Simple yet creative. I love this app for it’s diversified options that are easy to navigate. I’m never confused about how a feature works. Some of my favorite features include the ability to choose from a wide range of moods, being prompted to breathe in tandem with visuals, and surprisingly fun artistic games. I use mental health apps to track my mood more scientifically, but this app makes mindfulness and gratitude fun and accessible, even in the free version.

App stuck in “Offline Mode” on iPhone 8 Plus. I’d love to give this app 5 stars because it really is terrific. It works fine on my iPad, but in my iPhone 8 Plus I repeatedly get this message: “Offline Mode: The app is now in offline mode. Some functionality may not be available.” I have deleted and re-downloaded the app at least 4 times. More frustratingly I’ve sent two tickets to the Happy Not Perfect support team, but no response. What gives, people??

So Torn.... So torn on how to review this app. The app itself is inventive, quirky, useful, and always leaves me with a smile. It does make my day happier! The developers seem very reactive to user feedback, even if it’s not apparent in these reviews. Constant new content. But (oh, I hate this but), it’s really expensive relative to the quality. Like, it’s the same price as Calm, which regularly goes on further sale. This is a great app, but not Calm great. I get that the lovely and responsive developers and meditation leaders have to eat, but it’s going to be a big barrier for new (or less well off) users. Tl;dnr: honeys, if you got extra $$ laying around, it’s worth it. If you don’t, you’re in the same boat as me, we’ll sail on less happy and still not perfect ⛵️

Mental Release :). I’m a fan of any app that can improve mental clarity and reduce stress. Today, it’s so important that we focus more on our state of mind and turn down the noise a bit. This app is fun to use and offers a variety of ways to do just that. I’ve struggled with keeping a mediation routine, but this really helps to make it fun and relaxing!

Calming. I’ve been through years of therapy, DBT, and mindfulness exercises. During all of that I felt silly and uncomfortable, but with using this app it’s slowly becoming less uncomfortable and I don’t feel silly doing it. I like this app because I can do it alone in the comfort of my own bedroom instead of a room with multiple other people. This app does help me calm down and feel more relaxed, I do recommend it.

Awesome, but. Love the app and the concept and everything about it excccept one exercise in my daily refresh wont work and it’s frustrating because then I have to start over and hope I don’t get the same exercise if I want to make it to the 3 min meditation at the end. I guess the ball and maze exercise doesn’t work on the iPhone 6?

Wonderful app!. I have chronic ptsd and this app is really making a difference! I’m staying in a domestic violence shelter with my 3 year old son, I’m under constant threat of his father and grandma trying to take him from me & daily harassment, torture and emotional abuse. Even in this very difficult, vulnerable and scary place in my life, I can find a little refuge in HappyNotPerfect.

Wonderful for everyone :). Recently been struggling more so than usual with anxiety/depression - this is a great way to start my morning and definitely improves my mood. I think it’s a wonderful way to ground yourself to and work on choosing the good. I only have the free version, but the morning refresh is still fantastic. Usually I have to write something I’m grateful for, so some breathing, put kindness out into the world, and then a short meditation. There are other things included (like a calming maze) but those aren’t current every day. Even if you don’t struggle with mental health this is a great way to start doing more self care!

Unique. I like this app a lot. It’s a unique take on the current trend of apps to help with stress, and it’s a lot more accessible than most apps in that category, because it doesn’t require in depth meditation or anything. Also, I saw some people complaining that some features were locked, and want to address that: Of course it would be great if everything was free, but it’s not realistic. Games can get away with inserting advertisement videos into the game play but with an app like this, which is focused on centering/meditation/etc, ads would be super jarring and interrupt the flow of the Refresh, which could effectively nullify the entire intent of the app.

Great app for mental hygiene. I love the quickness of it. When I only have a minute at work, I can choose to deep breathe for 30 seconds while looking at a visual like a happy face ballon and hear beautiful relaxing music- or opt for a longer meditation. I like how I can pick a feeling, and then journal about it and do a gratitude list which helps especially if I’m struggling- daily doses are great and the whole app is user friendly and finally, I love the positive sayings that I can save to my photos and send to friends. Good job with this one!!!

Um what??. Literally two days and I’ve noticed a difference. Even on the first day, I noticed one. I have really bad insomnia, but I slept completely last night, and probably will tonight too. My overthinking disappeared, and the sleep feature knocked me out. All of this, FOR FREE!! So much you can get without a membership on this app. Will be using this for the rest of my life. ✌️

First meditation app that I use regularly. I am generally anxious and terrible at meditating even though I know it’s good for me. This is the first app that I’ve stuck with in a routine and I’ve tried quite a few. I really do feel better for it. Highly recommended for reluctant meditators!

LOVE IT. One request.... Love this app. I met Poppy Jamie in person and her dedication to making this the perfect app for meditation was evident in every word she spoke about it. My only ask is that the first bit of the happiness workout have more positive emotions! I think a huge part of any healing/meditative process is recognizing and rewarding good feelings. Thanks for an amazing user experience!

It’s fun and easy and effective. I’ve done a bunch of these but I didn’t really stick with them. This one makes me want to open it every once in a while. There’s something about the way it helps me let go that really calms me. I would recommend it to anyone who needs help learning to relax and let go. 💕

Mostly good, a few tweaks would be great. I really like this app, and I like that it mixes up things for the daily refresh, and that it uses a variety of coping mechanisms (breathing exercises, personal challenges, gratitude journal) but I have a few small issues: 1) I don’t like that it advertises the subscription partway through the daily refresh. I always almost hit subscribe, which I’m assuming is the intention, which I think is a really deceptive and disingenuous way of trying to get people to subscribe. 2) It kind of bothers me that it gives you a limited list of emotion descriptors (eg, somedays I’m tired, but it doesn’t give me that as an option) It would be nice if you could scroll through the whole list of descriptors every single time, instead of just hoping that the correct one will pop up.

Different but good. This app is a breath of fresh air because it’s not like the typical mediation apps. I like how it gives you so many tasks to do in five minutes that just improves your mood at that moment. You can breathe, write in a journal, and play mind games. I feel like it doesn’t just get you to sit and meditate, but actually gets your mind to work while relaxing.

Love It!. I never rate apps, but this one deserves a Grammy! It’s so inspirational and really helps. I have seen so many improvements in myself using this app. Everyone I have recommended the app to, says the same! You can really be yourself and it’s so stress free afterwards! Only thing is, if you don’t have the Premium Pass you don’t have access to much :(

Great app but less "free" than before. I've had this app for a while now (years). It's a stellar app. The 'happiness workout' that used to just be a small reprieve in my hectic day costs money now. It used to be free. I only noticed it happened when covid happened so it seemed like a greedy move though it could be for any reason really. You still have access to most of the tools of the happiness workout for free but the meditations for this part of the app have been locked. They have other basic, free meditations you can use which are great still but the 'happiness workout' just set them apart from the rest of the apps. This change made me sad. I have used the app as a paid member and free member and didn't find I was using it enough to pay for it. If you can pay the 60 or so dollars a year for the app, and actually use it more than I was, then you're getting a very solid meditation app.

Why so much $$?. I liked the look, feel and idea of this app but when I began to explore to see what it was like I quickly realized that most features are locked and the app is not functional without a paid membership. I really couldn’t even tell what the app was like without continually getting pop up screens to pay. Surely there’s another way... you should be able to fully demonstrate what the app is like so people have an understanding of what they are getting. At one point I was asked to pay for a $60 membership and that gave me a great deal of anxiety; )

Best App I Have Ever Downloaded. I use Happy Not Perfect at least three times a day. It is amazing at helping me decompress after a long day at work and puts me to sleep every single night. I have had problems with falling asleep and staying asleep in the past but with this app I no longer have any sleeping problems.

☹️why $$. Great and everything i need. I love it so much! This app is perfect, cool, and brilliant. But i cant pay a subscription! I know you need money somehow, but this should all be offered for free.💰 Im sad because it is a wonderful app. If you don’t wanna spend money on this, it will still work. But most of the good features are locked 🔒 😞 Edit: i’m back, just want to say i hate this app. They ask for money and tease you with the great features but everything needs a subscription! Great app until recently…. This app had genuinely assisted in combating my anxiety and depression. The daily breathing exercises, meditations and journaling have been very helpful in helping me grow along my mental health journey. Normally I would rate an app like this 5/5…but over the past couple months I have not been able to access it due to a bug in the system :(. An update hasn’t been done in years and I’m really hoping the problem gets resolved soon!

Happy not perfect. Voices, timing, rewards, games, challenge are all very good. I love how a grateful journal is kept and can be referred to while the stress journal is virtually burned so can’t be seen again. I don’t like that in order to “send a good vibe” of positive mojo or great picture it sends the add for the app to the person. After learning this I never send the good vibe. This is very unfortunate as the people I would send to at ver receptive to this type of app. I may mention the app but you lose a a great deal of opportunity because I won’t tag advertising when I want to do something good for someone.

Love the app, but needs some speed improvements. This app is great, and so good for my mental health — I've recommended it to countless people. The one issue I’ve been having for months is that the app takes up to a minute to open. This is super irritating and frustrating especially when trying to access a tool that is supposed to help keep you calm! Is there any plan to fix this? I cancelled my paid membership because of it.

Kills phone battery. I used this for a sleep meditation, so I fell asleep. The app seems great, but then you can’t keep listening to the meditation without you phone unlocked. Then if you fall asleep it also prevents the automatic phone lock from working. I woke up to my phone still lit up from 8 hours earlier and my battery almost depleted. Not really the ideal….

Just what the doctor ordered. Are usually don’t like paying for apps like this because in the past I’ve not used it consistently. But I look forward to the next day tapping on this for the daily refresh and all the little different things that it does like a daily challenge and reminding you to be grateful. Even a silly little drying that brings out the kidding you. In the chaotic busy world we live in today this app is great for reminding you to stop and smell the roses.

Suggestion. This app is great I love the interface and interaction. One thing, while I was creating my picture I must have accidentally clicked the check mark to save but I actually wasn’t finished and I wasn’t able to go back either. Maybe a back button should be installed 😏 Other than that I totally love this app.

Pay or Delete. I used this app before and they have updated to limit free features to 3 uses each. This was a very thoughtful app dedicated to bringing great features benefiting mental health to the masses via iPhone, but now it’s limited unless you pay. They aren’t asking a lot, and it’s reasonable for a business. It just feels a little cruel to build something so caring with such limits. IF I hadn’t used this app before I would’ve deleted it instantly bc I wouldn’t have been able to see enough to know the benefits of using this long term. Don’t waste your time if you aren’t willing to pay; instead breathe with app headspace, try the similar app #selfcare, use apps jour or gratitude...all these apps can do similar things, but don’t cut the features off after a short period of time. HappyNotPerfect has made a mistake to believe they are so unique that after three uses they can’t be replaced.

keeps me centered. I’m really enjoying this app. I find that it helps me stay centered and The affirmations are very helpful-It’s helped me to realize that I do have power in my thought patterns. But if I can adjust my thought patterns and pay attention to my modes of thought , i may be able to better align with my goals-It’s been very helpful in my journey of self empowerment and development-i tend to be critical of myself and this is helping me with that. -Thank you so much for creating this app. Blessings

Fantastic!. This is the best therapy app I have had so far, and I’ve had a lot! It offers variety and caters the activities to how you feel that day. It has been incredibly helpful to set aside 5 minutes at the beginning or end of my day to channel my thoughts, breath, and distract my mind and even send a friend some encouragement too! I have been recommending it to all my friends and coworkers and they love it too!

Just enough.. I’m using the free version and finding it really helpful. I like that I can try working on developing a habit before considering a subscription. (Please don’t ever take that away!) Love the graphics and the various options along with the reminder that these practices are backed by science. Well done!

I LOVE IT. I absolutely adore this app sm. I’m a teen and this helps me relax and also connect with myself. It feels good to be able to put a label on what I’m feeling. I think one of the best things is that it helps you feel calm with music and breathing, then you write whatever’s going wrong down and you burn it, which helps release that feeling. All in all I LOVE IT!!!

HappyNotPerfect. I just got this app yesterday and it is improving my positivity. I’m less anxious and love using the app like 4 times a day. Sometimes even more. I’m not even an adult but it makes me feel free and less anxious and self conscious. I like the excersizes and love writing down my mood. I give this a solid 5 out of 5. This app is good for all ages ranging from 11-70. All ages will love so download HappyNotPerfect today.

Really great for anxiety sufferers. I have anxiety and depression and this is one of the best apps I’ve seen (Moodpath is great for depression). I like that you have to pause and take 10 minutes 3 times a day to check in with yourself, do some deep breathing and meditation. The letting go and grateful diary are also good things. Sometimes I wish we had the option to save the letting go portion, but I get the whole “burning it means letting go of it” thing. The meditations could sometimes be better. But overall, a good app.

Soothing new content.. I’ve been relaxing through my stressed out workday by having some of these longer meditations on repeat in the background. Specifically the new beginner series has made learning to meditate very easy. Go check out the Frank Vogt series for beginners it’s great. And there’s some awesome stuff from dr sop about New Years resolutions and I feel better already.

Love this. I enjoy this app, the writing prompts everyday and acknowledging my emotions is such a good quick exercise. I do wish there were more positive words under the feelings list, seems that the negative feelings over power. Also I feel like what you get for paying the monthly fee vs what you get for free are about the same.

Good app needs refresh. This app is a great way for me to start my day. It allows me to check in with myself and set a good intention for the day. However, i’ve been doing it for a while, so it gets repetitive after a while. It needs updating with new quotes in the middle and new quotes at the end. Please refresh.

Amazing must have app!!. I have a arsenal of tools to piled up from going to psychiatrist and therapy for over 30 years. There will always be a time you hit a wall, sometimes it’s easy to climb over it and sometimes you get stuck and don’t know if you will be able to walk let alone climb your way out of bed. I used this app for 1 day and I’ve felt more weight lifted off of me,more happiness and gratitude and confidence than I have in over a year!! This app is a blessing for me,please keep up the good work and helping others!!!

😍 one suggestion. I love HappyNotPerfect because it helps if you are in a bad mood you can do the daily refresh witch is inhaling and exhaling for 30 seconds, 1minute or 2 minutes. One thing that can get changed is you don’t have to pay for things thats what I want because all the good messages (inspiring quotes) are locked and I wish you didn’t have to pay for it.

Gorgeous app for improving self-care. This is the only app review I’ve ever written, but I was feeling compelled to express my love for this app. I discovered it about 1.5 years ago when I was in the throes of depression following a painful separation. My self-care was so inconsistent. The “daily happiness workouts” have been such a blessing for me in terms of introducing a truly wonderful, well-rounded habit. I love that if I commit 10min to doing this in the morning, the app will nudge me through all the techniques associated will living more joyfully: deep breathing, checking in with my emotions, journaling, gratitude, goal setting, etc. It’s all designed so elegantly and I can honestly say that I noticed a shift after doing this for several weeks; the gratitude practice alone was worth the time. I am also so impressed with the wonderful library of content and enjoy exploring - especially when I’m having an off day. Great job Happy Not Perfect team!

I loved it until. I loved the app until they started charging you to use the basic features of the app. I honestly decided to delete it once I logged onto the app to try to do my Happiness Workout just to find that if I wanted to do that, I would now be charged monthly $10. As much as I do love the app and I believe that it helped, I’m not willing to pay $120/year for something that I only use when I’m having a particularly rough moment/time. If you’re willing to pay for it, do it, it’s a great app but there are other alternatives out there that you don’t have to pay for.

What I needed❤️. Just got this yesterday after seeing an article in one of my fashion magazines about it. I have used it twice and it has already helped me a million times more than other apps I have spent money on. Sometimes I don't need to meditate; I need to express how Im feeling, burn bad thoughts and just get the junk out and this helps me do that. Seeing all the options reminds me that I'm human and not the only one having off days. I love it.

One of the best. This is one of the better mental health apps that I’ve tried using. I love that it takes just a few minutes, but is so focused on the bite-size activities that help improve your day. LOVE the visuals and imagery (except for the skinny breathing girl in the crop top). I’ve only been using it for a week but I’m getting to a point where I want to start my day with it.

Could be better. I need you guys to fix something. I hate how some of the meditation sessions are mostly locked and most of the vibes are mostly locked too and we as the users deserve to have the freedom to use everything in this app Overall if you guys fix that and listen to what I had to say, then this app would be...... Great App!!. I really enjoyed this app, i use it to unwind as I’m about to go to sleep and I’ve noticed a difference of my mood when I go to sleep and when I wake up. I also notice just a change in my overall mood and I think it’s because you’re able to just write it out and express what you’re feeling as opposed to holding in. It’s also really good for people who don’t quite know how to express what they’re feeling, so they can still relieve those emotions while keeping it private!

Very unhappy. I was in the App Store and looking through apps that I may use on a daily basis. I ended up looking at the Happy Not Perfect app and was clicking through to read and figure out if it was an app I wanted to use. Somehow I got on the subscription page and tried to go back. After it was done loading it landed on a 1 year subscription and my finger print popped up to purchase on my phone. My thumb was already on the thumb scan and accepted a 1 year subscription, something I had no intention of doing. I reached out to cancel because I did not want to purchase and after weeks of waiting I still have not heard back. I have not used the app so Because I did not want to be charged for the services. No one has gotten back to me and they still have charged me the $80. Unfortunately, this has been an Awful experience and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.

Need more new content. I love your application and I do meditation everyday. But I found out that your sessions and the daily dose are always the same. I hope you can improve this issue, doesn't make sense if I listen the same advise everyday, specially if you pay every month. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻

Loved it at first. I loved this app when I first found it but it doesn’t have enough content. My goal is to use it several times a week and the content isn’t new or updated in the 9 months I’ve been using it. So each time I open or listen I hear the same. It would be fantastic if they had a year of u inquest content. If they had more it would be a five star app.

Favorite app!. This is such an amazing app and it makes my mornings so much better:) I 100% recommend. I’m 15 and use this every day(usually before school)and it feels great to take a break during the day! I don’t pay for premium but it’s still my favorite meditation app on the market, even out of some that I have paid for!

Good app emails bounce back. Good app with an interesting collection of mediations and tools. Only problem is the reminder function does not work and the emails bounce back.

Love App but Expensive to Purchase. I love this app as it reminds me every day to be mindful and let go. However, this app is far too expensive and I will not be upgrading. I have only rated this app with one star due to the price point, which needs reviewing. An annual amount for a yearly subscription would be more affordable of around $10 so that more people can access the benefits. Please consider :)

Effective. This app is not just one thing or one step, it is more effective because it tackles stress and anxiety from many angles, it’s a game, it’s meditation, it’s gratitude. It stops your brain’s negative loop by forcing it to do multiple activities and I think that’s what makes the difference for me. Plus It was a lovely change to have so much included for free. Perfect for beginners. I hated meditating but this app leaves me revitalised and awake after I’ve used it. The perfect thing in the morning to set your intentions for the day.

Fantastic break to calm you down. This is such a simple app to remind you to stop & check in with yourself. It teaches you the importance of taking stock of your day & articulating your feelings. You don’t have to invest an hour a day in meditation & journaling to reap similar benefits. Just a moment or 2 each day is a great start to becoming more mindful.

Genuinely happier and no where near doing it perfectly!. It helps me come back to myself every time and even surprises me with how effective it is when I think it won’t be able to help on an off day. Recommend to anyone sick of doing it all perfect and still not any happier.

I am a 17 year old female, and exactly the target audience of this app. However, I, like many other teens who work part time, an unable to commit to a subscription app that is so expensive. I enjoy this app. I’ve only been using the free version but there is a lot available! I personally love this app, I look forward to completing it daily. Also a great app to have handy to release some tension, thoughts or feelings. Is also a lot more productive and feels better then the standard apps: insta, fb, Twitter, etc. I highly recommend this app 😊

Amazing App. I’ve been using this app for the past year now and I got to say that it’s one of the longest running apps I’ve stuck with. I am currently using the full subscription and everyday do a daily meditation workout. One of my favourite parts about this app is it’s tools area where you can do a grateful journal and have a compassion diary. The daily reminders wake me up and get my day started as well as the word of the day. I would recommend this app to a friend or anyone looking for an app with great mediations and just to use as a diary or journal. The only suggestion I would make is, when choosing your daily mood to make more of a variety of the ones there. They have been the same ever since I started using the app. And also on the website, to restock on t-shirt sizes. There are some awesome merch but wasn’t able to get a size small in a long sleeve shirt. -K :)

Nice app. I would like to try a few more things in the free version.

Not worth subscribing. This has a sleek look and the workout is great. But very disappointed in the subscription. It’s very expensive and doesn’t really offer that much more. The choice of meditations is extremely limited compared to Headspace. I feel like I’ve been tricked by this trendy design for a lesser quality product. You get the daily workout for free anyway and that’s really the only good part of this app. However, even that gets repetitive. It’s the same meditations everyday. I can basically recite it to myself by heart at this point. Save your money.

Very effective and varied. Lots of different options of styles, topics, speakers. Very accessible. Free portion is valuable and sufficient in itself and not just a lure to pay, although there is a lot of quality paid content. It's short enough to allow you to add it to your life without having to carve out a chunk of your day. Above all, I feel better after I do it. Less "work" than other apps I have tried.

A great app. It’s a very simple exercise, but it helps to give yourself the push when you feel down. It helps make me feel a bit better and remind me that there are things to appreciate, even when the clouds are grey. My only complaint is that they try to push the premium version way too much.

Good. I have tried probably a dozen different apps for meditation and I think this is a really great app. I love the meditations and can really relax to many of the guides’ voices. The lovely accents help too, and you can tell they care about your feedback and your experience using the app. The refresh and daily dose features are awesome and the meditations are well done( Although, I sometimes feel like they can be longer at times.)However, I do think the cost of the annual subscription is a bit pricey. $100 CAN per year is a lot of money for an app. I understand there are different currency exchanges, but if the app had other features that would support its cost per year, then that would be a different story. There are other apps that offer more features for less such as Calm.

One of my new favorite apps. Never knew how much I needed those 7 minutes to myself in starting and ending my day. Only 7 minutes but makes so much difference in my perspective.

Love it, but could be much better. I love the app, but I encounter an issue almost every time I use it from being unable to edit a journal entry to having the meditations not playing or my streak not vient recorded… I really hope they address these issues soon. It has so much potential, but it’s not there yet.

A Suggestion. It’s a great app!! I love it there is so much content that has been helping my mental health. But with so many courses available, there is no way to keep track and remember the ones you have watched. A way to have available which ones you completed would be nice so you don’t re-listen to old videos. Thanks !!

Not fun - vicious loop. There’s a weird loop that tells me there’s a new version and when I click to install the new version it just takes me to click on open and when I click on open it says there’s a new version and it just keeps on going in this frustrating circle. Have not been able to actually use the app yet.

Letting go. I would recommend making the letting go activity longer. It always stops typing and I’m only half way done with my brain dump.

Once a favorite...... As someone with crippling anxiety, This used to be my go to app all day. The 7step workout was the best thing that could happen in my day, and I don’t remember having to pay for it (which was great cuz poor college student 👋🏼)! But now having to pay for it I can’t afford the subscription for the app and I’m super disappointed. GREAT APP- SO HELPFUL- SO USEFUL.... just can’t afford it anymore... so sad

Great Purchase!. I’ve been dealing with problems of my own and I totally forget on how I came across this app, but it was like a little ray of sunshine. I enjoy writing down my feelings and recognizing what I’m feeling. The only bad part is you have to pay for some features, but the app is very functional without paying any money.

I feel like they’ve stopped updating and why are they owned by Neopets?. I would rate this higher but I get the impression this is a mostly abandoned app at this point. No new material and something has said ‘temporarily unavailable’ for months. And the last update was a year ago. And the app owner changed?

Didn’t know I needed this until now. It’s like my virtual diary that allows me to express how I feel when I don’t have anyone to talk to about it. Very cool and unique and allows me to really think through thoughts when I’m feeling “meh”.

Not thought through. While this may work for some people, my very first impression is a strong negative one. I told the app I was feeling sad and when it asked why I wrote down that a friend is being taken off life support today and that my dog recently died. The very next page asked me to set fire to their names. This may be a logical thing for a response of anger… Unless it’s that your house just burned down and that’s why you’re angry. But not to sadness.

Great for daily mindfulness. The daily reminders to take a minute to breathe and refocus your mind are great and super helpful for managing anxiety. My only complaint is that there are way too many features that are locked behind a paywall. I understand they have to make money but over 90% of features require a micro transaction.

More access. I love the app so far, but I want additional access to excercises. I had another app similar to this one that did much better and I didn't have to pay a dime. I get that you want more people to subscribe, but give them something to subscribe to. What I'm doing now isn't much.

Love. My only issue with the app is that it keeps asking me to upgrade. I get it but still irritating. I do love the easy little exercises and I do think it’s important to be grateful for what you have even when you’re not feeling it.

I love the recent changes, however, I would like to see actual feeling words in step 1 instead of thinks like “ok” and “urrghh” these aren’t feelings. I liked the part where you could write something down and then burn it. Every so often I would open the app to do that and look around at the changes, and see if the subscription price had dropped to make it more affordable. But you just lost a fan and potential subscriber. :( Instant delete!

Big Problem. I am a therapist and wanted to recommend this app to clients because I think it would be useful. Unfortunately, the female body depicted in the breathing section is triggering because it’s perfect, the exact opposite of what you say you want the user to understand. Can you replace that image with practically anything but the perfect female abdomen?

Great app. This app always makes me feel better, know matter where I start from. I sometimes use the book Miracle Morning, but this is a quicker way to get a bit of that feeling.

Didn’t work from beginning. This app advertised everything I wanted. However, it would not open after the initial download. I turned on WiFi hoping it would create a better connection since it was raining, that did not help. I deleted the app and downloaded again, still would not open. All my other apps work just fine.

Disappointed. This app does not meet my needs at this time. I no longer have steady employment and cannot afford the monthly or yearly payment. So I go into the app; following the instructions for ending the trial period. There is no auto-renewal tab for me to turn off as suggested for cancellation. I’ve been round and round over the past 12 hours because I want to cancel and I’m feeling like a prisoner trapped in a horrible maze. Like I’m being forced to keep something I do not need or want... This does not bring happiness, it is far from not-perfect and boarders criminal. So I’m disappointed, dissatisfied, disgruntled and dismayed that you’ve made it so difficult to cancel the trial period! Where’s the happy, meditative, affirming peace in any of this?

Daily morning routine. I really love the simplicity of the app and common sense tools and steps to just calm down your mind and feelings. It’s a part of my day that I really enjoy and feel most like myself. I know I can’t go to the beach every day so this will suffice for NYC livin.

Lots of potential. I like the app. It has some positive moving features. Love the share with a friend. The one thing that could be better is the choice of moods. Sometimes you are none of the negative moods but aren’t really happy either. There could be a couple of neutral choices. Maybe tired. Chilling. Sleepy. Mellow. Content.

Currently TRIAL-ing it out. This app is pretty cool. I plan on unlocking premium soon. When setting a reminder I’m unable to see the times though I can hear them scrolling through. I’ve noticed some typos. But hey “not perfect” right? But please fix the reminder time scrolling thingy lol. I’m excited to continue using this app!

AMAZING. I first saw this and was like “ya ya it’s probably those apps were I have to like sub to them and all that stuff”.But I was wrong I go to school everyday with stress and this is very helpful too me and everyone who uses it.

It could be better. I like what it does for the most part but with Apple/iPhone it’s worse. The autocorrect features and lack of ability to go back and adjust your journal entries is incredibly frustrating and counterproductive. In summary, this app is both helpful and insanely aggravating.

Subscription based. I think this app would be useful and genuinely would benefit my life but you can’t do anything on the app without subscribing. What’s the point in the app being free? This is very disappointing. I’ll probably try other meditation apps even tho this one has great features. I don’t want another subscription especially for how expensive it is.

The meaningful, science-based prompts are designed to be helpful without all the fuss. I don’t feel like this is yet another “task” on the self-help journey. Great job.

Quick & easy. Although I try to meditate every day I don’t always find the time. I appreciate the daily reminder to take just a few minutes for refreshing. It really works and is doable in my life.

Great, but choppy. I love the content here and I'm still using the free sections of the app, but I don't think I can pay for a subscription. I'm probably one of the few who is bothered by it, but the scrolling is not smooth and it irritates me so much 🙁 If the scrolling wasn't so choppy, I would definitely purchase a sub.

SOL on refunds. I found most of the mediations to be pretty...light. And some of the voices irritating with mouth noises. I decided the app wasn’t at all for me after about two days and the app support was “happy to help” and then referred me to Apple where they said refunds were 100% Apple’s discretion. Awful customer service. I’d been shopping for meditation apps and found that Waking Up was an easy refund in a matter of hours. Happy Not Perfect... unhappy, nowhere near perfect.

I love this soooo much!. Once you get into the habit of doing this daily. I look forward to it and I know that if I need it more than one time a day that it’s always here for me! It gives me a great physical and emotional release.

Great app, more free features. I really love this app. It allows people to meditate without it being too complicated. However, most of the app is locked. Moment of Zen. Obviously this app is helpful and great! Nothing novel but at the same time crisp and modern. I look forward to opening it and starting.
