Wouldn’t be without it!. I am older but I do use a smart phone. I am not tech-savvy and what seems instinctive to my children is totally foreign to me. I probably use Pro-Tech 3-5 times a year when I need help figuring how to do something. They are patient, knowledgeable and always helpful. They helped me when I couldn’t get data while out of the US. They helped me get photos from my phone to the computer. They helped me when the phone wouldn’t ring. I cannot say enough kind words about them.

Weak Service. Unfortunately getting service in quite a few places is weak.,always dropping calls or having to resend me a signal at least once a month. You need to find out what Verizon is doing because you get service EVERYWHERE with them. Sorry to say. Maybe build more towers? Something needs to change . We figured going with AT&T would be a no brainer since you’ve been around for decades. Not the case your rated #3 you need to get to # 1. Lets see what you can do. Thanks and you asked.

Chat works again, but photo access prompt is a bit suspicious. So the chat function which was one of the bigger reasons I pay for this feature is now working again, so that’s good. But the first thing the app does when you launch it is ask for access to your photos, to be able to check on how much storage is being used apparently?? I’m not sure I’m too convinced by that (or even if it was true somehow, how it got approved for the App Store) but the app seems to work fine even if you deny this access.

Asurion. Today I had an appointment for 5:15 to get my battery replaced. I showed up and the person who filed my claim put it in as a screen issue causing me issues of getting my phone battery fixed. I have now waisted 3 hours of my life being passed around on the phone from agent to agent who has no idea how to cancel a claim and start a new one. Just to get a single person to cancel my claim and start a new one it took the effort and help of 5 different agents. I am not sure what in the Louisiana purchase is happening on the back end but it is absolutely out of control and completely unacceptable to do this to anyone. Communication is key to success, training is key to success, going above and beyond to help your constituents when you have failed them is the key to success. Overall good lord AT&T let’s get a new tech team to help because Asurion is definitely not about the business. If I could give zero stars I would. Some people tried to help and be kind but good lord it’s almost 7:15 and I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours trying to sort this out with them… don’t let this be you too.

Not the best experience. Ive never written a review. So this says a lot. I called customer service and they stated they could help then redirected me to the app. I downloaded it, never used it again during the phone call. After speaking to them on the phone, the agent started to get pretty sassy with me. After that phone call I decided to reach out via the app. Then they took forever to answer. They then redirected me to call instead. I messaged them back that I did do that. I never got a response back. I then messaged them back letting them know this was not helpful at all.

Even a panicky user helped. I checked in after days of frustration with a vendor that was resolved by changing key passwords. Which affected how my phone was working. No matter how calming the tech support rep was, I was determined the suggestion would not work. This tech was able to suggest a different way to approach the problem that helped me realize why the original plan was perfect. Good job with no frustration in the end!

The Solution. Since I purchased my new iPhone 11, the Protech app and their associates have been more than helpful with my questions. Their problem-solving has been on point. When I call they’re ready and able to respond quickly. Thank you. You all deserve a raise.

Great job, Jesus!. My experience with AT&T ProTech today was entirely different than my last season. The young man who help me stayed with me until he had someone from the engineer department confirm the problem would be fixed by tomorrow. The tech said he would call me back by the end of the day to follow up and someone from his team would call me in the morning to let me know when engineering would have the problem corrected.

Horrible app. I have had ProTech 4 on my wireless account. A long time user of the photo bucket app. When trying to problem solve issue with that thru the app is slow, easy time they direct me to use this app for faster service use this app and each time I try I sign in and then when I try to chat with an expert it tells me they don’t find a account with them and goes straight to trying to sell me some. What the heck? You pride yourselves in making money off customers by promoting how your tech support is amazing. But yet when you need that everything sends you in circles or you offer a slow very hard to explain and us chat bot. Very unhappy this us worst support EVER!! Amendment to above issue. So I got response to this and was told to contact them. I have. Going going on 3 days no reply from suggested hep. Guess they don’t value there customers

Calls dropped. Pitiful.. Three appointments in the same evening where calls were made to my phone and then dropped. Two of the three rolled to the post service survey without any contact with a technician. If I could speak to someone, they might be able to help w my syncing problem, but ATT cannot keep the line alive. Wasted over an hour trying to get help and am terribly sad that my phone upgrade doesn’t even do what my old phone did. This app is just a way for ATT to get you out of the store and settle for less functionality. At least I got a better camera....

First ProTech encounter pretty good. So I was sold the Qualcomm 3.0 wireless charger — which has to be plugged into a wall to work, which means it isn’t wireless in the important way, and you still have to plug something in. Because there’s no user info it’s hard to figure this all out. But Brianna, my tech, was patient and helped me through it. The outcome is that I need to return the “wireless” charger, but it’s all 5 stars for Brianna. AT&T? Not so much for selling me something that isn’t really useful.

Top notch customer service.. I was just looking into getting a replacement phone because my phone wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. I have called ATT tech support before with no resolve. I stumbled upon this app ( didn’t know it was apart of what I was already paying for). Reached out and the rep immediately fixed my problem. It’s been 6mths at least maybe more I’ve been dealing with this issue and using all my data. Throughout the whole morning the rep was always there and even updated when he would be away. This is an amazing service. Hands down!! Keep up the excellent customer service.

It’s about time AT&T...thank you!. This app has been my best experience with AT&T. Easy to use, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They’re super patient and walk you every step of the way. It’s quick access to service and hassle free. I wish this had been available a while back. I hope this app continues to be part of the services AT&T offers. To be honest, I was so frustrated with AT&T and the thought of have to ontact AT&T was awful. The use of this app and my experience has truly changed my how I feel about AT&T. I find they realized the void in customer service and took amazing leaps forward in creating this app. Bravo! Try it, you’ll thank me later.

Service. The customer service agents are polite but impossible to understand. Their headsets muffle their words and you keep having to ask them to repeat which makes the call much longer. The plan purchased thru ATT was not explained very well, so our area of Orlando does not have a repair center... seriously, Orlando isnt covered! So have to rely on the mail to get this repair made. It would be fine if I could understand the agent!!!!!

Best idea ever. It really helped me understand my iPhone 8 better than I have before. Didn’t really no this existed till I was told about it. I truly do thank this is a novel idea for the consumer. It truly helps me be better at things I didn’t know my phone did to things I need it to do. It can get quite annoying though with the notifications of suggestions. I recommend it anyone can especially my grandma who doesn’t understand technology well.

Thankful. Phoned for help several times and the ladies were awesome. Jasmine and Jakara were the best. Both ladies went above and beyond helping me. After Jakara reset and a couple of calls to Apple I was sure it would be a trip to the Apple store or AT&T. Later that evening everything started working and I was able to do an iCloud backup and my AT&T photo app finally finished loading. I a so very pleased. Thank you all!

Did not care. I reached out to a ProTech representative, and if I could give them 0 stars I would. My issue with my phone is that when not on WiFi I can’t send gifs, which isn’t the biggest deal (why it’s been a year and I haven’t looked much into it) but when I did I expected the issue to be resolved by a “professional”. The representative looked into some solutions, and had me answer a couple questions. Had me turn WiFi off and then send myself a gif and coincidentally it worked, and I reported it had expecting another task to be given to try. The representative ended it there, I stated it did not fix the task and the rep responded inferring I was an idiot, even though I stated I didn’t just want to talk to myself and it still wouldn’t work sending to others. The rep then ended the conversation by letting me submit my rating on how they did. No effort on their part to try and actually solve the issue. C, do better next time. That was sad.

Excellent Service!!. In this world of technological interfaces it is so satisfying that I can reach a live person that I can understand to help me. The two minute call saved me hours of redirecting web links that ultimately frustrate me enough to give up. I’ll continue to pay for this extra protection plan for all my devices because of the service that Elizabeth provided me today. I feel safer and confident knowing that help is a phone call away.

I can always count on you anytime. Any time I have any kind of issue with my IPhone even if it is something I could figure out if I played with the phone. I would write to pro tech and they would walk me through the issue. Everyone at AT&T protec is so nice and patient with me. I’m trying to get my brother and sister to change to AT$T just for this feature. It’s awesome.

Poor service. Did not respond to my online question. Also the tech support phone number you provide is not tech support. After much waiting each time and the same series of questions each time. I was rerouted 4 times and finally got a foreigner that was hard to understand and that person tired me out running back and forth doing the same testing over and over. Finally they decided I needed a repair man. He was great. Fixed the problem right away and checked all of the equipment to make sure it was working properly.

Review and feed back pertaining to my rating. Pro tech is awesome. I am new to apple and have their app. They came highly recommended but with that said I was still Leary and skeptical about them being able to assist me. I have terrible issues with any electronic device and am technologically challenged. Not illiterate well maybe partially, but I tend to go round and round and can’t seem to recall or know what’s the best and easiest way to use my smartphone. Pro tech not only assisted in my moment of crisis and duress. They continued helping and gave me numbers and links for services and continuing support. Other support and help centers usually hang up on me, get mad because I didn’t understand, yelled and me said I take too long and waste their time. Pro tech were and continue to be very courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable and proficient. The are also patient and understanding and do not judge. Pro tech is truly there to help and do everything they can and don’t give up until you are satisfied. Pro-tech has set the standard of what service help support bar so high that no one will be able to come close even if they improve three-fold from their so called best Way to go pro-tech You are my tech hero’s!!!! Thank you And to any one reading this I recommend using pro tech there is no better and I have used several can’t even count how many T.E-M.

Online chat. I spoke with Jasmine briefly about some help I needed to get into my apple account to get back all of my contacts off of my old SIM card but unfortunately ran out of time ! I had been trying all day to do it myself when I should’ve just called you guys at tech support and probably would have gotten it done in minutes instead of half a day ! I did want to make sure that Jasmine got her fair share of kudos for attempting to help my wife and I in the short time that we had to accomplish way more than time allotted us but all in all we most definitely had a very informative and pleasant time with the Assistance of your trusted tech support employee Jasmine and I personally believe that she definitely and unequivocally has earned a raise but we’ll leave the amount up to managements capable hands ! Thanks again for all the help we got after we decided to try to get that help way too late but it is what it is !

Business owner using ProTech. As a business owner ProTach definitely saves me time and money! It’s fast to use and the ProTech gurus are knowledgeable. When someone broke into our company car and robbed my employees, ProTech was a time saver when I needed replacement phone. Because this is a business account we had a lot of apps and such that we thought would take a week to get back! ProTech activated, restored, and had us up and running in 20 minutes via the Chat feature!!!! I would recommend ProTech to any business owner or persons on the go who don’t have time to wait on hold or run to the nearest store. Thanks ProTech!

Super helpful!. I did not know anything about this app until yesterday and I have been an Apple user for quite some time. I had issues with a replacement device so much so I finally got a replacement for the replacement and I utilized this app to help guide me through the setup process. The rep was courtesy and helpful. With the reps guidance I was set up in no time! Highly recommend this app to anyone who is with Apple.

Love pro tech. I have never had to use this app without getting an answer immediately! Am 65 and not especially tech savvy and have just started with iPhone two years ago and they have solved every question I have ever had , and guess what , never put on hold and never have to be transferred to someone else !! I have been an AT&T customer for at least forty five years and would never try anything else because this app is AWESOME !! Thank you

Awesome Addition to AT&T. I’ve needed the assistance of ProTech twice. Each time I was helped by knowledgeable and caring staff. Unfortunately, this is in extreme contrast with other departments where my issues with billing and service were handled by rude, indifferent and less knowledgeable reps. I use to cringe whenever I actually had to call. This is not the case with ProTech. Protech’s customer service philosophy should be implemented in all departments. This is an awesome addition to AT&T ‘s service!

Protect. My name is Gayle Murigu. I am 63 years old and not that up on technology are use Protech all the time and they have helped me and they have taught me so much, they have always been so patient with me when half the time I couldn’t even see what they were talking about because the little abs are so small and my fingers just couldn’t get them to tap for some reason I have done a lot of work with, Believe me I have done a lot you can’t imagine how many times I’ve had to call ProTech and they’ve helped me every time! I depend on them to help me because my own children don’t have the time to help me. I Call them every day for months because my phone was dysfunctional and they kept trying to help me over and over and over again they finally sent me to Apple Apple couldn’t help me and I had to fight with them for a new phone and finally I had to put my foot downAnd get a little nasty with them but I did get my new phone!

And easy to use site. I especially love the online chat with an AT&T customer service rep! It’s so nice to have a conversation say for you at the end as well. The only problem I have is the front page and the size of the text for each link just on the homepage is too large. I wish there was a detailed section on this that show What phone she would be eligible for upgrading to

My phone and hermitage store. Went and got this new phone ( 11) , Mark was great with transferring everything for me, as I’m not new phone smart , everything was great Cept my email didn’t transfer , so I went back and asked fir help , I must have the virus;(,,( which I don’t), but I prolly would have gotten more help and attention from they’re garbage man , :(, I did as c asked to check with spectrum as they are my internet/mail provider and they sort of thought that ATT&T should have gotten it going fir me , I went back to the AT&T store,( hermitage pa) and they were done with me in 5 mins , saying they can’t help me at all and good luck , this pone still doesn’t work right . And freezes up now and then, I’m seriously afraid to take it to store as I feel I’ll get turned away again , I’m sorry this is so negitive but it’s honest , Gary

Scam. They probably pay for all these reviews because no one is actually coming here and actually complimenting them. First asurion never responds back to email, you talking to a robot the whole time , when you message them they take forever to respond back and when you realize they. Did. Respond back they end the conversation because you took to long to respond also if your trying to file a claim for your phone when it’s broken how are you supposed to do that when this is the only way especially here in Hawaii

PRO-TECH, this review is for the TEAM!. I’ve been a loyal client of AT&T for over a decade and in the beginning my relationship w AT&T was like any relationship, it was based on nurturing a good foundation of Trust and Partnership. Somewhere along the way that happened and everything was great and then it changed, severely, things went downhill, quickly, but since the inception of PRO-TECH, I couldn’t be happier, though it’s all part of AT&T, the way the agents from PRO-TECH treat their clients have been superior, even if my calls (emphasis on calls) the agents here are stellar, professional and more empathetic than any other departments with AT&T. During my recent ordeal an agent Delila promised to call me to check in, and even though my calls didn’t have anything to do with tech issues, she called me twice and left messages just to check in to see how I was doing w my issues and if there was anything her department can do. That is customer CARE, my EXPERIENCE w PRO-TEXH has been nothing but positive, if not for PRO-TECH I would’ve already been gone, THANK YOU to this amazing CORE group of amazing agents. PRO-TECH, the rest of AT&T agents can take lessons, keep up the amazing job you do, even if the call have nothing to do w tech, you were there for me, listening and being empathetic is key to great customer care! KUDOS!

Horrible service. I’ve been with att for 15+ years I have 2 iPads and 4 phones in service else last year my phone broke iPhone 6 so I paid 100 insurance and they sent me a new phone but the phone they sent me was defected and had no volume so I bought earbuds then something else went wrong and I needed a new one they charged me 150 and sent me a new phone two months later I phone 6 would not hold a charge so they said it was under warranty and sent me a new phone three months later (today) this phone does not work Bluetooth and WiFi do not work so they tell me I’m lucky because although it is not under warranty I still have insurance and all I have to do is pay . Not to mention all the time spent on the phone with these agents every couple months I looking for o new provider AT&T does not deserve my business and by the way I’m also going to change my internet service and cable

So Convenient!. I think this app is really great because you don’t have to listen to the automated voice trying to direct you to the right department. And you are not put on long holds. I use the chat a lot and it’s so easy to send them a quick question about something. It really comes in handy if you are at work or something and not in the position to talk on the phone, you can just start a chat and get immediate feedback.

Amazing Annie. Annie was superb; she was thoughtful, patient, thorough, succinct, and most importantly - she listened. Throughout my interaction with her, she made me feel like I was in capable hands and that she understood my hardware, the nature of my query, and the best solution to fix my issue. Annie was upbeat, but not falsely so, hip, but not painfully so. Just right. All of these small details matter and she was truly exceptional. Thank you.

ProTech has improved my relationship with AT&T. I’ve been with AT&T for many years, like 30, except when I got pushed a singular for a little while. Initially with AT&T customer service was very good when I came back after the singular stent, AT&T customer service left a lot to be desired. With Protech it seems again like I am able to have a spokes person in the company and reasonable customer service. It’s unfortunate that good customer service is now a service you paid for but I am happy to pay the Protech fees to get the service.

Pretty good so far. The app covers things from basic tutorials for people new to smart phones and has some more advanced stuff to make things quite easy for when you wanna do more niche stuff with your phone. The technical support team is helpful and prompt and willing to work with your schedule as well overall I am glad I chose AT&T. Hopefully my opinion stays the same throughout my years of service

Satisfied with my help. I had a problem with the calendar on my iPhone and my iPads. I didn’t want some of the other holidays which were automatically added during the last couple of updates. I wanted to get rid of them to unclog my calendar and also because I don’t celebrate those holidays and I don’t care to have them on my calendar. But unfortunately Apple has forced them on these calendars. And unfortunately again, there’s nothing I can do about it. But the service was great the individual that helped me was very patient and very very nice.

Techs. I have called a few times about my phone and, even though I was over the top “dramatic“ about not being able to solve my own problems and the phone not working for me, the text were always kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough.

Easy to use.. I was pleased with customer service. I was out of town for a couple of weeks when my watch stopped working. That alone was stressful, but really need it in airport. The customer service rep had the best attitude, and stayed with me, because we had to wait a couple of times for reset. I wish I could remember her name, so I could let her manager know that she does a great job. Some other things I am not happy about (like last year my Apple Watch stopped working two weeks after warranty was out. My phone was a year old, bought same time as watch. Was told if I bought a new Apple Watch, wouldn’t work with my year old phone......so I bought a new one. This year it is acting up after 14 months. It seems they are throwaway items.....use for a year and discard). Back to service.....I was very pleased with that. Having a pleasant experience makes it easier to call again when need arises.

Actually impressed, being att. Absolute well built an app. It works better than any I use or have tried. It's a simple and nice warm basic layout. Responsive and the way all apps should be built. Kudo to the development team. And extra cheese kudos to att exec team for making the first app that works well by att. To date, all att apps are just unbearably terrible. So good job!

Bad Txt person gets my phone Nbr from my profile n uses it wrongly??. How can I keep this person who sends my txt to Eugene & they have my first name too - weekly n 2 times a week out of my phone & all their bad txt n advertising n using other companies name in txt to Eugene/ not here n my first name Rita? Why can’t AT&T stop this? •This has been going on since the pandemic virus started around that time frame. This person/persons change numbers all the time n I block them n send to 7726 - AT&T Spam & this is still going on. When will this end ??? RitaHellmann

My new purchase. I bought my first Apple iPhone recently and I was totally stressed on how I was going to set up everything. I sat in the AT&T store for two hours and came home still not knowing everything. Once I found out about Protech my life changed! I love everything about the Apple phone now and will have no other product! THANK YOU!!!

This is not worth the hassle I’d rather pay for iCloud. I thought this was amazing because it’s free and comes with services I’m paying for through AT&T however I cannot even access my pictures that are already save 99% of the time it does not upload in the background even when the settings are perfect if I want to go back and retrieve an old picture it’s almost impossible I have thrown my phone across my house just trying to get one stupid picture this app has saved and I still haven’t been able to get it pay for iCloud it’s easier

The are always there for me promptly. Any questions, confusion or problems I have about my phone are always promptly answered by a tech assigned to me. It seems like they know everything and are always able to answer my questions and help me out. I also appreciate their patience and respect and General kindness. I will highly recommend them.

10/10. Awesome app! I was skeptical when I was more or less required to instal the app when I set up my phone. Within an hour I had some connectivity issues and used the messaging tech support for help. I was instantly talking to a person who walked me through trouble shooting the issue. The first couple things didn’t work but he narrowed it down and fixed my issue within 10 minutes. Very user friendly as I’m not very tech savvy. Definitely be my go to for any future issues. Thanks ATT ProTech!!

So. Many. Questions.. It’s so good to be able to have a question answered quickly without having to try to google an answer (most of those were answered by people waaayyyy more tech savvy than me and thus weren’t always broken down so I could understand.) Or, I sent a text to my nephew who worked at the Apple store while in college, and I just hated to bother him. This app is amazing; Thank You! Hmmm, could I also use this app for questions about my Mac desktop?

Pro tech. I have used ATT for many many more years than your records show. I have always been fairly satisfied with the service I received. I am having trouble with my iphone and the supposed solution is to purchase another iphone. Protech has not even tried to fix my phone. I guess I will have to go to the Apple Store in Houston. This is not the first time I have had the problems Im having and pro tech has always fixed my phone but now protech finds different reasons they cant help me. Last time I called I was just hung up on several times, today I was told the Apple App was not working to call back. I am so disappointed I am just waiting for another provider to make a great advertised offer to leave ATT. I have always used ATT but see a future with Att coming to an end. Deborah Perry

Very knowledgeable And helpful. I talked with a person who was extremely helpful and patient and answered many many many questions. I was overwhelmed with how helpful they were. However, they were supposed to call me back a few days later about another device and I never got a callback so I was somewhat disappointed in that.

It was challenging. Love the folks at AT&T, great professionalism and smooth service for the most part. My first experience using the Assurion coverage was not at all a good one, although it was an unusual circumstance. IPhone 11, structurally the thing is just a slim chunk of glass. Mine fell into a concrete slab and shattered the back- - the screen was cracked as well... but it was still a functional device so they wouldn’t replace or repair the thing. I paid a cell repair shop to install a new screen when it finally gave up the ghost so there’s another 200$ spent. The poor thing was kept together for MONTHS before it finally lost too many pieces to function at all, just before a completed backup no less. Finally, since the phone wasn’t usable anymore I got a replacement sent to me for the surcharge of 200$. I pray the ProTech is a more substantial alternative.

Fast and Informed. I need help after a spam call so I started a chat in this app. After a few minutes someone came online with me, was polite and helpful. I even popped over to another app for a minute with no problem getting right back. Very easy & helpful.

Exceptional Tech Support. I just got my new I phone Xr recently. I had a lot of questions about the many features that are offered with my phone. Your Tech Support answered all my questions and was very courteous. I have been a AT&T Customer for over 10 years. They always have exceptional customer service.

Very professional and caring. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years. I really enjoy using Pro Tech when a have any issues with my phone. They always are very patient and they take take of their clients. They resolve all of my issues in a timely manner.

Horrible company. $1200 for a phone….after a year it gets damaged. Instead of simply repairing it…..they just send a new phone. $250 deductible vs $30-$50 repair. Adding salt to the wound, the phone they send isn’t even the same color, and if I want the same color I will have to wait possibly 3+ months. You mean to tell me the only color available for the iPhone 12 Pro Max is grey!?!?!?!?! Y’all are as horrible and disgusting as AT&T. No wonder y’all work together. I would give you -negative rating if I could!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Pro tec Review. Pro tec is absolutely awesome. I love it. It is the best thing that has happened to me. I have learned so much about my IPhone, and am enjoying navigating all the options it has to offer. Unbelievable GREAT. I’m almost 70 years old & before I got ProTech I was very nervous using my cell & other devices. But the Its are always there, very patient & extremely helpful. Love it!. I love not having to wait on the phone and being transferred to multiple people to resolve an issue. It’s so great to have them work through your issue with you and stay connected until it’s resolved.

Better than Microsoft Support. Every time and whenever i have a question I ask ProTech and they always respond in a timely manner with knowledge and insight. By far the best Support App for any phone. P.S Google Apps and Microsoft Apps were constantly crashing my iPhone. Stick with Apple Apps only guys! Again, they are WAY BETTER than any Care Support!

DK saves the day!. Awesome support. I wasn’t getting access to LTE so was completely offline when not on Wi-Fi. Technician DK worked with me in a couple of solutions and then ultimately recommended I do a network reset. He gave me specific easy-to-follow instructions for how to do it and voilá, my LTE connection was reestablished. Saved the day.

Protech awesome Service. Protech is a very professional very well organized super helpful they help me to transfer my new phone very helpful always willing to add additional support when you call them no long wait just what do you need when you need it totally awesome !!

I toiled and troubled on my own with problem longer than I should have before being reminded of Protech providing tech support for ATT. should have contacted y’all sooner! AT&T ProTech. Edward was awesome. Answered a lot of my questions and assisted me with walking through the steps I had done. He found where I had gone wrong on my own and helped me correct it. Great app. I’ve used this app twice to get a solution to issues I was having with my iPhone. Both times my issues were solved. Staff is extremely helpful and even called me to assist further. I recommend this app for everyone

ProTech Very Helpful. I have used the messaging feature to chat with a ProTech a handful of times. Every time I have done this the issue has been resolved and in a timely manner. It’s nice to be able to use the app rather than having to make a trip to the nearest AT&T store.

Great App. I really like to use this app when contacting customer service. However, the last two times they directed me back to their customer service calling station. They should be able hopefully in the future to resolve all issues through this app if they are offering it to the client as an alternative. That’s why I gave it a three out of 5 stars.

Excellent!. Chris from pro tech is an absolute gem. Helped me tremendously. Spent over an hour walking me through setting up my new iPhone and ensuring all my previous data was backed up. Have never had such amazing customer service in my life.

Retired Trucker. I was a Verizon customer until after I retired. I sure could have used this service back then. I would not have been disturbed while driving by B.S. calls. But I still like having it now, my phone rarely rings except for legitimate and personal calls. “SCAM” has apparently become the way of life for the lazy!!!!

Pro tech. I switched from Verizon to At&T and the customer service is so bad I regret my decision. But since I hAve discovered Pro tech they are wonderful and as I am new to apple and not that tech savvy they have always solved my problem with empathy and excellent technical knowledge!

Great help!. I was so frustrated when all of a sudden there was no sound on my phone. A simple fix unknown to me. In this day of no manuals, the tech told me to check the mute button on the IPhone 10. It is above the volume buttons-a change from the older phones. Took 5 minutes to solve my 2 day annoyance! Thank you😊

Great customer service. Sharday resolved my problem. She was patient while I loaded and install the update and I had to leave for church for about an hour and she knew that. She texted me just as I walked in the door so she would know if my problems were solved before her shift was over! Fantastic job!

Used several times. I have used iPhones since the I4. Now with my iPhone 10 I still had questions on new or changed features. All of my experiences were pleasant. They answered all questions and waited while I tried to follow their advice. Will continue to use and highly recommend.

Very helpful associate. The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. I want to thank her for all the help she was to me I am 70 years old, I don’t understand how these new phones work and I always worried that I will mess them up. But she made me feel good.

Easy to use. This is soooo much easier than calling. I’ve used it a couple of times and have had my questions answered quickly. Some things require a call but for a quick answer this is the way to go.

Great app great service. This is a great app and great service whether it’s through chat or a phone call. Even the tips. If I had to make a negative comment I would say just takes a little long for someone to get on the line when I use the chat. Otherwise, my questions are always answered.

Helpful and easy. I just got a new XR and due to the differences from my previous phone, I found this app extremely helpful. Everyone who I’ve “chatted” with has gone out of their way to help and ensure I get the best experiences. They make me feel imprtant and my questions equally so. Very Helpful!!. This app is great ! They’ve always been able to help with any question or problem! Though I gave 5 stars AT&T should know that dealing with their insurance company Assurion is a nightmare... so I wish the ProTech app could handle claims!! Assurion was so unprofessional and AT&T techs are extremely professional!!!

My watch. By Tyler in Sherman.. Took 2.5 hours today to straighten out my messed up issue. Admittedly some tech guy somewhere fixed the issue but Tyler at the corporate store in Sherman Tx kept the ball rolling and was enjoyable to talk to. I’m sorry but avoid the Gainesville Tx store as I was initially sold the whole hog there with the DirectTV scam.

Confused. I stay confused on a lot of things concerning my different devices that I have with AT&T but now that I have ProTech, I can just ask a question and they’re right there to walk me though it, I love it and I would recommend it to everyone with AT&T.

Beware of fine print. I’ve had Asurion with Att for over 10 years. In 2019, they stopped offering the reducing deductible, a perk for not filing a claim. You were supposed to be grandfathered if you maintained insurance. When I wanted to use it, they said it was no longer an option as I upgraded from individual to a family plan insurance. Didn’t tell me, not surprised. They will get out of honoring their commitment if they can. Wish they stood by their word.

Read my mind 😮. I love this app because it saves time from making calls and waiting on hold for an agent. At times the questions asked are right on point. As If you can read my mind 🤔😏😜 With that being said, It is definitely convenient to navigate. Much appreciated #ivondabomb

Very cool tech. I like how I can share my screen with ProTech agents in my iPhone. Helps to show them what I need help with. They cannot take control of my phone which is good to know. The tech chat was super fast and easy to use. I also didn’t know that I could download the photo backup app they have. Another nice touch.

Very helpful. I would say that the four times I had questions about security, how to set up voice greeting on my IPhone, a problem with our Direct TV and our router that this was very useful to me. Especially with the router as we had no internet, so I was able to get advise and eventually a solution to our problem.

My confidence has gone up.. I just recently purchased a new phone and because I was able to contact AT&T’s ProTech, I don’t worry about problems with this phone. It’s because they have the technical understanding that allow me to be confident. . My expectations of a good technological staff has been met. Thanks, keep up the good work.

ProTech Glen B. is a true pro. ProTech Glen B. is a true pro - helpful & sympathetic. A.T.T. has been our provider for a long time, but we are the more loyal party. Even so, they now are using a good tech team here. Glen showed both knowledge & sympathy as he dealt with a tired, frustrated senior.

Wasn’t able to really help. If the issue was resolved i would have given Danielle 5 stars but she was very professional, very nice and extremely friendly! Took her time and walked me through several options and though none of those worked made me feel comfortable that she tried her best! Great effort

Some help some waste of time. I give credit they help me and claims are easy and flawless. 5 stars But my photo app failed over a year ago and with 1 year and hours and hours and hours of help resetting my phone 20x they transfer me around or the favorite is Reset network settings so it disconnects and now they are off to another call Flat out lie to me telling me they will fix it IF i buy some additional home service. They make me sick

Efficient. Everyone on this app is so nice, they take the time to assess the situation and they use information to find the root of the problem. It seems like they really want to help you with the problem, they want to make your experience great, and after chatting with at least 5 people, I’d say they’re doing a fantastic job. Quick answers that work. Had a problem pairing my iWatch series 4 with cellular- posed the problem in chat and was given the right phone number to connect with someone that fixed the issue within 10 minutes.

A virtual Godsend. For all my trouble trying to negotiate new technology this team is exactly what I have needed for YEARS !! I’d never heard of them until recently.. when I had to replace a phone. I wasn’t sure they could help. I am convinced now! Thank you for all you’ve done for tech- challenged folk like me !
