Sobriety. It gives me a reassurance with the time I’ve been sober. It also gives me inspiration to keep going.

Extremely Helpful!!. Even without the pro features, everything about this app has helped me stay sober longer than I ever have in my life. I recommend this app to everyone I know that shares the common struggle of sobriety.

Work the Program very waken moment. Hmmm We downloaded in my Recovery Program. I like it because it grades my progress and gives me Acceptance of your Drinking ways.

Keeps me going. In times like this it’s easy to want to fall off the wagon, As of review I’m 5 days short of a year and half sober, and as soon as I even think about toying with the idea about how nice a beer, coke n bourbon or whatever would be I look at this app, reflect on my total days, money saved and see the msg of the day and it keeps me going.

Chips. It would be nice to see all the milestone chips you receive not just up to 3 months.

Why I like this app.. Really helps me realize the amount of $$$. And the time each of the drinks I would of had. The time it would take to drink them. And what I would of wasted just being loaded. I over the daily quotes. I wish they would not show me tomarrow a, but the ones from the past.

Sobriety App. I love the quotes it gives me everyday. They are so wonderful! Keeps me positive! Gives me hope that I can always stay clean!

Sober Today. I love this app & go on it several times a day. Without it, I would never have known I was coming up on 1 billion seconds of sobriety. (I asked-there’s not a medallion for that. LOL) Only complaint is I get the daily notifications THREE TIMES, for some reason.

Very helpful. This app has helped me immensely with my sobriety. Getting daily, positive quotes and looking forward to receiving chips, has made not drinking much easier for me.

Day count. There should be an option to count in total days, hours, minutes and seconds!

Love it. I look forward each morning to getting a new thought for the day from the meditation. The sobriety counter is cool too even though I don’t usually keep up with days it does give me a feeling of accomplishment when I look at. Thanks for this app.

Good Idea. This app represents a good idea but is lacking of what it does. I have seen apps that compute hours, minutes and seconds. This is not much to add.

Love it. This app is great for multiple reasons; it helps with instant gratification when you see how long you’ve gone. The quotes are refreshing. The amount of money saved and beers not drank, good reminder.

Weak At Best. I sent in many requests stating that the chip function isn’t workin in November. Here it is almost March and it still isn’t working. The finally got back to me in January saying they were on vacation and were aware of the problem. There isn’t too many functions of this app you wouldn’t think it would take that long to fix!!

This gives me strength. I quit drinking 5-5-18, this app tells you how many months,days,hours,minutes, and seconds since your last drink. It reminds you every day how long it’s been since your last drink, it’s pretty cool for me. I hope this app can give people a piece of mind like it does for me. ;)

Sober Today. Four years on the free only selection. Has helped my spiritual progress immeasurably. 26 and one fourth years sober!!

Sober day counter. I have the free version, and it helps me keep track of my sober dates. I really do not need any of the extras because I’m constantly going to meetings and talking to my sponsor.

Good app too many ads. As a simple tracking ap there are way too many ads that get in the way. It’s frustrating and counterproductive to the purpose of the app.

Great app. I have not unlocked anything other than what is offered for free but to open it and see how long it has been since I last had a drink is so encouraging.. min by min. Hour by hour. Wonderful app!!

Sober Today is Great. I look at this app every single morning when I wake up to remind myself how many days sober I am. I then screenshot the thought for the day and share it on my social media. I have a lot of friends who are encouraging me on this path and have also reached out to find out what app this is so they can share it with friends and loved ones.

Love it. This app really helps me work on my daily progress. The daily message always seems to be relevant to how I'm feeling.

No upgrade?. I love this app, that is why I paid to have it upgraded. Payment was made and received on January 28th. I have sent two messages through this site. Nothing has been done regarding this. No upgrade and no response. Please upgrade my account.

So motivating & easy to use. I personally love this app. It’s so easy to use & I love reading the daily quotes. This app is good for someone who has self control. If you’re battling a hard fight, get someone to hold you accountable or actually attend the meetings with others struggling too. I needed something to help me become a healthier person since I found mYself drinking everyday after work. The app helps motivate me as I see the days that I’ve succeeded along with the $$ I have saved by not drinking. The app is very customizable to your life and it’s helped me a lot!

Great app for tracking your sobriety!. I personally like the “financial” Part, let’s me know just how much money I’ve wasted and keeps me in check.

Great App easy to understand it. I Have tried other apps and a lot of them didn’t make sense to me this app is easy to fall and it offers the lot when you were looking for something to fill that void when you wanna have a drink so I think that way it’s like a +8+8+ a plus not a plus LOL

Great. For a free app this is just terrific. Lots of upgrade options of course, I’ve used it for a few days and so far the free version is helpful and user friendly. If I were to pay for an app on the subject of alcohol cessation it will be this one.

Great for tracking and motivating!. I love the features stating how much I’ve saved and how many drinks I haven’t consumed. That’s a game changer for me. Sure, I used alcohol for unhealthy coping but making the choice to quit, feeling healthier because of this choice and seeing those gains... cherry on top!

No excuses. Very helpful tool. I always have help even when sponsor isn’t immediately available

More Chips. I wish there were more chips especially in the early days. Maybe some 10 day chips in the first month. Otherwise simple app which is great! Good quotes.

Charges me money out of no where. The app charged me 2.99 for “pro” features...I did not ask for this purchase but when I saw it I tried to look for pro features that I was charged for and there is nothing different so I was charged for something I didn’t ask for then they don’t even have that so idk what’s going on with this app

Good product. I like how it tallies the amount of money saved by not drinking, the number of drinks not drank, and the total number of hours and days sober. I would love it if the Sober Today app added features similar to the Smoke Free app that would show the health benefits of not drinking.

Cool but has problems. It’s cool that it keeps track of sobriety down to the seconds and shows how much you have saved, but my 2 month chip has been missing for a long time. It’s also telling me I have 80 some days until my next chip when I should be getting a 4 month chip in about 2 weeks. After contacting them about the glitches, they took a while to respond, and all they said was, ”We are aware and working on it”. Which is a terrible response from a customer service standpoint. So I emailed again and asked for a refund. Waiting for a response.

Keeps me Goin’. What a fun reminder to stay on the path where remarkable things happen! This app has units drank which the others don’t. Great reminder of how many glasses of poison I have saved myself from.

My Review. Would like to be able to choose what time the messages come and be able to clear the data but otherwise pretty good. Tired of the number 3 on the app tile. Considering finding another app if it’s not fixed. I’ve offloaded and reloaded the app to no avail!!!!!! Very frustrated!!!!! Want the red number 3 off the app icon on my Home Screen or I’ll delete the app and find a different one!!!!!

Sobriety daily inspiration. I really like how this app pushes a daily inspiration to my Apple Watch. I get it every day and keep it in my notifications to view when I’m having a rough time.

Great app; except.... Great app but I wish the ads were silent. I understand you need ads to pay for the app. But can they just be “pop up style” with no sound? I read the daily wisdom quote, then I’m jarred by a loud ad while I’m reflecting on that quote. It just isn’t in the good traditions of recovery and healing.

Way too many ads. Nice layout, love all the ways they keep track. Great inspiration. But to pay monthly for a sober meter when there are plenty of free ones is not okay. To make up for it, they show you all your stats for about 5 seconds then most are covered with an ad banner. Way to always see those hidden stats? Yup. Pay.

Great app!. This app updates me daily with a great motivational quote, marks my sober time, and keeps me motivated. When I’m Not thinking about my sobriety and going about my day, I will get an alert and it keeps me focused. Love it!

Pretty good. Biggest complaint is the minute/second screen being continuously blocked by an ad no matter what you do. I’ll watch the ad...and a new one takes its place after allowing 2 seconds to view. Makes it highly pointless.

Frustration and bugs. Doesn’t give you chips when you reach an achievement, does give you 32 notifications that you can’t make go away. Really handy for an ‘anonymous’ app to randomly make your phone explode with 32 ‘dings’. Was told ‘we’ll be fixing it over the summer’ but haven’t heard anything since I asked for my money back. Will still occasionally play adds even though I paid to have them removed. Unattractive skin, much better options out there. I want my money back.

not recommended. It stopped displaying second chips when reached second milestones. I have emailed using the email built in function but no responses. Disappointing. I read couple positive reviews before purchased this app. Found it’s hard to believe after my experiment.

Thanks. Too many advertisements

Awful. Recovery is supposed to be free and they are charging and profiting from addicts. The downloads alone isn’t enough revenue for the developer so they fill the app with ads and try to charge people to have them removed. Absolutely disgusting and greedy. Whoever developed this should be ashamed of themselves. They are definitely not concerned with helping anyone.

Great to keep track of your progress.. Love it.

Don’t Upgrade. This App is okay for keeping you informed of your days sober and how much you have saved, but what ever you do, DON’T UPGRADE! You won’t be on the App long enough for the Ads to be an issue because the App doesn’t do much. Waste of money.

Don’t get it. Why do I have multiple notifications when I’ve only not checked it for one day? I’m really not getting this app. The quotes are great but that’s as good as it gets.

Meh... The adds are annoying and trashy. People would be more inclined to “purchase” your pro version if you offered a great free product first and didn’t just push gimmicks as pro benefits.

Ehhh.. I think there are better choices. I don’t like the quotes they pick. They seem like preaching and passive aggressive. I like that the icon for the app doesn’t scream “sober” .. honestly I’d try others but this one has the info in it now.

Great app. This app is great, it reminds me daily of my struggle. It’s a great piece of equipment so to speak in my struggle. I highly recommend it.

Buggy notification problem. The notification situation needs fixing. It randomly gives me over 30 notifications and badge icons. It is a pain to mess with and makes me want to delete the app.

Terrible. Ads everywhere!. This app used to be pretty good for keeping track of your sobriety. However now the ads are so annoying I have deleted it. One wants to see two separate ads immediately when they open the app.

Sober Today. When I first got this app it simply reported my sobriety date and broke it down into months weeks and days Now it does not report days and has turned into an advertising site I am highly disappointed and would delete this app if I knew how!

Full version too pricey. It does its job, but there are very little features, the ads make you think there is more stuff behind a paywall but there isn’t.

Doesn’t seem to do much.. I thought that by purchasing a lifetime version, there would be much more than a sobriety date and a new quote each day.

Worthless. Tried to sign up. I got to the name email and password… Then you click on a bunch of acknowledgments and it says the DOB cannot be left blank… But it never asked me for my DOB I literally can’t get past the new user registration.
