Still evaluating. I got this app to improve my use of hashtags. Of course, I actually do the posting through my computer, not my phone, so I’m just working on figuring out how to send the list of hashtags for use in my posts from my phone to the computer. Not really the app developers fault, though. Just a little logistical step I need to work out. Seems to give a great list of hashtags. I’m a little disappointed that I’ll put in something like “horror movies” and get a message back “too specific.” I’m a horror author and I guess it’s aiming for a wider swath of the social media community. Hopefully some of the suggestions will still improve the reach of my posts. I’ll update my review after using it a few weeks, but seems pretty solid right now.

Lower likes and no new follows. I'm going to give it a few more days but suggested tags are not so brilliant and it's not bringing any new traffic to my Instagram. I'm the one who's putting the initial hashtags and I'm the one who's supposed to filter and select the hashtags among some nonsenses.. so I don't know if this app could be called expert. If I knew what tags to use or what tags would work, then why would I pay the app and ask for help? I don't know how it's going to help me. I honestly thought it was going to give me a good set of valid hashtags but things that I can find on Google, "popular hashtag -love-" is showing up everywhere even though it's not even related. I initially had one star but I saw Zack's message that he doesn't know why people give this app one star and wished I'll give him 5 stars to make him happy..? Well. My max for this app is two stars.

Hashtags is the best app. Normally i'm not one to review things. i never really know what to say. however, i read these reviews after downloading the app myself and noticed a lot of reviews that just aren't true. mainly, ones claiming that this app tricks you with charges and hidden fees. guys, this app is completely free. When it first loads, it does admittedly have an annoying pop-up offering paid premium options. however, you literally have to wait maybe 5 seconds max for the X to appear in the upper right hand corner to be able to close it. dont let these people fool you out of a free tool. now onto the actual review! i personally have only used this a couple times since downloading it, and all of them today. and i will say it's very handy for discovering lesser used hashtags or hashtags i myself have no prior knowledge of, but are very popular or up and coming. it's honestly been a life saver to have one part of my business be relatively easy. i also like the option between generating a easily copy-able list of similar hashtags, or curating your own hashtags based on your search.

Honest review. I downloaded the app. Immediately was offered a package to buy. It was over 50$ for a years subscription. I didn't want it. It said I was already on the 7 day free trial. Deleted the app the day of downloading it bc I honestly wasn’t pleased with what it was and didn’t want to be charged at the end of the free trial. Somehow still got charged the 50$+. I asked for a refund through iTunes and immediately was declined. There was definitely no time for someone to actually hear my situation out to even consider refunding me so thats messed up as it is. So then, I filled the dispute with my bank and after some time now they just declined my dispute. Absolutely BS. I didn't even use the app for 24 hours while on the 7 day free trial because not only did I realize I didn’t need the app, I definitely didn’t want to pay over 50$ for a subscription to it! And yet I still got billed and they wont refund it. Hopefully someone that works for the app see’s this and gladly refunds my money bc this is an absolute joke. I didn't want to leave a bad review bc I do understand the app, it does what its purpose is, but I didn’t have a need for it so much that I was willing to pay for it. So just a heads up to everyone, yes you have to pay for a subscription and no they will no refund you.

Less time I have to spend writing hashtags!!. First of all, I don’t care what you say, an app writing your hashtags for you so you don’t have to sit writing a post for hours trying to reach eveerryyyoneee is LITERALLY the greatest thing to happen. This app definitely will help you reach more people & gain followers AAANDDDD you don’t have to waste time doing (silly) Instagram things when you could be out changing the world! So yeah, if this seems like something you could benefit from, then why not! Yes, times are utterly tough & the economy will never recover at this point - but if you’re in a position right now to purchase the package, then do it. Unless you love trying to think of hashtags and staring at a phone longer than you need to anyway, GET. THIS. APP. !

Time Saver!. Alright Guys This App Is Super Simple! You are given a 7 day free trial and are asked if you want a reminder before buying the app if this is something you want click yes! Don’t forget.. it connects you to your Instagram ask you a couple of questions and seriously gets straight to the point! Search the hashtag you want and your able to pick which ones you want to use or your able to have it generate it all together for you so you can just copy and paste! Does all the work for you, we all know it’s super time consuming having to think of trendy hashtags and we don’t have that kind of time. Zach did an amazing thing here for us all especially for business owners and single parents or parents in general boy or boy is time so precious and he came up with this amazing all that does all that hard work for you. It’s humbling to know that he takes care of each and every person that does use the app and checks in. Please be smart and do your research before posting negative comments. If you want a refund you don’t need to contact them at all. Go to apple support assuming you have apple and get the refund there. So simple! 😘

Will make my life easier. I used to try to brainstorm or take like 10 to 15 mins to leave hashtags and it would more less frustrate me. I only started using the app and will update as I move on using it and to see the actual help the hashtags give my posts. I actually don’t mind taking the trial and paying after honestly it’s 7.50 a month upfront for a year people cmon seriously?? People just want something to complain about and don’t understand if you’re providing a service that helps then there’s cost behind that. If this helps my business and cuts my time literally down to a couple mins and makes my life so much easier then it’s well worth it to me!!!!

I love it. Was a little skeptical at first but I’m glad I did download this app. Within the first hour of downloading and using their hashtags based on my post I actually started getting likes and follows and for someone starting and trying to run a small business by themselves helped me out big time. I don’t mind paying the yearly fee if that means helping my business grow in the long run. The only issue people may have is the yearly price instead of a monthly price but to really think about it paying one time especially that low is perfect instead of a bill every month and forgetting or don’t have it. I actually liked the app and for the short amount of time having it and gaining followers and likes in less then a hour is freaking awesome.

Best way to blow up on social!. Zach has taken out the hard work and found a way to help everyone, no matter what niche you are in. The # tool is super easy and intuitive, but if you’re struggling with it for some reason, he has plenty of walk throughs and articles that will help you. This is hands down the best generator and social media help app thats on the market. I definitely reccommend reading the articles he suggests because you will learn so much more about the social media game than just about the app. He is definitely on top of things and a wealth of knowledge. Def give this app a go.

Amazing when it works. At this point I’ve tried the top hashtag apps on the market and this one is definitely the best. The pros -Allows you to pick a starter tag and pick the top performing tags related to it. If that’s only three or four tags that’s totally fine, you simply go back to the top and drop a new word in and start a fresh list walk continuing to build your total tax count. Helpful for when you want to locate tags related to a specific location and aren’t a fan of other tags sneaking in for related locations that also make you look stupid. For example, when you are on Maui and want to tag Maui but all of the other apps want to keep throwing in the other island names simply because they are not smart enough to decipher the difference. The cons -definitely the pricier of the apps. This was something like 30 or $35 for the year. The other big issue is that there is currently an iCloud bug which refuses to recognize your account if you’re not on Wi-Fi. I’ve been emailing their support for about a week now and we’ve been unable to figure out a solution. I am only able to login and use the app when I’m on Wi-Fi. I’ve got the latest version of iOS 14 and I own the top-of-the-line iPhone 11 promax. Very unusual.

Easy to use!. I’ve only been using the app for 2 days now, so I’m totally new to it all! However, it has been super easy to use! The only other thing I wish it did so far was recommend more options that would help me (aka someone with under 3k followers) figure out which hashtags would help me the most. There could be something I’m missing, but it gets tedious going back and forth when it says it’s going to be extremely hard with the ones I picked. I didn’t necessarily expect it to do that though which is why I’m still giving 5 stars, but it would be nice!

Not working after a while!. Im a little confused,, because I tested this app out for the entirety of its free trial, and I FELL IN LOVE! The hashtags I used (mostly from the Hand-Picked Generator) grew my reach way beyond my usual audience. I was so happy I actually bought the year subscription - and my video posts gained thousands and thousands beyond what I usually had, and this successfully kept up for 4 months. However now, the hashtags this app gives me are accurate and relevant to my posts but aren’t doing nearly as well! For 3 months now my posts are doing even worse than before I used Hashtag Expert.... and I still have a long time to go to fulfill my subscription. I’ve emailed the support team about this but all she tells me to do is “Update the app”, and I’ve done that many times - still no change. I am aware of the A-F grading of the hashtags, but even using an A-Graded use of hashtags haven’t given me the results I used to see from this! It’s upsetting because I do LOVE the convenience and effectiveness of this app but lately it hasn’t given me any results like it used to when I first bought it :( Please help if you can!

Easy to understand and very effective. I’ve been using hashtag expert for a long time now, basically since its birth I think, and it’s honestly been the best hashtag app I’ve ever used. Especially with the new updates and everything, despite it being a paid app now I still don’t mind paying the fee considering how effective the app is and how much valuable information it’s Capable of giving me. I hate writing out each individual hashtag but before this app that’s what I had to do to make sure they were all useful for my account and the photo. But ever since hashtag expert it’s no longer a chore I just throw in a keyword and it does the rest! A true life saver 🙏🏽

It actually works.. So I was very skeptical about this app when I saw the advertisements on IG, but I decided to test it out. I had already tried the “paid promotion tool” that Instagram offered the week prior, and though I got results (going from 30+ likes to 100+ likes on a pic) I noticed that the audience insta would target wasn’t exactly what I was going for—even though that’s what I would set up in the promotion—and I wasn’t getting any new follows. So then I wanted to test out the “power of the hashtag”. I downloaded the app and signed up for the free week trial. In 24 hours alone I had more likes and new followers than I had with IG, AND I noticed the people that were liking and following were exactly the audience I was targeting. I have also already met some really cool people in the process. Definitely gonna keep the pro edition of this once my trial runs out!

This app falls short. I really wanted to like this app. Upon opening, you must enter a 7 day trial to use. So I did that. Started using the app. The hashtags it gives are pretty terrible. Its common knowledge that if you don’t have millions of followers and want people to actually see your post, avoid using super simple and overused hashtags that have literally millions of posts under them already. One example is I asked for the best hashtags for things “succulent” related. Got tags like “plants, succulent, plantlover” etc. Like..those are so generic and not good hashtags. I deleted the app because I was not happy with these tags...and I was still charged. I never use the app and I am so upset that I paid for something like this. I really wanted to like it. I gave it many chances by searching for multiple things. But every time I tried, I ended up removing over half of the given tags and researching my own by hand. Really disappointing...

Great App, One issue. User of the app since it’s release. I like how you can favorite tags and copy the ones already posted. I also like the percentage of popularity used with the new update. My only issue it that it has now removed the number of posts a hashtag has been used, along with sorting them via posts, which has been incredibly helpful since I don’t want to use something with over a million posts and my post gets buried in the sea of other photos. I would LOVE if this feature can return. The percentage shown under the advanced settings should be if the tag has been trending in the last 12 hours or so. That way you can really nitpick and chose accordingly to be as successful as possible with your Instagram post.

Awesome. I honestly don’t really buy into many hashtag things and I just add a bunch of them manually to my post…. This is a game changer and it helps you stay organized and with cool functions to help you build a library to take the monotonous work that actually makes tagging post annoying, completely out of it. It is worth he annual subscription and cross platform useable. I use the app on my iPhone and iPad with the same IG account and have all my same groups of hashtags etc. Def recommend. Especially for small business owners, artist etc. I’m an artist and appreciate it plus it has a tab for more then just FB IG TW.

Amaaaaazing!!!!. Created by someone who knows technology, totally worth the small price to pay for an entire year of picking the right hashtags. I’ve copy and pasted from the same website for the last year and half, the length of time I’ve had my insta page, I would say 90% are repeated and the other 10% are completely off topic. If you post the wrong hashtag via copy and paste inevitably someone will make a smart comment, so what I’m saying is, here you have the option to choose from your favorites or use preselected. It is wayyyyy faster than what I’ve been doing. Let them followers find my peaceful journey with the right tags! Try it, you can cancel at anytime and it renews every year. I spend more on cookie jam. 😅😅😅 thank you for fine tuning something I need, getting too old for the tech game 😉. And one star ratings are not right, I’m assuming they are just miserable. 😍🥰😚😚😚 I’ll be here everyday! I am a stay at home mom blogger, who does it all, and these hashtags encapsulate the variety I need. Xoxoxoxoxo time saver!

I was a bit surprised after posting top trending #s that I got 13 likes in few min. Great idea. It works. Now why did I unsubscribed immediately? Well, $20 A YEAR!?!? Sorry, I know you need to pay bills and goal is to get retired before 40 but I gotta pay bills too. Instagram likes aren’t gonna pay my bills. I know it may pay someone’s bills but I’m not THAT dedicated to Instagram. So one star off for price tag. Second star off cause I HAVE TO provide my email and HAVE to subscribe immediately without even get a look of the app. Trial is only 3 days!!! Dude! Sorry. Love the app but your BUSINESS model not gonna let me retire anytime soon. Thank you for 3 days. If you decide to drop price to $5 a year you got my money.

Exactly what I needed. You need this app! Before you do anything else download it right now!! Its super easy to navigate & helped me come up with perfect hashtags for my newest creation in seconds. Saves times and makes my job a little easier -I’m sold & will definitely recommend it to other entrepreneurs and small business owners. Also loved the immediate outreach from the owner/creator, Zach. Was a good reminder that you never know how big or small a business is and that sometimes the littlest action (like downloading a new app or taking 15 seconds to share, like, comment etc) can have a HUGE impact. I’m in the same boat Zach - new business just starting out. In 2021 if we all do 1 thing to try and be better as a society I vote it’s that we support each other and the courage it takes to put your idea into motion. Well done Zach!

Seems legit. First day of using this for my IG (over 30k followers) and I’ve noticed the pre-made lists and generated lists are pretty accurate to what I’ve already been using in different categories. That leads me to believe that this app will be effective. My suggestion to anyone using this app to grow your IG is to switch up the lists you use from this app and post often! Personally, I feel this app is worth what they’re charging for it. If you take your content creation seriously, this will save you time. However, I think this app would be top tier if it also educated users how to grow their followers. Hashtags are only 1/4 of what’s needed for real content growth. I understand that would require constant updating, but if you guys want to be known as IG account growing professionals, that would be how to do it.

Finally, the insight I’ve been looking for!. We are a small business just getting our feet wet in Instagram, and it has been frustrating to say the least. Learning about hashtags, and then figuring out which ones are the best and will actually get us some traction. This app makes it so much easier. It helps us pick good hashtags and even gives us a performance estimate of how successful our group of selected tags will be. That gives us the opportunity to tweak and optimize the hashtags before we push “share”. Finding that the hashtags we have been using may not be the best for us to gain some insta-traction. Looking forward to growing our follower base with the help of this app.

Zack attack. This app is incredibly impressive for a 24-year-old male to create. What isn’t stated, however, is that the hashtags are choosing may not be the most popular but if you surfer around the app you’ll see which #are by the count of how many people have been using them so that’s your call if you want to make your hashtags but it doesn’t mean you’re getting the following. I think the app is a really easy way to provide hashtags in general and it’s very easy to operate Zack takes the time to read these reviews and he seems like a gentle guy. This guy knows the business and because of what he showed me so far I’ve deleted all others. However, Zack needs to change the subscription price of his clients will use a free hashtag app (plenty of them).

Easy for me. I downloaded the app about a week ago just to see what it was about and how to navigate (mostly because I wasn’t ready to post yet lol) and I can honestly say it was pretty cool and straight to the point of what I wanted to do. I like the fact that you give them one hashtag and they produce multiple to make your hashtag game a little better. I also like that you can edit the hashtags they give so if it’s something you want to cut out or add you can. I used it for the first time yesterday and I really liked how easy it was to copy and paste form this app to my TikTok and Instagram for posting. I must say it’s very convenient and it does help with boosting views for your social media. I will be using again!!

Cuts time on making hashtags. I’m a busy technologist. Posting often isn’t enough. Adding hashtags to Your posts widens your audience dramatically! I’ve done my research enough to know. The more hashtags are used, the more new followers I get. When I first open the app, it asked me to consider paying $.38 per month to use the app. That’s definitely not a big expense, however, I still wasn’t all the way clear as to what this app does or how it can benefit me. But! That’s the point of the free three day trial. If you are a busy influencer or entrepreneur, I believe that this app is worth at least trying the trial so you can see how it works and it’s totally worth the investment since it does help save you on time.

Only popular tags advertising. I thought this app was going to solve half of my problems until I saw it’s only beneficial if your a subscriber! It’s stated you only have three free hashtags which needs to be more or give a proper tutorial on how to effectively use the app first then state how many free uses(hashtags) your allowed to have. The process of me learning how to use the app I used all the free “tags”. And majority of the free “tags” were me setting my preferences on the app...how is that?! As everyone else stated you do get hit with the 3 day free trial( which I almost click on trying to exit out of that screen) and the $35 year subscription. Since I used up all the free tags the app is only good for the most popular and used hashtags which is great, right!? But I can find those same tags on IG. So why do I need an extra app to do the same. I would love to be able to use it maybe in the future but now it’s a no!!!!

Instagram Newbie. I have recently started a new Instagram for a local promotion company in Las Vegas. Although I am fairly first on do use of hashtags, it was getting difficult to keep coming up with new ones and knowing which ones were best without a lot of research.I just started using the app today and I’ve been going back to all posts and adding in the suggested hashtags. I Instagram page is lighting up. It’s made a huge difference!I know that Instagram growth is a long game, but just from what I have already seen in the past few hours I’m looking forward to continued growth and a lot saved time on my end for research.

Pretty good app. Massively expensive.. I got an in app message only 15 minutes into using the app for the first time. It was asking me to leave a review. I don’t know if it generates followers and like because I’ve only been for under an hour. I choose to get the 7 day free trial. For what it is when you brake down the price it’s not all that high. But asking someone to drop almost $50 dollars for the entire year instead of offering a monthly rate option kind of excludes people that can’t afford it. I’m sure that wealthy and established people don’t really need this app as much as the young poor artist, or artist that are trying to gain influence. The in app message asked for people to go easy on him because he is only 23 and mostly does all the work himself. Maybe he should realize that many of his customers are just like him. They are doing all this work by themselves at an age where you’re still trying to figure out how to juggle financial responsibilities, independent and personal relationships. I feel that this 23 year old understands this financial issue and try’s to brake it down in a way that makes people feel “cheap” for not purchasing the full app. $0.92 is less than I spend on coffee in a week, but I don’t buy all my coffee for the year all at once. I’d be happy to $1 dollar per week/monthly than $0.92 a week/yearly.

Hashtags. Well it was a little weird that I was asked to write a review after only a few min of getting hashtags I don’t know how well it works but ima give it five stars because it’s a headache trying to find the right hashtags and for some to put all that in an app for you to just copy paste is amazing also I was trying to post a video for about a week and didn’t know what to caption it and I went on the app and boom I have a caption so I think they well deserve it. Also !!! Hashtags generate likes but it’s also consistency of giving your followers content so don’t be a party pooper and give it five start cause I know no one is sitting home tryna figure out what hashtags generate likes 🤘🏻

Hashtag expert app is great. Well one reason I love hashtag expert app is because it’s a matter of seconds to finds hashtags and captions without spending minutes typing on your cell phone hashtags and captions plus if you aren’t good at them they have great ones for you and you can search related ones to what are best for your posts. I’m a upcoming rapper and trying to make it to the top and instagram is a basic go to when someone wants to know who you are and with viewers and likes and fans seeing your stuff you spend hours just typing on a post when this app does it in a matter of seconds. Thanks to the one and only creator of this app. He is bringing people what they need to get likes and everything else.

Amazing service. In my opinion hashtag expert is amazing normally when I post because im an account in its early stages there’s very few likes but with hashtag expert my videos are starting to reach my target audience it free features are amazing when I’m in a better spot to do so I plan to purchase the paid subscription to show my support and see if I reap greater rewards from using this handy tool if your new to social media and trying to be an influencer this is a great way to get organic growth from your content in your specific niche all you need is a idea of what genre your content falls in

Was skeptical, expectations exceeded. I had seen this app praised by someone doing small business tips on TikTok and I wasn’t really sure how... necessary an app like this was because I had been typing about 30 hashtags on Instagram each time and hadn’t had any issues with it. But I tried this out, it spit out a bunch of hashtags so fast, I used them all, they worked great, and it saved me a lot of time from sitting at my desk typing in hashtag after hashtag and trying to come up with different ones. Also, I’m getting like... kinda old and my brain just isn’t what it used to be, either so coming up with trendy hashtags is a lot harder than I thought 😔 I plugged in the hashtags this app gave me and my posts started getting more attention. I was at first little like Ugghh I have to pay 😩 but honestly, with the way it performs and has been helping me it’s well worth the monthly fee. Anyway, thank you Zach for this great app. I’m going to continue to use it. And I would recommend this to other small business entrepreneurs as well. ^_^

They charged my card twice. They charged it when I purchase the pro features to get more . (The day of) then charged me again out the blue November 1... then the app in the subscriptions said it was valid until the 13th. Andddd it said resubscribed which means I want subscribed . Guess what I got charged anyway.. I tried to get Apple to refund me my money I showed them screenshots and everything they didn’t . But since they stealing and got apple helping them out that probably part of the reason when you do try to request a refund online it will automatically tell you your reason doesn’t qualify !! Lastly since they wanty steal MY money . I took off my card information any payments will be made by me personally with any app . And I get to dispute the transaction . So yup Apple u don’t have approve the request because It’s MY money not y’all ... plus it many more people talking about the exact same thing I’m talking about please take heave and don’t use this app

It’s okay not worth the money. Yes it generate hashtags and can generate captions for you but with my experience I would like to utilize posting time tool and it won’t allow me for some reason even though I have my insta and Facebook connected and have over 100 followers. I hope they can create that allows you to see hashtags based on your followers amount. They will generate hashtags and then tell you if it is hard possible or easy based on your follower amount. Instead it would be easier for the jump if they just generated based off your group. I wish you could generate your own keyword list and see the rate of success. It’s confusing and not an easy navigation to diver deeper into further analysis it’s not something for small followers best for already people who has a large audience.

So far so good!. I run an inline business and I’m new to social media, and the necessity of hashtags. I literally would spend 30mins trying to find the perfect combo, anyway stumbling upon this app has made me sooo happy, and it actually works. I purposely posted a picture in the at 1Am to see if it would work and my post received immediate likes and profile views and 1 follow. This is essential for my business. I’m leaving 4 Stars because I’ve only used it one time, and don’t want to paint the perfect picture, but I’m also giving it 4 stars because it does what it says it will. I am a little confused as to why so many people are upset about $20 dollars a year🤷🏾‍♀️ if it takes one thing off my plate I’m willing to invest in it, but i will say likes and follows aren’t income driven activities

Easy to use and helps majorly. I just started using this app and I first gotta say the communication you instantly receive from developer and how he takes time to actually make sure you get the best use outta the app is great. Keep up the great work Zach. Yes there is a cost but I spend more on my editing apps monthly and don’t think about that because it’s needed. This isn’t pricy and it’s yearly as in pay once and less then two trips to Starbucks... so people complaining about that is a little ridiculous. Now the app it self it’s easy to understand and you can easily post from the app it does it all for you. You get different groups of hashtags to choose from that you think would beat suit your outreach and grades for the hashtags in how they are doing so far. Copy and paste easy. Literally takes out the guessing work and the several additional comments you have to make in your post cause you forget to add crucial hashtags. Save me time and brain power and with a very active 7 year old boy I need all the mental energy and clarity I can get. So thank you Zach for making this app and keep up the good work and don’t get discouraged, it really is helping people that need something like this. Some people may not need it or take things seriously and thats okay but the ones that do I’m sure appreciate apps like this to make our lives easier even by just a little bit.

BEWARE... Feels very predatory. I wanted to try this out- downloaded and used it for one post. I post about once a week, so only had the chance to post once before the free trial ended. Now I’m out $50 that I don’t have, because for some reason, it defaults to charging you for an ENTIRE year after just a one week trial. This seems so predatory, as the app actually has an option for a one week subscription at like $2. This should be the default that it charges, since we all know people will inevitably forget to cancel their free trial. Even the one month would be better. The hashtags it suggested for me are ones I already use anyways, and my engagement on the post I used it for was not better than any of my previous posts, so I’m very unhappy and also $50 poorer at a time when I don’t have steady income. But at least I have access to a useless app for a whole year.... honestly anybody can come up with these hashtag combinations with a little thought and like 2 minutes of research.

Amazing App! Easy to use! Always on target with #’s. I love this app. It saves so much time and has not failed to generate the best #’s for every picture. Helps reach the right audience. It’s fast and so simple . Well worth the price. I’m really impressed with how many people I wanted to reach and I have thanks to the tags being so on target. Highly recommend this app. The trending tags have so far been on accurate. You simply type a word as an idea for what #’s you want click generate option, you can stick with what is generated which is what I usually do , choose the ones you don’t want or check out the trendy and It automatically copies after you choose the option and platform and carry’s it over for you to just paste to your feed. Very simple, I Love it.

So easy to use.. I have just started using this app. So I don’t know how much it will help my account. For that I’ll need to review again after a month or so of use. I am quite clueless about hashtags and I have so many things to, so to research and learn yet another marketing skill is very tough at this time. So I decided to give this a try. And all I needed to do was write a keyword and the app generated a bunch of hashtags. You can easily edit them if some don’t apply. And then you can easily copy and paste it in your IG post. That was a huge relief for me. The maker of this app is a really nice kid too. To anyone who is new to hashtags or doesn’t have the time to learn about the efficient use of hashtags I’d say start using this app. It is very affordable too.

It’s okay there’s a few things I don’t like. So there’s a few things I’m not really enjoying about this app lik when you first open it it ask me to soend a ridiculous amount of money like 100 dollars for Instagram hashtags honestly would barely pay 5 dollars on this app, 2nd I it generates only so many hashtags in the box and when I copy it sometimes it doesn’t copy to my phone weird but I would say it’s a 3 (2.5) because this app is trying and it’s not like every hashtag app it’s easy to use when there not trying to make you buy a 100 dollar 1 year deal which is ridiculous (my truth) you asked to write my review this is it! just a few tweaks can make it great I would actually then tell people to this app shows you what tags to you should you ...etc

Hashtag expert. Likes and followers is sadly one of the first things that make a person give a brand or Instagram page a chance. Not the quality and time dedicated to the art and quality of images the producers make. But since this is just the superficial way Instagram works we need to just accept it and work with the platform. The key is the ability to attach hashtags that are relevant yet move your content farther through the platform. Something that is very hard to when you are purely a creative mind and don’t really understand what hashtags are and how they move. That’s why I love Hashtag expert and know that using it will not only make my posts more relevant. But will help push my brand farther.

I’ve yet to find the “perfect” one, but it works...🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m not one to write app reviews, so advanced apologies for my inability to properly detail this app. I use this app pretty frequently in all honesty. I’ve tried other “hashtag generator” apps and just didn’t like them for a variety of reasons so I delete them. I’m also not one to pay for those “advanced features”. I don’t for this one either. So this is a lengthy means to share that this isn’t the “perfect” app, but what it does, what I use it for, it works well! I mean, I’ve kept it on my phone for maybe 6 +/- months, that’s saying a lot! There’s room for improvement of course! I’d rather not have that card thingy pop up offering a trail or “pro features”, but it’s a minimal annoyance really. Anyhow... solid app if you run a business and are looking for a tool to expand your exposure, or just like utilizing hashtags in your posts.

Worth every penny!. I’ve been trying to grow my instagram for a few months now and I’ve always struggled with the hashtags I use. On occasion, I would randomly string a few hashtags together and boost the exposure of my post, but more often than not, I would generate around 50-ish impressions with hashtags. With this app, I am able to generate over 5,000 impression minimum, taking the stress and anxiety out of posting. Brilliant. I was a bit hesitant to get this app after using other hashtag generators that were very mediocre and difficult to use. Game changer!. I am loving this app, the handpicked tool is great as I like to pick my own hashtags and because of the suggested hashtags I can now get 30 hashtags so quick which is fantastic as I work in social media and manage multiple accounts. I can’t quite justify paying the premium version yet as I don’t use it enough but I would love it if there were different tiers that offers a cheaper option for less usage and the ability to upgrade the more I use it. Regardless of this, the free version is just perfect for what I need right now so thank you!

Easiest I’ve used so far. I used to use a hashtag generator on Samsung but this is so much better, you can actually edit and tweak the hashtags you want and also change the base hashtags you use, it’s been really handy for growing my page and took the stress out for me. Super handy!. This app is so smart! I’m super glad I came across it as I spend so much time trying to come up with suitable hash tags and change them up. It gives me hashtag options that I never would have thought of!

No free trial. The advertisement I got said “download for free” which is true. You can download any app from the App Store without being charged. However, there is absolutely no free trial or anyway to gain access to the app without even seeing how it works or how to use it. I will not give some random app $26.00 of my money before even seeing how it works or get to play around with it first. Total false advertising

Where is the promised trial?. UPDATE The developer promotes a trial, when there is no trial available. They ask to contact support, but support reply “we have trial”, and than do not reply to further communication. Their “trial” is $26 per year, you can cancel before it renews. Hello, dear developers Where is the promised trial? The only option there is is to subscribe for a year.

Not free. They ask for your information then they tell that you have to pay to be able to use before even using it and seeing how affective it is or you could do 3 days trial which is you need to provide your credit information for something you don’t even know if you need it

Crashes. They ask you to pay $50 for the subscription and the app does not work at all!

Leading people on. I was taken to the app from an ad promising a free trial. There was no free trial option and I was shocked to see that I was charged yearly with no free 3 day option. I have contacted them for a refund and will change my review when they refund me.

Immediate engagement @madeintorontotakeover. It’s not a lot of activity but it’s immediate and consistent. I went from zero engagement for 4 months to 7 likes in 11seconds using hashtags for “quotes” and “torontorappers”. The good tags are premium. You get only the saturated tags for free but 30 of those will work wonders omg. I don’t know about the premium side because I am yet to subscribe. I don’t have time to remain consistent but I can see with repetition this can work. It also makes workflow easier. No need to mindlessly type tags. Simply tap copy then paste into platform

Slow, ineffective customer service. After 2 weeks I still have no solution to my problem - I cannot log in because my email address and Apple ID email address are different. Seems easy to just cancel my account so I can create a new one, but the customer service people keep sending copy/ paste solutions to other problems instead of looking at the screenshots I send with explanations about what is happening. Brutal. The auto reply says they respond in 12-24 hours, but it took 15 DAYS.

The owner is pretty cool. I’ve used the app for a couple days and the owner is so helpful and dedicated to supporting me by reaching out in the chat. The app is most definitely bringing success as my insta profile is growing since I signed up. If you’re hesitant, I ensure you that you won’t regret it! 10 stars!

Free version no longer available. Used to have a 5 star review for the free version. Now you have to sign up for a membership before they will even let you look at the app. Scam. Not everyone can afford this and would happily use a free version with less options until they can afford to upgrade. Disappointment.

Waste. I’ve been using 30 hashtags from the getgo, the advertisement claimed 67% more engagement... Ya if you use no hashtags. You have to exit the app a few times to get the trial offer, I forgot to unsubscribe and now had to pay 25.99 for a worthless service. I feel cheated. Don’t buy!

Works for me. I’m not that into putting lots of hashtags. But when it comes to putting some I just use this app.

Pay but not allowed to use 😡. This app sux. I paid full cost to access the site, but now it says that I can’t sign in. Or sign up. Good way to get someone’s money, because they have no contact info I can access to without signing in. Tried to delete and download a few times….no progress.

When to post part of the app doesn’t work. This was one of the big reasons I downloaded the app to get those insights and it won connect for me. Seems like a waste of my time because no help will answer me.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’d been recommended this app via a web review and a couple of friends. It’s been okay, but not outstanding. However, after seeing his blatant rip-off of Wordle, I can’t support this app in good faith. Especially while he complained about others ripping off his hashtag app, he went and did the same to another developer.

Disappointed. It was supposed to be a 7 day trial with a 2 day notice before your card was charged. I’ve had the app for a few hours. Still trying to figure it out and already my card was charged. Canceling just because of false advertisement.

You just aren’t using the app properly if your rating it 1 star! Honestly I felt cheated at first too until I spent the time learning how to use the apps! Remember there is a performance guide that lets you know the difficulty to achieve views or likes, so if you think that HTE gives you a fighting chance with the verified users just because it produces “hot/trending” hashtags think again you still need to do your own leg work, just like everything in life! Was great two years ago. When I first started using it two years ago it was awesome. With recent updates it’s not as good. Takes a while to load the numbers beside the hashtags and some of them aren’t even relevant. Wish they would have left the app alone, it worked great when I first downloaded it.

WARNING: SCAM. App will state that you can subscribe and be charged $0.50 per week and be billed weekly or bi weekly. Instead it automatically subscribes you and charges you for an entire year. App is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Not Intuitive - Probably Not Worth Trying to Figure Out. The app generates a set of tags but deleting the inappropriate ones turned out to be very difficult. If such a basic operation needs a manual or tech support I don’t think it’s worth my time. Played with it for a short while then cancelled trial. Later versions once they’ve improved the user interface might be worth a try but not as it stands today.

Very useful if you know how to apply. A great set of tools, trust me, don’t buy into the low reviews, they’re either haters or confused.

Doesn’t work well. It generates hashtags but you can’t copy and paste them on YouTube ! Forget about getting any support, the live chat is just some bot and it doesn’t help, and then you email them and get a lot of emails back with no help

self promoting tattoo artist. I love this app. not only do i use this for instagram but I also use this for my other business pages on facebook. it cuts my time in half. my time is valuable so when i post my Art work on any social media outlet hash tags are a important part of my targeting. So i usually spend like a good 10 or 15 min making hastags. with this app i just suggest my main tags and let them come up with the rest. Simple I copy and paste. So i cut my time to like a minute. believe me i’m always trying to make things more easy. cause thinking of tags all day can take time and energy from other things i could be doing.

Some Things. Very good but it does not appear that I am able to log out of my Instagram account at all and switch to a different Instagram account or connect my other social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok. I’m an artist so it would help a lot if I could pull information from multiple social media platforms instead of just one. One more thing is that it tells me which hashtags would be horrible or impossible for me to use but it doesn’t recommend me any better hash tags, I’ll just have to keep rolling the dice by putting in different hash tags and hoping that it’s a good match for me which is annoying because it rarely ever is.

Wonderful!. This app has the ability to take all of the hassle out of searching for hashtags that are correct and relevant to the information you post. There are a lot of different articles by the owner that give awesome tips and little words of advice to help anyone and their intentions with hashtags. Huge Potential, Small Price. There is no doubt that this app offers one of if not the best analytical experience for hashtags. The question is if you’re willing to pay. For free this app is only as useful if you’re patient and willing to put up with the reminder of the massive advantage the paid service has. If you don’t mind investing hours to researching all this across the web then do that, but if you value your time and money is only an asset then look no further. Should you pay? Absolutely. The value is there.

Does what it says it will do. Loving it so far very easy to use. Type in a #favorite like for me would be extensions or my color line and a bunch of # comes up. You can delete the ones u don’t want and add the ones you want. Very simple and it will copy and take you directly to Instagram or wherever u want to paste it so easy and very nice. Plus I used to save some on my notes but that turned to be more of a hassle this is easy peasey (not sure that’s a word lol). Only took about 5 minutes to understand it if that. And posted about 3 pictures to get the hang of it.

Loved it!!. I didn’t know about the proper use of the hashtag on Instagram. Small Business. I am so happy i found this app because as a new small business owner it make my job so much easier when it comes to getting my posts, and video's out there without having to figure out what hashtags to use. Then having to type them in one at a time which gets real frustrating and time consuming when you are making more than one post with different content. Also it tell you how often the hashtags been used, and how many likes on average it gets. I love it!!!

We get amazing reviews which is why we have a 4.6 average and 1000s of five-star reviews. Recently, a couple of people have been writing 1-star reviews and I really don't know why. Excellent. So far, i’ve had nothing but a great experience on this app. the developer is very communicative with users and has developed a wonderful app that allows you to get relevant hashtags for your posts without having to put in the time and effort to come up with them. i’ve spent hours planning and coming up with tags to engage my target audience but with this i just typed in a word or two and got dozens of RELEVANT tags for my posts. It definitely boosts engagement and is so low effort. amazing app!

Well I thought is would be good..... I was excited to test out this app and it seemed like a legit app, unlike a few others I have tried. Well, I didn’t even get a chance to use it. I downloaded it, answered with the three interests for hashtags, and instantly pops up a package to buy. You can’t even get into the app without purchasing something. The money isn’t even the reason I’m bothered, I don’t care about spending money on good apps... but how am I even supposed to test this out when I have to purchase in order to get in there? It didn’t give me an option for a trial period or anything. Just flat out “buy a package or you can’t check it out first”. So unfortunately I will be deleting this app since I have no idea how it works or how it’s used, or how beneficial it would be for me.

Hashtag. At first I wasnt sure about this app. I’ve never really been big into social media posting, but ever since I started my business page I figured it was time to try something different. Once i started using this app I can see a huge difference in the amount of people my posts are reaching, ultimately helping me gain more followers and more positive feedback on my work. If you’re trying to get big on social media or if you’re a barber, like me, this app will help you get your name out there and reach more people who are interested in your content or even in the same business as you. Five Stars. To be honest this is great.. Let me start to tell you. You are not playing for your followers. But I guess kind of. But it not in a wrong way where you can get banned. Because your using hash tag. I got to be honest the minute I use it I started to gain likes. Sometimes crazy. You won’t get famous over night. Because you have to work at it. But this app will give you a boost to not loose your insta for buying followers. It give you a three day trail that what I’m using. Good luck to everyone. Once again thank you. Simple, easy, effective, worth it!. Started using this app today and I love it. The best part about it is that the process is iterative. If you tried a set and it didn’t work out as well as you’d like, you can rate it and improve it next time. You can fine tune it with different parameters by adding more specific tags or you can just give it a subject and it will pull out random, popular tags. I’ve had fun with it so far! With less than 2000 followers, one set of tags I used got me 15 likes in less than 20 minutes from posting. I usually avg 15 likes per post so it was AWESOME to see results immediately.

Legit. So, I have been using the app for a little while...and the main thing I love it takes the work out figuring out hashtags! It makes it go by faster! I want to actually post on insta now!!! So it get 5 stars just for making my life easier. The only thing I would suggest since I did pay for the full version is to get rid of -via hashtag pro or what ever that little tag line is. I get it you need to promote, but let us do that for you! I am still working with the categories and still learning it, but so far...5 stars!

Perfect for building your business. I am a self employed hair stylist as well as running accounts for myself, my salon, my cats (I know, I’m that person) & my fitness account, it can be daunting to have to first come up with relevant, trendy hashtags for more interactions, and then a second pain to type them all out. This app has been my lifesaver for well over a year now. I’ve had no issues with app crashes, or irrelevant hashtags. Such an easy to use incredible app!. I’m a fashion & wedding photographer based in LA & finding hashtags to post (especially popular ones) can be so difficult that I used to go on other people’s pages & use whatever they were putting on their posts thinking it would help my business. Sadly that was not the case! Hashtag expert allows you to select multiple different hashtags for any occasion & they give such a great variety in what you can pick. Try them out for yourself, you won’t regret it!

Best hashtag app I’ve tested. Indeed I’ve tried several other hashtags apps and they were either confusing or simply didn’t match with my needs. This app allows me to generate different hashtags depending on the type of photos I upload and share on social media. It also allows me to add my personal hashtags and mix them with the generated ones, I can even delete the ones I find not relevant with the subject or theme I need. Found some comments saying that users are being charged though I’ve found that the standard free version is fine for me.

Beware. Hashtags work fine but you gotta manually search for them -which is kind of a pain - if you don't want to pay. Anyways shortly after I started using this app I started receiving a ton of unsolicited spam messages from bots promoting adult websites. I'm not 100 percent sure if it has to do with this app or if it was through a app that tracks followers so im giving it 2 stars for now, again this only started after I had started using the app. Also lately my hashtag reach has been heavily affected I don't know if that had to do with any of this but I used to reach thousands of people through hashtags but now u average 8-14 people reached . Maybe that's just the Instagram algorithm but again for now 2 stars.

Great so far. Purchased this app on a whim for my new crafty insta, and will admit I have learned many tips from this app :) I’ve never received likes before outside of my usual friend circle, so it’s working for me! One thing I’ve noticed is the past couple months using, the ‘refreshing’ is a little glitchy- when looking up Performance rating on a self-generated group, it automatically lists it as an ‘F’ in its report card. Not sure if the error is on my end, I tried to update the app, but unfortunately that didn’t help the issue

Good app but could use more refinement. I really love the user interface and the in app message from the developer. He seems very engaged and invested in making the app successful. I like the feature of handpicking hashtags. The “generate hashtag” feature could really use some work. Most of the hashtags are irrelevant and completely off subject. It would be great if there was a theme for the hashtag group. For example, I am an Instagram travel and food blogger so hashtags about fashion and beauty are not ideal for my posts. If I could choose travel and hospitality as a theme and then search for an anchor of Chicago and only see hashtags of Chicago themed travel and restaurant hashtags, that would be ideal!

Easy peasy. Hey this app is easy to use and so far no problems. I know that good tags help with biz stuff so I’m down to pay a few dollars to use it. I like that I’m supporting a small biz too. Very cool. Zach seems nice. I did have to use my brain to count the tags though because (and this might be user error) it gave me 34 tags when I can only use 30 on ig so I had to go back and edit and repost. But that’s not hard to fix. Still better than typing our hashtags and figuring out which ones will help get my stuff noticed. Thanks y’all!

Doesn’t make sense. How am I supposed to make the decision of purchasing a plan from you if I didn’t even get the chance of at least one day of free trial? Literally as soon as I created my account I was asked to purchase a plan if I wanted to continue, which I’m not doing because I don’t even know if it’s worth it. It doesn’t make sense to try to sell people something they haven’t even tried. This is not a super well known brand to think that users will trust your services even before trying them? :/ I know there’s lots of good reviews, but still, would really appreciate to have the 7 day free trial that the other users had.

This is a simple app to use, it helps generate similar hashtags and at no extra cost unless you want the fancy stuff but in my opinion if you have a hard time thinking about hashtags by yourself, this is a great app. If I can rate 7 stars I would. 7/10 Hopefully as this app gets more popular these basic price free features won’t change unless to draw the new customer more. I have noticed that the founder changes his prices and adds. We can’t be greedy either. $50 a year might be a little pricy but $80 a year? Within a year span? Not the best idea

Hashtag Newbie!. I am 50 years old and this is the first time I’ve used an hashtag app and I absolutely love it! I don’t have to try to figure out which ones to use what’s relevant to what I’m posting it does it all for me just with the click of one word this is awesome! Since I’m new to this hashtag thing this is very easy to use I wish I had known about this years ago however I’m glad I ran into it now considering this is helping me now as an influencer thank you Zach for creating this!

Great app. If you want real followers likes comments from real people this is the app to get. If you want to try it out with the trial make sure you delete the subscription before trial ends if your not looking for the 50! For a whole year which isn’t bad at all people pay 60$ a month for phone bills or 25$ a month for gym memberships monthly spending hundreds a year and don’t complain bout it so spending 50$ for 1 year is not bad at all 92cents a week come on now not bad.. I recommend this app highly.. also if you enjoy music look me up KingMike on all music platforms

Honestly I haven’t found an easier app then this, you search up the genre of hashtags you’d like, and it instantly pulls up hundreds of groups of hashtags, you click one and it copies 30 (the maximum for Instagram) and then it INSTANTLY asks for Instagram or tiktok, you choose one, it opens the app and you can copy and paste your new hashtags directly to your post, no problems at all, cheap as hell. Even offers a 7 day free trial. Best app by far and I’ve been using it for about 30 minutes and already have 12 new followers 🤷‍♂️, but y’all do y’all, I’m gonna keep using this app, great job devs 👍

Extremely helpful. This app is not only helpful but it is abundantly clear that it’s creator/creators put in an extreme amount of time and passion into it. It’s easily navigated and has been so thoughtfully put together that it quite literally explains itself without the user even being aware that they’re being taught. I consider it my time and money being well spent and I’ve most certainly come out of the whole experience to the better as far as my knowledge of social media/hashtags etc... and my experience with this type of app.

This is for: People who don’t believe in hashtags People who have love-hate relationships with social media but need to do it Frequent post-ers I have been using this app from the very beginning and perhaps I would have given it 3 stars at first, but it’s finally at a stage where everything is perfect about this app. It’s super easy to use and to search for the key word to create a group of similar hashtags. With in just a few min of adding these hashtags to my Instagram posts I already had new people liking my post , the fact that just a few hashtags brings people to your page is awesome! Very helpful and super easy!. I have a small business with some social media a accounts. On instagram I’m not so active cos I rarely see engagement. As I came across this app I decided to give it a try. I actually cant imagine what the paid version could do when the free version is that AMAZING! Very easy, helpful, and flexible. Like, it even gives you the freedom to either get a list of generated hashtags or pick the ones you like most amongst a huge list of hashtags. Ever since I downloaded it, I have been posting more on Instagram.

Been reading reviews about the app before getting it helped me understand what to do when I got in the price point isn’t bad and the hashtags it generates are most of the ones I use But a lot of people apparently aren’t reading the intro of the app where you can just cancel your subscription in app so yknow lets practice some required reading a little bit I didn’t like that I got hit with the bill right after opening the app but I understand why it’s there and appreciate the forwardness of it so overall good app but I’d appreciate the tutorial of everything before getting the bill

Tried Free Trial, Now $50 Poorer. I thought the app might get me more clicks on my photos with the hashtags, so I decided to try the free trial. While it helped me find a few new hashtags to try, I actually got less impressions and interactions on my photos than when I used the hashtags I was already using anyway. Well I forgot about the app (the trial is only like 7 days or something) and next thing you know, I get billed $47 from iTunes, which is a lot for an app you don’t even use or find helpful. They charge you for a whole year instead of the $2+ a month. I canceled the subscription but since it already charged I didn’t get my money back and I have the rest of the year left on the subscription. I tried to find a way to contact support, but couldn’t find one, so I’m writing this review instead.

Mega Time Saver!. I just downloaded the app about 30 minutes ago so I don’t have a ton of experience with it yet, but what I noticed right away is it’s going to save me a multitude of time! Now I don’t know about you, but I’m all about anything that saves me time because honestly, we don’t have a lot of it! I typed one hashtag in and almost instantly the app came back with a whole paragraph of related hashtags. Not all of them were perfect, but I believe you can remove any you don’t want to use. Download this app - you won’t regret it!

App locks up everyday. This app started locking up I every time I open it. I have to shut it down and then reopen it. Also, please make it so that you can better easily get hashtags for your topic throughout the different platforms. Currently I have to choose the next platform after getting hashtags for a previous platform and still have to type in the topics. Here’s a suggestion, how about after you type in the topics to generate hashtags, you get a listing of every platform’s relevant hashtags instead of having to do it over and over again for each platform?

Makes social media easy again!. One of the worst parts of my job is the social media posting. As a business owner team of 1, I need all the help I can get. If I don’t post or use the correct hashtags I can go unseen to potential clients. And making the hashtag lists is honestly the most boring mundane part. Im happy I now have an easy way to generate what I need when using social media for my business. Makes the business side of owning a business just a little bit more tolerable! Thanks!

Love This App!!!!. Great app, always comes in handy when dealing with these pesky hashtags lol. But seriously Hashtag is great for those who aren’t too sure what hashtags to use with their post, this thing comes in the nick of time and saves the day with great hashtags that really generate a lot of interactions and traffic to you posts. I use this app very often as I have two IG accounts I manage, so you can only imagine how frustrating it can be to find effective hashtags that get your audience engaging. Easy, quick, gets results. If you’re growing your Instagram following organically and using nearly all your own content, this is a great tool for you! It is easy to find relevant and related hashtags to use on your posts to get more visibility. It is worth the money if you use it regularly or manage more than one account, because it truly saves so much time and energy that is often spent on switching your brain from one topic to another. This also prevents you from wasting time going down the rabbit hole of bad hashtags.

Don’t install if you’re already doing well. So, my account is growing (30k). I’m a consultant and have seen a large upswing the last few months. I decided to give this app a try and I kid you not every single post has dropped significantly in likes and followers. The actual generation of the hashtags is nice and convenient but the actual hashtags are not thought out. My understanding is that if you use big tags that are used everyday (love, relationships, etc) your post will get locked in the algorithm. I even replaced a couple of the big ones and still, my posts since downloading this app are way down. I was in a great streak and this app stopped it. I don’t care about the $20, I care about the business I generate that I’m now losing. Would appreciate any feedback that would help get this back on track but this is very risky for growing accounts.
