You’ll Be Disappointed. I bought a bottle of port that was supposed to come in a display box as a gift for someone. When it arrived, the box from was shattered and the corners smashed. Unfortunately since the bottle was intact they would only give me 30% store credit and not do anything about the broken merchandise. So basically they’ll give me a discount on future business when they provided such poor service to begin with. What a joke! You’ll definitely be disappointed with this company.

Try the online sommeliers. Selection and prices are great. App is easy to use, nice features to keep track of what you have liked and want to try next. The online sommeliers are amazing! Even better than any wine store I’ve patronized in the past. You can give them a price range and examples of what you have liked, a description, regions, grapes, whatever you know and they will find really good examples. I’ve never been disappointed. You can buy and ship bottles to friends, family and coworkers for free if you have the wine steward membership (if you buy more than a dozen bottles a year it makes sense). Holidays are solved

Nice app but can improve on 2 points. I frequently use this app to order wines. All in all a good app. Would be a “great” app if they can improve on 2 points. 1. Not easy to find “your order” link. Should be more prominently located. 2. When they run out of a wine that you have put in the cart, it simply disappears without any note. And you go, “I am sure I put that wine in the cart. What happened??” Would be helpful to place a note that says “We no longer have this wine...” etc. Other than these 2 points, it is a nice app. Recommend

Tour of Italy Live Tele Comference. The host of “Tour of Italy” (Gwendolyn Osborn) is a poor choice. She does not seem knowledgeable. She does not try to pronounce the wine regions or the wine names correctly. Basically she kills the names! She should at least know how to pronounce the names of the wines she is introducing. And also, she should speak slowly. She sounds like a teenager. Not profesional at all. The Italian guests (wine makers) that were featured in the call were absolutely amazing. I will be buying their wines just because of how they spoke....nothing to do with Gwendolyn Osborn.

Great wines, great prices, great app. Virtually every wine style and quality anyone could want is available at very competitive prices. Delivery works perfectly. The special offers and Stewardship program keep me coming back. The app is very easy to use on iPhone as is the website. Reviews and additional info are easy to find and the app always remembers who you are.

Sled discount removed. I was sent an email offering $20 off 50 . I had a larger order. When I applied the discount , it first included the discount. I changed my credit card and the discount was removed and the Seventh bottle of wine was removed as well???? Please check to see why I lost the discount and the seventh bottle ordered Pamela Alderman

Could not order. Wanted to order a wine that was in stock and would not let me, so went back a year (which was out of stock) and brought me back to my original choice? Love the selection, but seem to have trouble ordering half the time!

Great wines at great prices. These wines are perfect, awesome variety with ease of ordering. Cannot find the wines I prefer in the store's, plus trying to find something that is close can be a guess. Prices are appropriate for what you are willing to spend, their sales and discounts are pretty good.

Simply the best. Enormous selection and accurate reviewer ratings. Whether you’re using the app our your desktop wines are easy to find, order and shop. The website learns your preferences and then prompts your interest when discounts are available (or they create). Favorite feature: filters to select your preferences: type, region, etc.

Like the App. I like this app a lot. It’s easy to use, flexible to search, and straightforward to navigate. One suggestion: when a partial order is left in the cart for a period of time, which happens when I run across something interesting but don’t have the time to complete a case or half case order, wines will drop off the order, presumably because they are out of stock, which is understandable. It would be nice if the wines dropped off were added to the Saved for Later list to remember what was selected.

Great for sales and filtering, not so great for tracking favorites. This app runs pretty smoothly and has some good filters for selecting wines to buy. However I can’t find a way to easily come back to the wines I’ve enjoyed and would like to buy again- I have to pick through a list of my old orders, click on each wine by name, and read my review of it. There is no favorites list, no cellar tracker, and even the orders lists don’t have the label pictures for reference. If it had these things I think it would be a great app.

Wonderful wines.. I am glad that I found this gem of a site. I have been satisfied with the level of customer service and wine selection. I plan to keep ordering wines for my consumption as well as growing my cellar. I don’t want to give it too high of reviews in fear of them running out of my go to wines. Cheers!

App doesn’t function. I’ve ordered multiply time before getting the app and things went smoothly. I got the app to help save time and so far nothing has worked. Doubled charged for the membership, cancelled an order I placed, chat is locked up, current order is no where aka between thanks for your money and maybe we’ll ship someday. Layer on top of that absolutely no customer service capability unless you’re lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone. Do not get this app!

Doesn’t work reliably, discount not given. Downloaded the app and chose wines for an order. Went to check out, no response from the “place order” button. Tried several times, same result. Went to customer support page, chose “Chat” button. No response even though this was during posted hours. Had to go back and start over, eventually got order to go through. However I did not get the promised $20 discount for first time app order. All in all, a frustrating experience.

Order wouldn’t go through for two days. On the third day, after trying by app, by website, and by customer service multiple times on the two previous days to no avail, I finally got it to process. Ordered 24 bottles instead of 30 today - was that the magic difference? Or was my account just screwed up and nobody could figure out why? I was promised an email or call back within two hours yesterday that never happened. Very frustrating, but I should have what I need in time for a big gathering next week… I hope!

I’ll miss you. This is the Cadillac of wine store apps. I’ve tried many others and they all pale in comparison. This provides great filtering and sort criteria, allowing you to narrow your search to just a few bottles if you choose. It’s fantastic for “window shopping,” and then purchasing. I was an avid user for 10 years which came to an abrupt end when they stopped shipping to Michigan.

Amazing selection great content. No better place to explore the world of wine because they are truly passionate about wine. You place your order from home it will be 100 pct accurate and it will feel like Christmas morning when you get it It’s my go to to explore wines from around the world

Quality Wine at an Affordable Price. Reviews and ratings from sommelier are accurate and dependable. Do not change this rating service. I enjoy looking at wine related to my buying habits. Wine arrives promptly and packaged safely. I use the wonderful bottle tags and adhesive labels for bottle tags while in my rack.

Great way to send wine. I use this site often to send wine to a 90 year old friend who lives far from me. Wine is always delivered quickly; lots of price range choices; easy to use website. I have also received wine as gifts from this website. I highly recommend this site.

Be careful. Epic logistics system issue.. While I’ve had positive experiences with this service in the past, there seems to be an epic logistics system issue recently. I placed an order nearly a month ago that has yet to arrive. After multiple attempts to contact support, their support agents have repeatedly told me there is an issue with their logistics system and they cannot even say when the order will ship. They also cannot cancel my order. After emailing support, I have not received a response with any detail. They recently sent a broad form email from their CEO apologizing to customers for this logistics debacle. When they’re up and running, I’m a fan or their service. For now, be very careful.

Changed to very limited selection. I have used the app for years now and was pleased. They recently without any notification changed and for Ohio the wine selection available is a fraction of what it used to be. For 2 months they have told me it was a glitch in the app and the selection would be returning but quite frankly that’s horrible customer service. I completely lost the ability to see wine futures. I will be canceling my membership as none of the other wine websites I buy from have changed the access for Ohio.

Not a fun shopping experience. My cart kept disappearing when I had to log off before completing my order. If I used search, the search argument kept coming back even after I cleared it. Same with filters. The website showed a customer review summary, but there was no ability to click to get details. I couldn’t sort or select by customer reviews. At checkout, nothing was auto-populated so I had to manually enter everything. Good selection of wine though, and I was finally able to complete my order. And to top it off, I’m required to have a unique nickname and I am wasting time guessing nicknames that are already taken. Give me a suggestion please!

Good app, except one thing. I noticed that no matter what you search for, even if there are no actual search results, the app always displays some results. I guess that’s to show alternative selections, but the confusing thing about it is that they don’t tell you that they didn’t find what you were searching for. You find yourself flipping through a list of selections that don’t seem to have anything to do with what you’re looking for because they don’t.

Great app, my only complaint is.... ...that’s it loads the pages slow. You click and wait... aaaaand then you see the new page. Otherwise it has just enough of features not to turn the experience into some gimmicky digital time-waster like so many apps inherently do.

Not getting what I paid for.... Unbelievable! For the second time they are sending me cheaper wine then what I paid for. I was sending them photos but they are sending me back label descriptions that I have already compared and that’s not my wine! Ridiculous! I already have some credit on my account that I don’t have access to when they sent cheaper wine... Double check your deliveries with your orders because they are cheating! So I’m done! There are some other apps and ways to order wine!

Efficiency plus. I use to spend over an hour each visit to the wine store and even then would leave without really knowing I have the best selections. By using the filters with points rating guide along with price guide for the type of wine you are searching for it’s an unbelievable time saver snd the. Throw in there is no driving to store and loading ever in snd out of the car Not to mention the discounts they offer and free shipping if you become a stewards member which you would be crazy not to I’ll never go to a wine store again

Great App. Super intuitive app but also amazing selection and great wine experts available when you have a question about a specific wine or vintage. Also handy when gift giving and you’re just not sure what to get. Love the StewardShip program for holiday and year round gift giving! Highly recommend.

Why So Many Of My Favorites Are Unavailable. The title says it all. Every time I log in to re-order a wine that I like I find that it’s “Unavailable “. This is very disappointing, as I enjoy having these wines delivered to my door. I am also paying for the Stewardship Membership, so when I want to order a wine and it’s unavailable, I feel as though I’m paying for nothing.

Slow, moves like a Jr. programmer wrote. Such a slow program where individual pages actually load like you’re on a 2400 baud modem with a red line at top indicating progress if the pages. Additionally, oh though I have ordered many times it continues to set my default state upon launch as California and not Florida so when I put wines in my card and go to check out it says, “Oh sorry you can’t order these because you live in Florida not California.” Ridiculous. How can an app not know where I’m located; especially when I’m logged into my profile, only shop to Florida and use it frequently. Get with it & hire a reputable app developer.

Just stay away. Delivered wrong wine, still charged, won’t respond. If you’re thinking about using this service, it’s not bad for wine reviews and general exploring, but I’d hold off on actually purchasing anything until you start seeing some *recent* positive reviews. 4 stars for overall app functionality. A hard 0 though for customer service. I ordered four bottles of red Bordeaux - order arrived timely but only one bottle was correct. To be clear, it wasn’t like they just got the vintage wrong - these were totally random and two of them were white wines. I repeatedly reached out to customer service via email and called mult times but no answer. I’m ready to say screw it, open the incorrect wine and never use this service again.

Logistics FUBAR'd. Gotta say you guys kept us sane through the first six months of pandemic. Then the app and your logistics crashed and burned. Precious order showed up like over a week after predicted. Current shipment of 12 bottles was scheduled to arrive over a week ago. Six did arrive just over a week late. I mean I don't care, just do t say in your app they will arrive negative seven days from now. Emails keep arriving saying my order of all 12 arrived. It's been three days since my first email to support. No response. Two days ago I sent another. Got an automated response over 24 hours later. Now, tried the 800 number and was told, "no agents are available, bye [click]." So the only remaining click is me canceling my "prime" shipping account and deleting this app. Logistics got the better of them. Or rather revealed assumptions and serious underlying flaws in the app-to-warehouse communications. Update: currently #49 in line for chat support. Phone support won't answer and email from 5 and 3 days ago still unanswered.

Good app, used to be better. I would have given this app 5 stars, but this last update they took away the feature where you can view all the ratings of all the vintages on one page. Now, for example, if you’re looking at the vintage 2019, and you want to compare it to 2018 and maybe 2020, you can view all of the other vintages together, but 2019 won’t be on that list, you you’d have to scroll back and forth just to compare the vintage you’re interested in.

Works fine, but.... Besides harvesting my data, I’m not sure yet how I benefit from ordering through the app rather than a website. The $30 off offer has, as I suspected, terms and conditions which you’re not warned of until you’ve risked another year of endless robocalls from Marriott hotels by giving out telephone number (by now if you don’t have an email account devoted expressly to spam it’s your fault).

Needs update to new IOS. I love this app and have photos and data entered from all my years of wine consumption. However since the IOS update I’m unable to access my records,thus, everything has basically been lost I’m hoping the developer can fix the problem so I can once again access my files

A little slow, but efficient. This is s great app that comes with a built-in discount for different levels of purchase or special events or for Pete’s Sake. Kidding, but it’s very convenient to be able to make purchases on the fly, and you’d better be in the fly with it because it seems everyone has one and will make purchases on the spot at an event. I’ve learned my lesson well. Next time, I’ll order on the spot as well. No sense in missing out on the good stuff because it’s all sold out! Unheard of, but true!

Everyone deserves a second chance.. So my last order, looks like they forgot it, I placed my order on the 21st of September as it states it can arrive on the 26th so we can have good wine to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, my card wasn’t charged, I called customer service multiple times maybe 5x al was just VM that no one can attend to my calls, I emailed multiple times, still nothing, there’s just that generic reply or confirmation that they got your email but no one really followed up, I just want to know why my order was delayed. I don’t get it as my previous orders I didn’t have a problem and suddenly when I wanted to order that it’s shipped to me, something went wrong. So I’m hoping my order goes through today. If not I think I’ll just stop, I took the bait of purchasing free shipping for a year and when I only used that option twice, I still didn’t get my money’s worth, I feel like I was scammed. So be careful. I feel they will cancel my order again, as I have reached the maximum of 2 free shippings with my purchase of free shipping for a year. I’ve been scammed. BEWARE!

Don’t be tricked into a membership. Look, it sounds like a GREAT way to take advantage of the AmEx statement credits. Buy the stewardship, wine to your door- fantastic! No. Just no. 2 orders in and both have been late, you have to track them down. AmEx credit doesn’t work unless it hits at the right time so I’m out money there, wine is late, and I’ve had a mental burden of dealing with it all for the low cost of $59 a year! What a rip off.

Wine. SUPERB selection! New to the site and am very impressed. Prices are decent and delivery is super fast. Looked for my favorite Chardonnay on other websites and they were always out. Found it here with no problem. Thanks for being my new go to place for great wine!!

Can’t ask for more. First, there is an incredible selection of wine at reasonable prices. Second, there is sommelier help if you need it. Third, there are effective and easy to use filters that allow you to drill down to the right wine at the right price and the right rating. Lastly, delivery is fast. What more can you ask?

Shipped to my old address. Unbelievable. I have moved in the last two years and have ordered and received several shipments to my new address. Even my new address is chosen as my preferred location. However, after ordering a very expensive bottle for my husband for Christmas, this order was shipped to my old address. They said there’s nothing they can do about it since I chose my old address as the default. I did not. Never ordering from them again.

Quick shipping and good wine. I basically took a star away related to the way my multiple items were shipped and the fact non alcoholic packages still required a signature. They were always received on three separate days which caused the star deduction. I had to wait at home extra days to sign. The wine was good, and there's a lot of really good discounts on the app. Worth using.

Nice app, terrible merchant. Ordered two weeks in advance of my desired delivery date and the items have yet to arrive, already three days late. Customer service wait was about an hour and if your device goes to sleep, you loose your place in the queu and have to start at the back. Not that they were at all helpful, was told what I already knew, that my wines had not yet been shipped and they didn’t know when they would be. App is only as good as the much to be merchant and they leave much to be desired. Pass

Quick and easy. I just used the app for my first order. The search was quick and easy. Many choices were given. Good description of products given which help in decision-making. Placing the order was also quick and easy. I love that I can pick up in town since we live out in the country and boxes usually left at our gate.

One of My Top Apps. If I could only have 10 apps on my phone, Vivino would be one of those for sure- even possibly Top 5. I use the app daily and the performance of their updated wine list scanner for Premium members is mind-blowingly fast and accurate -exponentially better than what it was before. The world of wine is so big, no matter how knowledgeable you are there’s no way to know quality down to producer level so this is a tremendous tool trying to level the playing field in order to make smart choices.

Great Selections !!!. I’ve almost stopped shopping my local wine store; only for cooking wine. I find all my favorites, provide suggestions that allow you to try new label and quick delivery. I just wish the prices were a little lower so I could get more😂😂 But the sales are awesome!!

Great options but hours to check out. The app has great options and a good selection to choose from for gifts as well as other occasions. It seems there was a price change as I was in the process of checking out, which then kicked back my order. I then received error messages that the $20 off for installing the new app was no longer valid and the price and tax were incorrect. I had to start my order all over again multiple times. For some reason, the app saved the shipping address, which belongs to the gift recipient, as the billing address even though I did not request that. I believe I finally got my order submitted after having a price increase of $10 to the item I was in the midst of purchasing, as well as an increase in the tax and shipping cost. I am hopeful the gift turns out beautifully as it looks in the picture.

The app would be even better if there was history of searches. The app is very useful, I always use it when I shop for wine. However it does not keep the history of searches, which would help a lot next time you go to a wine store. This shouldn’t be difficult to implement.

Non Responsive. The app used to work, but it’s been non responsive for me for months now for certain capabilities. I cannot save for later or delete an item. Customer service was unsuccessful in their attempt to help me. Because of this issue I have to make purchases on the website. I just don’t use the app anymore. UPDATE: The App worked much better. Just as it used to. The features I needed are now responsive.

Uncanny,how good this app is!. Frustrated after trying to buy wine on various other apps and online stores I found this one… So smooth, so wonderful,and the free shipping annual subscription is such a tremendous plus, no one else does that! Usually works well. Today I had to use customer service to assist with order to process as app gave me an indecipherable error. As requested I logged out and back in, after losing some wine selections that were in my cart and then changing the estimated delivery date (even though app had selected it to start with) I was able to order the wines that had remained in my cart. Usually app works pretty well for me.

Wine is fine delivery not always. Just a note, I gave this review 3 stars and when I clicked enter to continue it switched it to 4 stars. The wine has always been good. However, I’ve experienced delivery problems with the last 2 out of 3 deliveries. Always keep my fingers crossed since then...

Stewardship is the best. What do you gift people who don’t need more stuff? Wine. It is fun an convenient to read reviews and select wines that friends/family might not buy for themselves. Always a welcome gift

Expensive/poor deliver. Found less expensive wines on other web sites. Wine does not have any temp control during summer shipments. They typically do not meet expected deliver date and there is no notice, so you are staying home for required signature and wine does show up. First they blamed it on fedx then covid, then it was a new system. I did give it two stars because they have a nice selection and knowledgeable write ups.

Super convenient. Able to order wine for a relative in out of state assisted living setting. It’s so easy to order on the app. The company gets the order to her on time. This is just so easy. The pricing is great. I signed up for a special shipping program that has saved us money on shipping. Good company.

Good app. App works very well and it’s very easy to find interesting wines. The only oddity is that the app randomly adds things to my cart or in my “saved for later” list- and no, my account is not hacked. There was a time when there was a $1,000 wine in my cart! Thankfully I paid attention before placing my order and removed it.

Discount Not Honored. From a functionality perspective, the app was relatively easy to use. However the discount the website promised me for downloading and ordering via the app was never honored at checkout; so that is why I am only giving it three stars. As a repeat customer of the website, I just felt a little misled and would have preferred saving the time by ordering through the website

Late And no one answers their phone or returns emails. Something has occurred this business has problems not only our last two orders been late this one’s nowhere to be found and it was supposed to be here today. No tracking. No responses They don’t answer their phone they don’t return emails or chats. It appears this review won’t even go through because all possible nicknames no matter how crazy are taken

Avoid gift orders if you want them to arrive. Avoid ordering gifts on this site. No matter how in advance you plan and order. The items will not arrive on time. They won’t even let you know that the items aren’t in stock and have no idea when it will ship. Items were in stock when I placed the order. Customer service is of no help.. and you need to call them, wait on hold to cancel and order. Waste of time. Don’t fall for the pointless discounts.

Frustrating. I tried several times to sign on,reset password,etc . I get seeing no account!,, also 3 times when putting in shopping cart order disappears!, this is not the first time!, if I did not pay for free delivery would have went to another website!, there is never any incentive or appreciation to shop here. I would never feel comfortable buying my expensive wines here

Keeping me calm in troubled times!. Reliable, super competitive selection and prices. One should NOT have to worry about where their next glass of wine is coming from. I don’t know why anyone would purchase mine anywhere else.

Always a great experience. Easy to use. Chat feature is awesome if you need help. And the selections are always great. I have the Steward shipping program and have sent dozens and dozens of wines as gifts and never pay shipping. Totally worth every penny.

Picked club. Totally confusing...Picked gift card looks no different than the regular gift card. Customer service rep was totally confused and in the end said it would be the picked club card with all the instructions...we’ll see. When finally checking out the Jolly50 $50 off for over $200 purchased ...pop up said the subtotal did not qualify even though I spent $300!!

Great wines and discounts. The only problem I have had is Federal Express shows up on its own schedule and requires me to sign. I live in an over age 55 community. I have to literally chase the guy down because I’m home and they do not wait!!! UPS so much better service. Just saying....

Checking out is painful.. None of the addresses I use were saved. I can’t have more than one credit card on file. Once you’re in the check out screen you can’t go back.

A few ideas. Enhance your search. Example. 1. Pick region. 2. Select option to only show wines that are available 3. Allow to select type of wine. So search returns only what can be bought now by region by type.

Kinda boring. No personality app, but huge selection of wine/spirits. There should be memory of the last search in the search bar before retyping it all over again. Slow connection throughout the year I used it-frustrating.

New customer orders. We have enjoyed your wine and ease of use of the site . What we don’t like is the cost of shipping. Many of the companies soliciting for our business online are offering free shipping. We are doing this now due to the close of our liquor stores which won’t last forever, which is why we didn’t join the club. Thanks

GREAT SELECTION AND PRICES. Always a large variety of wines on sale at attractive prices and often significant discounts. The option to purchase free shipping on all orders for one year will pay for itself in 1-2 orders (great value). THIS WEBSITE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Who needs the liquor store?. Since the dreaded COVID kept us from going to buy wine in the stores we opted for this way of acquiring our wine! We may never go back to the store for wine again 🤗

Slow or doesn’t move at ALL. I tap something- it doesn’t change the screen. I choose an item- it won’t open the page or add it to my cart. The delay is SO LONG and frustrating that I want to uninstall it and never use it again. I try to check out and NOTHING goes through. I end up having to go to the website and redo. Then in the mean time I end up not having all my wines available anymore because time does pass on redoing a whole order. I’ve decided- I will uninstall.

Not the best selection or customer service. I can’t find quite a few wines that I would like to order and my first order was disastrous concerning the lack of customer service. I am trying it once more only because I was eventually provided a credit for all the trouble. Jury is still out on this one.

I like this place. Though the codes are sometimes squirrely, and selections can be limited, I like the convenience because I live in a rural area far from a decent wine store. Also, the boxes are great for re-use.

No deliveries, no communication. I loved this app, and was a regular customer and “stewardship” member. Unfortunately, beginning in August, something changed dramatically and orders are not being fulfilled in anything close to a timely manner, and customer service is impossible to reach, other than the poor soul in charge of their Twitter feed. Good choice Good Service Why whine?. I like this e-store as they are efficient and cordial. Extensive wine choice with some gaps but rarely disappointed. Very good customer service. Not sure why shipping to a local ick up is the same price as shinpping to home. And 50$ for 6 months of ‘free shipping’ for an undefined year_-calendar or 12 months? is steep . Wait for coupons or deals. Nice web site.

Where’s the Back button?. If I do a search, then click on a specific wine, there is no way to return to the search results. I’m almost sure that there used to be so maybe this is a glitch with the current version. Hadn’t used the app in a while.

Wine Service with Jose A. I had a phenomenal experience with Jose A through the chat. I needed wines for my WSET Level 3 and he selected all the wines. He made the process seem effortless. Prevented me from being overwhelm in selecting on my own. Thank you!

Inform sooner. I spent a lot of time filling in an order only to find out at the very end that you could not ship that state. Been easier if I knew right in the beginning.

Almost too easy. Waited way too get my sister something for her birthday but not with this app. Super fast ordering and even faster shipping. Took less than five minutes to order a super reasonably priced gift set.

Love it. I have been a user of this site for a few years now, have always been pleased with my purchases. I pay for the yearly shipping which if you buy several cases during a year more than pays for itself.

#1 go-to for wine by delivery. I love the wine selection and information content. I’ve only been using a little over a month now but so far prices seem reflective of value. Not five stars because I find the app rather clunky but the selection and content make this my number one “go-to” source for wine by delivery.

Best Wine App. You can take a picture of the bottle and quickly get reviews. The app remembers what you’ve ordered, gives you other suggestions that are similar and makes ordering incredibly easy.

My 2nd Order and I love it!!. Sending Spirits for the Holidays could not be easier. I used to have to drive to the store, purchase the gifts and then deliver them. Not now. I can go to my app shop, write a note, pick gift bag, send and then continue with my day.

Great selections but no deals.. About the same prices at the store. Rarely if ever will you save money using the app. Actually it’s a shame the prices aren’t better without the overhead. The app and company would actually be a big success over the moderate money maker it is now. People running this company aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer.

My thoughts. Love my membership. The free shipping program has more than paid for itself. I do feel like the app is a little difficult sometimes and slow.
