High Hopes, Too Buggy for Too Long. I have had a Studio subscription for almost a year and I would say starting 6 months ago they tried to make improvements and it has led to such a buggy interface and experience I truthfully couldn’t use it for 3-4 months because it wouldn’t sync with my watch. I have contacted support numerous times and every time they are prompt and so kind to say “they are working on it”. Well, after the latest “update” my watch won’t sync again and they got rid of all of my favorite classes in favor of this video version. I contacted support again after all of my old workout history vanished from my Activity app only to be met with “we’re working on it”. I understand apps go through tech updates but I find it hard to be a paying customer through all of this. They have never offered a discount or to add more time to my subscription, or do anything to make my time and money lost worth sticking around. There are so many apps like them on the market now. It is a shame they can’t figure out how to make it a better experience for loyal fans.

Obsessed. My obsession with this app grows with each day, week and upgrade. It has taken my running to a new level by encouraging me to challenge myself in different ways with each class and instructor. The sculpt portion of the app has taken my days when I can’t get to the gym or out for a run to a whole new place. I love still being able to sweat and get my workout in while getting stronger along the way!

Take it anywhere you want. Absolutely love this app... what I like the best is that I can control WHEN and where I do my exercises. YES! Exercises, more than just running! This app is flexible with my time and location. No gym, no problem! The best part? The instructors, they motivate you and continue to keep you striving the better you... you not only get instructors, you get a large community that also help support you be the better version of yourself. It’s fun! If you like to compete, you can get on that leaderboard and beat those ahead of you or yourself, by retaking the class. See if you got better than before. Love it!

Great for new beginnings. I have to admit that I HATE cardio. I’m also the type of person that needs to be in a class and told what to do during my workout. This app does a great job of that. I just wish it was more user friendly and gave more specific details of my completed workouts. I would like to know how many minutes were spent in the “orange” and other heart rate colors. It also needs more details on how the leaderboard works and how the fit coins can be used. Otherwise a great app that makes my gym experience worth getting up for.

Like the classes but lacks convenient options. I’m doing to 0 to 5k and I like the class and the coach. However there needs to be a search option. In order to get to day 1 workouts you have to scroll all the way through the entire program every time. Also can’t rewind or fast forward which is super annoying. The coach gave good tips in the last class and I wanted to go back and hear again but would have had to listen to the entire class again. Also accidentally exited out mid workout and had to restart a program I was half way through because it didn’t save my place or let me fast forward back to it. Love the classes but disappointed in the functionality.

Great App - Small tweets needed. I just started studio going on a week now and I am loving it so far! However, I do wish it would show the incline and speed we are at or changing to. I sometimes can’t hear the instructor over the music or I simply miss it. I found myself at times staying inclined and later realizing the instructor had said to lower during intervals. Same with speeds. Some instructors also don’t repeat themselves or countdown to speed/incline changes and I feel its crucial! Other than that the classes are great and really get me to push myself! Oh and I do wish there was a search option to find what you are looking for or to go straight to the classes you want to take.

Not quite OTF. I was enticed by the Facebook ads saying I’d love this app if I love Orangetheory, but this app does not quite replace it. I miss the total flexibility of OTF, where you set your own base, push, and all-out pace, and I was discouraged in my first intermediate workout in Studio that didn’t provide a true walking recovery after sprints. The non-treadmill workouts are also lacking in quantity and variety, and I wish there was an ability to see clips or pictures of the moves in real time without having to completely pause the workout and scroll to a separate screen; even then the moves don’t always match the names the instructor is using. I might be back if I can’t find a gym-based workout app that provides the structure I want, but right now I can’t justify $100 up front or $15/month.

The best thing to make up for gyms being closed due to COVID-19!. Ever since my gym closed for the virus concern I have been at a bit of a loss for my workout routine. I was so bummed because I felt like I had just been getting back on track after a rough patch in my schedule! This app was exactly what I needed. The trainers really amp you up during the workouts and it’s really cool that you’re doing it live with other people. It’s even cooler when the trainers will call you out by name and encourage you to keep going. I love the personalization and hype of the workout!

Bad User Experience. Great concept, decent workouts, bad execution. Nothing about this app is user friendly. You can’t search for workouts or easily follow a plan. Music and instructors are both explicit and there are no warnings for that anywhere. The news feed is mostly users complaining about bugs and crashes. Coaching quality isn’t the best—lots of mumble singing along with the music (so annoying!) and fluffy “pep talks” without really excelling in coaching on form or making sure you know what’s coming up, when to speed up, etc. No way to tell what a workout generally includes without just starting it. No videos for sculpt workouts unless you pause the workout (and one of the two I tried didn’t have them even then). I was excited about this app at first then eager to cancel by the end of my trial. Tried Aaptiv instead today and it’s everything I’d wanted Studio to be and more. Blows this one out of the water.

Good classes/ bad app. Let me start by saying that the classes in the app are great. If all you want to do it take the classes and not worry about connecting to your Apple Watch go for it. Though, it’s a bit expensive if that’s all you are getting. The app itself is horrible. I’ve had it for 4 months and it’s been nothing but problems. Major problems, such as it won’t sync with my watch. I have to delete the app and reinstall it each and every time I want to use it. I’ve contacted support several times. They offer solutions (like delete and reinstall) that work once but never permanently. They promise to fix the problems with “the next update” but I’ve yet to see any fixes. The app can also be a lot more user friendly. You should be able to filter classes to find your favorites but the filter section always seems to show no results or show some but not include classes that I know are there and fulfill what I’m looking for. There are so many way to make this app great but they just aren’t doing it. A big thumbs down from me.

Frustrated with more technical difficulties since the new ios. This app has always had a lot of technical difficulties. They seem to have gotten worse with the new ios unfortunately. Now if I'm in the middle of a run and want to check an incoming message, anytime I leave the app the music continues to play but the instructors audio stops. You have to return to the app, pause the workout and then I pause to get it to resume. I've also had two workouts just stop when I was like 15 minutes in for no reason whatsoever. Couldn't get them to start back up....they just froze and that was that. I want to like this app but most days I have to uninstall and reinstall the apple watch portion of the app just to get proper connectivity. If I were studio I would put every extra dollar into making the app work perfectly.

Great concept, app needs work.. I love the Studio product overall—classes are excellent, instructors truly are motivating, there’s a fantastic selection and music is lit. Downside: as of Aug 2019 the app needs some serious work. It’s clunky to use and is limiting overall. Classes are super unorganized and you have to do a ton of scrolling and waiting for pages to load just to get to the starting point for any series. Needs a class/series list function for more agility. Also, as of today each class can only be taken once...which is a major bummer if you have an issue and need to stop 2 min into a class...can’t retake it later.

PREDATORY TRIAL PERIOD. As for the actual ap, I hate it. I signed up for this because I love orange theory and thought it might be an affordable alternative. However, the trainers are super annoying and say douchey phrases like “Legoooo” even though they are white. I deleted the ap and was charged $105 by Apple after two weeks. I wasn’t aware there was an additional process to cancel the trial (complicated and hard to find info about it online). I contacted Apple asking for a refund and have not received one. When I contacted the app via chat twice, they sent me a link to a third party website with instructions on how to request a refund, which I already knew. Terrible and useless customer service and a waste of $105 for something I will NEVER use!

Love the workouts; would like more features!. I have LOVED every workout I’ve tried. The runs are amazing and all of the instructors I’ve tried have been great. The runs go by so much faster than just running on my own. I did a 45 minute run yesterday and it flew by! One issue, however, is that the connection with my Apple Watch is pretty glitchy. It often takes multiple tries to connect and even then doesn’t always work. When I use the studio app AND try to track my run using the workout app on my watch, it gets wicked glitchy (this part may be more of a watch problem than an app problem though). Finally, I would love if they had class descriptions!!! Am I missing something? I’d like to know exactly what I’m taking before starting the class. Definitely worth the money overall!

Great concept but.... Love the idea behind this and have enjoyed the workouts I’ve tried. But I hate that other than the timeframe and title of each workout, I don’t know what the workout consists of. It would be great if I could read a short description of the workout. Sometimes I can’t even see how long the workout is because the line about challengers awaiting is covering the other details. The filter doesn’t always work properly either. I think the leaderboard is dumb. I don’t care what my ranking against strangers is. I’d rather know what I’m supposed to be doing as sometimes the instructors are hard to hear. If those things could be fixed, would really love the app.

Deceiving.. Really disappointed, not with the app but misleading with renewal fees. When an app popped up on the web to try a week free and then had either monthly or annual fees after the free trial I selected the monthly. Once I downloaded the app there wasn't anything on my profile about the subscription I picked (wasn't on the Apple/iCloud subscriptions either). After the free trial I checked my bank account and had been charged the annual fee instead of the monthly. When I emailed the support team they told me that they didn't have the monthly payment option anymore and just the annual fee and that they didn't have a way to refund me when I asked to cancel the 11 months. Sketchy and deceiving. Zero stars if I could

I love this app!. I cannot stress enough how much I LOVE this app. Having studio helps me have a plan every time I go to the gym which keeps me on track and never bored! There is an incredible variety of classes and the instructors are phenomenal. Studio makes me excited and motivated to take an hour for myself every morning to work up a sweat and strengthen my body. My only constructive feedback would be I’d love to see a “filter” feature within my bookmarked classes so I can quickly get to whatever class I’ve saved and am looking for. Thanks studio!!

Request easier scrolling. The workouts are amazing, highly recommend. The UI of the app could use some updating. The big tiles look cool but having to swipe through six weeks of classes to get to the beginning is cumbersome. I'd prefer a list view where I can easily see multiple options in one place, or if it's a series of classes, start from the beginning not the end. It would be cool to be able to sign up for a series and have it know which class you left off on. Again, a lot of swiping. Class descriptions would be nice too. Some classes have descriptive names but others don't and you can't tell what the vibe or music will be like until you start it, and since you can't start without a heart rate monitor on you can't even listen to the beginning to bookmark classes for later. A few improvements in these areas would go a long way! :)

Doesn’t work as advertised. I’ve used Studio for approximate 6 months. Initially, I was very pleased with the functionality and the diversity of the workout options. That changed approximately two month ago. Studio updated their app which resulted in issues syncing with my Apple Watch 4. Since that time, and despite numerous efforts to resolve the issue with Studio, it remains unresolved. I am still able to benefit from the guided training, but can’t take advantage of some of the other features that made the app appealing without the app being capable of tracking heart rate, distance, etc. While I like the trainers and diversity of workout options, the technical issues are significant and are likely to result in my not purchasing a license to use the app beyond my current term.

Yes to studio!. As someone who LOVES OTF, I had high expectations for this app. I’m a new mommy who can’t deal with an 8-hour cancellation policy or adhere to someone else’s schedule. I need it to work on my schedule. This app does exactly that. I get in, I work out, and I’m done. I’m not wasting my time. I do have an issue with the apps organization and my husband agrees. There’s no good way to find the type of workout you’re specifically looking for. And there isn’t much of a description of what each workout is. The “filter” menu should be first like “what type of workout would you like today?” And then ask the questions and guide you to class options. I feel like the filter menu is hiding and most people don’t see it out the gate. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to the order of the classes listed. From a sculpt to a HIIT to a tread to a walking class, there’s no order or method to the madness, it’s all kinda just slapped in there.

Could not love this app more!. I love that this app offers cardio and weight training classes of all types and lengths. It makes it super easy to push myself if I’m feeling strong that day or find a short class for days when I don’t really feel like working out but know that I should. I’m the kind of person who loves to workout but won’t push myself past my limits if I’m working on my own. That’s what is so great about the Studio app—I just listen to what the instructors tell me and do the best I can...and usually it’s always better than what I would do on my own. It’s like being in a group class without the trouble of making it on time somewhere. I hope they come out with other types of classes like Pilates or Yoga

Decent workout but not like OTF. So I bought into all the reasons this app trumps OTF- namely price and convenience so I gave it a whirl. It’s a runners workout, pretty plain and simple. I tried a variety of the workouts and they were all mainly running motivators - I did (used to) go to OT and pretty much liked it except for the price. Here’s the difference:1) OTF mixes cardio and weights in each workout. The studio app does not. You have to select your run then select a strength. 2) OTF gives you the workout of the day to you so you don’t have to select. 3) OTF creates a personal attachment since coaches will know you by name and what you’re struggling with within 2/3 classes 4) OTF provides achievable challenges On the positive side, Studio does track your burn (ie points) so you do get motivated to move up the ranks. It is convenient. It is low cost. Basically it’s a decent workout app but not and OTF replacement or comparable - I think they should just not market it that way and would get more positive feedback for the workout it IS.

Love the workout, the app needs work. Love the workout itself... if it would finish. I’ve kept the app updated and my phone stable during every workout, but the same workout restarts OVER the ongoing workout so there are 2 workouts going on at the same time and I can’t hear!! Happens between 15-18 minutes in. If that doesn’t happen, the audio pauses and goes silent about the same amount of time into the workout and therefore I can’t finish it. Super disappointed as I would love to continue using the app, but I don’t see a point if I can’t get through a workout.

Love the training…could work on experience. Studio is an awesome platform for treadmill, cycle, strength and conditioning, and more. I love the classes I’ve taken and feel that the workouts are intense and achieve results. The app, however, is glitchy and since releasing their own brand on in home equipment, it appears that the folks at Studio do place emphasis on ensuring the app is consistently working well, updated with new content. They are also slow to non-existent on making fixes or additions, even when committing to doing so. A sizable client base - I would venture to guess likely the vast majority - uses the app and pays for the service in that way…therefore, Studio should pay more attention to ensuring content updates, additional classes available outdoors and in new modalities, and reduce technical difficulties for users who have planned / limited scheduled workout times. When I plan to workout at 6am, the app just needs to work. Doesn’t help me that the app doesn’t work at 6am but works at 2pm. This product space - boutique studio workout apps - is becoming a crowded space and in order to keep up with the market share and not lose to others, including the big in the space Peleton, Studio needs to emphasize quality and reliability. Classes and instructors are great - just need a little help in keeping things fresh and tech support.

Excited about running again. I was seriously considering buying some very expensive exercise equipment in order to get excited about cardio again. Then a friend suggested I try Studio. This app and the community it has brought into my life have changed my mindset on running. I find myself excited to run and wishing I had more time to do more of the classes they offer. The options are great...something for everyone, the music is GOOD, and the coaching is what keeps me coming back. Not only has the app made me excited to workout again it’s saved me thousands of dollars!

Favorite workout app by FAR. As a longtime runner, I am always hesitant to try any fitness app that guides me through my run-especially one that also chooses my music. But I am literally so glad I took a chance on this app (after hearing rave reviews from my friends) because it has changed THE GAME. Not only are the instructors so motivational, the workouts are challenging and fun with music that perfectly matches the pace. I can’t go to the gym without doing at least one workout on this app!

The app needs updating. I recently purchased a sole treadmill and decided to try out Studio since it’s from the same company. The workouts are def intense and I LOVE that. I will say the app as a whole needs to be better. The userface needs an update. I also use Apple fitness and love that you can put it sideways and view it in whole screen. And you can see details on metrics. I cannot do any of that on studio. Also, the white font color for descriptions makes it almost impossible to read. Love the work outs hate the app.

Only recommend one improvement. I gave this app 5 stars, because it is absolutely amazing! I used to hate the treadmill, but now don’t mind it at all. This is really improving my running. After my second pregnancy I was so frustrated at not making progress in running times and being slower! This app is truly helping me focus and work on speed and endurance! But........ can you please show me at the top of the leaderboard? I hate that I have to scroll to find myself as I move trough the workout! I want to make sure I am at the right effort suggested, but honestly it’s dangerous to scroll trying to find myself while running on the treadmill. That’s my only suggestion for improvement!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!. SCAM! These people scam! I subscribed for the monthly subscription and was enjoying the app for a couple months. Until I woke up this morning and they randomly decided to charge me for the yearly subscription and withdrew $200 from my account! I never signed up for a yearly subscription and NEVER authorized Studio to upgrade my subscription nor was I notified of any sort of upgrade. My bank contacted me of this charge. So I contacted Apple about this FRAUD and they are working on getting me a refund, thank goodness! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Matter of fact, don’t download period. You wouldn’t get a good workout without being forced to subscribe in some sort of way anyway! SCAM!!

Great except for some of the instructors. I love this app for a lot of things. I started using this instead of Orange Theory as it was the same kind of workout but way cheaper and on my own time. However, some of the instructors annoy me so much. I swear, a lot of the time I’m 50% enjoying my workout and 50% sweating internally at the instructors. My biggest complaint is many of them speak WAY too much. I like to get into the music when I’m running, and I enjoy to be motivated and pushed but not even 10 seconds. I have to keep turning up and down my volume; 10 seconds of music pumping through my earbuds and flowing through me, followed by 20 seconds of quickly having to lower my volume because of the shrill voice of an instructor. Seriously, we don’t need “instruction” or “motivation” so often. The least you can do is allow us to filter the instructors by how much they talk and the music:speaking ratio. A lot of them also mess up. Cmon, you can do better. I’m sure talking into a microphone for 30 minutes is not that difficult of a job. But when we’re supposed to be having a 2 minute rest and they forget and go right into another sprint 1 minute in, it’s really annoying. So please, keep this app up, it’s great. Just get better instructors.

Needs work. This app needs more functionality during the workouts. I can’t tell what is coming up. I have trouble pacing myself because I have no idea what’s coming up next. During the strength classes it would be nice to have a list of movements in the filters. Sometimes I don’t want to do certain movements. I would also like to be able to do quick rewind. When I’m doing a treadmill class and they mention the elevation once right at the start of the song you are in trouble if you miss it. Or maybe a display while you are working out that shows what you should be doing at that time. You don’t have to have a full screen leaderboard. Other than that, I like the app. Workouts are pretty good. Convenience is huge.

Great concept but frustrating design. I’m not sure how to properly rate this because I’m liking the exercises I’ve been doing so far, but the app itself is really annoying. First of all, I don’t know if it’s a glitch, my phone or just the way some of the videos are but some classes don’t have any video and are audio only. I don’t understand why this would be intentional because how can you follow a HIIT or stretching workout without the visual? I’m seeing this a lot...I’m thinking it has to be some sort of bug... I just really hate the way the app is set up. I don’t like scrolling endlessly to look through workouts. Can specific classes be categorized so that all of the ‘episodes’ are under one category? That would be so much more convenient then having a general cardio category where a bunch of random classes are jumbled in there in no reasonable order. Also, why can’t classes be fast forwarded or rewinded? I had exited out of a class once to answer a text and I had to start over instead of fast forwarding to where I was before. Again, I really like this app so far. It’s really been helpful in getting my exercise in but the design of the app is really frustrating...

Not motivating. Although this app does what it says, I do not enjoy it. I bounce from several workout apps everyday so I thought I’d give this one a try. 1. Choosing a workout is hard because it literally gives zero description 2. The trainers are cheerleaders but not really giving you any running advice or guidance. Just yelling into a mic that has the sound up too high. So I lower the volume but then I can’t hear the music. 3. I also don’t like how it takes over my Apple Watch. I understand it needs that info for the leader board, which I really like but since I really didn’t like the trainers it didn’t matter.

Was great until.... I have had this app for a few months now as I have been trying to come back from an injury. It was great until I recently had a set back and had to take a break from running again. I recently was given the all clear to start again but they have turned off the ability to retake classes. Since many of the classes build on each other this presents a HUGE problem for me. I contacted them via their support page and was contacted by Christopher. It’s been really poor customer service interaction with them repeating the same response and not offering any sort of solution or work around. The answer has essentially been, in Mid August (two months from now) this will be resolved, until then tough.

Get it!. I LOVE this app. So so much. I used to love OTF and then moved to a town without one and was so bummed. Studio is very much OTF vibes.. but better! I got very out of shape during quarantine and decided to download the app. I can honestly say Studio is enjoyable even for someone trying to get back into shape after letting go for a while. The instructors are motivating and make the workouts fun. I really enjoy not feeling self conscious about being the slowest one in a gym class because I’m in the comfort of my own home and can just do ME. Over the years I have tried so many work out apps/classes/challenges and I finally see building a fitness habit doesn’t work unless you enjoy the workouts you’re doing. Studio is that for me and I’m so thankful to have finally found something I don’t dread doing every day.

I wanted to like it but the interface/ audio quality was lacking. I love OTF so the concept is perfect. Execution very bad. Interface is extremely glitchy, has trouble syncing with my Apple Watch. If you pause the work out and then start again sometimes it completely stops tracking your workout. The audio for the music is great but the coach’s mic is just weird and echo-y. There would be times when the coach would mess up the amount time left on the jog or how many intervals were left. He would correct himself last minute and it sort of bothered me that they couldn’t just re-record the audio.

Fantastic App!!!. This isn’t just an app, it’s a full scale workout community with coaching and so much more. I have never run as fast as I do now after training on the hiit treadmill and outdoor runs. The coaches guide you through each activity with tons of motivational advice and tips. I would never push myself as hard or get these results alone. Worth every penny and the app is professionally made with user friendly interface! Try it and try one of coach l niren’s classes first, you won’t regret it!

Great idea, but app lacks basic functionality. I really love the idea behind this app and want to make it work. However, there are a couple of issues with the usability of the app that make it pretty annoying: 1. You cannot download a class. My gym does not have WiFi and the cell service is terrible, which makes it impossible to use this app while I’m there. 2. Finding/selecting a class can be difficult. For example, for the 0-5k plan, you have to scroll all the way to the beginning each time you open up the plan. This is obviously a minor inconvenience but is reflective of an overall lack of attention to usability throughout the app. 3. It can be difficult to hear the instructor over the music, even when the music is turned down to its lowest level. Would be great if it was possible to turn the music off entirely. Overall it’s a great idea and I think with some updates to the app it could be a worth it. However, not being able to load the classes at my gym is a deal-breaker.

Can’t repeat workouts. Until this latest update, about a week ago, we were able to repeat workouts. I woke up tried to complete a run and instead found myself being locked out of the workout because I played a few seconds of it previously. I reached out to tech support and was told that they disabled feature down to be able to update the app. Grrrrrr. Additionally, there was no timeline of when this would be complete. They could have been forthright and forewarned users. At this point I am crazy frustrated at the lack of good customer service. Fix soon. Please

Best workout app ever!. I have been using this app consistently for 2 years and have seen it grow and change! Lisa really takes into account our opinions and is always changing and updating content to fit what we want. I love how motivating each instructor is and the fact I can get in and out of a workout in under a hour. I loved this app originally because of the running workouts that can be done inside or outside but now with the strength workouts it’s better than a gym membership. You get all the burn and results you want without having to leave your house! Love this app and highly recommend.

Not quite there.... This app is nice but frustrating. There is very little information about what each workout is before you start it and is available is frequently wrong (the 30 minute workout I just finished went on for 40 minutes) I find it very hard to pace myself correctly because I have no information about what’s coming up. Should I give this sprint my all because I’ll get a walking recovery immediately after or will the instructor ask me a run for another two minutes? I have a wonky IT Band and want to lay-off inclines while it recovers. You would think workouts with inclines would be clearly labeled and you would be wrong. On the sculpt workouts instructors give you instructions for five or six exercises all at once and then count on you to remember how many reps in what order. Most of these problems could be solved by improving the interface: show me what the workout looks like before I start it and lose the leaderboard in favor of something that tells me what I’m supposed to be doing at that given moment instead so that when the instructor decides to tell us a story about their personal mental health journey in the middle of class I don’t miss out on an exercise.

Almost!. I really like the idea of this app but there were 2 shortcomings that made it a hard sell for me: a. There’s too little insight into what the class is going to be like ahead of time and b. the sound quality is mediocre. As a former OTF member, as I think probably many of the users looking at this app are, I’m used to getting a little intro into what’s to come at the beginning of each class (ie “there will be 3 blocks each starting with 2 minutes at a moderate pace, followed by 30 second sprints” and so on). This helps me get in the right mindset and have an idea of how to pace myself. Secondly, I found the quality of the music to be poor due to the way the instructor is recorded over it. Music is just too important to a work out (for me) to compromise on the sound quality. I definitely think this app fills a need in the market and could be great with a few tweaks!

BAD User exprience. So many issues with the app. Loging in is hard, half the buttons don’t work. Then when I do manage to login, I am forced to already start sharing the workouts I have not even started. I also have to say no to 100 things like social media connect, join some tribes, join some community. Etc. All of this before I can even get to the workout. The workout screen is weirdly stretched out. X-ing out of the workout is hard because there is soo much text on the screen you can’t even see where the x is. I just tap around at the corners hoping that it must be there somewhere. Also I can’t seem to cancel my membership. When I tap the support button, a message appears asking me to get in touch but that’s it. Where do I get in touch?

Apple Watch Issues. Love the workouts, but ever since the update I’ve had a lot of issues with the app connecting to my Apple Watch. Sometimes, it takes multiple tries to connect the two. Today, I couldn’t get the app to disconnect after my workout so my battery was running low on my watch. Also, the workout never logged in my Apple activity. I miss my favorite trainer from the old version because his music was amazing! Overall, I like the app, but the old app was much better. I think they rolled out the video version before it was ready.

My Most Used App. I have been using this app daily for 5 months now. I used to run by myself 6 days a week and was getting so bored. Studio has been an absolute lifesaver! I used to hate the treadmill, but now I can’t wait until my morning run! I have small children and most days it’s the only way I can run. Like to run outside? No problem there are classes you can take outdoors! There are also several walking and beginner classes! I’m now using my app sometimes twice a day with the new sculpt classes. This really is the only app you need to get a great all around workout. Even though I’m still running by myself I feel like I have an amazing support system in the Studio community! Well done Studio!

Worst workout app I’ve tried. So lately I’ve been bored with my normal workouts so I’ve been searching for that extra motivation. So far I have done free trials of 4 different workout apps, this one was by far the worst. The instructor was much too loud, causing me to turn the music down so my eardrums don’t blow, on top of that their microphone was loudly crackling the whole time, and lastly you cannot even see the workout ahead of time nor during so you have no clue what the workout looks like ever, and just have to blindly listen and hope that you don’t hate it... which after you do it for about 10 minutes... you realize you do and get upset. I strongly suggest not even utilizing the free trial of this app. Large waste of time and a possible descent workout.

Great App! Definitely a good value.. I’m an OrangeTheory member and wanted to try something similar for my own gym. Hands down this is the next best alternative. Good programs that are really challenging. Even after regular attendance as a runner at OTF, some were too hard for me. In the end I’m sticking with OTF because you just can’t beat an in-person community, but this is definitely on my radar as a more affordable option, I’d I need it. It gets really close for a fraction of the cost. The one suggestion I have for the developers is to increase access to personal data. I didn’t like that I only saw minimal stats on the leaderboard. I’d be interested in checking that out after, but was more interested in my status... it would be nice to be able to toggle between a full screen/detail view of your stats and the leaderboard. I kept losing myself as I changed positions and found that kind of annoying. I didn’t see any way to look at just my info during or after the workout. Otherwise, A+!

Great idea/not well executed at this time. I am new to this app and LOVED it the first day I used it. When I went to workout the second day, I wanted to do the same workout again but I was unable to do so. In trying to figure out how to redo the workout from the day before I accidentally started a similar workout. I immediately stopped it just to find out it logged it as “completed” and I can’t do that workout now either. This is important because a lot of the workouts seem to be more advanced. I used to be a well rounded athlete but after multiple serious health issues I’m trying to work myself back into shape. I would have loved to use this app, but I will go through the workouts I’m able to do very quickly. I reached out to customer support and was told this was a temporary issue, but it will probably not be fixed until September. I will revisit the app at that time and see if anything has changed if I’m unable to find a replacement.

Awesome classes. Personally dislike group classes but as a personal trainer myself I really appreciate instruction. I like that I don’t have to physically go somewhere and fight for space in an actual studio to get instruction, awesome music, and a workout that I didn’t have to think about for myself (ironically love doing it for other people but not myself 😅). This is challenging and can be done on my own time which with a fluctuating schedule makes life so much easier! I freakin love this app! Absolutely worth the low monthly cost!

Best Value in Fitness. I have spent years slogging it out on the treadmill and paying $35 for fitness classes. I found STUDIO in an article I read about running classes and have been using it ever since. The running classes are great and motivational. It’s also nice to have the music picked out for you and a friendly voice in your ear. I have loved the addition of SHRED. It goes by so quickly and I don’t have to create my own strength workouts. Best money I have ever spent on fitness.

Fraudulently took my money. I joined studio but realised the same day it wasn’t for me. About 10 days later they deducted $89.99 from my account. I can’t log back in to the account to contact them as they’ve locked me out of the account. Beware before signing up for the free trial!! It’s a SCAM.. ITUNES can’t help as the payment didn’t go through them. I don’t know how Studio managed to deduct funds without the use of ITUNES. I’m reporting them to iTunes as people need to be aware this can happen before signing up for a so called free trial!!

Terrible app. Nothing works. No workouts shown. No programs shown. It’s not working.

Keeps crashing. App crashes about 30% of the time and it’s really frustrating when I’m in the middle of a 45 minutes treadmill workout and can’t go back to where I was before the app crashed.

Improvements Needed. App crashes so frequently it’s not even funny. Also very hard to log in as frequently the login even crashes! Improvements desperately needed.

Mc. Love this App!! Ahhh-mazing

Be careful. Be careful when you accept the trial period for this app. I started the free trial, deleted the app after about 10 minutes, cancelled my subscription immediately and was still charged the full price. Fortunately Apple refunded the cost but that shouldn’t happen. Proceed with caution.

Renewal. I did not receive a notification for the renewal from apple for you The payment passe in my account and I don’t want your service anymore I was waiting for the advice from apple not to renew And I want my money back in 48h

Love this app but sometimes freezes. The app freezes on me sometimes right in the middle of a 45 min workout. It would be nice if you could fast farward the workouts so when this happens you can pick up where you left off. If the app didn’t freeze on me every-once in awhile I would give it 5 stars.

Studio hit. I cancelled my subscription for December 13 and still being charged

Great app. Would give this app 5 stars if there was a feature to plan your daily workouts. I bookmark some but then have to scroll forever to find the right one. It would be awesome if I could save the workouts I want to do for the day in one place, and then do the same for the next day. Bring this feature in and I’ll give y’all 5 stars hands down!

Amazing. This APP makes you forget that you are on a treadmill running. The time passes super quickly and the quality of the coach/music is awesome! Highly recommend giving this a try!

Great. Workouts are easy to follow and offers a ton of options for all levels (use the search function). I like the instructors as well. I’m 1 week and 4 workouts in and already seeing improvement in my running.

The Best. This app is simply the best on the market. It covers everything from strength to HIIT to cardio to stretching. Absolutely love it. Love the trainers and their amazing motivation. Love the entire tribe of like minded people doing these workouts together on the leaderboard. I have been focused on strength training and physical fitness for many years. This app has proven itself to be more effective than anything I’ve ever experienced! I have accomplished more goals than ever before and even during COVID-19 lockdown restrictions!

Don’t bother with the free trial, you can’t cancel after. Been trying to cancel my free trial before it ends and there’s no contact info or ways to get ahold of anyone. It looks like you can only contact them on weekdays and not on weekdays.

Not exactly what is advertised. I signed up mainly because the reviews said the playlists were really great but it turns out that they’ve deleted their playlists and replaced them with Feed.fm which from what I can tell so far, is slow tempo no-name artists you’ve never heard of. Sure they have themed workouts like “90’s theme workout” but the music is going to be nothing from the 90’s. They should really write somewhere that the music won’t be matching anything so that users aren’t left wondering what’s going on 5 minutes into a workout!

Music not as advertised. Really wanted to love this app!! The instructors are great - but the music doesn’t match the class title. Ie - I took a boy bands run - but there wasn’t a single boy band song. The music is all sleepy background tracks which doesn’t match the high energy instructors. You can tell they switched the music at some point after the fact. Also wish you could scroll through a class or skip ahead if you exited the app by accident and wanted to pick up where you left off. Pretty disappointing !

Can’t even try it without paying. I can’t even determine if this is worth it or not. Have to pay.

Enjoyable classes. I like the classes, there’s a good variety and the instructors are motivating. I do wish there was a way to download classes - gym wifi is spotty - and I REALLY wish there were class descriptions/playlists to help in the deciding process.

R. Coaches are really good.... But the music you get in America is great compared to the garbage elevator music we get in Canada. Something to do with copyright.

How do I know I like it?. Can’t trial without paying. Too bad cause it looks like an interesting app.

Love this app!. This app and my home treadmill are the only things keeping me sane self-isolating at home in Canada during this COVID 19 crisis.

Skeptic turned biggest fan. Saw an ad for this app on Instagram and was really skeptic - but downloaded just to give it a try. I did the 2 weeks free and am HOOKED! I will gladly pay the yearly fee for as many workouts that the app offers. The workouts are fun, encouraging, and have great soundtracks. It makes me want to work out and go to the gym again and again. I can’t say or recommend it enough!

Upset. I’ve had this app in the past for a trial run and got rid of it because I didn’t find it worth paying for. Then I got it again recently to give second chance and they offered free trial and then charge for subscription after that but instead I got charged immediately and read afterwards that if you download the app a second time, they will charge you and you won’t get a free trial. So I’m very upset that it even gave me option up front to have a free trial when it wasn’t true instead of telling me that I will be charged right away this time around. Just not right.

I Love the Idea. I love the idea of the app, but it could be better. The treadmill classes in particular make me excited to get on a treadmill and push myself. In fact, why don’t gyms already offer their own versions on the TVs right there? BUT I cannot always stream the class on my gym’s crappy Wi-Fi, so it’s useless. Why can’t you view content offline? Also, why don’t classes have descriptions?! There’s a class on the schedule called Elevate Your Game, for example. Do you need weights, to be on a treadmill? Who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️

SCAM- Billing is a disaster. The app itself has limited updates, and few varieties of workouts, but the billing disaster alone is reason to stay away. I canceled my membership in September with email confirmation, it took going back and forth for 3 months to final get the charges to stop and my money refunded. Clear and resolved in December to only have a charge from Studio Live pop up again in February. I am literally going to have to close my payment account to prevent this from continuing b/c of this nightmare of a company.

Mistake mistake mistake. I’ve tried to love this app for 2 years now and it’s still a buggy mess. Today, trying to plan an at home weight workout. Open app, logo and blank white screen. Wait wait wait. Check internet connection, all is well. Ok ios14 sometimes bugs apps, let’s delete and reinstall (mind you same exact thing has happened in the past and I was told app wont work till xxxx due to iOS update). Reinstall app. Double check internet. Big surprise app just hangs. Yes I will now reboot my phone, clear out the caches and all that fun stuff but why??? Why can’t this app just be right!!!

Studio. LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I’m a stay at home mom to a 3 & 4 year old, so getting to the gym to a class for a specific time wasn’t really an option for me. Studio has been life changing for me - weight loss, more energy and for the first time in years, I look forward to exercising! I highly recommend it.

Love it but some flaws!. The biggest positive is I look forward to working out on a treadmill now. I love hopping on a treadmill and not having to think about what I’m doing. It’s fun, the music is great, and the time goes by so fast. The biggest flaw is you can only preview sculpting classes. You can’t preview anything else. It’s very frustrating that I have no idea what I’m getting myself into. Please fix this! Some other minor flaws is sometimes it won’t sync with my Apple Watch and I’m clueless with the fit coins.

Extremely glitchy and extremely frustrating. I want to give 5 stars but the app inconsistently works with my Apple watch. Hasn’t synced for my last 3 workouts. So frustrating!!!! Also, every time there’s an update it logs me out. Not a huge deal but once again annoying. Needs to perform better or I likely won’t be a long term customer. Please fix the Apple Watch syncing problem!

Good but could be awesome. This is a great idea, however Studio hasn’t done the work to make it great. Better class descriptions would be a starting point. Right now I have to start the class to see if I’m going to enjoy it. There is a fix, add more detail to the description. I have the app on my treadmill but I don’t get to “share” and “chat” to get more “fitcoin” (what is fitcoin anyway) Also, I cant see what my rank is if I log on with the treadmill app. Come on y’all, you can make it awesome!! Just do it!

I love this app!. I stumbled across this app about 6 months ago, and I am obsessed! As both a boutique fitness junkie and runner, this has been absolutely perfect for me. I “run with Studio” daily and I love the variety of music, instructors, and class formats. The best part is I can do it anywhere (outside, gym, hotel gym, etc.) and I feel like it’s always fun and I’m consistently seeing results! LOVE it.

Got me back running. Awesome app! I had stopped getting on the treadmill because I was so bored with it but then I got this app. Man! I love how there are soo many workouts and I absolutely love the HIIT treadmill workouts. I can get my workout in quickly, but know that it was effective. This app got me back to enjoying running again. Thanks studio!

Great motivation!!. I absolutely love this app! The trainers are top notch, great motivation and encouragement, love the music playlist! There are so many different workouts to choose from and I love that they just added strength too! You won’t regret trying this app out! The person on the treadmill next to you will be jealous of the awesome run you just had!

Amazing Community. This is one of the best apps I’ve ever been recommended. The instructors are amazing, the variety of classes is exactly what you need. And even better - You can do everything on your own time. If you’re like me and have a hard time knowing what to do at the gym, this is perfect for you!

Crappiest app ever. I really wanted to like this app. But after two attempts to do workouts and some sort of other app interrupting my work out, and I couldn’t come back and complete it. Every time the app went right back to the beginning and I could never go back to where I left off in the work out. I don’t know why you can’t fast forward it to go back to pick up where you left off. I couldn’t care less about fit coin or earning things. I just wanted a good workout. But when the app kept quitting and dropping me back to the beginning of the work out it’s worthless. Save your money.

Love the coaching but.... Coaching and music is great and that’s coming from a hardcore Orangetheory workout fan (sadly I moved and none in my area) but it’s hard to search and if you have a workout serious you like it takes forever to scroll through to the beginning of the series. It also doesn’t connect to the Fitbit which is kinda lame. But otherwise I been enjoying it.

Lovin’ it. I am a Orange Theory Fitness member ... it has turned me into someone who can’t go two days without working out without a tremendous amount of guilt!! I saw on Facebook that if I like OTF I would love this app! I can not tell you how amazed I was to be in a lil hotel gym and motivated to not finish one workout but two in a row!!! I can’t wait till tomorrow morning for another workout!!!

Helped me learn to love the treadmill!. UPDATED: APPLE WATCH USERS There is a workout power saving mode in your watch settings. Make sure that is turned off. The first class I took was a little busy for my brain. Music and a coach at the same time, took some getting used to. I find that I can hear the coach better with ear buds in. The only complaint I have is that even with an updated Apple Watch, I still show a 0% for a majority of my runs. Occasionally it will acknowledge that I am working out and throw a percentage up there. I would like that connectivity to be more accurate...I may then have a chance to NOT be in the lower ranks and earn more fitcoin.

Great instructors! And it’s FUN!. After ditching my overrated Peloton bike. I discovered STUDIO and love that I can take it to my gym, turn on my Bluetooth earbuds, and go for a quick run. My wife also got the app and loves it too! The instructors are top notch, the classes I’ve taken are excellent, and they have a point system called “FitCoin” that you can use to redeem fitness gear. A+. I love working for a prize!!!

Lost 18 lbs since Oct ‘18. This is the best workout program period. I don’t have to rush or wait for the class to start. I can take classes at the gym, home, or outside literally whenever I want. With Studio, I lost a ton of weight and I’m still going strong! Also, the instructors are really awesome and I love the support from the Studio community.

Great idea, solid workouts, horrible sound. I’m trying out the app for the free first two week trial to see if I like it— and I do, for the most part. Unfortunately, the sound mixing is horrible. The music is way too loud or bass heavy and you can barely hear the trainers. It would be awesome to give users the option of mixing vocals and music to their taste. Unfortunately, this issue may prevent me from committing to the app for the year membership.

Almost perfect. I use this along with a couple other similar apps. I like the leaderboard feature on this app which is why it’s my favorite. I wish they had longer workouts. 45 minutes is the longest run and I usually try to do an hour. I also wish you could download workouts to do offline. I’m going on a cruise and was hoping to use this app on the ship - but I don’t think I can without internet service. I’ll have to use something like Aaptiv instead. Lastly, I could barely hear the music over the instructor talking. The music is a big motivator for me - more than the constant dialogue. The social aspect and leaderboard make this my favorite workout app.

Problems syncing with Apple Watch. I’ve been using the app since late last year. Initially, I didn’t have problems with my watch syncing and accurately recording my workouts. However, that’s changed. Recently it seems I have to delete and download the app again almost everyday in order to try to make my watch sync and even then it stops syncing midway through workouts. Very annoying!!!

Running teacher. I’m a busy mom and full time teacher. I’ll admit, I was skeptic about trying this app. I spent about 4 weeks looking into different kinds of apps for exercise and reading reviews of all the different kinds. All that searching and reading led me back to Studio. I’m on the free trial right now, but so far, 2 classes in, I’m loving it. Even after a hectic day at work, I still want to run! I highly recommend it.

Great trainers, awful app. Been with Studio for a while because the trainers are great. But the constant complaints from users are completely ignored. The app glitches and crashes constantly, and when it does in the middle of a workout you can’t fast forward to get back to where you were. Sadly I don’t think it’s worth using anymore when there are other options out there that work so much better.

Better than OTF. This app is everything! Convenient, personalized, structures, flexible, effective, and FUN! While there are issues with the app, the support team is amazing and always responds quickly and they are constantly updating the app to make it even more amazing than it already is! Try the 2 WEEKS FREE... you won’t be disappointed!

Motivation. I enjoy studio because I feel like I’m with a group of people even on the treadmill. I also like the fact that somebody is talking to me the whole time which helps me control my breathing and to focus on other things like form, healthy eating etc.... Leslie, they have pic some really good music to run with...

Amazing!!!. It’s hard being a full time working mom of a toddler and having a husband who’s in the military and typically gone. After running my half, winter came and I got the blues from missing my runs. I brought the treadmill in from the garage and studio seriously has been a godsend to my mental and physical health!

Goodbye Studio, Hello Peloton Digital!. I really enjoyed Studio for 2 years. Lost weight and learned to enjoy running. The last major update ruined the app. The best instructors left (especially Cedric Green). I have an annual membership that I don’t touch now. What a waste. Oh and a video based app only for phone? Luckily Peloton has renewed my interest in running and now yoga! I pay slightly more $ for such better content and it is available on Fire tv and IPad. I wish Studio luck in finding their way back to what made them great.

Life changing!. I went from barely using my treadmill to running 5 days a week! The classes, instructors and playlists are awesome. And all in the privacy of your own home. Great for beginners because all you have to do is adjust your pace or incline to what you can handle and there’s no one there to judge you LOL

You can’t do the same workouts more than once??. I used to love this app until recently – you’re unable to do a workout more than once. For the amount you pay, you’d think redoing a workout would be an option. Not sure why the standards were changed but I’m highly annoyed and will more than likely cancel my subscription as I only enjoy certain trainers/tracks. Would be nice to play your own music over their voices too.

Glitchy. I’ve been using this app for about a year and have enjoyed the workouts so much that I bought Apple Watch about two months ago. Since then, my experience with Studio has been mixed. The Apple Watch app often crashes and disconnects causing me to get inaccurate distance readings on my workouts. I’ve been trying to work around this by using the Apple Watch workout function and not connecting to the leaderboard.

Awesome concept. I want to love this app... I really do because the concept is awesome. I am a former OTF member who wanted something similar but that I could do on my own schedule so this was very appealing to me. Unfortunately it is very buggy and the sound quality is less than great. Oftentimes I can’t get the workout to connect to my watch and when it does it doesn’t always track properly. Also I wish the class descriptions weren’t so generic. If the developers can fix those issues it would be a 5 star.

Review. Love the app very comparable to Orangetheory fitness, however I do not like that you can’t back up or speed forward in a class for example I closed my class out and had 10 mins left I couldn’t reopen and skip forward it wanted to start from the beginning. Otherwise it’s an amazing app good music great coaches. Finally found something to keep me motivated at home!

Doesn’t load or recognize email. I was enjoying this app when it works but right now my email is not recognized to login and I am unable to reset my password to troubleshoot any issues on my end. My members is still good, but the app is not working.

Wish you could see workouts ahead of time. I am LOVING this app but wish I could see what I was getting into ahead of time in order to be fully prepared! Majority of the time my watch will say it’s tracking metrics but when I go back to my activity it shows nothing. PLEASE fix these issues and maybe have a description of a workout before starting it!

Great workouts but the app itself needs improvement. I love the workouts. Sometimes I miss what the instructor says so I wish there was an option to rewind 10 seconds and/or some indicator on the screen for the recommended speed + incline. I also see in other reviews that there are 10 instructors to choose from, but I only see 6.

Please look into:. Great app that has truly improved my VO2 and my overall endurance and speed! I complete 4-5 workouts a day from the app, but would love for it to be compatible with more watches such as Fitbit. Also more options for prizes would be neat, if felt very rewarding to turn my coins in for a Starbucks gift card, hope to see more gift card options in the future.

Terrible Audio. BEWARE: The advertisements for this have clean audio and upbeat, fast pace, and motivational trainers. NONE of this is true once you download the app. The microphones are extremely bad quality. Apple AirPods sound better than their microphones. You here their breath after every word. This is not even close to iFit or Peloton quality. I couldn’t even finish the first class. Tried a second, and couldn’t even finish that class either. DO NOT BE FOOLED! Also.... you can cancel subscription, but you cannot delete your account without emailing support. This is stupid.

Love the HIIT workouts. Convenient, energizing workouts. I wanted a Peloton at home for days I can’t make it to the gym but couldn’t warrant paying for that and my gym membership. The Studio app is a great alternative. I can do treadmill classes at home and do cycling and other classes at the gym. I wish you could see the instructor and the sound quality today was not perfect but with a $2,900 savings compared to the Peloton (including membership), I’m very happy with Studio.

Not impressed. I was super excited about this app (Orangetheory person here until the shutdown) and was very disappointed in it. I got it going and it literally stopped working three minutes into the workout. I stopped running and was annoyed trying to figure it out. I never figured out what happened other than I couldn’t get it to start again. For the three minutes I had it, I thought the instructor talked too much and I wanted to hear music. Oh well. I have a Apple Watch version 5 and iPhone XMax and am very tech savvy.

LOVED this App but now.... I got this app and I pay real money for it. I then bought a watch JUST to connect with this app. At first, it worked great! Now, it won’t connect. No end in sight to this issue. I’d love to give this app five stars and I’d love to continue my subscription, but this is ridiculously demotivating, which defeats the purpose.

Great app but .... Great App, very motivating, engaging and the investment into your Heath is great and saves you a lot of money. .. . but would love to see the following improvements: - more HIIT classes that have both treadmill and weight/body weight combined - see live recordings of class so we can see the exercise without having to pause the work outs - classes organized better in app. A lot of them look and sound the same - fit bit integration

GREAT app but major flaws. I love this app specifically for the treadmill workouts as I just don’t have the motivation at all to run on the treadmill. There just always seems to be a glitch almost every time I open my app and it’s super frustrating! I want to continue with the app but if the problems don’t get fixed I unfortunately will be unsubscribing as I don’t want to waste anymore $ on something that just isn’t working. I hope things get fixed quickly..

Billing nightmare. I love this app itself. However, I signed up for an annual subscription with auto-renew. At the end of my year, I was billed as expected. However, the app doesn’t work and requests that I start yet another subscription. I emailed Studio support and they said I was expired and didn’t show a renewal!!!! Tell that to my credit card and the subscription account on my iTunes account as both show I have paid for the year! With tax, this is over $100/year that I’ve paid for something I can’t use! Buyer beware!

In studio experience at home. If you love studio classes like OTF, but hate the commute time, cancellation and scheduling policy, this is for you! Do the same workouts from home or an open gym. Classes are challenging and instructors are talented trainers that motivate you. One year subscription costs much less than a month of classes.

Why the F bombs?. Some of the classes are good, but there doesn’t seem to be much of an order to the classes. They just sort of seem to randomly show up and there’s not any description of what the class is about. You have to just start a class and find out. Whine you’re running there’s no way to see where you are on the leaderboard without trying to fumble with your phone while running and scrolling around to try to find your name. The language on here seems to be inconsistent. Some of the instructors are pretty family friends and then others will just blurt our obscenities for no reason. I wish they would cut all of the cursing. I’m not about being prude, that’s just no reason for it. With that said, the classes do help you get a good work out in.

Simply the Best!. This is by far the best running app I’ve come across. Not only do they have the best treadmill workouts and variety, they’ve added outdoor runs and body sculpt! This app is so inexpensive and you can do it on your time, whoever you want! Take it with you on the road, a business trip, any day/anytime and anywhere! This app and its tribe has changed my running life!

Love it but connectivity frustrating. When this works it’s awesome and I love it. The running workouts are on par or better than Orange Theory or Barry’s but without the crazy price. Unfortunately I’ve been having connectivity issues with my Apple Watch since the last app update and the app isn't recording the basic data I love to see (distance, heart rate). Very frustrating! Also a couple of enhancement ideas: 1. Would love to be able to favorite a workout program to follow, not just an individual workout. 2. Would love to see the details of a sculpt workout before starting it. 3. Would love to be able to change volume of coach and music independently as a global setting perhaps. I consistently find the music too soft in the background but some coaches voices are rough on the ears when they’re too loud :) Thank you!!

Never Available and disappointing. Have had a subscription for 4-5 years. Used to be a great app but all of the good instructors have left and there’s some kind of a merger going on with another app so the experience is disjointed. That is when the app is up and running, which is almost never. I usually get an error message telling me that there is an issue known to the developer and the app is down.

Love this program, hate the app tech probs. App will constantly forget my login, automatically close and lose my data, and sometimes not able to go past one second of a workout once I’ve picked the right one for me that day! Super frustrating! Have contacted help and they just tell me to take off app and load back on. Not really convenient or reasonable for daily use. But love Cedric’s tracks!!
