Impossible to use. Kids app but not easy for kids to use. Freezes up EVERY TIME HE PLAYS. ZERO GUIDANCE PN HOW TO DO HALF THE THINGS YOU NEED TO DO TO LEVEL UP OR TO PLAY CONSTELLATION GAMES. AGAIN FREEZES UP EVERY SINGLW GAME PLAY AND THE ROOM PORTION WONT EVEN LET HIM PLAY IT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. RUN AND SAVE YOU AND YOUR KID THE HEADACHE.
Please fix this it’s not fun.. So there is 2 things I don’t like. 1 when I go in the game, it just shows a blue screen but I can see the buttons. 2 when I click to add stuff and I move it. The game freezes and I cant do anything else.
Best game ever?. Yo ngl this game better than batman arkham city, the visuals are just… stunning. The gameplay is fantastic, the lore and story are just so deep. Any gamer of any age will enjoy this. Do not buy…ads still appear. I purchased the app to remove the ads, but ads continue to appear when switching functions. The app freezes and is not particularly user friendly. I don’t recommend.

I paid to remove adds and they keep showing up. Paid $1.9 to remove the adds, but they didn’t go away... really annoying because my daughter really wants to play
Adorable. When I was three or four or five are used to play this game I loved it so much but there was a bit bugs he said creepy things but my family wouldn’t believe me it was adorable though but where are his friends… He said that a killer killed them as one of the bugs please fix it
Don’t download!. My almost 5 year old is so frustrated with this so called game. Some of the activities she goes into you can’t get back out. I’ve had to turn he iPad off and turn it back on just to restart this game.
Paid to remove ads instead it removes pocoyo. So I downloaded this today for my grandson and decided to pay the $1.99 to remove the ads. Everything went fine, it said success. Then the screen where pocoyo shows up is blank and all the ads are still present. So I uninstalled. Ipad 6th gen with current ios.

THIS APP IS A SCAM. I purchased and in app to remove ads, but it’s still running ads every time you tap something. My child couldn’t even play it cause it runs a 30 seconds app anytime he taps a button or an interaction. Totally useless app.

App is a mess. The app developer should be ashamed. I'm not sure if the app used to work as intended but it is literally unplayable. My son (3) loves pocoyo and I was so excited to show him this. Now I feel bad to have attempted to show it to him as he get so upset and confused when he is trying to interact with pocoyo and he reacts seconds after he is supposed to. To add to the frustration, unskippable 30 second ads come up anytime you try switching to a different function within the app. To include when you try to purchase the "no ads" version. I was shocked when after purchasing the no ads version....YOU STILL GET ADS! I don't think I've ever been so upset with an app purchase. I have asked for a refund accordingly. Do not waste your time!

Paid for no ads and ads still showed up.. Ads still showed up even though I paid for no ads and now the game is not even useable at all. Ads from the start and then it crashes. Open again and ad until you can’t do anything else other than click the ad but that does not make go away either. Stay away from these thieves.
Fix the Tv problem.. I like the show. And it’s great that you are able to buy episodes for just gems and not real money, the other apps that you have a need a subscription, which means you pay in dollars every month. My mom does not let me do that. Anyway, every time I try to watch an episode, it says no connection, Even if my wi fi is working well. Can you fix that so I can watch my favorite episodes? I will give 5 stars If you do. I know a lot of people were having problems.

Ridiculous and unsupported. My daughter loves Pocoyo, so I downloaded this app. The ads were frustrating her, so I paid to remove them. It didn’t matter. There are still ads everywhere. Half the game doesn’t work. She can’t feed Pocoyo, get him to sleep, or do most of the actions which keep him happy. This game is so frustrating and non functional that she throws her iPad across the room. I’ve asked for help from the developers and heard nothing. Save your phone space. Even the free version isn’t worth the money you pay for it.
Would give it less stars if I could. What they show as representative of this app is NOT what you get. You get ad upon ad, that you can’t get out of and has trigger clicks all over the place. It would be dangerous in the hands of little kids. You feel like you’ve been hijacked. Very frustrating!

Can’t even play with it. My daughter wanted to play with this app but it got thousands of ads, so I paid for the ads to be removed but there’s still ads. The app itself glitches all the time. I already messaged the developer but there’s still no response.
Used to be fantastic app. - my kids loved the app, when it used to run properly. - now become very buggy and overloaded with ads (more than in the past) - running latest iPad 9th Gen 256GB and 4G with latest IOS, issue happened even with original IOS - Pocoyo now cannot even eat, food gets stuck on his mouth and nothing happens. - app randomly slows down to unplayable speeds - gets stuck in the DJ part, need to force close - walking speeds vary from normal speeds to super slow speeds

Used to be great. After the last update, the app opens on a blue screen until you watch an ad. You need to watch a long ad every other screen change… so its virtually unplayable now. It was great before though. I hope it gets fixed.
