Great App!. Works great! Just disconnects once in a while when I’m at school but just have to go back onto the app and click it on again. I believe my school has a jammer, but this VPN goes right past it after the one time of it shutting off automatically. This whole time I’ve been using the free version. Right before writing this review I was given a free upgrade to premium for 30 days as a gift from the developer for continuous usage. Love this VPN.

Was a 5 star app before the recent update. This app was great and I’ve used it all 4 years of high school until now. The recent update from like a few days ago made me accept this terms of service thing to use the app, I accepted it and now it barely even works. First of all when I get home and want to turn it off, it doesn’t turn off. When I turn my von off it also turns my wifi off, same thing happens on LTE data. When I turn off my vpn while using data, it just turns off my data as a whole. Even when I’m on it everything takes wayyyy longer to load and is much laggier than before. I have no choice but to switch to a different app.

Stays Connected 24/7! Your Choice.. I had been researching for a VPN to use on my iPhone due to all of the traveling that I do around the world. My co-worker told me about this APP. And so far after less than 24 hours of using it, I am very impressed! Other VPN apps that I purchased prior to this current one, kept getting disconnected for whatever reason. This VPN stays connected and I know that my phone is now 100% secure. Love it!!

It Works :D. So I’m an ordinary High-Schooler using too much data and doesn’t have WiFi at home, well my school has a WiFi but it doesn’t work for anything :/. My friends started using it and when I asked how they said they used this app, VPN 360. So I gave it a try, turned off my cellular data, connected to the WiFi, turned on the VPN and *BOOM* it took a few minutes (to load in I guess)but started working perfectly! So in my spare time in school I’ll download some apps and music :). Thank you so much developers. Also you don’t need to pay for this at all, just don’t subscribe to it and it works... I guess if you want like an improved version you have to pay but I’m fine with just the normal one.

Is it worth it?. I watch adds apon adds for this stupid vpn. Not only do I watch adds but I watch inappropriate ones find better adds! I also go on my phone and the internet is still not working isn’t this what I downloaded this app for? If you are thinking of getting this app and don’t want to pay forget about it I see there sneaky ways to get you to buy, so if you plan on getting the subscription then this is perfect for you put it your on a budget save your time and energy. I BEG YOU! Find a different vpn I swear!

Please fix this things as soonest possible please app developers. I am serious Please fix this vpn app I have been using it for a long time and now every time this vpn is turn on for 20 or 30 mins it disconnects and also when my phone is on lock mode it takes time to connect again to the vpn please make this vpn connection much stronger because it keeps on disconnecting and I have tried everything you guys have told me to do Ive tried everything am serious I’ve tried everything and the problem still persist so please fix this vpn app and make the connection of this vpn app much much stronger and faster please please fix this problem as soonest possible I would appreciate it a lot if it is fix as soonest possible Please fix this and also please add some more different free vpn locations from different states and from different countries for the free version of this app please do app developers it would be appreciate it a lot it really would

VPN 360 is absolutely worth it.. Although their premium version is worth it, I must say that their free version works just as well. After continuous use and changing around the modes I must say that it is the most reliable COMPLETELY FREE VPN that I have used. Also, they rewarded me with a free premium month (without any card details) because I had used the app so much. I must say thank you for such a reliable service.

Good sometimes. I'm a student at a high school that has the worst wifi ever, so I got this because other kids were. It was great at first, but after a few weeks I had to start watching ads every 15 minutes, which was fine until I noticed the time didn't seem correct. Like, it went by way to fast, and I noticed the "15 minutes" Didn't last 15 minutes. Another issue that has only happened in the past few days is whenever I go onto another app with the VPN still on, it disconnects.

Good for some things, not for others. I use this VPN at school so my social media isn’t restricted, sometimes I’d have to disconnect and reconnect it because it was slow, but I’m not sure if it was because of my school’s WiFi or the VPN. Then I got the premium version to change location for my Netflix, and nothing changed. I tried all countries and it had no affect on what was available on Netflix so if that’s why you are getting this because the subscription is fairly cheap, don’t get this one, it doesn’t work.

Compromised My Device And My Bank. I bought a subscription. Everything seemed to be working fine for a few weeks. Then I opened the app one day to check it. THE VPN WAS OFF UNTIL I LOOKED AT AN ADVERTISEMENT. During that time, I had access to an unprotected public WiFi. Later that day I found that someone had accessed two of my bank accounts and had changed the passwords. This happened while I THOUGHT that VPN360 was working. Yes, I checked it many times when I first tried it AND I purchased a subscription. What kind of asinine company turns off your purchased VPN, without telling you, and only reactivates it after you’ve watched some ridiculous ad? The answer is a stupid company that cannot see the incompatibility of trying to generate advertising revenue from its paying users by turning the PAID utility off. Oh, and did I mention that VPN360 gave no notice that my VPN was not active. Thanks for screwing me, VPN360. Expect some lawsuits as the deserved reckoning for your rapacious stupidity.

You can use a good search engine in China!. Bing is useless. Get that out first to understand why this is important. If you come to China you are at the mercy of the great firewall of China. No google or Facebook. Personally could care less about Facebook, but when your only other choice for searching in English is Bing, you will quickly beg for Google. This App allows google search in China. Finally I could actually get the information about a place I wanted to go, or actually find the closest store for something I needed. Bing give you 200 paid advertisements for areas that you are not remotely interested in. Thank you VPN.

Pricey!. It cost me $40. And to be totally honest, I am thankful for the increased speed and supposed privacy but I am not impressed. Plus it consumes a lot of data even though it does not stay on as it is says it would which leads me to believe that it is either running in the background without my permission or the hackers are hacking my phone straight through the VPN. I seriously do not know which one is worse.

BEST VPN!!. I’ve used this for multiple months now during school sans haven’t had a single problem. Is easy to use, you literally just press one button and your good to go. Their are also VERY FEW ads, but the good thing is that they only pop up after you activated the VPN so there not a problem because by that time you have already existed out of the app. I also just now revived a free month of premium just by simply using this app, so all in all I am extremely happy with this app and recommend you download it aswell.

I’d give it more but with two issues.. I’ve used this app for about three months, and it has worked wonderfully. Fast speeds, and for the most part, reliable (very few spontaneous disconnections)... With that said, a few days ago spontaneous disconnections started to occur, within a couple minutes of each other... And as of the last several hours, I’m unable to even open the app. My internet is working, I’m on here, and I’m able to do most of what I want (I’m currently in a country with content restrictions, so I use this). I currently pay for the service, is there a way to contact the developer for help here? I cannot open the app to even try to find out there. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve powered off my phone and back on. I’ve had satisfactory service with the app until now.. I did just recently update to IOS 12.3.1. Could that have something to do with it? Thanks

So ofc my school blocks us from watching tik tok, listening to music, getting on Instagram or Snapchat OR EVEN DOWNLOADING THINGS (app store) so my friend told me abt vpn I chose this one and let me tell you this is the best thing that has happened during this school year I’m able to do things^ that my school blocked thank god 🙏🏼 and the internet doesn’t run slow it actually runs pretty fast I’m so greatful for this app thank you!!!!!! I would most def recommend to friends if they have the hassle that I have

Best VPN app....ever!. I don’t usually write reviews for apps but this deserves one. I’m a high-schooler who can’t use data all day because I have four other people on my plan. Also, my school WiFi prevents social media apps, and movie apps. I downloaded a couple other VPN apps before but they never work and I have to pay for them to fix it. With this, it may take longer to connect for free, but it’s worth it because it actually stays on. Other apps crash and take longer to connect, then after using a different app, the connection is lost. This is a five star app and is worth downloading.

Haven’t had to use anything else. However, beware that this app might use up all of your data. I don’t know for sure since I have unlimited, but many other reviews are reporting this. Still, the VPN is very functional and, while ads do exist, they’re almost always skip-able in 5 seconds, not to mention you don’t even have to watch them to turn the VPN on. Just tap the button to activate the VPN, and if an ad pops up, go to a different tab or the home screen. Simple as.

I don’t see much flaws at all. Honestly, even though this is short, my time with this hasn’t been bad at all. I use this whenever my internet is acting up and it fixes it. That’s pretty much it, it is also pretty easy to use and is also fast when it comes to premium. I would recommend if you haven’t tried because this is better than other VPN apps that I have used.

It worked at first.... I'm a high schooler and I don't want to use my data because it's hella expensive. My school has wifi, but a lot of things are blocked such as snapchat, discord, facebook, and slander just to name a few. I went through a couple different ones that had a "free trial", but they always made the use of anything impossible. I found this one and for the first 2-3 hours it worked perfectly, I could access everything, but then all of a sudden it didn't. I've tried the different connection modes, but now it does what some of the others did ( if you connect the VPN, the wifi stops working for anything). Aside from it not working for me anymore, the app is great. It's very easy to use, and the customer support is very helpful. Definitely would like to continue using it once I can get it running properly again.

1st year- Okay, 2nd year- Absolute Garbage. So I’ve used this vpn for a year now and it was pretty good for a while. It only disconnect once in a while but most importantly the app itself always froze and would close itself. I thought whatever at least it works most of the time. I renewed my subscription and it just doesn’t work at all. In two weeks I’ve connected 0 times and it’s just getting ridiculous. It just keeps saying the vpn can’t connect to ANY server. I applied for a refund with Apple, went nowhere. I wrote to their customer service a week ago, nothing. If you are looking at this give me my money back because your app isn’t doing its job. If there is some sort of error that you need to fix do it now and add two weeks to my subscription for free.

Works wonderfully fast!. Let’s me download my episodes very quickly- faster than both SkyVPN and X-VPN. I noticed some reviews about how it uses data, but since I don’t have data on this device, it hasn’t affected me! I can’t tell you how true those reviews may be, but if they are true all you have to do is turn off your data until you need it...lol. Seriously, I cannot stress how fast this is. I especially love the ‘stay connected’ function. I don’t mind the ads at all since it’s free and I’ve yet to run into a data limiter. It has everything I need- a way to get past the school blocking proxy, it’s fast, it’s free, and there doesn’t seem to be a data limiter! So glad I found this app. Keep up the beautiful work, guys!!!

Amazing. I kept having to get VPN’s that would shut off after an hour or pay for one for nearly 20 dollars a month! But when someone told me about this I was ecstatic!!! This is an amazing VPN and while you can’t change the area of where you are I don’t have a need to do that so I am 100% satisfied with what I got from this app. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone else

Company with good standing. I don’t usually write reviews but I got outstanding customer service, I signed up for the free trial and got charged for an entire year renewal. I was worried it would be difficult to get a refund back, a lot of sketchy companies will make you jump through so many hoops just cancel let alone get a refund. They didn’t try to push anything, they were totally understanding and even sent detailed instructions on how to submit a refund request which was also fairly simple. I will also vouch for their app in general, it’s easy to navigate and I had no trouble using a VPN for Canada.

Worked for a while. I loved using this app in high school so that I could use the wifi and all of my apps while not using data. After about 5 months of using it, I looked at what apps were using the most of my data and it had used 7.8 GB. I was surprised because this app is supposed to allow full access to wifi, but it was using my data while I was connected to wifi all day. I turned data access off to that app and now it doesn’t turn on when i’m connected to wifi. It used to be way to use but now I have to buy extra GB this month because this app used so much.

Overall satisfied. For the most part the app seems to work fine. Still yet I have failed to try to trace my phone from my desktop. Call procrastinating or whatever you’d like but reality is that I have just been lazy and just haven’t done it yet. I will now make it a point to do so within the next 7 days. I will post an update after my attempt to track my device.

Saved me. App actually saved me. This app saved me from getting my ip pulled from a person who I thought was my friend but tried to pull my ip with a grabify link. I know that the vpn saved me because I got paranoid and decided to make my own link and then clicked on it and saw that it had actually set my location to where I set it meaning that I didn’t get my ip pulled. Honestly I’m pretty thankful to this app for that and kinda just wanted to repay it so I’m writing this review. The ad that it made me watch to use it for free honestly seems really worth it now. Anyways I hope you get this app cuz it saved me and who knows maybe it’ll save you as well.

Stable and reliable. Would love if the dev could up the speed just a tad for the free users but understand they gotta make money and aside from peak times this is still a very solid workhorse of a vpn. Stays connected where others have not. As someone who has used several vpns and even paid twice for two competitors vpns, I would still recommend this choice over any others to anyone who needs a very user friendly vpn. Not to speak in generalization, but forgive me as I do just that and say, this would be a great vpn choice for anyone

Easy to use 7day trial is great!. I see reviews saying there is no way to cancel your 7day free trial, this is NOT true. It's EASY to CANCEL your TRIAL at the SAME TIME you START your 7day free trial and still RETAIN your 7DAYS FREE!!!! As it states in the app when you sign up for your trial, the only way you can cancel it is through the app store itself. This is true of any subscription to any app found in the App Store as apple requires developers to have all purchases go through them to protect its users from being scammed or ripped off. The VPN works fine and is fairly quick, i would recommend the paid for app if you intend to(as you should) use a VPN frequently.

LOVE IT!!!. When I was downloading this app I started reading comments and most of them were bad ones, talking about internet loss and whatever. As I do not use internet, only WiFi, it helped me making wifi work better and faster, and as I live in Uruguay and for example didn’t have instagram music for stories or limited music on TikTok, the USA thing helped me to have those things and like, I downloaded this vpn exactly for that, and I tried with other ones before but for having a USA server or whatever I had to pay, but this one lets me use it so now i can use instagram music and all of the songs at TIkTok 😉😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤙🏻

Great but with a problem. First of all, this is a GREAT app! There’s just a problem I’m having with it. Sometimes, I can’t connect. So I wait a bit. Still can’t connect. So I go to the contact support menu. I tell the bot that I can’t connect. Then it asks me what device I was on. I put in iOS because I’m on, well iOS. I wait for the response but. Silence. Dead silence. I try it again. Still nothing. So please devs of VPN360, please fix this issue, because every time I try to do it, I just fell dumber each time.

Very lousy. Super slow super laggy super unreliable basically the moment I started using this service as a paid service I started to notice the little skimps here and there and overall I definately recommend that if you are planning on getting a year service go for the better ones out there and pay the extra 20$ get a year of something that’s actually fast. Something that actually works. I set my vpn and it’s like it’s not even on, except for when it takes an hour to load. You can’t even select the specific state you want to appear online from you can select only as broad as United States, but even that, doesn’t work well. I feel like I am totally unprotected on top of the super slow speed and lack of features, I went through and deleted a bunch of virusy mine attachment files I never even downloaded and have no idea where they from and how they stuck them self’s in my folders, honestly the extra money for the top end service is worth this app times a million.. maybe for people using the free version, as a free version it could be acceptable but I paid 36$ for a year and it’s too late for a refund, but you know sometimes you make “those” purchases where you gota step away count the loss and dump it in the trash where it belongs. I wrote this review for you reading for all people considering throwing your cash on vpn service, know the specs and read the review make informed decisions. ✌️

needs more reviews. All vpns state it is better than the others. From experience of installing most of them to actually compare, i honestly cannot say one is better than the other. Of course i only tried the free versions. The biggest flaw with all vpns is download speed, and the fact that one cannot physically see where ones information is actually routed to and from. I need to monitor and speed needs to be increased.

Fast, reliable, and safe. I’ve been searching the App Store for a VPN that is fast reliable, and safe. I have finally found one, this VPN not only does those things, but it’s all free. Of course you can buy premium for an even better experience than you’re already getting, but you can tell the creators of this VPN actually care about your safety and information on the internet. They give you an excellent VPN from the beginning and allow you to choose to pay premium which is a really low cost per month for this apps full potential.

Cheating VPN - Uses all of your data. DO NOT USE THIS VPN. I downloaded this VPN before I went on my trip to China and I was shocked at how amazingly fast it was. I had limited data of 3GB before I left. And over the course of the three weeks I was gone, I started getting messages of how much data I was using. When I saw that I had already used 1 full GB of data in less than 5 days, I panicked and thought it was my social media that kept downloading data onto my phone. So I decided to turn off my data when I went outside, which made it so that my parents couldn’t contact me. I would use the hotel’s WiFi with the VPN on so I could check everything. By 2 weeks ish, I realized that I had already passed my data limit BY A LOT. I had used 8.2 GB OF DATA!! Desperate, I couldn’t believe that my social media could have used this much. And when I checked, VPN 360 had used 5.4 GB OF DATA 😡😡 so I actually only used 2.8 GB. And most of the time, I used WiFi with everything. Therefore, it’s clear to me that even though you use WiFi, this VPN will not work unless you use let it use data. That is why it is so fast. Don’t use this VPN 🙅🏻‍♀️

Issues recently. I’ve been subscribed via my Apple account since Nov. 2022. I haven’t had any issues until these past couple of weeks. Recently I have been having to delete the app and reinstall in order to use. I did it once last week and the week before. I’ve had to do it on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday of this week. It keeps saying I am a basic user despite having a 1 year subscription thru Apple. And customer service’s only advice is to uninstall and reinstall. It’s too bothersome to do everyday. And even if I do do that it doesn’t work for very long. It works for a couple hours and I get messages saying I’ve been disconnected and should upgrade. Please fix this issue.

Amazing!. I never really download VPNs because I’ve always used to think they were the most stupid apps on the planet. This was when I was like 15 but now that I’m 18 and on my own, I needed to keep my own data secured. I love that it lets me have a free trial so I can try it out and not immediately buy it, and how I can change my location to keep my data safe. THANKS VPN🥰

Super fast internet but one problem!. This app is honestly amazing and the internet is very fast but there is one problem the problem is that there are random times were the apps internet just slows down a ton which is really annoying something that would make this app better is if your internet connection speed stays the same but con is just on but once again I don’t blame them there are barely any vpn apps with internet speed this good thank you for this app I really recommend it it’s literally amazing! 😄

Awesome update. At first I only used this app because it was free, but otherwise I hated it because I would have to sit there tapping, tapping, tapping, sometimes without success, on the connect button. Extremely frustrating. Since the update, it’s one tap on, one tap off. And, since my iPad doesn’t use data, I don’t have to worry about usage. For those of you complaining about this problem, TURN OFF YOUR DATA and you will be fine. Well done, devs. **slow clap**

Works great. I’ve used this for a couple months and for the money this is the best VPN I have used. It is quick and maybe not the most feature rich VPN but it works. With other VPNs I have had trouble connecting to certain hotspots and wifi networks but not this one. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive browser that does the job

No way to cancel via the app. Really, NO exaggeration. There’s no “cancel” option on the menu, even if you uncollpase each tab. Even went to the “Support” tab which is a chat bot, typed in “cancel” and it then asks Qs such as “Is there anything we can do to make you stay?”. When you select no, it asks how you purchased and after selecting “Credit card” it then does nothing, no reply. Tried this 5 times and thought that maybe it went throgh but no notification but nope, was billed on my CC… HOWEVER, had gone to this support chat previous b/c app kept on disconnecting after the phone went to sleep (dealbreaker for me even before this cancel issue) and got no reply too. BUT when I then went to cancel shortly afterwards and it asked if there’s anything we can do, I then said my previous support Q hasn’t been answered. Within a couple hrs got emailed a detailed response from a human. Later on, after the 6 attempts at cancelling I even replied to this human via email but heard zip back… Even with all the subpar and shady VPNs out there, this may be a new low. Luckily took screenshots of every step of this process and will dispute with my CC. May file a complaint with the FTC and my state Attorney General too. Simply unbelievable

Stan twenty one pilots <3. This vpn is INCREDIBLE. I downloaded it 2 days ago because the vpn i normally use at school (which has horrible wifi like if it’s connected to the school’s wifi the internet becomes so slow and nothing on my phone loads like apps, safari, etc) isn’t connecting anymore/the school probably banned it. So i downloaded this. And it has been AWESOME. The connection is extremely fast and lasts me the entire day. It never disconnects throughout the entire school day and the internet is faster. The main thing I want to say is that it connects super fast and i never get disconnected. I recommend this vpn for school especially if u have bad school wifi (:

It works. Video chat is blocked in my country and this is the only way I can call my LDR bf and we stay on call for hours and it doesn't really slow down my internet or make the call drop after a few hours like other VPNS do. The call is high quality and doesn't drop too often. Sometimes I need to restart the app but after that it works again, the other vpns I use have a limit of how long I can use them and even when I restart them they slow down the connection. I've never had an issue with this app.

Works, but annoying to cancel free trial.. This VPN does the job, but I had many connection issues with it and oftentimes could only access the internet after I disconnected from it. The app is extremely unclear about cancelling the free trial. They claim that once you subscribe you can turn off a "auto-renewal" option, but you would have to pay money first for that to work. To cancel your subscription you have to go to your iPhone's settings, under "iTunes and App Store." Tap on your Apple ID, Select "view Apple ID", and you can cancel the subscription from there. The app should have a direct option to cancel your subscription, or at least clear instructions.

USED ALL MY DATA😡😡. My school always blocks all social media like Snapchat, instagram etc. So I figured I could just use a VPN to get around this. I tried multiple different apps with them all being very slow. Most of them 1 mb/s. Then I tried this app and was getting speeds over 40 mb/s and at first I thought, “man this is impressive, some paid services can’t even do this”. But as time went on I became more suspicious if I was really using WiFi. Maybe, Just maybe this app was using my data. Turns out I was right 2 weeks later I get a text from my mobile service provider(at&t) with a message stating,”you have used 75% of your data”. Then I think to myself,”THERE NO WAY”. So I did what every frustrated person who data was almost gone would do, I checked how much I had used. It said I had used 7 GIGS OF DATA! I never use this much. Then I check my cellular data settings on my phone and it said VPN 360 had used 6 GB of data! How could this be I’m always on WiFi with this VPN. Then I thought,”this app must just be using my data, not WiFi.”. This must be how it gets those speeds around 40 mb/s. That is is why I wrote this, to let people know this app is a bunch of bull crap. It doesn’t use you WiFi at all it just eats up your mobile data even you think you using WiFi. Thank you for reading and I hope this deters anyone from making the mistake of using this disgusting app!

Would recommend. This vpn has been one of the best ones I have used yet! You have the option to pay or keep the free version, which I really do like unlike many others. It doesn’t shutoff when your using it and it has always been absolutely amazing since I’ve had it. If you haven’t had it and your looking for a really good free vpn, I would recommend this one!!

VPN 360 is a disappointment. VPN 360 is not a good app. It gives you adds every fifteen minutes you used it and it’s adds are disturbing and should NOT be put on a VPN app. It would also always glitch and make me watch two adds for 15 minutes. And then when I would try to connect my VPN, it would keep turning on and off and on and off which was so annoying. This app need to work on its ads and it’s glitches. This app would be good but it does need a lot of work. If you’re looking for a VPN just don’t pick this one. There’s a lot of VPN’s that are good. Have not that much ads have appropriate ads and have no glitches get one of those, but not this one.

Product review. DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY ... WHEN YOU CONTACT TGE “NEED HELP” area, no one replies ... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING ... works at 5 minute intervals and the VPN icon remains on all the time EVEN WHEN YOU ARE DISCONNECTED (which is often)! Purchased premium version. Was working fine for 3 months ... then it just stopped working despite selecting the “stay connected” mode... wrote 4 times for support with no reply. Furthermore the VPN symbol appeared at the top so it looked as if it was working... but it was not. Removed the app and reinstalled it... but no luck. In my opinion the developer is very unresponsive and the product does not work as advertised. TOTALLY Disappointed. NOW the app is flooded with ADS and has stopped working for more then 5 mins at a time. Again I wrote and no reply... find another product in my opinion, this one is awful!

I don’t normally do this... So usually I don’t write reviews because I think it’s pointless but this app has definitely earned a positive, 5 star review. I’m in high school and i, like everyone else, can’t afford to use my data all day so I’ve always looked for a good VPN. Stuff like hotspot shield and a few other popular ones are trash because they “connect” and then have an “error” that you can “fix” by paying for it. Used to work.... Ok, so I thought this was a great app in the first couple of months, but after a while it just stopped working... I’ve gone through three other VPN apps and all of those have had the exact same problem within a couple of weeks. This one has definitely worked the longest, I’ve had it for a couple months, but now it just doesn’t work anymore... Also, I don’t understand why there are multiple connection options, because at least two of them don’t work correctly, and one disconnects every thirty minutes or so... However, this app does show potential and I hope that this review is seen by the developers, because I’ve given up looking for another VPN app that works.

Hard to cancel subscription. Trying to cancel subscription it will still charge you even without using full free trial But what if the the first day of your trial doesn’t seem right for you and you want to cancel straight away. Strange.... Downloaded and was useful at first, but after about one week it took forever for the connection. What’s worse, if I switch the vpn on both my WiFi and 4G become unavailable, only if I turn off the vpn then the WiFi and 4G could be back.... I wonder what is the problem, as the app was quite good but the bug (is it a bug?) is annoying and prevents me from using this app.

Can NOT change to another location though I’ve subscribed already. The default connection is through United States and I conclude it in fact doesn’t work well. I’ve subscribed the premium and paid the $18 something dollars on the first day I downloaded this app. However, I cannot change locations, I can only use United States. Every time I try to connect through another location, it says “go premium”, and when I click it, it says something like “you’ve already subscribed”. Really annoying and I’m wondering what have I paid for? Truly a waste of money.

Who don’t know how to cancel subscriptions Go to SETTINGS -> iTunes & App Store -> *click on ur Apple ID and view Apple ID -> Click “Subscriptions” (open thou eyes) -> then cancel what ever u want (ur free VIPs wouldn’t end instantly SO cancel at anytime is ok)

Crashes my phone!!. It used to work fine, but then it started crashing my wifi and then data, then when I tried to delete the app it wouldn’t get off. I would restart my phone and it would still be there. I couldn’t go into the app either it would just glitch out. Terrible. Fix the bugs.

best vpn i’ve used without having to pay. i always check if the ip address has changed before beginning my tasks, and it usually does change (but if not i just go back into the app and turn it off and back on and that solves the issue). the connection never lags and i can access what i need to easily. the only thing that was annoying was having to watch ads to collect minutes to use the vpn but it’s gone now so YAY 🥳

Can not cancel Subscription!. I accidentally accept Free Premium, in order to avoid automatic billing after the free trail, I was trying to cancel Premium through iTunes, while it shows that I do not have any subscriptions, which means this app may charge you not through iTunes but the company itself! But the app says we can only cancel Premium through iTunes, so are you cheating! ?

Stole my money!!. I downloaded because of the “free to cancel at anytime”, during my free 7 week trial I decided nope it’s not for me: I would like to cancel before the full months or years payment comes out.. turns out you can’t cancel until the first payment comes out, complete crooks. There isn’t even a cancel now button or form to cancel. I want to file a complaint due to false advertising but I don’t know if I can even do that with an app.

After One Year…. After one year using this service I have moved away to another. I initially signed up to this service for a year as I was spending a lot of time away from home. After having upgraded to a new system this year I can now say this did not meet my expectations, the service did not work on all websites when I was away from home and also would regularly drop out which lead to me having to close the app I was on, close the VPN and restart the app then reconnect. Having upgraded to a more recognised provider this has all gone away and although it is twice the cost it to me is very much worth the upgrade.

Needs an update. Been using this for a couple of months to watch U.K. services and on the whole it's been pretty good. However it doesn't get past the Netflix block. Simply put: the best vpn I have tried to date. This is by far the best vpn I have tried to date and I have tried dozens ... literally. It's fair and honest. No gimmicks like Yoga VPN that cons you into building points in your account by watching countless ads only to wipe out your points (during an update) and not care about it; and all for an inferior speed and quality to vpn 360.

Works well, not perfect. I use this in school because the thick cement walls block lot of my connection in the classroom. When I use the VPN it works much better pretty much everywhere but a lot of things are still a little slow. It only works when I leave the app open, if I connect but then close the app it won’t work. I don’t know if that’s intentional or not. Good VPN overall.

Free 1-Week Trial Subscribers Beware. This App makes it very difficult to figure out how to unsubscribe to the premium service in time so you will not be charged. You will have to go to your iTunes account through your device or elsewhere in order to unsubscribe. The VPN 360 does not tell you this anywhere in their instructions. The App also takes several tries to load VPN settings as it assumes its users have turned on Touch ID. If you have not, you will have to try many many times in order to get it to allow you to enter your password instead.

Absolutely amazing. I’ve used this app for two years and I’ve never looked back. I love being able to use unrestricted sites and apps at school with the help of this VPN. I can’t speak for the data problem, as I don’t have data and therefore this app can’t really use my data, but it works like a charm on my WiFi network.

Free version gets the job done. I can’t speak for the paid premium, but I am able to use the free version to bypass school WiFi restrictions. It works well for the first 10 minutes or so, then drastically slows down your connection. It’s a little bit of a nuisance, but simply restarting the VPN should fix this problem. Overall, definitely worth the price of $0.

You actually get what you pay for. The connection was amazing stayed on all day and all night even when my phone completely shut down and turned back on it stayed connected and runs really fast connection!!

VPN 360 - Good? Or not?. VPN 360 is the best vpn i've used by far, i've payed for nortonvpn before but the free version of VPN 360 is way better. Plagued by paywalls. Used this app for around 3 years now and it has slowly gotten worse. Used to be fast and never had any issues. Increasingly I had more problems with the VPN disconnecting constantly and not being able to disconnect/connect. Plagued by adds and constant pop ups to buy the premium version off their app. Now they added a new update were you have to watch an add that will give you only a couple of minutes to use the VPN. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t waste your time.

No customer service support.. I tried to get in touch with the customer service with no luck, my subscription got renewed in Mar and now I’m in Aug 5, I still have 8 months on my subscription, the app stops working despite my many tries to reach out to them and delete the app and reinstall it over and over yet it’s only working for a few hours and then it signed me out again and again I am super frustrated out of this poor customer support cause it seems there is none.

Does what it advertises.. The free version (all I’ve used so far) is quite simple. Push connect and off you go. Works for everything I downloaded it for so I have no reason to complain about anything. Perhaps I’ll give premium a chance someday. Slow, slow, slow...... I got this vpn because I heard of the good reviews it had. It started out great! I understand I live in a place that doesn’t have good internet but for the past month I’ve had horrendous slow speeds on my internet, and I PAY FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE! It is almost as if my payments don’t register in the system since the screen is always asking me to purchase premium. And when I say “the speed is slow” I don’t mean it’s slow but it will eventually work. What I’m telling you is that it has been useless for the past month.

What happened?!. I had the VPN for a year and it was pretty solid. An occasional challenge connecting but overall a great purchase. Once my first year expired I didn't renew for several months and only 3 days ago decided to renew for a year... Jeez, it's terrible now! I've been trying for three days to connect to any location and it's an absolute bust. This app went from having a fan to someone who regerts coming back. Avoid this VPN it will not work.

Works Ok, But.... This VPN works pretty well, doesn’t have too many ads, stays on, and is easy to handle. Although, using it makes the WiFi bad and EXTREMELY slow. Also, I have heard that using it uses a lot of data, but I have not experienced this because I don’t have data on this device. A way to get past the problem of bad WiFi is simple; just delete the app and reinstall it when you need it.

Best VPN out there. I have tried a variety of VPN’s in order to bypass my schools WiFi restrictions And this one is the most promising. It will automatically turn on whenever you use it and can be turned off whenever you need. It does not slow down my phone at all and has fast service

Really underwhelming. VIP servers are super underwhelming, majority of the time I can’t even tell the difference between them and the free US server that I get. The VIP servers don’t even allow for me to watch or stream anything online, something that almost all other services did. Finally, the servers during rush hour times gets so crowded that one can barley even use it without you wanting to throw your phone out (talking about VIP servers btw). Good service, but super underwhelming in comparison to other services I have used

Very good app. I overall after using this app before would say it is very good. Their customer service is very nice and helpful. I like this app a lot! It offers more stuff than most other VPN’s offer without the premium features. I honestly give it 5 stars.

Worked at first. This is a good vpn app and I love it but lately I’ve been having problems. Every time I turn it on and when I’m done I try to disconnect it but after I disconnect it it turns right back and it keeps doing this so it’s an endless battle and I can’t have it on cause it interferes with the performance of some of my apps so I just uninstall it and install it back when I need it but I would appreciate if this is fixed.

Great VPN Protection. The VPN 360 is not only a free VPN app, but it actually is an excellent protection service. I have times where I will have to temporarily turn off the VPN Protection because some apps won't be able to update. Some websites won't load. It is really doing great job at protecting my privacy and giving me extra safety while using my cell phone. Thanks.

Great!. I’ve been using it since my freshman year of highschool (class of 2020), through all 4 years, and it’s been an amazing app to have. The school WiFi was faster and better and now that I’ve started college it helps with keeping my phone safe while looking through sketchy websites to retrieve research for summer college courses.

Good VPN. I tried several, this one wins hands down. Does the job and it's free. Some demand monthly or even weekly payments to really use and say they're free, but they're not. This one tells the truth. Never had issues. I use for Twitter, on Duck Duck Go browser. Twitter's a jungle! 😂 I don't like my info exposed, like where I live. I know the first review is mouthing off about data usage, and it's obvious it's a few of his friends doing more complaining for the next few reviews. Kids! Maybe it does take your data, IDK, but since I'm unlimited it doesn't matter. Those whiny kids might consider to stop trying to get around school rules and use their free time to actually STUDY or just talk!

no.. It didn’t work very well and it ruined my wifi and I couldn’t even use any app and it didn’t let me do anything it was so bad and I do not recommend it, all those other reviews are fake, it ruined my dad and grandmas phone as well

Hello. I’m a premium member and I’m supposed to be entitled to use up to 5 devices as I read before subscribed. But I was restricted and tied to one device after subscribing and became a premium user. This is unfair!!! Please I’m writing to kindly allow me to use my premium on more than one devices cos I’ve more than one devices both home and in the office. I’ve complained via the app no response and I came here to let everyone know that what was said on the app that premium users is entitled to use the VPN on 5 devices will not be given when you became a premium user. They’re liars and scam.

it's not just the fast speed.... if you've owned this app for a while, they might give you a free month of subscription! works EVEN FASTER. this app really is something wew if i were a bot i wouldn't be saying that they gave you free subscriptions. i doubt there are any bots in the first place because this works like a charm!

This is the way to cancel subscription. I know people are confusing about how to cancel the subscription. This is the way that I figure out. You can “google” or “Baidu” apple subscription, and click on “ View, change, or cancel your subscription” in the Apple support, and it will direct you to your ITunes ( which you have installed on your computer). In your Itunes, there will be a “ Cancel subscription” button under the VPN 360 to cancel the subscription. Meanwhile, if you accidentally got charged, you can contact the apple Support to get the refund.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS VPN. While I understand that vpns typically contain many ads, this app is ridiculous. Every second a new one pops up. In order to connect, you must watch an ad, as well as disconnect. This would be fine, but the app glitches AND REFUSES TO LET YOU EXIT THE AD. I have refreshed the app hundreds of time and the screen continues to freeze every time. It is impossible to turn on, as well as turn off. All this app does it take up space in my phone as it is impossible to navigate. There are plenty of other vpns that are much more efficient and easier to use.

Convenient, Straightforward, & Reliable. I’ve been using VPN360 for the past 3 years and I can’t think of a single instance where it has ever failed me. Without ever having to upgrade to a paid subscription, I’ve always been able to rely on its speed and consistency. I would strongly recommend!

Unstable it disconnects when it wants. Really unstable it would disconnect when it pleases. It usually switches between paid and free version which reduces traffic. Several times I had to restore purchases. The new updated look is worse than first. Useless animation. Green and red was a much easier option with an international red x and a green check mark. Now is a blueish switch that makes you doubt. Had to figure what it means. Keep it simple and stable.

Faulty App. I purchased the premium plan, every time I open the app to connect, it defaults back to the basic plan. Good luck getting in touch with a real person, all they have is a bot through the app that says a live agent will email you shortly. Will be disputing the charge and going elsewhere.

5 stars. Add placement is just weird because when you turn it off it gives you an add and you think its gonna turn off but it doesn’t which is weird because you could just put an add when you turn it on😐

BEST VPN!!!!. I just started using this VPN and it is the best. I previously used HotspotShield and i paid a monthly subscription and it stopped working on my schools WiFi. It would not connect and i tried 3 different VPNs and this is the only one that worked. I pay for the monthly subscription because this one is truly the best and will secure and unblock anything on your WiFi. THANK YOU VPN360!!!!!

Wonderful. I recommend this to anyone trying to get past internet blocks. It connects quickly just about everywhere, and is as simple as taping the power button. I personally use the limited version, which will get me past internet blocks. Very helpful to me as a student.

Must have Overseas. I live and work overseas where the government controls the internet (there’s a lesson here about government control and the suppression of basic freedoms) and the can randomly shut it down or restrict it heavily. VPN is a must have and has allowed me access when it’s critical to communicate in emergencies and during times of upheaval.
