WHAT HAPPENED?. This was my all time favorite app! I literally showed all my friends and even shared it with individuals on Instagram ~ I have around 2k followers. It already had limited features as I’ve had this app for at least a year. I go to edit a picture for my place of work and now everything is limited. The only features available really is the basic editing features such as brightness, contrast, detail, and their so called “magic button” which isn’t really magical at all. They have even locked my “saved looks” from me and I can’t access unless I PAY! I spent a good amount of time on those.... I will give them till the end of the month of November to release back some of the features that makes them UNIQUE or I will just delete the app and advise my friends to do so because there’s other apps. What made this one different was being able to access a limited amount of features for free and the really cool ones you would still have to pay for (which makes sense).

App Devs! 2 words: SKY ERASER!!!!!. Love the app guys! BUT, as my title indicates, you really, REALLY need to develop an eraser for the sky! It already exists in the strobe camera so the technology already exists! I appreciate the IPad update, but this seriously needs to be your next “big thing” since most folks are willing to pay for the sky replacement feature! Especially pro-photogs such as myself who would rather not deal with Lightroom and Photoshop’s process of doing the same thing! One more thing: ability to shoot RAW would also make this app more price worthy and probably downloaded more on a consistent basis!!!

I gave 5 stars for one reason.. I was reading through the reviews and it was the first one that caught my eye and they were talking about how in order to save whatever picture I edited I had to buy the pro package. Well I decided to try it out for myself because I needed to take someone out of my picture, and to my dismay it was in fact true that you had to go pro to save. I have a point I promise, but anyways I tried to do something which I know that works every single time. I have been outsmarted this time. Anyways just so anyone else thinks the same way I do, don’t screenshot it, it will not work. But hey can y’all like change that? We shouldn’t have to pay to save pictures that you guys say we can save without having to pay? That would be great:)

Five stars but. So the app is free but ... to actually be able to edit the picture's you have to pay 20 dollars. If you don’t like the app you can always cancel your payment. which of coarse I payed the twenty. I have no regrets. The photos I took turned to ok to looking great and they look like the picture was really like that when I took it. it’s scary what you can do with technology. Hopefully you can enjoy the app as much as I do. Ps please can you work on a sun rise not just a sun set. It would make the app that much more enjoyable. Just a suggestion Thank you

I’ve learned now.. When I got the app I was expecting a perfect app like the one in the ads but.. Lightleap isn’t perfect! It’s AMAZING! It’s great! I feel stupid for writing that short comment about that I can’t even take a screenshot. Screenshots don’t matter! You can save it! You only have to buy Pro If you want something that’s pro. And for me this is the best Editing app I could ever have! You know that app called ‘focos?’ Yeah I didn’t like that app. At first the app looked ok for me. But… I couldn’t even understand that app.. Lightleap is my go-to app! Well.. next to Motionleap! Motionleap is my favorite!

Good, but costly. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!. I like this app, and I think it is really good. But it’s a bit sickening that it won’t let you access over half of the features without having to pay a very large amount of money. They call the upgrade “Pro”, but I’m a professional already, without the upgrade. I won’t pay any money, I’ll never give in. I suggest that you should not get this app if you don’t want to pay for the upgrade. A good thing is that it never makes you watch ads. You can also send a link to someone else. If they get the app, you will earn points, that you can use to get free pro exports. I haven’t tried that yet because I’m not exactly sure how. Photography is my strong suit, not sending links. I just wish it wouldn’t charge sooooo much. Other than that, it’s really good, and fun. But I’ll just say this to the inventors, “PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE PEOPLE HWO ARE NEVER GOING TO JOIN PRO BE ABLE TO HAVE MORE FUN!” Thank you kindly.

Big Mistake They want more money even after I Purchased Pro. Bad App, Bad App don’t risk your hard earned on this money pit of a scam. If my subscription renews I will be raising some Red Flags with the App Store, Apple and my Bank. They do not provide the service they advertise. This app is not for the average person wanting to have some fun with the photos they take. I was accidentally subscribed into a year long subscription and Pro only to find out that this app is a money pit. I got nothing. I wasn’t able to use anything. And now that my subscription is due to renew the cancel subscription is inconveniently missing from my subscription screen. Only for this money guzzler though. Unless you are a graphic artist and have access to unlimited funds DO NOT, DO NOT go down this rabbit hole.

You get what you don’t pay for. I almost deleted the app right off the bat as when you first open the app it goes right to paid subscription page and takes a minute to figure out to close out of that to get to the actual app. Then once you get there, you only have a few “free” enhancements which you can do on most edit features on your mobile device or even the free apps like Lightroom mobile and others. If it was like $15 or less to outright purchase as a one time offer would look at it more serious to purchase. If your willing to purchase their full price then yes you will get some really cool edits that is quick and easy.

Ruined the app. The main features I used in this app are now useless! Put the “overlays” back to effects so you can move them around on the picture instead of having them cover the whole thing. For example there was an orange sun spot I used frequently in my pictures and now y’all made it into an overlay instead and all I can do is lighten the effect instead of move it around on the picture where I actually need it. I’m thinking about canceling my subscription as this was the main thing I used the app for.

Was great, ruined it with update.. This app was great then they did a force update that took away the ability to move the elements like light rays around the photo to where they looked best. Now you can only add cookie cutter overlays and elements to your photo. Please allow those of us that are lifetime subscribers to go back to the old version and don’t force updates on users. Or at-least bring back the ability to move elements wherever the user feels they look best.

My new Favorite App!!. Great App, easy to use.. multiple options to make you photos look amazing. You can edit them to the extreme by overlaying each option or just make some clean edits, like brightness/contrast, clarity etc.. I use to love Kit-cam which my all time favorite app until I got a new a phone and it was discontinued and not available in the app store anymore. Struggled to find a similar app and this one is exactly what is was looking for. Besides the $20 a year payment.. its awesome, and actually worth the price. You wont be disappointed

Great app, but?. Hands down my favorite editing app, gives me all the features I need. However, I don’t know if anybody else is having this problem, but as of the last couple of months it’s been near impossible to edit. The app keeps glitching out every time I upload a photo. The app restarts and seems to glitch out and restart every time I try to edit. I constantly wait for updates to the app assuming it’s just an error that needs to be fixed, but it never got fixed. Please look into this.

Love the edits. Update: At first I was really disappointed because the app kept crashing even though I had paid for the subscription, but I realized I hadn’t updated my phone. Once I did, the app worked perfectly. That being said, Make sure your phone is up to date or else the app will keep crashing. Other than that, I love the way my pictures turn out with this app. I’ve been using it for about a week now and paid for the subscription. It makes editing my pictures much quicker than coming up with my own edits and it has great variety.

Too Many Tools Missing for a $60 App. I don’t even care about layers, but this is missing too many of the basics. No touch up tool! Seriously? No bokeh for portraits. Why? No vignette options (just more or less dark). No levels. The sky replacement tool is nearly as good as desktop—and earns the first there stars alone—but there’s nothing more to this that you can’t get for free in Photoshop Express or any number of other free apps. And the HDR mode is pretty weak IMO. It needs a wider range. It currently works about as well as, but no better than, SmartHDR in the built in cam. You still need to manually adjust even moderately challenging scenes. If the developers addressed the above shortcomings, I’d pay for this just to have the connivence of having everything in one app. But since I still have to use other apps for basic touch-ups, no. In fact if there was any indication that these features were forthcoming, I might even spot the cash upfront. I’m not expecting complete Adobe Lightroom functionality. However, for this price you should really be also able to do adjustments in just a specific area of the photo, not only globally (like Lightroom does).

SLOW-. I’ve had my subscription for almost a year now- on my iPhone 12 5G and this ap would be wonderful if it wasn’t painstaking SLOW! Literally, it will take 20-30 seconds between each step/ overall about 3 minutes to upload, edit 1 picture and save- for lighting only, no fancy editing. When I have 10 pics to edit that a 1/2 hour for something that should take only a few minutes. It also FREEZES OFTEN, so I just get out and use another app. It’s very frustrating. It’s gotten so I edit the lighting in my pics ( if I can get through it within 3 minutes, or 3 clicks) and then I just screen shot the edited pic because I don’t have ANOTHER 3 minutes to add to my time, for ONE photo! Super disappointed. I’m only continuing to use it because I paid for a 1 year subscription.

Don’t D/L Unless You Want to Pay Right Away. The app seemed to have some great functionality and I would have loved to use it, except every single ‘free’ feature is a one off that’s lost in a see of superior ‘pro’ features and constant pressure to buy the pro product. There was zero attempt at subtly to push the pro product and there is no sincere effort made to let the user deep dive experiment with the product, without paying up front. I’ve paid for multiple photo editing apps and I’m always excited for new options, but the ones I grew to love were those that had a legitimately enticing free product and then pro features that went above and beyond. Unless you’re willing to whip out your wallet from the get go, this app is more akin to an electronics store’s video game kiosk. You can play for 20 minutes but you can’t actually get into it, and there’s nothing to take home and explore.

Good photo editing but too many ads. This app is good for editing photos but it’s annoying because you can’t actually do much without upgrading to the premium. I would say 85% of the editing tools and choices are only for premium and the other 15% are really basic tools, And even if you try screenshoting it won’t work. Another annoying thing about this app is about every few minutes or so when you are in the middle of editing a screen pops up telling you to upgrade to premium and that really stops my flow of focus. I think this app would be extremely good if they weren’t always trying to get you to upgrade to premium and you could use all of the tools for free.

Used to love this app!. I’ve been using this app for YEARS! The recent update is just AWFUL!! Not only has the look of the app changed, but many of the features I have used for years are just gone! I paid for a yearly subscription last month, and I definitely would not have, if I had known this was coming. I get that things need to be updated, but at the same time, loyal users should be able to continue to use the same features we always have. I’m so disappointed right now. That being said, I’m sure new customers will enjoy the app the way it has been redesigned.

Deleted it after 10 minutes. I downloaded the app and it immediately pops up a screen with their paid subscriptions. It took me forever to figure out how to get off of that paid to try the free version. So much so that I actually emailed the customer support. So red flag # 1 - their customer service email is an “undeliverable” address and your email will notify you that the email cannot be sent. Upon using the free version I immediately tried the option to remove something from a picture. It “removes” it by making the whole section look blurry and like water ripples basically. The only thing that was kinda cool was changing the sky background. But even that was very poorly edited depending on the photo you chose to use.

Purchase. I don’t know if it charged me or not but if so I would very much appreciate it that if I did get charged to not get money taken from me for something I didn’t even purchase. I just downloaded to try out, maybe see if it was something that I liked, and it’s alright but I don’t have money to sit and pay for a app when I can do this in real life. I tried to back out of it instead of make any kind of purchase , I didn’t agree to any purchase but this app is in my purchases for whatever reason. I’m not paying for something I’m not using like that just for future reference if I do get charged I’ll be back lol, but great app good job and thank you guys

Why did you ruin it?. This is the best photo editing app I have and I use it every day. That is until a week ago when you ruined it. You took away the circle feature inside effects which is now called overlay. (And when you change an app to such an extent, why on earth don't you put a notice about that, so when you open the app you know what to expect?) Anyway the circle feature allowed me to move the effect in many different ways, change the size, change the direction...it was awesome, absolutely what I need every day for my photos. And why are you would take away the one thing that made your app unique is mind boggling! Is there any way I can restore the previous version? Or how about fixing this!!!!!

Neat app. Well, it’s a neat app, and I enjoy the features, but it would be nice if you could do multiple layers of edits. Like, if I want to add, just as an example, multiple sunbeams, I have to add the sunbeam, save the photo, use the saved photo, add another sunbeam, save again…etc. It does not let you add several layers of edits. I’d like to be able to add more than one layer of looks and filters, like once I click the check mark to save the look or filter or element, it should keep the photo that way, and then let me add another one within the same editing session. Other than that, it’s a really neat app, and I do enjoy it!

It’s a good app.... It’s a good app, but I think that I will be shopping around for a different editing app. (Any suggestions?) I tried this after I used PicMonkey, and both apps seem a little expensive to me. I make mini movies, and use apps to edited the cover for the movie. I only use an editing app once or twice a month, and I don’t feel like it would smart to put money into something I only use once or twice before paying again. Maybe do a weekly purchase, if that’s possible. I feel like that would be more useful to me. I totally understand if adding this doesn’t benefit your business and decide not to add it. Otherwise, it’s a great app and if you do quite a bit of editing, this would be a good app for you.

Not worth buying :(. I purchased the yearly subscription of this app and very disappointed with it. It’s not worth buying this app. Whenever u edit the pic using the clouds feature it forms a white thick line on the edges of the buildings, trees and other objects in the pic, which gives out that you image has been clearly edited. The clouds feature does not blend in with the image you want to edit. However sometimes it does, it’s a 30/70 chance. Total waste of my $20. If u still are desperate to buy this app just for the sake of cloud feature, but the monthly subscription and try it out first. I don’t recommend this App.

Paying for fake sky?. Yes, the sky packages offered look good. But you can use so many free apps that will bring out details and brilliance of the sky behind while masking the land below the horizon. Paying to eliminate background objects?? This too is a free feature of other apps. Plus, the app crashed on free mode while processing an object elimination job once. I was able to get it work subsequently. Overall, I could never see myself paying for these services. I wouldn’t want a picture with a prefabricated, fake sky that so many other pictures from the same app are going to have. I gave it an extra star because the effects do look decent when used appropriately. Not a fan of the user interface either. It seems to be too dumbed down for me.

Why?. This used to be the best app for editing photos like ever. It had features that even Adobe Photoshop included few years later. While it was called: “Quickshot” it had the best features even in the free version. Now, I don’t even want to pay for it because I didn’t got anything. Now this app is average and it’s just like any other editing app that you have in the store. Why would you change it so much and remove the most useful and unique features of the app?! Huge dissapointment for me. I even got sad that I won’t have the most unique and professional look on my photos anymore. If there is a way to return the old version, I would gladly do it without any hesitation.

Really great photo editor. I love this photo editor, it is truly an “all-in-one” one stop shop for all your mobile photo editing needs. The only thing I would like to see added (and if it’s already in it, then forgive me - I hope the creators would tell me how and where to find it), is a way to fade blemishes? For example, I have Face Tune on my phone and Photoshop on my computer to get rid of pimples and help perfect complexions on portraits. If I had that feature here, I wouldn’t need the FaceTune app. Adding a “brush” feature” where one could essentially “wipe away” unwanted blemishes, would make this beyond #1 editor in my book. I know there are other ways you can kind of do this, with lowering the contrast and detail a bit, brightening the image if possible or softening it, but again, if you really want to focus on the face and not touch the rest of the image, this feature would be amazing. Another idea, something as seen in OnOne Camera RAW (which is a desktop photo editor), but to be able to brush detail and light/color enhancement onto the human eye. To “zoom in”, on a portrait, and lighten/brighten the eye, even perhaps give a bit more detail? This feature in that software is called very simply, “magic eye fixer.” Anyway, that’s my two cents. Otherwise - I have the pro version and I love it. Thanks for making a great app!

Interesting. There’s a fairly simple way to get around the appalling way they force you to buy the pro version to even SHARE the edit you’ve made. It’s simple, but pretty effective. Pick a photo, add the enhancements that you like, and then simply capture a screenshot of your finished edit. The screenshot is automatically saved to your photos app(ios). You can then open the photo, crop it,and do whatever you want with it, including further edits in the photos app. I’ve found that the native resolution stays pretty much intact this way, and the result looks great. I was going to uninstall this app until I found this work around. I think I’ll keep it now 😀

Meh. The free version is a decent photo editing app, with a handful of unique filters and some solid editing tools. But the available tools are pretty similar to the adjustments you can make in other free apps. I think it's worth having the free version for an extra handful of editing options, but unfortunately all of the features that really set the app apart require a monthly subscription. Personally, I didn't see much that made me want to commit to that. If I'm going to edit a photo professionally, I will go ahead and use photoshop on my desktop. I'm already paying an arm and a leg for that subscription, so I wasn't really interested in adding this one. If you could make a one time purchase for the app (that did not cost $60) or if you could pay by individual feature/filter, I would be more impressed. To me it wasn't worth the price, but maybe to others it's a good investment. Note: They do have their subscription fee on sale right now!

Another app, another subscription.. This app has a lot of nice features and is easy to use. But it’s yet another app locked behind a subscription paywall. How many subscriptions do you have now? Do you even keep track? Who wants 100 subscriptions active on their phone just for the apps? I appreciate devs need to make money, and I also appreciate that unlike many others these devs added a lifetime unlock tier. But I’m not going to dump money into an app that looks nice without a trial period. When are these app makers going to figure out that we want to be able to try out their app, and that means FULLY try it out - including saving. Even if I could save to an area in the app that gets unlocked when I purchase it, that would be better than losing my work. As it is, another app that I would give a good review to, keep on my devices, and pay for, is instead uninstalled.

Needs improvements. Your filters need improvement. I’ve experimented with the sky filters. It’s ok if you have a big open sky just over land and not a lot of trees. However, if you have sky over water, the water tone doesn’t change accordingly. If you want to change the sky in a window it won’t catch all the sky. Some of the filters are just not that impressive to me they are so, so. I had an owl in a tree and wanted to change the sky but it only changed the big parts of the sky and missed the smaller parts like in between branches. It did not look natural.

Very cool and quick. Perfect on the go!. I never write reviews but I had to on this one. I’m somewhat of a professional photographer in the fact I owned a video production company for 25yrs and shoot pics at 24-60frames a sec everyday! This app is extremely easy and user friendly! It works as intended and once you know how the app responds you can tailor your shooting accordingly to get the most from it. Can I create the same effect on a computer in photoshop? Absolutely. Can I do it in 5secs? Not a chance! This app can and I highly recommend it for the cost. It’s IS a monthly/yearly subscription to get all the filters but for me it’s worth it. I take hundreds of pic on my iPhone Xs Max every week or so. The camera on it is superior (in almost every way) to even my Canon 7D! You’ll love this app!!!

Not what is portrayed. The app makes you pay prior to actually being able to use. I wish that was the complete opposite, what was advertised and all of the options you could do with your photos is NOT what this app does. It is by far the worst app I have ever used for editing photos, ESPECIALLY because I paid for this horrible app. There’s nothing I can do to my photos except adding a sky, and some typical everyday FREE edits I could use on a generic app. Highly disappointed. Going to unfortunately have to delete and NEVER use again. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A APP TO EDIT YOIR PHOTOS ANS ACTUALLY DO THINGS WITH YOUR PHOTOS DO NOT PURCHASE, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR ENTERTAIN THIS “APP”

Life hack for this app!!. Hey! So you know for certain filters you need to pay, well I’m gonna help you unlock those without paying. When you select an affect for your photo and it’s a pro affect you can just screenshot it. When it applies the affect to the picture screenshot it before pushing the X on the bottom left. (If you were to push the check mark it would ask you to pay) and if you want to add more affects to that picture that you took a screenshot of just go back and pick they picture!!! Thank me later 🤫😉

Not quite there yet. Pretty cool concept but has major limitations. If you just want to remove an object or person you hat is far away and the background is not complicated then this app works great but if he person you are removing is close up or touching another person you will get very distinctive artifacting. I tried removing a person on a pier. The wood behind him was totally messed up where he was removed. When water or sky was the background it worked really well if you are never going to zoom in or view it bigger than 3x5. This would be a great starter for Photoshop. Remove something with this app then export and refine on Photoshop. It would probably save you quite a bit of time. In all, nice novelty but no real world application. Save your money. Upgrade is definitely not worth $60.

Disappointed with recent update. Very disappointed with recent update so giving 3 stars instead of the 5 I would’ve given. They made some changes and I don’t like them at all. I paid for the unlimited subscription and use it DAILY! They’ve now created “Elements” and “Overlays” which just used to be “Effects”. Now some of the lighting effects are in OVERLAYS and you cannot resize and reposition them any longer, which is BS. I really have no use for 75% of this app because of this senseless update. I’ll be contacting customer service for a downgrade and prorated refund. You’re supposed to make the app better, not worse. Great job QuickShot team!

There’s just one problem.. I do a little photography and this is an AMAZING app for editing my photos. I mean it’s really cool. But even if you aren’t a pro member you can’t even stick with the limited edits they allow you to use. It’s still trying to milk money even if you aren’t using it’s unlimited edits, because you can’t even save the photos you practice on just to experiment with the app. I used a couple of my photos to see just how much I’d really like it, and I really like it..but then as I attempted to save, it was telling me I had to go pro..like really? Just to save the edits that the app allowed me to use WITHOUT going pro, I can’t even save them? So in order for me to be able to save the photos I edit I have to pay. I just don’t think it’s worth going through that. I’d be okay even having advertisements pop up and them saying I have to pay for the ads to be removed. Versus saying I have to go pro just to save the photos I edit even though it’s limiting you enough.

How is this app getting such high reviews?. I don’t understand the five star reviews, and I noticed that some of those are actually giving a negative review in the body. First of all—the “heal” tool that they advertise as being so amazing is really terrible. It gives you some tips to make it work (like making sure to overlap so it can gather the colors to replace the object), but when I was watching the samples, I was trying to figure out how they made the rest of the mountain appear flawlessly and the like. So I thought I’d give it a go… as suspected, it just leaves a blurry mess of color. So I had a picture I needed to blur some stuff on really quick and thought it might be a good one to try. It worked ok for that, but when I went to save the picture it wanted me to go pro. Really? You want me to try this out with the basic features and you won’t even give me some sample saves? I even tried to screenshot it and an owl meme came up with “REALLY? Want your real shot? DON’T SCREENSHOT, SIGN UP FOR LIGHTLEAP PRO!” 🙄 Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

App is great crashes too much. I’m not going to say much about the tools and stuff the app has because they are great, but I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and I have a love hate thing with it. I hate that I love the app and have so many different edits saved under it because I would totally delete it and stop paying for it if it weren’t for that. My problem is I am sooo over the app crashing ALL the time! I feel like I can only make ONE edit and then it takes forever to unfreeze and let me do something else. It also always closes out while I’m trying to save a picture or it saves a whole bunch of them at once… there is like no in between. I am so over a picture taking way too long to edit in between the freezing and crashing of the app. I thought it was my phone, but I got a new phone and I am having the same problem. Over it.

Lost interest due to constant $ demanding. I really don’t know how well this works vs other editing software because I lost confidence in the app before I finished my first evaluating session. This app demands money so often I concluded that there is something wrong. It’s like the company calling my cell and emailing me constantly telling me I need to buy a warranty for my car. Maybe they have a great warranty with super customer service. But I doubt it. Maybe the time I listened to a pitch on a timeshare I missed out on a great deal. But I doubt it. Maybe the people constantly trying to get me to buy trinkets and stuff in Mexico were offering me an amazing deal on a quality product. But I doubt it. See the trend here? I got the same feeling the one and only time I tried this software. If this is really so amazing I see no reason for the developers to emulate the sales tactics I used for examples in the previous paragraph. As such, I’m moving on to other editing software for my needs. Maybe I’m missing a deal but, because of this reason, I doubt it.

Heal feature is crappy. The heal feature really does not work. No matter how far in the distance or how small the item I try to erase, the photo is always distorted. The “help feature is not very helpful. I learned more by trial and error than trying to learn from instructions on the help feature. This app doesn’t offer a free trial, probably because no one would purchase it if they had a chance to use it first and see how bad it is. Don’t waste your money!

Updated/Amended review. Good stuff. I've enjoyed using several photo editing apps from Lightricks Ltd. but experienced problems over the Christmas holidays with their Quick Pro app. I was pleasantly surprised that they replied to my email with a genuine response: they provided an explanation, a link to refund (if I wanted) and an apology along with a promise to fix the issue. Final outcome: Lightricks Ltd. delivered! They followed up with another email letting users know the bug was fixed and the app works (and very good too!). Great customer service such as this will retain my support. I'm glad to once again have my working daily "go to" Lightricks Ltd. Photo Apps folder to rely on.

Great app to a degree. I have installed all of the lightricks apps because they are super detailed yet easy to use once you start working on a project. This app seems a bit older as I see aspects of Pixeloop that I imagine came from this app. As a photo editing tool there are great ways to enhance an image for sure, I just wish so much that you could insert text into a photo. That is my only qualm. I enjoy all of these apps and the ideas that they inspire me to act on quite a bit. My Instagram posts are feeling more unique each time I use one of these tools to adjust an image I want to post. Thanks for a great group of editing apps. Hope this review helps gain more users who want to explore a more creative side of boredom.

Was my favorite . . . update RUINED it!. There’s not much else to say, I hate what you did to all the choices for each step a creator had for each element, look, filter, layer. You ruined it by taking away the freedom to scroll across the bottom with multiple—many, many, many choices, to those awful fake looking options in the stupid circles. Sometimes it is a BAD move to update. And, YES, I’m a PAID subscriber. Don’t try so hard to improve something that was beautiful, offered many options, was effortless to use. The best thing you could do is dump the last update and take us back to earlier 2021. As soon as the update came out, I wrote you an email. You returned to me a ‘so, sorry,’ that did nothing to help or rewind. I’m searching for a replacement and will drop my subscription when I find it.

Used to love it - UPDATE. After emailing back and forth with someone from the app, I stumbled upon a way to access the photos again. If you tap the camera on the top, take a picture, it will then bring up the window asking permission to access photos and all your photos will become visible again. I’ve had a paid subscription to this app for two years now and have loved the beautiful photos I’m able to create. But with the last couple of updates, I am unable to access my photos. When I open the app, it tells me it needs access to my photos and has a button that says “Let’s do it”. When I tap the button, it takes me to my settings, but doesn’t have an option to allow access to my photos. So I am cancelling my subscription and going to try to find another app that works consistently. Which is disappointing because I really like Quickshot. I tried emailing the company and didn’t get a response.

Almost perfect, except..... This app is amazing. The sky effect alone is almost worth the money, and the other adjustments are also superb. Possibly the only editor you need, except for three problems that make it very hard for me to use. 1) Photo extensions are not enabled, so it can’t be called up from within Photos. 2) The edited photo can’t be put back into the album from which it was imported. 3) Most problematic of all is that the date is changed when you edit a photo, which presents a huge issue with Photos and especially with Google Photos. Bottom line, as much as I love the features and effects, the workflow is too cumbersome. I won’t be paying for Pro.

Other free apps r better. What’s the point of paying for this when you can get the full desktop photoshop cc for the same price. Yes the fully functional with all the filters, layers, effects of industry leading software or this piece of crap. Pointless. It’s not even any better than any of the countless free apps that do the exact same thing. Also the reason photoshop costs so much is because they have to invest millions of dollars into mathematicians who come up with the algorithms that run all of its filters snd editing effects snd they have to do this without degrading image quality or creating digital artifacts snd stair stepping do it takes many man hours. The hum drum filters of this app are going to create jagged edges, stair stepping , pixelation, chromatic and geometric aberration snd etc. so just get photoshop. Plus photoshop has countless free tutorials online

So disappointed… i’ve used this for years and now I plan to cancel. They have changed everything about this app over the last year and it is no longer worth the cost. This used to be my go to app every time I needed to edit something the filters were perfect the way they were they changed that and all of the other editing features that were functional and easier to use were either removed or changed as well. This app is the perfect example of some thing that was already perfect and should not have been messed with whoever is working on this app needs to go back to the way that it was. I’m going through the reviews right now and it looks like you are going to lose plenty of customers who have been regular users for years over the same exact reason that I plan to cancel my subscription. Listen to your users. Stop changing the app, bring back the old filters and features that made this app great, and stop messing up something that used to be great. This used to be the best photo editing app but I refuse to spend my money on it anymore.

Great app, but needs integration!. My only complaint about any of these apps is the fact that they’re all separate. I started out using Photofox (now Photoleap) and thought that by upgrading to the bundle I’d have access to all the features from within a single app, but since they’re all individual, it’s a bit of a hassle for me to jump between them to complete a single project. It’s not a dealbreaker, and they all offer wonderful features, but as someone who relies on this editing suite to create a lot of content it’s pretty frustrating. Artleap and Lightleap don’t really offer enough features to justify separate apps in my opinion, and I still prefer Photoleap to all the rest put together. Again, great app but wish it came as an upgrade option to Photoleap instead of a whole separate app. You decide!

????. I purchased the Quickshot Pro app and fixed up my first photo to where it looks really good. Then, I tried to export the image to my photo stream. The app quits on me whether I choose to export the photo as a copy of the original or just replace the original image. I can’t save the image anywhere. What is going on? I paid money for this, and the app clearly states that there are no refunds on subscriptions. I finally found my way to the developer’s site, and under “contact us,” there are simply mailing addresses for four overseas offices. No email addresses, no phone numbers, no e-messaging options at all. I’m supposed to wait for a reply by international mail addressing my issue, which they’ll probably feign ignorance of or blame on my device?!?!

Does not do what is advertised. Don’t get it. I wanted to edit things out, in the examples it’s easy to do because the photos are set up to be compatible. Real life photos do not have pure solid backgrounds. When you go into manage subscriptions, there is a pay more option but not a cancel.

Annoying freezes. I have the pro version on an iPhone 11 Pro Max that’s updated as well as the app updated. App continuously freezes and also shuts down to which I need to re add the photos I’m working on. Already tried deleting and reinstalling app. Really annoying, won’t be renewing. Great app otherwise

Soooo helpful!!. This is the best photo edit app, especially with the new feature that lets you get rid of photobombs. There are also no watermarks on your creations. Highly reccomend!

I’m not Rate ing A app i’m just Talking About it. Okay Why somebody pay money When they can get screenshots and then they can edit the screenshots so what the hell is the point of paying money! Either why double tap the home button and then you can take a screenshot of it and then you can edit the screenshot to have the full picture!

I’m not paying nearly $30 without seeing how the app works.. Title says it all, I understand limited effects or time bound restriction but I’m not going to pay upfront with no idea on how the app works. Also, no option to just login via email, what if we don’t want to be linked with google, Apple or Facebook. It’s a no from me.

Works great but isn’t free - Deceptive!. I downloaded it to do some simple repairs on a picture, it said in Ap purchases - but won’t let you save ANY pictures you have edited unless you pay. Payment for their hard work is fair. But I resent being sucked in via dubious promises. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great app .... when it works. Great app and friendly to use when it works properly. Almost un-usable at this point because it freezes as soon as I try different filters. Constantly have to force the app to close and reopen it in order for it to stop glitching (which only works sometimes). Would give it 5 stars if it worked consistently.

Freezing when using text. For some reason this app locks up as soon as you attempt to add text to a new project. I thought the latest bug fixes would surely fix this? Anything coming up?

Have to Pay. I started playing around with this app and it was fantastic! I thought they’d have some free features like other apps but they don’t. You can edit photos but to export them to your phone you have to pay for the pro pack which is an ongoing subscription and quite expensive!

Peeved. Frankly I’m peeved off! I downloaded what was advertised as a ‘free’ with ‘in app purchases’ app however I couldn’t even try anything on the app without opting for a subscription. Normally I would just delete and move on however the monthly option was only $2.99 and the demo did look really good.. I had hopes of this app being easier for me to remove backgrounds or items... well it doesn’t do that well at all! It leaves a very distorted area where you select to remove an item, nothing like the demo! It crashes constantly and doesn’t save to my photos most of the times. In fact all this I worked out within hours of downloading so therefore went straight in and canceled subscription. What did I find? Yes it let me cancel however it says i have access for the whole year and they’ve taken the yearly subscription of $27 from my account! What the heck! Why have a month subscription if you have to do it for a year and more the point how dare you advertise a free app that you can’t even try without having to buy in the first place!! I wasn’t going to review or write this as I thought oh well I should never have fallen for it just play with it anyways. However on continuing to try to use it frequently crashes, in reality it doesn’t do anything better than my regular editing app and is a pain in the neck to save creations. All in all it’s rubbish that’s cost me over $27 for nothing!! Learnt my lesson but if I could get a refund it would be appreciated!!

Subscription required before photos can be exported. This app does not have a free option! You can import a photo and make changes but when export is pressed, nothing happens. The only option is to ☑️ subscription if you want to save photos and export them. A waste of time and app now deleted!

It’s not a one off fee. I just checked my CC statement and have now been charged $10 for 3 months in a row! Don’t be ignorant like me and think it’s a one off fee. It’s charged monthly. Upon further inspection an annual fee is $33 but I have had correspondence telling me that. It’s a good up but NO WAY with $10 a month! That a complete rip off for photo editing where most features are available on your phone for free but not all! Be alert and don’t fall into the same trap and it’s not money well spent. It’s feels like I’ve been taken for a ride. Be careful and read the fine print.

Good but..... I really wanted to like this app given the advert for it was so promising. Sadly I don’t do monthly subscriptions, happy to pay a developer for their work but I’m not signing up for regular payments it’s why I no longer use adobe products and their creative cloud.

Sky. Great app! Sometimes it has trouble distinguishing between the sky vs the water though. Is there a way to isolate where the sky features apply?

Very slow and annoying app!!. I saw this app advertised on Instagram and thought it looked so cool! So of course I downloaded it and that’s when I realised... 1- This app wanted me to pay $27 for the filter that it was advertised to be! 2- It was so slow I didn’t even get to use the free filters that it came with!!! 3- It kept wanting me to pay for extra add ons that I didn’t even want!! Every minute it would want me to buy another special effect/filter for another $2! Overall I don’t really recommend this app, I mean if it was free I would love it! The filters look really cool but not worth the $27 that it expected me to pay!!!!!

Help! Still have not been helped!!!. My app is only letting me upload videos to edit and no photos! I have tried reinstalling it over 5 times! This has now been happening for days and I am needing to edit my photos. Very frustrating after paying for this app.

Rip off. This app charges you before you get a chance to use it. Then you find out it offers nothing more than what is available for free from Photo Editor. Advertising that it will remove unwanted images within your photos but when you get it it’s less than useless providing pixel mess.

AHA!. I was not able to see the X in the corner of the screen, exhorting us to pay for a plan... now I can see that it *is* possible to check out the app for free. To the developer... might be a nice idea to make that X a LOT more visible, I’m sure there are many others who have not continued with it but have not reviewed, and simply moved on... 3 stars for now, I have not yet used it but wanted to correct my original review.

Seems cool, but doesn’t work?. App seems to work well, effects look great and tools are intuitive. Just downloaded it and only used the blur background feature (which is free) and when I go to export the photo it just freezes on that screen. Bummer, because I’ve been looking for a reliable editing app. I did try to just screenshot my free edit so I could still use the photo, and they have a hilarious image that pops up to thwart you. 🦉

Slow. Too good for photo editing but it’s take a time,I was sent a sms for this problem but still no results.

It does NOT remove bits from images. I purchased for lifetime access after being impressed with the demo video of how easily you could remove/clean up people/things out of images. But instead it just blurs the background colour over what your trying to remove, essentially leaving a smudge on the photo! very misleading, not happy!

The healing isn’t so great and I want perfection, I know, I am a bit too hard but yeah, it’s important. Not worth it. When I went to use the healing tool it did not work to well then when I went to save it I would of had to pay so I thought I would screenshot but no it monitors that too so I did something else to save my photo even though it didn’t look that good 😏🤫

Since the last update I don’t recommend. This program use to be good but since the last update it takes up to two minutes to make the selected changes and makes editing a photo take up to 12 min instead of 30sec like it use to.

Monthly charges???. When I purchased this app I payed what I thought was a single $5.49 payment which would last 7 days because I wanted to edit some holiday photos with the pro features. This month I have been debited another $5.49 from my account. I would like to buy this app once off but it is no way worth the 1 time payment price. I would pay a maximum of $10 - 15 for this app. Not to mention it’s buggy and sometimes it won’t allow me to directly save images, so I end up having to drop box it to myself. I want a refund for my money as I didn’t agree to monthly payment. Or charge an acceptable once of payment for the app.

Annoyed. I pay for the subscription to this app and am really annoyed with the update. The “new” skies are just less options, and they aren’t as good as the old ones. Ugly colour schemes and just backgrounds that never naturally overlay on a photo. The old version was WAY better. You should change it back before your paying customers cancel and go elsewhere.

Scam. There’s a lot of negative reviews here especially about the fee and it not working properly but I thought I would try for myself. This is not a free app. It shows you 4 things the app supposedly does, then the next page you have to select your payment. Yearly. Monthly or one time purchase. You don’t even get to see the app or tools to decide if it’s worth paying for or not and too many reviews say it doesn’t work even the 5 star ones. There needs to be tighter laws around false advertising getting pretty sick of scam artists.

What have you done!. Enlighten used to be such a great photo editing tool that gives you freedom to edit almost every property of the photo. I don’t know what happen to it now it’s all preset filters and it’s terrible! Why do you turn a great tool into a useless app!

So very annoying to actually spend time using this app in the most basic forms only to try and download my picture edit and receive the sarcastic message “REALLY!” over an annoyed looking Owl followed by “Do you want your picture?” only to find out that you must take the Pro package at a cost. Completely misleading and a lie! Glad I kept my old phone so I could take a picture of my photo edit. The only thing free is the ability to look at your edit and see what you could have if you pay for it.

Money trap!!!. This app was advertising on Facebook and they say most of the functions are free but DON’T bother downloading this unless you want to pay an expensive price for a photo app! There’s no option to save the photo you edited- bypassing the pay pay pay screen! “Buy this” thing keeps popping up every time you try to close and save the picture and you can’t even save it without paying. Useless. There’s no instruction to show you which effects are free. You just create something and can’t save it.

Literally the coolest app ever.. Didn’t think it would work well or look real. After playing around with it I actually don’t know how I’ve survived so long not using it?! I love it.

Locked behind paywall. I’m honestly really upset at how expensive this is. $24.99 or something like that for only a month subscription? This is ridiculous. I have been really getting into editing my photos more and editing the sky is one of my fav things to do but all the cool, decent sky’s are locked behind, you guessed it!! A freaking pay wall!! It’s ludicrous in a pandemic to charge this. I wanted to like this app because it is amazing and very easy to use that’s why it gets 2 stars but that pay wall is stupid and it’s dumb. Give us at least a free trial! 🙃

Not Free at All. You can’t do much with the free version. It doesn’t even let you take a simple screenshot. Don’t even download it. There are better cheaper (or even free) apps ‼️

Not as good as it seems. The editing tools are not as good as they appear in the demos! The heal tool does not remove an unwanted object without smudging the scene around it. As well, the sky tool is a farce - patchy job at best!

Update. Loved this app but since the update it’s too slow to use and is not the app I originally enjoyed. Received an email response and pending reply to requested email. Hopefully the issue can be fixed.

Terrible direction Since New Ownership. Wow! What was once a serious app to bring beautiful skies to photos has turned into a gimmicky cartoon of hearts and Santa sleighs flying in the skies. Fine if you want to include them but why would you ever get rid of the past skies which were unique and exuded professionalism. Also your ad is misleading as you show skies which you have deleted from this app.

Not as advertised. I downloaded this based on an ad that purported to show that you can use the app to erase entire people, objects, etc from a scene. This doesn’t do that. The free/sample version at least. All it does is smudge the object into oblivion but then leaves smudges on the rest of the image which means you can tell it was altered. Not clean at all. Maybe if you pay the $85 for the full version you’d get better tools but I’m not paying to take that guess.

Bring back “Primers”. Bought the app, loved it and they suddenly decided to remove Primers. Not happy with the decision. The app now is no good than any other app in the same genre.

No free version. Pay to test.. Sky look good on small devices like phones but could look fake in bigger devices like tablets or laptops. Demo mode only allows you to test in photos specifically taken for the app. No way to test the app on your own photos unless you pay. Quite expensive subscription for few features. Will check the app again after few versions. Won’t spend my money for limited time use.

Have to pay. Only the basic options are free and if you want to save your edited photo directly from the app you have to pay. There are many better editing apps don’t waste your time on this one.

The worst. If you use the heal it leaves a smudge and you can’t save the photo without paying for light leap pro and you can’t screenshot and I don’t see the point in this app except to waste money. Deleted the app as soon as I figured this out.

False advertising, does not do what it showed in the ad.. False advertisement. You cannot edit out people or objects from your photos as shown in their Facebook and Instagram ads. Also, the effects (Storm, night, etc) also do not show in your photos. Stay away from these scammers.

What a scam buying from the App Store. See all the ads for Lightleap removing people from an image. I paid for the yearly subscription and the heal function that removes people isn’t part of the program...that’s obviously extra...what a rip off. I can’t see anywhere on the Apple App Store where I can get a refund. The AppStore app is getting deleted off all of my Apple Products....what a scam...

App keeps crashing - not able to export photos. I’ve paid for the premium subscription of this app for the past 2 years, typically with great results and makes editing my photos easy. Unfortunately recently, the app continues to crash (consistently) and doesn’t allow me to export photos (if it works long enough to actually edit something). This is making it unusable and is quite upsetting since I recently just renewed my annual subscription!! Please develop an update to fix these issues!

PLEASE BRING THE OLD PRESETS BACK!!!. I been a absolute fan of all this apps. I purchased Enlight back when it came out and I’ve been a happy customer. About three months ago I discovered this app and I loved it so much. Had some amazing presets that gave my photos life. Now I’m so disappointed!!! The last big update they removed all my favorite presets and I was heartbroken. I am so ready to pay full price for this app if you can give back the old ones. Thank you!

Good app.. Overall I think it is a decent editing app. There are a few things I would change though. First of all if you don’t have pro there are not many options that you could choose to edit your photos. Another problem is when you try to screenshot the little owl shows up and tries to make you buy quick shop pro. I think that that is very annoying. I like to screenshot edits from certain apps and bring them into other editing apps so I can edit them and make them my own. With this app I think I do not have a lot of options and I cannot be creative. Thank you.

BE AWARE: pricing MISLEADING. I thought I was paying 2.99 per month which i am okay with, I don’t need this app every month so I didn’t want to get the yearly subscription. However, your app is misleading and I accidentally paid for a whole year even though I thought I was paying for just one month. Guys, we are literally in a recession, I am angry! You cant do that. I only paid to edit the sky, and I wish other features were good but they’re not, there are better apps to do professional work. And of course no one is going to give me the money back because “it’s my fault”. Just saying - BE AWARE!

Was it just me or was the sky edit feature way better before ?. Sky change feature used to be a gem -easy to use snd looked great now it just doesn’t work the same way. Looks like you’ve added lots of fun features but haven’t been using the app anymore because the sky feature is now limited and doesn’t seem to look as good as it used to. If there’s a way got you to bring that back-I’d love to use the app again-made a lot of great edits on it previously ✨🙌🏼

Needs crucial improvements for Pro workflow. This application is amazing for small batches of work. Once you handle 30+ RAW images at a time it can’t handle it and after 2-3 batch’s it crashes and becomes really slow to the point deleting it every 2-3 sets of pictures will return it to normal. Please answer your support email line where I’m trying to work with you on fixing the issue or I will be leaving to Adobe or another provider by the end of next month September.

Hate the new sky filters. Loved this app until the new update. Like others mentioned, they decided to take out some of the preset sky filters that were on the old update that were great and realistic. They replaced it with these new sky filters that look so unrealistic. Really upset that they took the old sky filters out because I was working on a project using those for consistency and now I have to delete this app because it just doesn’t have the old filters I liked. Such a shame because I loved it but now it’s not very useful unless they bring the old ones back.

Broken?. I got an iPhone 11 pro, and updated to the newest version of Quickshot. One or both of those things broke the “Save Copy” function so I can no longer save my edited photos to the camera roll. It says it worked, but then it doesn’t actually show up in the camera roll. Used to work just fine! Used to love this app!

The blur edit doesn’t work. I bought this app and yes I did like the filters but the option to fade out the ‘background’ wasn’t at all like what they wrote or showed it as! The background does fade but then it takes half the object in the picture I'm trying to focus on and blurred it out too!! And I would understand if there was a ‘brush’ that you could use to just swipe away the unwanted blur but there isn’t one... so I would think twice about purchasing this app cause you’re gonna pay $20 just for filters (cause the blurry part of this editing app doesn’t work at all )when there’s more apps out there for less $$!

Great App!. I found this app from an add on Instagram. I was really intrigued because it showed how you could edit the sky and I thought that was super cool. Anyways, tried it out and it works great! (Even for the free version) Personally, I thought paying monthly for the pro version was too expensive. If it were just a flat payment of like, 2 to 5 dollars, I would totally pay for it!

Professional & Casual Artist & Editor. I love this app & it’s features; I only wish they’d update the sky tool so new images were available. I used to pay per month for the app but have since done a one time purchase & the sky images never updated. Would be cool if they updated them with new images. On another note, I use this app for all my social media edits without having to get to my laptop to use photoshop.

Not very good. I downloaded this app to try out. When editing a picture to remove the things I wanted. It would remove it but left the photo blurry and not clear as the ad advertised. Also when trying to apply effects it did nothing as far as making a background like clouds. That was the only one I tried bc the rest of the effects did nothing. Not to mention it wasn’t a $20 to be able to use the app. No thank you I will save my money bc this app is not worth it.

I love the app amazing. All of you that are reading this right now you should literally buy this app it is amazing you could get your own pictures and design it and then after that you could actually save it or actually make it move it’s amazing guys get this app a mediately share a list of family members and friends it’s amazing get this app right now you’ll love it my kids love it too they got it on their iPads I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it loads, it’s fantastic…. Been using this app for the past few years. It’s features are excellent, but it takes forever to load for some reason. Every time I make an adjustment, the app freezes for about a minute before I can make the next adjustment. Additionally, for the past few months, the app has been crashing on startup. It usually takes a few attempts before it will *sometimes* start working. These issues aside, this app is an absolute winner!

Greedy. This app is SO greedy. They want an excessive amount of money for everything and even if you screen shot something for minor personal use they corrupt your screen shot. I don’t use this crap for anything public. I have better apps for that on my iPad and laptop. I just use this on my phone for tiny fixes and they want hundreds of dollars for it? Get over yourself. The whole rest of the world is making a killing by allowing ads and levels of use for every kind of user. It’s obvious you’re not interested in the different levels of users you have. You just want the money. Byeeee

Bait & Switch. I downloaded the app, excited to try it out. It was listed in the App Store as free. But once you download it, you find that you can't use it on your pictures unless you buy a subscription. {DELETE} Unless I missed it, you need to add somewhere in the description that it is a subscription based app, so people don't waste time and space downloading the app only to potentially be disappointed that they have to "pay to play".

Well.... it's no longer loading & wont open. This was my go-to photo processing app. It's literally the best one out there. But now for some reason it's no longer working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I'm a professional photographer and this app is the best on-the-go. I'd really like to use it again especially since I paid for the Pro Version.

Premium user - app keeps crashing. To start off I pay for premium in this app. I like that you can save filters and name them, it helps to keep all of my Instagram feeds organized with the different filters. I gladly pay to have that feature HOWEVER!!! In the past few weeks, the app crashes so much. It seems everything is broken. It used to be amazing when it had a different name, but mow it is horrible. I’ve tried updating it and now the app won’t even open. It’s ridiculous when you can’t use a paid service, let alone a free app. Please fix this :( It was such a good app, nothing else compares for me.

Crashing is MADDENING!!!. I've used this app for over a year as an editing tool for my small business and have absolutely loved it up until about a month or so ago. The app crashes in the middle of a batch edit and even worse, in the middle of a batch upload - making it extremely difficult to identify the images in the iPhoto library that have already been edited/which ones still need exporting from the app. As a premium user, this is incredibly disappointing and has me looking for another editing tool that has batch edit/export functionality. Frustrated is an understatement.

Good but one problem. I love to take pictures and edit them to make them look really nice and this app looked perfect. It worked really well for the first few pictures I did but then when I chose a picture from my camera roll the screen blacked out then reopened on the home screen. I tried again but this time it happened again but my whole phone turned off. It keeps on happening.🙁😠 Please get this fixed.

Five star app, 1 star pricing. This app is amazing along with the other videoleap apps HOWEVER, I and others believe that the app would be even better without having to pay for everything. Just an opinion. You can the prices on everything but maybe remove the price on the healing tool PLEASE! THATS ALL I WANT! 😊Thank you! Another Company Invading Privacy. Before even downloading this app, be sure to check out the (Invasion of) Privacy Policy practiced by this presumptuous, intrusive, disrespectful developer flouting the importance of privacy and responsible self-restraint in the gathering of personal information. (A link to this policy can be found at the bottom of the app’s App Store page.) As confessed in the policy, the company’s apps collect personal identifiers, IP address, location, advert tracking, and more. Seriously? The policy acknowledges the rights of EU residents to access, delete, etc. their harvested info—obviously coerced compliance with GDPR. Nothing on user rights outside the EU. Shameful. No set of filters is worth it. Trashed. Peek through someone else’s window.

Requires subscription technically. I was able to use the app, but I couldn’t apply changes to photo without subscribing. Every time I edit and try to do more to the photo, I got a pop up to subscribe and cancel at any time. No thank you. Besides, the photo I used didn’t even properly delete the background. I don’t like feeling deceived. I downloaded this app and had to sign into my google account and I don’t even know how much info they have about me just to try an app that I have to pay for to enjoy. Especially when I read that there was no fee to try. Technically it is. I’m uninstalling.

Removed best tools after I purchased. I loved this app and paid for it in full because their “Primers” were SO amazing. Then the Primers just mysteriously disappeared. I used the Customer Support to ask what happened and no one replied. What a waste of money. I don’t need any more basic filters, thanks. I wanted those Primers. That is what I paid for.

Fix it with your finger!. Impressed! When I want to share a photo and it has some flaws in the background, or something was a part of my life and though the best picture except for that, a swipe or few and the background recreates it’s self. You can save to photos as copy or replace by importing it. Love having the power to share what pertains to my happy moments.

Need a FREE trial period!. What I tried so far with removing an unwanted element from a photo was not at all impressive. It might have been me, but I doubt it as most options were blocked. Even PhotoShop gives a trial period. Update: I read your response. I’m not buying an app if I can’t ‘try’ out all the options. When I tried the option to remove unwanted items in the photo, it was poor. I like this app in concept but not buying until I can see if it works. You have too many review that mention how difficult it is to cancel once folks have purchased. Not interested in getting into hassles.

Took away editing options after paying for a subscription. I purchased this app and Lightleap went and changed it after my purchase. I no longer have access to the sky view, primers, or portrait options. I will review poorly in lieu of this. Heck, my phone’s camera gives me the basics this app now offers. Pathetic swindlers.

A Great App!. I think this is an amazing app, they have loads of options that help you customize your picture with ease. There was only one thing I would change which was making more filters, backgrounds and etc., there are enough but the nicer one you would have to buy/ pay monthly which I don’t favor. But overall I love this app and i think it is very reliable because you don’t have to sign up or pay to use this app. 👍🏼

Heal doesn’t really work. The “heal” feature they advertise doesn’t work very well at all. If you take someone out of a picture then try using any other feature (sky, sparkle, etc.) the silhouette of whoever you removed is still there rendering all other edits useless. Additionally, it’s really bad at determining what colors should be replacing what was removed and you can’t help pick from somewhere else in the image, like this is his shirt, it should be grey not pitch black. There’s also only one width making it very hard to be accurate. Otherwise the app is nice but this feature needs a lot of improvement to be functional.

The best photo editor. This app has given my Instagram feed such a boost! Very natural edits and filters and very easy to manipulate and customize. The team at Enlight is very responsive to their customers. They had taken away a feature I use a LOT and I contacted them and they did put the feature back in. Thank you so much. This app is great free, but also well worth the premium. Get it, you will be glad you did!

Was great, ruined it with update.. This app was great then they did a force update that took away the ability to move the elements like light rays around the photo to where they looked best. Now you can only add cookie cutter overlays and elements to your photo. Please allow those of us that are lifetime subscribers to go back to the old version and don’t force updates on users. Or at-least bring back the ability to move elements wherever the user feels they look best.

Do NOT purchase. I have tried and use over two dozen photo apps and I still use a few of my favorites on a daily to weekly basis. I took the leap and purchased this app against my better judgement. Here's the thing.... read the reviews. There is a pattern that indicates what I found. The extremely high cost of this app is crazy. You can get the EXACT same features from other apps for free or for a fraction of the costs. I purchased this app for the $20 fee. I tried it for two days and was appalled how limited it's features were for the costs. I cancelled my subscription and received a refund. I gave it one-star because it does offer editing features but the value is not there.

Going Pro. i have not paid a subscription. i love the photo i edited with this app, but... i am not able to save it, without going pro. i think that we should be able to save the photo edited without going pro. i think this should change!! if your gonna allow us to edit our photos without going pro, we should be able to save them. a lot of people play around with the app before paying a subscription and that’s my case. pleaseeeeeee just let us save the photos you allow us to edit

Good app, but recently deleted a bunch of overlays. I’ve been using this app consistently to edit my photos and love it. However, after not using it for 4 days it seems like they have updated the UI design and got rid of a bunch of the overlays and elements. Yes they added some new ones, but that doesn’t mean they should delete any (it really doesn’t make sense)! I’m so bummed because now I can’t keep the same aesthetic in my photos.

Love it. Wish I could just buy it outright. Fix it!. Fast and powerful. No complicated crap like photoshop. Never been able to use photoshop because it’s too complicated. You literally need a degree to do a simple thing like adding an image to another. You can’t do that here either but editing a portrait is simple and fast. I use several apps to get the desired effect but you can’t have everything. I’m not buying another subscription next year.

One thing.... I saw advertisements all over Instagram for this app. I thought it would be cool, so I downloaded it. I loved this app!! It has so many choices and things you can do to spice up your photos! Then I found out that I have to pay to save my photo. When I try to screenshot it, there is a photo that shows saying, "Really? Want your real shot? DON'T SCREENSHOT, GET LIGHTLEAP PRO!" (yes, there were actually caps on that sentence.) This is so annoying! Highly suggest PicsArt or PhotoLab. (unless you know the screenshot hack 😉)

This is great weeks ago. It was suppose to be my go to for sky replacement until this series of latest updates. Now they limit the sky to a point that you wont have any other choice but to buy. My previous sky i am using weeks ago is no longer there. It seems like it became worst when trying to select for a sky. Not good at all. Removing skies that are free before and nowhere to be found. Thats not improvement. The developer replied that there is going to be improvements to next updates but did never come. Just bring the old free sky that we are using before if not i will just have to remove this since there is no use. Beware at the tutorial. Its not anymore like that in the video. Very deceiving.

Wonderful way to quickly edit photos. I lead a very busy life and rarely have time to edit photos. But I paid the lifetime price and within 15 minutes had edited 6-7 photos. I love some of the features such a being able to “level the photo” if the item was taken at an angle; it is in the cropping section. Now I can do something productive when waiting for appointments. Thank you to the developers.

Old overlays were so much better. i have been using this app for three years and i was so in love with it and its effects but since the last update you ruined all the fun. Most of the new overlays and effects are horrible and belong to 2000s. All the good ones are gone which is weird!! Add new overlays all the way you want but dont remove the old ones especially if that addition is so lame! I hope the next update returns the old overlays and effects cause this version is so disappointing

So disappointed….. I ADORED the Enlight app. It was simple to use yet elegant and sophisticated. I completely understand having to charge for the app and I would’ve paid for it. Instead, you offer a number of different apps that are confusing and frustrating. I mistakenly hit the year subscription for the pro pack. If I had a choice I would undo that again. I do like the Photoleap app but many of the others I find rather useless and difficult to use. I wish you would back up and offer the original enlight app for how ever much money you want to make.

Looks great but. EDIT : my bad! The developers corrected me on how to be able to save my projects without having to go pro. I take back my words. This is what I had written previously : Its just a gimmick to get you to download it. There is not much free on it. For example any sky edit or filters edit one can not save or export the image. Apparently HAVE to purchase it to be able to use even the most basic functionalities. It looks like an amazing app - but definitely not if you are looking for even a bit of free goodies.

What a scam. How hard is it to just charge for an app? There’s really no reason to have a free download if you can’t actually do ANYTHING for free. Within the five minutes i used it to see if I liked it, it probably asked me 10 times to upgrade to pro. I played around with a picture and tried to export thinking there would be a watermark or something... nope, can’t even save one single picture with the free part of the app. Screenshot? Blocked. Put a watermark on it or make people pay to purchase your app and be honest up front. Even though I liked the features of the app, I refuse to buy it now because of how sneaky and persistent it is about buying their expensive plans.

App is constantly crashing. I am running this app on two different iPhones (one running iOS 16 and the other on iOS 17 in public beta version). The app barely starts on iOS 17 and crashes right away- I have deleted and reinstalled it, restarted the device without any success. On the phone running iOS 16, the app would start but will crash fairly soon after. A restart of the app sometimes works. I absolutely love the app and would like to continue using it. I hope an update is available in the App Store soon that rectifies these crash issues.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Typical of so many apps in the App Store, the “free” download is really just an underwhelming demo that requires recurring fees (a.k.a., a subscription) to do anything useful. Well, I guess they do offer an overpriced option to buy it for about $80 USD. The sky replacement works well enough, but I don’t see any option to upload a custom sky from one’s camera roll. So all the skies will look preposterously identical. Even the baked in skies don’t seem to allow any customization such as a simple mirrored flip or horizon positioning. It’s a shame since the sky detection algorithm seems to be fairly good.

Latest update on Sky feature. The one of the major reasons i paid for this app was that their cloud feature was extremely good. It used to blend perfectly with the surroundings but it doesn't do it anymore. They have added so many different cloud features but they aren't that good as they were before. Like seriously I feel that was THE only reason I paid 70$ for the entire app. But I dont feel good anymore. They have really cool primers. I would seriously love to see app going back to their reduced cloud feature but they blending perfectly with environment. Wish i could upload a image and show you difference.

Worth Price. I can’t believe all of the amazing things you can do with this app. I mean, you can change the weather in the background to reflect a sunny day instead of rainy, turn photos into vintage looking pieces in a matter of seconds, and my favorite, it leaves you a copy of the “original” photo. This is a must have for those who really like taking pics and then turning them into amazing gifts for people that will blow their minds.

It seems to do what they show... I would find this app more useful I I could use my own images for the sky and not all of the pre-made ones. Really the powerful part of this app for me was that I did not have to crop out the sky as it does all the selection work for you but I can’t use the sky images I actually want. (Ones I took) If you like some type of fee and not as much control for the price you pay then here you go. This is my opinion so don’t get butthurt. Also as I said the app does everything they say it does.

Having trouble, this past week!. Longtime user here👋🏻👋🏻; since first offering!! i do give you 5 stars!! So very cool, with layers of editing choices, easy interface and bonus tutorials!! However, am having trouble with Text. It goes as far as texting, and my choices there in-but then freezes. i recently updated. i powered out, a few times...help??

Just wants your money. Cant even save a photo with minimal edits. Even when you should have ONE “free export “ that they so generously offer you, but instead of saving the app just closes and doesn’t save your photo... cant even screen shot your work to show a friend in its small scale with all the tool icons still on the screen as there is no full screen viewing... as they are so hard up to get your money if you do screen shot they insert an image tell you to buy the pro version... cant even screenshot your own image that you took... with the “free” adjustments????? Really... ill be deleting this app shortly.. and definitely recommending all my followers / friends and other drone photographers to do the same. honestly DONT WAIST YOUR TIME
