I love this app!. I love Us Weekly! It’s one of my favorite magazines and the app is so easy to use, with interesting free articles along with the magazine (though you have to pay for that!) I would highly recommend.

Rate Zero if I Could. Can’t access my subscriptions despite the fact that I’m on an annual subscription. I’ve already tried all the tech support suggestions. And I’ve already emailed them about this 4 times and no ones gotten back to me. So haven’t been able to access my subscription for months!

I can see only headlines. You can see the headlines but when you click to read it is a blank page!!!

Ok website. This app has issues - page not loading, or pop up ads - not to mention typos. Some of the stories featured are garbage and I reason I got rid of my subscription. And it seems like the only “celebrities” they report on are the Kardashians or the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. Yawn.

Has No customer Support Doesn’t Deliver All Content. the app seems to no longer have customer service. they do not respond to issues after your purchase. I have messaged twice and all i get is the automatic zen desk message. If you purchase the monthly subscription you will not get a month of content. i’m locked out of everything but one issue. i would upgrade but this app seems basically defunct

No support and no resolution. 75% of the time my issues are unavailable to download. I have to reach out and it takes weeks if I even get a response. The response is the same answer- log in and restore issues and it doesn’t work. I uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, everything. Nothing works and they never respond. Don’t waste your money.

App freezes. The app freezes up often

Drains battery!!. Not only do the articles not fully load when scrolling through, but anytime I use this app it drains my battery like crazy! I was at 57% and in 5 minutes was down to 5%! My battery doesn’t even drain that fast when I play games for 30 minutes!

I can't get my month subscription. I paid 5.99 for a month and know cannot get them due to app crashing or shutting down every time I try to pull it up. I was very happy with your magazine but now very very disappointed. I would really like my money back.

Terrible service and app. I bought subscription while sick on bed so I have some light reading and gossip magazine in hand while heeling. I got charged same day however there’s no way to load up or access actual magazine. I wrote to us weekly for help. I’ve been waiting 5 days now and still no answer. How’s this possible? I am asking for the refund and I am no longer inter in doing business with this magazine. Do not buy this Subscription, you will get cheated.

Awful app. This app is so not user friendly and leaving comments is nearly impossible. I also can only read like 2 comments. Their website is equally as bad.

Terrible App. I cannot open a single issue. So frustrating and I have cancelled my online subscription. App only loads, no issues can be accessed. I have not been able to read the past 5 issues!

Zero Stars if I Could!. Within seconds of opening an article, the entire page goes blank. It’s genuinely impossible to get through even ONE article. Don’t bother downloading!!!

Worst Magazine App Ever. I have subscribed for a while. Your app is absolutely horrible and I am dropping you. I constantly have to restore content to get the magazine to even appear. It doesn’t download correctly about three quarters of the time. It asks you to sign in but when you press skip it takes forever to get to the right page. I am just DONE fighting with your awful app.

App change. This is ridiculous, why do I only have the option of a 2-minute preview of the magazine or do buy the magazine??? Where are the feeds with the top stories?

Hate the magazine app. My online people subscription never gives me problems. Every my US subscription decides to make it hard to view the latest issue. I’m really tired of fighting this app and I’m planning on canceling my US subscription altogether.

Get rid of ads!!!. It’s seriously ridiculous that u have all those ads on the app. It’s impossible to read anything! There are a million places I could go to for the news but I choose to come to ur app. Most of the time after a few a min the whole screen goes white and I have to go back and click on the article again, just for it to happen over and over. Or an ad pops up that u can’t just click off of. U have to go back and click the article. If u can’t do the app right just don’t have the app! And most of the “news articles” now are ads in themselves. Talkin about the best pants to buy from a certain brand. That’s not news. Get over ur selves and do the right thing. I honestly don’t know why I’ve used it as long as I have. But it’s clear U don’t care about ur readers. So I will go elsewhere. I have used this app for years and put up with all the issues but today was the last straw. I hardly ever leave reviews but the app is so bad I felt like I had to speak up!

App doesn’t work w iOS and emails don’t either!. I like reading your stuff here and there...but I literally have no way to get your content anymore. Links from emails are broken/server errors, and the app needs updated from the developer to even run on iOS anymore. I thought this would be temporary, but it’s been like 6 months. I wish I could give zero stars, and I’m not big on reviews. Are you trying to drive all of your readers to other publications/sites, or are you guys just THAT unorganized???

I want it to work so bad. I feel like I’m in a disfunctional relationship with your app. Every day I open the app praying everything is working and sometimes it is I am sooooo happy. Then other days I open the app and when I click on the pictures all the articles are blank. Sometimes it kicks me out after 20 seconds. I try closing it and reopening it. I tell myself you’re just having a bad day. I eventually give up and then I come back the next day with my fingers crossed. I even went so far as a pay for a subscription hoping it would fix the issue. It didnt. You have a good end product but the delivery is horrible. Please fix the app.

Does not download!. This is the most buggy app! Regularly have issues downloading weekly magazines. Continually crashes. Have not been able to download the last two weeks magazine at all!!!

Timelines. I love this magazine but it almost never arrives on time. The paper version almost always hits the stands before I get mine electronically. The whole reason for my decision to get electronic issue was 1) receive early 2) paperless.

Us magazine Fail. No digital subscription information provided despite three emails!!! Customer service very slow. Would not recommend!

Such an annoying app. This app constantly crashes and often won’t even bring up the magazines. You’d think they would get it right by now.

Great... when it works. US magazine has been my guilty pleasure for many years. I was happy when I was finally able to get it on my iPad. Unfortunately the app is terrible, glitchy and doesn’t work more often than it does. Often it won’t let you buy the magazine so I finally went for a subscription to get past that problem and now after only a few weeks is asking for $5.99 again but when I click on it nothing happens. I won’t sign up for another subscription to get around this recurring problem because I should still have the one from before. That is annoying too... it appears to have “forgotten “ my subscription. The app also continually locks up and I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Great magazine, abysmally poor app.

CAUTION. US Magazine completely left current subscribers out in the cold when switching from the old app to new one. Current subscribers are not recognized and can’t download issues for which they have already paid. There has been no communication to subscribers about the transition. CAUTION: New or prospective subscribers — let this serve as a warning about how you might be treated in the future!!

Where is the December 9 issue?. I hope we aren’t having downloading issues with this app that this vendor has had with their other apps. I want the issues I’m paying for.

Worst App. Don’t even bother downloading this app, as you can’t even read a story without an ad popping up within seconds... and it does not go away!

Constantly malfunctions. Can’t get through a single article without the page just disappearing. Longstanding problem, doesn’t get fixed with updates.

I miss my US Weekly. I really have no other choice but to cancel my subscription. It has been weeks and your app or your website remain broken. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. It shouldn’t be this hard to get my magazine. It’s really sad.

Annoying at best. New update means auto drop down to view video on every article, regardless if you want to read the article or see the video. This leaves a short window to read the story. Freezes up now. This didn’t happen before. “Home Page” has old news currently shows Barbara Bush passing away and Khloe Kardashian just giving birth. That’s crazy. And most ridiculous- NEVER new articles on the weekend. It’s like everyone there is gone. Will be deleting this app.

Terrible app. Constantly crashes - for the last three weeks all I get is a white blank page each week with no content and no download. Getting a refund is impossible so it’s a useless app. Don’t waste your money.

Useless. Keeps telling me to unlock in order to read issues, but doesn’t have an unlock option in settings. I’ve paid for subscription but it only gives me 2 minutes of access to each issue at a time. Complete BS for such an established publication. Pathetic.

Service. It happens too much. I’m paying monthly, and can only get issues by complaining and threatening to stop using this app. Then I a, happy until the next interrupt . We’ll see how long it lasts this time

Glitchy & the s in US stands for spoilers. First of all you can barely read an article on this app. There are too many pop ups. When you try to read an article & scroll down, there is a pop up for a video that takes up half your screen making it hard to read, then a pop up comes up from the bottom for you to subscribe to the magazine. If you stay on article too long the screen will freeze, the app will close itself or another pop up telling you you won something comes up. If you aren’t up to date with all your shows you watch do not go on here. They don’t seem to know that people use DVRS & don’t watch live tv anymore. They will run a headline with what happened in a show along with a picture right after a show airs. They have spoiled several shows for me including a season finale of new girl, the challenge & catfish. They do this for popular Netflix shows too so don’t go on it till you watched all of them

They upload wrong magazines to the app. They upload wrong magazines to the US Magazine app a lot and not a very good customer service either.

Missing features. All of a sudden the app only allows you to see the magazine, what happened to the news story’s

Wrong issues. Often wrong issues other than the most recent so I have to go buy a physical copy. Spend more money. Not cool.

Stories. All of a sudden the stories have been removed. Deleted the app since it’s useless now. Wish I could give it zero stars!

New issues are never available. So slow and new issues are never available till after they have hit the shops for a few days. I just renewed my subscription and this weeks issue isn’t available again

What happened?. Why can I no longer read the news? Only option now is to click on magazine and pay for the subscription.

Ad Pop-Ups. This has been a recent thing, but every story I try to open an ad pops up and I can't reload without restarting the entire ap.

Can’t get any mags with subscription. Soooo what’s the deal, I subscribed for a year and then could only read one magazine kept asking me to unlock the others with paying per magazine. Tried emailing the subscription help and they just kept giving me the same direction which wasn’t working. I’ve now paid and can’t get any magazines with no direction. Don’t do it save your money

Downloading is touch and go. Not all issues download automatically on my iPad.

New update???. Did the new update lose our free access to look at stories??? All I can see now is the button to buy the entire magazine

Do not buy through app. This app doesn't allow me to access our subscription via the app. I have wasted both money and hours of time trying to make it work. Clearly the publishers don't care.

Cannot access subscription. I am a paid subscriber but the app fails to recognize I have a subscription and I Haven't been able to download any issues for over a month. After an hour wait on the phone today with iTunes customer service (clearly I'm not the only one having issues with iTunes!) I had someone tell me I needed to "contact the app developer." Seriously?! Never paying for a subscription through iTunes again.

Maz doesn't answer the support emails. I bought a subscription through the App Store and like everyone else can't download any issues. They were quick to take our money and now no one wants to help. Do not download this app if you're going to get the magazine go to the magazine directly and buy a digital subscription. This is incredibly irresponsible.

Fix this please!. Dear App Developer- If the app doesn't allow readers to restore iTunes subscription purchases... you really should not have that as an option. It worked for me until the most recent issue. I'd like to have access to it.. especially since I've already paid for it..

I think all of us that bought a subscription through iTunes should start class action suit. I have a paid subscription neither what's to let me download already paid for subscription . Sounds like a good class action suit to me

iOS 13. Ever since the update the new issues will not download. I’ve lost 3 issues so far.

Do not download or subscribe. I am a paid subscriber for years - their old app had issues and now this app won't recognize me as a subscriber and customer support is non existent. I'm still waiting for any sort of reply for help for something I've already paid for. Canceling my sub to usweekly now because of this.

Unacceptable. MAZ platform is absolute crap on my iPad. Same happens with Star mag. New issues fail to load, application hangs, etc.

App is really bad. Doesn't recognize that I'm an annual subscriber. Charged me for most recent issue when I went to download.

Can't restore subscription. The app developer (MAZ) that makes this app also did the app for Women's Health, which I ended up canceling because it was the worst app ever. Super buggy, did not sync properly, could not remove issues from my iPad, all of the bookmarking features were garbage. For the US weekly version, I can't restore my purchases. I can also imagine that the problems that plagued Women's Health will be here as well. Maybe time to re subscribe to the paper edition instead.

New app does not work. It will not allow me to restore my purchases and does not recognize me as an iTunes subscriber. My old app will not work either. I have emailed customer support twice with no response. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription.

Terrible app getting worse. Used to be a good app but now it’s plagued by bogus pop ups. They’ve also starting selling random “deals”. Not worth the free download.

Can't access my subscription. Since the updated the app I can't download an issue, it's been about a month. They don't even show my iPad version of 10.3.3 in their complaint drop down. Not happy!!!
