Best sleep app I’ve found. This is the best app I found to help me fall asleep (pre bedtime meditation) stay asleep all night(white noise) and then wake up to my choice of birds chirping. It’s very customizable and has a lot of different options. Also it works in conjunction with other trackers (oura ring, Apple Watch…) by sharing data. Last - absolutely over the top customer service!!! They listen and incorporate feedback from users.

Some nice features I have not found on any other sleep app. I have been tracking my sleep for about 7 months using another app that I really like. However, I read about this app in a book and I decided to try it out. I wear a sleep mask with Bluetooth speakers built into it and I like the integration this app has with being able to play sounds based based on what level of sleep I am in. I’ve only been using this app for a few days but I am enjoying it and will write an extended review after I have used it longer.

Pleasant Soundscapes Help Me Sleep. I’ve been using this for a while, having gotten a free subscription for participating in a study. It does a great job of masking disruptive noise in my bedroom with pleasant soundscapes, helping me sleep. It integrates well with my Apple Watch. I’m looking forward to trying the lucid dream induction function when some planned improvements come online.

Addicted. Has dramatically increased my ability to stay asleep and feel as though I sleep sounder. It is pricey but this guy knows what he is doing. Heard about it through bulletproof radio, tried it with a trial then accidentally forgot to cancel funny this is though my girlfriend couldn’t go without it so she bought it too!

Sensationalist and Unhelpful. I feel like I wasted money on investing in this scammy app and its smart bed. The product page lies and says that the smart bed collects micro motion data, but when you talk to support and turn of health app integration you see that the app itself is collecting crappy data and passing other data sources off as its own. The app marketing also lies and suggests filling out the sleep survey and daily sleep journals but then the survey is a two-bit Facebook knockoff of a sleep chronotype and you can’t utilize both wearable data and journal data at the same time. Finally, because I don’t allow it Health app data I see that it doesn’t upload its own sleep data to your online profile where I should be able to see charts of how my sleep is doing over the month I’ve been using it. Instead it says “no data” indicating to me that it is again trying to siphon your Health app data from other sources and pass it off as its own data.

A great app for good sleep. I have been trying to get more deep sleep for a long time and a about a week ago I found the app Sleepspace and I am so happy I did because for the first time I am sleeping deeper. Usually I have 50 minutes of deep sleep and sometimes even less and my deep sleep has increase significantly, one night getting almost 2 hours ( 1 hour and 56 min) of deep sleep. I love the different sound masks they have to block noises and the most important thing is the excellent support team they have. You can get help easy and they respond very fast.

Sleep Space :5 stars ✨. Thank you sleep space you have help me out of a really bad ordeal of insomnia. As working at the hospital and having your shifts all over the place, in retirement,I couldn’t sleep no more than 2 to 3 hours in a row. Listening to Dr. Dan in the A. I. sleep bot that comes along with SleepSpace, I got all the answers at my fingertips and now I’m sleeping around seven hours each night now and I want to thank everyone especially Dan for my good sleep habits now for it makes me happy when I’m well rested :-)

Deep Sleep No Longer a Myth. I didn’t think it was possible to have a full 8 hours of sleep. I've tried it all: new mattresses, weighted blankets, lavender defusers… you name it. This app not only helps you fall asleep, but also eliminates restlessness and has you waking up alert and refreshed. I highly recommend this app if you’re looking to change your outlook towards sleep and finally experience a full night of deep rest.

Good for college students. I just started using this app because I have trouble relaxing when I need to go to bed because I’ve got so much to do and too much homework to clear my head. When I started using it I was out like a light and felt fully rested even when I woke up with the relaxing sounds!

Disappointed. I had high expectations since the app came highly recommended but I’m a bit disappointed. I have a free sleep app that gives me more valuable information about the quality of my sleep than this one. I can’t make the heart rate monitor sync up with the app. The instructions say to open the app on my Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate while I sleep but it has not worked once yet. The only things I like about the app are the ocean waves sounds as I fall asleep, which don’t see to work anymore (only worked the first couple of times I used the app) and waking up to positive affirmations which is the only thing that appears to be functioning as expected at this point. Feel like it was a waste of 30 bucks.

I want to love but one huge problem with the sound. I love the science behind this app and all the bells and whistles and I wish I could use them but sadly, no. For some reason there is no fade or gentle transition between the short falling asleep sound track and the all night sleep track so it’s just this abrupt stop of the first track and then an abrupt, harsh, full volume start of the next track. It is so startling that my heart rate spikes and all relaxation I’d been accumulating through the first track is totally wiped out. Sure I could just opt not to use the falling asleep track, but I can do that with any other sleep app. If they could correct this glaring oversight, this would be my one and only sleep app and I’d give it 5 stars.

Very helpful app !!. Really effective at tracking deep and REM sleep patterns. Have used it effectively to get a feeling for how changes to my daily fitness and diet routine affect my sleep quality. And using this feedback from Sleep Space metrics has helped increase my sleep quality in a big way ! Love the app !!

Rob. As a new parent, getting quality sleep can be challenging. My wife and I both downloaded SleepSpace and the noise cancelling functionality and sounds effects have been incredible….at least every other night when it’s my turn to sleep. Cheers!

Two Mornings in and the Alarm is Great. I’ve used the app two nights in a row and so far it seems to be helping. My favorite feature so far is, surprisingly, the alarm. I’ve been using the Sonic Gradual Alarm and it’s excellent. It’s not jarring at all. I was barely aware that I was hearing it and by the time I was aware I was awake. A very pleasant start to my day.

Probably a 4 but giving it a 5. Firstly, this app has ways to go. But when it comes to the improvements on my sleep issues, it’s a 5. I struggle to get a solid night’s sleep or to trigger sleep at the appropriate time. After 3 months of using this app, I have been able to fall asleep at the right time and for the whole night 8/10 vs my usual 5/10. I watched their founder’s ted talk and it’s clear he is a top expert / scientist in the field and I trust he is truly dedicated to solving sleep (remind’s me a bit of the Headspace founder). As for the price? Not bad at all. Especially when I compared it to my streaming habits (which is probably a contributed to my sleep issues). My recommendation is give it a solid try.

Some things great, some things not so great. The good news is that the functions of the app that relate to sleep itself are wonderful. Everything from falling asleep programs, noise masking, deep sleep stimulation , and wakeup alarms are automated in an easy to use and integrated package that replaces three of my earlier apps. The bad news is that the sleep tracking is pretty much third rate and cannot compete with other iOS sleep tracking apps. There is no visible tracking of deep versus restless sleep, few useful stats, no way to incorporate naps, and worst of all it really drains your battery life because I believe it is tracking your heart rate every second. Given the above, I think the price is way too high for the monthly subscription. So, either the sleep tracking needs to be fixed/improved greatly or the price should come down. (I have not yet taken advantage of the live "sleep coaching" features so no idea if this adds value.) Another plus is that the dev is highly responsive in providing support.

Best sleep app. I find so much helpful feedback and information there that is also constantly improving and adding features. Great response from the developers is fantastic. I feel that anyone looking to improve your sleep will find plenty of options to increase quality sleep from this app.

Can’t even use it. I downloaded it to see if I would like it. The app seemed to be free and then have a premium monthly subscription but after I made my account with my personal info connected and set a schedule it wouldn’t let me use it without going pro. I find it frustrating that it won’t let me use it for the free version unless I pay. I find it untrustworthy that there isn’t a way to delete my account without paying for the subscription since I can’t get to the profile section without the pop up being there

Most frustrating app I’ve ever downloaded.. Downloaded on recommendations of Dave Asprey for his sleep challenge. Created account and gave payment info but my phone will not recognize me as a customer and want to sign me up again. I’ve had 5 emails back and forth with no resolution. I don’t think this frustration is going to help my sleep. Update: finally got it working but all it does is give you a sleep score. Nothing else works and the help people always say, “this has never happened before”.

Sleeping better. I loved the app, I usually have trouble falling asleep since I am highly noise sensitive. The sleep sounds helped me drift peacefully into sleep and stay asleep. I would love more voice options for the meditations, due to noise sensitivity issues. That would make it easier for me because certain pitches and ranges sound crisp. Please add male and female meditation speakers. Fantastic all-natural sleeping aid.

Sleeping 2 more hours. The ocean waves are very relaxing and help me wind down to get ready for sleep. I am sleeping two more hours than I did before I started using this app. Also, the app gives useful information and tips for better sleep. Highly recommended!

Progressive alarm. I don’t think the sleep data is very accurate unless you are wearing a smart watch or other device. However, I love the progressive alarm and use the app for this reason. I couldn’t get up early (before 5am) before but this alarm has made it possible to gradually wake me up so that I’m ready to get up once the sound has crescendoed a couple of times. It starts getting louder at 0450 and I’m awake and up by 0453. It’s like magic. Definitely recommend if you usually need to hit snooze to give your brain a few minutes to wake up.

Excellent way to gain insight and improve your sleep!. Been a long time beta tester and user of this app and I appreciate their deep integration to various hardware and software platforms (like Apple Health, my Apple Watch and the Oura ring). All in, they collate data well and provide interesting biofeedback as well to help get to sleep and go deeper. Highly recommended!

This app was great for helping me fall asleep.. This app was great for helping me fall asleep. I love the "White Noise" feature. Especially the fact that it can use the mic to factor in the current room noise level and adjust the volume of whichever White Noise you prefer to listen to to help drown out any distracting noise that may be occurring. I highly recommend.

One of the best. I’ve tried many many sleep apps over the years. Like many. White noise is a big benefit for me because I love some kind of noise when sleeping. I like the amount of sounds that are given. Being able to connect my Apple Watch is also a huge plus for me. I do wish you could try the journal in the week trial, but besides that, I really like the app!

Sumay_524. I’ve been having sleep issues for the past few weeks and I came across this on the Dave asprey podcast. Just started using it but it seems to be helping based on my outs ring data. One small comment is that the user experience can be improved a bit.

Not sure. Tried this for a week but basically it was a white noise generator (I’m sure that technically it is much more than that) in this week trial. No access to try other features without buying the premium version. No integration with a fit bit and it’s sleep data, and did not see any integration options with anything else. Seems like a good idea after watching the TED talk in regards to the science behind it, but after a week could not justify the $49 annual cost. Seems there are other more robust options out there. Maybe I missed something, that’s why the two stars.

Pros and cons. The sound that this app plays does seem to impact my sleep positively. And the smart alarm is rather effective. Why 3 stars? I use an Oura ring and despite the app claiming to be connected to the ring, the data never propagates over. Maybe it’s because I sleep with my phone in airplane mode, but all of the Oura data is logged in Apple Health, so not sure why Sonic Sleep wouldn’t be able to read it out of there. Wearable connection aside this is an interesting app.

Has potential but needs refining. The wind down sound ends abruptly which wakes you up suddenly as you are just drifting off to sleep! It would be better if it faded out gradually. Also the gradual alarm is a great idea but you have to open and unlock your iPhone for the ‘shake to snooze’ function to work. By that time, you are awake and moving. iOS probably limits what the app can do in this regard but the iOS built in alarms allow you to feel out and press a side button with your eyes closed to snooze their alarm. The sound diagram only showed the noise the app itself made in the room. I don’t think the app can hear your snoring over the white noise it produces which was very loud and the whole point is to let the app control the volume. Not sure what to do with this app when all the main functions are flawed.

Apple Watch required for the deep stimulation feature. On exploring this app after subscribing, I learned that the unique feature of this app, which is the deep stimulation of deep sleep or stage for sleep, is only available for Apple Watch users. I don’t have an Apple Watch, therefore, The unique features of this particular sleep pop are not available to me. It would have been good to know this upfront. So two stars for making this information difficult to come across.

Amazing-Highly Recommend. An amazing tool for anyone struggling with sleep or for those who want to create a proper sleep routine. I’ve not only learned so much about my sleep patterns but the app has also helped me improve my sleep, which is priceless. In addition to the data and results you are given, SleepSpace provides calming sounds and meditations that create an escape from your own mind so you can achieve a deep, peaceful sleep. Thank you to Dr. Gartenberg - who I have been following since his TedTalk - for this wonderful tool and everything he are doing to help us all sleep and live better! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Can’t wait to see what he does next !

Mindfulness. I’m really enjoying this app! I have a lot of trouble with screen time and winding down before bed, and I’ve noticed that my sleep has been a lot better since using the wind down features. I also like seeing how my sleep was the next morning, it makes me feel like I have more control over my sleep and I’m excited to have better habits and see how they impact my sleep score. Thanks!

Game changer. This app is a game changer if you’re trying to optimize your sleep. I had to play with it a little for tracking purposes but once I got the phone positioned correctly at night I started getting good data and am able to see what changes I’m making that are working and which ones aren’t. The alarm function is nice too because I’m not jolted awake. Overall it doesn’t exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price.

Sleep help. Me, like so many others, have a terrible time sleeping some nights. I’ve been using this app for a while now and what it does for me is give me options when I’m having a difficult night’s sleep; it can function as an alarm clock, and monitor how much sleep I’m getting; and give me a lot of information about sleep in general. This is an excellent app if you have sleep issues.

Paid for year membership. I paid for a year membership and after 2 months it stopped working and said my free trial was over. I contacted customer service and they said they forwarded my concerns to the developer but did not answer my question about getting my access back or a refund. I only gave 2 stars because I liked the app while I had access. I sent another email to costumer service asking for my access to be fixed or a refund. Doubt I’ll get either. Seems like a scam. Very disappointed so use with caution.

Dream enhancer works. The unique feature about this sleep app is it has a ‘sound mask’ for deeper sleep and to block out sounds and a ‘dream enhancer’ which helps you remember events from the day (eg. playing a thunderstorm sound while learning something during the day then playing the same sound during sleep). I didn’t use the dream enhancer to memorise anything but had the most vivid dream last night and remember more details than usual! Only thing is it doesn’t autotrack sleep but I guess you want to determine when to start and stop the above sound features.

Favorite App. I began using the Oura ring to get data on my sleep. However, when I added SleepSpace it truly took me to a new level. I am now getting more deep sleep and better quality sleep than I ever have in my life. This app is life-changing and anyone that has sleep issues should use it to hack their sleep to improve the quality of their sleep and life! The staff has been outstanding at following up and helping me continue to explore new ways to improve my sleep quality! Dan Higgins

Love it .. I need to determine the quality of my sleep on a nightly basis. I have a number of illnesses and I need to know if it’s a sleep issue first. If it’s not a sleep issue then I know I need to consult a doctor. Saves me a number of doctor appointments. There is an issue between SleepSpace and MyAir however. The quality of my sleep does not match which makes me wonder if I didn’t set up both apps correctly , there’s a user error or there’s a bug in one or both apps. Good product!

I love the deep sleep stimulation. I love this app. It is a great deal at $39 a year for all the premium feature. It doesn’t just passively monitor your sleep. It actively adapts to the changes in your sleeping patterns and environment to help modify your sleep. The algorithm used to detect slow wave sleep was well research and developed. Devices that do this cost $400 to many thousands on the consumer market. This app has really improved the quality of my sleep. I highly recommended it.

Crashed and is now unusable. Update: I gave it a second chance. Night #1 it worked. Night #2 it didn’t crash, but it also didn’t save the data. Night #3 it did the same thing as my first try: crashed and now the app is unusable again. It’s too bad because the deep sleep stimulator is a great idea. I’ll just have to buy a thousand crickets. I was excited to get started and induce some delta wave activity. I normally sleep in silence with only the sounds of nature like owls and coyote. I suffered through my first night of sleep. When I woke up and told the app I was done sleeping, it crashed while it was apparently analyzing and saving the sleep record. Now when if I try to view sleep scores, the app crashes every time. So I’ll probably have to delete the app to clear this. I’m debating on whether I’ll give it a second chance because for what it does, relative to other apps out there, the subscription is twice as high and has half the features.

Core Functionality Works Great. This app definitely improves my sleep quality. They are very good at listening to user feedback, too. The bells and whistles like sleep analysis and room noise monitoring don’t work when my phone is in flight mode, unfortunately. In fact, I shut off all the electricity in my home, except for the refrigerator, when I sleep. That’s how serious I am about getting good sleep and avoiding EMF exposure when I’m sleeping. Sonic Sleep Coach gets five stars getting quality sleep is priceless and it has taken my sleep to the next level.

Increased my Rest and Recovery!!. I heard of the app from one of my coaches ( I’m a college athlete) to help track my HRV and to choose my workout and rest time. In the last month I have been able to optimize my performance and also now shifted my sleep schedule giving myself thirty more minutes to sleep. Great app to improve athletic performance and sleep!

It works. 20 years of insomnia forced me to make changes. I tracked my gains over the past year. But I recently researched deep sleep to improve quality and I found Dan Gartenberg’s Ted talk, and then the app. The results are stunning in a positive way AND consistent! I highly recommend this. I’ve gone from 5 hours of sleep to 8 plus hours of quality sleep! The consistency is key for me.

Changed my life. I rarely write reviews of apps but I felt it was warranted here. After years of bad sleep, feeling groggy and foggy all day, eating terribly, and the constant energy of a tree sloth, I finally have hope. After two nights of using the app and following the instructions I woke up with more energy than I have since spiro Agnew was in office. I didn't know who to thank so i wrote this. If anyone is having trouble with sleep it's worth trying out. I'm not saying utensil work for you. But it did for me.

App review. Hi, I most enjoy the power nap setting. It has given me the correct amount of sleep to let me feel refreshed and willing to goon with my evening. I fade in the mid afternoon and the nap mode has taught me to limit my nap time. It helps me a great deal. I am 66 years old and my Family Physician is very impressed with my activity level. I currently lead three exercise classes per week for arthritis sufferers and a Tai chi class each week also. There is no way I could keep up such a schedule if I were not managing my sleep issues. With Sleep Sonic, I am able to do so. Thank you, David Anderson

Great help. I’ve been struggling with insomnia for half a year now, and Daniel and his team are amazing. Nothing short of miracle workers even though I just started and I already feel better and I’m already seeing minor improvements in my sleep. I understand this is gonna take some time because it’s a terrible habit I have accumulated but once I spoke with Daniel, I had so much relief and hope that I know that I’ll master my sleep. I highly recommend sleep space because it’s run by extremely professional and well trained and educated people on sleep who know what they’re doing and will get you the results. I’ll write another review once I’ve gotten better. Thank you guys!

Doesn’t work. I’m not sure if I’m not using it correctly, but I put on my Apple Watch and start a sleep journey and every morning I wake up with a great score even though I know I didn’t sleep for at least a few hours in the night. I normally put all my devices on airplane mode but this app doesn’t work when that’s done. I would be ok with it on if it actually was accurate. I’ve used it for 2 weeks and decided it wasn’t worth it since it’s not entirely accurate. My sleep number bed is more accurate than this.

Productive sleeping app 👍🏻. I’ve started to take my health seriously and have been hearing on a lot of all of my favorite Podcasts lately that sufficient nightly sleep is crucial for everything in our health- from good memory to muscular regeneration. This app basically helped me analyze then optimize my own personal sleep pattern so that I started feeling more energized in the mornings. I think I really felt the energy/alertness after about 2-3 weeks. Overall- I’d recommend to anyone who takes their night time seriously and is willing to put in the effort to make the most of each night’s rest.

Great App!. I've tried more than my fair share of sleep tracking apps and as of now it's at the top of my list. Not only does it track my sleep pretty accurately but it offers tons of other feature benefits. If your like me and obsessed with sleep in an effort to improve insomnia or whatever sleep issues your having you should give this app a shot.

Deep sleep incredibly short and quiet. I've used this app for several months and a few things are not working well. First, it is hard to adjust deep sleep settings and volume which starts loud them goes to be non hear able. I tried some experiments while awake. Also the deep sleep boost only lasts 5 min and comes every two hours whether you are in deep sleep or not. There is no option to pair to a wearable. No point in paying for what is basically a white noise generator and nothing else. I've also provided this feedback directly to the developer without a good response.

Makes sleep worse. Every time I use this it makes me wake up in the middle of the night and makes it harder to fall asleep.

Tracked on Oura Ring. The deep sleep function has been the most beneficial factor in moving the needle for me in terms of getting more deep sleep and feeling rejuvenated the next day! It’s an essential inclusion in my sleep kit every single night! 🙏🤗😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴

Inaccurate. I really wanted to love this app as it was recommended by Dave Asprey. However it’s so inaccurate. I woke up 4x during the night and it said I only woke up once. It also said I had 91% sleep quality on a night I had bad sleep. Also really hard to tell my sleep cycle from the tiny bar graph, unlike the Sleep Cycle App which has a handy clear graph. It’s also quite clunky - needs an internet connection to tell you your sleep score which is strange because ideally the phone should be on Airplane mode when trying to get good sleep and wake up refreshed. I like the feature where it automatically plays a meditation or sound to help you fall asleep, and then plays a masking sound after that. However the inaccuracy is its worse quality - am going back to Sleep Cycle. Good potential - but heaps more work needed on this guys.

Absolutely love the SleepSpace app and Smart Bed Platform. There is absolutely nothing else on the market that provides the wide range of functions and integration of data across multiple wearables. The Smart Bed blocking EMFs and charging your phone as well as smart lighting integration is icing on the cake. Well done.

Disappointed. I selected the App to try the deep sleep feature that was discussed in the ‘Ted Talk’. I was disappointed to find that this feature and the journal function are only available if you purchase the Premium product. The only features that seem to be available in the trial period are a selection of sounds to play before sleep and alarm tones.

Waste of money. I’ve been tracking my sleep using an Oura Ring for over a year and the Sonic Sleep app has not improved my REM or Deep Sleep at all since I started using it. The deep sleep feature also seems to turn itself of randomly when I save an alarm. They don’t reply to emails unless you are seeking paid sleep coaching. Save your money, there are better sleep apps.

Latest update.. This App used to be REALLY good. I’ve now had this App for more than 5 years so am not a newbie to the use of it. The latest update is the last straw for me. The updates over the last year particularly have been really frustrating and unnecessarily complicating what used to be a simple to use App. I don’t want to have to login with an email address & password when I’m trying to go to bed! I just want to open the App, set my alarm and listen to some nice sounds while drifting off to sleep! I’m cancelling my subscription. I’m done.

Lack of transparency at every turn. Many of the desirable features of this app require additional equipment, subscriptions or both. The ‘free trial’ does not enable some of the key features. Obscure and sometimes contradictory information had me on the defensive from the beginning. I couldn’t get it to turn the screen light off at sleep time anyway and gave up - too much hassle for me, an experienced app user and long term early adopter. Back to the drawing board guys. I’m sure the underlying technology is great, Dave Asprey told me so, but the labyrinthine process you force users to navigate has sent me scuttling straight back to Sleep Cycle.

Paying for the app doesn’t give you all the features. I didn’t bother looking at the in app purchase details, because I assumed if I was paying for the app I would get the full app. But after buying the app I’m asked to pay a monthly or yearly subscription to get the full features. Either offer a free app with premium features, or just make the app more expensive.

Interesting utilisation of sound to optimise sleep. I’m writing this at the 1 week mark of using this app (free trial period). I noticed that I get more REM and deep sleep on my Oura ring per night on the nights that use this app. Next would be to try it with my Apple Watch on to compare the data with my ring!

Wonderful and highly recommended. I have been very impressed with this sonic App - it certainly aids better sleep, feels great and should take off! I would become a paying subscriber if there was a one off cost and not a monthly subscription.

Free trial period that never existed?. I discovered this app through the TedTalk which discussed “Delta waves” for better “deep sleep”. Turns out those delta waves are hidden behind a paywall, which isn’t inherently bad. But having advertised free premium trial, I gave my info away in exchange. I still couldn’t use the delta wave feature promised, and now I gave my personal data away. Tl;dr they took my data for nothing in exchange. Delta waves hidden behind paywall.

Good idea, but missed the mark. They had a good idea when trying to create this app, the problem is that it lacks the finesse that it needs. There are very simple features that this app should have that it doesn’t such as: the ability to cross fade between background white noise and the alarm in the morning / the alarm does not fade in consistently. The alarm instead goes from 20% volume to 40% volume to 60% volume until it reaches its max / the app does not take into consideration the incremental volume increase when setting alarm time. If you set an alarm for 7 the alarm will not be loud enough to wake you up until 7:05 or after. If the volume is going to increase over a period of 5 to 10 minutes it should be smart enough to start five or 10 minutes early to ensure you’re awake by the time you wanted to be. Issues like these continue throughout the app. There are a lot of small features that have been overlooked.

READ CAREFULLY. I saw the Ted Talks and was happy about the app being available. I downloaded thinking that the Deep Sleep Simulator was included but I should have seen this was a subscription...You got me! Seriously, looks like a good app but I won’t be using this as I am tired of everything being a subscription for something that looks so simple. Charge me more if you like and let me own it.

Feel duped. Didn’t help me at all. I have an ours ring and no change in my deep sleep or anything. I was trying to cancel the subscription the day my trial ended but they’ve already billed me for a year. There’s no way to get my 70 dollars back. Most apps renew for 1 month not for a year. Thieves.

Use it every night. Been using this app for as long as I’ve been trying to improve my sleep. If you don’t want to be forced awake by loud blaring sounds this is a great option. Not to mention all the other options it has

Deep sleep function missing. Purchased for deep sleep functionality. Disappointed it is only available with higher priced premium app. Should make this clearer to consumer...as basic app is essentially a white noise machine, which I don’t need.

Great for drowning out noise. I am a light sleeper who uses the white noise in the app to drown out external noise

Sonic. Difficult to program and not enough sound choices. Monthly subscription is too high for me. I can’t find information anywhere if the application gobbled up a lot of battery life.

Needs a lot of work. This app shows promise but needs a lot of work. It has a buggy interface and the premium features (deep sleep, relaxed dreaming) would just wake me up. This morning an annoying clipped computer voice just started telling me to ‘relax’ every few seconds. Waking me up 30 minutes before my alarm. My Fitbit shows that I’ve had worse sleep since starting this app

The Best Nights Sleep Ever. Likely the best night of sleep I’ve had in a really long time. Average heart rate over an 8 hour duration was below 55 bpm. Very feel spikes and felt really really calm when I woke up. Really excited to continue to use this app.

Good feedback. This is a good app for sleep.

Too quiet. I’ve tried adjusting the sound level in the app, making noise while it calibrates (why is this necessary? Can’t it be turned off? I’d like to be able to set the volume), connecting to blue tooth speaker (doesn’t work), connected aux cable to speaker and cranked it to full blast...sound in latter configuration is barely sufficient and for some mysterious reason the app switches from speaker to iPad half of the time in the middle of the night. Have noticed no positive effect. Disappointed having paid the steep premium price.

Doesn’t work in airplane mode. I contact support a month ago about sleep data not recording when in airplane mode. I was told an offline version would be available within the next week. It has been at least 4 weeks and I still don’t get sleep data when I switch to airplane mode after calibration so I’m pretty disappointed. I use other apps to track my sleep score and my sleep quality goes down if my phone is not in airplane mode when I sleep. So far the app has been a waste of money for me.

Drains iPhone battery. I was so looking forward to trying it out after listening to Steve Asprey. Sadly this isn’t even playing at the beginning of sleep... nothing for wake up as the battery on my phone just dies. This was not happening before I installed this app. I’m on iPhone 10 so it isn’t that old.

Changed my sleep quality so much better. I have had years of trouble getting a good night of sleep. Between interruptions and the loud noises of city life. This app has been a game changer. I am able to sleep all night and wake up refreshed in the morning. I love the intuitive interface and reporting. The recommended slept time also help me plan on getting to bed on time. Great app! Not accurate. As with all sleep apps, sleep stages are inferred from sounds, movement, heart rate, and, with some of the better ones, breathing rate. However, the real stages of sleep can only be measured by recording brain waves. All of these apps are only about 60% accurate, at best. The accuracy depends on the sensors you use. I use a Garmin watch which is great for heart rate and not bad for movement. However, the problem for me is when I’m trying to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night, I am motionless. So this app (and others) infers that I am asleep when I am not. So it will always show that I have a much longer sleep than actual.

Data collection is insane. Installed then uninstalled this app based on all the data demands. Buyer beware - you are the product being sold to others.

Awesome!. Best sleep app there is and no addition wearable tech required .

Useless!!. The sound produced by this app is too low to be effective. User response 1) I said the sound was too low, not too high as your response seems to suggest. Also, I tried to connect to an small audio player using Bluetooth. That didn't work either. That was after the update that was supposed to address this issue. User response 2) Volume and Bluetooth work O.K. now. I have experimented with the different sounds, but have not found any benefit over the rain sounds I normally use to assist sleeping. I would like to check out the premium features, but I'm not prepared to pay a monthly fee to do so. I prefer to purchase my apps outright.

First Impressions - Not impressed.... I downloaded the trial version of this app, and I really wanted it to work. It seems like every time I started the app, and followed the instructions, I got these insanely loud bursts of white noise (without warning, and for no obvious reason, the white noise would start off at a low volume, and then increase to an unbelievably loud volume). Extremely frustrating! And this is from an app that is designed to promote better sleep. Further, the app would stop working for no apparent reason and report that I sleep analysis was not possible. Also very frustrating, because I followed the instructions to the letter. If I am missing something obvious and making and error in using the app, I would expect that the developers would follow up on the problem (I see that others have had similar issues), and change the on screen instructions, or at least offer an FAQ to handle these situations. I am honestly not some kind of troll. Again, I really wanted this app to work.

Awful. I did not sleep well using this app. Woke up with a headache and sore all over.

Disappointed.. Wish the developers would focus on adding more features to this app rather than more coaches which is making the app going nowhere for months.

Sleep is a wonderful thing. I was in a car accident years ago & it greatly impacted my sleep even now. Some of it was patterns developed to try to sleep after numerous operations. I’ve been hacking my sleep for a while, eye mask, magnesium but this is a whole different ballgame

Cool features and helped me work on improving my sleep. I really enjoyed being able to hear when I snored as well as see my circadian rhythm. The premium features are nice and overall it’s a great app!

The best sleeping app there is!. I have tried a bunch of things to help me get that full 8 hours of sleep. Literally nothing seemed to work but this app really puts me in the zone where I can calm down and relax. I’m never deleting this app. Highly recommend for those who have a hard time getting to sleep.

Sleeping like a baby. I love this app! I was having trouble sleeping since Covid but SleepSpace has turned it around. I use Ocean Waves while I sleep and use my Apple Watch to track. I’ve even been able to increase my deep sleep! Highly recommend.

Where is the deep sleep sound?. I got this app and subscribed to it years ago for the deep sleep stimulation, but now using the app I cannot find an option to enable/disable it anywhere. This is strange because it was a talk about this feature that I discovered this app.

Getting wrong information. This app is telling me that I'm getting 2 hours less sleep a night than I actually am. Consistently! I use my Apple watch while I sleep. It's telling me that I'm awake when I know I'm not. Frustrating when it was an expensive subscription.

SleepSpace First Night. Used SleepSpace last night for the first time and it was really great. Slept all night and woke up refreshed. Even my wife slept through the entire night. The software worked exactly as advertised.

Best sleep ive gotten in forever. Ive been using this app consistently for a few weeks and it has definitely improved the quality of sleep I get. I used to have a tough time winding down and falling asleep but the ocean sounds feature has really helped me out! Love it!

Don’t need the bells and whistles.. This app has just one feature I care about, and it’s not worth paying a subscription for. I like the alarm clock. It gets progressively louder (and more annoying) the longer I let it go. Using this alarm, I consistently get out of bed 8 minutes after the alarm time, nearly every morning. I was able to use the alarm (and ignore the rest) for a long time. With the latest release, I can’t even start an alarm without a subscription. I’m willing to pay a couple bucks (one time) to keep using the alarm. It’s not worth a subscription.

Amazing. Love this app. I use this with the Apple Watch and iPhone together. My sleep has greatly improved. Professionals are available to answer questions. There is also AI to answer questions.

Frustrating and not helpful. Worst nights sleep in years and the app rated the sleep “good”. After using it several nights, I am searching each day for the place to document my notes on the night. The icons are not intuitive. I try to write something when I wake up but cannot find the place to do that. An hour later, I get an alert to do that and then it is apparent where to write.I will give this one more try! How is is more accurate

Amazing app!. This is the best sleep app on the planet! Snoring. My partner snores and I recorded over 150 sleep interruptions per night. I turned on the sleep mask function and the interruptions went down to 12 and 15 for the past two nights. Best of all, I awoke without the alarm today and feel wide awake!

Not accurate without wearable. It thinks I slept the entire time in bed. It can’t tell when I’m awake or asleep. It can’t give me stats on sleep cycle or even the length of time I was awake while in bed. I use the app by placing my iPhone on the bed. Today it gave me a score of 90 when I got less than 6 hours sleep. Without a wearable, it is only good for recording thr length of time you attempted to sleep.

Still cannot see details for sleep score. Since downloading the new IOS 15, I cannot see the details to my sleep scores. When I tap the tab I get the scores but it is like the app locks up. I tap on a particular day and nothing happens. Kind of useless in this particular state. Is there a fix coming soon for this? Before this it was working fine. Am I the only one who is dealing with this?

Very helpful. Not only does it track your sleep but it also helps you sleep. I like that they give you feed back on how many times you've woken up at night.

Will probably be good once I figure out how to use. I’ve had trouble figuring out how to work it. Can’t get sleep results(I got a month free trail but it asks me to join prime and won’t show results ), ‘wake time’ and ‘track my sleep’ alarms seem redundant...(do I complete both or just one or the other?), I get up multiple times in the night but the app says I slept through the night. I don’t doubt it’s user error but so far no response to my emails to support.

Very Helpful Sleep App. I’ve been having sleep problems ever since my university years, and I was looking for the right sleep app. I love the choices of sleep sounds that came with the app. It made me feel relaxed and drowsy. In fact, I woke up in a good mood.

I don’t think I have the right gear. I started this but don’t have any gear or wearables so the accuracy isn’t what it could be. Basically monitors the noise it’s making on my phone and keeping track of when I say I sleep and wake up. It’s probably not the fault of the app so don’t hesitate to try it.

Wind down feature is awesome. Love that there is a wind down feature. I always find myself working until I need to go to sleep and the wind down feature helps me put away my work to prep for bed.

Meditations won’t load. Dave Asprey asked me to download this for his sleep challenge which is usually a good recommend but maybe too many people are on it or who knows but I was planning on a morning meditation and getting this all set up with my sleep device and I’m not so sure now. Somethings not working so I’ll give it a little bit to see if these developers might fix it. Seems like a good idea anyway. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not reliable for work nights. Have tried to use this app on several occasions but have not found it to be reliable for work nights as the volume starts out ok. As it proceeds through the stages the volume doesn’t remain at the set level. By the time the morning comes around the wake up cycle is so Low that it is not sufficient to wake me. Not sure how to fix this.

Good for quick hour and a half naps. Sometimes when I wake up too early I have a headache and need an extra hour of sleep. I use this every time and I’m always happy when I wake up.

Better sleep - alarm clock helps!. The alarm clock feature awesome and makes a difference in how I feel when I wake up. I love how the app can integrate with my smart home to create a wake up. My sleep has dramatically improved. Thank you!

Finally getting the data i need to improve my sleep. After struggling to show my doc why I am feeling tired despite high C-pap compliance and low AHI, Sleepspace pointed the way. It was easy, didn’t require a wearable and the data matched the way I felt. 5 stars

App Glitch. I have tried to sign up and it sign in with app when internet was shutoff and it caused some kind of error where the app won’t reopen. There was an app update that allowed me to attempt to log back in and was working but tried to create an account with no data and wifi access and now the app won’t open again. Thank goodness I didn’t give a credit card as I would not be able to cancel. I am running the install before IOS 13.4 on a IPhone 7 Plus.

Problem with my app. I got my first score last night but when I try to click on the number (93) to see the details nothing happens. It’s like it’s frozen. Also, at the bottom of that same page the icons don’t work. Can someone help me? I think this app has potential for 5 stars.

Love this app!. I’m 51 and have been struggling with staying asleep during the night. The background noise seems to assist me in doing this this. Works great in hotels and other environments where external noises can be a problem.

Sleep Journal Trial. Good selection of various soothing sounds and options for a power nap. Would be great to have a short trial of the sleep journal to see if it fits our needs and to try integrating it into daily life, which could result in more customers

Best sleep app out there. I’ve tried a lot of sleep apps but SleepSpace is definitely my favorite. Love that I can wake up every morning and see my sleep score. The binaural beats helps me fall asleep immediately and the deep sleep stimulator keep me asleep all night. Highly recommended!

Daylight Savings Oops!. I love this app, but appears that the wake-up doesn’t work for Daylight Savings changes…even though my alarm this morning was set for 7:30a…it didn’t wake me up until 8:30a! I’ve never run into this problem before, so I’m sure it’s just because of Daylight Savings…but would hope to get this fixed.

There are better free apps out there.. I currently use another app for sleeping which is free and has much better sound options. The ocean here seems way too loud and the sounds seem more like irritating white noise. And the way in which I go through each option to listen to the sounds is a bit awkward and annoying. It’s a good concept but not worth the money in its current form.

Drains battery. On my first night using this app, it completely drained my Apple watch battery (from 85% to nothing) well before I woke up. That means it stopped recording, I didn’t get to experience the smart alarm, and had to scramble to charge my watch completely before I left the house the next day. Also the UX and settings in the app are confusing and convoluted.

Wonderful idea but a little glitchy. I enjoy the sleep mask and dream he having features, but I dislike the additional pricing on top of the subscription purchase, as well as the unreliability of many features.

Really helpful app!. This app has a lot of great features and content. Helps you go to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up gently. Highly recommend!
