Constant issues. After purchasing a year subscription (Jan 2018)this app is still failing to work. Installing and reinstalling several times & I still have issues of the app not tracking or use of the additional options. Called & emailed several times however the issues still exist. I’ve asked for a refund several times as well. I now have tried to use this app over 2 months now and it completely no longer works. There’s no tracking what so ever. I have still tried installing and uninstalling with no avail.

This app gives me a peace of mind.. I lose things all the time and it's hard to find my phone without my phone. I ask my brother to locate it by using this app.

Has potential, but.... I called the support number several times because of glitchy issues. Never have spoken to a person. The system keeps me on hold listening to beeps and promises that someone will be with me shortly, but in the end tells me to contact them via email and hangs up on me. So l sent an email, and still haven't been contacted back. As for the glitchy issues, the app has my child's phone going all over town when it's actually sitting right next to me. I have some ideas about this, but someone from Kidgy support would actually have to speak with me to see about resolving this. As it is, the tracking feature is useless for me. I also am having trouble changing the geofences. I like some of the features, and l see potential in improving things, but as it is right now, don't get the expensive plan.

Not user friendly or functional. It doesn’t seem to track anything unless I log into my child’s phone everyday. Isn’t the whole purpose tracking so that I don’t have access to the phone. And then it will give me 1 location or locations every 15 min then stop abruptly. I went to the website to email customer support and I received a reply that the email doesn’t exist anymore. I spent $70 for a terrible app.

Nope. FYI: I’ve never had this happen on a pay-in-app download, but I did nothing any different than I normally would. 7 free day trial, when downloaded, it immediately charged for a year subscription ($74) without even setting up passwords or knowing what the app cost. I use a separate pre-paid card so as not to have any mishaps, it was of course denied, considered lucky and I canceled this supposed subscription and deleted the app. It later managed to bypass it and simply move on to the next form of payment without permission. Two days later I caught it. Apple got me refunded, but it was hours of discovery and two more days of wait time for a response, still waiting for the cash to hit my account. It could be my fault I guess, unless I repeat the process, we’ll never know. Simply put, its not anything I’ve ever had happen before...just have to make sure to take out any back-up payment options, until I find the issue.

Review. This app is great. My hubby is an over the road trucker it helps us to keep track one another and our son to make sure he is where he is supposed to be..

Nice. Great and simple way to monitor your child's activities, apps and location. Notifies you instantly when violations occur. Let your children know that they are been monitored and discuss the reasons. It's for their safety!

Warning - subscriptions not working- Do not buy!. Th free features are ok, easy to setup and looks well developed so you feel like the paid features must be worth paying for a subscription. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy the subscription. It has been over three days and my paid features still don’t show up, the parent phone is still showing free features only. The support number does not ring(calls are dropped), after emailing support they emailed me back three days later saying they had fixed the issue with your subscription. Sorry, but it is still not working. I have on numerous occasions restarted the phones, uninstalled and reinstalled the Apps on both child and parent device, same issue... Until my issue with this app is addressed, I must warn others to avoid the paid subscription.

Good app but have some suggestions. I like the tracking feature of this app but wish there was an option to let the app know your child is with you so you don’t keep getting the notifications that the phone has moved or hasn’t. There also needs to more control settings on the notifications as well. You should be able to choose if you want notifications every five minutes or more length in between.

Not for iPhone. The application’s functionalities are limited for the IPhone. If you are an iPhone user, this app is basically a paid version of an app Apple already provides. You will not be able to monitor texts, phone calls, or apps. Also, the location services and geo fencing are very delayed and inaccurate for us.

Very helpful. My family relies on this app daily. We keep track of our kids, make shopping lists, and even find lost phones.

Cool. After months of evaluating many parenting apps, I put my money to this apps being the most "stable" of all. Many other apps can get by pass due to many reasons, which kids normally find out the way within days. I like it.

Would give it a zero. I purchased this app and then discovered it does not offer all that was stated in the ad. I cannot check my sons messages and I cannot limit internet usage. The internet usage was my main reason for purchasing. I called the company 6x and never got an answer, it would just ring and ring and then hang up. I emailed about my frustration and requested a refund and did not get a response. Mind you I paid for three months, which was my mistake, but I had the app for a total of 6 hrs before requesting a refund. Bad app and no customer support services.

Not doing what’s supposed to do.... This appl is not doing whats supposed or stated to do. I’m testing it on my sons device and one of the things I just did is delete the appl from his phone and I didn’t even get a notification, alert or text informing me that the appl was deleted from his phone. I send a few messages, I browsed the web, made phone calls from his phone...didn’t see them on my (parent phone) However, I was efficiently notified of the subscription. I need a full refund ASAP.

Best i've ever used.. I am both highly impressed and thankful for the accuracy of this app. I had a situation where my daughter mistakenly took the wrong bus home from school and before she even knew it I was able to track her down since the app tracks movement in near real time.

Location/messages. I have had this app for about 10 months It’s not reliable at all to track my child at random times. The panic button doesn’t make a sound or flash on my screen to alert of my child is in danger. Also the texts monitoring will work for a couple days then it loses connection collecting data. I have to unlink my child’s device quite often. Not worth paying!

Question. Does the other person that I want to track needs to have this app and needs to invite them?

Cancelling Kidgy. I was hoping this would be the ideal app for me to use with my two kids, unfortunately, I will spend more money to try something else. It never worked properly under location. It did not allow me to use certain features advertised as part of the app. I too tried calling and got disconnected. However, a rep did reply email. I don’t consider good customer service when I have to wait 24 hours on response to each question. Was not a favorable experience.

Glitchy and sync failures. The app is okay…… WHEN OT WORKS. Parent/child phones never stay synced. Child phone indicates the phone is still at home when I know it is not. It most cases I have to delete and the links in both phones before the apps communicate together. If the child is already out and they are not communicating serves no useful purpose.

SMS Tracker. I like the app so far but I downloaded it for SMS tracker and can’t find it on the app. I called and got sent to voicemail and I emailed and never heard back. It would be better if the had some instructions on how to track your kids text messages.

Useless. I bought three months, only to find out you cannot monitor texts and GPS. If you setup family sharing and “find my iPhone” you get GPS free anyhow so no biggie there, but no text monitoring? It’s not available on iPhone. Wow. So what did I pay for? The contact list. Who cares about the contact list? Tried to get a refund but the process doesn’t seem to work with this app through App Store so I wasted the money. Oh well lesson learned.

Fine my phone or pay for everything?!. Marketed as a find my iPhone app, yet the features are clearly more geared to stalking your loved ones and you get a trivial trial, then praying you forget about it so they can charge you 70 bucks. Try again and you just irritated me so badly with that farce that I’ll never try your services and I hope other people don’t either

Unable to cancel my subscription. I inadvertently paid for a subscription and have been trying to cancel but have not been able to figure out how to cancel it. I tried to do it in settings as instructed, with no success; I tried calling Apple go and followed the instructions with no success. How can I cancel and get a refund?

Great. A Must for Every Parent! This app is amazing. It let's you monitor your family members in real time and know when they leave home/school. It will also let you see all of their text messages and call log. COOL 👍

Great system. I got this app for me and my son because he had a seizure at home alone. With the app I don't have to call and check on him as often -- which makes him happy. I can see his activity and know he is ok. It has been a great stress reliever for me. I also don't text if I can see he is driving.

SCAM...TOTAL SCAM. I have downloaded the app and linked my child’s phone. When I realized that a subscription was required to access all of the features, I paid for a subscription. I still do not have access to the features I paid for. I tried to call the number they list...it doesn’t work. I am disputing the subscription purchase and filing a complaint against the company.

The owner of this app is so foolish.. Only people that aren’t sure of their app or sites add payment method to their apps, your app is not legit at all even after payment, all others fake gps location with no charges is very preferable that your useless app, no wonder you add payment method so you can have your profit if the person is able to use it or not 😅😂 You think that’s wiseness ? Military Mom Approved!. Being a military family there are many times where you cannot speak to your Soldier. This app allows you to know where they are, when they're phone is on, and know that they're safe even though you cannot speak at the moment! 🇺🇸

It's sufficient. I use this to keep an eye on my teenager to be sure he is where he says he is. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it is fairly accurate. Also, my husband can always know where I am because I am a realtor and show many houses on any given day.

It's good. I like this app very much! It's nice to know where your family is especially for nowadays. The only thing is that it won't tell me when a family member arrives home. But it does tell my family member.

Save the phone!!!. While on a trip my son lost his phone... as kids do... he freaked out! Using the Kidgy app we were able to find it within 20 minutes. This is an awesome app and will continue to share with friends and family.

Zero customer service/ripped off. I purchased the app in my phone so that I could track my younger daughter when she jogs. When I attempted to put it on her phone it wanted me to pay again. I may have purchased a wrong version so I reached out to the company many times and have NEVER received any response. I feel very ripped off and the app is completely useless to me.

Sent email and Facebook message and no response. I read these reviews and felt safe since they were so good. Not even close. Probably a scam since it auto renews and there is no way to stop it since they don’t respond!!

Greatly awesome!!!. Recommending tracking and monitoring suspected cheating spouse,Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many apps and what not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse’s device. This has always been a huge limitation for me as I’ve always wanted to see everything in my spouse’s device without getting hold of her phone or her finding out. She began acting suspicious and being all secretive and I decided that something drastic had to be done. Thank God, faz came my way after checking through positive reviews , how he helped a woman catch her cheating husband red handed.I reached him via his mail at Flashcyberspy (@) gmailcom and he requested for certain info such as my spouses phone number and phone model. Within hrs I got a notification popped up on my phone it was from Faz. he gave me a spy link which I accessed with my phone web browser there I was able to see all of her texts, call logs, WhatsApp, Snapchat, deleted conversation, social media shared pictures and videos etc as if I got her phone in my palms. It’s really a great opportunity to use the services of Flashcyberspy (@) gmailcom, if you got similar issues right now I’ll strongly advice you write him for an excellent spying and tracking services. This is the most highly recommended and genuine services that works efficiently than the spy apps.

Absolute scam. Downloaded the app, they charged me the monthly subscription then I couldn’t even create an account, called the bank to cancel payment but unable to as its still pending. The bank told me to watch my account for 3 years as these people are very clever and now have my bank details 😡

Be careful app charges without you. Are that this app charges even if you have not subscribed to it. I was not made clear and I ended up being charges for an app I downloaded and then deleted but did not use it.

Scam. Upon downloading it gives you options of subscription, stating 7 days free trial and then $49.99 every 3 months. You click continue and that amount for the quarter changes to $81.99/3 months 🤬 what’s that about? The cancellation procedure is unclear!

Beware! There is no free trial.. Before downloading this app I was offered a three day free trial, cancel at anytime before the three days are up. I decided not to finish setting up an account and tried to cancel my subscription almost immediately, within 15 minutes of my initial download. I was unable to and was instantly charged for a full year subscription for 91.99! I have contacted Apple to request a refund (48 hour wait), and the person who answered my call suggested I contact the developer. I called the phone number repeatedly, and the call automatically tells you to email your problem and then hangs up on you. This has been a very stressful experience, one I have never had before with a product sold on the App Store. Very disappointing.

I need a refund!!!!. Lost my friends phone this weekend tried to locate it and downloaded this app little did I know they charged my account 70$ and never found my friends phone. When I did find out they charged me 70$ there was no customer service number to call to dispute it.

I cancelled my subscription immediately and then woke up the next day to a receipt that they charged me almost $70. I didn’t even have the subscription for 15 minutes.

Scam. Paid for the services 24 hours ago and still do not have access to them. The app just keeps asking for subscription upgrade:renewal. Kidgy claims 24/7 support but their number provided is bogus. The number disconnects when called. I’ve sent an email to Kidgy support to resolve, we’ll see if they’re legitimate or not.

No customer support and app doesn’t work. Installed and paid for the year subscription. Shows child’s phone on my phone and notifications but just sends to you the manage subscription page to purchase a subscription. Called the “24/7” support line and no one ever answered, sent email and no response. Out $99 for nothing works in the app.

Message monitoring. The description promised message monitoring and I have not been able to access it. It has no option to monitor. I tried calling and of course it says their busy. Over 10 times. No body is that busy. I would love to have a refund and try another app!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Paid Premium Services Don’t Work. I should of heeded the warning from the first reviewer, but I decided to give the app a chance I subscribed to the $9.99 a month premium services and I waited days for the services to kick in, but all I got access to was the free services. They waisted no time with charging me, but I never got what I paid for.

Do Not Buy If You Have IPhone. Please don’t waste your money if you have an IPhone. Most of the features don’t work. I should have researched better. You won’t get through on the customer service number and Apple will tell you it doesn’t qualify for a refund. Be warned-waste of money.

I can’t track my daughters text or anything. I have tried to use this app and it’s not working like I wanted I can’t track phone calls or text or web use. So I want to cancel but I can’t cancel because no one picks up the phone when you call and there is no unsubscribe button. Not very happy!
