Impossible to use on IOS. This app is worthless on the IOS system every time you have a link to an appointment it opens up a browser instead of opening the link in the app. Have tried to fix the issue using the settings on the app but there are none. App needs to be reviewed and reworked on so Veterans have more accessibility to use it.

App does not work. app does not work on my iPhone or iPad. It says click on email link and it will open app. When I click on link it always takes me to a web page and never opens the app and the web page is blank. Only way I get the video to work is on a computer. It would extra helpful to be able to use my iPhone or iPad.

Customer Support Garbage. I normally don’t take the time to write a review even after having a bad experience but the customer service for this app is utter garbage. This is why veterans commit suicide but when they ask for help they just get pushed to the side and pawned off on somebody else. Call my cellphone provider to resolve issue that was the response I got. Iphone 12 which is a year old and able to connect with other devices in my house with now issues. Even tried another iphone with same issue. Customer service acting like I’m a idiot that can’t press a button and being told either it’s cellphone or internet provider. This is why veteran hate the VA let’s just pawn it off and somebody else will deal with it or they won’t be around anymore and no worries.

Buggy and unreliable. Lack of support.. Good luck getting anything to work very well when using this app. The user interface seems decent when it works. If your Provider is sending you anything via chat while in session, you will need to select on the red circle to see what is being sent. If the session closes, you will lose out no longer have access to anything your private has or is sending. There is no way to save anything. There is no easy tutorial explaining how to use this application or any of the features. Most of the options do not function at all. Worst of all, the app isn’t stable and will often crash during a provider session and the only way around it is to have your Doctor/Provider call your person cell number. Support is a joke. There isn’t any. When trying to find out how to use or if there is any issue, the literal response is as follows: “ Get Immediate Help If this is a medical emergency please call 911. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call the Veterans Crisis Lineat 988 then Press 1. For urgent matters related to an appointment within the next 72 hours, please contact your VA Facility. “ The app is frustrating and poorly designed to be reliable. You will miss your appointment, often, when attempting to use this app.

App Does Not Auto-Open. When I click on my VA video appointment link, it does not open the app like it’s supposed to. It instead opens a web browser tab and then prompts you to put all your info to join the appointment. Then you click connect and it freezes. This is not a user error. It works fine on the VA iPad tablet that I was sent. But on my iPhone 12, this issue is persistent.

Telehealth from home. Great app with no lag or disconnect during usage. iPhone 8Plus device used during telehealth appointment. Internet connection speed wifi used. For all users, once the provider sends you the appointment link, you must wait for the provider to create the session and establish the connection entering the online chat. Next, the veteran will be able to access telehealth with ease. Enter your name under guest information tab and you are done.

App doesn’t connect from Gmail app. The app says, “Go to your email and tap the link that was provided with your appointment. It will then launch this app with your appointment information.” This does not work. It just opens from gmail into google chrome. I’m also a veteran overseas, and cannot easily call the help desk. So I must rely on the App to work effectively.

Needs tutorial. Today was first time using it. My provider kept saying he was putting things in the chat. But there wasn't a chat window. After awhile I noticed a red circle with the number changed from 1 to 2 to 3 and recognized the number changed everytime he told me he was putting something in the chat. So I tapped the number and a skinny side window opened with words all scrunched up making them illegible. Then when the meeting ended, nothing. Just a blank window. No way to get to the information he had typed. It disappeared. The connection was fine, the audio and video worked well. It would be so very helpful if there was a tuturial explaining what the icons mean and how to get the typed chat links and info over to where I can store them outside of the meeting so I can use them.

How to use this app. Do not open the app after you installed it. Just go to your email click on the link to proceed to video medical room (vmr). Once you’ve click on that link it will ask you do you want to use va video connect app. Select open.

Great. I've been using video connect for years, and it's wonderful. Except for occasional glitches, it's always worked wonderfully. I highly recommend it.

Does NOT WORK on Cellular Service with less than 3 Bars. I’m not whining, simply stating the truth. VA Video Connect will not function on Cellular Service properly. I read a review that says “Quit Whining!” and sure, it works fine for them, because they stated they have Internet at home with WIFI. I don’t. All three of my devices run on Cellular Service, and neither this APP nor the Web Portal will function properly on less than three bars (EVEN IF THE TEST is Fine) That should be a HUGE DISCLAIMER for the VA Video Connect. It DID work at one point, but all the updates have broken both the web portal and this APP. I do appreciate the effort, but I’ll drive over or have them call me instead.

App failed, now hearing delayed. I was supposed to have a hearing today regarding my claim that has been years in the making. The app connected me to the room but audio and video failed. The judge declined to hear me out due to technical difficulties. So after years of waiting for a hearing now I don’t know what will happen next or when I will be rescheduled. Not fair, not my fault. But I paid the price for the VA defaulting to using this service.

Open it with safari!. The app it self is a gateway to use for video connect. Once you receive the link in your (tablet, or cellphone) you will need to click on the link says “Telehealth scheduling Service system” click on “click here now to join VA video connect visit” then as the link opens up you will want to make sure it opens up in safari not google. To do this you will have to copy the link off of your google address - copy and open safari - past the address unto safari “web address” then open the link that way it will open it up. You will have to add your name and press “connect” and make sure to allow to use microphone and video. You should be later connected with your provider. Hope this helps!

VA video connect. This app works well once connected, but.. 1) for IOS it will ask you to do a test . Once the test is completed the screen will not close and the microphone takes over the phones mic and mutes any other media apps until you shut the phone down. 2) At the time of your appointment the link has you do a complete registration sometimes with a room # and pin. This means going back to the email with the info or having the letter snail mail appointment info or it asks for completed name and address. This is more than asked at an in person appointment. 3) Once the appointment is completed I had to uninstall the program in order for my phone to gain control of the mic and camera. The app continued to run even when the other party at the V. A. Signed off . 4) The app for patient use has no sign off or exit tab/link/button whatever They would be better with just using FACETIME.

Good app. This is a very good idea that VA have done with this app. I now can visit my doctor in the comfort of my home. I don’t how to drive to VA for my appointment with my provider. it’s just like I’m there with him in person. Thanks VA for this app everything went well, keep up the good work.

Connecting. I find it irritatingly difficult to connect from an email or a text. The link always wants to open the browser, with which iOS doesn’t work. I’ve missed so many appointments as I struggle to route the link to this app. It’s an awesome tool, and it works well once connected, but there needs to be a more direct way to connect. My life is full of things I need to remember how to do; talking to my doctor isn’t supposed to be one.

App no longer launches properly. When the app cooperates, it works fine. The problem I’ve had recently is that the link I receive no longer launches the app. When I had this issue in the past, I could open the app myself and enter the vroom information myself from the URL. The only thing the app says when I do this is a notice that the link should open the app, a deadlink to virtual scheduling, and immediate help resources. VideoConnect in the browser just spins and/or tells me there’s been an error and it cannot run.

Confusing. The individual sending links out should state in subject more detail information as I receive numerous VCC links by email daily. I have no clue which link is for what instructor. The user needs to be informed and probably class giving to the End User here at the VA. The app itself works well if I use my cellular network. If I use the VA network the App sound fails constantly because of bandwith issues

App is useless. App does not open from email link as instructions say on the introductory screen. Clicking the email link instead sends you to your browser. This app could use a feature to enter a meeting identification number to join a session from the app instead of trying to interface with email. Summary: The app is unusable in current form. Needs Revision.

Works find on phone. Trying to get it to work on iPad. Picture and on screen are larger and can use keyboard easier to use.

Broken app since update. This app is broken for some since the wait room update. I used to be able to log in instantly from the provided email link, and now the link is just a broken empty tab making any of my apple products useless for telehealth.

Outstanding. The Video Connect has been a vital tool in my medical care. It’s very easy to get the hang of after a couple appointments. Don’t let anxiety get the best of you! It’s safe, Secure, and relaxing having your appointment in Comfort of your arm chair.

New version doesn’t work with dark mode. The interface is adequate although the delays make it very difficult to communicate with my doctor. We were talking over each other quite a bit. Initially I couldn’t see the text when inputting my name and address but tried turning dark mode off and it resolved the issue.

Doesn’t work. Tried to use this to setup video appt today with va. Application doesn’t work with iPhone 11 ProMax. Could see video but audio did not work. Only option for audio was listed as “default” and that didn’t work. Speakerphone works fine on this device. Nice agent at VA thought it was Safari web browser problem, tried google chrome same problem. Very frustrating given long lead times to just get ahold of someone at va.

Getting Better. Over the past couple of years our VA locally has gone from simple unsecured free conference apps to using this program almost exclusively. With privacy concerns becoming more important than ever and now becoming fully compliant with HIPPA Privacy Laws I find that it is more comfortable talking about more sensitive medical concerns. This represents a giant step forward for appointments that should not be done in person. Unfortunately it is still a very poor substitute for appointments that need a physical examination and a spot on diagnosis. Most vets are not fully aware of what their different minor symptoms may mean and little issues become bigger issues very quickly. This is a good tool for informal follow up but over use will lead to bad healthcare.

What a piece of crap. Like the phone waiting queue and voicemail system, this is absolutely terrible. The test link works flawlessly but then when you try to use it with an actual appointment you have to use a web browser because the link sends you there and when you click open in app it opens the app but not the appointment. The, when you call their tech support, they blame it on your cell phone company.

App not working in Chrome (iPhone), use Safari. Clicking the appointment link in my email, made it open in the Chrome web browser with a blank screen and not the app. I copied the website address in Chrome and pasted it to the Safari web browser. This caused it to open in the app. So it’s buggy as heck. Wished they fixed it or made it properly open directly from the app.

Typical va. So I have done what everyone says to do and reached out and asked for help because of the way things are in my life and I can not think of one single time I have been to the back where I’m not filled full of excuses about how the phones and computers are down and that’s why this or that is not possible for the scheduled time. Now they tell me about this pile of junk which I was supposed to get an email about after talking on the phone and low and behold I never received it. I have been trying to get help and make my life bet r for four years and have had absolutely zero luck and nothing but excuses and garbage like this shoveled on me. Thanks for the help

One Star Rating. This is the first time using this app. Now before we start, I have the latest iPhone and M1 Mac. Internet speed of 1000 Mbps. I used the link to get into the meeting and it joined the meeting with no video or mic and i could not hear anyone. I opted then to download the app and then amazingly it worked intermittently frustrating connection issues from their side. The facilitator who began the presentation could not be heard from the start, and no one was being heard. They logged in, then out, then back in a number of times until they managed to maintain somewhat of a connection. He was also within the VA Hospital, I can see the office. I, on the other hand, could not hear anything the facilitator was saying. Nor can I understand anything; the presentation video was relaying so choppy and 80% with no sound. This is very frustrating; if we as Veterans are to use this venue for appointments, how can we use this efficiently if the VA has poor connection issues due to being routed through bottleneck network access. I think that the IT department needs to be evaluated and the app in general. Both need to be at par with the demands of Veterans and their experiences with the app. We need quality not quantity from apps.

Email link doesn’t launch App. When I click the link in the email, it launches to Chrome and not the app. If I copy/paste the link into Safari, it asks if I want to launch in the app. I wish I could find my in the app itself without having to depend on the link launching the app. Otherwise, Video connect is great! I am thankful for it!

iPhone Tip use Safari only!. If using an iPhone save yourself a ton of stress with this app. Go to Settings scroll down to Safari and make it your Default browser then try the test site again. The app does not work reliably with an IOS device using Chrome. The app should have a visible warning banner.

Great App. I’ve been using it for a few years now and it seems to work just fine. However, make sure when you’re done with your session to go into “privacy” and turn off your microphone, video, Bluetooth and network access for the app. It can run those devices even after your session is complete. And they don’t tell you that. It took me awhile to creatively figure that out but you definitely want to do that. Other than that it’s a great tool!

Life saver. It was hard at first but after 2 days it is like wearing a old hat. Wish I didn’t have to put all my information in every time I get on line, but audio and video works great and using video online groups have helped with my recovery. Cannot be in person so this is the next best thing.

Just use the web browser…. Don’t waste your time with this. Tried to get into my appointment through the text message and email link and nothing. Web browser. This app just sat on my phone taking up space, telling me to open it using the link through my email and even when I went back to my email to open the link it would keep going to the web browser. So save your self the download times, frustration and memory in your phone and just use the web browser.

Didn’t seem to work. Yeah I jumped on for the first time to have my first time visit with the VA. Sat there in darkness for 20 minutes. Finally gave up. I was a few minutes late to my appointment because I couldn’t figure out how to get the app to work, maybe that’s my fault but I don’t know. Kind of felt the doctors should’ve tried to tune back in. To see if I was there. Maybe have a help line for using the application? I don’t know.

Was this designed by VA technicians. This app. works as good as my previous doctor at VA. Was this app. designed in a third world country because it functions poorly. Ineptitude is the standard throughout the whole VA system. I worked 13 years for state government and similar less than quality products were created and awards were given to the technicians for simply going live, no one cared how bad the thing worked. The problem is the same in local, state, and federal government, too many people are allowed to sit in positions for too long. They resist change because “we have always done it this way” and those who sit in a position for 30 years have never experienced other employment so industry best practices are never applied. When younger and brighter staff is hired, their input is ignored and shunned so this is the reason this app. doesn’t work correctly and will never work correctly. But like true government, very soon they will switch to an more inferior product happily.

It’s unreliable. This app and VA video connect process has been nothing but problems. Did all the process the test my connection before the meeting and it worked no problem. Even had a VA employee reach out to me to test a video call with her and had problems connecting but we got there in the end. On the morning of my appointment that I had waited 3 weeks for I attempted to connect to the call via the appointment link they sent to my email. I even tried to connect to the call 15 mins early just to make sure there we no problems. I tried 6 different times to use the link just to be meet by a grey screen. Processed to try and call the VA hospital mental health office to try and resolve the issues and get further instructions were I was greeted by voicemail on three different attempts. I just wanted to get some help but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen. Again thanks for nothing VA. I can only imagine how many other people slip through the cracks as well.

Bluetooth broken. I’ve tried on my iPad and on my iPhone rebooted and even reinstalled the app and Bluetooth still does not connect even though it all the other apps were fine. That used to work before but you guys Musta did an update and completely broken it. Get it back to 100% and I will give you more stars.

My preferred method of appointments. I don't like driving so this app is a godsend.I suffer from multiple mental health issues and this makes it very easy to contact and be in contact with my providers. The reminders via email also keep me up-to-date with any changes

Roy Janey 0978. I was on this for 1 hour never got to talk to anyone took me a few minutes to figure out how this works as I have never did a video chat before, please reschedule this appointment for me asap. Thanks

Never works on my iPhone. Every time I try to connect on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, it never connects. It just go to a blank page after it ask me for permission to use my microphone. I even tested my connection before my appointment time and that works fine but every time I connect to the actual appointment, it will not connect. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, close all current running apps, reboot my phone and nothing works. Please fix this as soon as possible cause I can never make my appointments I always make at the time I make it.

Good Meeting Experience. This was my second time using VVC. My first meeting was done at the VA Clinic and did not keep a connection. Used the app this morning from home on my IPAD with no issues. Great video and audio. Thank you for the adjustments you have made so far.

Garbage. This is a terrible application. It is too bad that administration are not listening to staff and veterans with regards to the connectivity of this application. Currently my patient connection rate is about 33%. My 80+ year old veterans get very confused with this application. The VA left Doximity which took two minutes to connect for this application. Which veterans take 30+ minutes and still can’t connect. It’s just a shame.

No response. Signed on 4-5 minutes before my confirmed 10:00 AM appointment. Waited and waited and waited for 20-30 minutes, no one ever connected. After calling numerous numbers I finally got a return call about a hour and 20 minutes after my 10:00 AM appointment. I was told that the person the I was to have the appointment with was on leave. Common sense would expect notification that your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Quit whining. I think the VA has done an excellent job with this app. I use it on my iPad with WiFi and have had absolutely no problems at all. I did have an issue where the Doctor could not hear me so she left video on and called on the phone. After my appointment was over I realized that my volume on my iPad was all the way down. That was operator error, not a problem with the app. It is a safe and secure way to have a face to face with any doctor at the va. Is positioning of a camera that serious? I think that with everything that is going on in the world today that it is amazing how we as a “people” have adapted. At least I can see the people I am talking to. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this app. Absolute Kudos to the developers and again, thank you for sour service and or support.

App issues iOS app. When I get a link via email the app doesn’t open the email open up in a browser and then I have issues with the camera or mic. If I get a link via text it open the app and everything work. Call customer service and the person who was extremely rude and disrespectful stated to tell my providers to send me the link via text instead of an email.

Flipped camera orientation. They need to fix the orientation of the camera so that when someone looks at themselves, the picture should be like a mirror. It’s flipped to where when you turn your face to the left, it turns to the right on the app and thats very annoying. Just make it like FaceTime. I don’t think it’s that difficult in this day and age.

Clicking appt link in email does not launch VVC app on iPhone 14. I have an iPhone 14 Pro. I have the VVC app installed. When I click on my appointment link in my email, it does not launch the VVC app as intended. Instead, it launches a mobile browser session in the Chrome app, and requests permission to access my camera and microphone, which I grant. The experience of connecting with my VA provider in the Chrome mobile browser is not a positive one. I have tried copying the appointment link from the email and pasting it into a mobile Firefox session, but this is no better than Chrome. Is there anything I can do to make it launch the VVC app when I click on the appointment link in my email — or to find out why this is not happening as intended? I am able to participate in troubleshooting this issue in a phone or video call, if you would like to connect me with a help desk technician. I myself am a healthcare IT help desk technician, so I am well versed in troubleshooting end user issues with computers, mobile phones and browsers. I look forward to hearing from your team.

App doesn’t work. This “video connect” app doesn’t actually provide any functionality with which to connect over video. if you open the app directly, it tells you to click the link in your appointment email which will open the app with your appointment information. Doing so does in fact open the app but it just shows the same screen telling you to click on the link in your email. there is no connect button or any way to enter any appointment information.

Needs work. My biggest issue with the app is that when I joint 5 or 10 minutes early, I’m still waiting at appointment time. I have to exit and rejoin the meeting to get connected with the person. It doesn’t stream as well as zoom. Lastly, you have to reenter you address information every time you use the app.

Audio issues. Having trouble with audio cutting out although mics test well on other video conferencing platforms.

It used to work. Now it crashes as soon as i finish writing my information. I can’t find a number to call or an email to get this fixed….

Location. Please add a safe button for location…I usually use the same..trying to avoid the multiple retype. Thanks

Worthless. With one of the most recent updates for IOS this app is useless. Upon clicking the link it only opens in safari and if you click to use the app on that window it wants you to input all of the conference information. What used to be a great thing now just takes up space.

Dark Mode Needs Fix. If you have dark mode enabled you can’t see what your typing.

Beware!. Don’t forget to turn off Microphone and Video in iOS app setting so it doesn’t continue to spy/snoop on you.

Doesn’t load. When I click the link in the email, it goes straight to my web browser. How do I get the link to open the app?

Process poor. I never get the right links or I get multiple links to the same appointment or none at all! Very frustrating. Doctors are using Doximity program by-passing VA Video connect. Risking cancellation or shorter appointments. Computer tech staff need to do better, as well as, appointment staff.

Useless ap. A couple weeks ago the developers updated the application and since then it is unable to access my camera or microphone. I’ve contacted apple support and VA technical support and no one has been able to resolve the issue. What was once a very useful tool is not totally useless!!!

Doesn’t Work. Just flat out doesn’t work. The only option to join is to click the link in the email which doesn’t open the app. Instead it goes to the browser, which after logging in just gives you a blank screen. What a waste.

Terrible. This app is terrible. It looks so old and is barely usable. I am surprised that they use this. Would much rather use zoom or any other sort of video app. Tried using it today and it wasn’t working for either of us. We ended up just talking on the phone. Completely useless.

Horrible usability. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? Besides, of course, wasting tax payer dollars? The issues I have is that I am unable to join manually or through clicking the link in my appointment emails. Broken functionality in automatically joining so at least include a means to manually join appointments.

I didn’t think the military could get any worst!!. Before the changes I was able to get on now you have to have a doctor degree in computer science. It is not computer friendly!! Someone brother in law is making millions off this app.

Absolute garbage. I get emails from my therapist for a bcc appointment but clicking the link never opens the app. Instead it opens a website that is never my appointment. Another example on how the VA continues to fail us.

Just, stopped working. It was great at first, but now I can’t connect to any rooms. When I open the link in the emails I get from the VA, I’m taken to a blank web browser screen and that’s it. The application doesn’t open. Maybe give us the option to join a meeting in the app with a password?

Great idea. I really like this VVC app. Never had issues.

App no longer works. The app recently stopped working. It tells you to use the email link to connect to the appointment but the link sent won’t open the app. Used to work fine but not anymore so now we just have to connect via voice over the phone.

Dark mode. This app is not compatible with dark mode. I almost missed my appointment yesterday because of this and didn’t realize it until today. When typing texting you cannot see it if you are in dark mode on your iPhone.

Completely unreliable.. Expect to be sent to a different chat room than the one that the app sends your doctor to. It's the perfect distillation of the VA health care experience: jumping through unnecessary hoops, to no effect, because somebody who gets paid far too much thought that talking to a doctor over the phone wasn't futuristic enough.

Does connect. No matter what, this app never connects. I always have to use my appointment link in browser on my phone instead of through the app. Worthless.

Link in email does not open app. The app is useless for me because I can’t test it to see if it will work and when the time came, the email link does not open the app. My provider wanted to cancel my appointment because I could not get this to work.

Works fine. Works fine. Works when traveling. Works overseas even. Turn off camera if needed.

Doesn’t work. When I click the link, it goes blank. Doesn’t connect to anything. Best to use a laptop or computer.

Sound doesnt work. On my Iphone 6s, the sound doesnt work

Email link never opens the app. I have the app, but it never opens when I click the link in my appointment emails. Instead the link opens a browser page. If it doesn’t open it in the app, what’s the point of the app?

Doesn’t Open associated links. Literally doesn’t do the only job it has. No different from any other poorly formatted government program.

iPad opens multiple instances of app causing duplicate audio. My elderly father is using the app on an iPad. First time using a touch device and each time he opens the va connect app a new instance opens causing duplicate audio to be played. I had to teach him how to swipe apps closed to prevent having multiple calls active at once. Please fix this bug.

Does not work. I’ve clicked several links several times. Not once did it bring up the app.

Preview Image doesn’t show. It seems the team that designed the app doesn’t know how to make a Preview that really works with the app, the second Image is what you get. The really second screen is not show here.

Junk. As other reviewers have said, the app does not launch from the link in my email. When the browser session launches, I grant permission for my microphone and camera, but when the session starts - I’m told my camera and microphone are blocked. Don’t tell me to call the help desk. JUST FIX IT!

Simply doesn’t work. I can’t get it to work and I’ve tried many times. It won’t let me actually get into an appt so I always have to go back to my laptop or do a voice call

Does Not Open Chat Window. I downloaded this to use for my appts, the window gets locked on asking me for Bluetooth information and never allows me to go to the call screen. Therefore, I have not been able to use the app at all for video appts.

Doesn’t Work. Would be great… if it worked. Using on iPhone when you click the link in the email it always opens in your browser never in the app but the test link opens in the app. Very frustrating.

Junk-don’t waste your time!!!. This app is junk. You can’t even get to a home page, it just cliches at an accept/decline policy page. Not useful at all, better to just login in, in chrome or safari. DON’T waste your time!!

Sometimes works. This app only works sometimes. It is very frustrating because sometimes I can connect with my provider and then other appts he can’t hear me or see me. This app needs some tweaking and some consistency.

Broken. The 2.0 version of this app doesn’t work. When a chat email link is opened, There is only a blank screen -iOS 14 iPhone 12

VideoConnect. I was unable to connect for a scheduled appointment after first testing the app. I called wad told my complaint was common. I believe it will be a useful tool, during this time, after they get the bugs out.

Works fine for me. I think this app works just fine, and is a viable and good option for VA tele-health appointments. I’ve been using it for mine since July of 2020, with really no problems.

Doesn’t Work. Not working at all. The link sent via text never opens the app, it opens in Chrome and then just hangs saying it’s looking for audio and video sources.

Complete Garbage, why have an APP if you need to use browser. Not sure what has changed, but this is complete garbage. Click on email link to open VideoConnect, and all i get is the screen reminding you to open link in email. Does not allow you to enter your Name, or if a guest to check that option. What is the purpose of this APP if I have to still use a web browser to connect with my physician.

Doesn't work on iPad Pro or M1 MacBook Pro. No sound from provider but they can hear me, every icon is a ? so I have no clue what to press. Unable to hear provider is the biggest problem. The VA really needs to fix these issues.

Does nothing. Won’t let me beyond the welcome page if there is anything. Will not open app when clicking links from VA emails. I’ve spent hours reading, watching videos etc… nothing has made the app actually function. iPhone 13 Pro max updated

Worked fine. I think instructions could be better for the setup, wasn’t sure it was going to work but it did first time. Video and audio were perfect.

East for patient buy VA Staff is another issue. I can connect very quickly and easy. My VA care team always has issues and just calls my cell. I assume the admin side needs to be addressed.

Not opening. When I click the link from my email on my phone, the app does not open. The appointment opens in the internet browser. There is no place in the app to link to my appointment, so the app has been useless.

Works great!. I work in TeleHealth with the VA and I have tested this app with my phone and it works very well so far. We are expanding our usage of TeleHealth with the vets and this will be a great tool.

More information. More information like the Doctors Name and what specialty he or she is contacting the veteran about.

Useless app. The app does not work. It says all you have to do is click the link on your email, and it will open. It does not. It should have a feature that you either take the link and place it in or like zoom and a number and passcode. This is ridiculous.

Do not use. This app is trash i have attempted to use it for over a year. It has never worked a single time, if I’m able to connect the screen just stays grey and empty no audio, no chat.

Works great for me!. Works great for me although I’m probably one of the younger users at 29 so while not technically proficient I know my way around a iPhone
