Best app to send faxes!. At my work I need to send faxes almost everyday and sometimes its frustrating but with this app my life has been easier since I installed it. I can send faxes anywhere and anytime, the app brings a friendly user interface and fantastic features to improve the sending, there is no need to fax via the machine. Love this app

So good. This Application is pretty awesome!! I urgently needed to send documents before tomorrow morning, and I was able to in two minutes right from my iPhone. All you have to do is upload a document from your phone or snap photos of the pages you want to send. The price is Reasonable as well

Rip off. I bought 50 credits twice at $5 plus each time. No credits ever showed up. I ended up having to go to fed ex Really crappy app I want a refund!

RIP OFF!. Stay away from this app. I downloaded it. Bought credits that never showed up. Deserves no stars. 24 hours later. Still no credits or refund. Based on this review the developer sent me an email saying contact them to DISCUSS the issue. The address was to their Facebook page. I repeat: STAY AWAY.

Great first impression. I just reviewed a bunch of these apps. I picked this one as no recurring subscription. I bought 100 credits for $5.99 plus tax. I needed to fax a bill but am working from home due to COVID-19 and no longer have a phone line. I created a cover page and attached the pdf I saved to my iCloud folder. I then went into history and emailed myself a confirmation. Supper easy considering we should be beyond fax technology at this point.

Useless App. This app doesn’t work as advertised. I have attempted to send several faxes from my phone and they are never delivered. This purchase was a waste of time and money.

Ok Product. It’s an okay app. The only con about this app is when I take pictures using the scan app feature and when the picture is being saved into the app, it fails and I have to retrying. When using a different app and share it to this app it works fine.

Buying credits. Today we attempted to load the $5.99 credits and after attempt # 3, we gave up. They are charging us, but no credits are loading. I clicked for support and nothing shows up to contact anyone. We have tried everything possible and still out of luck. Don’t know what to do??

Useful FAX app PRO

No. No need to fax machine for us, I have FAX app PRO with my iPhone so I send fax from my iPhone very easily. I scan document then I send fax via my iPhone. This app very useful and very important for me. I can send fax from online cloud documents. I can trace my dilevery status via it.

Good. I am lucky enough to work from home, but this means any equipment I need comes out of my pocket. I don’t need a fax machine often, but just often enough that it was frustrating to have to run to a copy shop each time. And this app has been a huge time saver

Didn’t receive credits. Up until now this app would get the job done. It has happened twice that I paid for credits, and didn’t receive them. There is also no way to contact them. I would make sure this is something they fix before downloading this app.

Review. Have faxed a few documents and people have not received them... not sure why?

Not working!. Tried sending a fax 2 days in a row and 3 separate times. It isn’t going through to the recipient.

Scammers. They did not reimburse my money after something went wrong with their old app. Had to download the new app and pay again.

HIGH WAY ROBBERY! BUYER BE AWARE!!!. I only give ** instead of ***** because sending faxes from a land line are totally free and sending faxes from a mobile device are not, like what kind of bull crap is having to buy credits to send faxes when using a landline is free? Also you don’t get a refund of your credits or your money if a fax fails to go through and if you try and contact support nobody responds so they worship your money but you could drop dead for all they care. I give ** instead of 1* because of the convenience of being able to send faxes right from your phone. In a nutshell, it’s highway robbery!

A+. There are two versions of this app currently and this one is the best. The other fox pro is almost identical except this pricing model works much better for me as someone who does not send many faxes.

Took my money and still no credits weeks later. I would give this zero star rating. I installed this app, payed for some credits to send a fax. Payment was taken from my credit card and it has been a couple of weeks now and I still don’t have any credits on my account to send a fax. It is hard to find a contact to let anybody know, I did find an email address, but have not heard back. Feeling really ripped off. And I had still had to go out to send my fax.

Rip off. Does not apply paid credits towards account.. A receipt of $23.79 was applied to my paypal I received no faxing credits. Have not been able to fax from this app. Stay away. Figure out another way to send documents, especially unemployment documentation. This app steals your money and adds to frustration level when you try again only to find you can’t send because your account shows no credits. This app is a thief plain and simple. I’ve never had this experience and I don’t know how to rectify this.

Not free. It showed up as a free app but be warned that it’s NOT. After being misled right from the start, I didn’t even bother to check out more.
