This system is NOT user friendly nor is this app. This whole system is not user friendly and i would consider myself very tech savvy. Furthermore, this app is not user friendly. You have to have a computer to do most things through this system which many restaurant employees don’t have. When i called customer service to walk me through basic things like swapping shifts (things no one should have to call customer service to be walked through) the woman Mary who answered couldn’t helped me and transferred me to someone named Katrina who was a raging b——- She spoke over me, didn’t listen, and on my second call in hung up on me at the end of the call!!! And yes, it took two calls in to be walked though something that should be easy to do because it’s a common thing done in restaurants. If you are thinking about this system for your business RUN!!! Don’t do it!! This system has been so stressful on our entire restaurant team. We used hot schedules at another restaurant i worked at and they are very user friendly. I never even had to call customer service to begin with but I’m sure if i did, i wouldn’t be spoken so gruffly to.

Easy to Use and Updated. This app has been updated over the years and it is awesome! Constantly updating and making things better with the suggestion of their members.

Needs a lot of work!!. It needs a lot of work. Rudimentary, not easy for people under 25 to understand. The only reason why I can somewhat navigate it is because I had computer classes in elementary school in the 80s.

Don't waste your money. Not worth $5, doesn't even show scheduled shifts

terrible app. This app has been plagued with several persistent issues over the past four years, rendering it nearly unusable. Firstly, the lack of notifications to the phone despite having checked and enabled them both within the app and on the device itself is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the app frequently glitches, necessitating constant restarts just to maintain basic functionality. The messaging system within the app is abysmal, with important messages getting lost in the cluttered and confusing layout. Overall, the app's persistent notification failures, frequent glitches, and subpar messaging system contribute to an overwhelmingly negative user experience, making it wholly inadequate for effective scheduling and work management.

New update is horrible. My job requires us to switch back and forth between profiles to see our schedules at different locations throughout the restaurant, which used to be easy (annoying, but easy) and now that option is gone and you have to log out and try to remember the ridiculous business code to go in and see your schedule. Went from semi-user friendly to just garbage now. Please change it back.

Slow app. I’ve never had as much trouble with any kind of app as I have with this one it’s confusing not easy to navigate at all it looks like a simple app to work with but it takes some time to update when someone puts a request or writes a message it takes a few seconds every time you wanna look at the schedule or message it needs a lot of work if I could I’d get rid of it unfortunately I have to have it cause it’s required by my place of employment but if I had the option I would not even have this app on my phone not worth a penny much less the $2.99 plus tax I paid for this hopefully it’ll get better soon thank you.

Great App!. Straight forward and easy to use!!

Restaurant Manager. Love the updated app. You can easily switch between stores. It includes training videos to use the app and you can add staff training for them to do in the app.

App is not helpful. Ive been using this app for almost a year and I have absolutely no idea why my management still use this app. It’s slow, difficult to process, and some features don't even work properly. I hope that one day, my employer will review the efficiency of this app and consider getting different tech that will be more user friendly.

Glitches. Constantly glitches on what our schedule is..I don’t know why, feels like it’s cruel to have my anxiety freak out when I think I have to work a shift that turns out to be a glitch 🤦‍♀️ update the app

Easy to use. Great app and easy to use!

App Bug. There seems to be some problem with the app. At least once a month I have to delete it and reinstall it because my schedule won’t show. I’ll get a notification that my schedule is posted but nothing shows when I open the app. I thought I was doing something wrong as first but many of my coworkers have to do the same. It’s really annoying. I use this app for my part-time job. I’m only there twice a week. If I worked enough to view the posted paper schedule, I would delete this app altogether and not be bothered with it!

Works Well. This app works consistently and provides the scheduling/shift management tools that it promises. We have had no issues installing it, regardless of phone type. The menu structure feels a little disorganized and it would be great to view multiple locations swap shifts between locations etc. Overall, straightforward, reliable and easy to use.
