Horrible. I wish these people would get this app right. I just tried searching for a Pt and the app disappeared again. Horrible glitches. Can we please fix this?

Useless. Should be zero stars since the app will not load. Works on desktop Win 10 but on iPad Pro will not load. Don’t release an app without minimal debugging.

Avoid! Not worth it!. I have been fully authorized and cleared to send Rxs electronically via this app and the website. I send mult Rxs on a daily basis using the website. Most will go through. One or 2 random Rxs every single day will not go through after many attempts. The reason given on the web site? I am not authorized to send Rxs electronically. I regret going with this app and have stress every time I send one to a pharmacy not knowing it it will go through or not. After 3 failed attempts, I have had to ask one of my colleagues to send the Rx via iPrescribe and have no problems via iPrescribe. The glitches in the app and website are unacceptable and take too much time and energy after multiple failed attempts. Do not recommend at all.

Useless. Won’t run on iPad.

Chronic Crashes. The app crashes constantly! Not even able to get passed login screen. Why Allscripts? Why change/fix that isn’t broken? The old version worked fine!

Needs fixes. Can’t see the number of days, quantity or refills on prescriptions when writing a script pad!! Kindly fix this.

Doesn’t work. I challenge anyone to send a prescription on this

Ap Reviewer. Constantly freezes —- terrible — cannot believe how unreliable this ap is . Most often need to log into the main site to complete scripts . Since VERIDIGM took over ...: the worst !!!!! Good luck !!!!!

Avoid at all cost. My practice management software teams with this product (Dentrix-avoid them also). It has been a nightmare from the start. 2 factor never connects easily. App works just randomly

Useless. Cannot search for a patient to write a script - error message every time. Constant problems even on the main online program. You get what you pay for. Maybe time to pony up and make the switch.

Crashes before log in. Unbelievable. I pay for a professional service. The company replaces an app that works with one that doesn’t get past the log in screen.

Not worth the hassles (ESPECIALLY at the increased price). Once they said they were increasing their price I looked for alternatives. iPrescribe has been 10x better. I wish I would've thought to look elsewhere sooner but it was cheap so I dealt with the problems. In hindsight I would’ve gladly paid more to use a less clunky/ more reliable software. I had used allscripts (now veradigm) for the past 7 years and never has this app worked reliably. The website experience wasn’t much better but at least it worked most of the time. One star is all this app deserves.

Would not recommend. It is slow, NOT user friendly. Ineffective. Do not waste your time .

Garbage, their app and the company’s attitude to the clients. I have been a customer for a very long time with this company, 10 years. Although I have a basic account, I called the number on the app to see why the app is not working. After going through the automations, I was told by the computer that help is no available because I am not a “deluxe” customer, and I was hung up on! I understand that they are not making enough money to give me service, but at least if they explain the benefits of deluxe, the may get more customers, nay, doctors and professional office to join and elect the deluxe package. Very disappointed in this company. It is time to move on from them.

Hate this app. Most useless app. Doesn’t refresh, can’t finalize a script cuz it freezes, and not user friendly

Unusable on iPad. Will not open, just get a white screen. Opens on iPhone, but screen size is inconvenient. Also, creat. Warnings everywhere! 4 clicks to bypass. Everything is more difficult. Any more “improvements” and I’ll have to cancel my subscription.

Worst out of all times. Will not recognize the two factor authentication and therefore won’t allow me to move forward with prescribing

Awful. This app is awful. I want my old one back.
