Bagels always great; app getting better and better!. Thanks for the improved functionality on the ordering within the app, especially espresso mods in the drinks! You guys are our favorite!

Good bagels - check for order. I have purchased a baker’s dozen twice on line with issues. The first time I was shorted 3 bagels but was honored with six when I called the store and went back. The second time two bagels that I ordered were switched with ones I didn’t. I guess they are shaking out the kinks.

New App Rewards Don’t Work. They advertise the new app has a new reward program. The new program basically lets you accumulate points and that’s it. Must save them a ton compared to the old program. The rewards have me a reason to purchase from them. Not anymore

Terrible app. Awkward to use, pages mostly empty, no directions, you try to make a selection to pick the bagels for your bakers dozen only to be told invalid . In a time we need apps the most, this one is useless! Wish I could give it a 0. I’ve removed this waste of space.

Gift cards need to be synced. Decent app, but we should be able to add gift cards as payment options. I’m always in a rush picking up in the morning. I don’t have time to go to the kiosk and order. That’s the point of the app.

Reading Special Instructions. What’s the point of given special instructions if no one going to read them. I asked for a little to no cheese on my sandwich but I got the regular amount.

Horrible app. This app is literally so slow - does not load most of the time when you select location or make your order, good food but very very poor app

Buggy. The app doesn’t handle making any adjustments. I tap the item I am trying to change and it goes to another item in cart instead. I also want to delete an item and instead deletes the item I don’t want to delete.

Orders are consistently wrong, app does not track loyalty points correctly and orders are late. I want to support local business, but the THB app is horrible. It never seems to credit orders when using it. When picking up orders 9 out of 10 times I have to go back because something was forgotten. When provided a time it is always 10-20 minutes wrong! The only reason I ever go to THB is because my daughter and wife like it.

I love THB. THB is favorite place to get egg bagel sandwiches for my family mainly because they take the time to cook the egg rather than microwave it in a plastic bowl 🤢 like some other bagel stores. They have a great variety of yummy sandwiches and paninis and even have gluten-free bagels. Additionally, the app is so easy to use and the staff is always friendly. They did a great job adapting to the pandemic, making alterations to the methods of picking up orders according to changing regulations. It has a neighborhood feel with the owner often present, long-term employees, and tables outside for the warmer months. 💕💕💕

Like the store, sometimes like the app. The app makes it difficult to order at times especially if nonstandard or changes needed from published menu.

Never disappoints!!. It’s hard to find great customer service and a consistent quality product these days, but Timonium THB hits the mark every time we order! Keep up the lost art of great customer service!

Hate the new app. While I really like THB themselves, I hate the new app. Rewards are no longer streamline, the ordering process is cumbersome, and unless you know what you past orders were you can’t easily order from past orders The old app was better

Useful but could be more convenient when ordering a dozen. Wish I could just choose the quantity of each bagel that I want when I order a dozen. That way it would be easier to place an order that has a lot of one type of bagel.

Nice app but.... There didn’t seem to be care taken for a true iOS experience. Auto fill was missing and as such I wasn’t able to use keychain for my password. Also, no option to auto fill my credit card or pay with ApplePay. Not deal breakers but definitely would take this app to a new level.

THB is the best. THB has the best bagels in Baltimore. The staff at the Towson location is friendly and helpful.

Best Bagels on the planet. This is a special place for bagel lovers. Amazing bagels unlike any others. And they have an amazing remote ordering system that makes everything easy!

Payment option. I am very appreciative that I have the option of storing my card on file

Great food but app terrible. Do you think that the best place to get a breakfast sandwich anywhere in Baltimore would have a better app but the app is an abomination. You can’t re-order anything it redirects you everywhere and you constantly have to reestablish user names and passwords and reset your password and establish new profiles every couple of weeks for some unknown reason

The new app version is way worse than the old one. Please revert to the old version of the app. New version of the app is buggy and has a poor user interface

Great food ! Frozen app :(. The food was great at THB. However the app, every time after I choose the location freezes. I have to force quit the app. Perhaps with some patching it will work properly. For right now, it receives one Star for me.

Great food, okay app. I LOVE THB! But the app is just okay. There are many things on their menu that I can’t easily recreate in the app, like egg whites with cheese on a bagel. I have to select egg whites and then add “extra cheese” even though I don’t want “extra” but just a normal amount of cheese.

Best Bagels. The best bagels in Bmore and surrounding areas. They will not disappoint. The app is awesomely convenient and easy to use

Doesn’t work. I went through all the trouble of downloading and filling out my info and then I go to order and the “Locations” screen won’t load, so I can’t go any further. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting and still no luck. I have an iPhone 11 not an unusual or old phone. Very annoying!

You choose items and it doesn’t take it. You choose items and sometimes it doesn’t take the selection

Find the app cumbersome. Love this place and it’s food but the app does not always work.

App is sometime-y. Sometimes it takes 15 min to place an order on the app. So frustrating. Why can’t I order a bagel with cream cheese , “ option not available?” You mean I can’t order an egg bagel with plain cream cheese but I can order an egg bagel? Even when I try to order another type of cream cheese that’s nut available? Why not just say no cream cheese is available at 9:30 am . Frustrating ?!!

App is better but still needs work. 1. No way to change payment (change credit card!!) 2. Also no way to contact anyone for help from the App. It is better than the old app but not really fully functional as a modern app

Good app, but could be great. Allow a set home restaurant that is the default when opening the app. Have a button showing your cart.

Best place in town. We go here every weekend pretty much. Love their bagels.

Poor functionality. Tried to order small qty of bagels via the app. Kept getting error message. Tried to send message to support and app just hung up.

Payment. I wish there was an Apple Pay option.

Friendly service. Friendly service and usually the food is good especially when your hungry and trying grab something quick.

Would be nice. Would be nice to be able to edit / adjust previous orders other than just deleting item

[Updated - Problem Fixed] Can’t apply rewards anymore. (Update) The problem has been fixed, rewards are redeemable now. (Old)The old version of the app automatically applied rewards. This new version lets you select a reward but then it’s no where to be found when you want to redeem it.

Phenomenal service. Izzy P should be made a manager with the highest pay available!!!!

Ordering system. Service and products are great. this new web site is clumsy and burdensome I order nearly every day , sometimes twice a day , for 20 years This new ordering system is a pain

Tips. I wish the THB app had an option to give tips. I never carry cash. Most apps allow tipping. Their employees are great and need to be easily tipped. Towson customer: Dotsie Bregel

No way to change payment. For over two years i have not been able to change the card that is on file. Im patiently waiting for the update to come and get dissapointed everytime. I just want to be able to order on the app but the card that is on there is expired...

Omelette. Fix the section when ordering an omelette. It forces you to add an add-on and spend more money. Can’t order omelettes on the app

Liking the new updates so far!. Big improvement from the previous version

5 Star Food; 3 Star App. I love THB and have nothing bad to say about the food. But, I have had regular issues with the app. It is never clear how to apply a promo- sometimes it says applied, sometimes it applies without indicating and becomes unclear. Sometimes the pickup time bar is glitchy and won’t let you update the time....etc. etc. I usually end up finding it easier to order online or in person than using the app, sadly, which defeats the purpose of the app.

Can’t reset my password. Loveeeee THB. Updating the app logged me out and the password reset doesn’t work. So I guess no more order ahead for me.

New update. The new app is unusable. Considerably worse by every metric.
