I am so freaking mad rn.. this app is amazing and i’ve used it for quite a long time, which is why i’m so upset right now. i wouldn’t usually write a review like this, but i’m just hoping the creator will respond because this is quite upsetting. i’ve been using this app since just before quarantine. i’ve logged so many paragraphs of my feelings and it helped so much. i was able to look back and see all the terrible times i went thru because honestly i’ve never been so terrible in a period of time (quarantine). i wanted to look back and log my day in again today only to find the app completely changed and deleted all of my entries. all of those hard times, all of those 5 am breakdowns, gone. just gone. i don’t even like the update very much. they added the option to choose multiple emotions and stuff like that which was great, but the old layout made me more calm and i liked the aesthetic better. i’m just so upset that such important moments from the past 5 months just got deleted for no reason. it deleted my account as well and made me do the whole tutorial again. please, PLEASE tell me there’s a way to fix this. it’s very upsetting to me.

You guys are so awesome!. I just wanted to say how awesome and considerate the people who made this app are. Out of everything they could’ve done, they chose to make something that would help us grow mentally and spiritually. I hope this app grows, just like the people who used it have. Great app and awesome features. I like how there are a lot of different moods, situations, and causes to choose from. I love how you guys helped me to realize how I was feeling, and how there was more to me than happy and sad. It’s really good for people who don’t have someone to talk to at the moment, and for people who just had a bad encounter. I like how it’s not complicated and the aesthetic is relaxing and makes me feel...supported? 😂 I’m not sure how to explain it, but if you don’t download this app you’ll miss out and regret it. I didn’t know if at the time, but this app would be the point in my life where I decide to be more patient, grateful, kind, not wasteful, and put myself in other peoples shoes. I’m still very very young (a lot younger than you may think) but this app inspired me to let God take control of my life. Thank you guys a lot! Make sure to take care of yourselves and don’t put too much pressure on yourselves.

decent app. It is no doubt that the app helps people reflect on major experiences in their life while acting as a coping mechanism for anxiety and stress. I personally love using the app, and whenever something major happens in my life, the first thing I go to is this app and just rant about it. But after using this app for quite a while now, I believe there should be some modifications to make it an even better experience for users. 1. Saved drafts: I would appreciate if there was a way to collect drafts of stories and save it. Not only can people come back to the draft to write more, but it can also some tons of time. I once wrote about 1000 words about a day, and for some strange reason, my phone shut me out of the app and my writing was gone. It disappeared. I was so descriptive about my day and it just went away. But if there was an option to hold drafts in which stories would save automatically (such as google docs or something), then I could easily find access back to my story and it wouldn’t have been lost. 2. vertical display: I hope this makes sense, but I think it would be more convenient to slide up and down to access stories instead of sliding left to right.

Totally Recommend!💕. Reflectly is an app you can come home (or start of your day) and express your day, and/or how you feel. First, you do your daily check-in. You can write notes about your day, and they can be as long as you want. Say maybe a special event happend, or something really frustrating happend. Next, you can do an optional daily task that can be as simple as a bubble bath. You also have mini-challenges. To all my over thinkers, don’t worry! For an example, today my challenge was “Currently, _____ is the most challenging thing to accept about myself”. I simply had to fill in the blank, no right or wrong answer, just expressing yourself. I have moderate anxiety, and I overthink everything. Oh! Don’t forget the daily quotes. I once got one from Will Smith. I love his movies! Overall, Reflectly lets me get my feelings out and really let it out. Even though you have to pay for certain things like custom quotes, and free access to all of the other apps, I’m inlove. Totally recommend for anybody! Have a great day!

Weird but worth it. I really like using the app, but a lot of the features advertised on their apple store page aren’t available unless you go premium. I thought it was weird, but I didn’t look at their page too hard, so I didn’t mind it. I love the way the typing feels so easy and the atmosphere the app sets is nice. It makes me feel like I’m safe when I’m writing it, like I’m talking to a therapist or writing a sick novel. I was put off by the missing feature, which was being able to track your progress in happiness, but I don’t mind it because I’m not the only one using the app on my phone. However, I don’t like the fact that you can only write one story for every day because sometimes I want to write other things, an entirely different story, but I can’t, which is ok. I’m fine with it since it makes the app feel much more natural, but it would be nice if you opened a specific day on the calendar in the app and you could choose which story to go over, but, again, I don’t mind it. (Also it’s cheap that you count spaces as a character since you’re making it limited for people who won’t or can’t pay.) Great app, nonetheless, would recommend to my friends if it didn’t make me uncomfortable to tell them I use an app diary.

I totally recommend this app.. I know I rated it five stars but Im just upset because first off, I’m 13 and don’t have a credit card so I can’t subscribe to a priemium Account. I’m in seventh grade and I have a lot of work and homework. It’s giving a lot of stress and Recently I lost a couple friends and on top of that, I’m not doing so well in school. Also my dad isn’t very close to me. All these things are making me feel not myself. Some nights I can’t sleep I’m so sad. Anyway enough about my life. I’m pretty sure this app would’ve helped me but like I said, I don’t have a credit card so I can’t really do anything. That’s why I rated it five stars because this app looked helpful. Anyway I know the priemum membership is the way the app developers make money and I understand that. But maybe you could put some ads in there and take away some payments that would be fantastic. But if you can’t I completely understand that that’s how You make money (the app developers). I totally recommend this app for people who are sad and can afford 40 bucks a month.

Simplicity. I love this app because it’s very straight forward and minimally functional. Some apps try too hard to make you write or log every little emotion you were feeling throughout the day and it makes you stressed and anxious to try and thing back to these feelings you forgot you were feeling that day. I don’t write everyday which is normal for me but I feel like this app reminds me to write at the perfect times, when I’m not busy and have a little bit of downtime to type out how my day was. The only thing that I am still having trouble understanding is the rating spread. I understand the whole idea of it, and think it’s a good one, just needs a little more information or maybe a nice info graphic on how to enhance your mood when you’re feeling down or ways to relieve anger or stressful or anxious feelings based on what you wrote that day. If you wrote that you had a great day and everything was perfect maybe incorporate that with relatable quotes or articles on how to keep your motivation up and what you can do to do so in your work and personal life. I don’t know, this is just little things I would enjoy so maybe other people would too but I do love this app it’s relaxing and helps you get out the emotions you need in a way that doesn’t take up too much time yet lets you reflect on the important parts of your day.

I really love it but.... I really love it . However , I’m giving it four stars . Overall it is a very good app that I will be looking forward to using in the future . Now you are probably wondering why I give it four stars , it’s because of the price . While yes , the price of the app use is free , you are very limited to what you can do . If you are looking to just vent into a virtual journal , then look no further , this IS the app for you . But ... if you’re like me and want to take it further by taking photos and seeing progress ( like streaks and daily moods ) then you will have to buy it to access it . A premium account would be better for you if you want to go out and explore photos , get personal insights and more . The app , although , is still amazing , no glitches (yet , don’t count me on it ) and runs very smoothly . If you haven’t seen an ad on this , it’s basically an online personal diary where you can tell about your day and describe it by clicking what made it the way you feel about it ( such as food , travel, relationships etc. ) and your emotion( confused , happy , anxious ) . You can customize the screen and add onto the way your day was . I really like that and it’s a good app worth the try . 😊 I’ll update if something happens or whatever.

Love it but some things are bad.. Ok so I really love this app, it’s really nice and aesthetic. It’s so fun to write your whole day down. What your mood was, the things you did today, and then you can look back at all those stories. Which is a lot of fun and very relaxing. I do have a couple of problems though. So I was browsing and I accidentally hit the log out button. Obviously you can log back in, but when I logged back on everything was gone. I was literally going to cry. The whole thing was gone, it said I had no stories or streaks or anything. I was able to download my data and get it sent to my email, but I then had to rewrite everything. Which I was willing to do. I started writing one then went to bed. I woke up and looked at it and it was still gone. The poof it’s all back, I don’t know how but it was all back there. Ok my next problem. I do love Reflectly but to only be able to do one thing in not premium is annoying. So basically you have to enter 7 stories and you unlock your status. Then I’m going to look at my status and it says you have to have premium. I will pay for premium but I don’t want to, I’m going to save up my money. I read this in one review and I thought it was a good idea. You could complete like a certain amount of stories to unlock let’s say status. Actually unlock it though, be able to look at it and everything. So personally if this was my game I would do this. Thank you.

Super cool app. I really enjoy this app. Iv been needing a journal again but I write so much my hand starts to hurt so I stoped journaling. Well that didn’t help. I need to get my thoughts out one way or another or they reply in my head. So I was on reddit for a while… that doesn’t last long because even in the most wholesome subs you get trolls, and one troll can ruin everything you’ve worked on. So I googled journaling apps and this popped up. It’s very versatile and has a lot of cool features. Quotes everyday, reflection prompts and then you have your check ins. And this is huge you can type them, use voice to text or if a photo says a thousand words you can always add a photo for your check in. It tracks your check ins and after a while you can start to see what might keeping you going and whats pulling you down. You can set it to remind you to check in, but honestly after you do it a few times you really love it find yourself just checking randomly throughout the day. Like before a class or after dinner. I love this app, I got the full version before the first week was up. It has helped immensely and I can also bring it with me and easily go over my month with my therapist.

A great overall app. I’m not one to write these long paragraphs for reviews or even write reviews at all but honestly this is probably one of the best apps I have that helps me cope with my anxiety and also express the good things happening to me at the end of everyday Here’s something to improve on. I feel like if you complete all the achievements which shows lots of dedication you should be able to unlock at least some of the premium features for free because it shows developers that you have spent lots of time on their app doing what you are doing for free. Now I’d you buy the membership it’s a different story but for the people who can’t really afford it even though it’s cheap or the people who are too young and need parents permission which isn’t being granted to them it would give these people 1. a good reason to keep using your app and 2. Be able to unlock features that they can’t buy. I am one of the people who can’t get the membership so I’m just writing and I haven’t even had this for a week so I can’t see my stats yet but either than that it’s overall a really awesome app. It’s nice to come home from a stressful day of school and just sit on my phone and write what happens during the day. It’s also great that unlike other apps it doesn’t force you to remember everything that happened to you that day. With Reflectly you can focus on either the whole day or just a small portion of your day that either made it bad or good.

I love it!. This app is so great :) And it works. You do have it get a subscription to unlock certain things but the app is definitely usable without one. The app has a feature where you can talk about your day verbally or write it down. Whatever you are more comfortable with. Not only this but, you also get the option to turn on your notifications and it will remind to do a “daily check in” One in the morning, afternoon, and night. Any other check ins you do can be completely up to you! You can do as many as you please and throughout the day if you’d like. Its private so no one can see what you write down there wether it’s venting about a bad day or putting a picture to show how great your day was. It’s like your own personal digital journal. It also gives motivational quotes, and every Sunday you can practice thankfulness. If your looking for something to help with your mood if your feeling down or if you even wanted something that you’ll be able to take wherever with you without taking to much space up in your bag then this is the app for you! Have a great day! 🤍

Love this app. This app is amazing. I have tried to start journals before and have always failed. I am not much of a big writing fan, when I would write in a journal I would not get to write everything I wanted because I didn’t want to write that much. My mind was going to fast for my hands so I would write summaries of what was going through my head. This made for a not so good journal entry. I would also forget to write often or just simply choose not to because I didn’t feel like writing. Luckily I am a faster typer than a writer so I am able to keep up with the thoughts going through my head. It is also a lot easier to write everyday because I can choose to get notifications. The app also has an amazing design that is pleasing to the eye ,and all my little entries look super neat rather than my sloppy- tired of writing, handwriting. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t know how go express their feelings or feels like they have no one to talk to because it is a great way to get those feelings off your chest. That is actually why I got this app because I struggle with talking about how I feel so, being able to write about has allowed me to relieve a lot of stress.

Error while saving.... I receive an error while saving rather frequently. I’d say at least once a week. When that happens, there is no way to recover. I have to manually go thru the story and copy my entry so that I won’t lose it... not to mention, text selection is garbage so trying to get the “Select All” text hover button to appear is hit or miss. Why is there no way to “Save as Draft” or some other method of error reporting? What is the error? Also, why is an internet connection required for journal entry? I understand backups of the entries require internet, but why does actually creating a new journal entry require internet? Overall, I regret spending a yearly membership on this app. I have removed my subscription. Will continue to use for the remainder of my subscription, but then will switch apps completely unless things change. Fantastic concept, love the prompts. Minor tweaks like being able to select multiple icons when choosing what made the day good or bad would be nice (although you can select multiple if you edit the story, weird workaround) and adding multiple pictures would be nice. I really do like the concept, this is the journaling app I’ve been looking for. Unfortunately, it’s just very buggy and requires internet for no good reason.

It was great until the update.... So I have been using REFLECTLY for almost 40 days now, it has helped me so so much during the Quarantine. I loved the happy notifications, the thought provoking questions, and the pictures it would give me for each of my journals. When I would be having a bad day, I loved writing about it, and being given a picture of an adorable puppy, or a rainy window with a heart on it. I always smiled by the time I was done using reflectly. I still have my journals, but now all the happy pictures are gone? Sure if I attached any images those are still there, but I don’t get the ones that Reflectly gave me. It makes me really sad and the app just looks bland now. It’s kinda annoying having to sign in every time I want to open the app too. Like I get it for privacy reasons, it just seems silly when it’s on my phone. I miss how the reflectly used to be laid out and I am kindly asking maybe try to come to a compromise? I loved it until it updated, if it’s about like scrolling through perhaps just add like a scroll bar at the bottom underneath your journals how it was laid out to help for easy navigation. It’s just a thought and I know I’m not the only one that dislikes the update, I’m just putting it in kinder words.

To pay the price. This app is so useful! I love it it can help you stay calm and can help you with your bad days. This is much better than a journal because it’s online you don’t have to buy supplies like pens pencils sticker if you want and a notebook and with a regular journal you have to worry about a marker bleeding and the quality of the paper, or even misspelling words and over all the mistakes you can make. I personal love all the aesthetics of a journal. I mean all the pretty colors, the cute stickers, and just the whole concept. This app doesn’t have that but still gives me the satisfaction of a journal! But the ONE problem for me is the price you pay 20 bucks a month about 100 bucks a year and 200 buck for when ever you use it. Now to me that’s pretty expensive. And when kids or teens like me grow up we might not have interest in stuff like this or we might be to busy and I’ll basically end up wasting 200 or 100 bucks on it. So you can still use the app but I’m just saying if you want a journal I’d rather recommend just making one yourself because the price is just too high. If they take away the price that would be the best thing ever so. Yeah Thank you for reading

Brother this is amazing!. I have been using this since I was 4 years old! I know that sounds so weird but it’s true! Every time I went home I would sit on my iPhone and will ya know! Write my feeling, what I did today, but there’s a question... WHY IS THIS APP SO GOOD!! I know I know I’m going to crazy, it’s just I love this app so much that I wanna write again when I was 4 years old I used to write a lot, but when I turned 8 years old I started stopping to write... but now since I’m 20 I wanna write again! I know it sound weird because I’m 20 years old again so i wanna write again! This app is amazing I want updates also! I don’t care if it’s a little update or a big update but..I like it the way it is it’s beautiful 😍 I hope you feel good, this is a quote I made “whenever you see a flower blooming it makes you bloom and grow!” Yes I know it’s kinda weird but it’s true! Your growing and there blooming, I’m not used to write a long paragraph but I think this needs a long nice paragraph 📄, anyways um more about the 4 years old... I also stopped writing because my mom didn’t like when I write! But now since I’m in my own apartment I can do whatever I want (of course I’m gonna clean my walls and floors!) even I want to read again! Stay healthy stay sweet and don’t forget to be nice to each other ❤️ Baiiii!

Deleted my emotions. I added a bunch and half were deleted. Idk how many I’m limited to or if they count “archived” ones. you can only archive stuff, not delete or edit it, so a lot of the archived emotions are duplicates I may have decided I wanted a different icon for. Even if I try to add an emotion to an entry now to try and anchor it to that entry so it doesn’t get deleted, it’ll just disappear from said entry. So at this point all my entries are wrong. I tried to contact support with no response. I ended up deleting my account and starting another, only putting in emotions I’ve used before in my other app instead of all of them because there’s no room. I never got a response from support. Another thing to add since telling support won’t do anything; there’s a bug which sometimes makes it so if you’re editing a previous entries’ time it won’t change pm to am. I put the entry in at like 12:30am but it says pm. I tried to change it so many times but it won’t change. Just silliness. It’s only happened once so… idk. I like the app but it needs some bug fixes and serious revamping of the added emotions/activities system. I’m only trying it out because they gave me a year of the growth bundle for free since I bought the lifetime of done and do. Besides those, this is the only app in the growth bundle I actually use and it’s like… okay. Needs work. Probably will only keep it after the year if I can buy a lifetime.

Its great for some people. If you can remember to do this and have the effort to try and make a daily story, this is perfect for you if you need to relieve stress, and feel more productive! This is why i turn on notifications, make sure to do that. I honestly love it, but you could add a few things. 1: be able to share your thoughts and get feedback from other people who are going through the same thing. I find that satisfying that if i am going through a rough time, i am not alone. This is not just for stress, depression, and anxiety. This just could be used to pull yourself together, be more organized, and overall a nice experience. 2: have a schedule. I think it would be nice to have a calendar, and you could tap a date, and add something you have to do on that day. (Also used if you have notifications on) sure, we could download a separate calendar app, but this would get much more downloads if you have it all in one. 3: a “diary” would help feel more fresh and like wight being lifted off your chest. I personally, like digital diaries, because they are easier and my hand doesn't get tired 😂 Im sorry if any of these were already included, but these are some of my ideas!

Needs more. I just downloaded this app, and while it has a beautiful layout, there are times where it has its short comings. Firstly, there needs more be more versatility with things like activities and moods, because each day there are more things that affect you and just one entry is a little nerve wracking. Second, I have a premium account right off the bat (plus the trial) but what struck me as odd is that I have to PAY to document my emotions or daily events on this app—when in reality I feel like I’m only paying for it’s beautiful layout. Third, you can’t copy and paste or cut anything into your entry sections when you write. A gigantic error page pops up and that’s very frustrating and disappointing considering you’re paying for the app to function like any other maybe even better than others. This has so much potential but missing features like a monthly tracker to document your moods, multiple emotion options/activities to choose from when doing entries and trackers that monitor how often you feel a mood or how often you do an activity is really depressing. It needs more and that’s what I was expecting considering some people might actually pay nearly 45 a year to keep it running.

Love this app! But it needs some improvements. I’ve never been persevering when it comes to jounaling; I almost always end up ditching the app I’m using and find a new one. But Reflectly somehow keeps me hooked on writing stories, adding images (or just admiring the beautiful ones that go automatically with every story), and reflecting on my day. Overall it is a great app. But it could use a number of improvements. Firstly, the twelve hundred character limit has proven quite short for me on some days where I’ve wanted to delve a bit more into my thoughts and feelings. Furthermore, the constant Internet connection needed to use the app seems a bit far-fetched; I think it can’t be that hard to make this app work offline. Also, when it comes to choosing the mood of your day, being able to choose more than one (or simply to write your own in more than the one word allowed) would be a very welcome improvement. And, finally, some more options for the AI questions would do no harm☺️. The app in itself is truly amazing, and adding requests like this into it I believe would make for an even better experience!

Lovely app! But... (suggestion). I love this app and has been using it for the past months! Its a nice way to jot down any thoughts or feelings into! But I will say I hate the new format since its last update or two. If you’ve never used the app then I’m sure this won’t be too much of an issue and feel free to download it if you like! But as someone who got used to and grew a liking to the older format I just wish there was an option like a switch or something that lets you switch between which format you want (the one that scrolls up and down, AKA current format, or the one that scrolls left to right) the main reason I wish for the old format is I just miss having a photo as a cover image along with the title on it, then having you tap on it to open your summary and such. With the new formatting there isn’t really a need for a cover image. I liked using cover images to sum up what I did that day like a photo of something I got at the store or somewhere I went that day etc. Aside from a cover image, I do think it takes a bit longer to scroll down and find past entries opposed to scrolling right and left. Aside from the complaints, overall reflectly is a wonderful app and I highly recommend it!

Updated review!. I reached out to the reflectly team to get help for my issue below and Nicole reached out to me with a very supportive response and was able to immediately fix the issue and get me my membership. I really appreciated this and am happy to be starting my new year with this app! Thank you again! I downloaded the app and it immediately asked for a year subscription, I was interested and decided to buy. It purchased and had me do my first log of my mood. I did that and everything was great! But then it asked me to create an account so I typed in my email address and it said this is already in use, maybe try signing in? So I backed out of the app to go back to the home page where i could sign in and I signed in successfully. But I checked my account and not only is my first log missing but the subscription was missing and it said "basic plan active" so I was confused and clicked on the "activate reflectly" and clicked redeem offer to see if when it connects to my apple account it will recognize I have already paid for the subscription. Well it didn't and charged me again because I got a text from my credit card saying I was charged another $63 but the app said "error occurred" and never gave me the subscription anyway! Point is I have two payments of this year subscription and no subscription. Please help

It’s alright.. I like using the app, it’s a beautiful interface. It always runs great. But I wish there was more to it. Yes, it helps me reflect on my day, get out my feelings without having to have a heart to heart conversation with someone. But having the premium version of the app, I expected more. I wish the developers would add the option to reflect on more than one category. “Work, relationship, school, food, exercise, etc.” Why wouldn’t I want to speak on more than one category? I also expected a more personalized approach. Give me more places to type in my goals, habits, something else. I can spend less than 5 minutes on the app a day and feel like I didn’t do anything to better myself. I would also like daily questions that seem of some significance. They always seem random, and at the end of a bay day the last thing I want to do is talk about what i think is most important in a friend. I challenge the developers to dive deeper into their customers and explore a more personal connection with the app other than. “How was your day? Bad? Sorry, Good job!”

Just like a therapist!! But free!!. Overall, Reflectly is great app!! I really get to know myself better. Sometimes I don’t like speaking to people about my problems, so this app is PERFECT!! I don’t know why, but I feel more collected, calm, and less easily be irritate after I use this app in the morning. I’m just less likely to blow up and scream after my sister doesn’t give me my space and thinks she is the boss of everyone and everything!! This is app is so awesome!! ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Every great app always has multiple minor flaws. Reflectly only has 1 minor flaw: There price of the special membership. It’s Special membership price is about $80 a year. That’s a bit much. The thing says that it will help you become happier when Reflectly helps you solve your problems. I think you should get that no matter what! That isn’t a reason to pay that much a year. I’m not trying to hate on this app. It’s a great app!! I love it! I just mean Reflectly shouldn’t have the price of a special membership be so high! Some people have many problems and don’t know how to fix them. Those type of people need Reflectly to help them with those problems without paying $80!! This is a great app anyways! I think if you maybe take the price away, it’ll be the BEST app that you can have. What’s not to like; you get to know yourself better, not get irritated easily, and most importantly, BE YOURSELF!!

Why you should definitely get this app. I have always been skeptical with mental health apps just because if you think about it, how can an app help me with my problems. This app does just that! In the morning you get one simple motivating task to do so you can get your day started off right and throughout the day when you feel the need to talk about your feelings you can. At night you have a prompt to help you better understand your problems. One thing that really has helped me is the notifications. That might sound weird but during the day the app will send you quotes and personally quotes like that inspire me to be better and I really like being able to choose ones that you relate to the most. After about five days of using the app to tells you about your feelings and if your getting better or not and other things. This app has made me feel better and actually got me to keep up with journaling I really recommend this to someone who wants or need to journal but can’t keep up with one this is for you.

Awesome app!. Lets start off with how AMAZING this app is! This app calms me down when i do check-ins and lets me kind of express my feelings when there is nothing to express them too. I also love the inspirational quotes i get everyday, and how i get to chose how many times a day i get them ( I personally set mine to 8 x a day)! And i love how i can view my stats , i also love how you get to CHOSE if you pay for premium and if you don't you still get let into your app and get to experience other features unlike other apps.. and to end off my review it is amazing and i definitely recommend it ! Its not like other diaries and then again keeps me calm because Reflectly asks me questions that if i was writing in my diary i would just be straight forward, wright about it and be done! But here they ask you questions so its like talking to a person but now having secrets and people talking about it and sharing things that happened to you when its none of there business( i experience that alot). Then again i love this app and I totally recommend it! Get it if you don't have it already! Thanks for reading , bye!

Generally A Good Start. I was feeling kinda down for a while, and when I started scrolling through apps, an app of the day was Reflectly. It looked cute so I tapped on it. I saw it had things to motivate your day and bring out the best in you. The challenges, questions, and goals help you rejuvenate happiness. So click I went and now I have the app. This reflection is recent, I have not even had the app for a day. But it’s friendly smiles and quotes to brighten your day help a lot. Reflectly is a self - journal to reflect your days. It’s probably described as a diary, but it is so much more. The app is very well designed too. The graphics, characters, words, and more are smoothly operated by the creators. I feel really confident that I am going to be a lot more happy in the future. Conflicts and glitches aren’t a problem yet, as apprised to other reviews here. You may be wondering why I have four stars. It’s because I am a beginner. I haven’t unlocked all if the tools involved in the Reflectly. It has shown me what to do, but it does let you explore the world of the app. Reluctantly I like this app, and if your dealing with something you’d rather not share with other people, this is the app for you. I will update if I change something about my vote. But again, the app was a generally a good start. I can already fell my stress bleeding right out of me. So now, get Reflectly, it’s a great start!

Amazing 🤩💞. Just when I had started to give up and think there is only one solution to my problems I got the life changing add I had got it many times before but have never really thought about getting it ever since I got this app I have been allot happier and more organized it’s very simple to sign up and set up takes some time to get used to and turning on reminders is definitely helpful! 🤩🤩🤩 but for real this has helped me cope with anxiety I feel much more put together and organized I wish I would have gotten it sooner it really helps me look at what my life is like in a different view I get to see what I thought of previous day weeks and months also the app recommendations are good to i ended up getting one of the other apps recommended called Done and it give me reminders for holes that I have set for self care like to remind to brush my teeth wash my face and even just to take a breath this app has really helped me though hard times and I know it will help me in the future as well I wish I could thank the creators of this app in person it really wowed me that there is actually good people in this world that care about others and not just them selfs 🥺🤩

3 months in!. Loving this app! I like the various ways of checking in. The activity and feeling button customizations are great (would be nice to be able to edit the chosen icon, I tapped the wrong one once so the icon doesn’t match the activity 🤦🏼‍♀️) Also it would be awesome to be able to tag entries. Like I just learned about the 5 core needs in therapy and I wrote about it but I know I’ll be digging into each one and I’d like to be able to write about it in here but without a way of referencing where or when I wrote about a topic it’s tough to go back and reflect. Would be extra awesome to be able to do multiple tags. Because maybe that one entry also connects to multiple topics. With that concept it would be nice to tap on an activity or feeling button on the stats page and see the entries they were used with, even just the date and entry title. If I want to exclusively use this app for say a gratitude journal and a goal tracker and a traditional journal, to be able to navigate through tags and buttons to see progression or even share an entry thought with a therapist these options would be super useful! Love it though and have recommended it to many people!!

Good. The app itself is great. It has a really nice concept, it isn’t glitchy, it’s calming and entertaining. It does what it says it’s going to do. So the reason I put this as a four star rating is because to get the fully version you have to pay money. This is the case with a lot of apps, but this one in particular has not a lot of features without paying. I personally don’t want to pay money to get extras in an app that’s meant for writing. But the point of this app is to pretty to much have an online diary so it’s great. The other reason this is not a five star rating is because the app will sometimes delete what I have previously written and make me start over. For example, a few weeks back I wrote in this app every day. I stopped for some time and I today went back to look at my old writing and it was gone. I had to start from scratch with all of my preferences and my name. It isn’t the most convenient but it is overall a good app. It works for me, but if you’re looking for something a little bit more reliable it could be a little bit frustrating. But it has a nice aesthetic and calming effect, so I would recommend for those who need some interaction and somewhere to just process your day or something you are going through.

Could Use More Inclusivity. When I first downloaded this app back in 2017, I really liked it because of the access to everything and the way I was able to express things without anything holding me back. Some apps similar to this require you have a subscription in order to access everything, and those always bothered me. Because I wasn't using this app as much as I could have, I deleted it and recently just re-downloaded because I felt as though I needed it more than ever. I was very bothered to find that a lot of the features that were free back when I had it two years ago are no longer available unless I have a subscription. This means I can't express my own emotions in a manner that I should be because the app wants me to pay 40$ a year in order for me to do so. As a student in university, I need something like this to help me sort through my depression and anxiety, and I don't have the money to pay yearly for a subscription to an app that I used to love. I believe that if some of the subscription services were taken away, such as the stats for my mood and the unlimited space for journal entries, this could be better, but the fact that the subscription takes nearly everything away from the user is something that I strongly dislike.

Great!. This app is very good at its job; and I’ve only been using it for a day. Even though you have to pay for somethings still, it’s not getting in the way of you using the app. At all really. Are use the free version and it’s still great. Like with some other apps you have to bye like pretty much the entire thing to be able to use the app and if you don’t want to buy it then it’s pretty much just getting in the way of you using the app in its entirety. Which is quite annoying (specially in the fact that that’s pretty much every app out there). I am only reading this app five stars because of what I’ve seen so far. I haven’t been using it for that long clearly, but it still seems to be working. I love how you can customize pretty much the entire thing just to your liking. It is very good with letting you speak without caring. Like when you sometimes need to just talk but you can’t talk to specific people or you just feel like you can’t talk to specific people; yes well now you can. I love how you can just speak into it and not even care. Very good tool for remembering your thoughts and how you felt. Sometimes in the moment you don’t quite remember all of the things that happened to you and that day that you would like to remember and sometimes writing it down just doesn’t quite cut it. Anyways overall this app seems to be pretty good. It’s cute, it makes me feel good about myself, and makes me feel happy overall. I would recommend this app to a friend.

I love it. Honestly.. I’m not usually a sappy–wanna write in a journal about my life kind of person, and when I saw this app on an instagram ad I was a bit skeptical, but lately I’ve been going through a lot and I’m trying to come to terms with my emotions. I’ve tried many “log your day” types of apps.. and none of them have been as good as this one. It’s very calming, easy to use, straight forward, and efficient. I think the idea behind this app is awesome and it’s been executed very well. This has easily made its way to one of my favorite apps in such a short amount of time. I’ve already suggested it to my friends and I personally just think it’s perfect for someone like me.. someone who’s going through a bit of a rough time and just needs a place to vent. The app is already wonderful how it is, but of course ideally to me it could maybe have a section for something like breathing exercises, or a way to calm you down. I personally have a lot of anxiety and so I feel that would be very, very helpful. Even maybe some calming sounds, or videos. Just a suggestion of course! It’s still amazing how it is. I thank the people who made this app. I never knew I could care so deeply about a small little Icon on my phone. Thank you Reflectly team.

Reflectly! 😀 (please read!). I absolutely love reflectly! BUT... there is one thing. The only thing I am a bit dissatisfied with is the lack of options that the people who do not want to pay a subscription for the “premium”. (Keep in mind that the subscription is QUITE a bit of money!) So reflectly, I would really appreciate it if you guys could add some more options for the people who don’t want to pay the monthly subscription. Other than that, I would love to elaborate on how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! First of all, this app helps so much with daily check ins (if that makes any sense) on how the users of this app days are going, and the way that this app doesn’t just leave us all struggling (this is me) to search our mind of what to write about the day we had— it gives us good and realistic questions to answer. I also must add that the feature of adding pictures to the journals is amazing because you never know when one of us users may want to sneak in a pic of a nice day at the beach, cool food etc. overall, I love this app and am looking forward to the future updates. Thank you for taking this time to read this rewiew!!! 👌❤️😁 truly pleased— these 5 golden stars are all shining bright and true!!!

Awesome. The positive quotes are great and you can add a little bit of info about the things you did that day, or a lot. It’s really up to you! Every morning they give you a positive quote and a challenge. My daily challenge was to go on a run and see the world. I definitely think Reflectly is an amazing app and you should download it. Even if you don’t feel like the app is for you, I think everyone needs a challenge and some motivation in their life! You don’t have to fill out the surveys, but the morning challenges and motivation are they for you in case your having a bad day. The “morning” card that pops up with the challenge and motivation and stays there all day. Meaning you have access to it all day long. So at some point during the day if your not feeling good about yourself or something or someone else, go onto the Reflectly app and take a look at the quote or challenge and try your best to push your limits and complete the challenges. That’s about all I have to say about this app so now, you better go download it!!🤣 Have fun on Reflectly and always express your feelings when needed, or don’t, it’s up to you!!❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼

Great for Remembering to Write and Let Your Thoughts Out. Reflectly does exactly what it says, creating an easy and effective platform to job notes about your day. While similar to the notepad function, it offers a bit more with interactive elementals like describing mood, asking daily questions, etc. Where this app has a problem (it seems like a bug) is when you try to edit something you said, it often freezes and you have to go back to the top of the page, close your keyboard and then go back. This is a really frustrating issue (happening as if patch 2.8.4.). When this happens it makes me just want to use the notepad function, because it feels choppy and rough. I also don’t like how you can’t paste text into your descriptions. It makes transferring things from my notepad really frustrating and hard. Other than this bug, I find Reflectly to do exactly what is says, and guides you through your thoughts. While you could just use a notepad, the features are a nice addition for staying on track and engaging thought. Hopefully they’ll fix the above-stated issue and improve fluidity is the app.

Extremely helpful!. Hey, I usually don’t like journaling or writing down how I feel or anything, but I decided to give Reflectly a try and it’s helped a lot! I’m not able to get the premium but the free version has plenty of features that I wouldn’t expect from an app with a premium feature. I also like how the app automatically saves your notes so you can look back on them. I also really appreciate the quotes, it can be very nice to just sit on the couch and scroll through quotes that can inspire you. One thing I’d like to note is that if you click your stats, it will say you have to complete a certain amount of reflections to unlock it because the app doesn’t have enough information about your progress, but once you complete those reflections it will say it’s only available with premium. Although, in the background you can still see stats that are slightly faded out. I’m not sure if that’s just an example to show you the layout or if your progress is there but just faded. Anyway, this is getting long but the gist is that if you are thinking about getting this app to help with your mental health, I 100% recommend it! If you read this whole thing, have a wonderful day/night!

Great app with beautiful UI, but improvements are welcome.. I love Reflectly. The UI is absolutely gorgeous, the animations are slick, and the whole app is great to use. The check-ins are great, and the voice notes and photos are also a great addition. I love adding a photo or two that highlight my day. The app’s been doing a lot for me, and I love it. However, there are a few improvements that could make it even better. First, the iPad app is pretty bad. It works, but there’s no trackpad support, so things are still pretty awkward. The text formatting is awkward (there’s no cursor, so you don’t really know where you’re typing). I’d like to see a more advanced text editor for journaling with rich text formatting, inline image support, different (preset?) text sizes, bullet lists, the works. After all- the app costs $60/year. Apple Pencil support would be wonderful, it would be great to have a hybrid journal with typed entries in addition to handwritten entries. Support for scribble would also be a welcome improvement. Another great improvement would be the ability to add videos along with images. I’m unsure if Reflectly is already encrypted, but it would be a great idea to include the option to encrypt your journal and its entries with a custom key like Jour does.

Awesome app but some minor issues. I have been loving the app. It’s been helping me a lot and I love journaling but just never feel like writing on paper. So this was the perfect app to get me in the habit of reflecting on my day without getting discouraged by writing in paper. However, I am giving 4 stars because lately, when I go in to add a story, knowing that I am connected to WiFi because other WiFi required apps work, when I try to click let’s go when adding the story, I get the same message telling me that something went wrong because of an internet connection problem. So I will check with google and other apps that need WiFi and they load just fine. I’m not sure if this is the actual app or just my iPhone that’s crashing. I never write reviews but thought that if you (the app developers) saw this, you might be able to try and fix it, if it is the app. But because of this issue I haven’t been able to add stories for the past couple nights. Even my morning moment are not loading the actual text. Just the headings. Anyways, I hope this can be fixed if it is a glitch in the app, but seeing other reviews it doesn’t look like anyone else is having this problem.

A Doubter turned believer. I’m not gonna lie, from my personal background, I used to think these kind of mental health apps were a scam. I haven’t been feeling like myself lately and found this app on Instagram and I have been going for about two weeks strong writing every day, and this is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I have been feeling so clear minded, and have been super honest and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Some parts are not available if you don’t have a membership, but even the free version allows a lot of access to the main features. I just purchased the membership, and with a year plan I’m literally only paying 3.33 a month, which is pretty cheap for my mental sanity. I like the questions about myself where I can reminisce on experiences from way way back, and am so happy I have found this app. If you need an outlet of any sort and semi-enjoy writing out your emotions, this app is for you. Thank you to whoever made this because every day I feel it helping me become a better person. You can even add pictures and stuff to help you remember specific events for when you look back on your entries, which I think is super dope. I highly recommend it to everyone, but suggest you try it out for free first and see what I mean. After like 7 entries, it even shows you data on how you been feeling on a day to day. This app is great and I plan to use it for a long time.

WOW! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE READ!. Hey there. This app is great and I’m not just saying that. You can still do what the apps meant for even without premium. Also there’s always a great amount of selection or choices to complete. You can read quotes, look at your stats, you can reflect, and say something that your thankful for and why. It’s an amazing app and I would definitely 100% get this app if you are interested in amazing content anywhere from ages 8+. This app lets you reflect more than just once a day; In the morning, afternoon, and evening. It’s always open. It makes you feel piece in your life even when you don’t always have it. When you do have piece it just gives you hope, bless this app. It helps. I was a bit sceptic at first but now I absolutely love it. I’m never getting rid of this app! So far I’ve found no glitches, no problems, and no security issues. Your privacy is guaranteed! Trust me on all of this. Yes, I’m young... but I know a great app when I see one. Have a great day, and thanks for reading. Bye.

Reflectly has changed my life. Reflectly has changed a lot for me not just the way I think mentally but physically it reminds me every day that I could be going through something worse that someone else could be suffering while I am here hating my life but living living a life that someone else would dream to have someone on the street would love would be grateful for, And as I say these words I am reflecting on my past self on how ungrateful and selfish I was so I’m saying thank you so much for helping me realize the pain that other people could be going through so that I can enjoy my life and be as great full as I can while I can because sometimes people don’t always get a good life some people don’t always get things like this some people don’t get gifts that make them special or that can give them money and honestly right now I am so grateful for what I have my past life I was suffering I had a really really bad past that I don’t think many people know about so I’m reflecting on my past self and I am thanking the lord that I could have this life and not be selfish anymore and I thank you God for this life that I’m given.

Brand new and loving it. I just completed my first story, and it felt good to have something to write my feelings down in with major convenience. You don’t have to write anything (but you have the option to), it asks you to rate you day, what made you’re day that way, and how you felt throughout the day (you just press which one you feel, there plate options for this part, no typing required) There are also achievements that you can earn as time goes on. *update* I’ve been using the app for a while now, and I was really enjoying it, but today when I went into the app it said I had to login, which I’ve never had to do before. I don’t think it ever made me set my email to it or make an account, because I tried the password recovery multiple times and it just said that something went wrong. So now I can’t access any of my previous stories, which I’m very upset about because the main reason I got this app was so that I could go back and read them in the future, and it was more convenient to use than pen and paper. I guess I’ll be sticking to using paper from now on because all of my time just got wasted with this app. I would recommend this app because it has a good layout and it is more convenient than keeping a hand written journal, but for me personally it is not worth the risk of losing it all because the app all of a sudden needs you to “sign in”.

Great! But.... This app is great. It has all you need to have a motivational day. I love the fact that Reflectly has so many quotes you can just keep scrolling and scrolling and there will be a different quote every time. So much to do! But... I have one concern. I recently have enabled the ‘Biometric Passcode’ setting. Ever since I enabled this, there has been a minor bug where every 2 minutes (or so)that I’m on the app, it tells me that I need to do the finger ID. AGAIN. It’s annoying because sometimes when I’m writing an entry, the bug pops up... so can you please fix this?? ALSO! To anyone who thinks they have to buy Reflectly, you don’t!!! (You can still buy stuff in the app, but the main features are still free to everyone.) I know this because I have recommended this app to numerous friends and family, and a lot have said that they have to pay for it, and they didn’t want to buy it. But actually it’s completely free, but an ad always pops up when you open the app. All you have to do is scroll all the way down and there will be a little button that says, ‘NO THANKS’ and you just press it and create your account!! (Or I guess if you already have an account, you can just log in...) I hope this review was helpful!

Simple and Fun!. This app is so enjoyable! Logging at rating my days makes me want to do more with my time so I can look back on my happiest moments, and the different questions asked each day is such a wholesome way to finish my day-to-day experience. I look forward to recording what antics I’d encountered at the end of the day, and having a visible streak pushes me even harder! I especially love how I can attach pictures to my day; there’s now a visual aid to help remind me of a particular moment. It makes me want to take more pictures of whatever enticing activities I come across! The only reason I am not giving this app five stars is because of the intense lack of content for non-premium users. If I had the money, I would love to pay for my statistics and bonus features! Having those extra tidbits would greatly influence my experience on the app. Unfortunately, I do not have the money, and at stones the app seems to be punishing me for it. It’s rather annoying to be constantly bugged with “so you want to upgrade?” notifications, especially when the exit button is so expertly hidden that I have to close the app entirely. Overall, Reflectly is a wonderfully charming and entertaining app! I rate this four golden stars and a wholesome kiss on the cheek. ;)

Money Well Spent!. Ok I didn’t realize my free trial was over but that was my fault. I forgot I already tried this app months ago and reopened it. At first I regretted it because I already have another journal app but oh well. This is a very good app. It’s simple and an excellent guide to life’s daily topics (work, relationship, travel). The app doesn’t bring the user to a separate page per selected topic; it puts you back on the same page you’re working on in order to complete your day’s story - that’s brilliant and very considerate. This app is not complicated and it does what it’s supposed to do - encourage the user to write about life. No distracting forced cute illustrations or pastel soft colors. The design and guided steps keep the user focused on writing. It’s unbelievable how some users are so surprised when they automatically get charged after the trial period. Reading the clear print when agreeing to the trial is encouraged. Also, $40 a year is a really good deal! I read most of the comments and many wants a life-changing, super app but doesn’t want to pay for it. The good people who are running this app - this is their source of income just like we go to work and get paid. Let us be grateful instead or opt for a wire notebook and pencil from the Dollar Tree. A free and amazing app - yeah, not happening. I promise you, THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING JOURNAL APP. My only question is, what the heck is that logo character?

You have to pay to do anything.. I’ve had this app since i believe January of last year, and i started heavily using it during lockdown for covid and it helped me manage my thoughts and feelings and it became easier to progressively work through them. I was most of all enjoying the morning motivation, and for the end of the day check-in, it would ask a question of the day which was my absolute favorite part. However, in this most recent update, I’m unable to do either of these things without paying for a subscription. The only thing i can do for free is look at past entries and view the quotes page. What I don’t understand is if the purpose of the app is to journal, why do i have to pay to do it? And so suddenly too? It’s like a music streaming app offering music you can listen to for free and after your 3rd song, they make you shell out some cash if you want to keep listening to music. I wish they would consider going back to the original format, im sure most people would pay for the premium subscription, and then people who are satisfied with the free version can continue to use the app. It’s disappointing because I was really enjoying this app and how it was helping me and now i’m forced to find something else that’s suitable for me mentally and financially.

This helps me journal like never before!!. I’ve never really been one to write reviews before - must be because I really love this app. But this has changed the game for me in being able to reflect on my day and journal! I’ve journaled in notebooks before but was never really consistent with it. But this has helped increase my consistency, ease of journaling, my “want” to journal, and include more details of my day - like being able to upload photos of it. I like how it asks questions to make me thing and reflect, although I don’t find all the questions worth answering, I definitely do like when I see a good question that helps me reflect! The only things I wish that were improved on this would be increasing how much you can type per section, having something to save all this data to, and idk if it’s desktop friendly, but if it’s not, then being able to use on a laptop/computer as well. But overall, I love this app and how convenient it is to journal. The hassle with journaling is being able to capture your thoughts and ideas at any given moment, meaning - having something to write on and write with. But the convenience of having this app on your phone to journal whenever really helps to simplify things and journal whenever you want

Ok...let’s be honest here.... I loved this app back in December 2019, I WAS able to write a lot. Then later on,I deleted the app. I’m not sure if my memory is terrible and I don’t remember how it was then (in 2019) But it just doesn’t seem the same to me. I remember that I was able to write so so much. But now since I don’t want to pay I can only write, well I mean I can’t even write, but I’m just able to tell the app how I’m feeling. To my memory, it gave you a question on how or why I felt that way I’m pretty sure. But now like I said before, it only asked me how I feeling and why I feel that way. I mean I think you’ll be a great great app if you were to pay, but I’m a broke person so,I don’t want to pay... but until I find an app that lets me write about how I’m feeling and is just amazing. For now, I will just have to make do with this one. By the way I know that there’s the notes thing but that’s not the same thing as what I remember OK? got it? Someone please let me know if I’m right in the app has changed or I am terribly wrong you know that I’ve hasn’t changed whatsoever. Thank you if you read the whole thing really appreciate it, peace people!! -Valeria <3

It helped, but it always advertised me with the premium. I really like it, I also used it a year ago due I had bad depression, and then I got it again 3 days ago. But after the 2 days I got it, it didn’t allow me to do anything because it said "You will get 66% off with Premium!". So, that stopped me from using it. I would love to use it again if the advertisement was not that bad. I also, got less activities and things on it because I didn’t have premium. I find it a bit silly having it if I can’t really do anything besides checking in. I don’t want to do that, I want to do other things on it, with out paying. So this is my review

Love it 💕. I live for this app it really encourages me to get in touch with my feelings good and bad. I look forward to relax and journal at night with nothing but me , my thoughts, and my little friend Reflectly. I also love the questions that they ask you making you think of a genuine answer that sparks joy every time I do it. It really makes it feel like someone is actually there for you everyday like it’s their top priority. I love Reflectly and it’s changed my attitudes to life and it’s difficult situations. I couldn’t imagine a life without it 👏👏 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great 🤩, but 2 ridiculous bugs!🤬. I would love to rate this app five stars (because that would mean it is perfect 👌 🙃!) but the the two bugs spoil everything! One of the bugs happen when you first click to do your entry, but when you go to click- “Let’s do it!” , nothing happens at all! Most frustrating! It takes a lot of tinkering just to do the entry for that time!☹️ And once you’ve done That, the other bug sets in! This bug happens when you go on to say what made your day good or bad got this bug is pretty much like the first one, you just can’t move on to the next thing! PLEASE GET ON TO TO THIS developer/developers, or reply with some advice. Pleeeeaaaaaaase do this😊. From ****

Morning/evening time. Hi quick review just started using and you really need to change the scroller that you use to adjust the morning/evening time. I was trying to adjust the evening from 9 to 10 and it’s impossible because I’ll get it onto ten and when I let go it goes up to 10:07 or another number and then if you try to go less to get to ten which seems to be the case so if you scroll to 21:54 when you let go it goes to 10:01 and same for others 21:52 = 21:59 and 21:55 is 10:02 so on this basis I thought if I let go on 21:53 it would be right but it was the only one that stayed at that number for the life of me I can’t get it to stay on 10pm. The scroller is super sensitive and difficult to adjust at least how I’ve found it not sure if it’s a glitch or what just quite hard to use. Maybe if the scroller was slower it would be better. Sorry only minor thing still trying the rest out but thought I would mention it? :)

Kinda Disappointed. (I’m not sure if this problem will stop after the offer is taken down but either way, it’s annoying and frustrating) Reflectly is a pretty good app but after I wrote a couple mood check in’s, I couldn’t right anymore. When I tried to write another, it kept popping up with the 66% of Premium offer and I couldn’t right anymore mood check in’s. It’s REALLY annoying when you download an app that actually helps but you can’t use it anymore after a couple check in’s. Some people can’t pay for it, like me, and I actually love using the app but it’s frustrating that I can’t use something that can help me after a couple uses. I can’t use it anymore unless I pay for premium but I can’t do that and I don’t get why an app made to help you, doesn’t help you after a couple tries. I get that you do need to make money off of it but making the user unable to use the app for its intentions after a couple uses isn’t the best idea in my opinion. It’s kinda sad that I can’t use it anymore because the app is great. I don’t have anyone to express my emotions too so letting it all out to this app is great but now I’m mad that I can’t use it anymore. (I did 5 mood check in’s then when I tried to right a 6th one, that’s when the offer starting popping up)

Some of those ‘pesky’ bugs persist. I love the app and enjoy using it, though the process to write a story is a bit buggy. The app gets stuck at the start of adding a story, often requiring several taps to actually open the daily reflection options. It won’t let me scroll through the range of ‘how was your day’ at the very beginning, and gets stuck quite often at the choosing of what made the day good/bad, requiring a restart of the entry or the entire app. I’m sure it’s not a huge fix and I’m working with it, but it does get annoying. Otherwise a super awesome app! Love the work you guys are doing!

In love!. This app is so good for winding down at the end of the day. I love being able to write about my day with no judgement. The questions really get me to think and reflect on myself and my life style. It’s great seeing how my mood has improved everyday since I’ve started this app. It’s also super easy to use. As someone who really isn’t good with technology or finding my way around the place, this app made it super easy for me to understand. I just wish that I was able to write more, the word restrictions make it hard to say everything that I want to say.

Amazing app! Some glitches. This app is great, i am using the free version and i feel you get quite a lot for free. This app gently guides you into reflecting on your day with some really great reflective questions. It gives you a limit of 3 thousand characters in the free version which i find is quite enough most of the time. It also saves and stores your entries in a very aesthetic way. The only down side is that the app can be very slow and sometimes it seems like the buttons don’t work. It has no loading symbols so i just looks like it’s frozen. Very annoying. Overall I think worth it. Hopefully they fixes some of the glitches in future updates.

School drama help. I just started this app and I want to say thank you because this app has been an outlet to me to open up about what is happening at school because this guy has screenshoted messages and sent them to a girl who sent them to my friend who is now mad at me because it was about her and now the guy who sent the screenshots is now spreading rumours about me saying that I like breaking up couples because it makes me happy and I am after my best friends man now and aggghhhh he told my crush that I like him so I can feel pain and guilt for spreading rumours which I didn’t. High school is hell grrr but I am really enjoying this app so far but I wish there were more questions

Overall Pretty Great. Reflectly offers lots of features even without paying. I’ve been using reflectly for around two years now, and it’s still offering me 82% off paying for premium. Reflectly is great to jot your feelings down and there’s a challenge every day that encourages you to do positive activities, like today I got “Today I will pay someone a genuine compliment”. There isn’t much of a prize if you complete it but it makes you feel good! On top of that, there’s a quote provided every day from usually famous people. There are even different categories for the quotes! Reflectly, overall, is the best app I’ve found so far as an emotional journal, and I definitely recommend to all people! Thank you, Reflectly for helping me wade through my emotions for almost two years now!!! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

Better then writing!. This is an amazing way to write a journal and actually keep up with writing everyday with the occasional notification it is a lot quicker to write in and very confidential to you and only the people you want to show. It is a fun way to look back on the past and don’t need to spend money on a new diary every 2-3 years when you feel like getting a new one. The only problem is that the pro section of the app always pops up and it gets annoying after a while other then that it is amazing and I would say 80% of the app is free! Unlike a lot of other apps like this.

This App Is Amazing!. Personally I really struggle to keep any kind of a journal I think I have about a moths record of journaling continuously. I originally saw this app as an add on Instagram and jumped over to the App Store to look at. After a quick look I downloaded it hoping this would finally help me keep a journal. And it did! I have kept a daily journal for the past 3 months! Which for me is amazing, it gives me daily challenges which are surprisingly fun to complete (today my challenge is to take a nap, it knows me so well) and an inspiring quote to start my day. I would recommend this app to anyone who struggles to keep a journal and anyone who already loves to keep a journal! Happy Journaling - Saraya

Everyone should try Reflectly!. Reflectly is a great app to reflect on your day, the things you can improve and even more. Sometimes people with depression or anxiety might find this app helpful to reflect on their day and make them feel better. Reflectly is very helpful to those in need. Tiny issue is that you have to pay for full access however you don’t have to pay, and it’s completely optional. I recommend getting this app if you are in need of some help and to help reflect on your day. What are you waiting for? Stop looking at the reviews and download this app already! 🤩

Closing down. The furthest I got on Reflectly was writing my first day, then it would close the app. Sometimes it happened before that. I’ve tried to do it many times and uninstalled it then reinstalled it too. It just keeps closing, I’ve even cleared some space on my phone to see if it’s function better if I deleted a few apps, I’ve deleted five and it still closes down. I’ve closed open apps on my phone if it was slowing my phone down. Same outcome. From what I hear about the app it’s really good and even the first story I enjoyed. But I’ve have to fill in my name and the preferable colour multiple times because it always closes down before I can make an account. Please fix this problem immediately or let me know if I have to do anything to stop it from shutting down. :)

Selecting options. I really like this app because I can note how I was feeling and then reflect on that. I also love the little quotes you get when you put on notifications. I read another review in this app and they said that it would be good if there were a few more options when selecting what made you happy or sad for that day. And I completely agree, I feel that maybe a coupe more options to do with emotions and feelings. Because sometimes family, friends, work etc doesn’t make me or anyone upset sometimes and it’s just yourself feeling that way for no reason. I think that maybe there should be other options like your brain or something like not sure, for when you don’t know why you felt that way. Just a couple suggestions, but I love this app really great and good job to the creators 👍♥️

AMAZING. So I downloaded reflecting a while back I was not feeling really well I just thought that it would help me reflect on myself and improve my lifestyle habits so the first few times I use it I was like OK blah blah not that big deal and then I stopped using it for a while because I was just not that type of person I was so consistent with stuff like that and then I saw the premium I was like I don’t think it’s that much of a big deal OK and later on just recently I started using it again and I just bought premium and guys really like the title is literally what it does it helps reflect on yourself so I can see how much happiness I’ve been having throughout the week and how mad I’ve been all hell down I’ve been what makes me happy or sad I also love the reflection questions it asks us Because they really ask personal things that we need to think about and makes me realize some things so I know with premium they give you those types of questions every day you can add photos and moments which is really cool because like if you’re feeling a certain way you can add a photo to just describe it you know anyway I would 100% recommend reflecting to anyone and guys just don’t like it and it will make your life so much better love you guys

Life Changing - Great for Mental Health. For someone who dreaded the boring uninspiring diary apps I have tested, I love this highly recommended. I would go so far to say it has changed my life for the better. I have not used a diary/journal for 30 years. Using this app has been a delightful experience. I started off with the free version, but after a week decided to pay for the advanced mode. A really worthwhile purchase. I love the colours and colour choices. The inspirational quotes are great. I like the reminders and the mood check in is a helpful way of keeping track of your moods and emotions. It has changed my life, as it inspires me to think about how I am, how I'm feeling, what is really on my mind. I'm so pleased I found this during lockdown. It has been my salvation and support. Instead of shoving my thoughts and feelings away, I can express them freely and feel positive and calm as a result. Great for mental health Thanks so much to the developers 😀

Reflectly. Reflectly is one of my favourite apps. From the ritual aspect, to the journalising aspect, this app is great. It’s made me feel really good, and I’ve kept up a fifty two day streak. I have kept the free plan, and so far thats been absolutely great! I can only imagine the amazing enhancements premium would make to this wonderful platform. I’ve suggested this to all my family and friends, it’s just that good. I love all the settings, and that there is a daily question, and lots of fun options to customise each entry. To anyone looking to download this app, do. It’s one of the best apps out there.

Reflectly reflection. A lovely incentive to encourage the act of reflecting upon each day. The golden star reward system celebrates each day you return to the app to log your feelings or experience for the day - something unique that sets this app apart from other apps. The free version does limit the amount of characters you can log to 500 per section, and in order to unlock the full 1250 characters, you do have to sign up for the subscription based program. The app is fully customisable, encouraging you to pick a colour theme of your choosing, a display picture and a nickname to make it that much more personal.

This App Has Helped Me With Depretion. So I have depression and this app has helped me get through a portion of my life in it it has saved my story’s and it’s like a mobile diary but with a twist a little friend to help you through rough time and to get you exited through really good times! I love this app I use it every day and if I forget one day to change the date to the other day and rewrite practically everything that happened on this day and then I have my memory’s saved I have only started using this app this year so I don’t have that many story’s but it is really good so yeah it’s a really good app you can communicate with people and make new friends!

I used to love this app. I used to really love this app, it was really helpful to me as a place to jot down fun events and track my mood. I kinda stopped using it for a bit but decided to really get back into it and every time I try to use something I seemingly have to pay for it now. I know it’s not unusual to pay for certain features or a premium option on an app because how else do they make money? But it just seems like every single feature has to have a paid subscription now. Great app, used to really love it but just a shame it has to have a paid subscription now. If you can afford a subscription though then definitely go for it!

Hate the new update! Love the app. I LOVE reflectly I used to use it everyday and it’s really helped me mentally but this new update has deleted every single one of my journal entries of the year 2020!!!!! I love to look back on my memories and now that I can’t I’m angry and upset because these were special notes for me. Please help me get them back (I’ve contacted the support team) and please change the update it was perfect before but now everything is to open and scattered and doesn’t go day by day. I hate to be harsh to this app because it used to be my bible is what I tell my friends all the time but now I can’t stand it and am seriously considering just going to a hard copy journal if this is going to happen!

This is what I say. This app isn’t perfect but it’s helped me. I’ve only just started yesterday, but I feel better after writing all my feelings down I don’t know how I feel about the fact u have to pay to get better stuff but I guess they have to get money somehow. I think it’s a great app and I hope everyone who is having a hard time like me finds it and doesn’t take the death road... anyway I’m 13 right now and I feel judged all the time but when I talk on this app I feel like it’s a better friend then my “real” friends so definitely a 5/5 from me.

Free version should have more options. firstly, the free version should at least allow you to have a passcode as the journal is private and i don’t want anyone to see it if they accidentally find the app on my phone. secondly, there should be more questions that can be answered for each day. lastly, i think that the app should have a small list of some things that you could do to make yourself feel better if you were having a bad day or something (eg if i was sad then what could i do to cheer myself up a bit) other than those few thoughts i think the app is really good and if you did add those things in that i mentioned then i recon i’d rate the app 5 stars. thanks,,

Amazing app please download. I have downloaded this app when I felt like I was no one and no one cared. Once I downloaded it I felt like I always have someone there for me I felt complete. On my first story on the app I was down because of Coronavirus but over the time of use it this app I started to just feel happy in general. Sometimes I write about 5 story’s a day. A huge thank you to the developer of the app you and your team are so helpful. I hugely appreciate this app it’s amazing. And I highly recommend you give it a try to. Trust me ur not gonna regret it, this app is so sweet and try’s to help with your problems, so if your reading this just give this wonderful app a huge chance

PLEASE READ TILL [ HERE ] ABOUT PREMIUM PROBLEMS. Lots of people say that the 5 star rating will be done without a premium, who said you had to buy the premium? The only reason, why people put in premium is to earn a living, everyone needs money, so if everything is free, there is no point, to make a fortune or at least a little clutch of money on it’s hand, and we all need a living and it’s all because we need money, so please don’t ignore my text, and hope you all understand, if it was you, you would add premiums to have a time of money that’s sent to you, so this is what the reason is of 4 stars people are giving! If you are interested in this, stop [HERE ] The next part WILL BE ABOUT WHY I GAVE 4 STARS. WHY I GAVE 4 STARS, NIT ABIUT ABOVE TEXT Why it is a 4 star rating There is only one problem, though it is a opinion. I find Reflectly good, but it’s confusing when you have new updates and styles, so I can suggest a tour for us and make it that you can’t skip, and it’s confusing when new updates and new styles come, it’s more modern and pretty, but a tour if everything would help, don’t forget a single step, it’s nit just the couples first! :) Thank You! LASTLY, PRIVACY AND POLICY So.....the privacy and policy, I wanna just say something short, if you can probably make it shorter or like, attractive so we don’t skip it! Thanks and that’s all! Thanks for Reading till Here! :) Friday 24th July, 2020 Ta, Mel

Great app but too many issues for the price. I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now and have been really enjoying it! It’s a great last step in my day. But from the start there’s been a few bugs and glitches which I’ve been dealing with but now I’m really having issues because I cannot actually write any stories! I open the app and it is like it doesn’t register that I’m already signed up for premium and my streak (which was at over 180) is gone! I tap to add to today’s story and it loads, but when I tap “let’s do it” nothing happens. I end up having to close and re open the app several times before it works. And then everything is all good again! My streaks are back and all my previous stories are loaded. This happens every now and again but when it does happen it’s super annoying! Especially when I’m trying to wind down and end my day.

good so far, a few small problems:. i’ve been using reflectly for a couple of days now and i’ve been enjoying it a lot. just a couple things: i tried writing my entries in another language and maybe this affects the character count, but according to the counter, i was still under the 1250 character limit. i tried saving my story but it kept coming up with error messages, and in the end i had to delete the entire post and start again because the saving menu wouldn’t go back to the editing stage. the only button i could press was the delete story button. i copied+pasted my new story onto my notes so that it wouldn’t get lost again, but the same error message occurred. i decided to try posting it into separate parts so that i could at least have the entire entry on the app, but it didn’t let me add another entry on the same day. is it possible that you could develop a character counter that counts for all languages or even work towards having more language settings? otherwise, loving it so far. cute and aesthetic to look at. makes me want to write in it, but i can’t record all my thoughts for the entire day if it won’t let me save!!

So good. It is such a good app and surprisingly helps you see what is actually helping you and making your day good and also helps you find why you might be sad or angry. I’ve only been using Reflecty for a short amount of time but as far as I’m concerned it really sets a more positive feel in you, even my teachers and friends have said they see a difference in me and ask if I was doing anything different and I told them that each night I just fill in an entry for Reflecty and go to bed knowing I’ve said what I need to. Very good app would recommend to everybody.

Great app, got to figure out my feelings and write it down. This app is like no other! I only got it two days ago and I already love it! I had a bad day today and Reflectly helped me through it and when I wrote down what I felt like went wrong and what had happened today it felt like I was talking to someone and letting my feelings go, I highly recommend this all if you are looking to improve mental health and even just your own relationship with yourself, I’m very satisfied with this app and I don’t even have premium! That’s how good this app is!

Amazing app (detailed review :). I love diaries and going back even as little as month and seeing how I’ve changed my mindset. I always forget to write in them though then found this app and was in awe. I love the fact I can just scroll through and read them and I got so much access to everything without premium unlike some apps where you can do absolutely nothing this app actually gives you lots of things to use. I’m starting to think I have moderate anxiety and this app has really helped me with thoughts and just getting out. Even if you don’t have problems or anything it just feels amazing to feel that fun memories are going to be locked in forever.

100% would recommend, excellent app, very nice layout. Hey guys, Very nice layout and extremely easy to use 100% would recommend Thanks for the hard work and thank you for allowing me to experience this app for free; I am a amatuer developer and I know how hard and tiring it can be I started journaling with dayOne but I wasnt very consistent, I would always think of it as a chore rather than a hobby. There are huge breaks in my journal for months where I let it slide where I now regret that I didnt write it because I was lazy. This app however, is a new experience for me and I can see myself journaling everyday. So far that is what has happened. It is no longer a chore but a hobby, with the little things like "what was your day like?" (DayOne doesnt offer that but it does offer the following) Just a couple things that you could consider for a future update that would make it better: 1. More than 1200 characters; I treat this like a journal/diary and if the challenge is to summarise the day in less than 1200 words thats pretty hard sometimes 2. If you could add a passcode feature for privacy reasons that would be great! N.b I know there are many other apps that are available that fit my criteria but this app is just amazing and I am quite fond of it.

Why to get this app.. Reflectly is a really good app. Im a 12 year old girl and this app helps me keep track. Being a gamer, and only having friends of games, it’s hard. Betrayal is common. So are heart breaks. I get to express my emotion knowing next week I’m gonna see it and think back. I’m no weirdo. I’m not like omg “I have anxiety and depression”, I don’t self diagnose. But I have been diagnosed with anxiety and adhd. And depression last year but I’m sure it’s gone. I’m doing half better now but things are falling again, so I downloaded this. All I can say is, if your in need I hope this comment helps you.

Amazing. I’ve only been on this app for 5 minutes and it really cares about you. It asks you to rate your day and based on that you answer some questions. It asked me what made my day so good and it came up with at least 20 possibilities. You can get help everyday if you want because the friendly robot is ALWAYS there to listen and help. It took me to this other app where you can communicate with other beings. You don’t use your real name. You put up a blog. Then if someone wants to check on you they send a direct message to you and you can even make online friends!!! I recommend this app for all users!

Reflectly is my go-to app before bed. Ever since I purchased this app, it has helped me to get to sleep every night. There’s something so relaxing about writing about your day. It’s as if I’m telling someone about my worries and thoughts, but better! I love how it saves your stories each time you go on the app and that it asks you the ‘Question of the Day’. As I said, I use this app every night before bed, as it helps me release all my worries and thoughts so I don’t have to think about them the next day. As soon as I press that submit story button, all my worries dissolve! Long story short, I would most definitely recommend this app!! 👌💕🙏

It’s such a pretty app but needs improvement!. This app is visually BEAUTIFUL! It’s great that you can customise the colours to suit you. However, I’ve found in my first week of using the app that there are various features that need to be tweaked to work properly. 1) Sometimes you click a button when adding a daily story and it doesn’t do anything. You have to exit the page and start again to rectify the problem. 2) When you try to do “OTHER” options to your activities, they don’t save or let you continue. Again you need to exit the window and start again (but not fill in an “Other” option) 3) At the end of day 7, Reflectly offers you a free trial with your stats, however you physically can not unlock them! It shows you the payment screen for the paid version and you cannot get around it regardless of what you try (even if you exit the screen!) So again, great app, great concept, and it is STUNNING but fixing up those small bugs would make the app so much better!!

Reflectly reflection 😂😂. it’s a really good app. i have anxiety and a bit of depression and it has really really helped me. i’m still in high school so a lot of stress and it’s a very good app where you can just write down your thoughts and you get asked a couple of questions. if you only want something quick it can literally take 5 minutes or if you want something where you can go really deep you can also do that and take seriously as long or short as you need the only thing i wish it had was more questions. it may just be me but i love answering questions, i know you can buy that but i don’t really want to spend money. there should be a place on the app where you can answer like 10-15 questions a day. i don’t know though just a thought. but really love the app overall!

Great App with Some Downsides. This is a quality app with great potential and is awesome for those who need some reflection and help with positivity. However i just wish that you could do more without getting Reflectly Premium. Loading was a little bit slow getting into the app and getting started but that’s just me being nit-picky. I think for those who really need it, go ahead and cop Premium but for the average user, i’m just not sure if it’s the best investment. It’s still a lovely app and the general idea is great but with a little bit more to offer to those who don’t use it every day and simply use the free version. I did the free trial of Premium and it was worth it, i just canceled after the 6th day so that it didn’t charge me for the rest of the year. I just hoped there would be an option to get a 7 day free trial separately from the package but i’m sure there’s a good reason behind it. Overall, 6-7 out of ten, good app with general practicality. I hope you found me comprehensive review useful for your own personal judgement.

Great.. few suggestions. I like how I am given differing questions everyday that help me think and of course, reflect. It would be nice to add more unique questions or type of reflections each day which would make doing entries more exciting or enticing to do. For example.. asking for a time in the day where you felt thankful/sad/guilty etc. Or a section to write your plans or wishes for the next day and what to improve on from the last day. Also, sometimes typing a lot can be very tiring so maybe add an option to make a voiceover which would allow users to just speak their mind without having to put it in sentences. This adds emotion and lets users listen to past recordings.

Awesome!. I love this Game I’ve used it for 2 days but I’m inlove with it!!! It’s so calming and it helps you think about your day whether it was good or bad and you can revise and see what you can do better or have more fun with! It’s graphics and designs are gorgeous too. The little robot in the journal is also ADORABLE I feel really comfortable talking to it and writing how I feel. I recommend this game to anyone who’s wanting to talk to someone about problems or something exciting or anything! It’s gentle and helps you reflect on what your doing and how you can improve or learn.

I love it, but there’s one thing I’d like added :). I really like this app! It’s made me feel good tracking my progress and it feels like even though it’s just an app, someone actually cares to check up on me. But I was just wondering if you’d be able to add more options where you select the activities that have made you feel good/bad that day. There’s only 10, and majority of the time none of those things impact me much. But I have to click something, otherwise it won’t let me complete it and move onto the next step. May I suggest something like involving just that person emotions and brain? Instead of it just being things like “school, family, food, health, work, friends, relationships, etc.”. I just feel like a lot of people rely on themselves for happiness, or they make themselves feel upset or angry. This is just what I think; but it would be good if you have more options to why we are feeling the way we are. But overall, I quite enjoy this app and I’m thankful to the creators. Definitely recommend :)

Good but.... I like that platform but I just wished it wouldn’t suddenly not be able to save edits to journals sometimes and it would be great if the pop-up to upgrade/purchase premium for Reflecty would stop continuously popping up before you finish your journal then asking again. I find myself only to be able to type half-way before needing to continue onto other reflection questions, otherwise the Reflecty premium would keep popping up. I actually would also like the app to have more options on the scale of emotions when Reflecty asks you how you’re feeling. I think that’ll be nice.

Amazing for journaling. I don’t write these often but I just had to for this app. It is great for journaling on the go especially if you are normally not one for journaling. The more you talk to Reflectly the better it understands you and the better question it will ask you. I find the question system really good as I don’t normally know what to write about but Reflecty gives you question to answer instead which makes journaling a lot easier and it’s a great app to do daily to check in with your wellbeing and how your feeling. I would definitely recommend this app.

Great app for journaling.. Such a good app for starting a journaling habit. I’ve done a month now and am quite looking forward to continuing on the journey. The stats are great as well to see how your responses change over time as well as encouraging me to actually look at my day and find the silver lining so to speak. Sometimes I have found a few questions repeat themselves a bit too frequently. I like having a bit of time between answering the same question to see how I’ve changed my response but that’s so minor it’s not really an issue.

SO HELPFUL!. I never write reviews for apps, but this app is amazing! Ahhh it helps alleviate areas so much. It’s relaxing and fun and easy to use (mostly). The only reason I gave it four stars is because of how laggy and slow it can be at times to load, save or make changes. I recommend the premium plan if you use the app daily, because it makes it so much better. Yeah, if you’re stressed and need to write it all out, this is the app for you. Also, a recommendation - why when typing doesn’t the screen pan down? When I begin to type over what’s visible to my I have to stop typing and then scroll down and it’s quite annoying. If the team could fix that, that would be amazing! Otherwise, great stress-reliving app.

Amazing Wellbeing App!. Reflectly is an amazing app that helps you keep track of your emotion, hobbies and day-to-day life. You can quickly add a mood check-in or voice note that takes less than two minutes, or use the unique reflection prompts for each day. Inspirational quotes are a great addition. The app’s general appearance is super aesthetic and calm, with a little friendly face that guides you through check-ins and reflections! You can choose a colour scheme and the whole app adjusts to match, with aesthetic widgets and backgrounds to match. Like all apps with in-app purchases, there are consistent messages asking you to upgrade the app but overall Reflectly is a beautiful app!

This app is awesome!. I always tried to write in a journal and break down my day, but now I have this awesome app here to do it for me in less then 2 minutes! I love the fact how it’s like a tiny little friend asking how your days been, it’s awesome. Don’t get me wrong! I love this app, but it does have a it of trouble uploading my stories, but it isn’t the end of the world! This app is absolutely amazing, I thought I was gonna give up on this up straight away but no... this app break downs every part of your day from how your feeling to getting a question a day! This app is awesome and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks now! I don’t have the premium version but without it I’d still a fabulous app. This app has a lot of cool features like you can upload some photos from that day. It’s awesome how it’s like a mini story, Luke a chapter or an episode. I feel happier now using this app, it makes my elaborate what’s happened during this day, or even understand what’s happened during the day which might not have been so good. I wake up every morning wanting to go on this up, but my day hasn’t started yet! Overall, I would recommend this app to anyone, it helps you with a lot of stuff during your day, I am thrilled to have this app apart of my daily routine, and will probably install the premium tonight when I go on it, if you need a diary or a journal, this is the best choice to use. Why are you still here?.... you should be downloading the app right now!

I fr rate this app, butttt.... I only just downloaded but i instantly love this app. I didn’t have the greatest day but this app encourages you to write about your day by debriefing and makes each day into a “story” like a little episode thing and each day is saved into a little folder thing. Debriefing about my day by writing about it and adding in photos, which you can also do, really made me feel better and helped cleared my head. I’m currently only using the free version and I still rate it, the premium does look good though. But there are problems. I can’t delete photos I’ve uploaded which is really annoying especially if I accidentally upload a photo I didn’t mean too, and my free trial wont work at all? Like it says I’m subscribed but then it says there’s a problem “try again” and no matter how many times I try again it doesn’t work...even when I uninstalled the app :((( please help aha.

Different things. Reflectly is an amazing app it helps me with my anxiety and my stress a lot because I can just type it down without having to bottle it up inside, it also helps me notice how I am feeling at the time and why I am feeling that Some things they should add is pictures they should make the user pick what cover they would like to have like in setting or something so they can fit it to there feelings, letting the user pick more then 5 feelings like stressed anxious and scared it would really help me with it It’s an amazing app and I will continue to use it everyday but hope they will consider using my feedback and others feedback because you don’t really get feedback that often anymore. 👍

Love the app! But there are some things i would improve/add.. I’ve really enjoyed using this app so far and have found it so inviting and encouraging for someone who usually struggles to write down my thoughts. Because I love the app so much, i’ve realised some things I wish would be improved/added, such as: The wallpapers/covers for the ‘stories’ written each day is such a great idea, but I kind of wish the original wallpapers could be chosen by the user. I dont personally have the patience to go and add my own cover to them each time, and I appreciate the original covers enough to stick with them, but I do wish there was a little tab or something which allowed the user to decide which of the original covers suited our feelings for the day the most (while also providing the option to upload our own). Also I wish the app providing more statistics. I havent personally used the premium feature (as I dont think its quite worth it yet) but, even so, I think it would be nice if you provided some basic overviews of the moods of the week/month/year for non-premium users. Mostly, I wish there was a clear mood-tracker chart for these intervals where users could clearly see how they’ve been feeling the most in these times. Anyway, I love the app and will continue to use it almost everyday, while hopefully anticipating some new updates which will allow even more exciting functions for the app.

I hate the new update. I really hate the new update sometimes I would forget to journal so I would just select the date and move on you can’t even do that now and the layout of the new update it’s so unflattering I hate it

Ok to sum up my experience. I got the app and it’s good, and I read the rest of the reviews, firstly you don’t have to pay at the membership area just go down and you can find a way to go past it. I have no negativity and the only thing I’m not sure of is the Limit that I read in another comment but so far I’ve done 1 journal at night for around a week.

Why do i need to pay now?. I’ve been using this app for almost a year now. But as of today I can’t do anything unless I pay. Which is super frustrating because I use this as my wind down at night. I am very frustrated.

1/5. The new update made it so I can’t use the app anymore, it won’t let me do a mood check in without getting premium of whatever it is, and I can’t afford that.

Very good for teens. I’m a teen and honestly this helped me so much and it was like a little buddy to rant to your day about! Love it!

New update has great new UI, but.... The new update looks really nice! The font is great and the general UI looks really pleasant. The new way to write an entry isn’t as good as before, I think. It feels a lot more restrictive, and it automatically wrote a few sentences that seem redundant at the beginning of my entry (e.g. Today was a pretty good day. It was a good day because of...) This doesn’t seem necessary, especially since I can see outright that I put the day as a Pretty Good day. I think the question of what made today good and the answers with the little icons are really neat (like food, family, etc.) but you should find a way to implement it in the entry without having a redundant sentence placed in for me. I like my entries to be my personal entries, written personally by me. Also, it didn’t ask me what could have made the day better. I enjoyed writing about both the positives and negatives of the day. That was one of the things I liked most about the app: it allowed me to compare the good things and the bad things in my day (and I found out there were a lot more good things than I realize during the day!) Thanks for reading this review, and hope you take it to heart. I really enjoy the app, and I want to keep using it as long as possible. But again, I rather dislike the restrictive nature of the new entry system and the forced placement of a few redundant sentences at the beginning of each entry.

I want my money back. How can you get your money back? Definitely not worth the money charged.

I'm very confused with this update. I really cannot understand how this update works, it's so much more complicated than it was before. I'd really appreciate it if you could revert to the old version, i liked it so much better. I use this app daily, and sometimes i forget a day to write a journal for it. with the old update i was able to choose which day i wanted to write a journal, now i can't figure out how to do this and i'm not happy. and now that its format is different, i don't know if i'll be continuing to use this app.

Too expensive. This app is cool, and I enjoy using the free version. I thought about trying the premium but it’s $40/year... not a one time deal, yearly!! Yikes, that’s a little much for this girl..

Tf. The fact that you have to pay for mental health is dumb

It’s ok. This app makes your reflect a descent amount on your day, takes about 1 minute. This might help with people who feel sad, stressed, or down most of the time. It shows your stats and more. But the dumb thing about this app is of u want more u gotta pay for it. I’m not sure if it’s worth your money because I didn’t pay for the add on. there is no way I’m wasting money for a monthly membership for a app. Therefore I believe this app deserves 2/5 stars

Greedy. So I have to pay per year to use this? That’s ridiculous. I don’t think you should be charging people anything at all - I’m so sick of people saying that want to help others with their mental health, but then you charge an insane amount of money. Whatever happened to just wanting to help people - without charging money? Very greedy, especially for that price. No thank you - it’s completely out of my price range. But you totally want to help people, right? NOT.

New update 👎🏻. The older version looked and functioned better. Turned basic features into premium features in the new update and you can’t choose a specific day anymore, instead it time stamps the entry.

Ehh. It’s a good idea but apparently you have to pay for self love, and it shuts down and kicks me out every time I open a text box. Please fix that and I’ll give it a better rating.

ZERO. Don’t Waste time or money. You cant even add any other categories. On weekly report it comes up as “57% OTHER” who is that helping. ZERO Stars DO NOT WAST TIME THIS APP COSTS THEN NETFLIX!!! Weekly Report 100% Rip Off!!!

I want my $54 back. Horrible customer service.. This app requires you sign up for a free seven day trial. I did so, however I was unsatisfied and no longer was interested in the app. There is absolutely no mention of how to cancel your membership or even updating your pay information. Though I eventually found out how to delete my account, this app still charged me $54 once the 7 days were up. I immediately emailed the customer service and never received a response. Might be a good concept but it’s not well run. Disappointed & angry.

good app! but... i loved the app before the update. i really like the new journal/writing (where u write) format, but i really liked the menu before the update where u could add pictures on the thumbnail of ur journal entry. it was really cool seeing the pretty pictures i put as i went through my entries. also its pretty overpriced for what its giving.

Costly. Automatically charges you credit card with out agreement.

You have to pay. When I saw this ad I immediately downloaded it cause I have anxiety and depression, the first thing that shows is that you have to sign which I did but then when I wanted to rate my day and stuff it said the 7 days free trial and I thought it was gonna be free but NOPE you have to pay and in my opinion it’s kinda expensive, keep in mind that this was just my opinion on the other hand it’s a great app even though I never got the chance to start my day good.

Not great. I was trying to do a journal entry today and it wouldn’t let me unless I bought premium but I can’t afford it even with their 75% off deal thing. It makes me a little bit angry. I would like if they changed that because I really have no interest in paying a bunch of money annually for this app. It’s a great app yes but it’s a bad experience for me. I would try and do a mood check in but it kept saying “hmm here let me help you get the best experience” or something like that and I’d click the only button it would let me and then it said I have to pay. It’s a great app when it actually lets you journal though.

Reflectly. I thought this would be a good app then it said you have to pay and i was thinking I'm not going to pay to express my feelings. If you didn’t have to pay it would be an amazing app!

subsribed for a year. I got this app back in July 2019. I got the subcription and I have never regretted it. But this update has changed my mind. The new update’s biggest downside: we cannot fill out entries on a previous day if we didn’t have time to journal on said day. Also, the new look is just awful, scrolling down and all without the pictures is just ugh. I appreciate the new moods and activities for sure. But unless this update is fixed soon, I will not renew my subscription and will move onto physical journaling or any other less exepensive alternative that gives me more freedom in time. I was diagnosed with BPD, major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. Thank you for helping me, everyone on the team, but let us help you guys back: reverse this update.

Cancel Subscription. I dont know how to cancel my subscription, it's not written anywhere

It’s Really Great!. Reflectly has honestly helped me a lot. I’m a junior high student and there’s a lot going on in my life. It can be stressful. But Reflectly helps me to relieve stress and express myself. It’s really good and I would recommend it to everyone!

new update. i used this app everyday to write down my thoughts before it was updated. i hate the update and it stopped asking daily questions. there is also no option to choose a title or the date so i can not fill in the days i have missed.

Bad. Why would someone have to pay $80 a year for a AI comforter. So stupid

Beyond Annoying. So I’ve had the previous version of the app for a couple months and I hadn’t updated. After filling in my daily check in I thought, I wonder what the reviews are saying lately but noticed there was a new update. Oh boy do I regret updating before reading the reviews. Not only are all my previous entries completely gone, but they’ve adapted to a new system that puts previously free features behind paywalls which you know what fine. I understand you need to earn revenue from your app but seriously you have to wipe all my data so now all my ups and downs through this corona Quarantine are completely gone. 3 months gone. I really don’t feel motivated to continue using this app. I’ve tried logging in (to which I don’t even remember previously needing an account or having one) to no avail so it looks like I won’t be able to look back at all my journal entries or emotions during all this. Just great, thanks guys. 😒

Love this update. I used to never journal, but now with reflectly on my phone i do it everyday. At first I thought it wouldn’t be private, but you add in your thumbprint so it’s only accessible to you. Love this app and definitely recommend it!

Love the new update. I love the new update of this app, they gave way more options for emotions during the day and it’s awesome. This app is great for reflecting on the day

1 star. It shouldn’t cost money to journal. Especially not in membership form. Make it a one time purchase at least.

I don’t want to pay. It is an amazing journal app and allows you to write down everything in your day but every like five minutes it asked you if you want to do your free trial and then pay $20 per month I think that’s a lot for just a bit of details for the app but otherwise it’s an amazing app

I was so wrong. “This app has helped me so much and I’ve just been 1000000x happier. I haven’t even bought the premium version yet! Who knows how great things could get when I do?!”... was what I said before It stopped letting me use the app any more. This is not the app I thought it would be. I’m so disappointed.

Used to love this app. I used to use the free version and i loved it! I’ve tried others but I haven’t really enjoyed journaling and actually kept up with it until this app but now that they made the limit 500 instead of 1200, I find it pointless unless you buy it & I’m not spending $40 a year to journal. It should be a flat rate cost but a yearly subscription to journal is not good with me. Would have paid for the full app if it was a one time fee. Sad because I did love it but now I’ll be looking for something else.

Paid subscription but can’t use app. I paid for the app where it says premium but it won’t let me unlock anything. Frustrating.

Not working. I keep trying to purchase premium and although my card is being charged, the app keeps telling me the purchase wasn’t completed. It pops up saying I have a subscription but it won’t let me use the premium features 😞

Sucks. You have to pay money! I just want an app that wants to help me for once.

I think we deserve this to be free. We have kids and teens that don’t have the money and are not comfortable talking or share This app with their parent therefore I think it should be FREE FREE FREE

Negative Option Billing. Reflectly makes no mention that the app costs $62 a year after the first week, until you’ve already downloaded it. They provide only vague details on how to stop this charge from happening; googling the solution and performing the labyrinthine task took over half an hour. This is tantamount to a little something called “Negative Option Billing”, which is not only a garbage dishonest way of doing business, it is widely illegal. Reflectly doesn’t deserve a dollar, let alone 62.

Ugh. It won’t let me write a reflection without buying premium

Overpriced. Insanely overpriced, if they really care about mental health they would make it cheaper, or free with potential in app purchase options.

Subscription model. Does the subscription model of “subscribe now for a free week” really work better than any alternative model? There are a number of lifestyle apps that all seem to use this model, which puts getting your credit card number in front of letting you try a trial of the app. Is it effective simply because the audience is more likely to be desperate?

AWSOME APP. I love this app it helps me with anxiety

Did not refund me a bugged subscription; Poor support;. This is disgusting customer service. This app offered me a $1.49 sub as a trial which I decided to take. When I was charged for it, it came to 12.99! I tried multiple times to contact the creators with only one half-assed response . They said to try “Restore Purchases” which did not work, and then he ghosted me next! Clean up your act, and I still want my money back. Would never trust Reflectly with a purchase again.

Makes u pay. It wouldn’t let me write a journal it said I have to pay for it so the app is useless

Too expensive. I don’t mind paying some money as I believe they need to make money too. It’s just way too expensive . I downloaded the app and never got to try it. As it’s only free for 7 days. Nice thought though.

Uhhhh. I did really like this app but then it updated and now it wants me to PAY 80$ what? I’m upset 😠 because I lost all my old Entry’s that I really liked having.

Amazing App. This app is pretty awesome! It’s sorta like the friend that you want that you can just talk to and doesn’t judge. The only downside is all the features that are only available with premium. Like I understand you need to make money but a lot of the great features only come with premium.

I take it back. It costs way too much money just to see the stats and add a lock, you need to lower the price by at least $15

Expensive. Fun but expensive. Wouldn't pay more than $5 per year for sure Actually I think I will build the app like this and offer it for free...

terrible app. way to expensive. Now although this concept is good, having a buddy to talk to you can only journal once before you have to pay. i can go out to the dollar store and make the same exact thing on paper, for like 2 dollars. waste of my time. do not reccomend

Mhm. I highly enjoy this app, it has few flaws. The interface is very sleek and minimalistic- as others have said- and the AI system has a cute aesthetic visual representation. ʜᴏᴡᴇᴠᴇʀ... I am of a young age of which I will not disclose the exact numbers, and therefore I cannot afford to go ‘Premium’ in any case. Although it would help me in the scheme of grander things to be able to use it, the feature requires money Which I Don’t Have. I understand the premise of using ‘Premium’ subscriptions to earn money; but in the case of apps such as this that allow people to express their feelings honestly, in my opinion, concepts tend to.. clash. It comes off as greedy in retrospect, and as well as it is for business, the company can also maintain face and earn money by other means outside of this app. I digress, but I have one more issue to talk about. For whatever reason or another, there is not an option to be allowed to write more than one entry for the same day, and there is a character limit of 1,250. This is a huge problem posed on writers who tend to write a bit more than the limit. Especially where in Reflectly they really get your brain working so you can write as much as possible. As I stated in the first paragraph, I highly enjoy this app. While some features may not be free, it doesn’t pose a threat to me or my writing as I keep sailing along, cataloguing my days in peace.

Makes Me Anxious. I know this app is supposed to help improve mental health, but it’s doing the opposite for me. One big problem is that, within the app, there’s a timer counting down to when a special deal for premium runs out, and I’m scared of timers. There’s no way to close it; it’s always there, quietly counting down. Another problem is that it gives you a daily task. The one I got was to “say no to something you usually say yes to”. I was anxious the entire day because I didn’t know what I was going to say no to. I almost decided to say no to one of my meals since I’m overweight, but luckily, I had the brilliant idea to say no to the challenge instead. The third thing that makes me anxious is that it won’t let you journal after your free trial ends. Instead, it pushes you to get premium in order to use the CORE FEATURE of the app! This was the last straw that caused me to delete the app after less than 48 hours. It seems as though this app cared more about money than the well-being of its customers. Shame on you evil company for trying to take advantage of people’s poor mental health! You’re literally trying to make money off of people’s anxiety!!!

Mental Health. This app has made my mental health so much better. I haven’t payed for the subscription, but at this point I like the app so much that I might. I can schedule when I want the quotes. Speaking of the quotes, they are just amazing you can go through and find you favorites then save or share them, you can get many each day and choice when you get them. Each day you do a daily check in so how is you day going and why, then, you choose something good about that you are thankful for or something you are good at. Overall it is just a great app. I got it when I saw an add for it and was not expecting to love it this much or for it to have such a positive impact on my life. I highly recommend this to anyone especially people who struggle with mental health, but I think everyone needs this app. Reflectly has mad my life better and easier to go through each day I highly recommend this app to everyone.

LOVE It. This app is the best it really only thinks about you it never asked you to rate the app five stars and it might get mini therapy sessions do but this app is it for you if you want many therapy sessions. This app changed my whole life it made me comfortable sharing my feelings with other people including my family. This app is like your app it’s all about you. In my option this is the best thing that happened on the App Store. I feel mentally healthier. I also feel son much happier I haven’t had one of those bad bad bad bad bad bad BAD days in a while In my option the re is nothing bad to say a about this app it works for teens kids and adults. This app only wants what’s best for you. They do you have a subscription you can get but you don’t have to. The subscription allows you to see how much happier you’ve been last week and this week please give this app a chance if you are considering this or your kids teens or grown-up it is perfect for you and anybody who wants to be happier and mentally healthier.

I can’t do ANYTHING. I downloaded this app back in April. And I liked it because it was a place where I can write my thoughts out. Around December 26, I went to write in a journal entry and it would let me do anything if I didn’t go premium. I don’t know if this is a bug or it’s going to be permanent. Or they are doing this because they want people to spend money so that they can have money, so that the users can have a basic function like journaling. Or some users are just using the basic plan, like me, and they need or want extra money. I started to really like this app because it did the basic functions. But it doesn’t even allow you journal. How can an app that is meant for journaling not allow its users to journal without paying. I switched to Daylio and I fell like it’s better. You can actually do something’s that you couldn’t do on Reflectly like look at statics, even allows you to create goals for yourself. It has some features that Reflectly doesn’t have. I’m not telling that you should switch to Daylio. But I’m just saying that this has worked for me and I don’t really have any issues with it. Also Daylio doesn’t spam you with ads talking about switching to premium all the time.

It’s fine I guess. The app is at face value very good for daily journaling and reminders to do so. However, once you delve further in, you realize the daily challenges are mundane and often outside the realm of accessibility. My most recent before deleting the app was “take a bubble bath,” though I have no bathtub and no way to do so. Along with the challenges seeming useless from a mental health improvement standpoint, there are also a lot of misleading quotes. As someone who prefers their mental health to be guided by enlightened and trained individuals, I would not count Jordan Peterson among those who I am willing to take “positive thinking” advice. There was a shocking amount of negativity inside this app within these quotes. Considering the claim is that this is an AI journal, my hope was that there was a way to train the AI to show me things I like seeing, but instead I just have to suffer through the quotes that pop up on the widget until they go away. Overall the app itself functions fine, no bugs or glitches that I noticed, but I would want to see some improvements before considering using this app again.

Almost perfect. So far I will say this is the best daily reflection app I’ve seen in a while since using daylio a couple years back, but there are a few things that could use improvement. I wish you could go back and upload your old pictures and do the challenges if you forget to do it that day but it simply won’t let you, you can only add on your Reflectly entry from previous days. And I think they do that so you can remember to do it every day and be consistent, so if you miss a day, you miss out of the fun aspects of this app such as uploading a photo or doing the wisdom / challenge of the day (which I understand cause this app is trying to make you more consistent - but at least let us re-upload photos since we’re allowed to re-enter past Reflectly entries). Other than that annoying thing, the app is beautiful and very user friendly, and I hope the developers can fix the photo upload entry thing soon cause I’d definitely be willing to give an updated review. Good luck and happy reflecting!

Amazing App❤️. I actually really love this app it’s like having a journal and a therapist in my own little head and I have it all the time. The thing that concerns me obviously that concerns everyone is the price, but it’s $10 a month are you going to really complain about that? Because seeing a therapist just for one hour can cause literally a lot of money and it does not even compare to the fraction of that it’s so expensive to see a real person. This tremendously helps a lot if you need a place to vent, vent in the app and it’s still free. The premium is the cost if you want extra features but it’s not needed you can still vent. It’s honestly a great app and if you don’t want to pay $10 a month you could pay for one year which is a lot cheaper in my opinion it’s only $40 for a whole year you’re saving literally like a over $100 not including the money you’ll save because therapists are so expensive nowadays

Great with some things and okay with others. I really like the idea of the app and I really like the new update. Before this update, the app had a lot of bugs and they are mostly fixed but my biggest complaint is for the daily reflections and then quotes in the morning moments, they often repeat themselves. I was hoping with the update this would be fixed but it hasn’t been so far. I understand if they repeat every couple months, but I’ll get prompts within the last few weeks I recognize immediately and same with the quotes. I messaged on Facebook before to provide feedback and the bots they have are super annoying. Overall, I’m good with having this for a year, and I like that it’s more flexible now, but I likely won’t renew. People complaining about being charged is a little silly to me because they don’t have an ad revenue and you are paying for a service. Whatever that price is, if you divide it as a daily rate it comes up to a few cents per day and it’s an investment in your mental health. However, with the repeating reflections and quotes it might not be worth it for me.

Stop making features premium only!. Reflectly used to stand out to me compared to other journaling apps because it gave me more insight on my day. About a year ago, I could add journal entries, post pictures, answer the daily reflection question, and open my “morning motivation” for the day. I took a break from the app and used another app (Daylio) to journal, and when I came back around a month ago, I noticed the layout had drastically changed AND the reflection questions were locked for premium members to use only. I’m just a teenager, so I don’t have the money to buy premium. So I thought, “Okay, I still have my morning motivation.” Well, today I noticed that the morning motivation had become locked too! Now I can only add entries and scroll through inspirational quotes. I really like the animation and “cuteness” of this app, but I think I’ll stick to Daylio for journaling, since I can write journal entries, add pictures, check most of my stats, add goals, etc. Hope you’ll add some small features that are available to free users if I return!

Helps me with my problems. I do really like this app because it helps me with my problems at school and home. Sure, I have only been using it for one day but it really helps me a lot. I also like how it’s so cute like the little face that it shows helps me feel a little better and it will give you inspirational quotes and will try and help cheer you up. I first seen this on instagram and said “Maybe it won’t be so bad and will help” and I think it did. I may be young like younger than 14 but I do have lots of problems at school and home, and telling someone or something my problems makes me feel a little better. I personally think that talking through technology or paper is easier than talking in real life face to face with another, some stuff that also helps me is Minecraft, anime, gacha, and drawing. I recommend that you get this if you want something to talk to about your problems and you don’t feel comfortable with talking to real people like me.

Great at first though wish parts didn’t change.. This is such a great app. I won’t deny that. It was always there when I needed someone to vent to because I’m the therapist friend and it was a great way to track my episodes. Though sadly, the app became limited in what it can do. I was using the app for a good while before it changed. I remember when you got the Daily Inspiration quote for free and it always helped me in the mornings. I remember when there wasn’t the premium option and everything was free. Though I do miss those times, I do not blame the makers for changing it. This is still a great app and I highly recommend it for people who need someone to talk to; even if some of the best parts are no longer accessible to people who cannot buy Premium. I just miss having it be open to you without any paywall. Though I will say that it did help with many bad days of my life and helped me track how bad my episodes where and how I coped with them. Great app, but 4 stars because of the paywall.

Daily Challenge Requires Proof and Constant ads. The daily challenge is nice but requires photo proof. This makes marking it complete a challenge. If I accept the challenge, I have to remember to take a photo. If I forget I cannot mark it complete. One challenge was to write three things. I had to go to a note app, take a screenshot, upload it and save it. Then I skeleton the screenshot I didn’t need in the first place. Today’s challenge is to conquer a fear. If I forget to take a pic then what? What if I’m enjoying the moment but I have to pause and interrupt my flow to take a pic for an app that requires proof. If my goal is to be mindful, present and increase my peace of mind, how is this helpful? I could upload a random picture just to check off the challenge. What’s the point of that?? Meaningless photo data?? The other thing is, I purchased the product and received ads to purchase the bundle every time I open the app for several days. It tapered back to fewer times per day but annoying to receive upsell ads for purchases product.

Amazing app! It made me calm and aware. So sometimes I can have stress and I like to write but sometimes I also don’t like to write LOL. So ReflectlyIs a very calm app and when I started writing I started being aware of what I was really stressed out about. Some days were hard for me because of all the work I had to do for school… But at the end of the day I can always come to reflectly and you know… write about my day and it kind of makes me self-conscious and more calm in myself. I would recommend it to anyone who requires self-care in and who needs to bring their life together. But also this app is for anyone! You can write in the journal even when you’re happy because it just brings nice memories and it’s really to reflect and remember what you did and I can also take a flashback when you’ve written before and I just really love this app and I would recommend it to anyone who either has stress or I also recommend it to people just like to write in general or like to get their thoughts out ! 💞😄

A "fine" or "neutral" option. It's alright, I've liked it so far though I've only been using the free version. I wish there were more options in between some things. Like for "completely okay" and "somewhat bad" I wish there was a neutral option in between. It just feels like such a large gap you know? Like my day was just fine over all but wasn't completely okay but doesn't really qualify for somewhat bad either type of thing, you know? Like just an option that says "fine" or "neutral" or something. And also for the selection of how you felt during the day I wish there was a neutral option for that too. I'm not always feeling happy or anxious or stressed, sometimes I just kinda exist and don't feel a certain way. A "fine" option would be great to have here as well. I don't know what all is in the premium version so I guess it's possible these things are there?? But yeah over all from what I've experienced I've liked what I've seen in the free version so far but it's not something I would buy for a lot of money or pay a subscription for.

Amazing app. Reflectly is does exactly as the app name says it allows you to do daily check in’s and reflect on yourself. I used to be insecure but now I feel more confident just by scrolling through these quotes everyday, I used to feel really sad and I had to improve on moving away from those who I don’t deserve, and being more confident in my choices. I’m definitely not the one to write a huge paragraph about these apps but there is so much to talk about this app on how you can get a crazy amount of support on your health, your mental health and so much more I feel more open now but not really at the same time I get to be more open and honest with something that won’t judge me by any cause. Overall this is a great app to grow and improve on things your having trouble expressing, feeling, etc.. UPDATE!! I have had this app for about a year now and it’s a really life changing for me personally I think it’s a great app. Definitely download this reflectly will not disappoint you.

Amazing. I really like this app because it makes me feel better when I write stuff down and I don’t like to do that on papers because it gets lost or someone can read the papers and know what I am feeling when it’s none of there business. I bottle up my emotions and having daily questions and being able to tell this app why today was a good day or not because at home I don’t have someone that will just listen to me talk and rant without them putting there opinions in. But I don’t want there opinions I just need to get stuff off my chest and talk but no one will listen😕. So it makes me feel a little better ig that I can write down my stuff on this app. I heard of this app from Snapchat. And I’m glad I did I really like this app and I hope u do too if u download it. The only part I do t like is for the best experience u have to get premium and my family doesn’t have enough money for that. So I don’t like that but so far I really do like it and would choose this over notes I think.

Great but need some work. Awesome platform, I love the concept of it and have been using it for a while now. However, once you accumulate a bunch of stories, it is hard to classify them how you’d like to. You can only classify them by your favorites, which is unconventional at times. I’d love to see a feature where you can add a #word to classify any story. For example, instead of #favorites... you can make your own #word to classify. Like #january , where all the ones listed in this are written in January. Or whatever system to organize the stories, or have a calendar view of them as well as a card slide show. Also, it would be really nice to be able to scroll through word using the iPhone trackpad feature where you hold down the space bar and move through words. Unfortunately it’s not possible in this app but it is anywhere else (if you have a 6s and above I believe). Thanks I hope this gets fixed and I’m liking this app.

PLEASE READ-FEATURES THAT SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED ❤️❤️. This app is stunning I would like some additional improvements though like in a particular story you can have times of when events happened Like let’s say in the morning I ate blabla bla and when you click return two times, it puts in the date of the time currently or you can press it to change the time of when this event happened. I feel like it will organize the events of the day easier. And I don’t know if this is already a feature but if not then, for the daily challenges, at the end of the day there should be a notification asking wether or not you completed the daily challenge. And if yes write what you did and if no write how come. Also when you choose how you felt today I was hoping you can pick like two for instance, let’s say today was nice because of friends and family. Currently you can only do one and I hope you can pick the major reason and then a minor reason why your day was good/bad.

Well it seems pretty cool, just o ne issue.... When I saw an add for this on Instagram, I thought it seems like a good idea for me to download! I have only been using this app for about a good 10 minutes and the app does its job pretty good, but I have one complaint. The “back to school sale” screen is really difficult to get out of. I have an iPhone 12, so I don’t have a home button. But as soon as I open the app I get hit with the “back to school sale” screen. My problem isn’t the fact that there is a sale on a purchasable item. It’s the seemly purposeful placings of the buttons. The button to leave the “back to school sale” screen is 1. A small button 2. RIGHT beneath the “redeem” button 3. EXTREMELY difficult to interact with because of my “home button” of sorts. So when I open the app to use it, I always end closing the app again out of frustration of not being able to leave the screen and not accidentally purchase something I don’t want. Overall though, the app seems useful and the motivational quotes are nice.

Disappointing. EDIT: I changed my review from 4 stars to 1 star. I’m really disappointed that the creators of this app have decided to charge its users a premium membership to even use the app. I first started using Reflectly in May 2018 and loved it when it was free. I understand needing the revenue to survive as a company, but along with a premium version there should still be a usable “free version” just with less features available. I can’t even type out a decent thought with the current character limit. The monthly rate to use this app is not worth it. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I have over 100 entries and don’t want to lose them. —————————————————————— I really enjoy this app and have found it incredibly helpful in practicing self- reflection and mindfulness. My suggestion to make it an even better app would be to create a way for users to more easily look back on their old entries. Right now I have to manually scroll through all my posts one by one to find an old entry. Maybe you could add a panel that shows a monthly calendar with the days hi-lighted if there was an entry written. Then, users can click on the date to see what they wrote for that specific day.

Fun!. I look forward to using this app everyday toward the end of my day. It provides me with a somewhat different prompt each time, but always allows me to reflect upon my day. I've only been using the app for 5 days now, but i am excited to get more streak achievements as well as a good number of stories written. Once I get to seven stories written, I will have access to the "stats" tab. I'm not entirely sure what that is going to look like but I am nonetheless excited to find out. I would recommend this app for anyone that finds themselves wondering how they are doing as a whole... I remember a point in my life when a friend could ask me how I had been feeling the past couple days- and I wouldn't know what to tell them. I would actually forget what had happened the previous days. But now that I downloaded this app, I reflect upon my day and I could let anyone know that I've been doing just fine. A great app!

Clunky and gimmicky. I was looking for a journal app and found this one...I used the premium subscription for awhile cuz I liked the way it charted and showed moods over time...but I Just can't use it anymore. It's very hard to type and see what you're typing (small white font on blue background) and the whole point of the app is for writing! I couldn't go back and edit very easily. I also found it very annoying to have to categorize my mood before I started an entry, because for me the point of journaling is to work out how I feel and why. You have to go through two screens just to write down your thoughts: 1) asking how you feel and 2) what categories are making you feel that way, And HOW YOU FEEL about that. How do I feel about how I feel?? Annoyed that I have to quantify all that before writing about my day. It crashed on me a few times and always seems slow to load/open. Once I stopped using the paid version it would open every single time with an ad for premium. How many times do I have to say no thanks before you get it?! I found a simpler journal app that works for me without all the unnecessary floofy little Smiley's and moods.

It’s giving me trouble.. This app seems like it would be really interesting and useful to use if it would only work correctly for me. First, when I make my stories, if I don’t have time to listen to the audio I unlock then it says I can unlock it for later. But when I go to the audio messages it says I have to pay to listen to the ones I was supposed to have unlocked. It doesn’t unlock them. Second, my stories won’t save. I made one story and since then I’ve tried to make one twice. But it the phone locks (it did the second time I tried to listen to the audio) or if the audio won’t load after you try to play it (the first time I tried to listen to one directly after unlocking it) then the story is lost. And maybe they aren’t that hard to remake but this is the second time it’s happened and it just makes me angry. If I’ve had a bad day and make a story and it breaks, I don’t want to rewrite about all the events of the day that upset me. It’s just frustrating. The app is an amazing idea and I really want it to work for me but all it has done since I’ve downloaded it is stress me out.

the best journaling app - ever.. in all my years of having apple products i’ve never once written a review for an app. but this app... this... app... is the best journaling app i’ve ever downloaded. i’d been trying to get into consistently journaling for a few years now but nothing never really stuck, until i found this. i will admit, if you just have the free version it’s not worth it. paying ~$1.25 a month for this is a game changer. i write it in probably 3 times a day or whenever I’m feeling something/need to get words off my chest. you can track your mood, what’s making you feel that way, and emotion you’re feeling. it gives you daily motivational quotes whenever you need them, however many times a day you’d like. the user interface is BEAUTIFUL and incredibly easy to navigate. i will recommend this app to any and everybody i know. if you’re struggling with your mental health right now and looking for a way to help improve it, this is your sign. this app is for you. try it. it’s amazing.

Good but. The app is good but I find it a little irritating how in the morning like 30 minutes after I’ve woken up it’s asking “How was your day?” when really nothing has happened. Also, when it asks what made your day turn out however it did like if it was completely ok, and it gives options like “Family” or “Friends” it would be nice to be able to pick more than one, because it’s not always one thing that has caused me to feel a certain thing or my day to go a certain way. It would also be nice if before it moves on to the next section of choices/writing it would have “Next” button or something instead of automatically moving on to the next section. Like at the beginning when it asks how your day went and you can choose “Completely okay” or “Somewhat bad” and like the second you move the circle thing it just moves to the next section, before you can even read what you picked and before you can see what your options are. Other than those things the app is nice

What I Think.. It's been awesome so far, I just downloaded the app and I've been managing myself since my first moment. Let me get started on my first star, it's for the looks. Now, don't blame me for this but, the looks and pictures of this app, just so relaxing. There is a tab, that gives you quotes from famous people. When you open this tab, you see a picture of water droplets or beautiful landscapes on every slide. Amazing, truly. My second star, for the calming ways your little companion speaks to you. Reflectly is a cute little icon who asks you at least three questions every time you make a new memory. You see, I could go on and on about this app, but I wouldn't want to waste your time. So, I would recommend this app to everyone who would put two minutes, just two, and maybe even more, into this app. Because that is all you need to do, to become happier with Reflectly’s help.

So far so good. I’ve only had it for a little while and it’s pretty good so far. It’s quite helpful if you need like shoulder to cry on or someone to lend an ear but there is no actual person to do so. Reflectly is the thing you can go to to help you with all kinds of stress. But the reason I mark it only 4 stars is because I just think there are a few things that could be tweaked. 1: I think you a bigger writing capacity. If you have had the worst day of your life and you really need to rant about it. You don’t get that much space to do so. And sure you may think 1250 is a lot but when you are ranting a good bit, you have a bit of a problem with space. 2: there are some things that are unclear to me on here. I think you should have one of those help buttons so if you don’t understand something, you can click on it and it can explain it to you rather than having to go somewhere else to find it. For an example when it says “Your Daily Notes” I’m not exactly sure what I am supposed to put there.

The app while good in concept isn’t as well in practice. The big problem is the subscription. I had the app for less than five minutes and three fourths of that time was spent looking at the subscription. I understand that apps need money but this app is made to help people relax and reflect. It doesn’t help that the app is rated 4+ which makes it seems like it accessible to most ages when in reality most parents won’t pay for the subscription and it will cause stress to whoever’s using. Also just making the Premium stuff not so in your face would be helpful. The app might as well be notes at that point. This app isn’t free it’s a hoax with a shiny cover. If your willing to pay fine but seriously it’s not okay to put free as this apps price. It isn’t free so just make them pay up front and the subscription fee. Or another option put that you need a subscription in the first line of the description. And if your only reason for not doing that is because people will be discouraged from entering the app then don’t worry because you already did that with the “Premium”.

I’m super happy. This is an amazing app. It’s simple in that it’s not some crazy intricate journal. It’s an all that helps you really reflect and record you and your life. I really love how the app is designed (it’s extremely aesthetically pleasing) and it’s really easy to use. Normally I’m not a big journal either but this makes it so easy and attainable that I haven’t missed a day in the last 3 weeks of using it. Also the customer support is very patient and helpful. I lost my account for a few days and they were able to track it down. Only thing I’d suggesting fixing is to make it able to change your email after your first set up. I mistyped mine (which caused the whole “losing it” incident) and I cant change it. Although the oerson who helped me get my account back assured me it would come in the next update. Overall an amazing app!! Also something I’d like to add is that I think the word count for each story should be higher as I often run out of characters and have to shorten my story....

Best App so far, Minus in app-purchase. I have mental health problems, so my therapist recommend I try to use a mood tracking app. I was worried, as I don’t usually follow through and use these regularly. But the feature to have it check in multiple times a day, and to send positive remarks is an AWESOME feature. However, I have a variety of mental health issues, and do understand that a company has to make their money. But the “positivity reminders” are limited to relatively random issues in the basic version. Anxiety, autism, wisdom are available, which I think is awesome. But a large client base is going to have depression and stress problems as well. If those options had tiers, it may be more affective for a wider audience of users. That would be willing to pay for those better options after seeing if the reminders are actually helpful. I know there’s a trial, I just don’t think 3 days is enough time to see any actual mentality differences. Overall, really like the app. Just wish it was a bit more widely usable for different issues without in-app purchases.

Reflectly is Amazing! Just one thing.... I absolutely love this app! It helps me wind down and focus on my feelings. To be honest, it’s almost like the friend I don’t have who asks me if I am OK. You can customize the background to the color you like the most, and can do however many mood check-in’s you want at any time during the day. There is only one thing I am not a fan of with this app. I am aware everyone needs to make money and this app might be what puts food on the table for some people, but I don’t get why the membership has to be so expensive. First they give you the option for $15 dollars a year, which is acceptable, but they cut it down from $60 dollars? The features in the membership aren’t even that great, but there are a lot of them, which makes using Reflectly without the membership a lot less fun. However that is my only complaint and apart from that (mostly not being able to journal without paying) this is an amazing app that I 100% recommend to relax, reduce stress, and get to know yourself and your feelings better.

AWESOME. O.....M.....G I can not tell you how much I LOVE this app. It is so nice and the cute little Reflectly guy is sooo cute and sweet! Every story has a unique twist in it. Every one has a really pretty cover of nature and it’s so beautiful. This app also allows you to have a streak of how many days you come in a row, and it also has achievements so it will motivate you to go on the app. I absolutely love this app so much, absolutely everything is customizable to your own likening. And if you have a bad day, good day, or something bad happens, you can always go to Reflectly to express how you feel about it. And the own thing I love the most is it’s free! Now it dose have a membership but that’s only if you want to and that’s extra, you don’t need to do it. The app is perfect with and without it. One last thing is this relieves anxiety, depression and it gets your body in a better state of mind. I can’t say this enough I love this app so much and I highly recommended it!

Unusable for Users Who Don’t Pay. I haven’t used the app for too long, but I already love it! All of the basic features are perfect for me, and the AI is marvelous! However, there are some serious problems with the app. Something that frustrates me significantly is your promotions for buying the full version of the app. I have no intention of purchasing the additional features because I cannot afford the full price once the promotion expires. What makes me angry is how I can’t even do my check ins, and I’m confused about what I can get for free. Every time I try to do a check-in, the promotion pops up. There is clearly something wrong with the app, because all of the top reviews are clearly from people who paid for the app, but there are other reviewers that are saying the same thing that I’m saying. Some older reviews even say that there were more features in the past, but you now have to pay for everything. If you are intentionally doing this, that is unacceptable. However I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt. PLEASE MAKE THE APP USABLE FOR USERS WHO CANNOT AFFORD THE APP. If you cannot generate enough revenue from paid subscriptions, then make the price more reasonable. Add more payment plans if you have to! Please, fix this!

Love this app!. I have attempted to start journals before, but none have lasted longer than a few days. I am a regular user of this app and I write an entry daily. What I love about Reflectly is that it keeps me motivated to write every day. I find this app to be relaxing, and it does not put pressure on me to write out every little detail. It gives me a starting point, asking me how I felt throughout the day, and then it just lets me write. I especially love the question that comes after you write about your day. These questions can range from something fun, like who is your idol, to something more serious, like what means the most to you. I love these questions because they are always engaging, and they help me gain a greater insight to myself. Finally, this app allows you to create a title that pertains to your day, and then it allows you to add a picture from the day, and if you dont have a picture, it generates a calming picture of nature.

PLEASE READ! HONEST OPINON AND WHAT YOU WILL EXPECT!. Hi, so I just downloaded Reflectly yesterday. This app is amazing if you want to express you feelings. I think the little face is super cute! It’s a nice touch. Anyway, so I’m going to tell you what your going to see if you download this app. First you meet Reflectly and he shows you the ropes. You can rate your day how good or bad it was. Next, you get to write all about your day and what happened that made it so amazing or horrible. After that, you get a question of the day. It could be anything. My first one was, “What was the most embarrassing moment you ever had?” Then it gives you space to answer. That’s just the writing portion of the app. Next you get “personal stats” which you have to pay for with premium. I can’t really say anything about premium, because I don’t have it, but I think this app is definitely worth trying! Please try it and tell your friends. It really just helps me when I want to tell someone what’s going on. Thanks for reading! Have a good day and go purchase this app!

Great idea,App needs maintainence. I’m still in my week trial, but so far I really love the questions it asks. I can fill it out literally anywhere, even at work, because it’s on my phone. More mood choices would be good, I always want to say “chill”. Now my problems with the app and just some glitches. I got my morning notification, so I opened the app and I realized I wanted to make an entry for yesterday. So I try to click the message at the bottom, or the X, and the screen doesn’t even seem like it’s responding to me touching the buttons. It’s like just an image. So to do my entry, I had to swipe up, kill the app, and open again. My other glitch is when I’m writing an entry, sometimes it works fine, and other times I answer and question and it doesn’t go to the next, nor can I swipe or click to the next one. So again, I need to kill the app to get it to work. I would seriously consider a subscription if this is fixed because the questions are thought provoking. Helps to access parts of your brain you don’t often go to. Really cool

I like the concept so far.. I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression, i’ve always wanted to write down my days thinking it may help but felt it was weird. This kind of does that for you and seamlessly as well, with the option of writing down notes yourself too if you felt like it. My only issue is the subscription base. I dislike subscriptions with a passion and hoped there was a lifetime option but i’ll continue on the free trial to see how it goes, if it it’s $39 yearly, just seems excessive in my opinion still. update: Through looking at other free alternatives there really isn’t one that’s comparable and others are more expensive. I just really have no experience with subscriptions from an app in general so I was only being harsh based off that. This seems to be the cheapest alternative while i’m no journal expert this is great for people that seem to just want to express how their day went without writing it down, best part is if you do want to write it down there’s that option too lol. Best of both worlds.

Very Helpful!!. This app is designed for the everyday person. I just recently downloaded the app and it has already been a big help in maintaining my mood. One of my favorite features of the app is that daily, you’re able to write a journal entry about the day, on that day. You’re also able to go back in the calendar and read what you write on that day. A lot of my friends have said that writing things down such as goals, achievements, or even small things about your day can be very beneficial to your mental health. Since I have tried this, it has helped a lot. In my psychology course at CMU, we learned about the breathing method, which is a way to calm yourself when you’re stressed. Another thing that this app also helps with that we also discussed in class is that those with anxiety would like this app because you’re able to track your mood daily! Sometimes this can help those who just want a mood booster, and this app is very helpful in that aspect.

I feel like I’m talking to a friend, with only one drawback.. I have had Reflectly for over a year now and I will say that it is very personal for me. My Reflectly has been an outlet for all the strife in my life. I love the UI. It’s very user-friendly. You can add pictures to the days you write your reflections on, and it even helps you actually reflect and think about things in your life by asking you a question every day for you to answer. There’s no pressure to write entries, make pictures or write the answers to the questions. I have been through the hurricanes that nearly destroyed our custody and relationship issues, people taking advantage of us when we were in need, a shooting, family issues, accidental overdose resulting in seratonin issues and hallucinations, severe sickness, creepy hillbillies trying to mess with us, and of course the political climate of 2020...and because of this I have severe anxiety. Reflectly has a a friendly UI and non-agitating color scheme. They’ve only ever really made changes to it once that I can recall. I recommended features to Reflectly and they actually communicated with me on Facebook messenger rather promptly. Come to find out, you can download your Reflectly in a PDF. The only drawback is that it messes up the parts where you separated your paragraphs, which is why for now my review is four stars. I think they actually listen to our concerns so it should be fixed soon. I’ll go back and check just to be sure. -R. Bivens

wowza !!. i think this app is very helpful. before i had it, i deleted it for a few reasons. but i came back and it has improved a lot !! it was still very helpful, but i had some issues that were now fixed. i enjoy the style and navigation. this is a very therapeutic application if you need to get your feelings out, but don’t want anybody to look. maybe there should be a new category where there is an AI that asks you how you’ve been and gives you help tips ? but i know that is a hard thing to do, so it is just a suggestion on maybe how to make this app more. . helpful ? but it is amazing just how it is. i love to come home and just write. especially when nobody else is around. i’m very grateful for reflectly. though there is a tiny problem. i dislike how you have to pay to get daily questions, unlimited journaling, and personal insights, ect. what i do like is that you can cancel this. i normally don’t take these trails because i am afraid it will continue with the process and start to bill me. and i’m sure with the suggestion i gave is at least related with some feature in the add on. but i might actually try the trial. i’m just not sure if i will really buy the extra package. but overall i love this app. but if some of these features that you have to pay for became just in the normal version of reflectly, that would probably make more people come to it, if you know what i’m saying. but, bravo. this is a fantastic app !!!

This app is great^^. Originally I came across this app on an add and thought. “Wow This looks kinda dumb yet fun... why not?” I got it later that day and Actually Found it nice! Something about how it’s not always the same, There is of course a routine, but At the same time Reflectly Spices things up! The questions and feeling of it really makes it Different from the rest, It’s not just a smart notebook, Over just a few weeks It feels more like a good friend that you can talk to to get Something off your chest. Now A small Downside, I didn’t like how there was A few Features left out for Subscription. I get the fact of what the developers are doing, I honestly would get it too, But I think if there were a few more features swapped around for free accounts it would make this app Even better! In some ways it’s just not fully worth it To get a few more features, But I Want to Just Thank the developers for an over all great app. Hope to see it grow!

One of the best!!. I’ve gone through countless journal apps. None show so much care and attention to detail as Reflectly. First of all, I appreciate that we’re able to use all of the core features for free (creating stories, uploading pics, logging days). A lot of apps will limit what you can do in terms of actually journaling just so they can charge you. What I appreciate the most is the positive approach towards mental wellness. You can see how important mental health is to the developers in all areas of the app- from the way the journal prompts are worded to the gentle and smooth interface to the way the notifications are worded. This team cares about its users. Props to the Reflectly team. Awesome, refreshing approach to the world of journaling apps. The onlyyyyyy reason this review is missing a star is I wish there was the option of a dark/night mode for those of us with light sensitivity. I know the option to change the color theme is premium, but it would be really helpful to have a free dark option!

BEST JOURNAL APP EVER FOR JOURNAL LOVERS!!!. Just downloaded this app this month when I saw this app on an add. I decided to try it out. Well...... How did it turn out? VERY AWSOME!!! It’s because I get to spend my time reading all the memories that I will still remember. You get to add photos from places to visit. And when you are still editing your story, the app asks you a question and asks if you want to answer it. Also people won’t see your journal, so you have your own privacy! The only thing that is on the negative side is that you need membership to have..... unlimited stories in your journal, track your progress, get a morning moment, and have a passcode for your journal. I really don’t like this at all..... I have SO MANY MEMORIES TO WRITE INTO!!!!😒😒😒😒 But That’s Okay, developer(s.), I know you did A LOT OF WORK doing this. I don’t mind. So I will still rate this a five. But for all you guys who want to try out, I’m just giving you a heads up, you should look out for!😊 Just keep doing the great work Reflectly!😁😁😁😁😁

Great App!. I have to be completely honest, every time I scrolled trough the App Store I would find these “stress relief” apps and “cure depression” apps and I would try some out and it was low key kind of like a scam, it didn’t improve me to be able to write down my feelings or relief any stress at the end of the day so I ended up deleting the apps. Until I came across Reflectly on tik tok, first off the ad really really inspired me that it was a great stress blow over for me, and I tried it out and it was great. And I know that there is some member ship and stuff on there which I don’t have and totally support because the great team that has designed this app need to grow there business (money wise) and I don’t know why so many people are mad at this member ship and stuff tbh I think that it’s people choice weather they want to use this app seriously and every single day, which I only use sometimes when I feel there is something to get off my chest or there is something to write down so I will remember it. I think it’s a great app overall. 😊

Just no. So I downloaded this app in hopes to start journaling. To save the long story, it asks for a subscription practically every 3 seconds. And after your 3rd entry, it won’t let you do anything unless you pay for a subscription. If you want a free journaling app, I recommend Daylio, Mood app, or Day One. Thankfully I can still keep journaling because I downloaded multiple journaling apps in case something like this happened. I feel bad for all the other people on here who are upset. Some people have been using this app for years and now all of a sudden need a subscription. It’s just wrong. The only reason this app still has good reviews is because all of the five star reviews were posted a long time ago, before they asked for subscriptions. I think the subscription thing was applied recently because all the people complaining about it on reviews were posted this week at the time I’m writing this. If you read the good reviews from a year ago, people are happy because the app was free, but it isn’t anymore now so I think over time this app is slowly going to start getting more bad reviews.

What’s with the update???. Okay. There are some nice parts about the update like how many more options there are in activities and moods. But I really liked the format before the 3.0.2 update! I loved how I had daily entries because it felt like a nice way to wrap up my day and I also liked being able to customize it with a cover picture. Now there’s no way to title things and it’s just a basic “moment”. Now everything is all condensed and just how much stuff is crammed into the timeline makes it look less appealing. Also I’m not able to get daily questions anymore?? Idk if they just changed this to only a premium feature but that’s just mean. Like I get that they want money from premium members but it’s not fun when you’re left with nothing interesting to do without the premium membership. And if this isn’t the case, how do the new daily questions work? Sorry for criticizing so much, I actually really like this app—I’m just sad to see all the things I liked go away...

Pleasant App but no support and not worth paying for. I honestly like the idea of this app quite a bit. It has inspirational quotes, daily challenges, ability to upload photos, and allows you to create daily check ins for your mood with notes attached. If you pay for premium, you can also see your average mood for the past week or month so that you can track trends. The best thing about this app is the simplistic graphic design that is pretty and makes you feel calm. I think it relies on people being content with the interface, and doesn’t have any real substance. There are plenty of other mood tracker apps that do the same thing as this app. I also wanted to add that I have tried to contact customer support multiple times and have never heard back. I have a couple months worth of entries, and the app absolutely will not export my data so that it will be at all useful to me. This is extremely disappointing after paying for the premium version. So all in all, some good features and very pretty, but really not that unique or useful.

Why do I need to take so many pictures?. I want to start by saying I like the prompts, I like the positive sayings, I even like the challenges, however, why do I have to take a picture for everything that I do? Also, why do I need to put qualifiers before I can start to Journal? there have been multiple times when I want to do a challenge, however, because you can’t take a picture of checking in with your feelings or not complaining I don’t get credit for doing the challenge. I find it extremely frustrating. And there needs to be more than five how are you feeling. there are some days when I’m just so so and there is not an option for Soso. I feel like I’m lying to myself because I have to find something that is closest to how I feel. Also, I don’t need to know that it’s my relationship or my work ormy friends or eating that has me feeling 15 different ways because I only get to choose one way to feel. I find this to be a giant flaw. I just want away to journal that does not involve handwriting or Apple having my most precious thoughts & feelings.

Wonderfull. This app is a really great way of journaling your day, really nice way of getting your emotions out and having i nice little bubble to dictate and control your emotions— Suggestion: I wish only that the premium subscription would be a bit cheaper, this app is very generous with what comes with the free version which is so incredibly awesome, and for that I would absolutely love to support them and buy the premium package but it’s just a bit much, I sincerely think if they lowered it to 10-25 dollors a month it would be a much more popular option, if the subscription were to be 15 dollors a year or something I would definitely buy it! I understand that’s much less but I think it would definitely be made up with how many more sales they would make, if you are going to do this I do suggest keeping it under 20 for the optimal number of people that will subscribe— All in all, what you need to take away from this is, DOWNLOAD IT!!!!
