Great dashboard!. Wow! This app is everything I wanted that I didn't know I needed! And it's not buggy for being new, even (yet?) Thank you for making such a user friendly app with a fantastic userface for us!!! Love it love it love it!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Healthy Habits. The healthy habits don’t seem to be working properly since the last update. Mine is telling me I can’t enter data for 6/14 because it’s in the future. Love using the app to track my data. Don’t know what happened with this update. Thanks

Frustrating. This app is frustrating. It puts way too much focus on healthy living activities—counting steps, earning rewards for good behavior, etc—to the detriment of providing the kind of useful information and functionality that should the be the real focal point of the app. I can’t renew or transfer prescriptions to mail order in this app (I used to be able to in the old one). I can’t access claims information without first waiting for a bunch of slow-moving “rewards” content and “healthy eating” articles to load. It can take weeks for claims to be visible after they’ve been paid. I really wish Anthem would “focus on their focus” in this app, rather than trying to moonlight as a bunch of healthy living editorial writers. My company is coming under new ownership and my biggest hope is that we’ll have a different insurance provider when all is said and done.

So easy to use!. I’m really enjoying this new app. It allows connection and information with such ease. I spend all day on the phone for work and prefer not to have to call to get information on my plan and benefits. This app has been a Godsend allowing me to avoid hold and talk times!

Can’t see the claim. I think the main thing anyone would use this app for is to keep up with claim status. Ironically there’s no way to see a copy of the claim you were notified of. Other healthcare provider apps allow you to see a PDF of the claim. One star because of the lack of function most important to all users

This new update is AWFUL. Updates on my claims and my deductible used to be front page. Now I have to go through all these tabs just to find the one thing I wanted. Nothing but bloat on the home page. And where is my HSA information??? It used to be front and center but now I can’t even LOCATE it in the entire app. There’s no option to search, either.

Great Health App!. This app has some really good qualities and keeps me motivated to focus on my health. I’ve actually won 2 of the $1,000 gift cards for the 8 months I’ve been doing this. Also, the customer service is extremely helpful and always willing to discuss any issues. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because lately it says “error connecting to the server” every time I try to sign in. That’s been happening for over a week, now. Maybe a delete/redone load is in store. Otherwise, I truly recommend this app for anyone trying to be more health focused and for fast info on doctors within your healthcare plan and area.

Terrible app. I really hate this app. They completely fill the Home Screen with “Recommendations” like how often you should shower… Really? And they don’t let you delete the recommendations or, even better, remove that home-screen-covering recommendations feature completely. They technically do have a delete function, but the deleted content is automatically put back on your screen within seconds. They also spam me constantly about diabetes treatment options, via notifications and within the app, even though I don’t have diabetes. I just want a way to monitor and engage with my insurance and healthcare benefits. They deprioritize that functionality as if it is the least important part of the app, rather than the most important. I finally had to have my phone block all of the notifications since the app developers are not respectful of user preferences.

Dr Graham is amazing. We moved here from LA where we had amazing care for our daughter with Ulcerative Colitis. We were worried about her care once we moved to Richmond but luckily found Dr Graham. He is fantastic. Really knowledgeable, has deep experience in the field and is a nice person who cares about kids. We highly recommend Dr Graham and anyone in his practice.

Fantastic app!. Finally a simple app to help manage all my family's health needs in one place! We have found doctors, participated in my employer wellness programs, checked costs, reviewed claims, checked my deductible, saved money, and have everything at my finger tips (and in my pocket all the time)!

Not a big fan of office staff. The dr is super nice but I have a lot off issues with trying to get my monthly prescription filled correctly.

Fun app, get paid to be active. This is a fun app to track your health/exercise and it’s nice that they have gift cards you can win. I’ve won $275 worth in 3 months.

Stop moving things around. With the most recent update my care team is no longer on the home page and it’s difficult to navigate through the app when you keep moving things around.

No opting out. I received information from my employer about this app, so I thought I would try it out. After providing a host of personal information, I learned that the app doesn’t offer anything I can’t already get from other sources. So I tried to opt out. Unfortunately, you can’t deactivate your own account. Three emails to their customer service and three calls to their contact number later, I’m still getting the runaround. Very concerning that opting out seems to be impossible.

Rewards!!!. I never received my reward and every time I call about it it’s a different excuse. I’ve been waiting now 6 months for a Target gift card. I’ve also emailed and no response by email.

Full of errors, poor ui. Anytime I try to do a virtual dr visit, all I get is “oops something went wrong”. Tried with multiple phones. It is useless in that regard. Also the ui is clunky. When filling in forms, the Next button doesn’t appear unless you tap outside the form box. Otherwise there is a misleading Done button at the top that seems to be the proper one to tap, but instead closes out of the form and you lose progress if trying to do something like a virtual dr visit.

App issues. Keeps crashing, can’t connect my tracker to gain points. Losing out on $. Want to like the app. Would still download for other things. Wish you would track more exercises since I’m a biker!

Convenient and Easy. I love this app! With five children of varying ages we are constantly at the doctor. This is the easiest way to keep track of all our physicians’ information, figure out how much a visit will cost ahead of time, and easily find great option for after hours or urgent care. And I love the click to call functionality within the application and the fact that I can access ALL of my benefits here quickly and easily.

Does not track well with my trackers. Does not sync with my fitness pal or my fit bit as promised. I’ve called several times. Lost a lot of promises points due to the app just not living up to its promise. Very disappointing.

Flashy but frustrating to use. I was initially excited by the app. Little gimmicks to get you to explore and reward with giveaways. Unfortunately as I’ve wanted to use it for accessing hsa and fsa and tracking claims it’s gotten confusing and frustrating. Multiple logins as you attempt to navigate only to not find what I need. It’s unfortunate that it takes 3 apps to manage things and still need to login to the website because it can’t do the job. The ‘exciting’ new arrangements add a novel appeal but don’t improve the usefulness. Disappointing to what looked so good initially.

I hate Engage. The constant pop up interruptions are aggravating. Also all the flashing tutorial distractions keep you from being able to accomplish why you are forced to be on the app in the first place. I hate that I am forced to use this piece of crap as a means to jump through hoops just to sign up for my benefits. Instead of signing up for my benefits I am wasting my time leaving this lousy review.

Two thumbs up!!!!. This is a great way to keep track of not only your nutrition, sleep, and exercise, but you can manage your healthcare here as well. It is a one stop shop, which is awesome! Not to mention the discounts of fitness trackers.

Dr. Hammond. Dr. Hammond is very professional and caring. Would recommend him as your gynecologist. Started seeing him after my previous doctor left the clinic. I have been completely satisfied.

Wonderful Dr. and Amazing Staff. Dr. Swart is my absolute favorite. Dr. Swart is kind and she has a great bedside manor. I recommend her to everyone. I have been going to see Kumi for years. She and the staff are wonderful. They feel like family.

Great app!. I like how I can view information about our insurance on the app and also earn points towards gift cards!

Good referral. I was recommended to see this doctor by my primary doctor. She is a great doctor! Very profesional and caring. I very much appreciated my primary care doctor who referred me to see her!

Perceptive and Personable. I’ve taken both of my daughters, plus I have gone, to see Dr. Cirigiliano. I loved the way she engaged with my girls, listened to and respected their thoughts. One of my daughters has a complicated medical history so I was nervous to try someone new for her, but I absolutely think we made the right choice and will continue to see Dr. Cirigiliano.

Eat Smart. I like the app just fine and it’s been easy to earn points and redeem them, the problem is with the “Eat Smart” part. It doesn’t log the calories correctly from the connected my fitness pal app. Been this way since I started using the app in February. Also, I wish they would change up the options on the point redemption choices.

Why only steps?!. So folks who walk get credit, but people who do regular aggressive exercise (I do several hours of Taekwondo weekly) get squat. That really encourages me! Maybe I should give up aggressive exercise and instead go for a stroll. And when you set up the app, it should default a tracker, but offer others. I set up health kit (it functions and was the only option offered) and then had to go back to set up my Fitbit app to get something I use.

Can’t reset password. I switched phones and every time i try to reset my password, it won’t send a link via email. Despite using the same email from when i made the account. I know it’s the same email because i found the old emails that the app sent me. Fix that issue!

Rewards took a turn for the worse. I used to not mind wasting my time doing the tasks for the insurance premium reward of about $120 a month. That saved me around $1440 a year. Now, they want me to either accept a $100 gift card for almost the same amount of points with no other reward options aside from, “here, have a gift card, or here, give $100 to charity.” Are you kidding me. I won’t waste my time even entering information for the piddly gift card incentive… don’t encourage these developers by even completing the tasks. If they know they can make a good incentive and then take it away and you’ll still keep completing the tasks, they will continue to trash the rewards. Very aggravated with this modification and if they add my insurance premium option back, I’ll consider doing the tasks again. But until then… nope

Used to be great. 6 months ago I’d have given it 4 or 5 stars because I used to be able to view my insurance card right on the app, text it or email it, I could also view claims and benefit information but not anymore. I do not see a reason for having the app anymore if I cannot do these things from the app.

Freezes up. It is so frustrating to figure this app out because it freezes and I can’t get out of the screen. Plus where do you fill out that you don’t smoke or I had recent blood work. Just don’t understand this app!

STOP LOGGING ME OUT. I’m using the app--which is mostly great--to look up psychologists that are in network and service the needs that I have. I’m trying to scroll through them and look them up one at a time but every time I log back into the app it’s a gamble whether or not I’m going to be logged in still, and I’m not talking about leaving the app for 15 minutes. I’m talking 1 or 2 minutes max. There is NO predictability whatsoever for when I’ll be logged out. Every single time I am logged out, I have to begin my search all over again. 🙄😩 I've been dealing with this for 2 days and have had to log back in at least 15 times. PLEASE PLEASE fix this.

I absolutely love this new app!. It so easy to navigate and it has everything on here! From ID cards to my rewards points I earn by syncing my Fitbit. I’ve already recommended this to everyone.

Poorly thought out. When searching for providers/care, if you click on a search result and then return back to the search list, it resets all of your search filters and reloads the search. That means you now have to reapply the filters and run your search again. Every. Time. Also please start including websites for the providers along with phone numbers. Software bug or poor development, it is just woefully inadequate.

Terrible. This app still stinks. I waited a month to see if some features like the digital I’d card would work and it doesn’t. It says learn more but when selected it takes you to a listing of benefits, none of which are digital I’d cards! Does anyone at Anthem even test? Tried to reset my password and a link was sent to my email address and when you click on it all it does is reopen the Engage app. When you try to click on chat support in the app it doesn’t do anything. I had to delete the app and the the link to reset my password opened up the correct website for me to reset my password and get logged in. So in summary don’t bother using the app since it is poorly written and apparent not tested.

App hopelessly out of date *always*. This app is *always* BEHIND and out of date and sends reminders/notifications for things that: 1. I have already done/completed 2. Are already submitted and in the Anthem database. I know this because I see it when I take the time -just now- to login to Anthem. This app is also *always* AHEAD in that it recommends medically recommend repeat procedures BEFORE my insurance will cover it. As in MONTHS ahead of time. Basically, this app is useless all because it doesn’t update its data frequently, and appears to guide users to spend big money on things that insurers will cover by waiting a few months. What a scam

Great up to date tracking. I love this engaging and informative app. It lets me know of my spending and costs for my healthcare deductible and copay. This is very valuable information to have at my fingertips

Does not even work for the most basic function of finding care. I just loaded the Engage Wellbeing app, and I am not impressed. The first thing I did to test it was to look in “Find Care” for an Urgent Care Clinic near me. Well, it came back with “No Providers Within 100 Miles of Your Location”. I immediately then went to the Anthem website for my plan on my computer, and did the same thing, and guess what, it came up with several urgent care clinics within 10 miles of my home. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t this app be able to give you the most basic information, like an urgent care clinic or a primary care doctor that is near you and in your plan? This app is worthless.

Caring and takes time to listen to you. She has exceptional skills to get to the root of your problem. She’s caring and genuinely wants to make sure your issues are taken care of

Pt vision. Pt forVision therapy addition to physical therapy this provider and staff are excellent to work with they are patient kind and the best place I found for physical therapy as a team they wanted to make sure that I was better forward five star rating should be a 10 star best group ever.

Review of Engage health program. This is a great program to help keep me motivated in being healthy. It makes a big difference when you are rewarded for small steps in the journey of being healthy.

User beware. The second your company stops using the service or you change jobs. All of your information is lost and they will not furnish a copy to you. Use another option that YOU can control. Lost several years of medical information and had to recreate a list of all of my doctors and visits and medications and such. Horrible customer service.

New User. Just signed up for this program, I don’t know why I waited so long. This is super easy, very user friendly and so informative and encouraging! I feel motivated to start working right away on getting healthier.

Great APP!. Love to be able to get messages and to see my information online when I want to instead of getting it in the mail and piling up on my kitchen table!

Ok, I guess?. My employer uses this app to reward us for healthy living. Earn points for tracking meals, sleep, and steps, redeem them for gift cards or "sweepstakes entries." Unfortunately: - the app is beyond slow half the time - points balance is updated randomly and inconsistently. It's usually right eventually. - they appear to have quietly capped how many points you can redeem as retail gift cards in the last update, then you have to spend them on sweepstakes with long odds (which will just get worse as more users hit the cap). The UI sluggishness and refresh bugs were almost worth putting up with before, now there's not much point in using the app to track things I can just as easily do through the Health app to begin with.

Keeps crashing. So far I was very happy with the app. You can search for your doctors and have all the insurance information in one place. I’ve been trying to log for three days now and it keeps coming up with a message that cannot connect to the server. So, that means that I will loose my points and won’t be able to redeem them since it’s the end of the year and they will expire.

I look forward to annual visits. Dr. Zirkle is a wonderful doctor. I always look forward to chatting with him during my annual visits. He take time to listen make recommendations and encourage me. We talk they whole time, it is an enjoyable trip to the doctor

Review for Dr. Pamar. I have been going to Dr. Pamar for 10 years. He is so thorough and always listens and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend him! He genuinely is concerned with my well being.

Everything is not localized. Everything should be in the app and I shouldn’t have to go outside the app for anything. Getting the information is time consuming.

Search filters hard to use. Search is sluggish and filter requires resetting almost every page

Could do better. After logging in, often greeted with a blank screen. Can fix by restarting iPhone but that is asking too much from the end user.

Can’t even add my doctor. This app won’t let me add a doctor or actually find my doctor within my area. It keeps suggesting other doctors. i’ll choose gynecology and I end up with urgent care somehow! Great and now they have the last six digits of my Social Security number. Ugh

True 1-Stop. I truly love this app. It has EVERYTHING related to my work benefits. Claims, cards, prescriptions, etc. for medical, dental, vision. Has all insurance info in one spot!

Needs updating. Please don’t provide us with details to a closed doctor’s office. Update frequently, or at least give us the option to mark a location as closed so that your staff can review and update.

New card. I liked it until it changed how the insurance card is displayed. It doesn’t even show the kids seperate cards anymore

Not responding. App just loads home page all other actions are not working, can’t go to menu , can’t scroll, can’t rely on such app for your info if you don’t have your cards handy.

Review. Would be nice if the option worked and if they provided correct information and the needed info. Family amounts are missing/ incorrect. My daughter can’t seem to give me permissions as it states there is no adult dependent on the policy. The claims summary is not adding up to what it should be. 😡😡😡

Getting rewarded for staying fit. The engage app is a great way to track your fitness goals with focus on eating and exercising. The best part is you also get rewarded for it.

App just stopped syncing with my health app. Was working great then out of nowhere just stopped syncing with multiple health apps on my iPhone

Engage service. Great app has plenty of information to keep you on top of your plan and treatment cost reviews are optional but I woukd encourage patrons to utilize this service

Cannot track. This app does not link with trackers — just goes blank when trying to pull up list of trackers to link. Also has little functionality within the app itself, but instead opens web pages which are slow to load and not formatted for phone screens.

Very informative. Everything I need is easily accessible through the app. Very convenient and it keeps me up to date on activities I need to do.

Infinite Loop. Downloaded Engage, logged in with credentials. I was told to finish set up I needed to download Castlight. Clicked on link, downloaded and set up Castlight. To finish setup I need to download Engage? Around and around for twenty minutes with Engage telling me to set up Castlight and Castlight telling me to set up Engage. Deleted both; I don’t need the blood pressure increases that these poorly written apps will surely cause....

Very clean and friendly staff. I like this office it’s close to home and has a friendly staff

No offline support. Why is it that so can’t get to my insurance cards, doctors and medications when I am offline? Every other insurance app has that except for this one. At least make my insurance cards available to be added to apple wallet.

Great Doctor. Great attitude and easy to speak to about medical situations. Good listener and very patient with each visit. Highly recommend

Excellent care. I have used Dr. Davis for 40 years. His care is excellent and bedside manner is outstanding. Wouldn’t want to go to anybody else.

Trying to chat with a rep & get logged out repeatedly. I was super excited to use this new app however once I registered and tried to chat, the rep would introduce themselves and immediately I get logged out before I can type a response. So frustrating!!!

Extra Motivation. As an active person this app ensures I meet my goal even on rest days.

Too much!!. I think that the messages you send are way too often - we know where you are and how to access your site! Maybe once a month* thanks!

Can’t log in. I can’t get in because it won’t send me a password reset to my email

Rewards are a struggle to get. Have these great incentives to earn Gift Cards and when you redeem the points you don’t get the card and gave to go through multiple avenues and long holds and possibly still get nowhere.

Rewards. When I first got the app I was motivated to walk because they offered chances to win a gift card. Even though the odds of winning were small, it motivated me to exercise more. Now the app is somewhat useless.

Still learning app. So far so good! Still trying to learn everything I can do with this app!

Last update doesn’t work. Since the most recent update, I am unable to open the app. I’ve removed it from my phone, and re-downloaded it. Still nothing. Please fix.

iPad apps should support landscape orientation. Every (literally every) iPad case, keyboard, and stand holds the device in landscape orientation. Apps that only support portrait mode may as well not support iPad at all.
