Like it so far, other than wished during the break it gave you an example of your next exercise. That way you would be ready than it explaining it during the time!
This is app is really great & very helpful
The older version of this app was so awesome! I lost 8 pounds using it daily for about 7 weeks. This version is a huge let down. The workout intervals increased from 30 seconds to 50 seconds which is a huge difference! As a result, there are fewer exercises in a workout and you have to do them longer so I find myself getting bored and not doing it every day. The older version was great because it was a quick rotation of different exercises to keep me motivated and coming back every day. Plus they eliminated many of the exercises that focused on specific parts of the body, such as push-up variations and ab work, now it's mostly general cardio which is not what I'm looking for. Plus if you don't pay the MONSTROUS $40! For the upgraded version, this app barely helps at all. SO BUMMED! Bring back the old version!
I've been following the app everyday for 2 weeks and it works I'm seeing results!
Love this app. It makes it easy to work out. If you missed a couple of workouts it will adjust so that your are back on track. I also love how it tracks your progress and weight loss and will adjust accordingly
