They think that Americans are suckers. I do love shopping at Simons when I visit my family in Canada and I used to like ordering clothes online and have it shipped to the US. This was until they decided to build a ‘US Store’. This US site is a huge RIP-OFF . When you switch to the US site, the prices are the same as the Canadian site except that the currency symbol is US Dollar. With the exchange rate being where it is at 1 USD=1.34CND, this means that US customers will pay 34% more. They still ship from the same place in Montreal, so it’s not like it’s really a US store. Instead of having the currency conversion be an incentive to order from this site, now it just makes you feel like you are being swindled. I shop online in different countries and this is really the only site that I deal with that will charge me 30%+ thinking that I would not notice. I wonder if this US site would be there if the currency rates were reversed? I doubt it. Too bad, I did like Simons but I cannot support this type of behavior. As much as it pains me, I’m deleting this app.

No shipping to US customers with app. US customers cannot make purchases and have them shipped to the US within the app. There is no where to switch to US version. I spoke with CS and they couldn’t resolve it. They said to use the website to make orders.

Great shopping app, some features need improvement. I’m such a Simons fan - love the stores, love the clothes. Twice I’ve reached out to customer service with feedback on the app and was told it would be shared back with app team but nothing was addressed. The filter feature for sizes does not work properly- only the last filter selected applies. For example, if you filter for sizes 10, 40 and L, only L clothes will appear. Makes shopping quite tedious.

App functionality needs improvement. Simons has both Canadian and US sites and you used to be able to toggle between the two on the app but now it seems to be locked to the Canadian site. Even going through the check out does not let you update the shipping country. So annoying.

Pop up continuel de l’assistant virtuel. Sans le demander, l’assistance virtuelle prend la place de la page qu’on consulte. Très déplaisant si on consulte le site.

Latest upgrade leaves you stuck on opening screen. In the latest version, you open the app and it gives you some sort of "personalize the app" with a "Continue" button, and nothing else. When you click the "Continue" button (because it's literally your only option), it takes you to their privacy terms and conditions website, which has no option but a big X at the top left, for you to exit back to the app, where you are back on the screen with the "Continue" button. You're stuck in a loop going back and forth between the "Continue" and "X" options. Absolutely no way to use the app. Total failure.

Boîte clavardage se lance automatiquement. Dès qu’on ouvre l’appli, malgré la sélection effectuée, c’est la boîte de clavardage qui ouvre systématiquement. Très irritant et nécessite de relancer la recherche chaque fois.

Apple Wallet?. Il serait préférable de pouvoir ajouter la carte de points à Apple Wallet comme le permet l’application H&M.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. Nice looking app but I bought and wasted my money to receive nothing. They use intelcom to deliver but they never sent picture proof of delivery. I called and they said they’re sending it but I still didn’t receive anything. The online help said it takes 10 business days to “investigate” with intelcom. Good luck if you want to buy anything in time for holiday parties because you’ll be out of luck.

Great store with a crap app. When I open the app, I will see the main page for less than 3 seconds and it will bounce to the message page showing my messages with your staff a year ago. I won’t be able to go back to the main pages to see what’s new. I tried everything and updated the app. Simons is a great store with a good selection of products so please do something to fix your app.

Message section is useless. There is no way to quickly clear out or turn off this section - which is frustrating because it adds a notification badge on the app.

Parfait. Utile et tellement agréable

Easy to use but no reviews and no returns. The app is easy to use and navigate. I’ve made several purchases with it. However, the app developers need to integrate the review system that they have only on their full site (it’s not even on their mobile website!). Also, there is no way to issue a return on the app or mobile site. You need to go on the full site to do so. Please improve your app!!!

L’appli ne fonctionne plus depuis la mise à jour. Malheureusement, l’appli n’ouvre plus. Tout ce qu’on voit c’est un écran de chargement et ça n’arrive jamais au bout. Donc, elle est maintenant inutilisable. Dommage, c’était bien avant!

App broken. App gets caught in some sort of infinite loop upon opening. Keeps starting to load a page over and over, never finishing.

Great store to shop!. Simons has everything you need for your closet, kitchen and for your bath! They have the best products with quality! Totally recommend Simons in case you want to really shop!

Fixes needed ASAP!. Impossible to share a link to someone of an item. Only able to add to basket or like an item. Have to take a screenshot and send that to the person you’re looking to share with. Also, once you click on an item to open and review more detail, there isn’t a “back” option to get to the main feed of the category you’re looking in, brings you all the way back to the home page. You have to pick your category again, and scroll back to the spot you left off. Otherwise the app is great, so much detail, just makes sharing and toggling between items impossible.

Website far out performs app. The days of individual apps are hopefully coming to an end. The functionality of the Simons app is no where near that of browsing the website on mobile. The inability to share from the app, coupled with the auto open feature from safari, ends with endless frustration. Understand your user base, and how they will actually use an app, before release. Otherwise, you have a useless product and annoyed potential customers.

The barcode scanner. Why did you guys take away the barcode scanner? It was the best part about the app. When I would shop at the store it would be so helpful to scan an item and see everything about the product!!! Please bring it back

L’app ne fonctionne pas. Seulement l’avis de confidentialité est affiché, impossible de magasiner avec l’app. J’ai désinstallé et réinstallé, elle ne fonctionne toujours pas.

Can’t see photos of the merchandise. Less than half of the photos of the merchandise is visible via the app. If I can’t see what’s available, I can’t purchase the item.

Great store to shop at Simon. Hello! I am big fan of Simon specially I love shopping more in bedding and kitchen department. They have huge colourful designs and a good quality of linen and much more! I will give 10/10 . 👍

Junk. Can't "save via ❤️" anything. Can't even add to cart. What is the point of this app? I see there's been an update recently but the most important features DO NOT WORK.

Glitching very bad. Needs another update?. I can’t get the app to open properly. I’ve tried contacting app support to report the issue, but it redirects me to the app :(

Seamless app. Great features, easy to use, all relevant info is there — just as easy to use as website. Only wish that it allowed going forward through browse history & not just backwards.

Huge bug still not fixed. Months ago I noticed when you open an item it opens it like 7 times. Beyond annoying and made me stop using the app. Tried it again today and the nuggets is still there even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Seems like other reviewers said the same thing has been happening to them, why not fixed yet?

Apple wallet n’est plus pris en charge / They removed apple wallet support. Avant nous pouvions ajouter la carte fidélité dans le Apple Wallet. Depuis que j’ai changé de cellulaire, cette fonctionnalité n’est plus disponible. Ceci est une maintenant une tendance parmis plusieurs compagnies afin d’augmenter le trafic dans leur application. Maintenant, nous devons débarrer le cell, ouvrir l’app pour scanner la carte au lieu de simple faire un double tap pour ouvrir le portefeuille. C’est dommage, une décision marketing qui réduit la qualité d’expérience. Used to be able to add fidelity card in apple wallet. I changed phone and now I can’t have it back like before. This now a trend with multiple stores since they want to up the traffic in their app. We now have to open the app to get to the card instead of simply double tapping to access the wallet. It’s a shame.
