Great app. I love this app. Definitely thumbs up

Tons of fun!. Take a couple mins to set up your account and the rest is a snap. Grab a scooter and zip around town. It’s a lot of fun, and they are everywhere. We used the scooters instead of the hop on/hop off bus passes we bought. 😬 Because they are so easily accessible. A must try in Singapore

Great, but way too pricey. it’s expensive

Terrible polices your entire ride, not enjoyable at all. Makes obnoxious noises the entire time Absolutely useless, no riding zones are placed extremely poorly and if you even get close the scooter shuts down while i was on the street with cars. What is this good for if i can’t even use a bike next to the river, a bike path… will be deleting this app immediately, waste of time and money.

Can’t try. I can’t try, because I don’t have a credit card. Please if you make the payments will be on “7eleven” so we can pay there. Thank you

Drivers license required. It made me pay 6 pounds Then told me I needed a license which I don’t have. I’m over 18, like by 3 times. But I got taken!

App is good scooters often don’t work. Scooters often don’t work and don’t expect a refund

Scooter location map often inaccurate. I’ve been spending more time looking for scooters than riding them. Scooters are often not where map says. $5 fee for not parking in the relatively few parking zones.

Scam. Near impossible to find a working scooter, bills top-ups in minimum $20 increments. AVOID. Save the planet, walk.

Never present. Love the app, the idea, and the rates. However, it seems like the scooters are never where they are reported to be on the map. Also, a compass like feature would be useful (the light blue shadow seen in Google maps).

melbourne. great fun

good. 다른 서비스에 비해 편하네요.

Dumbest scooter app ever. Absolutely terrible.

Unable to end trip in parking zone. Very bad experience - Unable to end trip in parking zone - Small driving zone - A lot of noise - If you go through grey zone, because, it is simply faster and shorter, scooter turns off STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND 1/10

Would be great if it worked. I’m sweaty and late since the scooter I reserved via the app said “service unavailable” when I scanned it. Why did the app show it to me on the map AND tell me it had 1.7km range AND let me reserve it AND ask if I wanted to unlock the helmet?? Why not simply remove it from the map view since it’s unavailable. What a complete waste of time. The user experience of this app is bad. No consideration for users. Would give zero stars if it were possible to do so.

First ride!. Let’s ride to the fireworks from East Perth! First time on a ‘leccy scooter. Pricier than anticipated at just over $8 for a ten minute ride, Uber would be less for the same journey and no bumpy ride, no risk of hurting a pedestrian or finding yourself underneath a truck! However riding a scooter is a lot of fun so for an occasional fun journey across the city it is great. The scooter badly needs suspension as the ride is very jarring with having solid tyres.

Massive headache. I don’t like to leave bad reviews without reaching out to the company first, but I’m really disappointed in multiple experiences with this service and I haven’t heard back about complaints. Out of bounds areas are unclear (one neuron scooter I was riding literally threatened to call the cops on me while I was walking it through an area on a bike path), and the end of serviced areas are poorly notified. I was riding home and it announced that I was approaching the end of the area so I had to turn around or risk being shut off. I checked the map and I was already 200m outside! It turned off the power so I had to walk the heavy thing uphill 200m to even end my session. Poor customer service and just a bad experience I haven’t had with Lime. I’m going back to them because these weird issues don’t seem to happen there.

Only use this scooter if you want to pay ALOT more. I have used many “last mile” styled scooters and bicycles, this by far is the most expensive and least easiest to use. The product is probably the least powered and least able to navigate terrain, you will be disconnected then reconnected for no apparent reason. The scooters have no power and you will find yourself out paced by a leisurely walker. So why Five Stars........ simple they have made it so easy to take money off you I don’t need to be mugged out in the street anymore I can just get this company to do it for me. The prices are abomination. I selected a $15 and still got charged $45. What’s the point of advertising a fixed rate. In my opinion do yourself a favour and Use anything else other than this company.

Looks good. Neuron now available in Perth, Western Australia (Mar 2023). Not ridden yet but had to download the app to find accurate pricing. $1 unlock + $0.51/min. They have price plans options which seem reasonable. Looks like lots of scooters and parking locations available which is great.

Not just for the young!. We are both over 60 and don’t move as well as we did in our 30s. The scooters are stable and easy to use. If you have used a scooter as a kid, you know how to ride these powered scooters. If you haven’t it does not take much to work it out. They do not go too fast to make you feel unsafe. The app is easy to use. David Reynolds, 62 of Sydney

Charged $6.00 each unlock. These money hungry pigs take $6.00 every unlock even though it is advertised as $1.00. If you try to contact them and ask why, you will be taken through 3 different web page support pages horrendously put together in hopes of you giving up and never being able to fight the complaint... I clearly have an account hence why I’ve used the scooter but apparently my account doesn’t exist and my password is incorrect leaving me unable to fight the complaint and thus entailing me to lose $12 on top of $2.55 and $3.30... equaling close to $20 for about 5 minutes of riding. Absolute pigs. Use Lime with their no hidden costs and actually functioning support page. Neuron Dogs.....

Forgot something. I had walked to Crocosauras Cove and then realised we had left the camera back at the hotel. Jumped on a scooter and was back with the camera in just 10 minutes! So good

First impressions. Good first use of the Neuron Scooter. Would like a warning though prior to going into a restricted area instead of traveling 200mtrs in and the battery being disabled. Also need a warning as to how much battery you have left when down to one bar. Can be very dangerous if crossing a busy road like I was this morning and the battery died. Otherwise easy app to use and get started.

False information. I was very disappointed with my first and last attempt at using Neuron. I found 2 scooters about 50 meters apart in Darwin, so engaged one and walked it, with my wife, to the second scooter. Engaged the second scooter then they both said we were in a no-ride zone. What does that mean? It was a wide walkway in a park! What to do? Couldn’t cancel. Neuron wouldn’t let me. Couldn’t ride. Meter still running. Eventually after about 10 minutes of trying to cancel I was informed that due to lack of activity the contracts were ending. I got false reports showing that we had ridden both scooters over some distance and returned to the starting point, when in fact one travelled 50 meters and the other had not moved. I was charged a total of about $10 for nothing. I complained the next day to the phone contact but was brushed off. I will not use Neuron again. Darwin if you are going to run an experiment with scooters provide support for users and try another app. Neuron is not user friendly.

Good way to get around but too costly. Like using the Neuron scooters, except they end up being quite costly my phone went flat and it cost me just have a scooter going as I couldn’t in my mind, it would be good if they had the concession rates in place of their rates in Melbourne etc to be able to use more as I would think that it would be students and income owners that would want to be using the neuron scooters the most, however they are too possibly to use often

Overcharged. Signing up and taking my credit card details was seamless, however, despite remaining within the CBD, only rode for 7 minutes, when I tried to end the ride the scooter said it cannot and I need to park in a “Scooter Zone”?? I moved it next to 8 other scooters and it still wouldn’t let me end the ride (the fee kept climbing). I moved it again in an actual car park with bikes and scooters yet it wouldn’t end the ride. No one could tell me where a designated scooter zone was and my $9 rode went over $20. Customer service said they’d resolve this within the hour yet I am still waiting half a day later for a response. For the return trip I used BEAM - no issues at all!

Pricing policy a bit unfair.. They start charging from the minute you scan and then you have to release the helmet, adjust it and put it on- them charging you the whole time. They also speed limit the bikes in a number of places where the paths are huge and wide. This means you take longer to get where you’re going and therefore pay more.

First ever ride !. We arrived in Canberra last night and saw all these scooters around the streets. So… this afternoon we decided … why not go for a ride. A Sunday afternoon scooting around Canberra was lots of fun, even in the chilly air. Not sure it would be quite as relaxing on a weekday with the pathways no doubt being busier … but maybe we will go again tomorrow and see :) Love this mode of transport. Well done Canberra and Neuron 🧡

Fantastic service. Thanks guys we had a great time, very friendly team and nothing is a problem for them. I had a group of seven people and they arranged scooters for us at a pick up location, well done guys 10/10

3day pass. Great ride great fun and concept. But I do have one question that I can’t find the answer too, does the 3 day pass have to be use in 3 consecutive days or not? Or will it expire automatically after 3 days of purchasing the pass whether u use the extra two days or not? Thank u

Super convenient but definitely needs improvements. On our recent visit we found these scooters super convenient & a super fun way to get around! Unfortunately there are no phone holders & you can’t put directions into the app so you’re having to regularly stop to check your maps AND check the neuron app that you’re not riding into a no ride zone. Having to stop regularly is very inconvenient & on occasion it will let you ride outside the no ride zone then turns off but when we turned around our scooters didn’t turn back for on for over 500metres. Great idea overall but definitely add Prahran to your ride zone

Ever so grateful 🙏. Walked a good 3ks then found a scooter. Best 17 minute ride ever! Must say I’m glad I didn’t have to walk up the hill on Rockhampton rd 😅 awesome for agency nurses who are trying to get around to see the beauty of each town. Worth the ride especially in Yeppoon. Be nice to have some for nurses in WA Midwest Carnarvon hospital. Thanks again!

Limited and frustrating parking options. A nightmare to park and overcharged. I used to love Neuron but they’ve changed their rules and will only let you park in tiny specific zones(these are 2m wide and not labelled). I had to go 500m away from my destination to park, and then couldn’t figure out where to go. They have a photo but when I tried to park in that place it said I was off by a meter and wasn’t allowed to end my trip. Instead it wanted me to park in a driveway filled with council trucks. Eventually I got it to work but it took longer to park then it too to ride and this doubled the charge. I recommend Beam instead because you can easily park in most places without a massive headache. I won’t be using Neuron again.

Shocked. Usually I use beam scooters but decided to try neuron as beam had not enough battery power for our group. A group booking for beam is $10 and then you pay for just the one rate for all scooters. Neuron charged $10 holding for each scooter and then charged the rate for each individual scooter. It asks way more information for each person and charges you money while your having to enter in the details of each person. Overall individually no issues at all but as a group booking definitely will pick beam any day as $83 for a est. 25min ride is just ridiculous compared to the beam est. $40. Nowhere to place the phone during the ride to see battery or map information Then we had to ride the scooters another 5mins from our destination to park it as it wouldn’t allow us to park it where we needed as it had to be in a designated stop. Honestly deleted the app as soon as our trip ended cause unfortunately there was to much to fault compared to beam.

Got refunded at least. Don’t really like the $1,00 activation fee but then again who does. First time I tried one the helmet stayed locked during my “ride” and the accelerator and brakes weren’t working. Paid $2.50 for literally nothing (incl. activation fee). Was refunded for this though. Had to walk further down to find another with its helmet missing, until about 1.5km from my original location I found one that worked perfectly and unlocked the helmet during startup. At least I got refunded for the first

Listen and responsive to customer experience. We would all like to have a safer and more convenient communication between different places. It requires your sharing of personal experience to minimize its possible risk for our ride to be better secured. Thank you, Neuron, for taking customer’s feedback into account so that we will not keep trying after seeing the low electricity warning shown on the e-vehicle 👍👍👍

Poor performance. My first ride was terrible. The bike would not accelerate, I rode less than 300m pushing. Most of the 7 minute trip was me trying to park the bike and being informed I had to cross busy roads with traffic to find a parking bay. There was a red light showing a spanner, so I assume it needs a service. Reported it to the company, have heard nothing back. Don’t ride if you are in a hurry.

Ending trip. I can never seem to end trip. Scan ride stays on screen even when I’ve parked scooter up and put helmet back. I then have to wait 5 mins for scooter to become inactive. Very annoying.

Rough ride. Experience has been good so far just how they are built going over things like tram lines in Melbourne or small section of bluestone because you have no other choice is rough compared to similar companies. Be aware they do peak rates so check before unlocking.

Fun but nott quite far enough. I park on the other side of RBWH and so do a lot of people to avoid paying for parking. Would be handy if your zone stretched a little further so I could ride all the way to my car

Annoying... Doesn’t let me drop off out from my work for some unknown reason and had to put out of the red zone for about 6 mins before stopping the charges that were building up then had to get an Uber ride back to the location. Would recommend notifications being sent to you notifying you’re in a red zone. Would save time and money. Thanks.

NEED THEM IN CAIRNS. went to townsville for a weekend and rode them around all weekend. The passes you can get are affordable and excellent. There really convenient. They would help alot of people who dont have transport to get to work and people who cant afford cars, and just to have fun on. They definitely would help alot of people i know. very convenient to get around, and very safe. please bring them 2 cairns and expand wherever possible. The brains behind these scooters are geniuses xo

Love Neuron. Wow. Have been riding scooters for 12 months but always bought a universal pass on the other scooters. Force of habit. Their system was down tonight so I grabbed a Neuron. No comparison. After 1 ride I am a convert. Neuron hands down in every category Great scooter. Wider. More stable. Quieter. Better tech. I am done. Completely converted after 1 rise. Thank you

Rip off. We used the App to hire the scooter expecting the option to purchase a day rate to appear instead it just starting charging per minute. While I was trying to figure out the group booking, I was charged $10 and we hadn't even moved from the parking station. Instructions were very unclear on how to unlock the pricing for the day rate. We parked the scooters back up and decided not to go ahead with using them. Very unhappy with this.

Fabulous way to explore Brisbane. Amazing fun way to explore Brisbane. When the climate is hot and the hills are steep and it’s too far to walk - this is just the best! I was very nervous and would recommend people start on the go slow level while they get used to it. Loving the experience and appreciate the fact that it enforces go slow areas and no scoot areas so that riders do not become a menace to society! Only had positive friendly feedback when I rang the bell and sometimes stepped off so as not to cause problems to pedestrians.

New user of Neuron Scooters.. My car is currently undergoing repairs. I am now using public transport & taxi’s. I used a Neuron Scooter today to go to my gym in the next suburb & found the cost of the ride $23, more expensive than a taxi. It would be convenient for me to use a Neuron Scooter to go to work, but at $17 for a cab the scooter proves to be the more expensive option. I love the freedom & fun of the scooter but my use of them will be limited unless a very short distance.

Great service, too expensive. I hope more competition comes into the market because the rate is too high for the service provided.

Using a Nueron in Darwin. Took the plunge and navigated downloading the app etc. Took a while but it was fairly straightforward. Cycling and scooting are the ideal way to cover short distances around the CBD. In Darwin. It’s mostly flat and traffic is generally light. Once you know the rules and restrictions it is an easy system to use and is effectively monitored. My only regret is that I didn’t know about the multiple day pass which I would’ve used. A holder or slot for a mobile phone on the bike or scooter would be god as I had to dismount and take off my back pack to check on my phone. Something to secure a bag or item in the carrier would be good . Overall I found the system fun and efficient and reliable to use. It has complemented a very enjoyable stay in Darwin. Highly recommended!

BEST SCOOTERS EVER. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!. I recently got the Neuron app to use around Australia, as I am currently traveling, and i think Neuron is an amazing idea! I used it a lot in Darwin, and its nice to explore, in an enjoyable way at the hold of a button !!! Their customer support is great too! I wanted to add my parents to scoot with me, but it wouldn’t work- I think it was my fault as I am not tech savvy and had no idea what I was doing. Anyways I couldn’t work it out and sent a review because it asks you about your trip all I said was “why won’t you work” as kind of a joke, not wanting a reply, but someone sent a reply, refunding my money!!! I think that’s so nice considering it was my fault I couldn’t work it out!!! They are a great company, and I recommend it to any people who like fun, exciting experiences!!! BUY NEURON NOW!! IT IS THE BEST SCOOTER APP!

Poor customer service. For whatever reason one of the discounts within the app did not work. Even though on 4 other devices it did. The Customer Service team were just ridiculous in pointing fingers, and in general trying to prove the issue wasn’t theirs. The amount of money was like $10… use another app on the off chance this happens to you.

Average customer service!!. I use these scooters quite a bit around Darwin. Obviously it’s my choice and I think they’re a good thing for the city. In saying that 1 in every 4 scooters actually goes well. Customer service never offer credits back for faulty scooters?! You can see the amount I try and use them so sort that side of things out. Faulty scooter = refund/ credit

Fun but. I just used for the first time. U fortunately I didn't realise that the time keeps running after the helmet is clipped back into the unit. I only noticed that 5 minutes later so my 2 min right turned a bit expensive. Please refund me 5 minutes.

Complete disregard for safety of the elderly. After my grandpa fell over trying to pass a scooter on our very small footpath outside my home I was told Neuron had blocked our footpath for parking because it was too unsafe for pedestrians or my grandparents to pass when a scooter is there. However a month later scooters are back parking there and my grandpa cannot visit if it’s on the footpath. They have a complete disregard for customer feedback or the safety of our elderly population. Would never use their scooters, I’ll be using Beam for sure as they have happily blocked the footpath outside our house and it has remained blocked, unlike Neuron.

:D. I usually Uber or walk to work but recently I’ve been using these scooters. They’re very good in low traffic times where there are less cars around. They have a flat rate with the unlock fee and pay per minute, unlike Uber that has surge pricing. A 40 minute walk turns into about a 6-10 minute ride, scooter rides are also about half the price of an Uber(plus you don’t have to deal with rude uber drivers). I don’t usually write reviews, however I rode a scooter with a broken high speed button, left it a bad score and then rode another scooter to my destination, I was promptly emailed and informed that they would refund my ride and fix the scooter! They have excellent customer service, and I will continue to happily use this service. Some people ride these scooters around the neighbourhood and get in the way of pedestrians and cars. I wish there were more bike paths to ride on- there’s just not enough infrastructure in the area to comfortably use these scooters as much as I’d like to.

Expensive journey. Before you ride, check for approved parking stations where you will leave the scooter at the end of your trip. You can’t end the trip on the app until you are in the correct parking zone. The meter keeps ticking until you arrive in the parking zone. The app GPS will show you where the approved parking stations are, but as soon as you get close to them, the GPS shows that you are actually not close. You could be riding around and around while the GPS takes you on a wild goose chase. My $8 ride turned into a $25 ride.

So much better than walking. We love grabbing Neuron spotters whenever we go to major cities. They are fun and easy to ride. Allow you to see so much more in limited time, travelling about 3 times faster than a casual walk. They really save your legs and you just hop on ond hop off so you don’t waste a minute. There great for the environment too. Great concept and initiative!

Overall a terrible experience. The scooter looses power far too often. Then once you’re sick And tired of dragging a lifeless scooter around the city, you go and try park it so you can just walk the rest of the way home and the scooter tells you that you can’t park here there or basically anywhere. To make matters worse, you end up finding a spot to park the scooter and it happens to be completely out of the way from the path you originally intended to take and defeats the purpose of taking the scooter in the first place, TO SAVE TIME TRAVELING FROM POINT A TO POUNT B! After all that rigmarole and wishing I would have just walked passed the scooters and journeyed home by foot instead, the company charges me something like $25 for the pleasure of dragging their property around the city. Overall a terrible experience and I’ll be sticking to walking and Uber from now on. 👎🏻

Mixed feelings. At age 72 I’m enjoying using an e-scooter but can see there are hazards for some. The position they’re left in is one, if care isn’t taken to see they’re not an obstruction. The bell doesn’t seem loud enough to alert pedestrians in shared spaces. Otherwise silent, non-polluting fun is a huge plus. Hope this trial sorts the problems.

Got to do it!. This has got to be one of the funnest part of my holiday. I love it so much. The fact that there is a long ride makes it even more special. In Busselton, you can ride the whole way along the coast from Bayview Geographe resort, all the way to town. Thank you so much for providing the service!

The best scooters & ride zones in Melbourne. This is an Australian owned company that are making a real difference in Melbourne. I’m a frequent user of scooters in Melbourne and around the world when I travel and I think neuron has listened to consumers the best. They have upgraded the suspension, speed, have blinkers on the scooters, helmets work most of the time phone holders and they have really broad rides zones where you can put your scooter back where you finish your trip in my CBD areas, rather than having to try and navigate and find one like often happens on Lime scooters and slow things right up. Give these guys a go - MK

Dissatisfied. Bitterly disappointed. Rode home, just find out I had to turn around and drive all the way Back to a designated parking area. While I was charged at full rate for the whole period, not to mention the cost of getting home from the designated parking area. I do not recommend and while I was eager to try it, I will not recommend it to any of my friends, nor will I ever use it again, bitterly disappointed in what was an exciting product. Clearly the technology is not up to date as inferred.

Super fun!. There’s no busses on weekends where I live, and the scooter meant I was actually able to get into town without walking for 40 mins. Plus I went on the bike track so I could go fast which was awesome! All in all very fun and I highly recommend

Easy and fun. It took about 30 seconds to figure out it, plenty of step by step instructions. It was a lot of fun. I took some sanitizer wipes to clean the helmet (coz I’m Germophobic), I’m definitely doing this again, It was enjoyable, and easy (I’m 48 years old).

Terrible app and customer service. I used this vehicle only twice, the first time was ok but the second time was a nightmare. I used it to get to a place early and I ended up wasting more time. When I arrived the app didn’t let me to finish the ride and ended up charging me almost 30 minutes more. When i made the complaint they gave me a basic answer and they didn't even investigate my case. Terrible! I will never use it again.

Worst service in Ottawa AVOID at all costs!. Most of the time their scooters don’t work, constantly charged for failed rides. This company is a scam. One or if not the worst service in Canada!

3200$ in damage to my vehicle. Not expecting this to solve any of the last issues I’ve had with this company but thought I’d tell my story. To the gentleman who took off after throwing a scooter at my vehicle in downtown Calgary, I would like you to know you caused 3200$ in damage to my vehicle and I had to go through insurance to get the damage you caused covered. Thanks to neuron you were able to hide and get away clean as if you did nothing at all. I hope you’re happy that because of your actions a company was willing to let you hide behind their privacy restrictions. I used to be a frequent user of this company but for the foreseeable future as this company will not hold their drivers accountable, I will be boycotting the use of them.

Glitches. Can’t add my card as it already says card in wallet. Then it goes right back to the page where it says add payment method. I just keep going in circles trying to figure this out.

Bumpy road. Tell Saskatoon council to fix the pot holes

Probably will never use again. We had limited time to make it back to our car and I already had the app downloaded but hadn’t yet used the service so we decided to give it a try. The unlocking process was easy and the instructions were clear, however, the scooter I was using kept shutting down and stopping, saying I was on a sidewalk when I wasn’t. It look time for the scooter to reset each time but then shut down a few seconds later saying I was on a sidewalk again. Very frustrating. This glitch doubled the time the trip should have taken. We tried to drop the scooters beside a bunch of other scooters and the app asked to take a picture at the location and it said that they weren’t allowed to be dropped at that location and suggested a spot about 10’ from where the other scooters were parked. This also added a couple of minutes before it let us end the “pay by the minute” service. The app finally let us drop the scooters beside the others in the end. The app then asked if we’d like to do a survey while still on the clock. Before we scanned the scooters off the clock, the app gave us a survey option. I really wanted to do the surgery to convey the numerous glitches we endured and had to pay for but I also didn’t want the meter to keep running. The survey was not offered after we scanned and ended the trip. In the end with the glitches, it cost us $8.36 for 2 scooters to travel 0.64km. This was our first experience with the service.

Decent overall. These scooters are good for getting to point A to point B. But there is some really annoying stuff about them that make them a bad experience. For example it will randomly say you are riding on a sidewalk even though I’m dead centre of the road, what I would recommend is to just allow riders to ride on the sidewalks instead of having to share the road with somewhat rude drivers (depending on where you live and drive by) Another example on why sidewalk riding should be allowed is the amount of looks you get when riding, you’ll get honked at here and there and called names which is something that could just set the mood for the day. The good thing about these scooters is how easy they are to get going, You simply just walk up scan the QR code and start riding. Other then that there isn’t really much to note, the prices are way too expensive and you’re better off buying a 3 day pass or 7 day.

Hellish beeps and sidewalk chaos. Just got these in my city this week. Rode them in many other cities so I was excited. But a complete flop. 1. Why is it beeping constantly while I’m riding?! That alone is enough to make me never want to be on one again. 2. It keeps shutting down in the middle of a street because it thinks I’m on a sidewalk. Very unsafe when there is any traffic behind you. Get it together neuron! Do not recommend.

Dangerous and useless. Side walk detection consistently malfunctioning and forcing users to drive in heavy traffic. Its ok not to drive on sidewalks but it doesnt detect when you’re not on one

bannned. why am i banned on this app? i won’t let me log in

Great!. It was great Ride can you guys make it so that you can drive right up to the Cineplex entrance rather than having to walk through the parking lot thanks

Awesome bosom. RE3NVJC95E Get 3.2$ off with the code!!! Worth riding!!

Rattle. No issues with performance, but the lack of suspension means I’m raddled on every bump.

Poor sidewalk detection is dangerous. Poor sidewalk detection caused scooter to lose power while making left hand turn on the street. On a busier route this could have resulted in a collision.

Neuron Review. App is 5 stars. Easy to use. Efficient way of travelling. Service area cuts off before I can get to work so that could improve and I think the price should be an even $3. Other than that I love it! Wind in my hair makes me feel alive and free haha!

Brakes. The brake are terrible. The reallly. See to be serviced.

Scam. Money grab

Worst app. Worst app

Great. Cool

Just terrible. This is a terrible scooter service. Can’t even ride it on bike lanes.

Very expensive price for a very poor experience. Horrible geofencing and parking locations for scooters. Having to ride back to a designated spot while being charged an obscene rate is not okay. Going down a hill and having the scooter kick in a 20km/h limit by APPLYING BREAKING when you’re not expecting it is very dangerous. Annoying beeping noise while riding.

E scooter. Fun don’t get me wrong but it was my first timing using it and it charged me 50$ for like 2 hours Ubers still cheaper lol

Ruined. They ruined the fun experience when they made them stop when detected on sidewalks. Scooters going 24kmh in a 50kmh road is very dangerous, much more dangerous than going on the sidewalk.

Location services are total trash. Scooters constantly yell at you for riding on the sidewalk, whether you’re embarking, parking, or just within 3 feet of a damned sidewalk.

1st Time Ride. Saw this thing at the side of the road. Decided not to walk and test it out. Convenient. Easy to use.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is specifically for use in Ottawa, Canada. The GPS tracking of the scooter is completely inaccurate. While riding the scooter in confirmed riding zones and on the road, the scooter kept detecting as though I was riding on the sidewalk. So while I am in the middle of the road with cars behind me, the scooter power would shut off until I returned to the road even though I was already there. Extremely dangerous, and customer service did not care.

First Ride. This was a great first ride, very nice. Thanks for the opportunity

Bumpy ride. Get scooters with better suspension. If I wanted a headache I’d ask my wife for a ride. Bird is 1000x better. Waste for money

Old account user still linked to this account. I downloaded this app and used my new phone number. Well apparently the person who used to have my number had this app and owes money (along with owing everyone else, based on the collection calls I get looking for this person). Even opening the app through Facebook does nothing; it still has it as the old account user and won’t let me do anything. Here’s the thing; I have ALL their data….basic credit info, every single trip taken, full name, ect. I have emailed the app but still can’t get help. Unless I pay off the old bill, it won’t let me change the name or even delete the account

Use code Resgde9jmn For free ride.. Great service

NEVER USE THIS. Absolute trash and money grabbing scum.

It is very good except. The scooter kept on beeping and saying low speed zone even though the side walk here was meant for bikes people and scooters

Scooters. Update.. they disabled my account because I got a refund from PayPal when they refused to refund me and blamed me for the scooter/service being terrible. Stay away and boycott them. The scooters and riding zones need to be improved. The scooters often cut power because you are “out of the service area” or even of you are riding on the road they will “detect” that you are riding on the sidewalk and sometimes you need to kick ride the scooter so it’s waisting time and money. I use it for the gym and with some roads I need to ride on the sidewalk because they are too slow for the road and have no turn signals.

Fun but way too expensive. Way too expensive

Flagged account. How much supposed to recover a flagged account turn off

They’re okay. I don’t like the fact you can only ride them on the road, it’s a little bit dangerous. Other than that there good, could go faster

PERFECT. Let’s go

Waste of money and time. It’s the second time I’m using this scooter and problems are the same: 1- you feel every little bump on the road, it’s not like a bike at all. 2- while I was riding on the street, it kept turning off the scooter and telling “sidewalk riding detected”. 3- too expensive. I arrived half an hour late to my appointment physically and mentally tired. I was charged $12 by this app because it kept turning off the scooter, so it took much longer. Conclusion: do not use it, walk instead.

Horrible system. Helmet constantly falls off. So annoying

So fun. Great speed

Scooters for work. Scooters stop working during use tried using app multiple times to pay. There are way better scooter companies out there.

So Bad.. I decided to try these things out because I LOVED using Lime scooters when they came out when I was living in Baltimore. These scooters are like the retarded cousin version of Lime, which is the godsend of all electric scooters. It’s the same idea, but astronomically more expensive both to unlock and use the scooters. They have a speed restriction gauge...? Which is completely useless because brakes do the same thing, so you’ll just spend the whole time with it maxed out at 3 bars just to not even go that fast unless you’re going downhill and the momentum forces you to go faster. It talks to you which is annoying, you can’t ride them in the most random places (the sidewalk next to a school? Seriously?) So you have to manually push the heavy thing while it charges you, and then it takes an extra long time to buffer the fact that you are, in fact, back in a ride zone. Oh, and the most recent issue! I can’t even load up the app because it crashes on startup. Can’t use the scan to ride feature from the home screen either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it won’t fix the issue, so I think I’ll just be deleting it for good this time. Great idea, horrendous execution.

Hi. It’s so great! Lot’s available in the city wherever. It speeds up walking by a lot.

Great Idea ! But too expensive. I see that in our area only a least number of people use these though there are plenty of scooters . The reason is when we compare the pricing still taking the bus is more convenient. If neuron could reduce prices it would be great choice !

5 star. these scooters are cool

Fun ride. I wanted to do it just for the experience, now, it’s defiantly a highlight of my summer. It was really enjoyable! My kids (and my husband 😂) enjoyed this so much they didn’t wanna stop 😭. 10/10 recommend for anyone, it’s fun, easy and great if your in a hurry. Have fun scootering people!!

Really good. Bro I cannot explain how much this helps bro it’s cheap easy and I get places faster

Useless service. Title says it all. Thought it would be fun to drive one home from work and I couldn’t even drive it 5 minutes up the road. Buy your own scooter if you plan using something like this.

Geo Fencing is Terrible. I don’t love being in the middle of traffic, going 15km/hr and having power killed because you think I’m on a sidewalk. Being asked to provide ID as I’m trying to get my first ride really disrupts the flow of the trip. Just ask me when I make the account. You billed me for the time while I was adjusting my helmet getting ready to ride. Seriously?

Pricey, annoying to use, but definitely fun.. This is a review for the entire service, not the app. I paid to unlock it and since it was parked outside of the zone I had to manually push it into the right area, while paying per minute! And it said I was riding on the sidewalk when I wasn’t so it killed my power. Really annoying. But it was fun to ride, I will say that. But not very fast. I ended up paying almost 4 dollars for less than a kilometre. A bus ride for less than that can get you across an entire city. I’m glad I tried it but personally it’s not something I would use regularly.

Not that affordable or convenient. If there’s more than one person an Uber or taxi in Ottawa will probably be cheaper than a group renting any number of scooters >1. GPS or whatever on the scooters is not accurate enough to tell if you are not on the sidewalk and will turn off the scooter or throttle it to almost 0 kph while you are out in traffic until it graces you with the safety to travel at full speed once again. GPS is also not accurate enough to know the parking areas. Had to futz around for 5 mins with 2 scooters cause the GPS thought we were across the street from the parking area and ended up needing to travel 2 blocks away. Guess it’s a nice way to earn extra cash on their end. Over all not a great time as you don’t save any money, you get to navigate traffic at night randomly speeding up and slowing down in front of full size cars with no hi vis material on the helmet or scooter, and you get to see the total cost increase while the +- 10m GPS picks when you get to park and close out the ride. ⭐️0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. Needs improvement.
