Fix your app. Your app never works jfc

Non-commitment to fixing the issue (as far as I can tell). The app has an issue with the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee. It won’t account for it in the total on your credit card. Therefore, the totals don’t match and the delivery can’t be made. I reached out to the company and got the usual thank you for letting us know, blah, blah, blah. That was not quite two months ago and have not seen it fixed. Tried an order today and still an issue.

Share with Staff When Checking In. It appears there may be a different understanding about what “Get In Line / Skip the in-restaurant wait” means when you arrive. We were told we would have another 20 minute wait after waiting 20 minutes for our “Check In” window to open. Show the app and wording when you check in if staff doesn’t understand. They were accommodating once they saw it.

App Can’t Add Properly - Preventing Checkout. Perfect example of why you can’t award app development to the lowest bidder. Get it fixed, it’s a complete embarrassment, and you lost our business because of it.

Add Apple Pay. Please add Apple pay checkout option.

Good idea for the app but not executed well. The biggest issue I’m having is that the app does not let you store an AMEX for payment. AMEX cards have a 4 digit CVV. The app only allows for 3 digit CVVs. Therefore I am not allowed to even use the app to place an order at all. I got the app hoping to make ordering a little easier. However, the app doesn’t store any of my information like phone number and credit card number.

Not ready for prime time. The app is pretty, but I estimate that no more than 25% of it is functional. It got caught in a loop loading the menu from the home screen. The store location feature doesn’t seem to work at all. At one point, the map showed my location accurately but did not note that I was sitting in the restaurant. The “Specials” link goes to the website and lists them accurately, but the link there to the nutritional information does not match the choices. The sign-up for the Sun E-club got stuck in a loop when I got to the “location” tab citing “connectivity issues”. Being on the restaurant’s Wi-Fi vs LTE did not matter. Keep working at it, folks. I want the app to be as good as the 5-star food at First Watch!

“Get In-Line” option doesnt work. Dont waste your time trying to get in-line. It doesnt work, and when you get there they just send you to the back of the line. Dont trust the wait times on it either. I got in line at 10:50 am today (it was saying wait was between 30-45). Got there at 11:30, and asked the lady how much longer it was going to take and she said 10-15 minutes. I sat down at my table at 12:15. WORTHLESS

Doesn’t work!!. Used the app to save our place in line when the wait at the selected location was said to be 40-55 mins. Arrived after 35 mins (made sure to get there before the 40 min mark) and the hosts were unable to locate me. I heard 1 host tell another, “This is like the 9th time this has happened today.” and it was only 12:30 pm!! Thank goodness I saved a screenshot image of the app’s message about saving my place in line AND had arrived before the earliest time in the window - they moved our party of 3 to the next-in-line thankfully or I would’ve been very upset. What’s the point of this app if it never works???

Don’t waste your time. I checked the app many times this morning. I was meeting fried for breakfast (it’s Sunday) at 9:30 so I figured I’d get “in line” through the app. Checked from 7:30-9:30 and the app said there no wait at any time. It didn’t seem correct, but there was no option to put my name on the list bc there was allegedly no line. Got to the location at 9:30 and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour - and that “technology can be glitchy.” No apology, just shirted shoulders. We went to another restaurant instead. Don’t promote an app that doesn’t work. Very disappointed. Used to go to First Watch weekly, but we were blown off today so rudely, I don’t know when/if we’ll be back.

Useless. Downloaded it for “get in line” but the function doesn’t work.

Despite the Flack on here, I’ve loved it. A lot of people in the reviews seem to have various issues with this app but I’ve never had one. I think it’s great! And the foods great too. Thanks for adding split payments 👍🏼

Tweaks needed. There’s a lot to like about First Watch, esp the food. The app - not so much. As another reviewer noted, the app menu is limited, eg no kids menu. What’s up with that? Families are an important customer base at FW - why diss them online esp since they prob order higher volume online. Annoyingly the app last update removed my go-to dish (the power wrap) yet it can still be ordered in restaurant & via phone. The selecting process is quirky so this app could use filters and a search feature. For example, if you want to see options that include bacon and eggs, filters are highly useful. Or “search” feature for check for the power wrap, which could be categorized under egg favorites or healthy options.

Needs Bug fix. This app needs a major version release. 8 months since the last update? Credit card information is not saved. orders in the past have had a 504 error when placing, yet still get charged to my card. The place order button is severely malfunctioned. Email process is late. Developers fix this app.

Delivery Orders Don’t Work. For some reason, even though staff at the restaurant tell me they have passed on screen shots to the IT department, First Watch won’t fix the errors in its app. A few months ago an error was introduced making it impossible to order delivery. If you select delivery and enter your credit card patient details, the order total gets recalculated by the app to an amount that doesn’t match what is being charged to the credit card. Since the two numbers don’t match, the payment can’t be processed and the order won’t go through. It’s been like that for months. HOPE CAN YOU NOT HAVE NOTICED THE DROP IN MOBILE ORDERS?

Useless. The restaurants don’t actually save your spot in line. Might help first watch make money collecting data, but the app doesn’t offer any benefit whatsoever to the user.

Doesn’t Store Info. This app doesn’t store data. I have to consistently add my phone number and credit card info. I downloaded the app because I thought that it would be easier than ordering from the website but most times it isn’t.

Get In Line Doesn’t Work. Before heading to the restaurant about 20 mins away on a 30-45 wait time, we got there on time, decided to get my name on the in-restaurant waiting list, I got called before my Get In Line, ordered and ate my food, and 1 1/2 later the app text me, to see if I was still able to join. Be careful, do both.

Overall good. Overall, I have had a great experience with the app. However, it would be nice if you made it possible to input gift cards for payment, instead of only a credit card—The Starbucks app has this option. We eat here a lot and people get us gift cards, so it would be nice to use them on the app instead of only in the restaurant. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

App. I wish the mobile app had an easy way to add something else to my order.

The worse!. An app is no good if almost every time you order and pay for food, you have a manager calling from the location to tell you they’re out of that particular food. After this happened five or six times I just deleted it. Also, there’s no incentives or rewards.

Horrible Service. I went to First Watch for the first time and checked in with the host and was advise I would be sited shortly within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I notice that everyone after me was being seated so I ask the host what’s up with all these people coming in after me being seated. She then stated well, we have an app where you can reserve in line. So they get seated first?!!! What the hell!! I waited another 15 minutes to still not be seated . This system they have is stupid!! How are people to know you can reserve in line via the app?!! If this is the first time you visited the establishment. I was so frustrated with my family we left without eating after waiting 1 hour while everyone else was being seated!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Limited App Menu. Why doesn’t the app have the complete menu to place an on-line/pick up order from? I can’t even order oatmeal because it’s not on the app. Really?!

clearly for boomers. clean design, clunky checkout that makes me want to order elsewhere. needs apple pay.

No Amex support, no Apple Pay support.. Two major problems. First, the form validation is broken on credit cards and only allows a 3 digit CVV number, so you can’t use Amex to pay. Second, being able to use Apple Pay is a huge deal on the Apple platform to pay for things, and First Watch doesn’t support it. The people demand better!

Useless. Half the time it says it successfully reserved your place in line but the restaurant has no record of it and you start from scratch anyway, and the other half the time it says it failed but it turns out when you get there that it worked. “Worked” isn’t really accurate, either, because besides the fact you can’t pick an arrival time and are stuck with whatever you happen to be quoted, your wait upon arrival will be EXACTLY THE SAME as if you just checked in in person on arrival. You have saved ZERO time whatsoever. Most bizarre, you can’t check your place in line in this app! You supposedly can do it in Yelp’s app, but why should I have to install an app I don’t want to do something THIS app should do? Gets one star back for letting me browse the menu, but let’s be real: you can do that in a browser on the website, you don’t need this app to do it. This app is nothing more than a mostly useless data vacuum getting your marketing information.

Updated app doesn’t do as much as the original. The current app functionality is limited. I seem to remember being able to edit and cancel my request using the app in the past. I just added my party to the wait list, but looking at the app, I can’t tell if the request went through or not. The Get in Line function should be disabled if I have already put myself in line, and I should be able to modify or cancel my request.

Birthday promos don’t work. Stupid app doesn’t allow you to use your birthday promo because it makes an error message saying that they’re trying to charge your card at the regular price instead of the discounted birthday promo price.

Garbage, can’t create an account.. It’s a pretty app but you can’t create a user account. I filled out the form during an order and it would not submit - no error messages or anything. I even tried reformatting my birthdate in case it needed the slashes (which should be automatically inserted anyway), but no. Just garbage. Then after submitting order it said “checkout faster, create an account here” so I filled out THAT form, same exact thing, even tried the above in addition to other password options. Nope. No error warnings, no highlighted boxes for bad inputs. Just garbage. Seriously unprofessional.

First Watch (Boynton Beach)....is a Winner!. The food selection, the food quality and yes, the restaurant itself....all top notch! I ordered the “Trifecta....and it was! The blend of eggs (I had them omelette style), blueberry multi-grain pancake and crispy bacon was delightful. I thought the warmed syrup was a nice touch. My wife ordered the Avocado Toast. It was the best ever!....her over easy eggs were cooked to perfection. AND for us, coffee is a really big part of a meal....the coffee was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at First Watch. As for some of the negative reviews we had read, we are glad we didn’t let them prevent us from visiting First Watch. We are now “fans” and will certainly become regular customers. Dennis & Kim

App is terrible, food is great!. The food and service have always been top notch in Fort Myers! When you could use the No Wait! app to get in line First Watch was a five star rating, but the new app seems to be getting worse. I didn't even get text notifications for my visit this morning. Upgrade the app experience and get rid of the paper straws and First Watch goes back to the best in town.

Waitlist Function Doesn’t Work. Was wondering why this app had such low reviews….until I joined the waitlist in the app before going to the restaurant. When i got to the restaurant at the time the app promised us, we were told the app didn’t work and we had to join the 45 min normal line. Quite disappointing. Just don’t have features that the individual restaurants can’t adhere to….pretty simple concept.

This app should be removed to preserve the First Watch brand. The other usual ordering apps have a more accurate representation of ETA and the ability to sign off as “ready for pickup”. This app is a world of hurt. The ETA is always odd and the two times I’ve used it I have been waiting an average of 45 mins. As if that wasn’t enough, the “get in line” option just forwards you to a webpage that texts you and says “check in when you get there”???? No ETA updates, no text updates, no ability to do anything in the app.

Can’t add up a bill accurately…. … so unable to actually place order food

Missing menu items on the app and website. I normally like to order through their website. When I’m prompted to select my local First Watch, I noticed that under Classic Favorites tab the Traditional is shown and not the Trifecta. I then thought maybe the app will have the Trifecta and the same thing occurred, only the Traditional is shown! First Watch, please fix this ASAP!

First watch has gotten so much worse. This is from a long time fan of first watch. App is terrible. First watch in general way worse. First doesn’t even have a space to order regular toast. You have to say gluten free and make a special order. They are now only allowing so many orders per hour and so even if you pick asap your order may not be ready for one hour. And the worst part is It doesn’t tell you until after you pay that it won’t be ready for an hour. Not customer friendly app and app is a continuation of direction the whole company has gone.

This app is terrible. This app is a perfect example of mediocrity. The app identifies me by name and tracks me but requires I enter all my info manually every time I want to get in line.

Must be having a bad day!. First of all I love this restaurant! However today was way off! I always order the breakfast tacos but today they were not up to par! Mine was a 2go order and the tacos were laid flat in the box and defiantly not a corn tortilla that they usually use but a flour tortilla, which completely changes the taste of the taco. Also the beans were cold. I placed my order online and the confirmation stated it would be ready in 12 minutes for pickup. I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the counter at least 5 minutes and no one acknowledged I was even there. There were only at most 8 customers in the restaurant but no host or wait staff was to be seen. The only visible workers were the cooks in the kitchen. Only when a delivery person arrived to pick up an order and she went to the kitchen to get help with her order did anyone come to the front. Even when they do I still was the only one waiting and was only acknowledged when I asked about my to go order. This was at the 12 minute mark and the waiters response was “they are still working on it!” Finally 8 minutes later he came out with my order. This type of service is not the type of service I have received in the past nor was the quality of the food. Hopefully this is just a rare occurrence and not a developing trend!

Good restaurant, horrible app. Literally won’t allow me to place an order. Every time I go to the cart it just says “error validating basket”. Also for everyone leaving reviews. You’re reviewing the app here, not the restaurant. This isn’t Yelp. Does the app work or not? Nobody here cares that your beans were cold.

First Watch Mobile App.. Very hard to maneuver on the mobile app trying to find the items that you want to order if you want to order item to item there’s also no children’s menu so we had to try to just take a regular order and break it down. It really took me about a half an hour to order, we almost decided to just not order at all, and go somewhere else, wasn’t pleased with this process at all😣

Used to be great. We used to go to First Watch for breakfast every Sunday for the last three years. the old app would allow you to get in line and give a 15 minute window of when to arrive at the restaurant. Now, you’re given a timeframe of 1-2 hours!! How is someone supposed to know when to arrive?! I even tried calling the restaurant after an hour to see if they could give us a timeframe but they couldn’t! We haven’t been able to go to first watch in a month now, thanks to the update.

...a MUST visit place in Columbus,GA. I visit Columbus every month and I always have to come to First Watch because they make AMAZING Belgian waffles. If I come early, just after opening, I get seated quickly; but if I wait till after 10:00 it's very busy. Today I stood watching the staff clear tables and not able to start seating the line I was in, of people waiting to eat. Finally, a man (I think he was a manager or owner) came by and started whittling the line down. The food is amazing and always comes out fresh and hot. I drink my coffee black and their coffee lets me do it without having to adjust to a bitter after-taste. I don't have to request that my bacon is well done because it always is. The people are friendly. The place is clean. And unlike when I used to go to IHOP, the coffee cups are always CLEAN...yay!!! The only reason I didn't give them 5-stars is because they need to work on getting hungry people seated faster. This is a must visit place in Columbus!!

Checkin is worthless. Several times i’ve checked in with a 25 min wait, gotten there 20 min later and still had to wait 30-45 minutes. There’s no point if they don’t honor the checkin system. Better off to just leave if there’s a wait, reservation system is completely broke.

Skip the line doesn’t work. I TRUED to use the app to skip the line. The app said 60-90 minutes and to arrive at 12:30 to check in. I get there at 12:20 to check in and I’m told I have 8 people in front of me and it will be 60-80 minute wait. How is that skipping the line.? If I had know it wasn’t going to matter I would have gone to the restaurant hours ago. The hostess says that even with the app you still have to check-in in person with the hostess to actually get in the line and you get that wait time when you get in line. POINTLESS. Either take skip the line off the app or allow it to actually put you in line when you use it.

How can this app be this bad???. This app comes from/for a National chain and the buffoons that have made this app should be FIRED!!! Nothing saves! How stupid!

Never Remembers Me or Location. Not a great app. It works fine once I enter everything — but I have to do so from scratch each time. It doesn’t remember me or the restaurant I visit every week or two. It has spot to pull up recent locations but says I have none.

Great restaurant but app sends marketing spam. We love First Watch, and downloaded the app because it’s the only way to put your name on the waitlist online on busy days. But, unfortunately the app sends marketing spam as notifications with no way to turn them off (other than to turn off all notifications for the app in iOS), so it gets one star. Other than that it would be a 2-3 star app because it does let you “get in line”, but is otherwise just a wrapper for a mobile web site, poorly implemented, and quite useless.

GPullen. We were in Alabama and it was around lunchtime and nobody serves gravy 'n biscuits after 11:00 am!! Soooo I googled for a place where we could get some. We found this restaurant and it was delicious!! I have to say that I've never ate a gravy 'n biscuit like they serve but they were delicious What a coincidence that the guy who took our money was the General Manager and he was from Lake Charles, LA. It's a small world 🌍!! Good food and great service 🥇

Lackluster Medallion locale. Restaurant in a dilapidated strip mall parking lot. Food nothing special worthy of mentioning….management and staff was pompous rude, uncouth, and entitled… as if they forgot they are job I’d is to be serving the customers…🤦‍♂️✌🏻 won’t be returning they will likely be shutting doors soon 👎🏼👎🏾

What’s the point?. Checked in on the app and you still have to go in and check in at the restaurant. Waited an extra 15 mins to go in because I checked in on the app. It said 15 mins wait, and to wait for a ready text. 15 mins and I got nothing. Went in and asked what happen? I was told I have to come in and check with them too. The whole point of online check in went out the door.

Awesome, if it worked.. Called ahead to my local restaurant to get in line for a table; having a party of nine and needing a sling and a high chair. They told me they couldn’t help, and I could only do that with the app. Downloaded the app while my wife drove us there- and put our name in using the app. The app only allows up to 6, and had nowhere to list the need for a high chair or a sling, so I had to call back anyway to tell them. The opposite of convenient or easy, definitely for the benefit of the restaurant not for the customer.

Useless app. Checked in over the app and arrived when it said we should. They said that although I checked in on the app the wait is still close to 45 minutes due whatever reason. As we say and waited for close to 40 minutes, we saw several people who “checked in on the app” come in an immediately get seated. Even with parties bigger than ours. We love the food but this app is flawed.

Alysss. We go to first watch quite often and Alyssa is one of our best. She is always friendly and truly does a great job. We are always pleased with the service we received from her!

Can now get in line on app. You can now get in line on the app, pay through the app via CC, in other words, all issues are fixed that previous reviewers were bellyaching about.

This APP is a Huge Waste of your Time. I called the restaurant and they told me to download the app. I did. It took my info and when I clicked in “get in line”. It got stuck. Fifteen mins later when we got there they had no record of the entey and of course there was a line. When showed the app and what it was doing and what had happened, they said sorry and would have to go to bottom of list. First Watch, we will never visit this location ever again in Waverly. I will be reluctant to try others. Just lost a patron.

Useless. So many consistent inconsistencies. Kicked out of line for checking my position, not able to navigate back into check my position the next time, told me to be there in 17 minutes but was told they called me at immediately so I was put in back of the line behind 15+ groups. Of the half a dozen times I’ve used this, it has worked successfully one time.😡

Worthless App. You cannot put your name in if there is “0 wait time” yet when we show up there is a wait! Why not let people check in to put their name in regardless of the wait. Also the app doesn’t let you put your name in for more than 6 people. We come to eat as a family with up to 9 people. We’ll put our name in for 6 and call the restaurant to let them know we have more than 6 and they tell us that we need to use the app....worthless!

App is Useless. My First Watch near me doesn’t even use the app so when I went in expecting a 0 minute wait it ended up being 30. More of a 0 star rating for the management at the First Watch at Villanova.

latest version 1.2 broke. After updating to latest version, crashes when I try to launch the application. Lots of customers were having the same issue when I visited restaurant update 1.3 fixes crash, app back and working

LEAVE THE LINE” button placed poorly.. Having the leave the line but right above the iPhone home button makes it too easy to accidentally leave the line went all one wants to do is open the app to check on status. It would be better to move the leave the line button to another location or to ask to verify that you really want to leave the line.

Not as advertised. Just because you use this app and sign in, does not mean we didn’t have to wait. Our wait time was 15 minutes. I walked in at 15 minutes and they told me I had another 20 minute wait because there were people that signed in before me. I showed him the app and he laughed and said, you still have to wait. According to the app, there was no one ahead of me.

Great most of the time. FW is always so busy, the “get in line” feature is really helpful. Table is usually ready when we arrive. And the interactive nutrition info is excellent!! But Sometimes the app is not working properly ☹️.

Doesn’t work. I called to get quoted wait times and they wouldn’t give me the wait times over the phone and referred me to the app to check. So, I downloaded the app and checked and it said the wait times was zero. When I arrived the wait time was 20 mins. I showed the hostess that the wait time was still saying zero when we arrived and she said “sometimes it doesn’t link”. What is the point in telling me to download the app?

Fixed and They Latest Listened-Thanks. All Fixed Happy Again This is what I wrote two weeks ago: Menu brings up white screen with no way to get to menu!!! Since we depend on this to prepare our take out orders we’ll be using Panera (which also allows you to pay via apple pay)...Too bad we really liked First Watch...maybe we’ll still go every now and then...but no more take out orders... Tried other avenues to bring this to their attention...NO LUCK

Great app!. It’s so nice to get to a restaurant and already be in line. The wait times are pretty accurate and it’s super convenient to check in from home. I wish every busy restaurant had this!

App is of no use. What would be better than this App - No App. We were confident of not waiting because it showed 0 min waiting and we planned our Sunday around that and then we reach restaurant they said App is not working and there is 45 min waiting. The whole purpose of downloading this App is to check in ahead of time, had there not been App we would have planned it like that, it ruined our Sunday and mood.

It’s .1% useful. The app crashes constantly. It will continue to ask if it can use your location every time it’s reloaded. When you click on the link given when waiting in line it will take you to the App Store not the app itself. If you do wait in line it won’t always keep your place and will you be kicked out of your spot only to have to have to get in line again. The good news? You can check locations on the app.

Says that I opted out of line. I downloaded the app and was excited to see that I could get into line before I get to the restaurant. I did, and they texted me a confirmation and our spot in the line. But less than five minutes afterward, the link stopped working and the app said that I wasn’t in a line. I called the restaurant to confirm I was in line, and they told me I had opted out. They were really kind and reactivated my reservation, but I am really disappointed that the app didn’t work.

Online Ordering and credit card. I’ve never had a problem with this app when used to “get in line.” Today I tried to place an order online. Everything was fine until check out and “after” my credit card info was entered. Error kept saying I had to enter. Four digit year exp but the app clearly is marked mm/yr. never could place my order. Order from another restaurant instead.

Wonderful OV restaurant!. We love this restaurant because they have unique as well as traditional menu items. Service is quick and friendly. We always use the app and it shortens our wait time. This is always my first choice for breakfast!

Doesn’t work the way it should. I used the app to get in line and it says 18-33 minutes, so we waited to leave the house. Two minutes later it says your table is ready please show up in 5 minutes. We get there 10 minutes later and are kicked out of line. They need to review their process. It doesn’t work. They should give people a 15 minute window.

Get in line - doesn’t work. The get in line feature is misrepresented! You can add yourself to the line however, you still have to check in. Wait time doesn’t update in the app - have to keep tapping “already checked in”.

Doesn’t work, and useless if it did work. Can’t actually reserve a table. Just silly adware designed to give a 3rd party developer access to contact info. A great example of when a restaurant (or any company) might do well to stick to their core competency. The best feature is that you can press-hold on app until the icon shakes. When you click the ‘X’ it gets deleted from your phone.

Location feature broken w/ v1.1 update.. When you upgraded to v1.1, it appears the functionality around location and mapping to a location was broken. Each time you attempt to use these, you get kicked out of the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled didn't resolve the issue. Issue resolved. Thanks for the fast response.

Missing food items. Their app has several menu items missing which forces you to call your order in. The same menu items are missing from the website ordering as well, but the restaurant has the items The app should have Apple Pay as well.

Missing Menu Items. There have been a few updates since the app got a new look, and I’m especially a fan of being able to order within the app. Unfortunately, there are a few menu items that aren’t included in the app. Pancakes and the Floridian French toast are two that come to mind.

I love this app. If you live in an area like me that is heavily populated you need this app. I can put my self in line when I’m home and head over to simply arrive and walk in if I time it right. Great job app works great!

“Skip the line” doesn’t work (still). Th party in front of us checking in (and not “in line” from app) got the place before us in line with five min shorter wait estimate. Same thing the previous two times I used the Get in Line online. And the wait time was not accurate—I get that it likely got longer since I “got in line” via the app, but it’s obvious the app doesn’t get you in line at all. Or do anything besides give them your name & phone number.

Inaccuracy. This app is terribly inaccurate! It said zero-minute wait about 30 minutes before I arrived at the Polaris location—and wouldn’t allow me to “check in” because of the no wait. When I arrived, it still said zero minutes, but I was told it’d be 20 minutes. Only after ten minutes of waiting did the app say there was a twenty-minute wait. Great food, but the app is pisspoor at best.

Incorrect wait times. When we got in line, the app said we had 15+ people in front of us and an hour to wait. We timed our departure from home according to that. In 20 minutes we had 12 tables ahead of us and were told to arrive in 30 minutes. I checked two minutes later and it said our table was ready. Naturally, we were unable to make the 5 minute drive to the restaurant in that time. This has happened to us several times.

Join option does nothing. Join option does not do anything. Can’t even join on the website. I always have to use Guest checkout to order and have to fill our all my info each time. Please fix it, I’m giving my information to you for my convenience but you don’t want it:). Thanks

App is great if you don’t have kids.. It looks pretty I guess. However, if you want to order off the kids menu you can’t and have to call anyway so there’s no point in using it. Also if you want to something taken off your food you have to put it in the notes and hope it gets seen. So basically it’s useless.

“Log Book”. Love the app. Love the food and service. I’m in the 5% regular customer group. Recently, when I sign into the app I have to re-enter my information. Including: Name, email and phone number. Hope this is fixed soon!

Server available??. Went for breakfast at 7:50 Sat. morning. (Fairfax VA) No wait, plenty of tables!! Unfortunately for some reason they sat us at a table that the server hadn’t arrived. Seriously??? After 8 minutes I asked for someone to take our order and a sweet lady came over to try and make up for their snafu. Sooooooo, always ask to see your server when you are early to breakfast.

Skip the in-restaurant wait is a LIE!!. Do not make sense that you do the online Get-line and do not count from the time you did it online you still need to check in at host and will have a normal wait time like everybody else. Dont waste your time doing the online get in line and expect to skip the in restaurant line because will not be like that

A once useful app is now useless. This app used to allow you to get you in virtual line, which would update you on your wait time and you could arrive with minimal waiting at the restaurant. Now, after you are checked into the virtual time- your wait time starts when you physically get to the restaurant. Why even have the Get in line feature? Useless

Not good. They changed this app months ago and most of the time it won’t let reserve as it says that a party of this size has no wait but when I get there (I live 2 minutes away) it is full and I have to wait 15 minutes or so. Especially annoying when I ride my bike and can’t wait in the car.

Classic Menu Items Missing. I found this same problem on the app, website, doordash, and Uber eats: Items weren’t listed including all of the eggs benedicts and carnitas burrito. On the website, the menu has a complete list, but when you go to the ordering section they are missing.

Timing and number of tables ahead of me is off. Every time we use the app it shows that there is a 5-15 min wait, maybe the default? That is not the case when we get to the restaurant and we end up having to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant either way. Refreshing the app gives sporadic responses sometimes shows that we are the next table sometime that there are 15+ tables ahead. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t honor Get in Line. The past 2 times I’ve used the Get in Line feature at 2 locations they haven’t honored it. People who’ve arrived after you “get in line” get seated before you. It’s basically no different than just physically getting online when you arrive. Both times had to wait 20+ minutes to be seated even though the app said we’d be seated within 5 minutes of arriving.

Awesome!. Love this app. It makes waiting for a table so much less arduous because you can get in line before you even get to the restaurant. I was also able to look up nutritional info for the menu to help decide what to order for lunch!

Get in line does not refresh. We used the app to get in line and it said 15 people ahead of us and gave estimated wait. However, it doesn’t refresh and when it said 0 in line ahead of you and it was not true. I went to hostess stand and stated it said we had 0 in line and she replied “I don’t know why it says that because you have 15 people in line ahead of you.” This is after we had already waited 45 minutes. Please fix this glitch or this is useless and just upsets customers.

Get in Line Is Not Realistic. I seem to remember that the get in line feature allowed the user to include arrival time or projected travel time. Now if I have a long drive, I am forced to use it while I drive. Oh, that is not safe. Answer: Don’t use the app and wait 30-45 minutes or go somewhere else. The latter is the best option unless there are no other options.

Terrible. Tried to call ahead to make reservations for our family of 5 only to be told to use the app. I download it, get in line and arrive only to be told they don’t have us on the list. I show the confirmation on the screen and it doesn’t matter. I’m told I will have to wait 30-45min. Waiting that long with a 2, 5 and 8yo is another level of he$!. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be returning.

App Doesn’t Work!! Pointless.... Every time I try to “get in line” I get an error “Unable to Join Line”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, doesn’t make a difference. When I called my local restaurant, they said they couldn’t help. They also completely invalidated the issue, saying “everyone else’s is working so it must be an issue with your phone”. I have a relatively new iPhone that never has issues. Very disappointing app experience and interaction with my local restaurant.

Hate that you cant get on list for 0-5 mins wait. I hate that you changed the app to where i cant add myself to the wait list if the wait is only 0-5 mins. I add myself to the list before i leave home. I am 15 mins from the restaurant but when i het there its often a 20-30 minute wait. So frustrating. I usually go somewhere else when that happens. FIX THIS!!!

Waitlist process is a turnoff. We were told about 45 minute wait. After 45 minute wait went to see where we were on the list , she said number 7 I said after 45 minute wait and we are still number 7. That is another 45 min She said people check in on line and they might not see them when I checked in I said if they check in on line they shouldn’t be ahead of someone checking in in person and they can see them now why not when we checked in if they were already checked in We wasted 45 minutes of our day only to leave and go somewhere else Will not return !

Very helpful. The app worked very well for us! We got in line before leaving and they were ready for us right at the predicted time. This app is worth downloading.

Great restaurant, garbage app. This app literally serves no purpose. When I saw that the average rating was 2 stars I was like “yikes!” but downloaded it anyway knowing I would be going to First Watch soon and wanted to use the table check-in feature. This app does nothing. The check in feature doesn’t work and the app has no other features other than looking at the menu and locations. I think fixing the seating feature would help boost the ratings a ton. In the meantime, DELETED!
