Some issues but kinda works. Im running the app again and haven’t had major performance issues. The app doesn’t send me notifications despite reseting the app and my phone

Apex please fix. Kind of annoying that I have to login every other day. Also I understand this is a multiplayer app but I can't use it while I'm on the game I get an error. I would like it to also have main story option for lore. I rather read all the stuff on the phone while commuting than on the game while I actually have time to play.

Buggy as hell. Ever since the release of the Apex companion app it has been nothing but buggy when logging in. Log in, app crashes. Log in, error message followed by having to reselect which profile to use. Log in, error message followed by having to reenter email and password. Even after multiple updates this is still an issue.

Functional and useful. I like the app it covers everything I need to know but I wish I had control over my notifications, I don't need to see every time my friend logs in. I just need to see when my strike teams are ready for debrief.

The app is working fairly well for me. However, it'd be nice if every time I try to log into the app while my PlayStation is paused in the background, that I didn't get logged out of the app. The pop-up notifying me that I need to log off my PlayStation before using the app makes sense. Wasn't sure if that was a bug or intentional design.

Fails to load. Strike team details/missions keeps failing to load. Tried restarting and relogging and still fails to load

Near perfect app. I really love the app and the total support you get for the game. Pros: everything strike team, Store, news and mission stats as well as character development. Cons : speaking of character skill development when you go to add skill points to a section it makes you purchase the power and then you are allowed to see what percentage or skill variation it has instead of being able to see what you are getting and then verifying it and so as of now it is a one hit confirm and no undos unlike in game. Which is nice you can add to skills but bad if you are trying to see what the next level does and if you click it , then it just purchases it and only after that are able to view what it does. Ex: +10 %power dmg Should be able to see what it does on first click then confirm you want it on a secondary button so you don't lose or waste skill points and don't ever have to undo which you can't at the moment in app. Also strike team issues with teams having an error when trying to send them out: You develops a squad is already in mission error when they are not. Would love to see these tweaks updates and hopefully fixed and then it's perfect. You'd be able to analyze and view every bit of information needed.

Useful but slow af and buggy. It's useful for doing strike team missions when away from the game, reading news updates, and changing load outs both away and while dead or down on mission so you're ready later. That being said it's so slow it takes at least about 30 seconds to change info on screen and then since you mostly clicked on a button multiple times you get an error saying something about how you can't do whatever you were trying to do and then you gotta wait for the error to go away. It gives off such an unresponsive feel it's incredibly hard to use. Also it usually remembers your login info but it does randomly sign you out while the apps in use which is annoying. I really want to give it a three star rating but I just can't.

Exactly what I needed. One day I was wondering, won't it be nice if I could check the status of my strike team and send them to complete missions? Found this app and it works great! It also allows customization of your characters, buying and many more other things. It's great and I like it a lot. Thank you

Works now. It didn't work for me for the longest time. I ended up having to go through a lot of effort just to use the app. When ever I tried to login the message safari can't open page... too many redirects occurred etc. I have an iPhone 6s Plus if that helps but please try to fix this issue for the sake of others not giving you bad review because of a simple mistake. Now that I can use it I can say it is a great app but nearly impossible to use if safari is not set up perfectly.

Come on.. I could barely log missions prior and now I can't log in . I've deleted and downloaded time and time again . What a useless app . Jesus Christ there aren't even any animations ! You could have made this app in a freaking word processor with the same effort and it might have actually worked better . Also getting logged out literally every single time this garbage app closes is absolutely frustrating . ESPECIALLY WHEN THE APP IS ABLE TO SEND ME NOTIFICATIONS THAT MY TEAMS HAVE COMPLETED MISSIONS ! HOW AM I NOT LOGGED IN !?!?!? Broken for my purposes. I downloaded this app to manage my strike teams while I'm not playing on the X1 and, for the most part, it works well. There's just one BIG problem - this companion all breaks achievements! There are achievements for getting six squads and leveling a squad to 20. If you do them in the app, it doesn't unlock the achievement. This means you would have to sell a squad, rebuy it (on the console) and level a different squad up. A small oversight that makes the app more damaging than helpful, at least for what I care about.

Still works!. Was nervous that it would only be supported for a couple years but it’s still going! I wonder how long they will make sure it stays available for those of us who like to circle back years later to these amazing ME games!

Great app for being on the go!!. This app is amazing, you can manage your strike teams on the go and select your load outs and buy items for the next time you're going to do some multiplayer! Great app! Havnt even used all of its functions!

Decent app. Shows what achievements/ trophys you have and how many more you are missing. And your able to send out strike teams on missions while your away from your PlayStation, however, be warned if your trying to get the level 20 strike team achievement don't complete it through the app, do it through the PlayStation. Unfortunately it doesn't track your achievement progress like it does on the Xbox, hopefully that's something they can integrate at a later time.

Somewhat buggy. The app is decent overall, but can be buggy. It crashes unexpectedly, fails to give you the mission rewards or the missions just disappear well before they expire. Also beware if you have more than one EA profile. I found out too late that all of my teams and rewards were on my pc profile, not Xbox. The only solution is to start over from scratch and you cannot transfer all of your hard won gains. The app has the potential to be good, but as is it's just so so.

Buggy start, but has some promise. First of all, I can't update any notification settings without getting "Oops, there was an error." I don't care to see every time my friends get online on my phone. I just want to see when my strike teams are ready. It's annoying having to log out completely from the game in order to modify characters on the app. I would love to be able to use them side by side. Overall, decent companion app for being able to handle strike teams and character builds when I'm away from my PS4.

This app is tremendously underwhelming. It feels like the same UX designer on the game had some hand in making this app because it's just as terrible and non intuitive as the game UI. The main draw here for me was the ability to access your strike teams because it's cumbersome in game and to be able to quickly equip my characters. It should be smooth and quick. It's neither. From the login errors that fail to keep you logged in, that takes you to an external site to login, to the features that you want to use that are buried in multiple menu selections to having to repeat an excessive amount of selections every time you want to assign a team to a mission; it's just easier to log into your console/pc and use it there rather than this garbage. I understand it took some work to make this app but to not consider the user experience is a disservice to the people using your app and a waste of time. I don't even use it anymore because of these glaring oversights that make it inconvenient rather than the opposite.

It finally let me log in. I’m using the app now. I will leave a more in depth review later.

Way better than expected, especially immediately after launch. The ability to make the strike teams a mobile addition to the game makes me much more excited about that feature in the game, and it is done very well in this app. There's also no animation issues in this one so I guess that's a plus.. ;-)

Great app- way better than expected. As of launch, this has been a surprisingly great app. I love all the features, but the standout for me is the ability to send APEX forces out from my phone at any time. Admittedly, this app is mostly about multiplayer, which is fine because the MP in this game is a lot of fun. Yet when I send out the APEX teams I get to come back to single-player campaign mode and I have some great rewards waiting for me. So far I have received several guns, mods, credits and other resources by doing this (useable in both single and multiplayer modes). Anyway, if you are playing ME:A then I highly recommend this companion app. So far it has worked flawlessly for me.

Please remember my login info!. I love being able to cycle my strike teams for loot and one of the multiplayer currencies. But it's really annoying that the app forgets my login every other day. Keep me logged in. You'll get a 5 star rating from me if you fix that. Also. Sort of a missed opportunity to make a top down turn based tactical game for the mobile version.

Dont waste your time.. You took an amazing scifi rpg game and tried to turn it into the next cod. Sacrificing story for a multiplayer shooter to try and rake in the money for loot chests. This app is a key example. Mainly focusing on the crappy multiplayer experience with a crappy laggy app. I bought the collectors edition with the season pass. That was a rip off. I will never buy a game you make again. This app is a waste.

Inconsistent Performance. When the app works as it's supposed to, it's a nice useful companion app. I would say it only works about 50% of the time however, and that's being generous. For the past couple days, I have been unable to log in and am simply stuck on a loop of the "reticulating splines" screen during the login process. With improved stability and less bugs, this would be a nice app.

Doesn't work for achievements. Using the app for the Xbox One. Has worked well for me, no bugs/glitches/login issues so far. However if you're going for the achievement of getting a strike team to level 20, make sure they don't reach that level while you're using the app or you won't get the achievement for it and will have to get a second team up to that level.

Please fix / it loads my profile but not my data. Please fix this app I can definitely tell it's going to be great and I will leave a better review once it is fixed. When I log into my EA account it has my Xbox profile and my PC profile when I log into my Xbox profile it doesn't show anything as if I never played the game when I've played many hours already. The only thing that it loads is the strike teams but nothing else is there completely no data. I was thinking I had the wrong profile but I checked in the mass of fact game it is linked to the correct email address.

Terrific app, thanks!. I appreciate it when a developer goes out of their way to make an additional, free companion app to enhance my gaming experience. Thank you very, very much. From the app I can send strike teams (ST’s) out on APEX missions and they’ll bring back loot for me to open in game, earn me in game currency, and gradually increase my APEX score. I can also purchase and equip upgrades, gear, or even other ST’s as well as multiplayer loot boxes with in game currency. It lists all of the multiplayer characters I have unlocked so far and lets me look at and upgrade their skill trees. I find this aspect particularly helpful as I like to browse a character’s entire skill set and plan exactly how I want to optimize them before spending any points. It also lets me change my current weapon load out and mods. A note about others’ reviews: It’s a shame how jaded the gaming community is that people are docking stars on this free additional content for things like trophies. A lot of the other things people said about the ST menu being buried is just false. It’s a single button push to get to the ST menu. Another person said that you don’t get to preview abilities before you upgrade them. Also just false. The point is that developers don’t even have to offer companion apps or any other additional content and if spoiled gamers are going to leave bad reviews because they didn’t even take time to learn how to navigate the app, they’re just stupid, and companies will stop making stuff like this if we’re unappreciative a-holes. This isn’t meant to be anything other than a tool to help gamers and make it convenient to browse your multiplayer progress and send out ST’s. It does the job it’s meant to do and it does it well. Again, thank you devs.

Getting better. Menus are a little bit faster. It only takes 2 taps to accept a strike team mission now (it only needs 1), but it takes 4 to send one out. Like, I honestly do not care at all about any of the mission info besides which strike team had the highest chance of beating it, and it takes a whole 3 taps with menu transitions to get there. Snappier than the last version. Keep improving it!

Loving it mostly. For it being an out the gate app, I'm loving it. The only problem I have with it is if I'm in the middle of the campaign or in multiplayer it doesn't allow any me to use the app to do anything with my strike teams. If I'm away I don't have a problem with it. But I would love to be able to use it simultaneously, overall fantastic app.

Works Great - More Missions Though. Staying consistent on missions limits my teams from deploying. Need more missions. Am stuck with 3 golds and a random once I'm done so my teams are twiddling appendages. Logging in through EA account works great. Checked rewards ingame and they work. Some missions done through app show as "0% success rate" ingame. More big than hindrance. Doesn't alter success rate cuz they're already completed. Will review more once I find other things.

Wish ME3 had this.. I liked the game, wasn’t my favorite but I still play it all the time. Multiplayer really isn’t my thing but this app helps me not have to play it so much to unlock better gear on single player. The four stars are because it’s buggy and wasn’t I guess the achievement thing... but if you don’t have all the achievements by this point why are you getting the app?

Nice Companion App. This is a nice app to have with you to help track your characters, missions, and equipment. I don't even have the game, but from what I have seen it is easy to use and one thing I like a lot is how you can switch between your Xbox profile to PC, as well PS4 profile too. And that is all linked to one account, you need to do is click change persona and select the console you want to keep track of. I don't even have the game, I just wanted to be one of the first to review it, but I will update this review.

This app is fantastic!. I love this app because it allows me to manage my strike teams when I'm away from my Xbox. The only problem I have is that the all crashes when I try to swap my weapons out on my character, presumably because it has problems comparing the stats. Besides that, it's extremely convenient. Well done!

Basic but handy. My previous log-in problems seem to be resolved and with the added functionality the app now provides (and the fact that mission funds now have extra uses), this app is heading in the right direction.

Almost completely useless. I downloaded the app to stay on top of my strike teams. In that regard, the app is great, but there nothing else to do unless you play multiplayer (which I do not). I feel like they could have done a better job of including ALL of their user base, not just the online players.

So helpful!. The app really does help play both the multiplayer and single player sides of the game. Mass Effect: Andromeda has the greatest potential out of it verses ME1. It’s super helpful to be able to send APEX teams out to do missions & gather resources & credits while you are away from the main game.

Privacy. When one of my friends plays on the PS4 under "anonymous," it still sends an alert to my phone telling me they're online. Now I don't feel comfortable playing ME while anonymous, and I know many of my friends don't appreciate the fact I knew they were online when they were trying to keep a low profile for whatever reason. The lack of privacy is concerning. Now I know a large portion of my friends go anonymous to play campaign--and most don't know this app gives them away. Also, I hate being kicked out of the app when I turn on the game. Other reviews cover issues I also experience, including crashes.

Nice addition. This app does what it says it does. I love Andromeda, and this app really helps add to the experience.

Too much love. It seems like these reviews are mainly written by those who love Mass Effect, and aren't being objective. The app is great for strike teams, but they don't include a weapon weight effect on your power charge. To me this makes the load-out part nearly useless. In addition, it takes popping back and forth through screens to compare more that two guns. It is quicker to deal with your load-outs through console.

Declining Usefullness.. It was working for a week, but now when I start the app, it sends me back to re-login but when it authenticate's it freezes there. There's no fix!!! I've deleted and re-installed the app, resetted my isp, used a different isp, used LTE, but still nothing. I decided to open the app through the app store, that solved it. The game is already a little dissappointment with the lags, freezes and crashes mainly on multiplayer. I hope the app gets a fix. If not this'll be my review from here on out. (Sigh) its broken again.. its asking for a re-login everytime I access the app...

App now crashing. After updating the app it now crashes whenever I swap weapons on the character loadout screen. I tested this with multiple characters and multiple weapons. I also noticed that the incorrect weight ratio is displayed on top which does not line up with the actual game. It is showing to be a heavier weight ratio than what is shown in game, which may have something to do with the crash. If you want his portion of the app to be usable, I would recommend holding off on the update until this bug is fixed!

Works to send teams, sometimes. The app does what it advertises, usually. I'm currently unable to edit which notifications it sends, so I get a notification every time a friend starts playing Mass Effect. Attempting to edit the settings in app generates a "Oops, an error occurred" message. I'm sure updates will eventually fix this. Overall it's nice for being able to send out teams while I'm at work, and I'm sure given time it'll be worthwhile for whatever else they wanted you to be able to do with it.

Works about 50% of the time. In my experience, this app works about half of the time. When it does work, it works well. It's easy to mess with character customization and strike teams. The rest of the time, however, it gives tons of error messages, despite restarting the app. If the bugs could get sorted out, this app would be great.

Needs a little work, right direction. Three complaints. Logs me completely out and doesn't remember my information too often, controls are a little unresponsive and there's an updating gap between the app and the profile (tells me a level 8 kit is still six even though I started at lvl 5 that session?)

Too many login issues, choppy performance. The app works well and I appreciate being able to run strike missions outside of game. But too often I try to open the app and get an error on login, or am forced to log back in. Not a big issue but ruins the quality of the experience. Also, animations run very choppy on my iPhone 6S unless I kill all background processes.

App is still broken. This app still signs me out every single time I open it, then has an error. Making me close the app, reopen, login again to origin, then choose pc version not PS4 version just to get in. Then rinse and repeat every, single, time. God damn

Useless. Ever heard of landscape mode? Oh, wait.... it's EA, isn't it? Unless they can charge for it, of course it will be totally useless. And even if they can charge for it, it will only get upgraded from "totally useless" to "useless".

Doesn't work. I'm unable to do anything on this app as it believes the game is still running on my PC (which isn't even on).

App does what it says. App does exactly what it says it does. Most of the 1 star reviews are because of human error and not trying to fix their problems. UI is a little overwhelming at first, but you get used to it. Handy that I can send my strike teams when i'm AFK.

Probably a good app but I can't see it. Can't sign in using my correct credentials and can't reset my correct password because the reset email isn't sending. Too much frustration for no outcome.

Firefox Focus blocks login page on iPhone. Great app! With Firefox Focus on: The app takes me to an unstyled EA login page that is unresponsive. None of the buttons do anything.

Relogin constantly. The app Sucks, but helps in game. Strike teams and swiping and loading is all over the map. I go to check missions they keep screwing up and can't find new ones cause of the layout.

Convenient. Sending strike teams is easy peasy lemon squeezy. I've had no issues with crashing.

Still needs some work. The app is still quite buggy. The repeated need for authentication is quite annoying, and the app crashes a lot. Also I've noticed a persistent issue since the last update where it's frequently not responding when I try to debrief completed strike team missions. This means my teams are left suspended in completed missions and can't be re-deployed even though they should be available. I do like the idea behind this app a lot, and I use it regularly, but right now using it feels like having my chair kicked repeatedly from behind while trying to watch a good movie.

Sign in-aliscious. If you like continuously signing in to an app (and who doesn't) then this is the app for you!

Suuuuuuucks. Won't stay connected worth a damn (though, according to the last update notes, it's supposed to now). Can't switch profiles worth a damn (hangs up the app ~1/2 the time). ~1/3 of the time, when I try to go to Strike Teams, it boots me back out to the login screen (where, about half the time it won't log back in without hanging the app). And never mind how, if you're coming to this after ME3's setup of linking your xbox live account to origin, it isn't made clear whether you should use your 'origin profile' or 'xbox live profile'-- I wasted my first week using the app deploying origin profile strike teams only to discover when I got Andromeda for xb1 that it did nothing for me ON xbox. All round, this app is THE WORST. Its devs should be embarrassed and ashamed. And flogged.

Not the best companion app to be using right now. 80 percent of the time the app doesn't work. Unless this gets fixed you might as go on the game itself and do the managing their.

I bet it would have been good though.... Won't load past the 'authenticate' screen. Can't rate something you can't log in to haha. Brutal

Great app for strike teams. App does not crash at all for me on my iPhone 6s. Great interface and easy to monitor your strike teams. More sense of depth to the Mass Effect game.

Piece of crap. Almost unusable. Lagging like hell. Full of bugs. They must redo their homework on this one.

Need an update. Made two updates to my review and the app keeps getting worst at least for me. I now keep getting an error whenever I launch the app and have to login again into my EA/Origins account. Also the leaderboards aren't fixed yet and the game is already out.

Needs access to Codex. Great app but it needs real time codex. When I'm game I want to get into the gameplay. I'm stuck reading codex and journals for an hour before I can get started. You'll get a lot more traffic to the app

App signs me out. Constantly having to sign back in. Does not remember. App does not have any explanation not user friendly at all.

My face is tired.. Just like Andromeda, this app was made with little effort. Between crashes and constant authentication errors and being unable to login, you can tell there was as much care put into this app as the game itself.

Pretty good, but misleading description. I’m new to the Mass Effect universe, and started out by playing multiplayer with friends. To be honest, that’s about the only time I play games, rarely singleplayer. The app is marketed as multiplayer companion app, and does a good job at letting you set up loadouts etc, but it also says you can send out strike teams to earn supply crates and the like. You don’t find out until they’re back that those are for singleplayer use. This means 1/4 of the features listed are basically useless for me, which I don’t mind, but would’ve liked to know before I took time choosing a mission and team. Couldn’t there be something similar to provide things for use in multiplayer? Or at least make it clear there isn’t in the description?

Good but unstable. The app is great for sending strike teams but it is constantly crashing then making you re-log instead of keeping your information like it says it will

apex hq dosent work. for me dosent work . after signing in it says i been identified with my gamer id what is corect but the page dosent do anything regardless where i klick. it looks like a read page only dosent even scroll up or down. please advise or help from your side as internal fix if that is possible. that would be the best thx for the help LT

Crashes lots but good idea!. Good idea for an app they just need to work out the kinks! Crashes every time I try to edit the nameplate on the home page. (Not sure if I've unlocked any yet)

It's not the end of the world.... I like this app for the APEX missions, but the biggest issue I have is that it constantly requires authentication, especially when going from one device to another. It's not the end of the world, but it does get annoying and frustrating.

Great app.. Let's me get a head start on the game (haven't bought it yet). I think the crashes have been addressed as I haven't run into any problems myself (on iPhone 6S). Only complaint is that the majority of missions are usually gold which have a high chance of failure. Additional silver and bronze missions would be appreciated.

Pretty good. Could have more missions and I keep getting signed out which is frustrating but overall it goes with the game really well.

Works like a charm! Oh, wait.... The app crashes for me immediately after logging in and choosing either yes or no in regards to notifications. As such, the app is completely useless at the moment.

Updated but still buggy. They just released an update that I immediately noticed fixed the sluggish mission UI, but the app still can't keep you authenticated for more than a day which is frustrating. Oh, and don't tap the Missions tab... you'll get logged out.

Buggy. Doesn't work for fireteam strikes, every time I try to send a team I get an error code. Same thing in game... network error and booted offline when I try to send out a team.....

Lets fix this. So every time I launch this app it says I'm log in somewhere else and it's logging me out this simply isn't true I'm not log in on anything else or use of my profile at the time of using this app

No issues here. Lets me manage multiplayer characters and organize strike teams for single player. It also shows progress towards achievements and some other stuff. I have no complaints.

Log in Errors. Please fix the login issues it keeps logging me out! Very frustrating because it's a very handy app.

Great app. Gives me something to do at work to boost my character for when I get home. I wish more games had companion apps.

Ferme tout le temps. Dès que j'appuis sur quel que chose poof l'app ferme ! Le concept est bien l'idée du hub pour suivre notre progression dans l'apex est super mais va falloir attendre un peu avant de pouvoir utiliser l'app laisser le temps de fixer les bug et tout!

Gets better with every update!. I'm very glad they made this: as soon as I heard of the Strike Team missions refreshing every few hours, I hoped they would do an app. It's actually even nicer that they put in the multiplayer characters so that we can set them up to be ready to go directly and play once we go back to the console. Every update has nice improvements. Giving access to buy items in store through the app is very nice, especially with weekly new equipment! However, the latest update made the app very slow (I have an iPhone 6S). Another improvement that I'd really like: better way to collect Pathfinder rewards (I'm exploring when I play, not always on the Tempest or Nexus). Keep up the good work!

Works pretty good.. Now if only you can do research, development, and buying and we'll be all set. That's a lot to ask for though.

Can't even login. Giving 2 stars because I believe it's an iOS issue and not the apps fault. But when I try and login I get a broken login screen and can't continue. Would love to use the app.

App keeps crashing.. You're able to send strike teams to do missions but when you want to look at your loot the app will crash. Pretty annoying. Should be a pretty easy patch.

Why did you remove the ability to use it while the game is open?. The previous version added the ability to use the app while the game was open, so I could manage my strike teams without having to go back to my ship or quit the game, but now you took that away again?!

It's great and easy to use!. When this works properly and not bugs (which I'm not seeing but other people are complaining) the app is great and is useful for strike teams!

Helpful app. App works well. I was wondering though if it would be possible to add access to the main campaigns codex? That way way when I'm out and about, I can catch up on all the lore I feel compelled to read. 😅

Warning about Equipment. Do not buy your teams more than one piece of equipment! It will overwrite the first piece and it gives you no warning. You just lose MUs with nothing to show for it. Other than that I love the app and use it everyday. Just do yourself a favor and do not buy equipment.

Could you add system feature?. I can't remember which email I used for my system it would really help if you add it I haven't used the app or the features because I can't remember

Hassle > Usefulness. Every time I open the app I'm logged out. In another session or something is the error message. Every. Time. The only value add in the app to begin with is the strike team functionality. And that is buried under multiple selections of UI. Slap an authentication issue at login on top, and it is now way more hassle than the app is worth.

Broken. App hangs frequently on the login screen. When I am able to log in I randomly get a message about needing to "turn off [my] Xbox privacy settings" to use the app, even though the app appeared to be working at that point. The app tells me nothing about which privacy settings I need to turn off where. This app is currently a pile of garbage.

Good App But Doesn't Work On Wifi. Keeps giving me an error when connected through wifi. Works fine on data though.

Codex?. The app seems well made. This may be beyond the scope of the app, but it would be fantastic if there was a codex section where we could read codex entries we have unlocked in the game so far.

Login troubles, but great now!. Kept getting log in error messages on iPhone 6+. Lowered my font size and it works now.

Good app with bugs from time to time. Has connection issues occasionally. This app will enable you to send out strike teams which can get you supplies, weapons and resources for single player, which is nice.

Useless. This app is useless. Even though if found my PS4 profile, it says I've played 0 time. (Been playing 2 days, probably about 12 hours). Characters is permalocked. No way to do anything useful. Only thing I can do is recruit 2 teams and send them on missions. Unfortunatly all that does is lock those teams for many hours and when done all you can do is acknowledge it's done. I see no point to this app.

Great idea, terrible execution. Love the idea of the app, but not only do I have to sign in every other time it also forgets my credentials despite selecting the remember box. If I've just left the game it errors out and makes me go through authentication a bunch of times, failing every time. Just very frustrating overall.

Its Purpose is Great.... But unfortunately only thing I've managed to had working is the Strike Teams other than that it keeps telling me to close the game to make in app changes which the game has been closed for almost half an hour or so fix and five stars

Awesome app. Does what it should aside from one item I found so far. When in nameplates if you filter to 'unlocked' it crashes the app. Haven't found any other bugs yet.

Beautiful app. Very clean app, great animations and I like the fact you can customize everything on the go for your strike teams.

Nonstop error messages. It worked for about a week, but it's been nothing but error messages for the past couple days. If it starts working again then I would bump this up to about 3 stars, but even when "working" it cannot be used while the game is open (i.e. as a companion app) or in suspended mode.

Downloaded cause I was hopeful. Well it's a great idea and concept. The one time it worked for me I was excited but just like mass effect andromeda this app was release before it is completed. Still needs a lot of updates due to constant crashing and being stuck on authentication screen

Bugs achievements. Works most of the time, and good for doing strike team missions (when it allows). Of minor annoyance, using the app does NOT appear to contribute to the Xbox Achievements for strike teams. Would appreciate a fix Now have 2 teams promoted to level 20, one with the app, the other completely on the console and nothing

Andromeda!!. This is a great app and really helpful. Wish there were more missions. Other than that, great app!

Need to relog every time you open the app. Kind of annoying! Otherwise it works well usually. Sometimes it gives an error when you try to do strike teams telling you to try again later. I don't know why that happens. Someone else suggested codex entries in the app. That would be very cool to have.

Bugs. Needs work, very useful but it's annoying to be required to sign in every time. Also it's not wanting to even load atm.

No problems so far. Just downloaded it and haven't noticed any problems yet and Yes there is a bit of lag but it's nothingI can't handle. So far it's a pretty good app in my opinion.

Strikes and more 😁👍. Just wanted a little app to keep strike teams going all the time because I'm obsessive like that.... the developers tweeted this back to me and I got way more little things to mess with when I'm bored 😆 LOVE IT! THANKS GUYS!

Nothing special. There aren't enough daily strike team missions to make this app a must-have. If you're playing Mass Effect every day, you probably don't need this to manage your missions, etc. Constantly logs out and requires full credentials to log back in, even when "remember my login" is checked.

Apex missions. It says "multiplayer mission in progress" and will not let me send strike teams. I get a network error. Maybe this app is messing with multiplayer because I manually played the mission multiple times and it has not given rewards or considered finished. It also gives me network error in game when sending a strike team. Hmmmm

Works great!. About all the functions you need from a mobile companion app.

Almost perfect, except.... Okay, the crash when looking at the Revive Pack Transmitter has been fixed, but I never get sound alerts when my Strike Teams complete their missions, a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Buggy, but has potential. Numerous times I'm forced to login multiple times with failure to login errors. Now, I'm seeing "Oops" errors. Missions aren't starting and teams aren't always loading. Once these issues are fixed, will be a great app.

Works as usual.. Needs more!. IDEAS: - Add the ability to receive the single player AVP resources - Make it easier to go through ALL the collected loot boxes that add up in single player from using the app. I end up sitting there for awhile just tapping the button to go through all of the loot.

Needs help. This is one of those apps that asks for a login every single time even if you select "keep me logged in". Also, if you are playing the game, and try to use the app, you will be prompted to log out of the game before the app will work. I only give the second star because there is a vague potential here.

Useful!. Pretty useful, it's very handy to switch loadouts and send out a crew when I'm away to bing me back stuff I can use when I make it back to the PS4.

Good companion app. Would be great if we could pick up our cryo pod rewards through this app (even if it was capped at, say, 5 times daily). Also would be great if we could fully manage inventory and loadouts (SP and especially MP). Thanks, bioware!!! Keep these great games coming!!! 👍😀🎮

Very buggy. I'll cut it some slack because this was just launched, however, this app is really buggy. Even though I have strike teams available waiting to be used, I will get error messages saying that my teams can't be deployed because they are already in another mission (which they are not). Please fix!

Convenient. Send out strikes while I'm away from the PS4, come back to rewards. Works well for me since I'm not sitting by the strike tables. I can explore Andromeda, and send strikes without leaving to MP.

Needs updates. Trying to use it on a daily time to keep up my squids is hard considering it constantly does errors on logging in. It's a good app to do while on break but that one issue is a pain

Re-Login Issues Annoyance. Only problems with this app is the frequent re-login the app makes you do from time to time. Very annoying. Also to make the all better, ADD MUSIC! It'll be a nice little addition that would go miles :)

More missions??. I downloaded this primarily for the ability to send my strike team out on missions while I'm away from my PS4. Instead of being able to rack up experience for my newbie teams, I'm forced to wait until more bronze missions appear. Very frustrating, but expected from EA.

It's a great app, when it works. It's convenient, but constantly errors when you try to send your strike teams on missions and completing them. Very annoying.

Buggy, but otherwise good.. Buggy, but not nearly as much as launch. Easy to use otherwise. Thumbs up.

More disconnects than the last version.. When I'm done with strike teams, I close out the app. When I open it back up, I need to re-log in with my credentials more often than the last build of the app. The actual features are useful for Andromeda itself, but the disconnects are a seemingly unnecessary road block.

This app needs work :/. Fantastic app when it's functioning well! Unfortunately there are many bugs in every action on the app. Starting Missions, collecting rewards, infinite login prompts.. as of right now this app is functionally unusable for me( can't login. through multiple password resets) Thanks for the app though it's a great tool when it works! Would be awesome if we could access the codex as well!

Rush Job. The game itself is fantastic, amazing even. The app has limited functionality: It doesn't mirror in game item unlocks and availability. Unable to add/remove attachments on weapons. Unable to assign/upgrade skills on character. It crashes even with its limited usability.

Doesn't Work Most of the Time... I think the app could be good if it worked but most of the time it doesnt. I couldn't get the Strike team to work in game so tried the app and it rarely works....Not a big deal but then dont tie in achievements to this stuff then.

Usefull app. I use this quite a bit right now. There is one thing id like to see changed and that would be to be able to deequip equipment from one team and equip it to another

Love it!. Works seamlessly! Great sending teams on missions throughout the day, constant flow of mission funds! Reviewing and changing loadouts is seamless. I've yet to experience one issue.
