Could be a great app but... This app would be awesome since it’s so easy to use and does the job it’s need to do but the fact that it crashes every 10 seconds is very frustrating especially since we’re paying for it.

Doesn’t work. Bought it and use it once, worked fine the first time downloading 1 video from IG. Then stopped working, deleted, downloaded again from the apps store and nothing. Email support 1 week ago, no answer.

Downloaded two of three videos I wanted.. I was able to successfully download two of the Instagram videos of my cat as a just-born rescued kitten, but the third, even though it said it successfully downloaded (more than once), would not play or download in the app on the files tab. No error message.

The app doesn’t work.. It keeps telling me to log in into my IG account. I haven’t been able to download anything. Not even erasing the app and downloading it again. Wasted money.

No Longer good for old iPhone! ! !. I’ve been happily using this app over a year, however the app recently has updates to support only iPhone11, 11pro, and 11pro Max. It‘s not no longer good for my iPhone 7Plus. I can’t download anything anymore.

Won’t download Instagram videos. I am experiencing the same thing that several other reviewers mentioned- I cannot download videos from Instagram, which was the sole reason I purchased this. The dollar wasted is far less of a concern to me than the hours I’ve wasted.

Doesn’t work..?. I just paid for this app and it’s simply not downloading the video I want to download. I followed the instructions and when I click to scan the page for a Video file link, nothing happens. Would be great if someone could help with this. And no, it is not from a private page. Would be happy to rate this 5 stars if this can be fixed.

Doesn’t work. I lost a bunch of files on my laptop and I was hoping to download some of the videos from my own Instagram channel to get some of them back. After some research this app seemed like a good option. But alas, it does not work at all. I can’t speak for other file types, but at least for Instagram videos every single download attempt just fails. Super frustrating, and I’m super bummed that I supported this app with my money.

Can’t download anymore. I downloaded 3 video files without an issue. I can’t get anymore because whenever I download another it replaces the last one I downloaded so I can’t exceed 3 video files. Not happy that I paid for this.

Doesn’t work. I tried downloading videos from my Instagram profile. I click download and choose video like the instructions show and nothing happens. I guess it was too good to be true for 99 cents.

Don't even think!! Just buy it!. I have bought hundreds and hundreds of apps and I cannot emphasize it enough the value and utility found here in the Blaze app

Developer keeps putting out updates. There was no updates for a bit so I left a lower review, but the developer definitely eventually gets on top of updating it. Right now it is working better than it ever has for me! 👍

Kind of works?. So, for how much the app costed I didn’t really expect much. Most of these kind of features cost more than a couple bucks from when I find them. But I at least expect the app to work more then 30% of the time. I understand that you can’t download videos on Instagram from private accounts. That makes sense. And maybe there’s just some problems with Instagram itself. But, even with public accounts. There’s a very minimal chance for it to actually send me anywhere else besides the Instagram login page. For the times that it worked this app was incredibly helpful and convenient. And I will continue to try and work around these issues. But, just for the inconveniences I will be rating it 3 stars until this gets fixed. If so, I would love to rate it a 5 star in the future.

Simple, easy to use. Interface is simple tutorial is really easy to understand but I have to keep the app open just to download files, which is pretty inconvenient

Same Problem as last poster. Not working for me on Instagram and no real warning that it wont. I wanted a refund as i spent a couple of hours trying to get one task but there is no “report a problem” link to start a refund process

iPhone 7 user. Used the app to download videos but the app crashes immediately after opening and I can’t get to them anymore. Also certain video types are not detected

No insta download; no support. Two messages are all I get from this app "Sorry you need to guess the correct link yourself." Whatever that means. And in app support "we have officially shut down servicing clients. The less people you chill with; the less bullshYt you deal with." Latest update problem. Hi After your latest update, Blaze app Has been crashing on my 2 iphones and ipad. I’m not able to open it, and it jumps out. Please fix this problem asap and release another update for solving it Regards.

Can’t download Instagram video. I’ve tried downloading Instagram videos multiple times and it won’t work. I tried doing it while logged out but it forces you to login. It’s a $1 but I had higher hopes for this app

Terrible. I know this app costs only $2.00 but that is about $5.00 too much. Confusing. Non functional with Instagram. I wrote them for either support or refund. I got neither. So I deleted the app. My advice….find something else.

Doesn’t work !. Hello world, if you are downloading this app to save Instagram videos to your phone , it doesn’t work and keeps going in circles

It works, but it’s a little quirky.. I have gotten it to work. I like it but sometimes I have to go over the same thing 15 times to get it to work. Now I’m 71 years young so it could just be me. For example, sometimes the keyboard pops up to allow typing but I just need it to go back a step but can’t because the keyboard is in the way. Most of the time I can make it through but it did have to power off my phone to get back to the beginning. Again if I can make it work, you young techies should have no problem!!

Help. Is any option to erase a single file?

APP NOT WORKING. Dear Developer, this app use to be great now it doesn’t work at all. When downloading anything from IG it shows several downloads of the same thing but it does not download anything. Can you please fix. Thank you.

Don’t waste your time!. I downloaded and PAID for this app to get one video from Instagram to share with a friend who doesn’t have social media. It didn’t work, even after trying multiple times, restarting my phone, restarting the app. Waste of time and money.

Useless!. Reviewed instructions. I've tried for 20 minutes and cannot download anything! No videos, no photos, no webpages. I did succeed in downloading an Instagram logo! Waste of 99 cents; glad I purchased on sale. If this app works, we need better instructions.

Hot trash…. I tried to download an instagram reel and the app crashed - multiple times. A complete waste of two bucks. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. EDIT - the developer updates the app so it doesn’t crash but it doesn’t download instagram reels either.

Falls short.. Sometimes goes thur this loop. Not very good UI. Not good. Just okay, If u r willing to get frustrated.

App is Disappointing. In my last review, I lamented the fact that only about 40% of my videos were not downloading. That is now reversed, and I’m lucky if 40% download. Please note that these are my own videos, off my own IG account. Incredibly frustrating.

Saving videos doesn’t work. Saving videos on the app doesn’t work, it’s a really cheap way of getting a dollar. Trust the recent reviews they are telling the truth. This app is a complete and total waste of money.

Can’t Download Instagram Videos. Bought this app to be able to watch IG videos offline. It logged into my IG account but didn’t have an option to export video. When choosing to scan for video files, nothing happened.

App has been abandoned by developer.. Many features simply fail to work at all. Some obvious features, like halting a download or knowing which video is being downloaded, have not yet been added by developer. Changing the name of a video changes the file making it unusable. Has the potential to be a great app. Sadly it was rushed to market and has not been updated or supported. In other words, the dropouts did what dropouts do.

I cannot download videos off Instagram, there’s even a tutorial that “shows you how the app works” and all it shows is how to download Instagram videos which doesn’t even work, doesn’t explain anything about the file management or any other features, I click scan for videos and no download option comes up, don’t bother wasting your money.

Glitch In The Software. This app doesn’t work

Doesn’t Work on YouTube or Instagram. Bought this app as a recommendation in a blog on how to download videos from Instagram, and it doesn’t work at all. I want a refund. How do I go about that?

Better than I imagined I have only needed to use the video downloaded feature which is all I ever need but what I love about the app is I am able to download all my favourites from xnxx.con witch can be enjoyed offline without using to much of my phone space while also being my private stash

Doesn’t work. I purchased this app specifically to download and save a video of my own that I posted to Instagram years ago. The original video was saved on a phone that no longer works so this was the only way I could access and save my video. Didn’t matter how many times I tried it didn’t work at all. Completely Worthless. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Blaze, I feel compelled to spare others the same disappointment. I purchased "Blaze: Browser and File Manager" for $1.99 under the impression that I could seamlessly download videos from platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I tried downloading multiple videos, thinking perhaps I was missing a step, only to be met with the same results each time: nothing. To ensure I was using the app correctly, I even sat down to watch the developer's tutorial on YouTube, following each instruction to the letter. Still, the videos just wouldn't download. To make matters worse, I reached out to the developer hoping to either get assistance or a possible solution but was met with radio silence. It's frustrating enough when an app fails to deliver on its promises, but the lack of customer support is the final straw. In short, save your money and time. "Blaze" doesn't blaze any trails in the realm of video downloading – it merely extinguishes your patience and trust. Steer clear of this app.

App not opening. When I try opening the app it closes on me automatically. Is there a fix for this?

Absolutely Awful. I'm not a review writer, but this app has been such a pain that I feel I need to let people know. I'll just list off the issues I've experienced below: (TL;DR: paused downloads, crashing, finicky file detection, mysterious "protection," disappearing files) - If I open another app and am outside of Blaze too long while it's downloading a file, either the downloading will be frozen when I come back, or Blaze will crash. - When loading a YouTube address, the video usually begins loading immediately, with no prompting; Blaze won't identify any video files under these circumstances. I have to type in the address, wait for it to load, then press the Reload button so that the video doesn't auto-play; only after manually initiating the loading process (pressing the video), and then exiting, does Blaze recognize any video file. - I have yet to try replicating this issue, but just last night I was downloading some files and the last one was at about ninety percent when I switched apps and came back to find Blaze had crashed. I closed Blaze and reopened it and went to redownload the very same video, only to find that it was suddenly "protected" - mind you, it had (nearly) downloaded less than ten minutes before without issue, and it was part of a YouTube playlist in which no other video was "protected." - Occasionally, videos that appear to have downloaded with be missing once I'm out of cell service range.

Got this app because it was supposed to download videos. But It can’t. The only reason I got this app was to download [my own videos] because I lost the originals. Techradar.com said that this was the app. Unfortunately, the app seems to be useless. A waste of money.
