Jump start!. This app was very helpful in getting up and moving again. I haven’t worked in a very long time and I feel I am out of shape. I like that the duration and frequency of the workouts were manageable for a person like me that feels like I’m starting again on my journey of exercise. Some days you had more workouts that others and that too was very cool. I didn’t dread looking at the app nor the idea of exercising. The movements were not always executed just like the instructor modeled but I could do most of them accurately. Because the movement was part of the workout plan for another day, I felt like I could continue to try to get better with that particular movement. Overall I really like this app.

Motivation is key!. I’m only 6 days in using this app, and I’m in love. The price is totally worth it, and so much more. I’ve tried many other apps, but none has stuck like this one. I love the layout, it comes packed with tons of knowledge, there are instructional videos that play along with your timed workouts, you can customize so much in your fitness profile, you can track your water intake, and much more. I love the tracking water section of the app!! You don’t realize how tough it is to hit your daily goal until you are tracking it. Every day I try a little harder, it’s become a competition with myself. If you’re out of shape like I am, don’t be discouraged, try this app. It’s a great place to start, and it keeps me coming back for more.

Better than I imagined. I was unsure about this app at first but was determined to start working out at home… it immediately impressed me with how the level of organization as well as the what is available for such a great price. Thorough and inclusive meal plans, precise exercise explanations, music for motivation, and requests for feedback in order to personalize better the workout plans. Also reminders to drink water which have been so helpful. Overall I have found this app very helpful and would definitely recommend.

Great app !!!. I wanted to wait a bit before uploading a review but after having this app for a little over 2 months I’m happy to say that I LOVE IT ! I’ve tried a couple of different apps before and they haven’t motivated me as much as this one does!! Not only is the layout so simple and cute but it has reminders and if you happen to miss a workout it tailors it to accommodate that missed day. I like how it keeps daily weight checks because over time the difference starts to show and it just motivated me to continue. The water feature works great and I am just so amazed by how great and easy this app is. Everyone is different and there are a ton of fitness apps out there but this one has to be THE BEST and I’ve tried lots Also, this app is perfect for me because I’m a workaholic and work long hours so it’s easy to fit this in my schedule!! So for you busy people, this is great because the app allows you to choose the option of multiple workouts a day or not which is really flexible and helpful I started in December wanting to tone up ( start weight 125 ) And now currently weigh 108 and my arms and abs are a little toned ( not quite there but almost !! ) Thank you for this app !!

This worked for me.. I started using this app specifically because it had a water notification. Then, I couldn’t fit into any of my “nice” clothes so I started using the fitness program. I just wanted a workout program, not a coach. I repeated the short daily workouts 2 or 3 times 5xweek, usually about 25-30 minutes total. Started the weekend of St. Patrick’s day 2019. It’s now 7 months later and I’m down 40 lbs.👍🏻 I used Verv Fitness and a calorie tracking app(Lose It) and I’m in awe of myself and my ability to achieve my vision!

Amazing. I’ve been using this app for a while and I am sooooo grateful to find it. The exercise are so easy and fast as well as effective. I’ve worked with lots of different apps but this is the best. Idk if it’s because the exercises or the order it is in but it’s so good. I also love that they but in breaks through the workout. I love how they explain the exercise and when to inhale and exhale. I def paid premium and it’s worth it! Thank you

Like it, but could use some updates. I’ve been using this app for two years. I like that the workouts are short and easy to do. However in the last year I’ve noticed that every time I go to do a workout, it says the exercises have to be ‘downloaded.’ This never used to happen. It takes a long time for them to download, and considering I’m usually crunched for time (which is why the short workouts were so good for me) it really doesn’t help to have to wait 5-10 minutes for the exercises to download. Also wish the integration with your own playlists was better, and that you could choose to remove certain exercises if they’re too much for you (ie, mountain climbers kill my knees, which I’ve had chronic issues with). If they fix the download issue, I’d be happy.

It is a pretty great app! I highly recommend!. So I am new to the whole healthy living thing! I downloaded this app a while back and used it for a few days and quit but I really shouldn’t have. I like the water tracker so much! I’m a week I have gone from drinking barely any water to drinking 113 oz of water a day! I feel really good! The workouts are pretty nice. They start you off with short workouts and I can see that I’m the future they get much longer. I wish that the app had some way to track calories and also have a diet plan. Maybe another app could do this but heck id pay an extra 5 dollars a month for that feature in the current app! I hope that I can reach my goals with this app and I’m sure I can! I’d love to hear back from development on the suggestion of the diet plan/ calorie tracker! Thank you guys so much for a wonderful app!!

This app - WOWED me!. I LOVE this app. When I started, I knew that I wanted to make a lifestyle change & not a temporary change. I also knew that it would be hard. Depressed, seriously overweight, out of shape, in constant pain, difficulty breathing and getting dressed. I had a negative mindset and I was unmotivated but I saw the ad for this app on Social Media and immediately knew that it was something I could do. I needed a way to start. I knew that once I began to do some sort of exercise, ANY sort of exercise, it would help me to move toward my goals. This app has everything I need. Easy to follow instructions, simple and effective exercises, ability to target problem areas, tracking for water intake. It also keeps me on track to meet my goals with positive and gentle reminders that make me WANT to incorporate exercise into my everyday routine. Since starting this app, I have lost 10 lbs, I exercise on most days, my overall well-being improved, and I’ve DOUBLED my daily exercise time. For me, that is very exciting. It means that I am, finally, on my way to reaching my goals. 10 lbs a month. I can’t thank you enough. This is what I’ve needed in my life for years. ***Hugs and Happy tears*** 🤗🤗😅😅

Fibromyalgia. I have fibromyalgia and my doctor said it’s best to exercise a little bit every day to help with pain and stay stretched and limber. This app is the perfect exercise regime for me I’m already 42% done and I feel amazing! And it shows you step by step videos and you can add music it’s awesome even my kids love to do it with me! It’s so simple to use and it t an track your meals and water. And you choose how many days you want to work out and each day you have an amazing variety of exercises. Cardio, tone zones and full body! It gives me a great workout in a little amount of time! I 100% recommend this app to anyone trying to get into a routine and would love for it to be easy!

Good app but one big thing I would change. I love that this app offers really short workouts and I still feel like I’m getting something done. Also I have a lot of injury issues and I’m able to modify the exercises to my level. The biggest downfall for this app is that they lump everything into 3 target zones: abs, arms and legs. Then they make you choose only 1 target zone. Most of your exercises come from your target zone and then they have a general database of exercises as well that they pick from. However, I would say that a lot of people want to target more than one area. For example, I really want to target both my arms and my abs but I’m forced to choose one. I’m not a big fan of that. I’m going to see how I like the week long trial and then I’ll choose from there what I want to do.

So much potential. I think the format of this app is amazing, honestly my favorite of any workout app I’ve found. However, right now the current plan I am on is opted for only 1 workout a day because I have an other app that I enjoy and like to use them both. If you choose the option for only 1 workout a day it only ever gives you cardio or full body. “Trouble zone” is never given in the whole 12 week program which I find odd? I feel like the format for this app is incredible but that it doesn’t actually live up to the specialization program for you hype like it could. For example, how is “plank pose” cardio? I feel that it is more random then they let you believe. I look forward to seeing more improvements as I really love this app!

What happened?. This was a great workout app, but I started having troubles December 30 and it refused to stay open the next day. Tried to delete and reinstall. I was on day 30 something of the plan too. So disappointing.... Update: it started working again, but my attempt to fix deleted all my data. No biggie I’ll start over. But for an otherwise awesome app, please find some way to back up data. Update: received a nice email from the developer apologizing and identifying backups as something they hope to work on. I still like the app, but this something I hope they implement soon.

Love it!. I’ve had a hard time finding a good workout app and this one is really useful all-round! It helps you keep track day to day and schedules set work outs each day so you don’t have to worry about figuring out what to do if especially if you are new to exercising and don’t know where to start! And if you are new and are unsure how to do a certain exercise it breaks it down with a detailed description and video along with the work out! Even gives you set days for full body, and troubled areas to set throughout the week. And cardio also. Making it super easy! As well as keeping track of how much weight you are losing. Even sends you notifications to not forgot your work out routine. One thing I really do like also is that it will ask you after each work out if it was too easy, too hard or just enough for you! Because not everybody is the same!

Not working as supposed. Very low intensivity. I change the level to advanced and nothing changed in App (however, the warning showed that the plan will be reset, but nothing changed). I tried to change many parameters (intensivity, problem zone, type of training). Everytime I get a warning that my plan will be updated and trainings will be changed. However, in reality nothing changes, I tries many times. I even tried to remove the App and install it again, but still no changes, it still shows the same training and excerseses does not matter what parameters I choose. They take their clients for a full. They are cheating and do not deserve to exist on market.

Still pretty frustrated. I left a review recently and received a response from the developer. I only added another star because the person I spoke with was very nice. But I’m still honestly pretty disappointed. My previous review talked about how you couldn’t skip the subscription and just try the free version of the app. I was told that I had to start the free trial and then go to cancel it immediately after to use the free version of the app. Although this was a more or less helpful solution, I don’t currently have a payment source set up on my Apple account because I don’t spend money on things like this. It wouldn’t let me attempt the free trial without setting up a payment method, which is seriously a hassle. There really should be an easier way to just say “no.” If you’re prepared to pay the subscription, this is the app for you. But if not, you should really keep looking.

Very handy!. So far I really like the app. After reading several other reviews I too have some questions about how to use the app. Like others when there are three exercise programs to get through I have a hard time getting to the next set of exercises. Also when the video shows an exercise that has one arm or leg, should we be switching half way through? This seems obvious but I assumed there would be two sets, one for each limb but there wasn’t so maybe I’m missing something. Thanks!

Phenomenal. I’m a mom of a 2 yr old and my husband works 2nd shift so going to the gym in the afternoon or evening is hard. That is due to the fact that I have no one to watch my son. Going in the morning is also hard because I’m in work before the gym opens. This app has basically brought the gym to me. In between my making dinner and usual clean up, I definitely have 6 minutes to spare. I actually sweat during these 6 minutes. I absolutely love this app.

Great app!. I’ve been working out for 3 years in and out of the gym. I love this app. It creates custom workouts depending on how you rate the workout you did for the day. If you say this workout really exhausted you, it will adjust the workouts to make them easier and then build them back up. If you say it was too easy it will make them harder. If you miss a day or two it will adjust the workouts to be easier and then gradually harder.

Great quick workout. I’m trying to lose a few pounds and loved the short workouts idea. I’m on day 5. It’s very straightforward. Every week the workout gets longer as I grow stronger. I do lots of yoga but even a 7 minute workout has me feeling it in all the right places. So far everything has gotten tighter already and it’s great to get my heartbeat up quickly. I think I can stick with this!

On my level!. I have tried so many fitness DVDs, You Tube videos, and other online workouts to no avail. Each time I overdo it as the workout I choose is too hard, and I am too sore to work out the next time. So I can’t stick with it. The workout intensity level on this app is on point. I am not dreading working out. And it increases the intensity gradually enough to where you don’t hardly notice because your body is ready and conditioned. Finally a workout program that meets me where I am!

Not free, sneaky automatic monthly fees upon sign up.. real gyms cost the same as this app. The app is free to download which is misleading because the terms and agreement give you 7 days free trial than automatically charges your iTunes to continue monthly payment. Just make the app 1 charge and give the videos and training tools as part of the app purchase. All these videos can be found free on you tube. Nothing about this app makes you worth $120 dollars a year... go to a real gym that gives you weights and cardio machines with real trainers who can assist you with work out questions for that type of monthly cost... planet fitness, EOS, prime gyms for 9.99/month and those come with 7 free personal training sessions upon sign up.

Needs more features. So I downloaded and subscribed to this app because I liked the idea of several micro-workouts throughout the day. Having a newborn and working full time makes it difficult to make time for a work-out. This app has helped me keep it up for several weeks now- which is longer than I’ve been able to keep anything up for a while. My biggest complaint is the limited personalization of the workouts. Having just had a baby via cesarean, there are a lot of workouts I can’t do. I am ready to re-tone my body and regain strength but I have to skip a lot of the exercises. I would get a lot more out of my premium subscription if there were ab-toning exercises for new moms or, for that matter, people who have arthritic joints or knee injuries, etc. In the profile-building section there should be a place where people can identify their areas of weakness where the workouts need to focus on, but also need to go easy on. If that makes sense.

Short but efficient. I have been using this app for many months and could not be happier. It is easy to save a few minutes to work out, can do it anywhere and makes me work. I have notice the difference not only on how stronger I feel, but how much more endurance I have build over time. I would recommend this to anyone who does not have a lot of time to spare, does not like to go to the gym but wants to stay in shape

Needs ability to customize. I really like this app and plan to continue to use it. The exercises are good, and clearly explained and demonstrated (although it would be nice to see a little more diversity in their videos). But like other reviewers, I think they really need to add the ability to create your own workouts, or at least give you more flexibility in specifying what kind of workouts you want. This is not my only exercise- I have a regular two mile walking route, I workout with free weights regularly, I hike with my spouse on the weekends- I don’t need for my Verve workouts to get more and more difficult. I just need some structure so I don’t neglect my abs. I’ve tried to use the “feedback” at the end of each workout to tell them I don’t want the routines to get harder and harder, but so far it’s not working. I like having three 6-minute routines. I don’t want to work my way up to four 10-minute routines. I don’t have time for that. So, good work, developers, on creating a simple to use, engaging fitness app but please, PLEASE add better customization options.

New to working out. This app is super helpful to me personally because I’m fairly new to working out. I’ve always had trouble with my weight, but I don’t like gyms because I feel like I’m being constantly judged and home workouts are hard because I don’t know how to do a lot of them. But with this app theres instructional videos with each workout that explain clearly how to do each ones. They even teach you how to breath while doing the workouts. The only recommendation I have is that there should be warm ups and cooling down videos as well. Stretching is a very important part of working out so you don’t injure yourself, but if you’re like me and not really sure what stretches to do and how to do them it can be difficult and you get sore really fast. Also maybe throw in some healthy recipes somewhere because weight loss isn’t just about being active, it’s eating healthy too and most people don’t know how to cook healthy. I highly recommend this app to anyone that is new to this whole workout thing and to anyone who isn’t but just needs help staying on track!

Easy to use on your own time. I took the plunge and got this in order to get myself moving. So far I’m pretty impressed with the organization and effectiveness of this app. After a few days I was already feeling more strength in my legs and problem areas. My first criticism is that I start the program but don’t move to the second without adding it in. This may be user error on my end but I don’t understand why it just doesn’t automatically go into the second set (of the three). It says that I’m finished and that I need to enter my weight. After this happens, I receive a notification later on that I didn’t finish the workout. 😳 Additionally, the trainer and video goes way too fast for a beginner like myself. Is there a setting to slow everyone down? Thanks! This has been the easiest way to get in exercise without joining a gym yet and the workouts are simple enough to understand!

I Love It!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️. This app is so amazing it helps to remind you to workout. Which most of them don't do. They help to find out if they should make a workout harder or easier based on what you say. It gives a short break in between so you can catch your breath before the next exercise. Its great, it also connects to the health app, so it will track the workouts and how long you did them for. I think it is the best app in the Fitness section. Its definitely a keeper.

Absolutely PERFECT!. When I first started this app I had NO IDEA it would bring me so close to my goals. They cover EVERYTHING! I enjoy myself so much once I’m done with my workout I will jump to the next one. I HIGHLY recommend this app to ANYONE even beginners. The hardest part about working out is getting there but with this app you can workout at home all the time any time you want. Everyday is a start of something new & with this app it definitely gives you the chance to be the best you!

Fitness at its Best. I love this app and how they customize workouts just for me. Being that I haven’t worked out in a couple of years it’s definitely great to be able to start gradually. I love that I can track my weight everyday and getting the reminders are awesome because I will forget. The only thing the I would like to see added is a place where I can actually put in a goal for the size I want to get to and to keep me motivated. Oh I forgot 🤭, I love 😍😍😍 the music and I just feel like I can rock out in my living room by myself. Thank you so much for thinking about the average girl like me who wants to become extraordinary.

Okay, but what should be a basic feature is missing. It's nice to have a timed workout you can go through as a quick part of the day. I find it frustrating that i cannot find a way to edit which exercises they give you. Due to some physical limitations there are a couple exercises i cannot safely do. They keep popping up. I end up just doing something else that's similar. It would also be nice to have a tiered subscription: i'm not interested in all the features and i just want the exercise prompts.

Crashes. I bought the yearly premium plan and was very excited to start. However, every time I go to start the first exercise it crashes and closes out the app. I’ve force closed app, restarted my phone and updated the app and nothing has fixed. Very disappointed. Update: Thank you for the reply- the app is working now. I like that the workouts are short and simple so I’m able to get them in. Also like that they explain every exercise, which is helpful. Have high hopes for this app.

So far so good. I looked at many fitness apps and read dozens and dozens of reviews. After awhile the reviews appear to be all over the board. They all have a mix of good ones and bad ones. What brought me to choose this app was that it was the only app where every review, good and bad, contained an individualized developer response. The app itself is user friendly. The exercises have demos. The recipes are accurate. The app suits my needs for a no equipment, 15 minute work out I can do anywhere. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a way to get some exercise without having to go to a gym, buy equipment, or committing to more or less than you want out of a work out.

Bad support, lack of customization. I started off loving this app. I paid for the subscription fee, hoping it would open up more customization options. It let me customize my trouble zone and the days I planned to work out, but that was it. I went through the first 60 day challenge, thinking it would unlock either a more difficult challenge or let me plan my own workouts from their bank of options, but instead it started me from the beginning. I went from 20 minute workouts back down to 5 minutes. This did not flow with my fitness goals at all. I emailed the support team to see if I was missing something, and to give my feedback if what I was seeing was correct. It took 33 days to receive a response. Over a month. And in that response they told me what I already knew. I could not plan my workouts. I could repeat the same workout as many times in a day as I wanted. I could skip ahead and do future workouts. That isn’t the point. I paid a subscription for a fitness app that would help me grow and in order to actually benefit from it, I have to work around the built in options. That is so not intuitive. Still looking for a solid fitness app.

Attainable and effective. My favorite feature about this app is that it makes working out every day attainable. I have started so many workout plans and never completed them. Now I’m a few weeks away from finishing and I can’t wait to up my difficulty and start a new round. Favorite features: - Seeing my calorie burn and duration trends over time. It help surface the method of the workout plan which is real interesting and exciting. - How if you skip a day it just adds a day onto the end. Definitely motivates you not to skip so you can finish by a certain date. Wanted features and improvements: - Apple watch app so I don’t have to prop my phone up for workouts - Adding more stretching into the workouts or adding a stretching workout to some of the days. - Progress images in addition to weight

Not bad but not 5-star great. For a paid app, I expect more than what this offers. Here are my 2 biggest gripes: first, the cost was deceiving. You have to go down the registration process to learn what the cost will be. Second (my biggest complaint) is that after setting up an account with password, this does NOT transfer between different devices. I like to track my water for example through my phone. For my workouts, I want to use my iPad. Doesn’t work! The quote from customer service is “so far the app doesn’t include this option”. So, I’m giving up on this one.

Love this!. I didn’t think that 5 minutes a day could feel like you are getting such a workout! I was skeptical of this app because I didn’t think I could get results in such a little time but I can feel it through my body! I am a busy mother of 5 and also a supervisor over a Credit Union and work over 40 hours a week, so I do not have time for exercise. This is perfect for me, I do this every morning and it jump starts my day!

I’ll try it for a month.. I downloaded and paid the $9.99 for a month. Haven’t started it yet. Have looked thru it and the meals look pretty yummy. Even the keto, which I never thought I’d do. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting and have lost 18 lbs in 5 months. Not sure I’ll eat 3 meals a day plus snacks but will try some of the meals. (Update. I canceled my subscription. Most all of those exercises are beyond what I can do. I can find more appropriate for my age workouts online)

Misleading. I know, it says the app is “free to download” with in-app purchases, but so does every other app in the App Store, and they typically offer *something* for free. So Devs, please don’t respond with that. It’s blatant bait. I don’t pay for things upfront that I cannot see or experience for free first. I was taken to a page that wanted me to shell out 10 bucks to even see anything and no mention of a free trial, which I would still be wary of. I would honestly listen to the feedback of those giving these low reviews and see that you’re not building any trust with potential customers and that if change tactics, you may gain more people and ultimately more revenue. I get it’s a business and money has to be made, but I also think you’re turning away people who would have ultimately paid if they could experience some of what your app can offer for free. I’ll keep looking for another app.

Best personal training app!!. I love this app. I tried about 8-9 of weight loss/ cardio apps out there and this is the one I have settled down with. The directions for each move and breathing as well as the fitness level tailored workouts are gems! I have so far worked out for 31 days with this app (5-6 days per week) with legs as my trouble area, and I have already lost 9 ibs. Keep up with this app, start eating right, and keep track of calories of all food intake. Onto my next 30 days woot!

App is great; results are lacking. I’ve been using the app for three weeks in addition to my regular running routine. I was hoping to lose a few pounds before an event I’ve got in a couple months. I’ve been almost perfect in keeping up with the workouts and have only had to skip a couple of days, because the app is so enjoyable that it makes it easy to pop it on my phone and crank out a workout or three before I even get ready in the morning. The only problem is, after three solid weeks, I haven’t lost a single pound. In fact, my weight has never been steadier in my life (and not in a good way). All I can think is maybe the workouts aren’t long enough to burn enough extra calories. I find myself tacking on an extra round or two when I feel like my day’s workout has been too easy, so I think the workouts in general are just too short and easy. I’ll keep using the app since I paid for it and I really do enjoy it, but I’m not sure I’ll keep up the subscription since it doesn’t seem to actually help me lose weight.

Don’t Give Up!. I love this app! Keeps me going forward. When I miss a day, it readjusts for my speed or my needs to accomplish according to data I keyed in and just keeps me in track. I have options for music or not, intensity or to stop and RE-start. I’m sharing it today with a friend. The weight I have lost while using it has stayed off. It’s slow going for me; it has to be right now but it coming off and staying off and I’m feeling better everyday.

Loving this app!. I am a busy mom who does not have a lot of time to work out. This app gives me short, doable but effective workouts to to do that fit my schedule. One thing is that I wish they gave instructions for the next exercise during the 10 second break between each exercise. And if there is a chair needed for the exercise tell me that before I start the workout so I have it available. Otherwise... really truly loving it. It’s becoming a staple app for me!

Great Work Out Planning. This App has both free and paid options. The free usage has ads, and still allows the user to plan a basic routine for target goal. Individual daily workouts cannot be adjusted in the free version. You have access to view all the different exercises, with guided video instruction, within the app - each daily workout selects a different routine of exercises so it’s not the same boring routine every day. It appears that you can customize your own routines in the paid version, which is not a very expensive subscription fee. I will probably subscribe for a year once I have tried it for a while and see how it works for me. I like that I can still use the app in a basic capacity in the free version. It does not force you to use a trial version only for limited time before having to purchase to continue having access to use the app.

More likely to cause injury. As a former professional athlete, I was looking for something to get me back in shape without going back to the gym. Out of the first 7 exercises it showed me on the "beginner" setting, 3 of them were exercises that my doctor and personal trainer told me were more likely to injure someone who is out of shape, than they are to have any lasting benefit. No thank you. I'm in my 30's and would like to hold onto my joint health rather than going for a quick fix. I'll try another program for cardio and strength training. I just feel bad for anyone who thinks this will improve their overall health. You may drop a few pounds quick this way, but racing for an injury is the quickest way to put that weight right back on.

Needs work. I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt like it was needed before anyone wastes money on this app. Concerns: Adaptability.. I have been using this since November, the hit workout get your heartrate up prettty great, but they are lacking in making any changes. For example: some of exercise I couldn’t do for minute because of an injury and it wasn’t easy to make changes to the workouts. Length- some days I had extra time and would have like to be able to add an additional workout, it was not really great for changing the workouts. Unless you wanted to do one workout at time which defeats the purpose of a HIT workout.. Trouble area- most people have more then one trouble area they want to work on. You can only work on one at a time which for me I switched each week which wasn’t the best way to target those areas. Positives- I really like the workouts my heart rate was up and I did feel better after each one. The app how ever needs some work.

Good but the ads are obnoxious. I’ve only used this for a day so far. I’m beyond out of shape and the first 6 minute workout had be dripping sweat. The workouts weren’t impossible to do and were within my capabilities. With that being said, the ads are beyond annoying. There should be an option to pay a one time fee to get rid of the ads. There’s constant pop ups pushing their premium plan which is a monthly fee. No thanks. I’ll keep trying this for a few months but if that doesn’t change, I won’t be keeping the app.

Frustrated. The rest period between exercises isn’t long enough to get into position for the next exercise. I am physically incapable of doing some of the exercises and skip them every workout, but they keep coming up in my workouts anyway, and I end up not getting a full workout because there’s nothing to replace the skipped exercises. I use a different app for hydration logging, and this app can’t read hydration data from Apple Health, only write it. You can only choose 1 “problem area” of muscles for the workouts to focus on, which is an issue as I’m generally out of shape and need to work on all of my muscle groups, and don’t know when or if I should change my “problem area” in my personal settings. I expected a more customizable plan when I paid for premium and that’s not what I’m getting.

Feedback. It would be nice to edit things. I did a workout outside of the app, and it would have been nice to show that I did a workout even though I skipped my 10 min app workout (it was a hike so definitely bigger workout). My watch could show the results too. And to edit things like water intake. I forget to update my water at the end of the day, so I lose my streak or to show that I’m meeting goals, but I’m really on track. 🥴🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Great app though, love the work outs, how it’s setup, etc.

Misleading about costs. If you’re going to charge people to use the app, you should at least put the minimum amount somewhere so people know they’ll ultimately HAVE to pay to use the app before they download it. I didn’t even make it through the 4-step set up before it was asking me to put in financial information so it could charge me the second the trial ended. Nope. It doesn’t even mention a 7-day free trial in the description of the app! The only way you find out about it is by downloading the app and starting the setup process. There’s plenty of other free versions of the same sort of app available. Since weight loss and strength training are only as effective as a individuals determination to stick with it, might as well use an app that’s upfront about their fees. You should either consider extending the trial to one month, or offer a “slimmed down” (no pun intended) free version.

Cheated. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before allowing this app to charge me the Premium fee. It’s not premium. Whilst the exercise program might be ok it has some basic standard features missing. You cannot synch across devices. This should be a ‘given’. There is also no option to reset password. Again a basic feature that is expected in any online account. Too expensive for what you get.

Satisfied body. At first I though, the 15 minute workouts wouldn't be enough to make changes to my chunky build. After signing up, I did my first workout and was very surprised. I was dripping with sweat. I went premium too as I need support with my eating habits, this app is great if you go premium. This app is perfect for me to fit in when I get home from work each night, after cooking the kids dinner, the workouts are enough to make you sweat but not take up your whole night. I think a stretch session should be added to the end of the workouts however.

Not flexible enough. I have problem with lower back and would be better if this app can provide alternative exercises for low impact for example instead of tuck jump which is not good for lower back it should have alternative options to section.

Incredible. This app is wonderful for people of all fitness levels and motivation. Working towards the achievements, I have learnt so many new exercises and routines, only sacrificing 6 minutes a day! The workout is different everyday, with the option of feedback to modify future workouts, and you get badges and praise which make you feel great, boosting self esteem and motivation to continue. Another amazing feature are the videos and narration for each exercise, which you can watch ad listen too, instead of just being told what you’re supposed to do. Oh, and the best part is... it’s all free! Unless you want extra features such as water tracking and simple tracking bonuses, you don’t have to spend a single cent on creating a healthier lifestyle! One request to add to the app are different exercise types. The current exercises are great, but it would be great if the app could add extra training areas such as gym equipment and hiking/running! If you’re considering downloading this app, I would definitely recommend it for you, even if you don’t think you can keep up a regular pattern. Thank you, and have a good day!

I’m a bit annoyed sorry. So this is with all apps so you guys aren’t the only people getting a review like this, how come we have to pay like $10 (im not sure the exact amount) a month to do a 25 min workout? Like at a gym that’s normal cause they have to pay the electricians pay workers etc. like I want to stay fit but I’m not very aware of what type of workouts help certain parts of your body so I downloaded this to understand what I was doing for certain games parts of my body do I really need to pay for that? Sorry I had to give such a bad review.

Very misleading.. This is not a free app. The description on the app states it is free and you’ll only need a subscription if you want personalised plans. Well you can’t access anything without a subscription. Before you reply like you have on other comments that are similar to mine saying you mean it’s free to download, check your description. You clearly state it’s free to access exercises.

Fitness. I love this app it helps me keep on track and I don’t have to go anywhere to do my exercises and it is free I also like it because I can do my homework and not worry about having to go to a gym I think that if you are someone that wants to be fit and healthy but not have to pay money to go to a gym then you will definitely want to get this app this app also has someone talking to you and someone doing the exact same exercises but instead they are teaching you how to do the exercises.

Not happy with this app.. I did the free trial and then this app started charging me for the premium account. I didn’t even register for the program. When I try to cancel the payments, there is nowhere on the app for me to cancel it and even when I have an internet connection it does not allow me to access the support section of this app. Really not impressed and I can’t find a way to end the subscription.

I love this app it has everything it’s cheap and you get your meals laid out for the day it tells you how many calories it was in each meal and a step to step instruction, your work is planed and it is scheduled around your life and tells you when to drink water. It keeps track of your weight

Burnt Belly. Fitness was awesome! Loved how they instructed us how to do the exercises when don’t know how to. I lost weight in a month, and went to average ‘high school girl weight!’ After losing weight, I changed my goal to getting stronger. Now, I have abs! Though, it sucked that, to get all the good features of the app, you had to get the premium.

Fine print problem?. I didn't hit sign up as I read the fine print about automatic renewal after 7 days and it will be billed to iTunes account...however as soon as I pressed back to opt out it said, start your workout? I never agreed to this so what's going on here please? I will not be paying anything as I didn't sign up for anything.

Unhappy with the cost of this app. The idea of this app sounds great....personalised training and support but it does not deliver. For a VERY large cost, all you get is the usual exercises with very little variation and no support. Although I appeared to be logged in and registering my workout (to track progress), the app then asked you to re-log in after every session to track your progress. Very unhappy. Do not pay $90 for this!

I love this app! 😎😍. I love this app, it motivates me to push myself so I can reach my goals, it narrates every step of the process, making it easier to follow. A great feature is that it changes your training plan if you’ve missed a day, so you don’t have to stress. This is an amazing app and I would definitely recommend it, it’s free so no - one has to worry about money if they want to get in shape. One suggestion I DO have however, every time I go into the app, it offers subscriptions that I have to pay money for, it’s a small point but it gets annoying when a message CONSTANTLY pops up offering extras. Please update your app. I downloaded the app and then tried to set everything up but it wouldn’t let me through because “you have to be at least 16 years old to use this app”. i’m annoyed by this because you don’t have to be 16 years old to be fit. that’s just dumb there shouldn’t be an age limit to be healthy

Pleasantly surprised. A wealth of information. Meal plans are super tasty. Easy to use app, which takes out any frustration. Certainly hit the ground running so to speak.

WORST APP EVER!. I downloaded this app and paid for the subscription. Once I paid, it got stuck on the congratulations message without taking me to the actual feature of the app. I kept refreshing, closing and opening the app hoping it would let me use it but even if I press the “continue” button, nothing happened. I paid for the app that I didn’t even had the chance to use. What a scam!

Degrading. This isn’t so much about the app as it is about the emoticon type things you can use in messages. There are several characters that are degrading and frankly disgusting. A skelton with a thumbs up, a person throwing bacon over a cliff, and another crying with the words “I’m still fat” over it’s head are hardly ways to make people feel better about themselves. This plays into the media’s views that if you’re skinny, you’re beautiful which is an appalling message to send people. It would ultimately be better for everyone if they were taken down and replaced with positive more encouraging emoticons.

Just started this app. You have to download the app and then all the video exercises but you can do it in one big go. When doing the exercises they call out and describe the ones you do on the floor and can’t see the phone. So far enjoying it. 🙌🏻

Bad app. Got the app, then found out only months later that money has been automatically going out without me realising; no notifications or confirmations, and no telling how long this has been happening for. Feels like i’ve been scammed. Do not recommend.

Love it. I usually have to go through talk the apps and find on that will help me lose weight. But all of them you have to pay. This one you don’t. I fell much fitter and healthier on my 1st day. I highly recommend it. You also get to choose the areas you work on, meal plans. There are some subscriptions for water and other stuff. But otherwise a great app. And for me I drink a lot of water everyday so I don’t need it. Love the app again. 5/5 There is one problem with it though it says it is for ages 4+ so when I went to type in my age it said you have to be 16+.

Exercises are fun. I try to do all of them but some I can't because of my back problems. But I enjoy doing them. If I was perfectly fit they would be fantastic

My review. At first it was sooooo hard after about 2 weeks I got in the hang of it. It gets harder and harder but it’s worth it and I mean I stopped for a while but I’m going to start again

SCAM!. After downloading and signing up for the 7 day trial I realised there wasn’t much I could do until I purchase the premium option. Just came here to say that I was about to download the app, but then saw all the very consistent negative comments about being sucked in to a plan and having great difficulty unsubscribing - and decided not to download. Just in case you were wondering if this is affecting people’s perception of your app, it is.

Great App. I love this. It keeps me motivated. It has a variety of exercises and I just modify the ones with jumping to suit my knees. I don't have premium as I am waiting to see the results first.

Do not use this app if you want a personalized program. While this app might help those who are young, uninjured, and not really need personalized help because of these issues - for those who are it is false advertising. I contacted their health team and asked for personalization to low impact a d was told “We don’t really do that. Just do the ones you can.” Personally in my eyes I have wasted money and been ripped off because I picked this app over others because ads said it WAS personalised.

Upgrade to premium. Good app, enjoying the program. It’s making it much easier for me to exercise as it reminds me to weigh myself and that I have to workout today. Upgrade to premium for a better workout.

Excerises not for senior beginners. I would have found these exercises difficult to start with when I was younger and not over weight! Most of these exercises are high impact on knees and joints! I’d do good doing the one exercise on a stair let alone stepping up on a chair! The add shows easy exercises that sucked me in thinking these were good start up exercises only to have boot camp exercises in my plan! I totally wasted my money because I can’t do the exercises assigned to me!

Too much jumping around for me. To much for beginner over 60 18 pounds overweight, far too much jumping for me, I find that hard on my heart. I was looking for more floor routine to help stretch and harden stomach muscles

Miss leading. It’s advertised as a free trial but when I downloaded it it was just a free trial. After signing up for the free trial and the free trial was over it automatically changed my credit card for 6 months without my authorization.

Not free. There is no way to use this app without paying for a subscription, which is understandable for most fitness apps.

More Individualizations Needed. The same exercises repeated over and over. It is getting boring and I can’t do half of them because of a weak knee. Thought it would be more individualized and give me the chance to opt out of exercises that don’t work for me but it doesn’t.

Great but cross device account would be better. Loving the app so far, but I use it on my iPad as well, bigger screen to see workouts. Being able to create an account that will sync across devices would be better, my phone says I missed my workout, my iPad says I miss my water intake and whatnot.

Good app. Wish they had slight modifications for this level such as I’d someone is having slight problem with knees but wants this intensity. The jumps may be just a bit too much or the mountain climber may be too much. They don’t need a different level but maybe a modification

Unhealthy achievements. There should be achievements and rewards for losing each kg up ago 20 kg. This can promote eating disorders and i find it unhealthy

NOT FREE. sponsored ad, was not as advertised, isn’t free. don’t waste your time downloading and filling it out unless you plan to pay the monthly fee

It's amazing. It's very easy and fun and exciting you can have lots of fun and energetic energy you don't even have to pay 😃. And if you want to have more workouts than you have to pay but it gives you around 7 minutes a day to exercise and it tells you how many calories you lost 😁

Too expensive. For few training videos and tips they charge $13 a month. They should have integrated diet plan with workout plan. And I don’t see much algorithm or any relevant push notifications. It’s a rip off for a small app like this.

Be up-front about cost. Maybe it’s a great app, but I’ll never know because the whole thing is paid. Just charge for downloading. If anything was free to try, then I’d see and maybe subscribe as it looked neat, but…nope.

There are better apps out there that are actually free to try. Don’t waste your money, it would be okay if it actually had a “free to try out” option but I’m not putting in my credit card information….. not that dumb :p I see so many comments saying people are unable to get their money back or cancel their subscription. Definitely get a different app

Fitness guru. I stumbled across this app and am extremely happy I did, I love how it gradually works to at different levels, I’ve completed this 60 day challenge 3 times and am going strong.

Don’t know!. This app has very good workouts that are fun and tailored to you but if you want motivation this is not the app for you! If you are even slightly overweight the app keeps calling you fatty and different mean names and telling you that you need to work out more often. I’m 5’8 and 145 pounds which is not by any means fat but maybe a little overweight! I actually stopped using it after the 7th time it told me no one would want me! That is not the way to get motivated! There are a lot better apps out there that will motivate you and help you lose weight without making you feel bad about yourself!

So easy and effective. Love how the sessions are grouped . Starts with a row of short sessions to ease you in. It was not hard, so I started doing them twice a day until the sessions became longer. If you add a nice long walk or even short jog outside to your daily routine - the result is right away - I stopped gaining weight and lost 3 pounds in 1 month. Feel good and energetic too.

I like the app but…. I like the app. Its been very useful and helpful for an easy quick workout routine, helpful water reminders and even dietary options if desired. But… I wish there was a way to remove certain exercises. There are some I can’t do because of an old injury and they keep showing up in my routine. I have to skip them (which is an option) but then im getting less exercises per session and the app still thinks i did that one anyway.

J’adore cette application. Ça commence en douceur et l’intensité des exercices monte graduellement. J’aime vraiment la façon donc ça fonctionne. Je suis les mouvements de la fille sur les vidéos .Une sonnerie bien pratique nous avise quand c est la pause, comme ça on a pas besoin de ce viré la tête au risque de ce blesser pour savoir si c est fini. Les idées de repas sont super aussi. J’ ai commencé sous peux et j’ai déjà 5 lbs de perdu. Très satisfaite, le prix en vaut la peine, je vais renouveler mon abonnement c’est certain. Merci 😊👍

Is it free?. I really dislike an app when it asks you to give out your credit card info for a trial, cuz they usually automatically make you pay unless you remembered to cancel!

Good motivation. Ok - I gave it five stars because it hits all the right notes. It has easy and quick exercises that you can do then at home without any equipment. The notifications are helpful. I like that you can track water but a calorie counter would be nice too. I don’t find much difference in paying vs free except that you get more exercises per day and in general. I would recommend it to someone struggling with weight and who is lazy. Both of which are me. Down three lbs. we shall see!

Age and ability. I like the app however it does not take into consideration of a person’s age and capabilities due .. you could consider modify exercises as an option in the future !

Useless. Goes through the usual “who are you and what do you weigh”, then gets stuck. There’s a question, “what do you want to pay?” But my answer isn’t shown and there’s no option to skip.

Cool app. I just finished day one and was going to upload a picture of my progress as the app offers. But I went to do the heart rate first which closed the whole menu and didn’t allow me to go back and upload a picture. Any way to go back?

Different than before... I used this back in 2020 and it worked really well! I was exercising regularly with it and I felt better :). But, it used to be free, now you can use it free and that’s discouraging and a little disappointed to come back to, I do understand why you would change it but I miss it. :/

I LOVE THIS APP. I’ve struggled with my weight all my life but I also hate working out. This app is so easy to use and easy to do. They are short work outs that make a big difference. Along with healthy choices, I’ve used this app and have lost 6 pounds so far. Super easy to work into a busy schedule!!! 100% recommend

Love it!. I rarely ever workout but lately I have been feeling I should so I decided to download an app because I didn’t think I was doing it right by myself and I found this exhausting but that is only because this is my first day! I love this app and I can’t wait to do this everyday!

My progress. This app really shows how hard you need to work to work on certain things. There’s a lot of difficult task but you should have the great mindset for it and even though it’s my first day it got me motivated to keep going.

Needs synchronization. I really enjoy using this app and have noticed a difference in my body within the last month of using it. I wish I could synchronize workouts between my phone and my iPad to choose the device that is closest to me when I am ready to do my workout. Hope this feature is implemented soon.

A fun way to change my routine.. I love that this app breaks up my work outs and reminds me about my water intake. It makes the small work outs fun. My heart rate was up and it was a work out- but not too much to disrupt my work day. I am really enjoying this!! The achievements make me feel proud each time I complete one.

Awesome app. Although it keeps asking you to sign up for the premium every second it is an amazing app I have gotten so much healthier than most apps this app also cares of how you feel they let you change your difficulty level through out!!!!! You better be really fit when you try this. I use Apple Watch routines am in my 60s and said I was a beginner. The work out this app just put me through was an advanced workout out with no mention of adaptation and no regard for my input. Seriously. I wish there were a free trial so I could have determined this before buying. Update. I have tried lowering level and it just gets worse. I have canceled subscription but have access for the month. Only purchase this if you are really athletic and need a push.

Amazing. I’m only 14 and I was always over weight and close 200 lbs but when I relized I had to get myself together I downloaded this app and I started seeing changes in 2 months when I realized the change I was happy. Now you can catch me with a six pack😎.this app changed my life😁

Great app!!. I love this app. I’m actually excited to work out knowing the duration is what I can handle. It doesn’t have me doing things that I can’t do which makes it nice to look forward too. However it would be nice if it gave you an intro to what the exercise is before it starts timing you and walking you through what to do. Other then that two thumbs up!

No more music or warm up’s?. On my Google pixel, there were warm-ups before the workout and cool downs afterwards. On my iPhone, I never received a warm-up even though I selected to be able to on the menu rarely do I get cool downs and they are always cut short. I can’t even use the option on my iPhone to play the songs that are in this app, this app used to be good, but I don’t think I’ll be continuing my subscription

AMAZING APP! MUST DOWNLOAD!. I’ve struggled with exercising and eight issues because exercising becomes too boring for me, but this app has new workouts almost every day and are quick to do. It’s helped a lot with my stamina and my weight. I seriously recommend it. It’s an amazing free app and I can’t believe more people aren’t talking about this.

THE USE OF THIS APP IS NOT FREE!. Another tricky app. Downloading is free, but once you open the app it directly asks you to select a plan and do the payment. I mean without seeing what this app is offering why would I make a purchase? There is a 7 day free trial I get it, why would I start it without knowing what it’s offering? After seeing the content maybe I’ll just delete the app without even starting the trial? Totally useless, wrong marketing. I do not recommend this app unless you want to spend real money on an app right away.

My exercise. I have been exercising mainly by walking 2:1/2 or more miles per day. I love this but the weather doesn’t always cooperate. I also need the cardio for other parts of my body like my arms, chest and back. It isn’t real safe to go to the gym so these exercises are great for in my home!

Premium Membership!. I really like this app because it’s so user friendly and really works (if you let it)! I would definitely recommend this app. I am giving it four stars because I would love to have something with diet incorporated into the system settings, maybe printing capabilities or something that gives me a daily summary in a different view. Overall, really great job @ app developers!

Review. Wish it had a calorie counter and meal prep ideas along with the exercise aspect all in one app but, this is really good for the exercise helps to remind you when to do it as all as provide someone there to motivate you also all the work out are affective and can be done anywhere you wish. I like how it pics the work outs for you and reminds you to weight in and out picture off. really motivating

Love the beginners process. Why this is only my third day using this App I’m already in love with it. They start you off slow to get you use to working out then gradually increase work out plans. Also everything your doing you can do at home and no equipment is needed.

Great. It’s a little hard for me to commit to the app since I’m not a big fitness person, however it’s a great app. It has great work outs and drills that help me loose weight. One great thing about it is that the work outs are short but give me a nice sweat. Also, I can eat whatever I want and loose weight after! Dive Stars definitely!🏃‍♀️

Single mom with limited time.. I’m home all Time with no help and I love my baby I just need me time, this program makes it perfect! Short bursts of energy with tiny breaks and then your done! It’s perfect for a mom who has a great many things to accomplish in only one day. This fits in perfectly!!! Get your body back by trying this or and healthy ,drinks lots of water and you will start to look so amazing , you will!

I love it!. Such a great workout to start every morning. It’s quick, intense and just enough to get your heart rate up and morning started. I was very disappointed to have completed the 60 days and because it was such a part of my daily routine. Hoping my to find a very similar workout to continue with.

Great variety. I enjoy the workouts and the variety of workouts they select on different days. While I still go to the gym this app helps me learn new ways to workout. Getting me out of the same rotations my body is used to. I do wish you could sync this app onto another device. Can be difficult to see on a little screen 🙃

Really Great! But would love one more feature. I love this app! It was hard to justify NOT going premium. The workouts are easy to follow, it’s way cheaper than a gym, and the music mixes are pretty sweet! The one feature I wish would be added is the selection of the trouble zone - I would really to do a mix of legs/arms but can’t figure out If that can be done. If it can, I’ll gladly change to five stars because I love everything else about this app!!!

Zero stars. This app is very misleading, especially with the premium option. After the trial, it's NOT monthly. They charge you $42 for a full year with no warning and then when you contact customer service, they repeatedly send you the same automated message saying that "the subscription auto renews and you must cancel it thru iTunes". They will not refund you or cancel it for you. You have to go thru iTunes but thankfully they're much more reputable than this shady app & refunded me with no issues. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THIS APP IS CHARGING YOU.

awesome!!. absolutely love this app. It’s able to track my weight and has a workout schedule already made for me. I do wish that I could have all the things that the premium part has but not for $10/month😉 other than that I definitely recommend this app!!!

A little to hard for Beginners with injuries. I had a back injury a few years ago & these exercises are little too hard for me even at the beginner’s level. But I love the app though. And the personal trainer went a little too fast for me. This app would be great for people who are already in shape or use to an exercise routine. It’s was just too much for me. If I keep using this app I would end in the hospital.

Good app but a few flaws. Love the exercises and the app. Just wish there was a quick start button after last exercise to start the next module if there’s more than one set that day. Also with that, wish the music would start up where I left off when doing more than one set so I don’t have to keep forwarding the music back to where I ended. Those are my only two complaints thus far. Thanks!

Great Qualities. I especially love this app and hope to sponsor it one day lol! But this app is very good for teens and preteens I am a preteen myself using this app! I even shared it with my friend and we are gonna lose weight together because we are kinda fat now after quarantine haha. Easy to Use and Great exercises. My husband and I decided to start a 30lbs in 30 days challenge on March 20th. I downloaded this as an easy way to get some simple exercises into my VERY busy business owner and mom life. So far very happy with this exercise app. The exercises and explained well and times are easy to complete the whole workout. The added benefit of weight tracking, water reminders, and meal plans make it extra helpful. I have t explored all the additional tips and ideas yet but there is a lot. Very happy overall.

Timing. Just downloaded this app i love everything about it so far The only thing I’m a little bit confused and concerned about is there’s no specific time for the workout or each exercise like let’s say I’m doing planks i think it should say how long i have to dk these planks or how many rips and round for half burpees or jumping jacks I need the timing with every exercise that would make it easier I think.

So far so good!. I just got the app and I’m younger but already loving the results this is my third day and I’m down two pounds! If you’re serious about this I recommend this app it allows you to rest in between workouts and adjusts to your body language! Hey I can’t afford premium but this is working out great so far:))

Im sure its good but feel decieved. I am pretty disappointed. I clicked on the ad because it showed a girl doing exercise's all while laying down on the bed and floor and using a wall. I am physically limited on what i can do and all the exercises will not work for me with my limitations. Since you have to order before they show all this, i felt taken advantage of, the exercises were nothing like the advertisement a total waist of money for me.

Absolutely Reccomend. This is the perfect app for me. I was looking to get back into the habit of working out without breaking the bank or losing time. I do 2 or 3 workouts daily AT WORK and go right back to my desk. My energy is up and my legs look great! I pay for the app but $40 a year is WAY cheaper than a gym.

AMAZING. This app along with its sister running app are INCREDIBLE! The premium is definitely worth it and the music is everything I wanted plus more. This app along with the running app has saved me so much money bc now I don’t have to go to Orangetheory or CrossFit or any group classes to get the same effective workout with the music! JUST wow. I've been using this app this week and it's perfect for me. I have joint issues and this app customizes workouts according to your strengths and endurance and I think it's absolutely amazing. The workouts are fun and not long since I don't have the stamina I should have. I absolutely love love love this app. No complains. Bad. The only reason I think it’s bad is because at first I didn’t know that you had to pay the subscription fee (I just didn’t know that you had to pay). I was so excited to finally start losing weight and getting more fit. I’ve been very self conscious and have VERY low self esteem about my body, and I was pumped to start changing. Well, now, I’m not and I’m back to the state where I’m very sad about how my body looks and I’m afraid it actually may lead to depression. I’m still looking for more apps out there that are free. ☹️

$$$. I have just finished my 7 day free trial and as much as I love this app and have noticed such a huge difference I can no longer use it. Being a full time college student income doesn't happen so I can't afford to spend money on an app when I barely have any now. You guys should think about having some sort of student program where if we have proof of being a student we get 6 months free like several other companies and apps! Helping students like me would make me use this more!

Workouts. I’ve been using this app for almost two weeks. It keeps me motivated and helps me stay on track. The water intake goal is huge for me and with this app I have been able to hit the goal everyday.

Get this app NOW!. I can fit these workouts into the nooks and crannies of my day! I travel frequently with my job, & this travels with me. I’m sore, but not so sore that I can’t function. I’ve never been this excited about working out! It’s completely tailored to MY problem areas and MY needs. I’ll adjust my goals as I increase my abilities and gains. 2 week free trial...sign up!! Great workout. I use these in addition to my other workouts. There are some things I’ve never done and I love the variety. Another really nice feature is if you miss a workout it adjusts. I get stressed and try to fit extras in to catch up. So not having to do that is wonderful

It is great but.... I seriously love this app. It is like you have a personal trainer right at home and it makes it easy.. One thing I really wish I could do on the app is set some goals... Right now I have everything set for weight loss, but it would be nice to set a goal saying how much I want to lose. Other than that, I think this app is just incredible.

Why do I have to download the workouts??. I have been using this app for a while now and I love it, however today I started to become very frustrated with it. I do not have a lot of available storage on my phone and it will not let me access my workouts without having to download them first. I have never come across this issue. I want to be able stream the workouts without having to download them and taking up valuable storage on my phone. I might have to cancel my subscription if this issue continues.

Home fitness for weight loss. So far I love this app. It’s quick. I do it in the privacy of my living room. It’s a jump start to my day. Helps me make better eating choices all day. Reminds me to drink water. It’s also not the same exercise every day. For the monthly price it is well worth it.

Weight loss. I was up 112.6 and after working out with this app I Wade 112.0 I think it’s making a big improvement what I’ve been losing and I weighed myself today after my final work out and I weighed 112.0 and that’s what made me happy and smile so much I can’t wait to use this app so much more to lose so much more weight

Why I like this app. This is a perfect app to start losing weight and control what you do every day with exercising eating drinking this is my number one favorite out to be on when I’m exercisingAnd instead of going to the gym I started here because nobody is judging you or these are not long work out I am glad that they are small someday I’m going to end up going to the gym and not liking it because is not like here on this app

Sweating!. I mean.... the app really good gets your heart pumping and and your body sweating a lot Pro. The cool thing is if you are not satisfied with your workout you can do other workouts. But it can only be your Previous workouts. Though it do unlock some new exercises every day sometimes.. esh Con. He woman who is demonstrating is creepy cause she is smiling the WHOLE 2-15 minute workout and I workout every day with eyes Closed. Plus I am in the basement... soooo... yeah

Low impact options. I love the overall design but I wish it had a list of low impact exercise options that you can substitute. I have bad knees and my doctor recommended low impact exercise. I had to research on line for substitutes for the portions of the work out I couldn’t do. It would be nice if they were already in the app exercise list.

Bad Advertisement. The reason I’m giving this app 1 star is because when you look at apps in the App Store it will tell you under the download button “In App Purchases”. This one doesn’t, but when you download it and fill out the questionnaire like “gender, age, height, current weight, etc” it takes you immediately to a screen for your weight loss plan of which you have to buy. It would be nice to know I’d have to buy the plan before I’d downloaded the app. I’d recommend at least adding the “in app purchase” so people are aware they’d need to buy their plans.

Not what I thought. I thought this was a completely free app but once I put all my physical info it asked for payment(s). Would like for it to be more upfront. For my fat loss journey though it said it would only take about 4 weeks which is pretty cool and not what I expected in a positive way.
