Latest update. Can’t find a way to access blockchain cards in latest update. You guys can’t be serious

Worst customer service. Could not be any lower.. I have waited for a redemption for over 11 months. Ronald acuna Jr auto. They have sent another one i sent in after the Acuna redemption one. Two months before. Have sent so many emails and messages just asking. NOT ONE RESPONSE! Besides emails that are automatically generated. “ we miss you come buy this for the lowest price” This is bad for buisness and should not be legal. Customers buy the high price boxes to to admire and enjoy the moment of the card displayed. But they want people to wait, because they don’t actually have the items. They want me to pick another option. Of either points???? Or let them choose some cards for me.??? This needs to stop. No one deserves to go through this. Atleast sent a Acuna Jr auto of some sort. Or accommodate me with something realistic.

App and website are down. I keep getting notifications of people putting offers on my cards, but the app and website will not open. Fix your systems panini! Get more servers

Literally does nothing. Panini has a rewards system (so I thought) so I downloaded this app since I spend way too much on cards. After I downloaded the app and signed up for the newsletter, they informed me that they don’t give points for this, or purchases? They still have this info for redeeming the points on their app and website. If you like wasting money on NFTs or want an extremely overpriced pack from their direct website, then this is the app for you! Otherwise it literally doesn’t do anything for the consumer besides promise you things they don’t intend on giving you.

Always dropping the ball. Whether it’s their app or their tangible product panini manages to do next to nothing right. The quality in their cards has taken a STEEP STEEP dive in the last handful of years and their prices only go up and up. To make matters worse they are constantly tied up in lawsuits and scandals because they regularly bend over their customers. This morning the literal first thing in 2+ years I’ve seen on their reward shop that I wanted, I tried for over 30 minutes to add to my cart. It started with the app crashing over and over eventually logging me out. Finally after getting back in to my account you couldn’t add the rewards because of “high user volume” yet somehow all the rewards managed to still sell out. I, like a lot of people have spent thousands with this company. Have I seen a single redemption in the mail yet? No. Does your app work? No. Is this company a monopoly on licensed football cards? Yes.

I need my redemption replacements.. I asked for replacements and it still hasn’t gone through.

There are Certainly Far Worse Apps. It works well most of the time, but when it decides to be difficult, it achieves chaos at the highest level. Nothing seems to work and will freeze completely, and turning it off and back on again has been the time tested solution. Good luck!

Horrible if you’re not a bot. They let bots flood the drops so nobody can get anything unless you rip and ship. This hobby has turned into nothing but crap. Thanks panini

Terribly antiquated app, poor business. I’ll keep this review just to the app in general and not the terrible business behind it. Their app is so slow and out of date, sometimes automatically opens the app to the blockchain side and won’t let you back to the real side without signing out and back in! So frustrating! Their customer service contact feature never works to submit feedback and complaints! Everything crawls, and no it’s not my device or internet! But I can say their app fits their level of business and customer service!

Blockchain. Hard not to see that the prices on here are the same if not more then you can find on eBay for physical cards but I liked the blockchain and nft part of it but it seems like after the last update you can no longer do anything with nfts on the app and now must use the website that is a lot harder to navigate.

The 24/7 card show is here!. Have enjoyed jumping back into the card collecting game, I have done both physical and digital and while both are fun and addicting, the financial edge definitely goes to the NFT platform. So much less overhead, collecting sets is fun and easy. The 24/7 auction system is exciting and competitive. New features are always being added.

App Crash. App keeps crashing when I’m trying to check my redemptions

Bunch a crooks. I got into collecting Panini Football cards back in 2021. I bought my first and only redemption card in 2021. Kyle Pitts RPA of /25. It’s been 2 years! I think they gave mine away to some other underserving person “one of their boys” and now they are just waiting me out. I guess it’s time to talk to lawyers.

Redemptions. Waiting 6-12 months for redemptions is ridiculous, not to mention messages are not returned. I’m still waiting since last June for a replacement to my redemption to fill without any info or luck… you guys are terrible

Great app for cards. This app is great for getting single cards but my only problem with it is the boxes are still a little bit pricy for my liking but overall I think it is a very helpful app

Crashes constantly. If you don’t have A+ service, this app crashes every 5 minutes.

?. Why don’t you ever update cards? How about giving points away alone instead of replacing an auto? Don’t get me started on the centering, scratches, and flaws on 80% of your cards…

Only lets you use the NFT scam side of the app.. As soon as you open this app it takes you to the Panini NFT Beta (a great way for panini to take their customers money in return for some worthless pixels) (digital packs cost $10 each for usually 4 cards most of which will be worthless base cards). I would like to use the panini direct side of the app, you know the reason I originally downloaded this app, to check on the status of a claim made in 10 months ago.

Start now! The community continues to grow!. I think this is the first review I’ve ever left. So I’ll start by saying it’s not perfect.. but they continue to improve it and they take feedback and ideas straight from the community in the official panini-NFT discord.. you should join it by the way. Now, I’ll tell you why I got into it. I’ve loved looking at collections and collecting since I was a kid and I’d go through all of my dads old hockey cards. Then I got into the buying and reselling aspect of it also when we’d go to the old flea market on weekends and I’d see all the older guys bartering back and forth for trades or prices. So that passion has grown with me over time. The way the physical card market is now is ridiculous. Most people are paying $30-$40+ over retail for packs and hangers that have a very slim chance of hitting something big and probably a 10% chance of hitting a card that you can make your money back on. Then you have grading on top of that and if you want your card to increase in value then you have two options BGS or PSA both of which have high prices to grade cards right now and a long turn around. Now… look at Panini Direct. The same Company that prints a lot of the current valuable physical cards is making a digital aspect of the card world. They just updated how the packs work, before you had to buy a silver pack to get a silver prizm or a pink camo pack would come with a pink camo, a green parallel and two base cards. So Silvers are minted to /149 meaning there’s only 149 of them total and pinks we’ll say is minted to 300 and so on(just an example my numbers might be a little off). But now when you buy a pack of the new released sets(select baseball just released and I think Prizm football is coming out next week) any pack of the new sets can pull any insert in it. So you can pull a 1/1 or 1/10,1/100 and so on. Even base are usually only numbered to 2,000 right now. And the market just keeps growing! Floor prices continue to rise, especially on the star players. Cards are selling for $500,$1000,$5000+. It’s a lot of fun and an awesome way to grow a collection and make some money doing it! If you google the discord and join there’s people giving away some free ones here and there! And if you have any ideas on how to improve the app and market if you try it out, then make sure to join the discord and put it in the feedback tab! They really listen to the community!

Blockchain LFG. Liking the experience so far and see tons of potential for the blockchain aspect. Would be good to break blockchain off into its own app altogether

Pretty good app for collecting/transacting Panini NFTs. Overall the app has seen a good steady stream of improvements since last summer when I started collecting Panini NFTs. The transactions process much quicker than other platforms (e.g., TopShot). There is a bit of a learning curve and sometimes the searching can take a bit longer than ideal but overall it is pretty well organized and the search functionality gives pretty good filters for finding what you are looking for. Would be nice to have some quality of life improvements for viewing your collection “progress” since you don’t have the satisfaction of a physical collection.

Good but not great. I like it but I think the blockchain cards should be their own app. I don’t like how much you have to dig just to get to see your own gallery.

Still waiting on redemption card. I have a redemption card I have been waiting to receive for over a year. I have reached out to customer service through the app and have not spoken to a single representative.

Wth panini?!!. I wait for the rewards to release and I set a timer and try to add to the cart when released. I get the high volumes but this has been every time and then all the cards are gone! They probably have celebrities or backyard breaks priority to get it! Forget it what a waste of my time!! 😤

Garbage. Garbage company. Screwed me on a redemption I waited 2.5 years for, stack boxes for break companies, overprinted everything the moment the market popped and killed it’s own good momentum as quick as they could. Might literally be the worst run company in the US.

What a joke. App freezes on main screen so many times. Also been waiting on a redemption for 3 years and have seen others get the same player redemptions redeemed. Almost impossible to contact about the issue. The one time I did get through they said it should be a few more weeks and here we are 6 months later and nothing. I hope fanatics does a better job than this joke of a company. Ridiculous.

Will keep your money, Shut down Customer Service phones and email. Panini will sell you “redemptions” and not honor them, essentially keeping your money with no repercussion. They don’t answer their phone line and even shut down their customer service email. This company needs to be investigated. Save your money, wait for Fanatics to take over in a year, and do not buy packs or boxes. Let the suckers buy them and lose their money, then buy the individual cards on ebay for 95% markdown.

Useless app. App randomly decides to restrict my bids as a new challenge dropped, preventing me from getting the cards I needed at a good price. When I tried to address the issue by updating my PayPal account in the app it gives me a "Success" message telling me it failed and to contact support. Meanwhile, PayPal has no issues with my account on their end.

Crushed a kids dream!!. I am a single father and a disabled veteran and I love the HOBBY BECAUSE IT SAVED MY LIFE, I was headed down a very very dark road and believe it or not this helped pull me out of it and a very destructive path. It also helps me meet new people and also calms me down enough so I’m able to be around large groups again because my focus is on the cards and not my environment. Just to back my claims here is a screenshot of the open tickets I will be happy to to POST MY DD214 from the Army as well. With a very very very limited I try to rip with my son and a very ARMY buddy’s but we usually have to split a hobby because we can’t afford a good one but the times I usually get stuck with the points but too scared to send in afraid I will not get anything back. And with the people I don’t PC I usually try to donate to a different veterans suicide awareness program like PROJECT 22 to help raise money due to 22 veterans a day committing suicide and countless others like me to bring awareness to combat related PTSD & substance abuse awareness. If anyone wants I have time stamped screenshots of everything as well as pics of cards along with MY DD214!!

Points rewards 👎🏽. High end reward releases always crash with too much “high user volume”. App crashes multiple times. If you are lucky to even get it to a high points reward during release in your cart it will not allow you to check out or complete the process, it may even log you out and when you return it will be removed or worse sold out. Customers are getting stuck with useless points in their account that are irredeemable instead of autos that could’ve been put into the product they spend good funds on. Overall the app needs a lot of fixing with the amount of people coming into the hobby not very good looking for the company that has a monopoly on the card market. Customers should be number one not money.

Love the app when it working. After last update app crashes constantly. Can’t even use the app. Hope for a new update I have a lot invested in panini product and nft

Absolutely horrible. App is absolutely horrible, horrendous and hideous. It crashes constantly over and over. If I could give it less than one star I would because that’s what it deserves. It is extremely glitchy and even buys cards on its own now without your knowledge when it’s running amuck and not working properly. The mainstay of the app is the Panini spinning wheel of death. So in other words, the only time you want it to crash it won’t. But then it won’t work either so you have to close it yourself and relaunch. It needs a complete overhaul and nothing less. A miracle coder to fix all the issues.

God Awful Execution, Right Idea. I love the thought of using an app to track new releases and be able to purchase things straight from my phone, but the app itself might be the worst app I’ve ever used. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been stuck on the sign in screen where no matter where I tap on the screen, nothing happens. I can’t pop up the keyboard to put in my login information, can’t continue as guest, etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothings changed. And even when I could sign in and use the app, it would crash frequently or just not work as intended. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Terrible Poverty Company. As a card collector and seller I’ve been dealing with panini for years. I’m no longer using any panini product and hope the worse for them. Spent hundreds-thousands or dollars for barely anything. Spent $60 shipped for a panini instant card /5 just for it to have the corner CREASED when I got it. Screw this company, screw you personally if you’re partnered with them. Fanatics and topps on top

Good but could be better. Great cards cool how they open and the releases. Hate that I have to keep scrolling and scrolling to find a card. They should be bunched in by epic. rare. uncommon and common. Also being able to bundle would be a great feature. Put multiple cards up in the gallery or auction as a package deal.

They do not respond. I wouldn’t use this site unmade the mastake of using this site has a lot of bugs and you can buy but won’t let u sell . Keeps coming up the buyer doesn’t have money or something . And when u go to contact then u get nothing no response at all . Stay away from this app. If you don’t want to lose money !!!! Awful. This app is absolutely worthless. I lucked out and was able to add a coveted new rewards card to my cart only to get screwed by a blank screen every time I put in my card information and tried to confirm payment. Did this 20+ times only to learn that the card was now “sold out.” Absolute trash company with piss-poor customer service. Can’t wait til Fanatics takes over for these sorry clowns.

Terrible platform with constant updates. The app seems to have an update nearly weekly, yet still doesn’t work smoothly. Rewards are horrendous when looking at card value for the points. It’s clear why someone else will be taking over.

Incapable of using my reward points. An error occurred while purchasing two items with my rewards points and now I cannot purchase anything ever again due to an error:must complete ongoing purchase popping up

Retail is a rip off. I guess the app is ok, but I wouldn’t buy panini retail products. Unless you like burning money! Basically they are forcing you to pay outrageous prices for hobby. Buy some retail PRIZM football & you will know what I mean.

Buyer Beware. Can’t do anything with my NFTs. Decided to buy some late last year and had a lot of fun buying them and putting them up for auction. Was a nice alternative to trying to find, buy and sell cards in stores. Then all of a sudden all of my options to set a minimum bid for my cards and/or place them at auction disappeared. No one seems to know what’s going on and panino can’t help me. I have over $1,000 I spent in NFTs that are absolutely useless to me since all my options have disappeared. I have friends with the same phone and same app who are still able to do everything I’m no longer able to do. I have missed out on several events where I probably could have made a nice profit on a card…… but I can’t put it up for auction for some reason. My advice would be to save your money and spend it elsewhere, once panini gets it they don’t seem to interested in customer service.

App cannot handle volume. Whenever a new popular release happens the site crashes. Then when site comes back up item is sold out or event is over. Corp thos size should be able to handle some volume

Never reply to customers. App works great but impossible to actually get a response back from anyone at the company. So not sure why they even have the message portion since they never use it.

Becoming a great app. Not perfect, however in my opinion this is the best app to buy and sell sports related NFTs. Overall great community, very engaged with users through their Discord channel - shows one of one’s just listed and sold, challenge tracking etc.

Panini are boring cards and app is useless. Old school cards are way better in my opinion like fleer ultra to name one. panini cards are all the same photo with different colour grades. Some really nice looking cards from them but come on man!! Don’t make every card have the same picture.. it’s stupid for a so called high end card manufacturer. Panini also aren’t customer focused and don’t care if bots clean up all their stock coz they will get guaranteed money anyway in a click of a finger. Plenty more negatives to mention but I may need a few more pages to fill out. Flat out bots everywhere and destroying the market !! Want to change your bad reputation to an outstanding one Panini? You have some really great potential so maybe put some more effort in to fix some issues and not make cards so lame

Glitches and Blocks Accounts without Support. This app is horribly supported. Blocks real people yet allows bots to purchase all released packs within 4 mins. Their support team is non existent. It glitches on a very regular basis, and there is no way to contact anyone other than a phone number in Texas (which makes it really hard when you’re other side of the globe). Considering they have sold over $5 million in packs these last 3 weeks alone, you would think they would invest in a team who responds to support requests. Horrible horrible place to spend your money

Check Redemptions Before Buying Panini Products. I’m currently waiting on redemptions for Micah Parsons (360 days) and Wander Franco (240 days). There’s no guarantee that I ever receive these cards and at this rate it’s looking rather unlikely. These are the only two cards I’ve ever redeemed and I haven’t received a single update on them. My advice to any collectors before buying Panini products is to check Ebay on the day of release to see which players have redemptions in the set. If one of the redemption players is a guy you wanted to chase, you’re better off saving your money and buying a different product that they actually have autos in. Otherwise you could be the next person stuck with a Wander auto you’re unlikely to see. Hopefully the class-action lawsuit forces Panini to change their ways, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Great app useful to shop quick. Love trading cards and panini quality and selections. App browses quick and easy to buy, so good my favs are sold out already

No transparency. Beware.. Although the platform re-design and upgrades look great, there is no transparency on what Panini is licensed for and what they aren't. I started to invest in their blockchain baseball products only to find out they are no longer producing MLB related blockchain product. Now the baseball market has dried up on the app and no interesting releases are happening related to baseball.

Blockchain products. This is regarding blockchain packs. Few reason its slow down in my opinion. First challenge sucks! 30 bc cards to complete the challenge is ridiculous. 2nd stop including all the bc inserts in a challenge the value of the bc cards is being wasted you dont need to fight for a bc card coz everything is included in the challenge not like the first its came out. Cards that does not sell well compare to the cards that included in the challenge

Doesn’t even open most of the time. More often than not I try to open this app and it just sits there on the opening splash screen. Force quit, try again, same results. For a company making zillions of dollars bloating the card market, both their app and website are both surprisingly awful. Put some of your money into tech.

Robbed!!! This is a scam!!. I paid $170 dollars for 17 packs of the black base packs and had 51 NFT Trading cards . I finally got some packs but after contacting the technical support they never get back to you there number to call gives you no results. I have proof on my Twitter account of my purchases that I made an even tagged panini America an showed them that I had zero nft cards in my account an that I’m being robbed because, they charged me an I ripped open the packs only to have them not show in my account anymore. This site is trash complete trash and there customer service is a rip off.

Crashing. It’s a great app. I have about 1300 rewards points. But the only problem is when I’m looking for cards to buy with my points, it keeps crashing and it is SO FRUSTRATING! Please fix this Panini.

Okay. Despite what everyone is saying, there are a few nice cards you can get. For example, I got a Lorenzo Carter cracked ice auto. I’ve seen a few good players as well such as a courtland Sutton auto. However, most of the players have no future, retired or are playing in another football league. Plus, you have to pay for shipping which is pretty ridiculous considering you bought their product for $x and have to spend another $7 or so to get your cards.

I’ve finally kicked this bad habit. If you think you’d be able to ever find boxes or packs of cards for under $100’s you’d be wrong. The only kind of cards you can get for $10 here is digital ones. It was stupid to pay $40 a week for card stock pictures but always did anyway. I’ll never pay several $100’s for them. They have a marketplace for buying and selling cards from independent sellers but you’re better off going to a local card shop or eBay for a less crazy mark up. Still the best way to get factory sealed card packs for a fair price is continuously circle Walmart hoping the scalpers and box hoarders left something behind or you just happen to hit the lottery and they’re restocking them while you’re there. Be careful though a group of middle aged men and women will probably threaten you if you try to go after anything worthwhile that they want. I’m pretty much done collecting cards now, I’m going back to comic books... Without buying cards anymore I’ll have money to start smoking again. I’ve decided I’m not coming back to this hobby but if you’re looking to get started circle back around in a few years when the market crashes they’ll be plenty to buy then. It’s not worth it to start buying into now.

Always delete my reviews.. Paying shipping for something we already paid for is ridiculous but you’re all about the $$$$ not the customers. You know how I got all my reward points. By buying about 8 boxes of an upper end product. Instead of an actual autograph card I got 7 reward points. 7 out of 8 boxes. I hope 5e NFL &. NFLPA stop the exclusive licensing. Topps products are better, their customer service is better and I don’t have redemptions from 2013 waiting to be sent with Topps. I’m telling ya. Fire the douche have running customer service and hire me. I have a lot of call center mgmt experience. Turn your reputation around.

Best of Panini in one touch. Great app!! It's perfect to buy panini instant... for the soccer stickers, it would be perfect if you can buy singles stickers that you missed in past albums. But in overall great app!!

Redemption. So I’m writing this review In hopes of this finding a top executive within Panini , I have to say Panini has a very poor poor business practice when it comes to Redemptions if Panini can not honor these cards than why put them in packs instead of a hit or a jersey card or something , I been waiting since February on my Marquise Brown Auto Redemption I even asked and selected Replacement, and still nothing all I get is that’s it’s a pandemic I get that but it doesn’t justify why this problem hasn’t been corrected these problems Panini has been having now since years before the pandemic and it’s only worst now Topps they send you your redemption within a week , I think it’s almost like false advertising telling the customers you claimed this and it will be out to you within 4 months only to be waiting 18 months , I’m so Fed up with Panini and their excuses after excuses they act like they are the only ones who has had to make business adjustments I been on eBay for 10 years and when my customers make a purchase I’m at the post office either the same day or the next morning , and you wonder why you have this Rating on here , I think Panini needs to do away with Redemptions all together

2 stars for the “idea”, NONE for the product itself... Cool idea. Bad, no..Terr, no.. HORRIBLE selection. A bunch of cards no one cares about of players no one wants and even at THAT they’re way overpriced. As rare as it is to find cards with rewards points (I got 2 in 100 packs lol.. 1 for 150 points and 1 for 400) it’s even rarer to find a single card you even remotely may be able to trick yourself into thinking you want for under 1500 points.. at this rate, I only need to buy 300 more packs at $5.00+/ea and I’ll be the sad owner of a card I’d never be too excited about pulling out of any random pack.. Well done boys. Maybe you could bring back the forever legendary stick o’gum with your next great idea.. 👍

Disgraceful. Imagine a company that allows its product to be market up 1000% before ever releasing it to the public. Making it absolutely impossible for the average household to afford the joy of collecting cards. When mass distributors get a product for $80 and then you release the same product for $1000 is absolutely disgusting. These products are not high end and will never be. Congratulations Panini, you and other companies are completely destroying this industry and hobby. Pat yourself on the back.

Account no longer works. I made an account months ago and redeemed 6 cards and only received 3, so I go to check status of cards and my account no longer exist. I tried signing in with the email address I used and saved password only to get a error saying enter a valid email even though I accessed the site through the confirmation email I received after redeeming the cards. I’m so frustrated with this whole process and can’t even put in a ticket into panini support because i keep getting the enter a valid email pop up.

Redemptions. App is useless. They take over a year to attempt a redemption. Pointless looking at this app

RIP OFF. Still waiting on Donavan Mitchell RC Autograph from two years ago now. Bought all the College Draft Picks boxes on a display and everyone of them had 150 Reward Card instead of Autograph which is garbage. I cashed in 7500 points for Trae Young Autograph and the card was so off center. It was horrible. They do make some nice products that I love and I really just want what I pay for. Let people use reward cards toward purchase of products. Not a bunch of autographs from players cut or played years ago.

Dysfunctional w/ Terrible User Experience. Sadly, this is not surprising, but Panini’s mobile app has been bad from the start. It’s counterintuitive, buggy and difficult to navigate. I missed out on a limited Panini Reward because of a bug and there was no venue for me to give them any feedback to fix it in time. Also, the multiple typos in the app should be embarrassing for a large multimillion dollar company like Panini, but I digress. Of course, none of this matters because this app is really the only option they give you. Once again, this is sadly par for the course when it comes to trading card companies like Panini. In case any of you are curious, Panini has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Solid. Great App for trading NFTs. Easy link with PayPal partnership.

Horrible. This is by far the worst app I have ever dealt with. Not only is the app horrible, the customer service is even worse. They have no Idea what they are doing and have no idea how to treat customers. Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service several times last year. Each time that I called I was sent straight to an answering machine to leave a message. They never called back and the very few times they did answer, they were completely lost and had no idea how to do anything. Every single time I open this app I have to go to the App Store and update it. If you make the mistake of purchasing NFT’s, they wont sell. I often wonder if I am the only fool who thought I was smart by getting in on the ground floor of Panini NFT’s. That is actually not true as I think that there is another person just as dumb as me on this sinking ship because I have made a few sales over the last few years. Please dont equate my sales with hope as this review is far from over. When and if any of your NFT’s sell you can go right to their store and purchase whatever you can afford, however there is one thing that you cant do and that is withdrawal your own money. Anything under $100 is held hostage unless you make a purchase from them. Even if you have $100 that you want to withdrawal, per there withdrawal process any and all withdrawals must still be approved. I don’t know what the process entails as I’ve never sold anything anywhere near $100, so I’ve never actually been able to withdraw any money from this company. One would think that in 2024 with technology the way that it is, I would be able to make a withdrawal of my own money regardless of the amount. I say that because I can do that at just about any other place that deals with money on the planet. Funny thing, I can make a purchase that withdrawals money directly from my bank account into theirs instantly for as little as one cent, however withdrawals under $100 of my own money is taboo crazy talk and forbidden in Panini land. Hmm,I wonder if I receive interest on the money that they hold hostage from me? I have a feeling that I don't but the real question is do they earn interest on my money? Note to self, be on the lookout for the class action lawsuit against Panini for receiving interest on money they hold hostage from their own customers. Lastly, unless you want to be the proud owner of something that you cant touch, smell, or even see unless this company provides you with the ability to see it, you may want to reconsider buying panini NFT’s because what I see is a company who is running themselves into the ground and ability to see your NFT’s as well as your ownership of said NFT’s will cease to exist. For the panini employees who likely wont read this: Learn how to treat customers, listen to your customers and stop holding money hostage, Its not your money. Mark my words, the decision to prevent people from withdrawing there money is going to hurt the company in a big way in the future.

New app worse than old. I know people had issues with the previous version but this new one is by far worse. I could at least buy fotl products in the old app, but have been unable to on three opportunities since the release of this new app. Every time I have run into number of items errors or payment option locked errors among others. Extremely disappointing after all the hoopla about a better app/experience.

Horrible app. Nothing seems to work properly.. I am having a hard time understanding how this app has 3 stars. It should be 1 at best. Most of the functions of this app doesnt seem to even work properly. It feels like I am at a dysfunctional website where none of the links takes me to the correct page. Of course the sections that makes panini more money works most of the time. But any of the customer service related sections do not. Worst function is the rewards section. Cant scan panini points card, cant see what is available for redemption without it auto refreshing. The blog is in bad shape as well. The images dont load properly in the sneak peaks etc. (I am using an iphone to access this app).

Horrible. Crashes whenever new popular product releases (National Treasures and Contenders basketball). Can’t login when these products release. Yet the big time dealers are able to buy cases when there is a one box limit? Get your act together Panini—-let the average collector have the opportunity to buy these products. Get better serves and software developers to improve horrible app!!!

Blockchain deleted. The latest update deleted all access to the blockchain

No in-app feedback option. The app is generally useful from my POV but there have been times when I’ve wanted to contact the developers about bugs I’ve found but there is no way to do that (hence this review). Recently, the blogs section stopped populating for me. Searching for it on the web, there do appear to be new posts; but again, they’re just not appearing in the app. Having a support option for more than just card related items would be very helpful.

Why.. Panini can’t even make a centered card , fulfill a redemption or sell their cards in a fair or affordable way . Why waste even more time with this awful app. Let’s not even talk about the “Flawless” card line they make that come damaged straight from a sealed box that is thousands of dollars. Blockchain cards have to be the dumbest thing I have EVER heard of . Get help Panini and help the hobby instead of robbing it .

FOTL fail. While completing information for shipping and billing, items will disappear from your cart. Doesn’t give you time to complete the transaction. Should give you 1 or 2 minutes to complete it before the item returns back to the store. It’s not like there won’t be a demand for the FOTL item. There are already presales for FOTL products - how do they that they will get the product for sure. Have a lottery for FOTL products or something.

Horrible Customer Service. Horrible as in doesn’t exist unless you have purchased an item and create a ticket. There are no CS phone lines to order when their app crashes on product releases or when they experience high volume of purchases on limited release items. Items purchased through the app are resold online on eBay for over 3 times the price. Items frequently sell out without purchasers having an opportunity to buy. 0 of 5 stars.

Panini Rewards. This is a terrible company with a terrible product. They should be -10 stars. They switch out autographs with panini points that are most likely worth much less than the autograph you would have gotten. They then have a terrible selection. They make you pay for shipping. And they make you pay for an extra cost of handling. So you’re paying over $5 for a card worth 50 cents. Topps is a much better company. They don’t give you BS points. They gives you actual hits. Once again, terrible company. And if I don’t get an apology response to this review from them, they know I’m right about how Topps is better and that they are a terrible company.

Hidden fees. They say that shipping is 0.00 but it is actually 9.33. Buyers have a nice day and panini. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

More rewards cards.. With how many new products hit the scene with each new sport I would think you guys would be putting new cards on the rewards section weekly. Why is this not happening? You guys still produce cards and boxes but yet this never changes. Either help the customers out or don’t do the rewards anymore. It’s a scam and doesn’t help anyone out but yourselves. This “pandemic” hasn’t slowed down your card and box production so it shouldn’t slow down redemptions or reward cards.

Never let’s you buy any NFT NBA packs anymore due to annoying glitches!!. I kept receiving a message whenever I tried to by the Noir NFT packs yesterday and was pretty upset - WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIGH VOLUMES, PLEASE RETRY. It eventually sold out while I kept receiving that message as I couldn’t get anything. I just tried to test it out on the $10 Base Prizm wave 4 pack today, and I’m getting the same error! No one is buying those packs so I know it’s a glitch! I just want to ensure I can get some blue prizm packs today but looks like this freaking website and app are going to keep messing up and I am going to stop using this altogether as it’s pointless, a waste of my time and not worth the headache!

Complete Trash & Overpriced. Every time you get a notification or email through Panini direct about an incoming stock alert, you can never open the app and make a purchase. The app doesn’t even load or allow you to look at what’s available. It even logs you out and doesn’t allow you to login and times out every time. For a card company that knows that resellers and scalpers are ruining this every day hobby for common people, you would think they would do their due diligence in allowing every person to obtain boxes or packs.

Blockchain. Not sure where to start. Buyer beware! First I bought 4 cards I was amazed when I only received 3 cards.... so now I am out money.... you have to pay a sellers fee which is understandable and a fee for PayPal. But I have sold my 3 cards and the buyer never pays so I have to list them again. I get disputes on PayPal etc.... this is really bad. I have requested 5 times someone contact me about the $75 I have spent on a digital card I never received and no call or no email. Again buyers beware this is basically a scam. So sad to see a company I use to love come to this in a time we should be supporting each other😢

Download this app if you want to be a fool. I tried to order a card I wanted because I had enough points for it. When I tried to order it, it told me there was an error and try again. I tried again and closed out the app and did everything again and it charged me double for the same thing with out even sending me my card. It kept giving me that error notification. What a stupid app. Better fix this because this is ridiculous.

Horrible service and product!!!!. Are you serious that you shove a 150 point card into a pack in place of a hit??? If it was a bonus, it MIGHT make sense. But I got screwed out of a hit for a 150 point card to come to your site to see that the best baseball card I can get 2009 Extra Elite Rex Brothers that I can get on eBay for less than $1. Come on man. Not to mention, you want to try and charge me $8 for the cheapest shipping option for a $0.50 card. Get outta here!!! Oh, did I mention I’ve been waiting for over two years for three different redemptions. I send an email or contact your customer service about once every six months to no avail. I’d rather pay three times the price and get a better quality product in Topps.

App crashes. Every time I try to check my ticket status the app crashes.

Bad to early. The app is literally just to spectate gives you none working wallet addresses to deposit.

Cash grab. You get rewards points now instead of actual autographs or other memorabilia cards, which sounds great at first. You think to yourself that this is great because now I get to pick the card I want. Awesome!...Wrong, you get a list of a lot third tier or lower players that are worthless. Cause you know everyone is lining up to get a Timothy Luwawu autograph (I had to actually look him up online to know who he was). After using the horrible filtering system and settling on a card you go to check out and think “great! At least they will send the card for free.” Wrong again, PaniniDirect charges you 8$ for standard shipping for a card that’s worth maybe 1$. Because again the selection is pretty terrible. The price for shipping goes up exponentially for faster shipping. So, basically PaniniDirect just wants to make money of charging ridiculous prices for shipping and giving crappy cards. Absolute cash grab!

...only PayPal. I love the Panini Direct Blockchain system, but buying and selling cards is getting expensive. The fee they exercise is pretty harsh (10%), but then we have to pay even more money to the PayPal monopoly on top of that. Most transactions I have to account for a 13% fee. Because of how useless PayPal is in the transaction, having alternatives would help justify the fees coming out on an auction sale. Competition in payments would greatly increase the value of the blockchain auctions.

Disgusting. I’ve been collecting cards for a long time until panini decided it was a good idea to sky rocket the price of cards. They have went towards the ones that do breaks & as long as they are selling them they don’t care about the others that afford them. It’s so disappointing they have done this. I urge everyone to stop buying & then they might decide to lower the ridiculous prices

BEWARE! PANINI AMERICA IS FRAUD THEY WILL NOT SEND YOUR CARDS. I SUBMITTED 2 trade-in cards back in 2017 and PANINI “America” never sent me the cards that i supposedly got “lucky” enough to pull out of packs that were probably $50-$100 per pack. NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALLS, NO RETURN EMAILS, ABSOLUTE ZERO COMMUNICATION. WHY WOULD THEY CALL BACK IF THEY CANT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES? PROMISES WHICH, CONVENIENTLY HAPPEN TO BE THE CUSTOMERS’ ONLY INCENTIVE TO PURCHASE TO THEIR PRODUCTS? Surprised this fraudulent company has been operating successfully for this long. i sure haven’t bought this brand ever since. TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

Awful app that does not perform. Horrible experience trying to use the app to purchase a new product release today. Please rearchitect your app so that it can elastically scale as demand increases. Finally got the product added to my cart then the gateway timed during payment and product no longer available. Thank you Panini, now if I want to buy some basketball cards I can pay 10x to all the bots and delears that purchases all the product to sell for a mark-up....NO THANKS!

Review. People go into stores and shops and buy every box of cards they can find so panini can pay them selves on the back because of this reason and the fact of box’s of cards being so pricy kids can’t buy cards to get into the hobby of collecting people may be raving about the value of cards but they are just making this hobby a thing of the past because the reasons that got me and my buddies into collecting will stop the younger generations from collecting

Redemptions are a scam. Been waiting for years on 3 redemptions. Fraudulent scammers

Shipping address and credit card address. There is no way to make shipping address different from your credit card address by using the app, only way to make it work is to use PayPal to checkout. Also there is no way to select shipping address first, you can only change the address after typing the credit card, once you change the shipping address, you have to type the credit card again, really not convenient.
