Incredible. Annie is awesome. We have more apps from this developer and all of them are just as great!

Cottage time. We often use this baby monitor for our cottage stays. We can with my husband to spend a pleasant time while keeping our little treasure insight.

so different after update. This app used to work great but it now is pretty horrible. Nothing changed on our end as far as networking goes, and it forced me to buy the cloud subscription even though we were only on the wifi in the house. incredibly disappointed and a waste of money.

Can not connect device. Me and my boyfriend got this app thinking it would be easy to connect and use but we been having difficulties we pitched it twice and still nothing maybe someone can help me

Multiplatform. I like it cause my wife has Android but I love Apple devices and we can both use this app without any glitches. Amazing for such a reasonable price 👍

Very helpful. It’s an all in all solid and reliable app. It’s got a lot of great features that other monitor just don’t have. I can watch my baby in the dark with the helpful nightlight, I can play songs from iTunes to my baby, I still get alerts when someone calls me and the baby monitor is active and the most helpful thing is being able to watch my three children separately on just my phone.

Horrible. Highly unsatisfied. I had high hopes for this app but it is so buggy i cant even begin to describe. 1. In baby mode you cannot play sounds from another app to baby eg white noise etc... if this is a marketed feature it does not work 2. Frequent crashes. 3. Video quality degrades as time goes by and eventually you need to restart app to make it work. 4. Audio feedback gets lost, and eventually you have to relly on frequently watching the video because you litterally cant trust the audio to work

Pairing with Android? Look elsewhere!. Do not get this app if the phone you are planning on connecting with is an Android. The app for Android which also costs money, continuously crashes.

Vacation time. We’ve been using this app on vacation A LOT. It works great on the wifi in the hotel and connects every time, even when me and my wife go out exploring the town. Our kids are already a little older so we can leave them alone for a couple hours but it’s always better to keep an eye just in case. Whenever there was a problem, I just presses the button with the microphone and talked to them about what’s going on.

Love. This baby monitor saved my vacation. We forgot our hardware nanny at home, but I must say BM5G is even better. Since I installed and paired the phones, I no longer use a baby camera other than BM5G.

App is garbage. It doesn’t work

Why??. I couldn’t explore the app after downloading without creating an account first. So I deleted the app, on to another...

YES!. I tried many monitors, finally one that works constantly and not only on the “good” days. This one has a nice layout and is easy to navigate and the video is consistent which is the main reason I’m loyal to this app.

Great baby monitor. We’ve had our first baby a few months back and ever since then we’ve been looking for a way how to manage naps and snacks. We use this app daily, mostly just really for the naps because at night, she sleeps with us in one room so there’s no need. It’s been very reliable and I like that it lets me know exactly how long she slept and when. I just like keeping track of things 😀

Useless as a video monitor. This app is useless as a video monitor. Because it cannot see in the dark, you cannot monitor your baby during a nap. The audio is good, though, but it cannot replace a traditional video monitor.

Does what it says. It's a great monitor. I got out of the mood to buy a real one. Really detailed in sound.

Super reliable. I use this app every day. As a mother of three, you gotta have something that will make life easier. Annie as I call the app lets me cover the basics like listen to my baby and see him on video. It’s quite reliable when set-up right. My man had to play with the settings a little to adjust the sound and level of noise to fit our room and baby boy so I’ve got that covered.

Doesn’t work!. I don’t recommend paying for this app or the subscription. We paid for the app on both my husbands phone and mine. And paid for a week of cloud subscription. The devices won’t connect to one another. Waste of money.

Best one yet. I’m so glad to have this app. I’ve tried many baby monitors and many of them are fine but I love the design and simplicity of Annie Baby Monitor and especially playing songs to my baby. And I’ve noticed the microphone is really sensitive, I can almost hear her breathing when it’s really quiet.

Great baby monitor. I can’t believe what a great baby monitor you can get for this price! It compared to normal baby monitor with video but costs like tenth of the price. And you can talk to your baby or play music from another device. That’s just amazing!

Do Not Recommend. I usually do not write reviews; however, felt strongly about taking the time to write this one. My husband and I were on vacation and forgot our baby monitor. I saw that this was an in app purchase and thought that I wouldn’t be charged until I made a purchase; however was charged the full amount through iTunes anyways. Additionally my husband had to get the account to use the second device, so we ended up purchasing twice. This entire app is confusing, misleading and has poor quality. I tried reaching out to the company to explain how the internet connection we had wasn’t working and I never heard back. As someone who is pretty proficient in technology I thought this app was bad and not worth the price. I’m watching my bank account the next few months because I’m not sure what the actual in app purchase is and if I got it.

Too complex. Installed it over a year ago on two devices and was using it. Now I’m trying to get it to work so I have to pay just to install it, then pay again to install it on another device! That’s stupid! I’m uninstalling this trash and will look for something else.

App Is Broken!. I’ve been using this app for two years, and it worked perfectly. After the “refreshed” update came through a few weeks ago, the app is completely broken! Often during the night, the app disconnects from the other monitor, or it will just stop transmitting audio all together and I cannot hear my children cry. The mute button is also broken - it doesn’t mute sounds a lot of the time, or it automatically un-mutes itself after a few seconds. This is such a disappointing update, as it’s made a perfectly-working app completely unusable. Unfortunately I won’t be able to get my money back, so I’m just going to find a different app instead.
