Good app but need to improve.. The app is should be update more usually. The market is bulling. So update your app and promo your exchange. You will get the profit from trader like BNB

Ads even if you purchase. I don't like seeing ads when I already purchased the application and give more money if you don't want ads.

Trade support?. I do like the app for the alerts you can set and how it allows you to monitor your balances/ open trades. It would be nice to be able to actually trade through the app. I did read one review that said you can perform this action, but how?

I can’t log into y account. I can’t login to my account I’m been asked to choose a state in the US but I’m in Nigeria and I created my account here in Nigeria

DGB USDT pair. I really only use poloniex to buy and sell dgb. Would love a dgb/usdt pair and also the ability to link to my bank so I don’t have to use coinbase.

Candlesticks / Line. So far great app, one thing I wish is we had an option to choose from line graphs or candlesticks. Please add this for my ocd of having it as an option.

No market price for some coins. I’ve been having an issue and have messaged support but no reply on this issue. How can one Trade without comparing with a market price? The iOS update has caused a bug or something not to display market price for coins. Please fix it

Functional but confusing.. Responsive and accessible. Too many menus and confusing architecture. Needs to be simplified. Functionally, the engineers did a great job!

Basic verification failure. So there’s a bug that occurs when I go to verify my account on this app. I fill out all the fields and the continue button enables, but when I press the button it displays a pop up error saying all the fields are not filled out. How did that get through unit testing? Developer response to fixing the bug was quick and efficient. Within a week I was able to verify my account. Now that I am able to verify my account and explore and experience the app I can update my rating.

No support. I had some amount of Btc and some other crypto stored here on poloniex , and now account wallet is empty.i use google Authenticator for verification so don’t reply saying it got hacked. Dint login frequently so they emptied account.

Unable to withdraw. How is is possible to make deposit but unable to make withdrawal. I made a deposit of 2100 USDT and when I tried to withdraw, I was told to wait 24 hours. it is more than 24 hours already and there is still no withdrawal. it shows awaiting approval.

Good, but..... Very good in overall. But I’m kinda having second thoughts about the api keys. My acc could get hacked in Poloniex, right?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!. If you login on the app and then login on your computer, you get error 1015 and immediately get a temporary login ban, god knows how long to take! Because even support says it will be removed but they can’t say a certain time! So you just wait for a dumb computer to remove your ban while market fluctuates like crazy! Maybe you should avoid poloniex at all, I don’t know! I’m definetely out after first login.

Download this app!. If you’re as obsessed as I am with cryptocurrency, this is the only app I know of that allows you to buy, sell and trade so many different ones.

Doesn’t support LastPass. When using LastPass to auto fill credentials, the Login button is always greyed out

Based in the US but unavailable to US citizens. How is it that an exchange based in San Francisco and registered in Delaware is not accessible by any US citizen? Not even for residents of crypto friendly states like Florida and Wyoming, apparently Poloniex isn’t interested in providing services to large swathes of legitimate US customers that are growing in number every day.

Super clean and easy. App is awesome! You can trade with it if you put in API key but it doesn’t do stop limit orders. Also, it would be nice if it said the coin name cause sometimes I forget when just looking at the ticker.

Awesome !. Very intuitive app. I love the changing of the time views on the charts (6, 12, 24, 48, etc) and the time intervals. Very handy. It allows me also a chance to order the coins by name, value and holdings. I can also delete and pending orders. The thumbprint to login is a very nice touch. Some things you may consider putting in to make this app the BEST one ever: 1) * placing the order from the app 2) value of the coin in USD (under BTC value) 3) size change on the screen (so I can see better - lol) 4) compare multiple charts on the screen 5) something comparable for the iPad (I currently use this app to compare the charts and trade on the iPad) Thank you for a great app !!!

Love this app!. Disclaimer: I have all the premium features. I love this app. It’s so smooth and has a nice layout. I especially love dark mode, and even more so with this new update that made it even darker! The alerts are fantastic and reliable, the charts look nice, and marking favorites for coins is very convenient as well. The embedded chat box is just the cherry on top! Very well done, I really enjoy using this app and firmly believe the premium features are worth it. It’s a great app all around when you can’t be staring at your 9000” monitors lol. I recommend 👍

Poloniex. I really enjoy poloniex, I started with them when I was just beginning, I am intermediate now and there is no end in sight, meaning it is easy to use, just starting or when you advance there is no need to go some where else.... There is a little wait time in the beginning, its worth it.....

Good effort but need to improve it. When I logging to my account after put 2fa its says your session expire please login again and keep asking to login again and again on account tab in app , please fix it

Navigation. Hard to understand

Won’t sign me up. Very disappointed because I want to buy Dogelon ELON and every single ridiculous app that I can buy from states “Unfortunately we are unable to provide services to users in your location”. I’m assuming they mean the U.S. wet angry over this as I want to buy the crypto while it’s still low.

Home widget!. The add-on home widget is crashing from time to time! Please fix

Add deposit notification. Would be nice to be notified when you get a deposit and its confirm in your wallet like binance does, if you guys do that i might just ditch binance all together

Needs Trade Functionality. This would be 5 stars if you could JUST allow me to place an order in-app. You have GOT to add that functionality.

Bring back lending. Dislike that they are moving away from lending ... don’t care why

No order and history. The new update for polo does not support order and history, only balance shows.

No customer support. This app is as bad as their website. No response for a year on missing coins and this app lags. Bring back the chat and give me my coins

Charts are for Premium users. Didn’t realize you’d have to pay $3.99 just to access the charts you can freely pull up online. On top of that, you have to pay to remove the endless advertisements. You’re better off going to the actual Poloniex website where there’s no ads, FREE charts and you can actually trade.

Great App!!. This review is updated from 2 stars to 4 stars, after Poloniex restores the trade function. Some of the features available on the website, such as buy/sell limit orders and the recent trade history under each currency, are not yet available for this app. The lack of such features is the sole reason for my review not giving this app 5-stars. But still very useful to keep track of your trades while on the go!

Best trading app, but it needs more. This is by far the cleanest trading app, but it still needs a few important improvements: - deposits email confirmation, so we can be informed when deposits have been credited; - app notifications for deposits and withdrawals; - address withdrawal whitelisting, very important feature which most of the exchanges already have; - EOS wallet needs to be re-enabled, it’s been offline for far too long; - option to hide the wallet balance; - account-based favorites; - convert dust amounts to BTC; - better color contrast and system fonts.

No margin trading options.. What the app has so far looks nice; however, since I can’t enter, close or view margin positions the app is useless to me.

Waiting approval. My withdrawal has been on waiting approval since yesterday why. What do I do

Withdraw problems. The continue button from the withdrawal page doesn’t work. Everything is filled correctly, and memo is blank as it should be. Withdrawal work from the desktop, but not the app. iPhone 5se with latest iOS and poloniex app updates.

Balance equivalent in BTC not working. When checking the balances it shows the same values in the coin column than in the BTC value column.

Customer service is awsome. Great product with many great features.

Advertisements block chat screen. The advertisements are over the top. I have already paid to remove adds, and it still covers the chat screen when tagging others. This is deplorable, and this bug has been around for months.

Not good. All the reviews are from 2 years ago, so it doesn't look like anyone new is using this app. Also, I cant even sign up, not on the app OR website.

5 stars team. Love your app and been using it for a while. Feedback on the new update - I really don’t like the chance to the favorite style being lumped together. It is better not grouping everything, for quick reference it is better having the individual favorites per pair, in each pair’s tab. Thanks!

Exchange stealing BTC. 2 years passed since the CLAM lending accident and no response. This is a scam and needs to be addressed

Don’t use Poloniex, they stole my assets.. Warning about Poloniex. I transferred 9000 tezos tokens from my tezos wallet to Poloniex account in early May 2021. They have to date not been credited to my account. Cryptonomic, who developed the Galleon tezos wallet have investigated and have said I have done everything correctly. Poloniexs’ excuse is that “the Poloniex tezos wallet is currently disabled and the tokens will transfer when it is re-enabled”. It is now September and I haven’t received my tokens. Poloniex won’t tell when they intend to re-enable the wallet. These people have effectively stolen my assets.

Ads after paying = 1 star. Changed my mind. Total rawt. Blockfolio does the same and more for free. I'll update my review if ads are taken off the paid version.

Sh1tcoins keeps getting added in Favorites. a bug or intentional?

Poli app crashing and freezing!!!. Brilliant app, but freezing. Cant contact developers either. I don't want a twitter account! Thats the only option given to contact developer. Now, i cant view charts? Paid for this, maybe need a refund.

Issue with latest update - fixed. I've installed the latest update and now my graphs don't adjust when I adjust the reporting period. E.g. I look at a graph on a 24 hour period with 30 minute segments, when I change to see the same coin over a 4 day period and leave the samples at 30 minutes, the graph no longer updates. Can the devs check this out please? Thanks for fixing guys!

Ok. The app itself isn’t too bad but after spending $12 to unlock viewing charts and trading it still has ads. To remove the ads it would cost another $6. I’m ok with paying for quality apps but I shouldn’t have to pay extra to remove ads when I’ve already paid for two separate pro features.

I paid for the app and ads are still there.. Nice clean interface, but after paying for the app I found the ads still there, which is annoying. It seems that you have to pay twice to be ad free.

Below average. Slow, and trading graph is a toy not real

Forced Ads, must pay to remove. The developer added advertisements, even if you bought the paid upgrade to get rid of them before. He then added another IAP to remove the ads! If you want to charge 2x the money, develop new features, don't make your product worse.

Nearly. Charts need to incorporate a scroll to price function for starters. This means I can run my finger across the chart and see the high, low, close and volume for each bar.

Cannot access account. It always complains “Nonce cannot be great than blahblah you provided blahblah” when I’m trying to save the API key and secret

Do not update!!. I had already purchased the additional features but after the latest update, now I am stuck with advertisement! I have to pay 5.45 dollars to get them removed. That is very low from the developers that want a quick buck.

A bullish app!. Completely suits the Poloniex brand! Functions exactly how you would want it too based off the websites design. There is an in-app purchase to view the charts, but given how polished the app is, well worth it! It even comes with two widgets. You can view your open trades, but you can not add, edit or delete trades from the app. It is simply just a beautifully designed viewer. A+!

Deposit missing!. Such a bhullsht exchange! It’s two days I transferred crypto to this mf exchange. Its still not showing up even no one responding my issues. Stay away.

Charts are Unusable. I paid $3 for the premium chart access. The charts only show the last 24hours of progress. I can't make them show anything else either. I'd order a refund if I could. There's no reason to use this instead of the mobile webpage

Promising app. This app seems to work really well for exchange accounts, however, it does not seem to support margin trading. I would change this rating to 5 stars if it allowed me to open and close my margin positions.

Best exchange. I accidentally sent ethbsc in my polonix usdbsc address. Polonix not support ethbsc deposit.I thaught i lost my money. But i req them to recover it some how they recover it successfully and give it back to my account.Alhamdulillah i am happy now.May allah bless them🥰

SCAM!!!. Do not use the exchange. It does not work and they drain your funds through excessively high fees and will not allow you to remove your currency once it is in. I should be able to leave negative stars for how bad they have been all around.

Great App. Great app, nice updates. As it has become more popular, the chat needs different channels to filter English speaking users vs. others. The chat used to be great, but it now has become troublesome to have any sort of dialog amongst the users.

Simply Beautiful. Beautiful clean app. Has all the data. Only thing that could be improved would to have a clean depth chart. Recommend 100%. Best Polo app out there.

Just OK.. No buy, no sell. Pro feature only activates one of the Poloniex charts. At least give us the all charts and kill the stupid ads. Might be worth four stars if you kill the ads too with the in–app purchases.

This update is horrible. So this app updated last night and it's terrible. Half the time it won't load. When it does load it's unresponsive. When you try to change from BTC to USDT it gets stuck and won't allow you to do anything. You have to close the app and restart it with your fingers crossed.

Needs alerts. It would be even better if the app could alert you to price changes that the user could set. And also the ability to get alerts if an order is made.

Not complete program. This should mirror the one on desktop. It lucks functionality of showing balance deposit/withdrawals etc... It's not something that is useful for my trading. Thanks.

Clicking on a chart pops up the In-app purchase request. This means that I can’t even see the Orders or anything.

Terrible. Don't waste your time. I downloaded this app based purely on the ascetics of the way the real time charts looked. Turns out if you want to look at charts or buy/sell orders you have to buy the "pro" version. There are plenty of other apps out there that do the exact same thing... for free!! Why anyone would pay for information that is readily and easily available for free is beyond me.

No long term history charts. Either I couldn't find it (which doesn't speak well to the user friendliness of this app) or it doesn't exist, but why can't I have chart that shows me the evolution of the values over a period of time instead of only the past few hours?

Looks great, Plus API integration!. To provide my secret key for the API is a huge liability unless there is some way to use IP restriction and still be confident I'm secure... Can app dev provide reassurance before I pay out for full functionality. [Edit] Added bonus: responsive and knowledgeable devs that know what's up. AppDevs: I don't have much coding background but know the financial strategy, you might be able to enhance with automated trading and profit. - let me know if you want to discuss the idea further

By far the best!. This is the best to use with poloniex! Their latest update that adds support for API, trading, orders, etc. is amazing! Well worth the money for the in app purchases!

Unable to extract coins. It's rubbish. It's a fake application. You can only buy coins but not withdraw them.

Horrible update. Trading was so easy before. Now its a cluttered, ugly and unclear interface prone to make (costly) mistakes!

Amazing, three requests though. Phenomenal app, I made all the in app purchases because I want to support these talented developers. I highly recommend if you use poloniex, a million times better than the website. However, the app: 1) Does not display the visual component of the order book 2) Does not allow you to see the margin tab, including the margin percentage or proximity to liquidation 3) Does not allow you to place orders. Any and all three of things will help to improve this already impressive adaptation of this exchange.

Was working great, now won't let me see account. I loved this app until yesterday it stopped showing my account and says this: "Our systems have detected that you may reside in a location we cannot provide services to. Please log into your account to resolve this issue." I like in the US....

Almost there. Developers have been adding features all the time, I think it still lacks the ability for us to check, move and work on transactions for the app to be considered as fully functional, I think the Poloniex team will get there sometime soon, very good job so far evolving it and thank you. 4 stars just because of the inability to do as stated before otherwise would be 5.

Impossible platform. First i was scammed on telegraph by someone pretending to be support then i go through 3 weeks of bs on the platform. Disaster

More options. I like to be able to search name of the digital currency in polo app; also set up but or sell at stop limit would be the best app

It's getting better everyday. The only thing it is missing is a portfolio tab. So I can see my bags and profits. Percentages and all the good stuff that we need to know!! Keep up the good work!!!
