Love and hate. This app is fantastic, very powerful intuitive engines. Everytime I pay for an upgrade, it doesn't work though I don't understand what's happening

I. Hate. It.. Without membership you can use barely any filter. This app is literally trash, you’re begging for money.

not there yet. some of the free filters don't work, you get the same photo/video as the normal camera

Really cool effects. Wish I could take videos longer than 10 seconds

Pretty Good. I'm not happy with how much it ends up costing, and that it's separated into two apps. But I've been playing with it for the past three days, and it's an incredibly fun and stable app. I'd love to see more control over the VHS and Camera filters in future updates. You can't really use the VHS filter without completely crushing your image in upload mode, and it'd be nice to use Camera without the noise.

“ART IS ARTIFICE”. Though some may wish for more image manipulating control — I prefer to have the random generators that I find here. I have experimented with the tape machines of yesteryear and have added a dozen sharpen filters on my pre-HD mini-DV footage in Final Cut 4.0, and the like... and the thing that all those wonderful approaches has that GLITCH CAM shares in too — is “the happy accident” you discover amidst the process of mining for aesthetic gold. There are some fine qualities to those retro processes, and GLITCH CAM allows you both the interesting beauty as well as the experiential moments of discovery... when you happen upon a “happy accident” that, trust me, you could NOT have planned for ahead of time.

Do not update if you have bought filters previously❗️❗️. I was excited when I saw this app had an update. It was by far my favorite camera app, so much that I actually spent money on it to unlock the filters that were behind a paywall. I thought that the new update would bring even more filters, that I would definitely consider paying for. Well I open the app and see all the filters I bought previously are once again locked. Restoring purchases does nothing. Can I at least get my 15$ back if I can’t have the filters anymore? I’ll still give 2 stars because the filters the provide us for free are cool but it would be an easy 5 stars without this complication.

Took away everything!. I paid for almost every in-app purchase, and with this new update even if I restore my purchases , what I had paid for now is not available and now every item has a watermark, that I already paid for to be removed. Smh!! Not cool guys. Hope you get this fix.

Used for video art college course. Amazing for creating ideas and is first app that I have downloaded through the never ending scroll of apps which are disappointments. I would invest some time in this one for sure.

Urgent Question. I accidentally downloaded this app and quickly deleted it, however I noticed that there wasnt a price, after It downloaded the App Store said purchased and it shouldn’t say that if there was no price. Is this app free or..? But most importantly Is there anyway to get the money back if money IF money was taken because my phone is connected to my mothers credit card:(

Ripped off. Had this for a while and liked it then they “updated” and made it almost useless unless you paid more. Write a new app don’t force users to buy it again. Not enough middle finger emojis

It’s come a long way. I’ve been using Glitché for a few years now and the tools available are much better than they were originally worked. Plus they doubled the variety and gave them broader control. Granted it is somewhat of a learning curve to get to understand its function but once you do, it’s well worth it. These guys are awesome. The Glitché app can import video and you can create 15 second clips and continuously layer them up with more effects without reloading your output. What confused me for a minute was when this app Glitché video app came out. It is solely for being able to record video while using the filters and effects live. It’s not as robust as their core Glitché yet but still kicks the rest out of the room

Way better than the original!. I very much like this better than the original..I don’t have to pay for the $9.00 for full access. I just love this app! 5 stars.

Made filter premium that used to be free.... Pretty crappy move to make once free filter now premium. If you want cash add more filter not cripple a once cool app.

Love Glitch Cam!. Just like Glitché for photos, this app allows me to capture awesome effects and art by just pointing my iPhone at virtually anything (a paper towel roll for example). IAP’s are reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend!

Rad. This app is dope, just like Glitché. People are leaving bad reviews cause you gotta pay for some of the filters, who cares? They're worth paying for and they work well. Sometimes you gotta pay for good quality, well worth it to me.

update 👎🏼. it’s very disappointing to see that all of the filters i spent my money on are all locked once again, this was my FAVORITE app i used to get compliments on my videos all the time and now yous basically have two of the same app. I shouldn’t have to go pro for filters i already paid for at least give us DECENT FREE filters. i really hope yous fix this...

Dope. This app is actually really cool. I wasn't too sure about downloading because there were no ratings or reviews but I did anyway and I don't regret it. Since this is a free app, there are some in app purchases but it's understandable because of how cool the effects are. I would totally spend some bucks buying the filters. Anyway, the free filters are pretty cool nonetheless. 10/10 would recommend if you're into cool photo manipulations

Don’t waste your time on this. Too much of the app is locked behind a paywall. Can only do the bare minimum effects with it. Don’t use it for art.

Constantly restoring purchase. I was really happy to use this app but then realised I had to pay for some filters so I did. Then a week later I kept getting pop ups to pay for the full version, even though I paid for my filters. I found my filter labelled as ‘pro’ even though I had already paid. Now I have to restore my purchases every time and it is extremely annoying especially the pop ups that push you into paying monthly.

Need to purchase again. I already bought some of the filters that I just need and want, but after I updated it to its latest version then all of the filters that I purchased needed to be pay again

Absolutely Terrible.. if you didn’t know, you’re basically paying for your own camera. the filters and everything are very high priced so i don’t recommend. just because celebrities endorsed you doesn’t mean your app works.

Even if these filters were reasonably priced I still wouldn’t trust an app that doesn’t even let you see what the filters look like before spending 5.49$ for a five pack of basic glitch filters that can be found free on (one of my go to apps) enlight Photofox that offers lots of free content and optional premium mode for good content! From a name that makes plenty of intuitive useful apps that are totally trustworthy! This app is just terrible! Seems like it would be cool if it did something, but it does nothing at all. …except ask you for money. How did Apple even allow this in the store? Should be removed. Terrible experience. Why..?. I’ve been looking for an app to make a glitch edit. Then,I found this. What I hate about this is,You get on the app,you either have to take a picture or make a photo.Why can’t we choose one from our Gallery? Also,it just leads you to go to an app that costs $0.99,but this girl is broke,so she doesn’t have the money for that.That’s why I’m giving it a one star.
