the high vip people. STOP making new servers. Do some more game development instead. This is ridiculous.

Issues. I really enjoyed this game when it came out and it was very fun to create our own characters. Although the updates made it unique in a way, it appears as if we are being logged out of accounts or having to start over. It just happened to me on my phone when I wanted to play it and it made me start over. Nothing was loading with it and pulling up my original character such as Pierce and everyone else. I really enjoyed this game while it lasted. Last time I played this was maybe a year ago if that

Text speed. Cool game I just started playing and I can see me playing for awhile. The only problem is when the characters talk you have to speed read because the text changes so fast. Moving to the next sentence should be touch based not time based. When the characters say a lot it’s hard to read it all.

What you should add. You should add dragon kin and add more enemies and powers

Illegal add in??. Really?? Played this game for a good 6 hours purchased at least 6 dollars worth of diamonds and now I can’t login in...seems like fate is calling to stop playing this game.

So i play on server 26. Was a great game till someone hacked my Facebook account and took my character I spent a bunch of money and time on. Topped with constant death threats in real life as well from a certain character on server 26. Customer support drags there feet as well.

Still needs improvement. There are ppl still stuck on this Koror quests.. and I know you guys supposedly fix it, but, you have not fixed this at all. It is going on for over 1 month.. a lot of ppl are leaving the game because they can not finish theses stupid quests.. also, in Faction war it is bugged as well when Koror is asking to help the wounded soldier they are not there, Also, that new Dragon that appears before World Bosses is not dropping anything at all... And regarding the apprentice, how do I take off an apprentice from a Tutor?? There has to be an option to remove either one!! This is nonsense to make someone have to stay helping someone that is no longer playing or is not helping back.. Fix this.. And I saw that your recharge is not working again... And you guys need to fix the lag issue as well, when we do world bosses or Purge Bosses it’s like turtles 🐢 moving .. I have sent 4 tickets through the in game and thtough your FB page messenger requesting to get a button that the apprentice can remove the tutor if it is not working out and still have not done anything about it. I do not want to delete my game or the character that WICKEDPRINCE has as an aprentice.. He is not even playing the game, it is his 10 year old brother that plays the game.. You still have not fixed anything in the game and there has been a lot of ppl that have sold or given their accounts due to this. You need to fix all of this please.

Love the game but it needs work. I love this game I play it almost every day. But there are some major problems with it like it keeps crashing and lagging. With every update it just keeps getting worse and when you contact them through their Facebook or support ticket you never get anything back from them. Another problem is since the new update people with iPhones can’t send voice chats anymore which is a problem for me because I use to work to get the flower rank and now I can’t even get one flower cause I can’t send a voice chat. There is another problem when sometime in the game it creates a duplicate of yourself which can be really distracting during a fight or something. I really love this game I play it all the time I just really wish y’all would focus on fixing problems instead of new servers and characters don’t get me wrong we love them but there are major problems we would like fixed more.

I just have a few complaints but I still love the game. The game is really great but I kinda wanna complain on how boys can’t marry another boy and girls can’t marry another girl, I mean that’s really stupid, it’s like y’all don’t support the LGBTQ+ community. I’m not saying you don’t but doing that kinda makes it seem like it, and there was something else I didn’t like but I don’t remember it. But other than that, the game is great, I have many accounts, I play a lot, even my girlfriend likes the game. It’s also a great way to release anger on something virtual and not real. It’s also a great stress reliever for me.

Auto Playing and lagging. I enjoy the game and have not many negative comments aside that, I don’t like when it fights for you or when you’re trying to fight and it lags.

Issue. My voice chat won’t work, it’s an amazing game, but iOS seems to have rejected it

Era of Arcania Glitch only 1 server called Arcania. Ever since the new update, all servers 1-48 are complete gone and so are all the toons for iOS users. There is only one server called Arcania All the others are gone. Please fix this issue and get our accounts back.

New Update.. When are we going to get a new update because I want my character back now!

iPhone X notch can’t see full screen. The notch is annoying can’t view some of the screen!! Makes it hard to play

Ignore the Complaints. I have been playing this game a month now. It gets regular updates and holiday events. I’ve seen 3 in just my time here. Sometimes the top up charts look expensive but they also bring affordable promotional which makes up for it. I see the occasional event for free players to get attires and mounts. With new content rolling out occasionally also. The gameplay is open world with a mix of pvp freely. Guild wars. And solo story lines. Servers get merged when they slow and new ones are not overly created. In my opinion this is the only mmo which will provide you good gameplay competition chat community and customization with mounts and pets available on mobile. So it’s worth giving it a shot.

Broke game. Doesn’t let me play the game is been awhile I don’t even think still works. People paid good money for in game stuff and won’t be able to use them anymore. After many merges it finally happen the game stopped working servers were down and only one server was available for me and now not even that one, it’s a shame cuz I really liked the game 😭😭

Tutorial Bug. Love this game, but I had to restart and now I’m constantly stuck on the tutorial... what do I do? I’ve wiped my progress and restarted multiple times, but I get the same result and keep getting stuck on the end of the tutorial...

Game is good, but kept Deleting my character.. When i joined this game, it doesn’t have a sign in log nor anything. It just told me to start the game. Right before, I created a character for the past months and spend money on it and now when i came back, it’s gone. So i created another character and played on it for a straight hour then got off. When i got back on, my character deleted once again and it’s very annoying. Please fix this problem

P2w. Seems like a heavily P2w game, dropping it right off at the start, energy systems should stay away from an mmorpg. Simple as that.

First look. Waste of time. The graphics aren’t as advertised as being the game has lower quality then the advertisements on instagram.

Good game but... This game is great I love it. I just started playing and I’m addicted to it. But for some reason it won’t log me in because there is a “illegal add on detected “ it’s been doing that for days now and I’m upset. Please help me out?

Login and other issues. The game will not load past the update screen and i have tried all day for it to load. Also the game has other glitches in the game that really need to be fixed. Such as Bosses, events ect... Other players and myself are very unhappy with these issues

Needs a lot of updates. Please update your settings and fix errors. This game needs better quality and tutorials or how to’s because this game explains ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to you. I don’t understand anything I’m doing and I don’t understand anything we have to do or other extras.

Lost my account. Today I just logged out my account and then when I logged back in, it kept saying there’s no account bound to this Facebook. Problem is I bound my account to my FB account and this still happens to me? I’m so mad cuz I spent so much money on my char for nothing, contacted the developers and still no answer yet. Really disappointed.

Only one issue with the game. The one and only issue in the game is the voice messaging part is really finicky and for me it doesn’t work and I play on s29 and as of now it won’t do the new update

Best pvp combat system. Only issue is the lack of advertising. If these devs spent 1% of what they make, to advertise in App Store, game would be a massive success. They all too lazy and letting game die

Account Lost. I also lost my account, mine was bound to my Game Center. I had to reset my iPad and of course I logged in my right information with Game Center and when I went to play the game after I had downloaded it again, my account was gone. I haven’t played anymore ever since, and that was about 2 months ago.

Deleted shortly after playing😑. Honestly, the gameplay and storylines are fun, and the graphics are gorgeous for an app, but this game has the WORST voice acting I have ever heard and is over the top with fan service.. I'm a female player, and I wanted to play as an "assassin" with 5 star difficulty, but of course, some sexist twit made it a male only character option and gave us girls a "dancer" specialization with ONE STAR difficulty🙄 I mean, REALLY? How is that fair exactly, especially from a combat standpoint?😑 That aside, the combat portion of the game, like I said, is fun albeit boring because the majority of times it's set to auto so the battles can be won within the time limits given, but the boss fights and dungeon battles are ruined as soon as the boss's voice actors start speaking with taunts that sound like moronic teenagers prank calling someone. Seriously they sound like a group of teens holding their breath with their chests puffed out.. You cannot take it seriously, and you cannot have that immersive experience you're looking for with this type game. It's amateur in regards to the rest of the game. Also, there is zero character appearance customization, so a "personal feel" to your character is non-existent. I deleted it roughly a week after playing because I was fed up with the overly sexual "moan in aww as these ladies show you" blahblahblah, the horrendous voice work, sexism/favoritism layout of this game, and overall lack of player customization. Many other games out there offering more. I 100% recommend Crusaders of Light instead of this app, as it has roughly the same style gameplay but is superior in storyline, voice work, and more.

Store. So I purchased 30 gems today it went throu and then I purchased the silver card and it says it went throu but did not receive anything! Horrible Customer Support. I've been patient and I got a response asking for some information. Now unless they needed to send it to the Vatican to translate it from ancient text it shouldn't be taking this long. My friend also is having the same issue I am and while another friend did get their account back it took almost a month of constant harassment on their part. This never has happened to me in a game. Always the support has replied back in a timely manner and has tried to get currency refunded or put on accounts and any lost accounts were brought back. These guys are to busy opening new servers and posting riddles things on their page. I'm done harassing them to get an answer. Giving them one star isn't enough. I wish I could take stars away. I'm that frustrated with how bad this is. Sad thing is the game is good. Save for drama here or there. Save your time. Should you run into a bug you are screwed. P.S. This is coming from a Baron.
