Multiple problems. I’ve used this VPN (though used is an overstatement) for over a year. It is the slowest VPN I have ever used to the point I have to turn it off to avoid multi-minute loading times on normal website pages. It often turns itself off without my knowledge so it’s efficacy is lacking. I’ve reinstalled it and tried other server locations to no avail. It also has one of the longest connection times I have ever seen on some days. UPDATE: Regarding the developer response, I am aware of how VPN’s work. I have also used NordVPN and PIA, the difference in the speed at which a site loads was negligible with those services. They also didn’t randomly deactivate themselves without even a notification. I do use the optimal server location as recommended by the app. I will, however, try using it again to see if any of the aforementioned issues have been resolved.

Just a suggestion. I found that my VPN had turned off after an update because I didn’t go back and re-adjust my settings. Suggestion: implement password to disable VPN.? I want this securityAlways automatic. Thanks

Slow and never stays connected. This is slower than other vpn apps I have used. Biggest problem for me is there's zero options to edit your connection. I would like to be able to change security settings like sha-2 or aes 256 vs ipsec or open. Weak program here Just updating this review. This app disconnects my vpn minutes after I lock my iPhone screen. I use pia vpn and it always stays connected so back to pia. Avg you need to step up your game and stop making sub par apps Also my email account was hacked from an ip address from Czech Republic. Just like all other avg products you can't trust them. I do it support for a living and I should have known better to give avg another chance

Avg. Why do I keep getting messages from you. A lot of them for a month, saying you gace apps that are found in the dark web. Even after I had your protection.

Timing of Subscriptions. It would be helpful to have all of a customer’s subscriptions, even across all devices, be on the same start and stop dates. This would require prorated rates to keep all subscriptions aligned. I assume the confusion your current subscription protocol creates results in higher revenues for AVG. Integrity in customer relations always has marketable value. Thank you.

Leak of passwords?. I’ve been using this VPN because is the cheapest one and because I used to thrust in AVG as antivirus. But after a week of using this VPN google sent me a password leak warning... about 23 of my password has been leaked because a third party app (accordingly to Google). I’m pretty sure this leak wasn’t because I was reckless, I don’t install apps that I don’t really trust but as Google said was due a third party app and the only app I’ve installed recently was this VPN... so now I’m really concerned if was AVG VPN the responsable for this “leak of passwords”

Slow and sputtering. Slows basic connection when first established and sputters frequently. Turning VPN off and on sometimes works, sometimes not. Likewise, completely turning phone off and on and VPN back on sometimes works. No rhyme or reason here. Turning it off entirely results in almost instantaneous connections.

Non Reliable Service. It is most difficult to tell how consistently the system/program secures my phone!!9. A large part of time when checking to see if it’s working, it’s red & reads, “secure” & then there’s indication that it’s working! Also @ the onset of obtaining this service my request was to have it placed on two other devices without any action thus far!! Truly not sure of the accuracy of service (s) provided??!!

Reliability. The stability of the connection is not the best. I have come home from work to find my vpn off and the internet open despite the fact that the vpn liss should have stopped the internet. For what I paid (actually overpaid I think) for the service, it should be 100% reliable. It is no.

My vpn. Only one problem the vpn keeps shutting off for no reason I need to check it daily which I feel I do not have to

Easy. Easy to load onto your devices, easy to use (turn on or off at will) This was one of the best programs I’ve used on multiple devices. I recommend it highly.

Own, but asking me to pay?. I really like all inclusive AVG and have subscribed for a second year. However when opening this app, it’s asking me for payment when I own it already. When I use just the security app with the vpn in it, all is fine. Do I really need this particular app on my phone? I also notice my phone and camera acting glitchy since renewing, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Things such as weird stuff going on when editing photos and other non camera related aspects. Also received a strange email from google stating that changing my vpn country has changed my rights. Huh? Excuse me?? There goes google tracking us again. Enough is enough! Has to stop. It’s my privacy not google’s or the government’s right to sell my private data and making beaucoup bucks at the expense of my safety and information. It’s our information and if anyone should make money on our data, it’s us, the citizens, not alpha corporations! All countries should have the option of “opting in”, not “opting out” of data theft. It shouldn’t even be an option and if AVG is allowing google, Apple, etc. the permission to do this or vice versa, then I’ll cancel straight away. Time to take our privacy rights back.

Great security anti virus. Wow what a great software program just runs seemlessly doesn’t stop you from working on apps locating things Or Your ability to catch issues with web sites Although would like to be able to activate my VPN from my desk top computer

Can’t watch games!. Some apps are blocked while trying to use vpn. I have to turn it off to get app to work.I’m on the fringe of mlb blackout and it won’t let me watch games which is why I purchased to hopefully not have that problem.

Secure protection without much effort. AVG has consistently preformed in the virus and online protection space. The AVG VPN product delivers added value to the AVG line up of data security, and online protection. Effortless. The VPN launches automatically and runs in the background allowing me to complete my transactions and communications without worry. I highly recommend the AVG suite of products. Including the VPN service.

Misleading info on Family Sharing. The App said it supports Family Sharing with up to 6 family members to use the app with Family Sharing enabled. Guess what? It doesn’t. Customer service “clarified” that you have to use the same Apple ID. The whole idea of Apple family sharing is so that the purchase can be shared among family members with different Apple ID. I downloaded it because we have used AVG for years on PCs. But there seems to be better, at least higher ratings VPN for iOS on the market, so I’m not really sad to cancel the subscription after the free trial. Will be checking out VPN 360 etc. On the bright side though, the AVG VPN works well and fast - would have been happy to keep it if it’s not for the subscription sharing problem.

No auto connection on phone. While I really enjoy the product on my home computer, I find that I often am not using it on my phone because it does not turn on automatically and shuts off every time I lock the screen.

Always an issue for vpn within the security app. Every time I run a “smart” scan with AVG security it says I have a risk. It tells me I don’t have protection while browsing (or no vpn connected) and shows a warning. Very annoying being that I actually SHOULD have a VPN on and it’s the standalone VPN by avg. One of 2 things is happening. 1) either the standalone VPN doesn’t work although it says it does or 2), AVG has yet to figure out that, although they include a VPN in their security service, that they actually are protecting the browsing with a VPN of their own just not being used through the security app but through the VPN app. Complicated, but seems elementary that this would not be fixed especially yet.

One of the best VPNs for the price. One of the best VPNs for the price with lots of additional features included. Such as being able to choose which city your server goes through. Examples are Mexico City , Montreal , and Frankfurt.

Terrible customer service. Avg makes you jump through crazy hoops to speak with a customer service agent. Their one phone number gave me an operator who barely spoke English and was extremely rude. Once I told the operator I was frustrated with my service he falsely accused me of using bad language and then refused to transfer me to a supervisor even after asking him repeatedly to do so. Avg customer service game me no means of following up on this and acted like a bunch of robots. Avoid this company. It’s not what it used to be. They won’t be there for you after they take their money. I’m a life long customer who has permanently canceled my subscription.

The Very Best. AVG VPN and Virus protection is the best there is. Having tried many other products out on the market AVG is light years ahead in service and protection. AVG has protected all my devices for many years and I am please with all their products that I use. Dan Cacchiotti

Frustrating. I am having issues just to register to my network from AVG & I want to contact more devices which I am supposed to have up to five.

Security is nice. We have had AVG anti virus on our laptops for years . We have grown to trust AVG.I was very happy to find that they developed a VPN for the iPhone ! I had problems with the VPN not staying on consistently. I received a very prompt response from the support, at their prompting reinstalled it from the App Store , pushed the little wheel and turned WiFi and cellular with the green dot to the right( which is “on”) . My AVN has been on consistently for 24 hours so far : fixed . I’m glad to have this, as I travel internationally and need to go on all WiFi , even at airports . I pay annually and see that I have the discount : Nice!

VPN works, App is terrible. The App regularly fails to initiate and blocks access to the internet indefinitely. There have been numerous times I’ve had to delete the app in order to use the internet as it becomes stuck initializing the VPN. There’s no option to cancel this process/turn off the VPN before it’s connected. Poorly constructed but when functioning does its job.

Good Service; Has Bugs. Avg VPN is great and all. The autocorrect feature will not let me stay connected on my PC or My iPhone. I always got to disconnect from the VPN to pay my phone bill. I like to keep my stuff secure. It just won’t let me connect to the Straight Talk Server via the browser or app. Other sites I can’t access is the GameStop website with this VPN. I always got to disable it. I would like to remain anonymous on websites I visit.

I think AVG Works Great!. Avg works great for our needs. Confusing instructions at times, but I have used other virus/vgn software and they are all confusing. ABG has done a good job for our business and personal use

Understanding how the land gauges work. I’m very thankful for this app and the security it provides. Waiting for the court hearings to take place is my next favorite thing and trying to find out which gym we are hiding under....... When crossing P lanes this app is a must!? You get in trouble for reading the Bible..... Switch land gauges........you get in trouble for reading the Quran......Switch land gauges........ You get in trouble for making key adds more smart......... Switch land gauges.........

VPN and wireless printers. Difficult to use with wireless printers you have to turn vpn off to print even with the checked option to use printers also on desktop computer vpn does not automatically turn on when your using a browser even though there is an option for this in settings.

Haven’t been able to use VPN since downloaded. Every time I go to open it it takes forever to start up and after turning it on it shuts off saying I need a profile so I make it and set it up well still shutting off after a couple of minutes and not starting off haven’t fully used since downloading and paying for it.

Wrong Subscription, Upgrade to Multi Platform Button nor Working. Two issues: 1. I upgraded to multi devices but profile on iPhone still shows single. 2. The button to upgrade to multi platform subscription isn’t working. The app works pretty however, so 3 stars from the frustration of the two issues above

Satisfied. I am extremely satisfied with this service I have no complaints they offer a certain service and that is exactly what you get cut and dry no tricks

Access. I am unsure why I can’t access some of my Apps when this is turned to “ON”. I frequently use Target curbside pickup and I have to physically turn AVG off before I can order. WHY??? I am hoping this is protecting me in some way. Thank you.

Quality and ease of use-worth the Price of subscription!. Really easy to install and use. Works really well to guard against intruders. Worth the subscription cost. Not to demanding in the OS.

Doesn’t work for streaming services; doesn’t stay connected reliably. I first used AVG when it was a free anti virus application. I thought that the quality and effectiveness was good. I tried their other products, some work well, others not so much. I found the VPN to work well at first but now not reliably. Been trying to use this service on my iPhone and iPad to access streaming services. It doesn’t work. I’m using another VPN for that purpose. AVG VPN works on my PC ok, but some websites flag errors when it’s on. I only use it on public wifi networks. I never use in on private networks with their own firewall rules because it blocks valid content and can break application functionality for me, the user. I also found this to be true of the AVG antivirus and internet security software so I uninstalled it and am using another antivirus software now. I guess as cybersecurity gets more complex it’s a balance between allowing access vs blocking access and whoever writes the algorithms really need to keep up.

I would rate this a 5. I have been with AVG for years now and have been happy with their products. Lately their VPN has been placing my location in Italy rather than the USA. This would be a good thing normally, but I’m having to disable the VPN when I want to conduct financial transactions. I’ve already contacted customer support and was told this is a Google problem. I am looking at having to not renew my subscription when that time comes. This is occurring on my iPhone, iPad and Windows PC. Update: AVG reached out to me and offered a suggestion to updating my location settings. That suggestion seems to be working on all of the above mentioned devices. Thank you for reaching out! I will continue to use AVG for the foreseeable (and hopefully long term) future!

AVG VPN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. My computer is my phone. AVG successfully keeps everything covered. I have never been hacked,etc due to the high efficiency and security of this app. I would recommend this to anyone at anytime!!

AVG is the best!. Everyone knows technology is progressing quite fast and there are a lot of clever people out there with bad intentions. You have to protect your devices from malicious viruses and your information from hackers and scammers looking to get you. That’s why I chose AVG. They are the best at what they do and I’ve trusted them for years.

Basic.. Avg’s VPN service is fairly lackluster. It has to reconnect frequently and has limited server choices. On top of being so limited, it doesn’t even give you an IP address in the area you choose; for example, if you chose Chicago, USA, Avg’s VPN will give you an IP in Europe, possibly Czech Republic based on the language changes to Google. All in all, it is a pain to use and needs to be improved greatly. Will definitely not be renewing that subscription unless significant changes are made.

Easy to use and seems to work.. App works great for me. Interface is simple and easy to use. Have it on all my mobile devises. I have used AVG for many years and been satisfied with all products.

VPN CITY. I need a City that is closer to my home State, in order to get TV on my devices without having to turn off my VPN. I live in Kodiak, Alaska. When my VPN is on, I have to choose Seattle, WA, as my location. So when I try to watch my provider in Kodiak, Alaska, it tells me I am out of my area (even though I’m in the same room as my provider device) and blocks me. Please fix this issue. Other than that, please keep us well-protected! Thank you!

Very good. But missing features from competitors. I have no real complaints about the app. It works great and as advertised. One thing that would push it to next level, is something that Nord has. A pause button for the vpn. Especially on a Home Screen widget. I have some apps that don’t work with the vpn active, and it is a pain to have to go into the app and deactivate it when I use the other apps. A quick pause button on a widget from the Home Screen would be appreciated. Or any other way to work around certain apps in a convenient way.

Very Happy with AVG. I have been using the AVG VPN on all of my computers, iPads and iPhones for a little more than a year. Everything is great about it. No downside. I have all of their products. Their tech support people are great too.

Settings snafu. This would be a great app, if the settings worked as they are supposed to. When I choose the “close app for 15 minutes”, it never turns back on. Of course, I don’t discover this for days. Also, It’s supposed to turn on automatically when connected to internet and frequently doesn’t. I have to go in and physically toggle it off, then back on again. So, even though it was on, it wasn’t connecting. Please work out the kinks in the settings.

Sometimes. Have found that some programs won’t work with a VPN turned on. On this device, Blink has glitches. Turn VPN off and it works fine.

Not a good job. Why am I getting all these notices stating that I have viruses and everything else if I hired you to secure my computer? Why are you not doing that or do I have to let you go and go with a different company if you’re not gonna take care of my device they might will get rid of you.

Very pleased.. I am an avid user of AVG products for many years. I have VPN and security (through AVG) which is intuitive and helps all aspects of my communication on all my devices. Great products.

Simple the best. I’ve been using AVG Internet security and AVG Tuneup for windows os for many many years and I think they were both incredible products. When I came across the AVG VPN I just knew that it would be the best product on the market and I was right. Do yourself a favor and get this amazing product it’s worth the money trust me. I’m using the AVG VPN 24/7 and I never had any connection problems and my internet speed is great. I highly recommend this product.

OK , but not for all. Drops out even when turned on manually. Some sites I am unable to get to, other social media is not authorized through this VPN

I would not trust this company if im you. It turns out that AVG is collecting a substantial amount of data on its users, and storing them in their servers. Email addresses, phone numbers, SIM card numbers, location data, and your I.P. address are a few examples of the account data accessed by AVG, which can identify you online. AVG state that they also have the right to share your data with interested third parties, and this includes handing over your session logs to law enforcement if they subpoena the company.

Unreliable. Very unreliable app with multiple bugs. Appalling service when seek assistance from the support team. Overall recommend skip this shonky product and pay a bit more for reliable app and reasonable service.

VPN. Why does VPN not allow me to work with my two most visited sites…..Racing NSW and Ladbrokes?

Sub par. This VPN for my laptop does not have the same reliability in preventing geo-blocking as most others. I wont be renewing.Much better VPNs out there. Also an update interfered with my wifi meaning I could not act on time sensitive information. Very poor.

Advertisement. It’s the best vpn ever I believed

It’s mostly great. Great VPN however for some reason it disconnects on its while your using it. So your IP address isn’t hidden when you think it is because it disconnected from the server in the background. At least VPN on pc stops what you are doing until the VPN reconnects. Other than that it works great.

Bob Bowers. I never asked to connect to AVG secure VPN and it has caused great distress as I have so far been unable to get it off my I Pad. I am a regular patron of the TAB but now unable to place bets on line due to the simple fact I am not able to disconnect the VPN. Every time I go to setting and turn the VPN OFF, it immediately switches itself back on. Can anyone help me.

Opening. I keep having to turn it on manually when it should occur automatically

Disappointed. I cancelled my subscription during the trial period and they still charged me the fee

VPN is detected by websites and blocks access. I’m disappointed that the VPN is detected by websites and access is denied unless I turn the VPN off. These websites include realestate.com.au and Netflix. Poor customer experience and not what I paid for.

VPN app. Did exactly what inexperienced operator such as I am was told it would do and is easy to turn on or off to run Foxtel go app Well done guys James

Data sharing. Why is this app saying it will send data to google etc? Why are you sharing data?

Longest Love. I’ve been using the VPN and Anti-virus together on mobiles and tablets for years now. I thought it couldn’t get any better until the auto start was introduced, now I feel confident every time I'm on a device.

Switching off. I had this problem previously, but the VPN stayed on constantly for about six months. It has now reverted again, being that I need to switch it on every time I start up. What can I do to correct this?

Always taking my money. I cancelled my subscription months ago and every month I continue to get charged for this service. Today I needed to re-use it and the app said I had no active subscriptions so I tried to add a 1 month subscription that I was already paying for and the app said that I was already subscribed to that option. How is this legal in any way? The app works fine, but it is surely a dodgy scheme.

AVG secure VPN. I thought that AVG was a reputable app I used AVG FREE with no issues at all. I decided to buy it for 92.99 Australian dollars which is not really cheap and suddenly it did not work. I contacted support so many times over 5-6 days and tried everything they said to do, but in vein. It simply ceased to work on the day they charged my credit card the full 92.99 dollars I asked for refund and it was declined Very poor customer service and daytime robbery. I do not recommend that you waste your money buying it

Great protection. The best thing I have done is purchase VPN

Drops out. It “appears” to work okay but has dropped out probably 900 times since I’ve had it, so I don’t know how many times my computer has been in danger. Having big problems lately, like someone has hacked my computer - despite having the security suite. Also had to put up with months of messages telling me that I had to renew my subscription..even though it was being used and had/has MONTHS of time left. If AVG doesn’t know what its own software is doing, how the hell can it prevent viruses from some ahole??!!!

Works intermittently. Works intermittently, and interferes with network connection. Traveling with this app is a pain in the backside. Shop around and look at reviews off the App Store. I decided to give this app another chance after a mediocre experience with it. Regretting my decision. Committed for a few more months now.

Your website visits are tracked & sold. The Verge website has just exposed AVG/Avast for collecting data about its users including what websites you visit, and then selling it. So much for protecting their users. If you use Avast/AVG suggest you delete the app immediately and find a more trustworthy provider.

Excellent VPN. I love this VPN, it is dead easy to use! AVG’s VPN also provides great of protection with anonymised IP addresses. I am told this means you can watch streaming services from other countries etc. but for me just hiding my real IP address from hackers is enough.

Waste of money. It work perfectly for 2-3 months then starts turning off automatically. Most of the time it shows connected on the app but not in actual .

Beware subscriptions. I signed up for the full account and features, After that I cancelled the subscription directly and was still billed through the App Store/PayPal And I was denied a refund due to their own policies. Not exactly fair, high caution before signing up!!!!!

Needs antivirus scanner on iPad. Needs an anti virus scanner attached to iPad version something keeps turning my VPN off as my iPad is infected and I can’t get an anti virus that can find it and get rid of it for an ipad.

Not Happy!. Why does this system shut itself down. After constantly turning this on, I often find its off a short time later?

Daily turning off VPN. Frustrating that I have to turn off the VPN in order to be able to download my outlook mail daily from Telstra. If the vpn is on then mail won’t download.

Not letting me select subscription. Had to get credit for iTunes Store and now it’s saying to send purchase details to AVG team to review - but cannot see how to email you

Pointless. App said it would clear virus. All I get is some stupid bubbles on my screen and not even in right state of Australia

Makes wifi connection slow. Can’t seem to get a functioning internet connection when using this app

More and more problems. After purchasing a get notification that everything is fine, then a couple days later I get updates saying you have more problems with my computer, saying I need to purchase something else, I purchase that, says everything has been resolved, couple days later, I have more problems, need to purchase another package, purchase that, again few days later I’m told I need another package, I will never ever use avg agin. Had they stated from the beginning I needed a complete package ( witch they said I had purchased) I would have gotten that. Not the string you along game to get more and more and more and more and more money from me. Clearly the first 3 packages weren’t effective or I wouldn’t still need to purchase more. B.S.

Internet Security. I am pleased the AVG VPN is protecting my Internet equipment . I have never had a problem since having AVG as my Security Program.

Avg vpn review. This is my first ever review because this is the only vpn I have ever had as a costumer. Nowadays, there is so much going on that security in general is a concern to me and my family. I have been victim of cybercrimes in the previous years like many other fellow americans and canadians. My father always used avg anti virus as far as I remember being a kid playing on dad’s computer, now I’m 35. That is why I subscribed to avg vpn being and obvious complement to avg anti virus. The vnp is fairly simple to use : vpn settings are accessible from the avg software menu. From there, you can customize your preferences. There is also a mobile app on iOS which let you benefit from your vpn wherever you use your mobile phone. This feature adds a lot of value. However, activating the vpn does immediatly impact my internet speed. It slows down opening a simple email to shuffling through web pages. I turned it off at times when I needed instant speed to complete work related tasks from home. Overall, the avg vpn is a good vpn because it is simple to use, a nice complement if you already own another avg software and it is compatible with your mobile phone even though I would be tempted to try out s competitor. WEIRDER. The reply to the problems I described is long winded and difficult to follow. Please leave an email address and Case number. AVG Internet Security and AVG VPN don't like coexisting with each other until I turned them both off on Settings. They blocked my internet access until I figured it out on my iphone XR/ IOS 14.7 ********

A VPN free trial.. I think this is a rip off and they are taking advantage of seniors that are not computer savvy! I cannot cancel the free trial 24 hours before expirery date because I forget the date that I signed up! The company does not send us a notice that the expiry date is almost due! This is not good business. I am 75 years old and because I cannot cancel the agreement this company is going to automatically sign me up for another term and take money from my account which I really cannot afford. I am wondering how many others saw their ads and thought this was a great deal. A disgruntled senior in Saskatchewan!

Love it :). Great product ! When network is not in use after a certain time, it automatically stops internet connectivity. When you need network again it resumes! Great kill switch :) thanks guys !!

Not entirely hidden or private. Some programs and apps now recognize that the IP address is a VPN so streaming sports and TV while out of country no longer works.

Avg VPN. I’m happy with the App, and how it is working, thank you AVG! Anyway you can add the kill switch to it?? Had it on my Samsung, was amazing and helpful, kept hackers off my phone.

Find another VPN. The AVG VPN is great. It makes my computer so invisible that I can’t log on to websites that I want, can't get my cell phone wifi to work and its impossible to do banking without turning OFF the VPN. Its useless!

Cannot access some popular sites. AVG usualy has very good pruducts, but this time, the VPN does not allow to access a very basic and popular site like AEROPLAN.COM or even the application on iPhone or iPad when it is ON. You recommand to turn it OFF, but it defeats the purpose of a VPN. We are not totally protected when the VPN is OFF. Most free VPN do permit to access the above mentionned site or their Apple application. After your recommandation, it works, but WHY should I choose a server located in the USA.?? It woks now on IOS and Windows 10. But now it creates another problem.... I have my provider « Videotron » that tells me that I cannot view programs on ILLICO, as I am now OUT OF CANADA, and the content is restricted to CANADA....

It is choking my system!. My download and upload speeds have reduced from 1 Gbps to 70 Mbps. Initially I thought i t might have been my ethernet cable or the fibre optic internet provider. They did an extensive on site and offsite diagnostic and found nothing wrong with their delivery system. When I turn of the AVG, the internet speed returns to 1 Gbps.

Works!. Could be faster connection speeds but I haven’t used all the servers available though. Stays connected without problems. Will continue to use this VPN.

Locations may bleed speed. I have had constant problems using Boston VPN. Slows internet connection. Sometimes to a stop. Moving to Atlanta solved the problem for the most part. 2 stars because using a VPN should not be a shell game

Unsatisfactory. AVG has caused two major crashes on my lap top. Caused by its driver update program. Along with other things that I lost, it caused the loss of my subscriptions to AVG products and tells me that they have expired. Requesting more money to re-subscribe. I switched over to Norton for my internet protection.

Does not detect wifi. Probably wifi issue, but the vpn software does not detect my school’s wifi service; it simply acts as if it’s not connected to wifi, so I cant use the app for the only reason I wanted to.

VPN. No way of telling if the vpn is off or on, on my iPhone. Shows in the right corner on everything I use except iPhone.

Constantly turns itself off. I’d like to! know what use this is if it constantly turns itself off half the times while I’m surfing the web I realize oh the VPN isn’t even on what good is it?!? I feel like I’m paying for nothing!!!!

Where am I again?. Why is my VPN telling me that I’m in some podunk town in Washington or in Indiana or McLean Virginia? I would love to have it placing me in the city I reside, which is nowhere near the west coast!

iOS VPNs all fake / do not work. iOS pushes actual user IP address to public before switching, making this app completely useless regardless of subscription of use. Will remain this way until Apple fixes security flaw. This applies to all current iOS vpn’s.

:(. Have to turn off vpn in order for any apps to work. Been having this problem for a week now, what’s going on? It was working fine the first month but this month has been the worst. May have to delete this app if it continues to block incoming apps because it affects my work.

Only works with a couple streaming services.. When this VPN works its great. But unfortunately it only works with a few minor app’s, and 1 mainstream service.

Owner of the phone. It should come up immediately the phone is in use, instead of the person clicking on in to place it in on.

Decent for the price, lots of crashing. Several times a day this vpn still crashes making it unable to consume data privately. Please fix this.

Not sure yet. Five stars for now but if this VPN drains my battery like privacy pro does will have to reevaluate - only been using two days now too early to tell. So far I’ve used Norton (slows performance too far to be usable.) and Privacy Pro (drains battery like crazy on IPhone SE) The rating comes from the options seems like a real Cadillac program. Will re rate once I use and see how it performs with battery.

No feed back. Doesn’t ever tell you it has scanned or if your phones okay or not. You get no feed back what’s so ever. My phone constantly acts up & I have no idea if someone’s hacked it or what’s going on. Not happy with no updates. Feels like I’m paying for nothing...

Does not save trusted networks. It only saved 1 trusted network on my AVG VPN. It would be better if it could save more networks.

Auto turn on never works. Even if you have your settings to turn in VPN while surfing, it never does. You have to remember to turn it on.

Well….. I would like it if it stayed on. But it shuts itself off. Maybe it is supposed to, but if so, why not tell us? Love the idea though….and I keep turning it on manually.

Shuts Off. VON will shut off in its own or even freeze up when trying to turn it back on.

App goes off when iPhone goes off. I gave 3 stars because the app had to be turned on every time I turn the phone on, even though I selected the button to turn it on when the the phone is in use .

Stopped iPhone from connecting. Gradually applications and browser stopped working at all until I turned it off and removed it from phone.
