Bad game. I deleted my app because it was glitches out and when I try to log back on and try to switch account every password I try to use won’t work and is there a way for me to get back into the account of forget that password if not it’s going to be a rip off since I spent a lot of time and money on this game for it to be all gone my account is awilky1 sever 365 and no I don’t know my game id number

Fun, but buggy.. This game is fun, but I have network issues daily in this game. I’ve bought many Hero’s in this game using their in app currency of gems and keys, but never got the purchase hero’s, what a waste. Support is horrible, don’t expect a response on your issues. I would stay away from this game until they have all the network issues and bugs worked out.

Fun just need to fix a bug and other things. Some times when I try to upgrade my heroes it says I don’t have enough money which I did please fix another thing is make it cheaper to upgrade your heroes pls also make it like 6 5 stars to get a six star it is so hard to get any

Oh my gosh. I've been playing this game for only two days, but it's been love at first sight. This game is spectacular. The idea is super overused but somehow they did it right, and original. The characters and design is on par with the big dogs (clash of clans, brawl stars, etc...). I honestly could not be more pleased. Plus, you don't have to be P2P to really enjoy this. Keep up the good work guys!

A vastly inferior version of Idle Heroes. By itself, the game is sort of okay. However, it’s not enjoyable to play after you experienced Idle Heroes. Compare to that, Epic Summoners feels sluggish, both it terms of loading and animation, it has inferior art. But the worst part is the fact that every aspect was tentatively copied from Idle Heroes. I just feel like I’m encouraging lack of creativity if i play it. Also, i know nothing fresh or interesting ever comes out of game cloning companies.

Fusion Medal broke the game. After this latest update and the introduction of “Fusion Medals”( best way to get them is to pay to complete events) “cough cough” pay to win and selling out to try to acquire more money, and doing so is ruining the game and making it non enjoyable by everyone in my server, I’m in a top guild and now stuck at this wall waiting for fusion medals to fuse more 6* for fodder but can’t because I’m not going to pay for this awful item, when it was always free to fuse since day one of release of the app. Hopefully you read everyone’s reports they are sending in, and fix this issue, till then I’ll keep this review and advise everyone if you want a game you have to spend money on to win it’s a game for you like the countless other games out there, idle hero’s and many more

Fantastic game. Only been playing a short time but the time that I have been playing I really enjoyed it one of my top five games and I have a bout 30 this game is fantastic if you haven’t tried it give it a shot

Its not bad. I agree lots of features to make you spend money but I just ignore that because I can say no to be honest this is actually a very good app and dose not deserve to be taken off the app store

Money stealers! SCAMMERS! Beware!. I was very much enjoying the game. So much so that I bought a pack. I didn’t receive all of the items nor the ‘first purchase bonus gift’. Instead of helping me, Miya argues with me for 5 days thus far and has yet to help me. I even asked for a manager, supervisor and my money back and she refused! This app has 0 curtesy for game players! I am an avid game player and I am aware of other games customer service. This game should be working with its dedicated players for more purchases but they don’t care! DON’T INVEST YOUR TIME ABD MONEY

Not bad. Could be better.. Fun little mindless game. But I don’t like that you can’t replay the already completed levels to help with leveling up faster. I’ve never played a game that didn’t allow you to do that. Clearly, this is in effort to force players to buy tokens and gems to get the heroes leveled up, otherwise you reach a certain point where you can’t go forward because the monsters aren’t strong enough to win. So you’re stuck unless you pay to play sooner, or you have to wait. It DOES continue to give you points and spoils during downtime, which is helpful. I just wish there was a better way to keep moving forward while you’re playing.

Fusion Medals need to GO! Awful Addition To The Game.. **Rating posted here and on FB** Was an Epic game *pun intended*. With the introduction of fusion medals, you've just hung your own rope. Unless there's a change to make these medals more abundant, gain them in pub tasks, the grocery, challenge, arenas, expedition, etc. You can most definitely count my wife and I out! Too bad really... We've been playing this game since January and we're really enjoying it! 😕👎 We both have full capacity in our Heroes, saving up to fuse them. Can not complete our daily quests, as we can't use our keys since our heroes are full up. Hmmmm.... Please fix your game...

lazy and incompetent developers. I wish i leave a ZERO star. Many users have been paying for the game whole lot of money but the developers are not willing to fix even simple errors anymore. They only work when new hero is coming which mean time to collect users real money. there are full of errors or not working issue and no improvement on interface at all. I asked them to fix it but their answer is " we cant do it becasue its from third party". you guys should handle third parties, not handled by them. If u get paid, be responsible and DO WORK.

Good game. Game is really based on chance. You have to wait to get a good character. There are also different ways to get characters which is cool too. After two weeks I finally made a red star hero then a week later turned into a two star.

Cash grab game. This game a few months ago started introducing a new overpowered hero every week, each one more overpowered than the previous. It makes the game highly frustrating to play as it feels like the Dev team just wants you to drop $50 minimum per week to stay relevant. Anyone who refuses to do so is left in the dust and the game gets worse and worse for everyone. People who played for years are leaving and the new ones won’t stay long term. I wish the Devs would ask for a direction to take the game rather than believing we are all stupid enough to keep shelling out cash for nothing. Such high potential for an enjoyable game, just a shame to watch it turn into a cash grab.

Bugs. This is my favorite game- besides AB Match- but there’s some issues with the game stalling/freezing and force closing. I’ve spent 400 diamonds just today trying to fight the shadow boss and every time I begin- it freezes and then closes- without even being able to fight- it still kills my heroes when it does this and then it doesn’t show anything against the boss. :(

Fun to play. I have been playing this game for over a year and it’s fun. My negatives are that you get stuck fairly easy and can’t really progress for days or sometimes weeks. My biggest negative is, I’ve been playing for over a year and I still don’t know what some things are used for or what some things are. There is little descriptions and the descriptions go like this, used for so and so in the so and so and I have no idea what either of those are either! Really needs better instructions and descriptions.

Nice game. I love the game kinda upset that they're are level requirements I have gotten stuck twice now because of them.. I just feel that the game should let you go as far as your characters are strong... Not by your level.. Really shows the game down ah ya to much I think, tho great fun!

I’m addicted But.... The work you gotta do to get places in this game is too much the lvl blocks are annoying cause I can’t get pass without being a certain lvl and I could buy something and get a 5star character but I can pass with the team I got now but I gotta wait 3days and collect the five second 45 experience 😭👎🏾

A total ripoff and horrible value for money but still a fun game. I’m going to delete this game and do something more productive with my time. I feel that the odds are deliberately and calculatingly stacked against players at every step of the way. It is impossible to get any meaningful achievement out of this game unless you keep throwing money in...all too often for little real gain and all too often only to just arbitrarily lose resources you’ve taken days or weeks to gather (as in losing the price of upgrading weapons in the Forge because there is an “80% chance of success” - WTH is that all about?) That said, this is a fun and intriguing game with awesome graphics and a lot of interest. But you guys need to give your players a break and stop soaking us. I don’t object to paying for good games - I’ve paid out hundreds of dollars to play my favorites - but you’re one of those that expects way too much.

Exciting and thrilling. This game never gets boring. I’ve been playing about it for a month for more than 5 hours a day and it has been the best game I have ever downloaded in my life. The looks are excellent. The game itself is not greedy at all. As a matter of fact you can get A LOT of stuff the more you play. There are tons of heroes and missions that you can choose from. It’s just overall a very well thought out game. Rating: 10/10

Gambling Sport. If you don’t mind gambling and you have money for it, this game is for you! You learn the strategy setting up your hero’s in specific Camp format that can be created with placing 6 certain hero’s in your lineup. But beware it’s a gambling setup, so spending money does not guarantee any hero’s. Various resource management can kill your time if that a thing for you.

Good. This is a 3D games of far future technology loads of fun game with characters to win get better and download it is a fun kid friendly game with high tech features 3D gameplay and future rated tech rate this a 5 star like I did and find cool tech features in the game and make friends chat and open chest collect it’s a good kid friendly game and throughout the year there’s going to be big updates! Make sure to update make sure to rate It! For other fun stuff to come out .. it’s so far so good I love how it has a tutorial to show u how to play!”. I didn’t know what to do but I realized” There is a Tutorial So Give this game a big rating” It is a game that will make your feelings feel better” so download it now”!

Loads of Fun But.... This game is loads of fun, but it is a copy of Idle Heroes. Even down to most of the UI. Might I recommend changing the user interface/ layouts/ etc.? Maybe add in a unique feature or two to branch away from Idle Heroes as you grow? Coppied gameplay is fine look at the 50 games that coppied Dragon City. But what is different about then is what makes them stand out. Many of which are even better than the original! Keep up the good work.

BETTER THAN IDLE HEROES. better cuter and well done graphics and animations! Idle heroes allows you to skip arena battles, however many of the skip battles like in Event Challenge Tablet you must be level 80 or VIP 3. Which is absurd. It has ALL of the idle heroes features plus more and more inbox freebies like wishing fountain coins. HOWEVER guild mechanics could be improved, you need to be level 50! It’s still well developed and think it could be better developed to be worth my VIP money. This gives a better value than idle heroes VIP though.

Money hungry scum developers. Please read before you play, because you may be cheated. This game has been removed from the App Store before and deserves to be again. This game is a poor excuse for a copy of another game. The support staff is an utter joke. They do no know how to respond to emails and they continue to tell you to spend money in order to progress. They have the game tilted towards a specific team, and refuse to tell you until you spend hundreds of dollars. Then when you ask for support you either get no response, or you get an auto reply that has absolutely nothing to win what you said. The company is a bunch of crooked thieves that spends their time trying to think of ways to screw their players rather than make the improvements they promise. They will tell you they are going to fix the issues, but then they just release a new aspect to the game that requires real money to do the new events. Then forget about the idea of trying to make a guild and grow it. They release new servers every week. Currently over 250, and every new player starts on the newest server. So if you wanna have a friend play, they have to start the game, go through tutorial, waste a bunch of time and effort, then switch servers and do it all over again. So anyone with a guild on an older server never can grow their guilds due to no new players ever joining the servers. After months of playing and thousands of dollars spent, I am fed up.

Game is okay, but beware if spending money. Fun game overall. But beware if you decide to spend money. I spent on a pack, but did not receive the items noted. At first, the developers told me that it was a problem with my payment on Apple’s end, but the payment had gone through and I had a receipt. Only after a couple days of messaging and emails did they finally give me part of the pack, but only about half of the items. After almost a week, I have yet to receive the rest of the items and there have been no replies to my inquiries for many days. So, I’m about to request a refund and write this game off.

Not that great. Not that great of a game if you ask me. Idle Heroes is way way way better than this game. I play this game 1 month before downloading Idle Heroes and I got more 5* monsters in Idle Heroes than here. Maybe just my luck, who knows. Anyway, downfall of this game is the lack of coin. Super hard to farm them and they’re gone so ridiculously fast. If you level up a monster to lvl 100, it takes more coin than Idle Heroes. Other than that I’d say this game deserve a 3* rating base from my time here. Been here since January 2018 and only gotten 28 5* monsters, which isn’t that bad considering that I HAVE NOT donate a single penny yet.

So far, so good!. I started off playing this game by a credits offer in Pixel Strike 3D, but when I started to play more and more it’s starting to become more fun to play! So far I’m doing pretty well! | | V To the company V I enjoy the game but I would like to see more characters introduced to the game to make it more unique! Have a nice day!!!!

Fused metals has been fixed. The game is fun but you definitely have to spend money in order to be competitive. There is lots to do and most of it is fun but so many on the server don’t know how to do it. That’s the only major flaw. The developers do listen to the players and seem to do everything they can to make us happy. So glad they fixed the problem with fusion metals. Definitely a game worth playing.

Although I did have an major issue, this game is overall worth it.. I wanted to complete a task for Dragon City and if there were some issues that did disappoint me. Yet, while I was playing I realized how entertaining the game is, how much they care for each player, and it's many opportunities even if you don't pay to win. I thank them for that.

Awful support. I love this game but the awful support is really killing this game for me. It took months for them to replay a request I made, which could be solve fairly easily. Additionally they don’t even give you a verification on that they are working on the issue. Very poor service😭😭😭😩😩

Decent with potential. The game has a lot to work on. The gameplay can be sluggish and the characters are too tiny on a large battlefield. The design is smooth and unique and I completely knew this game was a clone of idle heroes but that's why I wanted to play it. When I'm done on idle heroes I can come and play this. If the company looks at these reviews and takes them into consideration they'll compete with idle heroes easily.

First day of gaming. On my first day and so far it is fun. It is easy game to learned and I can quickly start exploring and fighting. The graphic is cool and cute, albeit it load a tad bit slower than what I experienced from other game such as Trial Heroes. The mechanic is similar but this game's heroes is very cute. Overall, I like it.

Addicting. My girlfriend got me into this game. I thought it was stupid at first, but that was only because I didn’t understand it. This game is so multi-leveled and strategic. I play it everyday!

Suggestion?. Tbh, I freaking LOVE this game, admittedly sometimes it takes a while for some thibgs, but it is still amazing! Also, idk where to put suggestions so i’ll just leave it here: When it comes to Mysterious potions, I think you should do one of three things: 1- Decrease the amount you need for 5 star heroes 2- Increase how often you get them 3- Allow for us to be able to buy thwm with in-game currency

Fun game, terrible customer support. You have some extra money left on your App Store credit and you decently like playing a game. You want to spend some money to get some gems and first tier VIP so you go ahead and buy some. You notice that even though it says you are VIP 1 and the leveling bar for VIP is even half way up or so, and yet you have no perks for VIP 1? Messaging customer service then getting no response and they close your ticket in less than 24 hours, then opening another one, waiting a day or so, getting a random bot question saying "Dear summoner, what is your problem?" Answering the same day then not getting a response for 2 days so far. It had been little over a full week and no help was provided. Thanks :)

Fun Game. However made several purchases during events that were not awarded and the "feedback" / "contact us" feature is poor. Have gone days without a response regarding issues. Truly holding back my ability to progress in the game when half customer service is such a low importance to this app.

Bad customer support. I was having a great time with this game, until recently I was charged twice for an in game purchase and only received one. I reached out to the customer support and they said both should’ve gone through and when I told them it didn’t, all they said was that it did... so I would suggest not making purchases to avoid this problem and would advise others not to make purchases to this game. It’s unfortunate because this bad experience had led me to dislike the game...

Very fun yet simple. It’s a fun game free to play just have to want to invest a lot of time in talking daily login to get a lot of stuff this game gives u so much free stuff it’s actually awesome so yeah it has micro transactions but all the free stuff out way that and there are literally 2 dollar purchases that actually help u out in the long run no need to go crazy and spend 100 after 100 which I see some games do a lot of so for me this is a four star only cause it does try to hard to push u to buy that’s all that’s wrong for me other than that great game.

Loads of fun. Even tho its a idle heros clone, im having more fun playing it than idle heros. Now there is the good and bad about both but getting heros you want is easier in some ways and the events arnt a clear rip off money grab like idle heros. Its free so take 10 minute and try it out. You’ll love it.

Bugs Bugs Bugs!!. There is an annoying and massive bug since it last patched things. Im on an iPhone 6s Plus and I have 64GB of memory, so you could expect good gameplay experience. At some point every few minutes playing the game, it freezes my whole phone for as long as I don’t double press the home button. It got very annoying so please fix this ASAP. And this is literally the only game the freeze happens on. So yea please work on it and have it updated.

Really down to earth and fun. At first i just downloaded this game as an offer, a way to get some extra cash. I started and quickly got addicted, and the system is very simple. All the currencies aren’t super hard to get and the in game purchase offers aren’t constantly being shoved in your face. Basically you get your heros and go through clearing maps, leveling them up, collecting and forging armor. It isn’t super hard to do so anyone could learn it. As you level up you unlock certain things that you’re able to do. The offer was to collect a seven star hero for 50$, i expected to just do it and delete it. I completed it days ago and I’m still playing right now.

Been playing for years. I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s fun until you hit the pay wall. Takes longer in this game to get there but eventually you will slow to a crawl if you aren’t willing to pay. You’ll never be the strongest. The way this game is you can have a much much higher rating and even be a much higher level but if the other side has paid enough you’ll still lose. Don’t bother guys. I think even I’m done after all this time.

New update is bad. Now you have to use fusion metal to fuse heroes and it’s hard to get that, which makes this game way less appealing to me. At least give us a way to get it other than buying it with crystals. Edit: It cost 20 Fusion Metal to fuse a 4 Star monster and you have to have 8 of them. It cost 50 Fusion Metal to fuse a 5 Star monster and you have to have 8 of them. It cost 100 Fusion Metal to fuse a 6 Star monster and you have to have 8 of them. You get 5 Fusion Metal from the Grocery for 120 Crystal or if your lucky you pay a lot of gold but you can only get 5 once then you have to refresh for 25 Crystal just for a chance to get 5 more Fusion Metal to buy. The Fusion Metal has ruined the game and needs to be removed. If your a new player you can’t compete with what everyone else has before the Addition of Fusion Metal.

Idle Collect/Fight Clone but better than most!. Idle heroes became too expensive a chore more than anything, but I craved the simplicity. One quick google search brought me to “Idle Heroes Clones”. I’m no sheep so prepare for a harsh review: Icons are grainy almost stuck in a lower res than my device it’s gross. Way too much aggressive money grabbing. At least it’s cheap though. Hero placement in the elements makes zero to no sense, and the off color ones like “The Pirate” ruin the experience as a whole for me. HOWEVER! I do think this game is great, if not just as good as Idle Heroes. With some improvements to the marketplace, some more options to get heroes (The wishing wheel is kickass btw) this could take off fairly quick!

Kept deleting progress and heroes. Very buggy! I really wanted to like this game - it is fun and a great idler. But after about 20 hours of playing, I found monsters I had summoned in the past disappeared from my roster. Then my monsters would be a lower level the next time I logged on, but the supplies I had used to upgrade them were not refunded. I reached out to support about the issue but did not hear back. Too bad, it was fun at first.

It’s ok. I played this for points in another game. This game is great for graphics and such, and has a lot to do as far as playing and growing and farming, but there is too much going on without good explanation/instruction. It takes a minute to load when starting up. There are also too many things that cost money trying way too hard to get your attention. There’s got to be at least five places to buy things that are marked red until you look at them. Why is that necessary? I don’t like being flagged to go to countless menus just to have the game try to sell me something. For a game that I’m just checking in on once a day or so and not trying hard to grow, playing for free was fine, but I didn’t get too involved in the events or chat feature. I’ve never played the other game mentioned here, idle heroes, so can’t speak to that. There isn’t enough here to keep me playing and offset the annoying bits (hounding for micro transactions, poor instructions, and did I miss or forget a storyline because it all seems rather pointless) so I will be removing the app.

Another game deleted. I have played many many games in my life from Atari to Nintendo, to Sony and PC games to now mobile games. I have played Idle Hero’s, and Trial of Hero’s, and I had to delete those game as well, and here is why. I am seeing a constant theme in games that I can no longer support, everywhere I look these days a game is turning evil creatures into “heroes”, putting pentagrams in their artistry, themes and designs. I had hoped for this game, as a game it’s not bad probably would have gotten 3-4 stars just as a game (I am only at level 38 might have gotten better) I can say that compared to Trial of Heroes and Idle Heroes I like some of the concepts in this game better! Being able to do random fusions is awesome! But making evil into heroes and putting pentagrams in front of me when they are not needed for a game is getting old and I will quit every game that has them!!

Idle Heroes Improvement. I think this is an improvement upon idle heroes but.. I think it’s original and most of the animations are very unpleasant and don’t look smooth at all. Gameplay is good. Gives something to do when breaking from idle heroes. Almost everything is copied from idle heroes. Kinda pathetic. I don’t see how they’re not sued. Anyways it’s a improvement (ish) at least from what I’ve seen.

Amazing. I have only played this game since yesterday and already I am addicted it has amazing details, graphics, and more. I would definitely recommend playing this game to anyone looking for a fun and amazing game when bored

I wasted 30 hrs on this game. And didn’t get my currency reward for another game. So it gets 1 star for partnering with the corrupt ad company supersonic. The game is pretty bad too. What u play in the first hr is the same thing u play 30hrs later. There is no real gameplay progression

Yeah it’s not to bad. Yeah the game is alright, the grind is real I recommend saving some money just to buy some cheap but good packs as they come out, like you don’t have to spend $$$$ but like $20 or so here or there would do good.

SCAMMERS/RIP OFFS. I’ve spent hundreds on this ridiculous game and over half the time you don’t receive your items. Not to mention that there’s almost daily ‘maintenance’ and glitches resulting in promised compensation you never even receive, and you see on their Facebook page that only a very small percentage have been gifted the ‘compensation’. I pointed out a heap of times to the creators that I hadn’t received the compensation on different occasions only to be told that I had received them and I was then called a liar. Don’t let your kids play this game-it’s an easy waste of money and the creators who respond to messages within the app are rude and unprofessional. Absolute joke!! Wish I could give it this game a zero.

As a pre teen boy I was looking for a game that included a very nice hero v hero game in squads without being that complicated however, when I found this game from an add I immediately installed and was worth it. It includes very tactical thinking and great strategies witch luckily I’m very good at, if ur looking in the reviews to see if u want to buy the game just like I did I strongly recommend u get this game and give it a try

Great time killer. I appreciate that you can advance without using money. It is rare to find such a game even though it does offer the ability to purchase.

Tapjoy is your anchor do not change. I have this 4⭐️ because there’s room for improvement. Tapjoy makes you complete tasks easy-hard to earn vip which has a great benefit to the game. Improvements •increase the friend system it’s too limited(20) •add some weekly tasks •guild tasks and more defined guild battles •more the refresh away from the center of the wheel •make advanced wish gem purchase (maybe) add a daily limit •possibly add a dungeon rpg mini game to collect, occupy time, & focus gameplay. Use 1 character to move through random generated battles. •have your characters moving around the home screen (no duplicates) make the game modes more spread out. •make useful items more accessible like the syrup and puzzle pieces. Could say tons more if needed got lots more ideas. Other then that solid game 5 star once its grows!

My honest opinion on this game, I first downloaded it just to complete a survey that I do from time to time but I actually loved the way the game is and for those who says it’s another pay to play then your out of your brain if this is pay to play then you haven’t played Vikings War of clans after spending thousands on that Vikings game they ended up banning me for no reason just because they thought I was cheating some how, I was told I would be able to start from a new account but not my main that’s just stupid my opinion. Back to topic this game is great and fun to play, looking forward for more events and more stuff, great job making this game.

Sleazy Pay to Play. You will have to spend literally thousands to be competitive. The developers did such a crap job with the heroes, that the game doesn’t make sense. Some heroes are just way too powerful but not ranked high, which makes the developers look amateur. And of course those are the heroes you have to pay a lot of money for. Typical Asian greed machine. We have to start shunning developers who do a crap job of developing a fair game, that are only in it for your daily money.

Are u ending this game?. It appears there has been no reply here to any reviews in over a year. In addition, there has been very little activity on the server where I have been trying to build a guild for several weeks. I was made the leader and people want answers from me. I am also a leader on another server where there is much more activity but rarely is our team matched fairly with another team of similar strength. There’s no way any guild on that server will ever win a medal. Where are all the players? Also, my in-game Feedback stopped working so I sent a Direct Email 2 days ago. I keep losing my heroes!. Don’t waste your time on this game! 2 days straight I have been playing this game and I noticed. I keep losing heroes. A lot players in the community are having the same issue but the developers don’t care at all!

Boring. Complete waste of time. Meaningless, boring combat that requires zero skill and relies solely on you wasting time to constantly update armour.

Bad move. The game is pretty much a pay to win with constant promos on daily, monthly, weekly specials. The last update took away the one thing everyone could enjoy which was the fusion. Now they implemented “fusion medals” but majority of players do not even know how to get them, making the only easy way of gettinggood heroes now obsolete. Oh well hope they do something about it soon.

Epic Summoners. Epic game, no pun intended. Lots of goals, and easy to earn money and everything else you need. Makes it more enjoyable when your not always running out of supplies. Great job. Hero gain is amazing as well.

I quit the game twice now. The game is decent and I would’ve stayed, if not for the its blatantly obvious favouring of assassins. They are WAY too OP in this game. A team full of assassins will easily beat any mixed team with 2 or even 3x as much power. Needs a major balancing and I might return.

Pay to play. The first 50 or so levels are fun and feel like you are doing really well. Battles are easy and rewards are good. Once you reach level 65 or so you can barely progress through the game without becoming a VIP. There are heavy level restrictions on progression that force you to wait a day or two while the auto battle system generates enough XP for you to level up. Once you reach the level required to play, you can only play 4-5 battles then you rinse and repeat the auto battle waiting game. Common mobile developer tactics that always lose players like me that refuse to spend money on “free” games.

Fusion medals. Take the fusion medals away please! This is just crazy to make these almost non obtainable other than the current event. Or at least make it optional to use them, so we can choose to still use the normal way of fusion if desired. This hinders us from enjoying the game. I’m not the only one, as even your Facebook page is full of customers who aren’t enjoying this update.

Fun. This game is fun the play when you have nothing to do. You can battle other monsters and players for keys, gold, and other!

Fun but slow to start. The loading time is wayyyy too slow. I often close it before it starts because I am too impatient, but once it starts I enjoy the game a lot.

Progression. Fun game but had to give it 3 stars because of the slow as snail progressing through the story missions due to them being locked to specific character levels fix this and could easily be a 4 or even 5 star game.

When I was playing before account lost there is always a error “ account not exist” Update 03/29: This game customer service is totally garbage never reply. Reply: I don’t have my ID number. My account information is gone. How would I possibly provide ID number? Only thing I can memorize is my game name.

Top guilds are disappearing due to game bugs. Game would be fun except for some major bugs. The current bug is a big one, top guilds are disappearing on some servers. You long in and your guild is gone. And it’s not because you were kicked. The guild leaders and officers...everyone is gone. This has happened to multiple guilds on multiple servers.

Never received coins from PocketFlip for this game. I’m not sure if it’s Pocketflip’s fault or this game’s fault but it’s been a week and I’ve yet to receive my earned coins for playing this game. I’m sure it’s not PocketFlip because they are very quick to award things, so I’m more leaning towards this game just scamming users into playing it.

Fusion Medals?!. Fusion medals have ruined everything about this game. I’m stuck with progressing due to needing medals; yeah you can purchase them in the grocery now and get them every once in a while from drops, but they’re few and far between. You can’t even pay to win and just buy them! Get rid of the medals!

Pay to play. I loved this game until I found out I can’t even buy hero packs without using real money. And all offers are for real money or for tasks that don’t work so there’s no real way to get VIP without spending money. Makes me upset because I really enjoyed this game at first and have been playing daily.

Fusion medals creates a wall for progression. The new update is downright dumb. It makes it extremely difficult for players to progress because you need to use a type currency to forge a new hero. Fusion medals are also almost entirely impossible to farm. You see them more as rewards in events than rather having to farm them in adventures and such. This game is no longer a casual game after the update.

Fun but... Copied is okay but why make it just as expensive to play as Idle Heroes. I like the game but by the time you get comfortable playing it, you might as well be able to afford a vacation.

Ok so far. I’m playing for rewards in another game. So far it seems well done and interactive enough. It will take me a long time to get my reward, but I’ll be entertained while I get there.

Pay to win. Been playing 2 and a half years, unless you sink ALL of your money into this game its terrible, and even if you do its still an awful game. Every time a new hero is added its game breaking and the only way to get it the first week is to spend between $50 US and $200 US to get the new hero. Game is made to be a cash grab and nothing else. Lazy developers and hostile “support”
