Not like the pics and slow delivery. My order took about four weeks to arrive. The leggings were see-through to the point where I wear them as tights now. The cape is such a cheap quality and looks NOTHING like the picture. Very disappointing especially after all the advertising that is going on for this app

Very bad service. I have ordered from VogaCloset for the first time and got shocked with the bad quality of the items I ordered. I requested for a return but they ignored my request and didn’t reply. I am really feeling upset of your way of dealing with customers. You should respect the customers and reply to their requests. I want to return the bad items ASAP.

The worst site ever!! The worst customer service. Don’t ever trust this site, you place an order and pay for it and forget about it. Despite so many emails and so many calls still no reply at all. They are really the worst. I think this app should be blocked to stop them from lying and taking the money of customers. They don’t deserve even 1 star, they should be banned!

Please ship to US. Everything looks so pretty but there is no shipping to USA

Never order from this site they are liars all there stuffs are fake ordered something here when it arrived it was totally not what I ordered i asked for a return they refused to give the money back ,a really bad place all the products are overpriced ,bought the same thing in the local markets for less money ,liars and fruads

VogaCloset. Ok i like everything alot of beautiful dresses.. its my third time to oerder /the sizes was great .. but add the full suit its better than search for the top and the pant(trousers ) ! It was difficult to find the full suit and i lost my time ! 😀 Anyways it’s amazing shopping .. keep going

😡. عملت طلب وسحبوا مني مبلغ ولا جاني رقم طلب في الابلكيشن او الايميل! I just replaced an order and once I paid through Apple Pay, the order in the application just vanished without giving me an order number the order’s amount just deducted from my bank account with out giving me any order confirmation number or any info about my order

Can’t complete the download. Once I download the app, it asks for allowing notifications, I click allow and then the app closes and no respond!

Not happy but fair. My experience with Vogacloset was lousy. However, my encounter with Esraa Daboubi, an employee at VogaCloset, was extremely pleasant. She is very kind and professional, she managed to contain my frustration with candour. Her dedication to where she works was refreshing. Vogacloset was done for me, I never wanted to deal with them again, but because of Esraa I reconsidered. You are lucky to have employees like her, such employees should go places. And I wish we all stumble upon people like her.

Incredible store - Sham discounts. Voga fools its customers by raising original prices and offering discounts equal to the raised prices. I highly recommend shopping directly from vendors/stores as they’re credible and transparent.

Please fix this!!!. Since I live in the US, the app won’t let me choose what country I live in. If you don’t select what country you live in, you can’t move on. Therefore, I was not able to see the app which was really disappointing to me because I was so excited to find an app like this. Looks like a cool app but because of my technical difficulties I have to give it a one star. (I couldn’t see the app) Please please please ship to the US!!!! I rlly want to try this app out! Thanks!

BAD SERVICE!!!! Red flag. The customer service is really bad! It’s been like three days trying to contacting them and still didn’t get an answer! It’s unprofessional at all.. browsing its nightmare. please Adjust the browsing because the app browsing system it seems to be like the web browsing system which is very difficult to come back to items ,is come back to the main menu not the category that you was Browsing in it!!!

Delay. It’s not my first time to order from vogacloset, but this time my order took longer to be shipped.

wouldn’t recommend. I use to like vogacloset but now they’ve gotten really bad I ordered something and received something else + they didn’t give me a refund nor send me the correct order which is so irritating.

Low Quality. I ordered 3 joggers pants from different brands, all of them are low quality. The worst customer service ever. They pay a money for advertising not for quality!!

Worst online items I’ve ever bought. First of all, their delivery takes time. Expect at least 8 days in SA. The clothes are not as pictured. Honestly, SHEIN has better quality of clothing for the same prices point. I now understand why fast fashion aren’t really worth it and are detrimental to the our environment and our pockets. If I’m looking for something cheap I would rather go to shein. Not worth it. One of my clothing item had black stain on it and the material just looks cheap like what you will get from stores like Top Ten in SA. After leaving this review , I’m deleting the App.

Delivery problem. I love this app. I think it’s great. It has everything I ever wanted. But...they don’t deliver to Iraq and that’s where I live. Which just makes me crave for the products and not be able to buy them. Wish they provided delivery to Iraq, I mean it’s pretty close to the Gulf.

Playing me. I have ordered 25 days ago and till now it hasn’t arrived no action was taken by voga nor the shipping company. And when I asked for a refund they kept trying to change the subject !

Never again. I placed my first order using fast pay with Apple pay, after that I received and email to continue creating an account only to find after creating an account that I cannot track my order since I made it using Apple pay. The only way to track my order is to email them and wait at least one day for an update on my order. The order was delivered one week after the estimated delivery time even though your paying premium for the delivery. I am never going use this store ever again. I will download again to delete my account.
