Your Tone It Up app is free to download and access. All customers are welcome to a one-time, 7-day free trial period to the Studio, the premium, in-app subscription purchase. Once this period ends, should you opt to continue use of the premium features including studio workout classes and on-demand fitness videos, we offer auto-renewing subscription options of $12.99 USD/month and $83.99 USD/year.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription, and auto-renewal can be turned off, in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any unused portions of a subscription term. Apple charges sales tax for digital media when required by law. For information about your local government's laws on taxing digital items, please contact your tax office.

Love the TIU Team and the app is great for at home workouts. I enjoy the workout of the day, daily moves (great for gyms), and on demand! My only wish is that you could search for on demand workouts by equipment needed :-) Overall a great buy!
I love the TIU girls, Katrina & Karena. I have been following them for a while and they are so motivating. I especially love that their recommendations are healthy and sustainable and not fad diets. I had been following their plan for free but recently took the plunge and purchased the nutrition plan and I love it. I occasionally do the free workouts on the app and like most have said, it’s sometimes really slow or might all of a sudden shut down/freeze when trying to use it. Especially when I travel out of the US. I don’t know whether it’s coincidental that it acts up when I travel. So I’d give the app 4 and half instead of 5 stars, for the free version as I am yet to subscribe to the paid version. That’s been the main reason I haven’t purchased membership on the app, though I know there have been some updates so hopefully it will continue to get better over time. Maybe I’ll start with a monthly subscription and update to annual if it works for me. One thing that would definitely motivate me to purchase a subscription is if there was a way for nutrition plan members to access it from the app i.e. be able to access the different meals and recipes and create a plan for the week. That way one could see the workouts and meals (perhaps) macros too in one place. I know a lot goes into developing the app, but if that were possible I would definitely give it 5 stars ⭐️. I have been looking for years for a workout regiment that fits my day to day life and I have FINALLY found it! I have been apart of the TIU Community for about a year now and I can say this app has changed how I few fitness and strength. The classes are so fun and engaging and I somehow feel like I know the trainers personally! Not to mention there are TONS of awesome classes to choose from, all with different lengths. I found myself without an excuses, and a desire to want to keep showing up everyday with these ladies! Love love love Tone It Up!
I love this app and community, but every now and then the volume doesn’t work and no matter how much I restart my phone or delete and redownload the app it doesn’t fix. I can hear my music etc. But the videos are silent.
Updating my previous review! I absolutely love the workouts the only downfall was issues with Apple mirroring on my Apple TV. The latest update must have fixed the issue because I can now mirror onto my TV with no issues! I’m so happy I don’t have to do the workouts from my iPad or iPhone. It’s only been about a week since I’ve had no issues so I’m hoping it lasts! Previous review: I absolutely love the workouts however I have issues with mirroring the workouts to my Apple TV from my iPhone. The workouts may start off ok, but then they will lag, I’ll lose audio, and/ or the screen will just turn completely white. If I turn off the mirroring, I’m kicked out of the class and it restarts. I can be 6 minutes into a class and have to start over. I reached out to customer service and they told me to make sure my WiFi connection was strong and everything was up to date. Everything is fine on my end with internet and updates so unfortunately it’s an issue with the app. Thankfully I have a month to month subscription and can cancel. My phone is way to small to do these workouts from :/
I’ve only been using the app for a short amount of time, but I would LOVE the ability to set a queue of classes (both for immediate use and for a weekly set). It’s frustrating to do a workout and then have to stop, go find the next one I want, and then start again. Or having the Series as an option on the app so I don’t have to go to the website, find the list, then go find it on the app.
These workouts are awesome. I love that I do not have to think about what my workout will be for the day. It’s so easy to use and the workouts are quick but effective. I also like that I can go back and find my favorites! One thing I would love to see is being able to see the next weeks workouts. I don’t like that you cannot see them until Sunday comes. I’m a planner and want to know what’s ahead.
But I can’t say that I do just yet. I love TIU. I’ve been doing their workouts for years via YouTube. I’ve probably done almost all of them. Here’s what I love about the app: so much variety with workouts. I’m a huge kettlebell fan and I love that kettlebell workouts are available. I have a baby so I’m usually working out on demand rather than live. The thing that is so super frustrating is that it never streams well. I can’t do the workouts just on my phone. It would be nearly impossible for me to maintain form that way. I have to turn off my WiFi to mirror through my Apple TV and it’s still sort of glitchy. Well today while I FINALLY got my 8 month old son to nap I was super excited to do a kettlebell workout. I saw an update was done on the app and I just updated my iOS too so I figured things would be smooth. Tried via WiFi. No luck. It was worse than usual. Disconnected the WiFi. Still way too glitchy to follow along with to get through a workout. It kept stopping every few seconds. Plus, I realized now that I had to turn my ringer on to get sound which is minor but still annoying. I’ve tried other fitness apps that are not perfect, but give me no trouble streaming via Apple TV and I’d love for this one to be that way. It’s an hour later now and my son is waking up and I still have not done my workout and I’m unfortunately going to have to use another platform today which I’m really, very bummed about. That’s why I’m here writing this review. I’m not canceling as of now. I want to wait it out a little longer to see if anything changes for the better, but eventually if it’s still not working there’s really no point in me keeping my subscription to this app. This app would be the perfect workout app if it wasn’t for the lack of stream-ability. It’s just SOOOO frustrating!
I love the application and the workouts. Nothing, but great things, however I cannot play my music while on the app.
Was billed for a yearly subscription (I could swear I selected monthly) so submitted a help request to see about a refund. That was on Friday morning. It’s now Monday afternoon and there has been no reply except a cute little message about drinking mimosas and doing nails or something. Very unusual for an app-based company to be so unresponsive...and also unprofessional to not honor refund requests if the client has not used the product. Wish I would have read the reviews before taking the dive on this app. 👎🏽
I love everything about this app! As others have mentioned, the ability to add on demand workouts to your weekly schedule and/ or add them to a wishlist would be amazing. I also think building a section where we can write in our nutrition/ meals for the week would be great, so that everything we need is in one place. Keep up the awesomeness, Ladies!!
There are two things that would really improve this app for me. 1. Offer a way to Wishlist or save a workout on demand. I often scroll through the exercises and think “ooh that would be good for tmw or later in the week” and so an option to save it for later would be super helpful 2. I use the on demand workouts the most but it seems whenever I’ve completed the workouts, it doesn’t count towards my weekly goals. This may just be a bug but seeing the workout I’ve just done resulting in a nice big tick under my weekly goals section would just be so satisfying. Other than that I am loving this app. I especially love being able to curate my weekly workout from the on demand section. I think because of this, It’s the first fitness app I’ve signed up to (and I’ve signed up to a LOT) that I actually use and enjoy using! Thanks ladies, keep it coming!! X
Tone it up girls always had great workouts affordable for everyone, with many free workouts. Since the very beginning I was a huge fan on their YouTube, bought multiple DVDs etc, and never in a million years should I've known that I'd be leaving a negative review for them!! but This app.......is a massive turn off... it's around A$20/month subscription which is VERY expensive for an iPhone app, No free videos whatsoever. I used to follow all of their summer and bikini series. Now it's just impossible to follow without spending a fortune on this app! Their YouTube channel has turned into a 'talk' channel with very very limited free workouts. Their greed for money has killed it for me. + app functionality just doesn't worth the money. I'd rather pay for selected workouts than a stupid expensive subscription.
Fantastic app!! Great for home workouts with or without equipment.
I love using this app for my daily moves and have recently bought the year subscription which has taken my workouts to the next level! But I wanted to suggest 2 things that could make the app more user friendly. The first being during the workouts when transitioning between floor and standing exercises or moves that require adjusting the videos are edited in a way that when your at home you are not even in position yet before the reps have already been going so you either have to pause to get all the reps in or just hurry at an impossible speed to catch up. The second suggestion is that I recently changed my Instagram handle but my old Instagram handle still shows on the app even when I disconnected my socials on the app and reconnected them. If I wanted people in the studio chat to be able to connect with me on Insta, they wouldn’t know where to find me now because my Insta handle is now wrong/old.
What a great app! It makes working out at home such a pleasure. The variety of workouts, yoga and meditation are fantastic. As is the new pre/post natal section. I love that you can join other girls for a class or just pick a workout ‘on demand’! It has taken home workouts to a new level! Thanks
I love this app it’s like being at a gym but in the privacy of my home! The workouts are great and varied in style to fit all exercise needs! However I wish it had a feature where you could prebook an On Demand Workout for the next day! I have limited time in the morning so I always know which workout I’m doing but need to write it down and find it in the morning! Other than that highly recommended!!!!!
So many workouts of varying length and equipment requirements. So good for doing at home in the lounge room. I mirror my phone to the Apple TV mostly. My only suggestion would be that the log a workout tool needs the option to log one of the on demand workouts. Or if it automatically logged the workout when you finish the on demand workout video..
If you’re looking for an app that you’re not constantly paying monthly fees for this is not it. There are other apps out there that do exactly the same and offer the same features without the ongoing cost. However if you don’t mind the monthly cost it’s not too bad but there are cheaper options out there.
This program is the best I love the support and positivity!! I also love that I can bring it any where with me with having the app!!! The best part is the live workouts! It’s nice to see the trainers at times struggle to and still provide encouragement and positivity to help you get through your workout!!!

This app is amazing!!! I was honestly skeptical at first and didn’t want to pay for an app when I could just work out at home for free. After using a trial and committing I have found that my work out routine is so much more consistent now. I honestly don’t miss going to the gym and love being able to work out in the comfort of my home with minimal equipment required! The fact that many of the workouts are under 30 minutes makes it super easy to squeeze in a workout anytime and anywhere. The on-demand section is also amazing when you can’t make the schedule classes and many of the schedule classes are still offered in the on-demand section. I can’t thank TIU enough for helping me change my health for the better and inspiring me to take care of my self. Katrina and Karina are truly inspiring as well as the many women who are part of this community!
I love this Ap and the accountability it makes me have. The community support is as awesome as the trainers. The one change I’d like to see is the ability to go back and add an activity. Example: my workout goal is 4 times a week and sometimes as a scattered mom on the go- when I make it to a Yoga class, I don’t always remember to add it to the AP till the day after. Then I feel like my whole week is off or not truthful, silly as it seems. I love my subscription and can’t wait to use it while we are on vacation this week.
I love the variety of workouts that are offered on the app. I also love the live workouts and how positive Katrina and Karena are; along with the other instructors! I love how the “on demand” section is set up. I do wish that there was a search option in the app, so I can look up the daily workout. (When I want to do it at 6:15 in stead of 6 or 7.) Sometimes it’s difficult to find which section some of the workouts are in.
Love this app! Have been using it since it came out and I use it every single day for workouts, meditations, and more! Could not live without it.

I have been a Tone It Up girl since 2014. I fell in love with fitness through Karena & Katrina’s gorgeous personalities and fun workouts. So much so I left the corporate world and became a trainer myself 😂 🙌🏼 The app has brought the Tone It Up community to a new level. You can book ahead of time and plan your week around what classes you have scheduled in. It’s a brilliant way to keep you accountable not to mention the other women you meet before & after class in the chat section 👌🏻 I also really enjoy that I can turn up to class in my pjs, zero make up and rock my workout without having to worry. And the icing on the cake? New trainers with new weekly workouts. So not only are you training with K&K but we have the added bonus of other trainers workouts too. I love the organization of having it all in one place now 😊 Roll on the girl gains 💪🏻 Love Elisa xxx
