Why do you have to pay 8:99. I like you app but I kinda think it’s stupid to have to pay 8:99 a month I mean I know you want to make money but still there’s people that want to have their device stay virus free while not having to pay.

Look nice. Sorry but not going to give any advance payment info even if offered a 3 day trial period. Let people try for 3 days 1st. Then cut it off and ask for payment to continue. Allow people to put the app threw it’s paces and see if it holds up to the onslaught of safety issues the world offers. If the app does as it said. Then it is easy sold.

Very good and easy to use.. Love this app. I am not an expert to know all it protects but if it does all things it says it does, this is a must-have app to all smart phone users. Computer Application. Hola, just recently learning what is harmful malware, also how hackers create apps to achieve personal information attending college. Then what preventives I should intake to secure my life,electronic devices and software installations. With that being mention; anti-virus software program were at the top of my list. Thanks for being my first choice.

Jammers. It was working good for a quite a while but then nothing came thru so not sure if there was a glitch or what but today it seems better.

Awesome app. My phone got a virus from a website on safari. Apple suggested this app and it helped me get rid of it. I wasn’t sure if it was gone but when I went to apple they said that the virus had been cleared! It tracks wether a website is sending data and lets you know immediately and quickly blocks the data and secures my personal data.

Review. I’ve only used it a short time but is doing its job, blocks adds, trackers and I sometimes use questionable sites and remain secure. Great job.

Kristina Pacelli. I just got the app 2 days ago and it all ready blocked 52 advertisements and 8 trackers. I Love this app It is so easy to use and I would never ever get rid of it. Honestly the best protection I’ve ever had on his cell phone💕💕💕

Used to be great, what happened?. I’ve had this app for going on three years. It’s been great! Easy to use, not bothered by ads and trackers, fairly inexpensive, good security. But then, a routine update/bug fix changed things. For the past few three weeks it has stopped blocking ads and tracking software. I still have no complaints about the security of the VPN but I really miss the blocking of the ads and trackers. I hope they fix it or I’ll be going elsewhere.

Problems continue. My subscription renews every month automatically. It now tells me I am not secure. Fix problem only tells me I can either cancel or subscribe. I already do that! This keeps happening. I get no response from the developer. Pain in the neck! Fix it!

Can’t delete doesn’t work. My other iPhone I have gotten a virus from Facebook and read these reviews and unload it. I can’t go to work because that’s what is a virus, I can’t find a way to delete it, I’m on my second day and I’m really getting frustrated and angry! It says to go to iTunes to delete it when I go to my iTunes the apposite there can someone please tell me how to delete this thing before I get charged for it I’m on my second day and hasn’t worked

Very good. I got a notice that I had a virus on my phone and the minute I downloaded this app they where gone. Very fast and very convenient

It Works!. I’ve been working with 3 senior Apple advisors that couldn’t help- even after creating a new Apple ID!! This app was my last hope. So far no problems after 1 week. With the Apple fixes, my iPhone and iPad didn’t even last 24 hours. No pop-ups, no delays, no lost web pages since I got the app. Cost was made very clear as of the date I purchased it. When you have the problems I had, you don’t mind paying it!!! Will review again in a couple of months.

It shut off. It shut off and I am still being charged.. Apple is not connected to this app .. and can’t find anyone to help... I had malware and I am not protected for 9.00 a month so please find one with customer service help so u can contact someone... I will get rid of the phone next .. hate Apple no support... and they sell apps with no contact either Don't buy

Not that great. I experienced this app 3 days before the trial was to end. All was going great until they charged for the app. My data started acting weird, I couldn’t go into some of my apps and my WiFi signal was lowered. I am sure it probably is doing what it states, but it is iffy. I am not sure if this is an effective app or on the same level of the sites you are trying to avoid. I deleted the app and reset my network settings and it is up and running again. Not worth my 8.99 I tell you that.

This stuff should be free. Shouldn’t charge people to protect their stuff that is on their phone. It should be free and easy to use instead of having to buy everything in words to use this app. That is my review on this app I do not like it because I have to pay money. Next time you do something like this think of how much you’re willing to pay.

App. Stops working by itself and tells me that my subscription is canceled when it is active. App only works part of the time. It just stops and informs me that I’m unprotected. I tap on fix it now and it tells me that my subscription is canceled when it is paid for and active until August 30, 2021. It will not work correctly. Do you have a way to fix this?

An ad blocker that actually works. So far this is the only app that will actually block ads in apps too. Highly recommend

Works great!. If your afraid someone is tracking your phone this works great. It instantly picked up the tracking app my ex wife had on my phone and email. It detects malware and blocks useless ads that plug your email.

Easy to use. Easy to use and works really well! No annoying pop ups when I go to search for answers to crossword clues.

Something they don’t tell you: FREE TRIAL ONLY LASTS THREE DAYS. No where does it say that though when you sign up. All it says is that you may cancel at anytime. Why can’t an app/company and/or person behind the app be transparent with the consumer and say it lasts three days? Instead of surprise charging everybody just to turn consumers angry, like myself. Yes, you must be profitable from surprise charging all these people but in order to remain profitable you must maintain that level and when it comes down to it people are not going to stick around for an app that has no substance. Even if this app was free it’s not worth it and does not do what it is intended to do. Watch out for this scam.

Secure in Knowing I’m Secured. Finally a security app that works without in app ads and constant appeals for add-ons. A great interface and I did notice a performance improvement with my phone. Not that the performance was a app feature but what it does has an effect on the phone. Bonus!

Doesn’t work now. It’s saying to start a free trial when I’m already subscribed so I’m not getting the service I paid for. When I try and continue I either cancel or it tells me I’m already subscribed. Either way nothing happens

I already HAVE a subscription!!. I have used this app for little over a year, I believe. Every once in a while, I notice that my VPN isn’t showing. I go to the app, and try to “fix” it. I do that, and it says I have to be subscribed. I HAVE HAD ONE FOR A LONG TIME. I try to cancel the subscription and just start over. That doesn’t work. I’m tired of screwing with it and I am currently looking for a new VPN.

Five stars but. The alarm shuts off if you turn off screen or go home and deactivates when get out of app but everything else works fine

Use It!. I was skeptical at first but it absolutely works. My phone would randomly shut off after using Google or Facebook and since I downloaded this app, I haven’t had any issues. It’s getting rid of trackers and ads so that is a big plus! It does use your VPN and you can’t use Snapchat on VPN but you can easily shut off and turn back on. Use it. See what you think..

Rate of App. It has blocked many trackers. When report is pulled, only need to CLEAR message. It seems to be same trackers are being reported. How is it keeping from repeats? Otherwise app is doing something.

So Far So Good.. Only had a few days now and only have had the phone for a few days also but this app has notified me of things I didn’t even know were going on seems to be working just fine.

4 star. It really works really good it just some times it disconnects and you have to pay for it why do you have to pay for something that supposed to protect you.

Don't use this app!. I downloaded it and it didn't really work well, so I cancelled my trial within a day or two and then was still billed by them for a month. I contacted customer support and was told I needed to cancel my subscription and that there was Nothing they could do for me. I replied and showed them where it has been cancelled and told them I had already evens deleted the app. That was on 5/29, it is now 6/6 and I still have yet to receive any kind of response.

Please fix my problems, I can’t open reports, or send emails for contact support !!. I use this app a long time ago, It is one of the few real apps that notifies what you of all the real reports about what happens on your phone, a big congratulations for this to the creators, other apps showed me reports where nothing happened on my cell phone an iPhone x, come on we all know that they are lies , and you wasted money for a long time without seeing an erroneous report, when I installed this app it showed me what I knew and wanted to see: THE TRUTH, I recommend it 👍🏼 is 100 points, but now I take the opportunity to leave a claim, something happened and I can not Enter the reports, try to contact me with technical support and it doesn't work, I can't send you emails, please help to see what happens with all this!

It’s Back!. I’ve had this app for a couple years (or so) and have been sooo happy with the ad and tracker blocking. Then - dun dun dun dun - it QUIT WORKING a few weeks ago. 😣 Cancelled the subscription with a heavy heart and sent 3 messages to the support folks and suffered with intrusive ads waiting for cancellation to take effect so I could try another app. Well, hallelujah, got responses to my messages yesterday, updated the app and it WORKS again. Thanks, guys! (Now how do I cancel my cancellation?)

Ez as heck. Always on always watching. After I downloaded this app the problems with my phone started to disappear as he was catching all the tracking and all the malware that was trying to hit my phone and also blocked a lot of annoying advertisements. Very good app in my book

This app truly makes my phone work much better!. I don’t know what this app does have paid for for half a year now and anytime I get a new phone doesn’t work until I download this app. I mean it works but it doesn’t function properly. And the best part is it gets rid of all of the ads.

Mobile Security. Not a good App! I unsubscribed and i am still being locked out of the App store and forced to provide a payment information and pay for a App i deleted!😳very disappointed here. My accounts are a wreck because of this app so I don’t recommend it! Thumbs down👎🏻

Amazing app but why 1 Star?!. This is an amazing app and I’m a paid member and it probably works. It helps me to smoothly see a couple of websites that my browser can not normally load up. But why I’m giving one star? Because I expect way more from a paid VPN, I need more explanation of what they are blocking and why they are blocking it and from which website or apps the treat comes from? otherwise what is the point of looking at a long list of a trackers or advertisements which blocked by the VPN without exactly knowing what they blocked.

Big mistake!. Don’t buy this app! It is very easy to subscribe past the free trial period, or renew your paid subscription without you realizing it. They have hidden the subscription/renewal function behind a button in their “Settings” menu that no reasonable person would predict is to commit to a recurring paid subscription. This is misleading and deceptive.

Ads pop up even with VPN turned on. After the latest update, I am now seeing banner ads and pop up ads inside apps and Safari even with VPN turned on. That wasn’t happening before. Some apps have become unusable because of this. Emails to support have gone unanswered so far. Please fix.

No free trial. When I opened this app they advertised free 3 day trial before I could even see what they offered in this app. I had to agree once I realized this wasn’t what I was looking for I canceled the membership. Got a email this morning they changed me immediately after I opened the app and excepted the free 3 day trial. So not actually free at all

Auto subscription for "free" app. While the app claims to be free, it will auto enroll you with no need for your confirmation. I am now stuck with months of charges for which I never received a receipt or notification even after deleting the app.

Horrible. U pay 9.00 a month. Even if the app says free trial. Then before ur subscription is up for the month. It tells you to pay for your trail. Even if your one month isn’t up yet. And there is no way of hitting the fix now button because it will still tell u to pay. Do not recommend.

Say it's free but charge free to use. I refuse to have to pay for virus protection. Your app says free but i must pay you to use it before i even use the app. Guess i going to have to go elsewhere because i don't buying items off my phone i don't know if they even do what they claim to do.

Cancel subscription. I downloaded this app yesterday and found it useless. Now I’m trying to cancel subscription before trial ends and you are making it impossible for me to do so. I have written a complaint to Apple. Hopefully I’m not charged for downloading this app.

Dishonest App - one should trust for security, How?. It’s fishy. When I downloaded the app, it said, subscription can be cancelled at any time in Settings. Now there is no option in settings to cancel the subscription. Inside the app, it says to cancel subscription in iTunes Store. Again, there is no option there either.

I'm disappointed. So I downloaded the app hoping for some amazing things and it won't let me do anything. I have reset not only my phone but my wifi router as well. It keeps saying check network connection and my network connection is fine.

Close but not really.. Great in theory and kind of enjoyed the 3 day trial. Phoned seemed to have less pop ups and adds. But then after charging me the monthly fee (I received the email confirmation from Apple) the app reverted and stated my subscription had expired. It offered me to start a new free trial but have no access to the content I paid for! This app is malicious from my experience.

Not worth it. The app itself works well, but the customer service is horrible and they probably make most of their money by getting people to sign up for the free trial and then charging you because you have to cancel it 24 hours before your trial is supposed to end so it's really two days. Not worth it.

My Review. So fair so good just wish they had AVG back but this is almost just like, we’ll see on how it works.

Connection issues. Apparently the app thought I was not connected to wifi, or it wasn't using my cellular data when I turned my wifi off because I literally couldn't even use the app because it couldn't connect to something that it was already connected to.
