Useful and interesting info is presented nicely. The app displays information about my car in a way that’s easy to read. It also lets me control some key functions of the car, but not as many as the Tesla app itself. (No seat heaters, for example.) Something I really like is that I can set it to notify me when I leave the car unlocked (wife’s phone inside with phone-key on) or when it’s parked at home with a low SoC but not plugged in, or when I leave the heat on and the car is unoccupied. I suggest the app developers adjust the graphs so that time/odometer is always represented in the same direction between graphs. Some graphs show the past on the left and some on the right, which is annoying. Also, it sometimes seems to fail to gather information from the car for a few days at a time which makes the graphs less useful.

Good app, but widget could be better. I really like the app overall, it works well and offers additional functionality over the Tesla app. I love that I can use Apple Watch with it to see battery at a quick glance through complications, or even accessing quick controls through it. However, the widget could be improved. I’ve noticed that sometimes it wouldn’t update for hours. For example, I can see current range on Apple Watch but widget would be hours behind until I refresh by opening the app. Also it’s design could be better. I really like the Nikola app widget, it also changes from right to dark based on phone theme.

Best tech support ever!. I’ve been a Stats user for almost two years. It has become my go-to Tesla management app along with checking the official Tesla app for software updates. The app is easy to use and significantly enhances my enjoyment of my 2018 Tesla M3P+. During my annual visit with my doctor we spent way too much time discussing how much we like this app. He actually brought it up by mention the Stats complication when he saw that I had a new Apple Watch. I’d like to especially call out the outstanding tech support from the developer, Ramin. On the few occasions that I have submitted a support request through the app, he has responded unbelievably quickly and resolved the issue every time. What other app support team answers support requests within minutes on a Sunday evening? I’d wager that number is very small. Support for this app rates an A+ or 10/10 in my book. And , no, I am in no way related to this app developer and have never met him or corresponded with him outside of the support requests I mentioned in this review.

Generally many bugs. Update: the app keeps waking the car every hour. Can’t distinguish between AC and DC charges. Not worth the money. I’d you have some knowledge in coding, highly suggest teslamate. It’s free and way more reliable and customizable! The app works as expected and give a lot of insights to the car. However, there are some issues. In the charging history, I found multiple ghost charging sessions, ie I didn’t charge but there is one. I only got the car since the end of December and it happened twice. Secondly, I don’t know if there is a setting to turn on or not, but my charging curve only updated for two charging sessions. I charged more than ten times since I got the app, but there are only two charging curves reported. Thirdly, my iOS gadget does not seem to update regularly. I even opened the app but the data on the gadget stays at 86% charge while my car has only 50%.

Top Tesla App out there. I’ve had this app since I owned my Tesla since Jan 2020. I have to say this app continues to impress me. Not only can you get car maintenance reminders on it such as tire rotations and inspections recommended by Tesla, it also now has a six button feature on the apps widget. This makes it so convenient when I need to pop the frunk or trunk or if I need to turn on the AC. It makes it so much easier. I also love this app because you can see how much money you have saved compared to the current gas prices! I also love the ability to use Apple Watch with it! If you are considering between apps I would recommend getting this app. You won’t regret it!

Great App, Great Support. The only third-party app you need for your Tesla. Well worth the price. It offers a large amount of useful information about your car, it’s performance, and your use. Just to name a few: Charging history including miles per charge, kwh per charge, cost and savings compared to comparable ICE vehicle by day, week or month. Miles driven by day, week or month. Detail of charge rate during each charge with accompanying history. Battery health (estimated full-charge range) over time, and comparison to other users with similar cars with similar odometer readings. Very handy for accurately judging your battery’s real world performance / health over time! Efficiency and Phantom Drain comparison to other users. Frequent updates improving the app and adding features. And amazingly responsive customer support that is clearly coming directly from the app developer(s). The most responsive, helpful support I’ve ever experienced. Get it. You’ll like it!

Great app for curious Tesla owners. This app has a lot of useful and interesting features, such as scheduled battery preconditioning and outside temperature, which are missing from Tesla’s official app and which I use daily. The aggregate statistics across users are also interesting, and the Siri integration is a lot of fun to play with. The best thing about the app, though, is the developer. When I first installed the app, I noticed a couple of UI bugs, and I will confess that my initial impression was not very positive. I reported my findings to the support email address, and within minutes had a response. After talking to the developer, I understand why this app comes so strongly recommended and has such good reviews. Ramin is very responsive to inquiries, and has fixed all of the issues I have brought to his attention very quickly. He is genuinely interested in building a product that gets better over time, much like Tesla’s own products. You can buy this app with confidence.

The app that the Tesla official app should look to. It’s incredible the amount of information and control that this app has that the official Tesla app does not. There are pages and pages of data that would be interesting or useful to the user no matter what your background or interest is. Pairing these controls with the Apple Watch has been an absolute godsend, too. I use it nearly daily when I drive somewhere to go running, and it allows me to leave everything (hidden) in the car and run with just the watch. And the developer is highly responsive and open to feature requests! Unbeatable combination!

Don’t think, just get it !!. This app is one of my favorite apps on my phone. I understand that Tesla’s app is developed keeping an average user. So for someone who is looking for additional functionality, this is the app. And for the data geeks or want to know every available data, the developer has tried to put it together for us. Things like, charging reminders, Siri Shortcuts for warming up / cooling down the car in the mornings before I leave for work, tracking phantom drain, etc. Now the icing on the cake is, amazing support. I was having a minor issue and I reached out via email and the problem was resolved quickly. Just get it my Tesla fanatics.

This is what I was looking for. This is great. I was searching for apps like this. Now I can track and graph how many miles I have driven, cost of charging, efficiency and other activities. Person who gave 1 star gave me a pause but that was unwarranted. You have to enter your Tesla login to access your car data. Duhhh. Just like Tesla native app and other 3rd party Tesla apps. Anyways, keep up the good work. Perhaps add cost savings info. Difference between charging cost vs gas. It would be nice to see how much money I am saving. I am not sure where my miles driven data is being saved. It would be nice to be in cloud so that I can retrieve them, just in case my phone dies or something.

Great app, needs some work. I’ve been using for about 6 months now and the information that is provided has been very informative! While the app gets new features on occasion I am finding some flaws with the reporting of certain items. I find that the miles driven graph is incorrect, sometimes to the point of disbelief. I have consulted my insurance tracker and pen and pencil and have found it to be off. As well as the cost energy added cost calculation. With the new Tesla app update it will now tell you how many KWh were added during the last charge. If I multiply that by the rate I pay I get a correct cost but stats app doing the calculation with the same hourly rate that I provided in the setting calculates the cost incorrectly. (I have confirmed my KWh usage via a ChargePoint home charger). My ending comments: I do think this is worth it compared to teslafi! I will continue to use stats and look forward to updates in the future to potential fix some bugs! Highly recommend!

The best Tesla app. Period.. Point blank: if you’re an Apple user, and own a Tesla, you should have this app. Period. The amount of data it collects is wonderful - you can benchmark yourself vis-a-vie other owners, check your efficiency, charge rate, MPGe and drain rates, among others. I really have two super favorite features: #1 - battery health tracking and plotting. It shows the battery health trends and plots each charge so you can see right away if there’s a battery issue. Mine has been great, and it’s good to see the data to back that up. #2 - Apple Watch support! Having control of my Tesla at my fingertip without ever having to take my phone out of my pocket is amazing. At a glance, I can see current state of charge, and with a single poke, I can control the car. I use this most often to pop the frunk and trunk, especially as I’m leaving a store with groceries or such. Great app, and spectacular support as well. Immediately responsive when I had a small issue - fixed right away. I don’t write many app reviews, but Stats certainly deserves one.... you owe this app to yourself. Really.

Great companion app for a Tesla. It may not have the most “professional” UI, but it works great and shows you lots of details about your car (including history for many of them) And the developer keeps adding features without charging a subscription for them. For example the new Live Event for charging which lets you see charging status at a glance in the dynamic island or Lock Screen when supercharging making it all the easier to know when you need to hurry up in the bathroom and get back to your car And being able to use your Apple Watch as a key is a killer feature. Tesla should have added it years ago to the stock Tesla app, but since they didn’t, now it’s here in the Stats app

Enhanced and updated frequently. Don’t dismiss this app because it costs money! (There’s even a subscription option if you prefer) I was skeptical at first also, however over the last year I have found tremendous value in it. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the performance of your Tesla, it’s efficiency, how much money you are saving, Apple Watch integration and much much more. One of my favorite features is checking to see what % of Teslas are receiving specific software updates so I know when I can expect mine to come. Oh, and it tracks how your battery health is doing, max range increases and decreases, etc. Stop reading this and buy it, trust me you won’t be sorry.

Great app, great developer. This app is always 1 step ahead of the actual Tesla app and delivers other original and helpful stats. What really sets this app apart is the developer. He is always improving the app and adding other cool features. Really feels like he loves Tesla and is just trying to make the most useful app possible for its drivers. Unlike some other apps that are a 1 trick pony and in it for the initial purchase. The STATS app is just like my Tesla cars, always improving and better than the day I bought it. Do yourself a favor and purchase it today. You will not be disappointed

Can’t think of what would make it better. I’ve had this app for years. I use it for all the functions I need (open frunk, trunk, charge port, lock, etc., mostly from my watch. I also use it informational purposes such as charging stats, which I record in a database. I also monitor the health/status of the battery. Recently, the Complication has been absent from the watch. It wasn’t even showing as an option to add, even though the app worked fine if opening it from the app view. I finally contacted support, and they gave me steps to follow to get it back where I wanted it. All within a short period of time. Bottom line is that I find it to be a great app. For those who have issues, I suggest contacting support to have them help resolve them.

Most used App in my iPhone!. I have two Tesla and I love this Tesla app. This is an "addition or expansion" of your official Tesla phone app. It can do every controls in your official Tesks app. What I love is the additional things such as battery helath, drain monitoring, SW updating tracking, efficiency comparison, cost savings (needs user inputs of electric rate and gas cost),and more (see developer's description for detail. Very useful and give you a peace of mind about you Tesla compared with other users/owners. Did I mention how fast and responsive of the developer is? I had communicated with them several times and EACH time I got the answers/help within minutes!!! That is just so rediculously supportive! (In a good way of course). Give it a try.

He Has My Back. I bought Stats shortly after getting my Model 3 RWD about five years ago, and still find myself touching it for one thing or another almost every day. I’m a bit of a data nerd, and thus enjoy going through its statistics and comparisons between how my car is doing in relation to the Stats fleet. And like Tesla software, Stats gets new features frequently. I’ve always been happy with Stats since day #1. But today I’ve come here to praise it for its customer service. I’d been banging my head against the wall trying to make use of a feature introduced a year or so ago. I finally gave up and sent a message to the developer. Much to my shock & surprise, I had an email from him about an hour later. After a couple rounds, he sent me a link to an Apple web page which exactly matched my problem to Apple’s solution. With this, I solved my problem in five minutes. This level of customer support, both in timeliness and with pinpoint accuracy, is unheard of any more. I’ve always shown Stats to people I know who have Teslas. Now I have an additional story to point out that this app is from someone who won’t hide if you have a problem with it.

So many features plus actual customer service. I absolutely love the app. To be honest it saved me when I locked my keys and phone in the car. I still had my Apple Watch and could unlock the car. So many features too, including a quick access to open the charging port. You can see charging history way before Tesla adopted that, also historical money savings. When I got Tesla Solar it shows my charging status as a widget so I can see my was functioning as expected right from my iPhone Home Screen. Several years ago I had question that was answered by Ramin in a few minutes. Fast forward several years and a new car; he was there for support answering questions fast, efficient and resolved my one of issue as a the first Tesla with the new API. Buy this app… it is worth the money and is actually supported with feature growth and ongoing support as Tesla changes their API and information capability.

The best car now has the best App. Yes, this app is bit pricy, but it is totally worth it. In addition to all the features that the official Tesla app provides, this app offer much much more: all the stats you could imagine on battery, efficiency and range. Not only you can see your data, you can compare it with other app users. I found myself use this feature a lot when compare my car’s firmware and efficiency. With firmware, you could almost predict a firmware will arrive soon when big chunk of other users are already on a newer firmware. With efficiency, you can tell if your car is acting abnormal or has potential issues. Sure there are enormous amount of numbers and graphs packed into this app when you open it, but the developer carefully planted explanations right at your fingertips to explain what these numbers and graphs mean. Plus, you get Smart Sentry Mode, Siri control, more advanced schedule charging and Apple Watch app, which you won’t find in other Tesla app. Furthermore, the developer actively participates discussions on Tweeter and Tesla owner’s club forum. You get tech support there from the person who develops this app! And just like your Tesla, the app keeps getting better over time. The developer constantly improve the app experience with people’s positive feedback. That’s amazing! I recommend this app for any Tesla owners who want to know more about their cars!

Excellent Support, Informative App. I’ve had this app over four years, always on my main screen. I open it countless times a day to check efficiency, phantom drain, temperature, battery health, etc. I got the add-on that shows my efficiency each drive, which is one of my favorite features (I’m not going to stop driving my car like it’s meant to be driven but it’s interesting to see how different conditions affect my efficiency). There’s a massive amount of data in this app that is not available in the Tesla app. There are Siri Shortcuts galore, and a Watch app. This app doesn’t cause additional phantom drain or wake my car when it’s sleeping, unlike other apps. The developer offers exceptional support and genuinely cares about user experience.

Beware about subscription. If you initiate a trial and cancel and delete the app, you cannot do another trial period. You log in, it gives subscription options and associated trial periods, but it doesn’t start the trial that you select. It immediately charges for a subscription. That’s not the reason for the one star review. Customer service doesn’t help you with the no refunds. No satisfaction guaranteed. I decided to delete the app 2 days after “starting the trial” and found out I was charged for the year. Stats customer service defers to apple. Apple defers to stats app. We have to make sure apps with subscription models have exceptional customer service. This one is pretty useless. Update: I emailed and explained the situation to the developer and why this happened. I’m not trying to freeload. Genuinely wanted to see it head to head against another app. Instead of a resolution, they respond to this review implying I’m trying to avoid paying for the app by reusing 1 week free trial. It’s even more obnoxious than I initially thought. Legit apps don’t have to blame unsatisfied customers. Complete trash.

A must have app if you drive a Tesla. I’ve been subscribing to an online app that keeps a lot of the same stats as this app, so originally I was thinking I didn’t need it. Then, I saw they had the location aware sentry mode and I was sold on the idea! The two apps keep a lot of the same stats, but I think they’re complementary. This one is hands down more beautiful than the other one. The graphs are gorgeous and you can tell the author is a user of the app himself because he keeps adding more features that make you think, “why didn’t Tesla think of that”. I’ve had this app over a month now, and my one question was answered within 20 minutes...on a Saturday! Would recommend this app to any Tesla owner

Useful. Finally but the bullet and glad I did, this app is worth the price. I like being able to look at the cost and efficiency data. I also appreciate being able to use the today widget or watch app to perform basic functions like activating HVAC or shutting the trunk. But my favorite part is all the Siri shortcut integrations, which I have used to build my own workflows. It is not perfect, but the developer is responsive and always updating the app. One thing that should really change is the visualizations. Anything involving time on the X axis is displayed in the opposite order of ANY chart you have ever seen — the most recent dates are on the far left (at the origin of the axis) with older dates progressing to the right. Literal opposite of every chart you have ever seen ever. It is truly confusing. (And with charts where you must click through days - the click buttons assume the opposite direction??? Crazy.). Also there are some grammatical inconsistencies with the Siri integration, and a couple of basic things that can’t be done with Siri (like simply activate HVAC at its current settings) But I have used several other apps, and this one is hands down the best. Well worth the price.

Needs a little more. I love the app My Pros are: Graphs are simple and easy to read. Siri Shortcuts work every single time. Way more information than the Tesla app. I like the fact that I can see how far I can get with good driving. My cons are: I wish the graphics could be updated to look semi close to what a Tesla owner would expect. I wish I could see how many miles I have gone since last charge and get a trip break down. I see other apps doing that and I find that cool. Would help my range anxiety lol I wish I could set my heat/ac and charge to turn on with my alarm clock. I wish there were goal to hit for eMPG or weekly reports that the app would give you. Many of my cons I can’t say for sure out weigh the good because this is the only app I have purchased. I hope the developer realizes that in order to compete with new apps and keep up with his 20 dollar asking price for the app he needs to do a graphics over haul really soon. It’s just so basic and not fun to look at. We are investing in new technology buying a Tesla, we don’t want an app that looks like it loads on a floppy disk.

Incredibly useful app if you have a Tesla. Absolutely fantastic app providing great information about your Tesla (eg, how does your car’s battery max range compare to other cars of same model and similar mileage). Many options to put onto an Apple Watch and your phone. There are lots of remote car controls/reminders from the app not available from the Tesla app. The developer is THE most responsive app developer I’ve ever encountered (you contact him from within the app). And the developer has CONTINUALLY added new features for the four years that I’ve used it. Give the free 7-day trial a try - I’m sure you’ll want to buy or subscribe afterwards.

Must have app for EV owners. I’ve had this app for about over 4 years now; as long as I’ve owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3. My initial desire was to monitor battery health given its replacement cost and it has met that objective very well. What I’ve really come to appreciate since then is the ability to see how my vehicle compares to other users who have this app. I find it useful to monitor efficiency and phantom drain rate relative to the larger data set to see how I’m doing and if anything unusual develops. EV technology is still fairly new and this app can alert you to a potential problem that you can then follow up with the OEM before the expiration of the warranty. If your wonder if the app is worth the price, ask yourself what an out-of-warranty repair might cost. For me, it’s a no brainer - buy the app.

Great app at twice the price!. I got this app originally to get some graphs and stats for my model S. What I ended up getting was a ton more. Voice commands via Siri to control the AC, unlock, open trunk/drunk, get me charge state and more. Plus everything I asked for! Dont sleep on the widget. From the home screen you can see all of the important stats regarding the vehicle as well as charging info when plugged in. I wish I had an Apple Watch as it looks pretty sweet too. Sorry, no FB Ionic yet. Then to gild the Lilly, the developer is super responsive. I hit him up with a question on Twitter and we ended up having a conversation. Tons of enhancements too. If you have a Tesla, drop a couple of $$ and get STATS.

IAP inaccurate, half baked, contributes to phantom drain. I’ve had this app for years and have conversed with the dev on issues I have seen over that time via support and Twitter. The IAP is completely inaccurate in comparing battery degradation for my Model S 85D and he couldn’t understand why that was a problem, explained the dataset was small, neural nets are smart and how it’s such a great deal even though it is completely inaccurate. So he blocked me on Twitter instead of taking the time to realize this feature provides no value as designed. Nice. Anyway, I’d go for another option with a subscription instead so at least you could cancel when it doesn’t work as expected. Also when I bought it I think it was $5, $50 is absolutely nuts and not worth it especially with the changes Tesla has made in their app and the overall inaccurate measurements and half baked features and 1995 UI. Uninstalled it recently and my phantom drain issues have magically gone away so I also suspect this app was the culprit.

Tendon trunk opening. Neat app, but it has been opening my truck randomly. I’d wake up in the morning and my trunk is open. I have a camera system and can confirm it’s random. Contacted Tesla service and they confirmed it was a third party app controlling it and STATS it’s the only app I have. Came back to lower the star rating. After deleting the app from my phone it still turns on my climate at the intervals I had set earlier. This is huge bug. Gonna have to wipe my phone to get it completely off. EDIT: No the app was not open, I did not say “hey siri, open the trunk” I was nowhere near my phone when this happened. I was in bed while my phone on the table. Nobody else opened the trunk. And I contacted the Tesla team about the incident and they said a 3rd party app opened the truck. I only had the STATS app. Not to mention it’s still controlling my heating and charging after I deleted the app. No, I do not have any schedule set up on the Tesla app, and I do not have any other app that would do that.

Highly recommend. This is a very nice app for all Tesla owners. It provides timely and accurate statistics to monitor various activities within your Tesla. It also has Apple Watch support and Siri Shortcuts. It also does not store data in their cloud server or some other cloud server. The data is local to your phone, which is good for privacy. You can back it up to your own iCloud if you choose. This is also a one-time purchase and does not have any monthly commitment. The app is constantly updated and improved. The support for the app is more than outstanding; if you have an issue or a question, you get support within minutes. Not even Tesla can match such prompt support—in fact, Tesla is very slow to response for support issues related to their own app or otherwise. I highly recommend getting this app.

The only Tesla App you really need. This app is hands down the most intuitive, most informative and honestly the only Tesla App you should really care for downloading. I use it in combination with Tesla’s own app and love all the extra control you get with it and intuitive features that you won’t get with Tesla’s own app. I can definitely recommend this to anyone and the best of all, the support system is outstanding! You ask for help and within minutes you already have a response from a developer who truly cares about his customers and their overall experience with his app. Thank you for creating such a great product

Expensive, but adds much to Model 3 data gathering. I have Tesla’s app, Tesla Remote, and just added Stat. I use all 3, but have not been able to reliably save charging history at home on our Wallstation. Even Tesla Remote failed regularly, however, my first use of Stats gave me kW added, miles added, time charged, and driving efficiency perfectly. I am very happy and would recommend Stats to all Tesla owners who are interested in their car’s data, which they are unable to obtain easily. I also had to contact Stats support and received an answer a couple hours later...on a Sunday. Yes, that impressed me. Stats is well worth the cost.

Waste of Money. App is exceptionally bad. Everything from executing schedule tasks like auto charging or heating car, to what a lot of people overlook with this app is the calculations. For example, if you look at cost savings the dev is using the estimated miles of the Tesla AND the estimated miles of the ICE. Makes no sense with ICE Cars average miles per gallon is VERY right on. So my previous car a Camaro V8 got 16 miles per gallon. So if I drive 32 miles it costs in NY like $6.50. These are not estimates these are concrete numbers. If I do the same mileage in the Tesla it should cost exactly what it cost to charge it back to what I set as a full charge. Instead he uses estimates. So if it costs $1 to recharge he is saying it costs like $2 dollars so the cost saving are totally wrong. As far as the other graphs they are pointless. Even the software version everyone is on. Who cares. After your first couple of software upgrades most of them are not that exciting. I mean they are great but nothing you need to check an app for constantly. The app that comes with the Tesla lacks one thing, scheduling. This app does it but it is spotty. Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. DO NOT BUY APP TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. OFFERS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MORE THAN BASE APP.

App wakes car approx every 30 mins. App should allow you to open the app without waking the car from sleep. Otherwise, every time you open the app, it wakes the car. There is also no documentation that I can find on how the app attempts to allow the car to sleep and since it wakes the car every time the app opens, I can’t verify when/if the car is sleeping with the app. Update: I did some checking today and found the app ping’s the car approximately every 30 mins. This has a significantly negative impact on how much time my car sleeps (or doesn’t as the case may be). With the app, my car only spends 30 to 40% of the day sleeping. Without it, it’s usually more than 70%. This is because every time the app wakes the car, it takes about 15 mins for it to go back to sleep. The developer needs to take a different approach and needs to be honest about this impact. Regular data api calls constantly wake the car. The developer also needs to stop saying the app itself gives objective proof that it doesn’t affect phantom drain. Exactly how is that possible? If the app is running, then it’s impacting awake/sleep time so the very act of monitoring, is impacting sleep time phantom drain so it is objectively false to say the app itself proves the app does not impact phantom drain.

Outstanding app for any Tesla owner. You don't need to be a data wonk to love this app. But if you do love the data underlying your car, this is the app for you. Three things should be of interest to any owner: First, The smart battery prep helps you maintain battery health by not letting your car sit for hours at full charge. The app will automatically top up your battery right before you need it. And speaking of battery health, a handy graph shows how your battery is doing over time. Second. The smart heating and cooling feature will warm up your car or cool it down right before you get in. So nice on a cold morning. Third. You can see how efficiently you drive. I'm no hyper-miler, but this app has certainly helped make me more mindful. The first screen shows you how much better or worse than than the rated range you are getting. There's a lot more to this app and as you use it you discover more of it that informs your use of your car. And when you do run into a problem, the developer responds almost immediately with exactly the right solution. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. It is one of the most used and useful apps on my phone.

A must have Tesla app; Excellent support. I have had the Stat app since I purchased my M3 in 2019. The app offers a lot of data and features (i.e. voice commands) which the Tesla app does not offer. It receives regular updates from the developer, so it gets upgrades just like our cars. I use this app in conjunction with Shortcuts app on iPhone to use voice commands with my Apple Watch to lock/unlock doors to opening my frunk/trunk when my hands are filled with grocery bags. It’s extremely helpful and is one if my favorite features. Since we just bought a new MY, I was so pleased that I can have 2 Stats widgets on my iPhone for each vehicle, side by side showing battery life and (interior/exterior) temperatures. Can’t have that with the Tesla app. Lastly, the speed for any support questions is excellent. I receive a response the same day, if not within a few minutes. (Thank you Ramin!) I highly recommend this app for any Tesla owner.

Stats App is all you need.. I am one of the first Tesla Model Y owners. I was searching for an app that can monitor my usage and battery information. I have used several apps and this one is the ONLY one worth mentioning. I was also shocked at the price at first but it is a one time purchase. All the rest of the apps are monthly or yearly fee. Believe me, just spend the money and you won’t regret it. I’ve been using this app for over a year now. I also have FSD beta thanks for this app. It helped guide me in getting the driving score up. The support of the app has been amazing. Dev always in consistent communication and support. Thanks again maadotaa, truly appreciated

A must have!. This app is a must have if you are the kind of person that likes to track… well everything. From battery degradation to their smart battery prep feature, it has made life with my two Teslas that much more enjoyable! And with added features from recent updates the app has gotten even better since my original review! Trip Tracking is now available which makes this app even more worth while and the cost! Have used many other apps and this is truly the only 3rd party app that is needed at this point

Excellent App. Yes, it’s a bit pricy. But the insight you get into your Tesla is worth every penny. Some of the features are a bit outdated now with recent Tesla software updates (like location aware Sentry mode, for example). Despite some unused features, I find myself using this app way more than the native Tesla app. The Battery health chart, driving efficiency and Firmware histogram charts are my go to features. Product support is top notch with extremely rapid response to questions or new feature requests. Just today I posted a question about a new feature suggestion on Twitter. Within about 20 minutes I had a response from the developer with an invite to test the next version in advance of release. Can’t beat that for service!

This is my go to Tesla app. There are lots of options out there that offer what looks like almost the same features to monitor all the great data our Tesla’s can provide. I’ve tried several web services and many of the apps and the Stats app is the one I ended up reaching for more than any other. The graphs are great for quick glances or more careful study. The comparison data to other Tesla’s is great and the ability to see what versions of the Tesla software are being deployed to the fleet is essential. Add to all that Siri Shortcuts, automations to lock your car and close the windows if you forget and it does it all without additional Phantom drain. This is the Tesla app to get.

Tesla app is basic, use The Stats App. The Tesla app has been very basic in terms of features over the years, they’re starting to add more but it’s things StatsApp has had for years. The developer is great and active on Twitter. Constantly adding useful updates relevant to current developments, and ready to assist with any questions. This app helps you control features in the car, do more advanced scheduling of charging and climate control, and track your efficiency and other stats against all users over time. It even reminds you of a few things and has widgets. Highly recommend

So much info for your Tesla. *** UPDATE TO MY REVIEW *** There have been some reviews of this app that include false information. Their claims are without merit and those reviews should not be taken seriously. I have used this app almost daily for almost 5 years and it is THE best Tesla app available. The data is useful and the tools are amazing. You will not regret your purchase. I’ve used this app since I bought my Model 3, 2 1/2 years ago and I refer to it almost daily to check my MPGE, open the trunk/frunk, vent the windows, & set up schedules for charging. Ive set maintenance reminders like tire rotation, filter changes, etc. I’ve set up some SIRI shortcuts that allow for a better experience with my car too. The widgets are great too! There is so much more to this app and it’s updated and features added often. So worth the money - no monthly fee, buy it once and it’s yours.

Must have app for Tesla owners who like to monitor the workings of their car. This is a great app for anyone who likes to get into the inner workings of their Tesla. The phantom drain monitoring has been very useful for me when trying to decide if I can leave my car at the airport for several days, etc. automating the scheduling of everything, from charging to battery warm up (very useful in an unheated garage in Colorado) to smart sentry mode all add functionality to the car. If you think it is a little expensive, consider what else you would spend the money on and make an actual decision, not a snap judgement. I think is is very worth it to me. Enjoy!

The best app for the best car in the world. This is not a hyperbole. This is the best companion for Tesla cars and like Tesla (and Apple), the continuous updates have made the app even better. The latest version in iOS14 has a widget that displays the 6 commonly-used functions (trunk, frunk etc). I now use this app more than the native Tesla app. You can retrieve all sorts of data on the car, if you are nerdy. For example, you can export the battery health data into your own Excel spreadsheet. The app support is also fantastic and very responsive - in my case, I’d get responses in hours! On my wish list? Find a space on the app for the odometer. My greatest regret was not getting the Stats app before I got my model 3.

So much more than statistics!. I've had this app for almost two years. It is loaded with features and is updated frequently with new enhancements. It is a great value and just keeps getting better! As the app name suggests, it provides lots of statistics on your Tesla(s). My favorites include the current software version compared to other vehicles, my battery health, and my driving efficiency. But it is also loaded with lots of other useful features and controls--too many to list here! It comes with an Apple Watch app as well. The latest update allows your Apple Watch to be a bluetooth key that can unlock the car or open the trunk. Imagine just tapping a complication to open the trunk. There's also integration with shortcuts, so you can control the car remotely with Siri.

Absolute Best 3rd Party App for Tesla Owners. In my humble, self-derived opinion, Stats is hands-down the best third-party application a Tesla owner could implement into regular use. The only reason I still have the Tesla app is for the phone key functionality, otherwise Stats gives so many more options, I seldom need to touch the stock Tesla app. Not only do you get range/consumption calculations and projections, and histograms to compare maximum range (and firmware, neat!) but you can also define commands that to activate by voice command!! So if you like to start your drive with the cabin cooled/heated in advance, maybe the seat heaters on, you can invoke this with a voice command YOU define for Siri (or even with a NFC tag if you are resourceful and your phone supports it). The price? It’s worth it. There are lots of apps that are not worth your time, but Stats is the opposite (completely worth it)!

has everything except ability to track charging based on location. Great app, but I REALLY wish it had the capability to track kwH charging based on location. half the time i charge at home - the other times i charge at work or supercharge. to figure out how much energy consumption i use at home, i am have to screen shot each time i’m finished charging at home. i then deduct this from my electric use so i can split bills with my housemate. there are other apps/websites that can track this, and i don’t want to pay premium for another app or for a 240v monitor where i charge my car. i emailed the developer and they said there’s no way to do this on their app. screen shots it is.

great app - amazing support if needed - entirely worth it! iOS, Watch, iPad. Love this app. The data is incredibly useful, especially love how I can track battery health, efficiency, which versions of FSDbeta are out there for my model, comparison data with others, phantom drain rates, projected range which is far more accurate than Tesla’s, and many more features I don’t use. The few times I’ve needed support the developer has gotten back remarkably quickly with solutions. The WatchOS app is truly useful, I’ve occasionally left my phone in the office and needed to get to the car and never carry the Tesla key card, and it let me into the car. (I wouldn’t rely on it 100% instead of Tesla’s own app to unlock/drive, sometimes Stats WatchOS app won’t connect to the car I don’t have cellular watch.) I also have TezLab which is good but quite different. The other thing I love about Stats is that a lifetime subscription so far really is lifetime, which I very much appreciate as all those monthly subscription fees get prohibitive - great that you can try it out though, I think you’ll love it! And functionality keeps getting better.

Great app, but…. All around great app that gives you ability to control your Tesla in a way that you can’t with the native Tesla app. I mainly purchased the app for shortcuts to use with my watch. I enjoy seeing the statistics through the seasons, especially in the winter time. But, the one thing that can improve for the app is the design. The look of the app does not feel modern or con-temporized as many other recent apps. There is only so much you can do to make graphs look good, but I’m sure there is some designer out there that can assist with making the app look better. Nonetheless, this does not detract from the ability to use the app as things are categorize well.

M3LR User. The stats app is first class. It enables accurate records of kms kWh which I download into Excel. I know exactly my costs from grid super charger and home solar and savings made v previous ICE….substantial! Any queries or suggestions are immediately handled by support no delays whatsoever. I thoroughly recommend this app to all Tesla owners.

Tracks our 3 and Y 👍. Awesome value with great features to monitor all your Teslas 😊 Monitor your range and battery health. Too many features to list here. You won’t be disappointed with this App.

Fantastic Support. I had a login issue with the Stats app that was solved in minutes by the online support crew. Fantastic service!

Great support. Have enjoyed using this app for over a year now. Just had an issue connecting my Apple Watch as a key and contacted the developer. He responded within an hour, and the problem was sorted within 30 minutes. You just don’t get service like this anywhere else. Highly recommend this app

Worth every cent. This app brings together so much data about your Tesla, all in one easy to navigate interface. I like to keep track of charging costs, and the app does this really well. But that only scratches the surface of what it does. Touches like automatic locking and window closing may not be used often, but they can save the day when the car is left insecure. Battery health, tracking software updates and much more is there. The app keeps getting better with new features regularly added, and in the rare event of contacting support, I have found them very responsive. The app also respects your privacy, which is all too rare.

Great app. It is great app packed with lots if features However, it tesla own app is catching up Stats app makes sense to use if you are User of Siri Shortcuts and usage charts If it was 5-10$ it would be no brainer but for 30$ it is just too expansive It is later for me but you need to decide for yourself those extra features are important for you. Also, i have noticed it drains the battery And in last 10 days it has been contributing to about 20% of battery usage mostly cause of background refresh

Excellent app and so handy. Can you please add the Australian Dollar for currency selection??

Must have app for Tesla owners. Excellent app and the data it puts together is amazing, especially the battery health. Highly recommend it.

Great App. If you like usable data this app is for you. Great dashboard and fantastic support from Ramin and the team. Well done

If you have a Tesla then you need this app!. This app is so good!! Gives you heaps of useful and interesting info about your car, and the Apple Watch app is super convenient. I love showing off how I can start the car or open the frunk from my watch :)

Great App / Great Support. This is a great app for people who really want to understand how their Tesla is performing. You can download the stats so that you have kWh charged and distance driven on a daily basis in a spreadsheet ready to reconcile with your power bills. The support guys are really responsive and have made a couple of changes when I contacted them. Well worth the modest fee, Tesla owners!!!

Great little App. One of the best Tesla Apps. I have found. At present doing an 800 kilometer trip and the app giving great information. Using it on iPad and iPhone. Well done. Will further report on this over time and further usage, but so far, so good! Doug S. Australia

Love the app.. Really love the app, just had some questions about the watch app so asked a question about the problem and had a replay within five minutes. Great work . Thanks.

Worth the investment for Tesla owners. The Stats app is worth buying for the additional information you can get on your Tesla. The app also enables Siri short cuts, and Apple Watch complications which can be really handy.

Not cheap, but worth it.. Very full featured app. Some pretty clever ideas and ways of doing things. Pretty cool if you like to nerd out to graphs and stats. 😉

Misses most of my charging sessions.. I have contacted the developer multiple times before leaving this review to be as fair as possible. The have been polite and tried to help. The app is in the expensive range and ad such should work flawlessly. I paid $30 AUD for it. The app will only record about a third of my charging sessions. I have tried all the things the developer has suggested: 1) Plug in and remove the wand in one smooth action with no wiggling. 2) Unplug the wand within 6 hours after charging is complete. This is a restrictive action that should be worked around by the developer. In any case I have changed my behaviour to suit the developer and charge in the evening and unplugging before bedtime. 3) Use proximity unlocking, I do this anyway. 4) Try using the stats app to unlock the car. What an inconvenience. I tried this but it is still hit and miss. 5) The app settings are correct, location always and background refresh. Being a developer myself I know I am not the problem. The developer has said only a small percentage of people experience this but for $30, this needs to be looked into and fixed being one of the main reasons I bought the app.

Best addition to any Tesla. What an excellent companion to our Model 3 LR! Easy enough to understand, and after watching Frugal Tesla Guy interview with Ramin it serves me even better. Plus, all the possibilities that the app opens with Shortcuts and through that NFC, amazing! A great investment! Finally, my suggestion for a feature was answered within hours. Excellence on all fronts.

Great App Support. I had an issue with the app on my Apple Watch. Ramin was very useful & patient and the issue was speedily resolved. I’m impressed & love the app.

Steve. Great app and support. Thanks

A must have for all Tesla owners. This app is worth every cent. First of all the name is deceptively limiting as the app does way more than just summarising key stats of the car. How I use the app 1. Widget to control the car is the best out there 2. Linking RFIDs to Siri tasks which activated lots of options with the car. 3. Smart sentry control 4. Reassuring comparative stats of driving efficiency, battery health and phantom drain. 5. And so much more. The graphics are great and the support is very rapid.

This is great. Tried a competitor App first but deleted it in favour of this one. Works well with a simple and intuitive interface. Well done thanks.

Nice app - earn one more star.,,. I just have you 4 stars for this wonderful app, I will change it to 5 if you add charging schedule start and stop times, to assist those with solar panels and also help with home battery management.

Pay to add features?. The app works fine. But it is a bit rich to add a (from a user perspective) simple feature and then ask for more money when we’ve already forked out $80. If this is going to be how customers are treated, I think I’ll move on :(

Good. Good

Only one thing missing. Only improvement I need is start and stop charging schedule. Otherwise a must have app for Tesla owners and will be well worth the $30 with scheduled charging included. Keep up the good work.

Poorly cobbled together collection of functionality. The UI and UX are very poor for an $80 app. Looks like it was put together by a very inexperienced programmer. No UI or UX standards followed, so random, confusing collection of UI elements presented. Very disappointing.

Apple watch ⌚ added 🤩🤩 no internet required. The holy grail has been added :) verified and works a treat, just out of the surf and finished the workout, towel off walk to the car tap unlock :) thanks Stats for making this a no brainer to setup :) love it

New version crashing. Just updated latest version. Keep crashing

First review ever for an app!. The app is great, works very smoothly and as intended. Support from the developer is also very speedy. Would recommend if you got a Tesla.

No longer works. Worked great for 2 years but will no longer work on my iPhone 7.

A Must-Have App for Every Tesla Owner!. Stats has revolutionized my Tesla experience with its versatile widgets and scheduling features, making it an essential part of my daily life. The app is constantly updated with new functionalities, reflecting the developer's commitment to innovation and user satisfaction. What truly stands out is the exceptional customer support. I once reported an issue and received a helpful response within 10 minutes, along with a notification that the bug I mentioned was already fixed. This level of responsiveness and care is rare and appreciated. In short, Stats is a game-changer for Tesla owners, offering unparalleled convenience and support. It's a must-have app that significantly enhances the Tesla experience.

Absurd Pricing. $150 for a lifetime unlock is obscene - as is the annual and monthly pricing. How do you not get that ten thousand customers at $50 is better than 10 at $150?? “More unique features” does not justify this kind of pricing. I can point to hundreds of apps that are niche market and have seemingly endless features. Most are under $20. Plus, the wording of the shortcuts functions is bizarre.

Great app and very responsive support. I have been using the Stats app for over 4 months now and the information it provides in the various and easily understandable charts and indicators has helped me to use the energy in my Tesla’s battery more efficiently for daily and road trip driving and for energy conservation when not driving. Using the charts that compare your performance to other Tesla drivers using the Stats app is very helpful. Since the battery is the most important part of a Tesla, you’ll want to use the best information you can obtain and understand to manage its energy. The Stats app certainly helps you do that. Also, on a Sunday night I put in a support request for some questions I had and received an informative response less than 45 minutes later. Wow!

Must have app for Tesla data tracking. Such an amazing app for all your Tesla data tracking. I would strongly recommend this to everyone.

Great app, Awesome Apple Watch app, Awesome support!. I bought this app mainly for the Apple Watch app and its complications. Love the experience! The Watch app can replace your phone when it is out of battery (direct Bluetooth communication between the Apple Watch and the Car). When too far from the car, you can communicate via WiFi/5G through the phone connection, and start AC, open the driver door, the trunk/frunk, etc… This is super useful for me! I can precondition the car without opening my phone. Just got an issue with the app, because of a recent Tesla update, contacted support and got a great feedback with an instant update of my app with a test version. Best support experience ever on an iPhone app!

App Not Working. After downloading the app it brought me to the paywall where I chose to subscribe monthly. Instead of taking me into the app, it gives me an error message that there was a “backend error”. When I check my subscription it shows I am subscribed but I can’t use the app. Reinstalling and restarting my phone hasn’t helped.

Amazing service from Developer!. The developer of Stats: For Model S/X/3/Y has truly elevated my Tesla experience. He was able to fix and diagnose my problem within minutes. What a remarkable service.!! This app is a game-changer for Tesla enthusiasts! Thank you!!

Great App, Great Support…. As a start, the support is great. I had a few questions and each email was responded to very quickly! Love that! I was interested in the app as I don’t always want to be tethered to my phone and noticed that it provided the ability to control my car through my watch! Which it does flawlessly! There is a catch, it cannot work in the background like the Tesla iPhone app because of Apple’s limitations meaning one has to start the app and press buttons on their watch! Come on Apple, fix this! With respect to the stats, very comprehensive! The customer support is also fantastic! Very responsive and very helpful. Nice job! Highly recommended!

Good service. I had trouble getting siri voice shortcuts to work. I emailed support, got response within a day and got the shortcut to work within 2 days. Good service!

One of the best Tesla apps. I’ve been using this app since we bought our Tesla, and I have always found it to be easy to use, with all the features that one could ask for. The information I appreciate the most is the statistical analysis. I’ve found it helpful to track battery health, and efficiency relative to ambient temperature, particularly with planning longer trips. I highly recommend the app!

Superb.

Just what I needed. Good support response time when I had a problem. App can be shared along family sharing plans with no additional costs. Wanted to control unlock/lock and trunk open and close with Siri on my Apple Watch. Worth my piece of mind when the car accidentally glitches and locks itself when the phone is inside the car. This has happened to family members!

YouTube. Thank you for the short video Well done.

Great app. I’ve had the app since I received my m3. Loads of stats. New features all the time. On occasion, I’ve had connection issues (likely due to Tesla, not the Stats app, and the response has always been quick and effective.

Perfect. Must have app if you own a Tesla.

Max range on multiple devices. I bought the max range chart on my phone. It would be great to see it on my iPad. Hoping you can get that working.

Get this one. If you care about tracking data long term and better understanding your Tesla, this is the app you’re looking for. Excellent information you can’t get from the Tesla app. I’ve saved money on charging and maintenance thanks to this app. The developer is very responsive to requests for help or features, and has been so for years.

Daisy Ray. Just amazing. Keeps improving just like the car. Highly recommend. Been using for 4+ years.

WatchOS 10 issue resolved.. When I updated my watch to WatchOS 10 stats were not updating on a Modular Duo watch face. Contacted support and they responded quickly with a solution.

Crashes. Doesn’t work and crashes at random intervals. We need these features in the official app

Great App!. App is great and support was very responsive!

Excellent App Full of Data!. I’ve been using this app for 3+ years now with a fleet of cars and it’s provided priceless information as well as ways to show others your vehicles info. Still is one of the only apps with Siri Integration and is the only one with Lock Screen widgets on launch day! The developer of this app is serious about what they are doing and continue to put out an amazing no frills yet full of options app. I’ll be using this for many more years to come. Thanks for being at the forefront of Tesla/Apple app development. Was worth every penny I paid for this app!

👍. I enjoy using this app. Easy to use.

Must-have for Tesla owners. The watch feature alone is worth half the price IMO. Overall great features, Siri Shortcuts, very interesting data and insights, responsive and super active dev (constant improvements) and a very fair price (don’t let the one-time purchase fool you. Cheap monthly subscriptions add up faster than you think). If you have a Tesla, don’t think twice!

No try out period. Expensive, but you don't know what you are paying for, there's no try out period.

Impeccable. Tout ce que vous avez besoin en une application. Facile à utiliser. Facile à comprendre. Toutes les informations à la même endroit. Merci au développeur

Great App and Client Service. I bought this app back in 2019 when I first purchased my 2019 M3 and I mostly use it during the cold weather as here in Ottawa, ON, it gets brutally cold with a bag of mixed precipitation. I love the smart battery prep and cabin temp features as I can time them for my departures in the morning or before leaving work which the Tesla app can’t do. I’m not much into stats but these are added bonus features. Just recently I had to contact them for issues relating to my app on battery prep as it kept kicking me out completely. I sent an email and within no time it was addressed. Fantastic response time. Thank you and keep up with the great invention!

Great app and great customer service. All the information you could possibly want. Also, the developers are quick to respond should you have any problems.

Shortcuts. Shortcuts are really lacking. Instead of fronting possible actions to the Shortcuts app directly so you can build complex shortcuts logic, this app will let you create full fledged Shortcuts. This makes it very cumbersome. In other words: we need Shortcuts *actions* available through the Shortcuts app, not full fledged Shortcuts for every single actions (like turn on climate)

Extrêmement cher. L’abonnement est extrêmement dispendieux!! Avant on pouvait juste payer une fois pour utiliser l’app, achat unique!!!

Nice app ! Should be under 100 for lifetime subscription. I think it should be under 100 for lifetime subscription. Would make sense for most people then.

Not happy. Initially this app did all I wanted, but after a month or so, it failed to consistently track costs. The developer failed to assist in resolving the issue which is still a problem after two months. A considerable amount of money to pay for an app that fails to work as described or as expected.

Great app and amazing support. I’ve been a user for years. This app does a lot more than what its name implies. Of course it tracks every stat you’ll ever need and displays them in nice graphs, but it also has a lot of very useful utilities like smart preconditioning, smart sentry, dash cam stitching, etc. The Apple watch integration is also fantastic, with many useful features. Support is superb. Reported a bug last night and was sent a test build this morning that fixed the issue!

I never write reviews but this app is that good. If you own a Tesla, just buy the app. Sure, it’s expensive - but it’s worth it. I can sit at my desk and ask Siri to start the car. I can ask Siri to close the garage. Preheat every morning before I go to work? Sure. Only Thursday? Sure. The graphs are great too, don’t get me wrong. But the integration with Siri makes this app shine. It also has a really great widget. Kudos to the genius who made this app. It’s gold.

Stats for Tesla. This is a fantastic app that I’ve used for 3 years. It keeps track of stats for sure but also allows control from your iPhone or Apple Watch. In addition, the support is amazing when you ask for it. Thanks

Crashes. I used to like it, but now it crashes after about ten seconds.

App needs too much access. I have loved the APP for two years. Now to use you have to provide access to the app to turn the car on and even add and DELETE drivers ! It is too risky. TeslaFi it is

Indispensable si vous avez une Tesla !. Clairement une app géniale quand vous avez une Tesla. Hyper complémentaire et vous permet d’être au courant des nouveautés de firmware et surtout une estimation du vieillissement de votre batterie. Bref un must !

Developer finally sold out. Charges an arm and a leg for the app and now wants us to pay for in-app purchases for a single graph? It’s a no from me dawg

App asks for too much access. The app was amazing, but is now asking for too much access to use it. It doesn’t require all this access to function, but developer has blocked the use of the app unless you give him full access to all your data., this includes the data that has nothing to do with your car and the functionality of the app

Lots of useful information. I bought this app shortly after getting my Tesla Model 3. I highly recommend this app - it is worth the one-time fee. Full of useful features that aren’t available in the official Tesla app. Nice to see details - especially on the Safety Score as I wait for FSD Beta. Also, response from the developer is super quick when I’ve had a question or issue (issues are very rare!).

Lost all data !! ( fixed ). Hello Since last upgrade I lost all my historical data ( 20.000 km of batterie data lost ) Any idea ? I have 2 teslas. Y and 3 … lost all data from the 2 Tesla Please fix it and get my data back, I will update my note of 1 if fixed Sad … Put back my note a 5 since probleme is fixed Thanks

Author is very accessible and always responds quickly.. Lots of useful features and very frequently updated. Moreover, the author is very accessible and always responds quickly. The App sometimes has features that the official Tesla App does not have. In particular, I like the graphs show your car with respect to the fleet. Finally, the big seller for me is the Apple Watch support: you can perform most controls from the watch. And if it is cell-enabled, pretty from anywhere without your phone, your fob or your card!

Useful app and great support. The app is useful with a collection of statistics and loads of smart features that are constantly updated. Had to use tech support twice in about 2.5 years of using the app and both times the support team replied within hours and resolved the issue. 5 star app and developer.

First rate app & excellent product support. Every Tesla owner can benefit from this app.

Good job in providing detailed driving data. This app provides good information in addition to the energy charts from Tesla. For those who are data driven, this app can help you track and review a history of your driving histories. I’m having some minor issues with battery phantom drains tracking, and charging tracking, neither of which is not 100% automatically tracked. But the developer keeps the app updated all the time. I’m sure it’ll be fixed/updated in the future. The developer also responds quickly if you have comments/ suggestions. Overall I’m happy with this app.

Lifetime unlock worth it. Only been using the app for a month but decided to purchase the lifetime unlock. I like the ability to use Siri Shortcuts from my Apple Watch to open the trunk while walking back to the car with grocery bags. Also like the card that pops up if you check stats app while in a charging session. Developer is quick to respond if you ask a question such as whether you need to pay for the in app subscription for the new trips feature. Response was to delete and redownload app which solved my problem.

Stats for Tesla Review.. I’m a retired aerospace engineer and I’m blown away by all that this app is capable of doing. The statistical analysis for the use of the car and especially the charging is superb. I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of my charging performance and the money I’ve saved over my old 2003 Lexus. Had a discrepancy with the app in the cost to charge. Wrote to the app support and immediately was told that the charger has an approximate .85 efficiency. Applied this factor and both computations correlate. Very satisfied. Especially the support. Have not seen anything like this. 😊

Functionality/Intelligence, but.... Love the app, thank you! The functionality is tremendous, and you learn so much about your car’s performance, even against others. Well worth the investment. However, one question. Love the Apple Watch app, best part of the app. However, my complication is not updating for the actual estimate range, abs continues to show a mileage that is not correct. How often does the complication update? It’s not helping if it shows on my watch face with an incorrect range (which I verified through Stats and the Tesla app is not the current estimated range). Thanks!

Essential for Tesla Model 3 owners. This app is essential for Model 3 owners to truly understand and parse all the awesome data that is available. Simple charts, easy to navigate UI, and Siri Shortcut support make it the “must have” of the various apps available. Additionally, support is top-notch - I had a configuration question and the developer responded quickly and pleasantly, and helped me better understand the underlying issue of minimum charging time to report data. I’m looking forward to even more capabilities in the future, but even as it is now, is essential for me. Thanks!

A fantastic app that is worth every cent (and more). If you own a Tesla, you NEED this app. It puts so much additional functionality and information at your fingertips that make the car even better - if that’s possible. Being able to turn on Sentry Mode remotely or reminding you to plug in your charger if you are at home and your charge is low are just two of its many, indispensable features. The author is actively improving the app, so it won’t become dated. Further he is responsive and knowledgeable which make for a perfect user experience. I can sum up how I feel about Stats in two words: Buy it!

Best App ever deleted!. Asking Apple for refund. Unbelievably, this app requires you to give them your Tesla account sign on AND password for it to work! I don't give any third parties my bank account sign on information yet this company wants me to give them the keys to my Tesla account! Which Tesla links to my credit card! Which Tesla account, btw has a touch icon on the home page that will instantly charge me $2000 for a battery range upgrade if some touches it while signed into my account. App looks great but in this day and age who needs another Trojan horse in their iPhone? Getting a refund from Apple.

Excellent App. It goes without saying that this app is excellent but there are two things that make it an absolute stand out. One, it provides functionality (often in the form of convenience) that is not offered by Tesla. That means you get more out of your experience and performance of owning the vehicle with this app. Second, the incremental upgrades. There are continuous upgrades by the developer. So the app gets better and better with time. (Much like the vehicle.) So whatever you pay now, just know you will get much more from the app over time.

Great App. Plain and simple, a great app. It has literally made me understand my Tesla more and has allowed me to analyze how my car is performing. In addition, I love the fact that it is not subscription based but if it was I would definitely pay the monthly to have access to the data. It’s absolutely worth it. What takes the cake for me, is the support. I have never experienced this type of support that I have received from the developer of the app. It’s second to none.

Just what I needed. Stats does a lot, but the feature I love is “send address to my car.” Now I just look up an address on Google or Apple Maps, hit share, select Stats. It enters it in my calendar. When I get in the car, calendar events are synced and it’s on my screen. I just click the address Stats sent and it starts navigating. Simple and brilliant. I would be happy with that feature alone, but Stats does much more. I suggest you read all about it and buy it if you own a Tesla S or X. Also, I had a question so I wrote to support and got a quick, helpful answer. Very glad I got this app.

Great insights into vehicle data and amazing support!. Stats is great for monitoring battery health, vehicle efficiency, and other useful data for Tesla vehicles. The developer is constantly adding new features like great Siri Shortcuts support, Safety Score insights for FSD/insurance programs, and great widgets support. The app developer is also very responsive and helpful when I’ve run into issues with app (minor ones and were promptly resolved). I definitely recommend this app to any first time(or experienced) Tesla owners and I also love the fact that all data is stored on my phone and securely encrypted.

Buy this app instead of Frunk hooks!. Tried a Free Trial of another app, but found I didn’t need all the detail it provided. It lingered on my PC for 2 weeks before I discovered this app. STATS packs ALL the remote functions of the Tesla app and much more. I contacted the developer about an issue with 2 remote functions and it was address immediately (within 15 minutes). I was invited to try a Beta version that solved the problem and eliminated One Touch unlocking of the Trunk and Frunk...to open, it now prompts you to verify on the app and to keep pressing longer on the widget. No more accidental opening. Life is good in my Model 3.

Phantom drain data tracking doesn’t work. I brought this to primarily track phantom drain. The app will go days on end and display no losses. I reached out to the developer who recommended I update the version. It didn’t help. I know the car will sit idle each night, over weekends and while I am at work. To be honest, that’s the least useful feature offered but most desired. At least this app didn’t contribute to phantom losses like others out there. The other features are nice and provide useful data that can be exported. Texts are sent to users for open doors are at plus. An historical log of each trips specific data such as distance, efficiency and other stats is missing but somewhat provided as aggregated on a graph.

Weird things happen. I wanted to love this app. I actually did. But a few weird things have happened. Ever since I linked my Tesla account I kept getting notifications that charging was complete. I used to only get this once (after charging was actually complete) but I was getting it 2 or 3 times within several hours after the car was charged to the set percentage. Also, sometimes the car would charge 3 or 4 percent past what I had it set to. And after the last app update I had a huge amount of phantom drain. Unlike ever before. 10 miles lost within a couple hours. I had to unlink. Everything is back to normal now. I will hopefully try again but for now it’s just too weird.

This App. can’t connect to my Tesla. I Purchased this app. some time ago it was working for a while but now it doesn’t connect to my Tesla ( model 3 ) any more. This app. is useless if I can’t get updated data from my vehicle. I have to say money not well spent. Do not waste your time with this app. Update: The response by App developer was very helpful and timely. The information that was given to me help my situation. I have change the star rating from one (1) star to four (4) stars I will keep 1 star for save keeping. The App is very useful if you own a Tesla vehicle. My money was spend well.

Really like the app but let me down at a time when most needed. I have been using the app for several months now and have been very impressed until recently. I had an emergency while away during the extreme cold that caused my battery to show just 2 miles remaining. While I didn’t have the ability to plug in myself I figured it would be the perfect time to use keyless driving in the app to have a friend move the vehicle to the plug. After several attempts it would not work. Every time it was clicked it was telling the vehicle to tap the key card. Besides this issue I really like the app but the feature let me down in a time that it was most needed.

Nice app, serious flaws. The charging data doesn’t appear until you unplug the charger. Awkward. If the car “tops off” (not uncommon) the preceding charge data is overwritten! An impractical workaround is recommended. (See FAQ) Update: Support for this app has been prompt and excellent. The flaw in the charge data records is apparently a limitation imposed by the source data from Tesla and some nuances of the car’s charging behavior. Doesn’t appear that the app developers have options to fix this. Bottom line, however, is that this app does not fully report charge data in many situations. Still a very good effort; just wish the data source available was better.

Very useful app. I liked this app enough that I bought a lifetime membership after trying it out a few months. Much more powerful and useful than the standard Tesla app. Tracks battery degradation and has more realistic range predictions. Has better Siri integration. A nifty feature if you have solar panels is that you can set the charging to automatically consume at or near the limit of your native solar production to use just your locally produced juice. None or little from utility. I use the app very often! Very good customer support too!

Fun program. I’ve been using this for about 2 months and have enjoyed the data it provides on a wide range of metrics—without contributing to phantom drain to any noticeable degree. Also, their support is terrific. App stopped working suddenly, but my emails for help were answered really quickly and after several suggestions, all is back to normal. In addition to providing a bunch of useful data, app also enables a number of controls as well as providing a screen which allows you to access various Tesla blogs and forums. It’s well worth the $10. No-brainer for Tesla owners.

Best app in a landscape of choices. Lots of info and abilities beyond the Tesla app, and all thought out and useful. Not bloated with what most people don’t want. Very (very) responsive developer to asking for help through the app. Biggest problem is it doesn’t update from time to time. Too often. App and iOS is set as developer instructs. App is not force quit. Still hours go by without updating. I think the stats and graphs are not accurate with missing data. Problem- I’m app I pull down to refresh and data does not refresh sometimes for more than 15 minutes. Or not at all . Have to restart and force quit the app then start it again. Aware - connecting a charge plug resets recent charge data at Tesla. So check check Stats is updated if you do two charges near each other in the same day - so Stats updates the 1st charge before you plug in for the 2nd charge. After a charge the app will not update til you disconnect and plug. Unless you open and possibly refresh the app, it could take an hour or so to update itself in the background. This hasn’t been documented til last time I checked.

The missing link. This app completes the most advanced car on the market with the best app for it. Great features, works flawlessly and the developer is always improving the app and offers almost instant support. Don’t hesitate just do it and get it! The support is hands down the best of any app developer, had an issue with my data not loading and I reported it and they released an update right away and fixed the app. Great app great developer! This is a must have app for sure.

Good App - could improve stats. It’s a great app overall and it’s a one time purchase. I find it to be convenient to set my charging % versus the native Tesla app (it does 5% increments). I wish the stats automatically captured supercharging sessions in its calculations or segregated them out versus making me enter in session data manually. Even if Tesla doesn’t make it part of the API it could identify high charging rate sessions, pop up a notification asking if it was supercharging and ask a $ KWh rate or final dollar amount. Kudos if it could pull the rate from Tesla itself. I have noticed some charging sessions not getting captured by the program which is a bit annoying considering it’s a stats app.

Good app. Great support. Sometimes you actually get what you pay for. The features in this app are way above and beyond what you can get in any “free” app. I love being able to not only see the data but also the ability to download the data and then slice and dice the data in excel. And then there is the service. I contacted support when I lost historical data. The developer replied within hours, with all the right info. He made it super easy to get my data back. Kudos to him for what he is doing here. Happy to support people like him.

App is smarter than me (locked car when I accidentally left phone in it). I think I put in a review but needed to add something. I got to work this morning and had my iPhone on the Nomad charger. Walked away from the car and didn’t realize the confirmatory honk (car locked) didn’t happen. Got inside and was alerted on my Apple Watch by the Stats App (not the stock one) that it had noticed my car was unlocked and went ahead and locked it for me. It was then I realized I left the iPhone in the car (essentially like leaving keys in ignition). Went back and used card key to unlock and grab the phone. Thanks Stats App!!!

Very Useful, Very User Friendly, and Fairly Priced. The app provides many useful tools for managing your Tesla (including tools the Tesla App does not offer) and a wealth of feedback on the state of your car and how efficiently you use it (absolutely and versus other users of comparable models). The author is very accessible for help and feedback, but the user interface is intuitive, the FAQ section provides lots of background, and in-app explanations are available for many features. On a comparative basis, it’s probably underpriced when measured against apps that use a subscription model.

Best 3rd party app for your Tesla. I’ve been using Stats for a couple of years and love the quick access widget it provides. I’ve tried using other apps but keep coming back to Stats as the others just don’t have all the same features in one app. Support was top notch the one time I’ve had to reach out to them. They confirmed a bug I reported, quickly fixed it, then followed up to let me know which version it was fixed in. I highly recommend Stats for anyone with a Tesla!

So worth it. This is the only app I have EVER paid >$20 for and it’s competely worth it. Having access to widgets, data analysis, and automation has made the already joyful experience of owning a Tesla even more amazing. It’s true that it seems like the Tesla App is finally adding new feature, but so has this app. For instance, I can’t imagine when, if ever, Tesla will add “how many miles to 100” on SafetyScore or battery degredation reports, drive efficency, etc. There are many apps that do all of this, but none in such a clean and simple UI and few that I’d trust with my data.

Overall great app!. Lots of information at your fingertips. Not quite as robust as TeslaFi on the information front, but much more polished and the functionality provided is much more useful. The one time payment vs a subscription model is also a big plus in this app’s favor. The scheduled climate control is worth the $15 alone. Everything else just adds value to an already great app. Finally, the developer is very easily accessible through multiple forums and email and provides pretty quick responses to feedback and suggestions.

Causes phantom drain, just like the others. App content and features are great. The data provided is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for when I was trying to find another app of this sort—I’d previously used Tezlabs—in use, however, despite dev’s assurance otherwise, the use of this app immediately impacts phantom drain on the car. I went from under 1 miles lost daily to between 12-16 miles lost daily after logging in to the app after purchase. These numbers mirror loss seen during Tezlab fairly closely, the result of not allowing the car to sleep. 2-Stars for misleading app descriptions and inaccurate assurances, my interactions with the dev directly would have made for a far lower rating but I did not factor that in here.

Still Useless. You can’t hide the fact that this app is useless by trying to blame the user on older versions of the app. I update my apps daily, and if I am using an older version of the app, the developer has not submitted the version to Apple, or the version has not been approved yet. I have used this app for several years, and it has been useless since day one, and every version of the app since. I should not have to reach out to your apps support to open the frunk or the trunk or any other “feature” this app states it provides. The replies to other user’s negative reviews tells me everything I need to know about the developers of this app, and even more reason to try to warn others users from mistakenly purchasing this app.

App has gotten even better in 2 yrs. When this app first came out for Model 3 I snapped it up. I had tried the others and while all are similar, Stats did what I wanted, easily. Over time, Tesla has taken cues from Stats and implemented some features. And Stats has kept ahead. I tend to forget to charge my car to full at the right time before a long trip. No big deal since there are so many Superchargers, but just a little thing. With Stats I can schedule a trio charge for one time. I try to keep track of tire rotation (and other maint live air cabin filter). Or let Stats do it for you. I can tell if I have the releases I expect because Stats knows. I keep an eye on battery efficiency and can see current estimated range. Great for planning. Many other features. Winter warm up would be great but since Covid I work from hone.

If you live in a cold weather climate.. this is MUST HAVE. This is exactly what I was looking for in order to help with warming up the battery in cold weather, efficiently. Rather then guessing on my own every night on when it might be ready this allows for perfect control and scheduling. It also helps charge at a more efficient rate which will pay for the app overtime. The watch features are great. Look forward to eventually having Siri app support on the watch but it’s not a make or break. If you own a Tesla.. have a smart watch or live in cold weather.. this is a MUST.

Worth it!. I’ve been following the development progression of Stats by Ramin over the past year, but never pulled the trigger to use with my Model 3. I’ve been impressed how he responds to questions on Twitter and elsewhere, and he’s answered my questions too, even tho I never purchased the app. This is the app to get in my research, and now that we have our new Model Y, I finally pulled the trigger. This app is loaded with functionality. Looking for to building up history on our car. And I know it can help us when it comes to resale time too.

Best Tesla app!. I’ve tried all sorts of apps such as Tezlab, TeslaFi, Nikola and more. I even have my own tracker setup through TeslaMate (which is a great tracker BTW), but when it comes to seeing simple stats, using commands for your car, and having a clean layout, I use Stats. The dev is super responsive and the app just rocks. Better to pay once out of pocket than a recurring monthly fee. This app updates often with new features as well. Can’t say enough good things about it! I usually have a hard time justifying $3 on an app purchase, so that’s saying something!

Very responsive Stats support. When Tesla added the new walk away lock except at home feature, I gave it a try. But I also had the Stats feature to lock the car when unoccupied. Stats locked the car at home which defeated the Tesla feature. I contacted Stats support through the app (a very nice feature, BTW) and the author quickly contacted me and sent a test version that he was working on for the issue. The test app worked (doesn’t lock the car when at home). Support was excellent and I look forward to seeing Stats released with the fix.

Great detailed data about your Tesla. I’ve used this app for a few years with two Teslas and it’s been a great experience. The charts and stats are cool but I mostly like the estimated range vs the rated range and the more precise charging times, especially when slow charging (instead of the 24+ hours the Tesla app shows you). I also use the Siri Shortcuts from the Stats app to add shortcuts that I can tie into my HomeKit automation. Great app, would recommend if you’re looking for some extra automation and more details stats about your car.

You need this app. If you own a Tesla, you need this app. Not only is this the go-to app for all the relevant data Tesla either doesn’t provide or makes too hard to find, but the support from this developer is truly amazing. On 2 or 3 occasions, I’ve either done something wrong or I stumbled into a bug. In every case, I’ve received an email within a couple hours providing me with the solution; and when it’s been a bug, a notice saying the fix will be in the App Store in 30 min. or so. For my money, good support is just as important as the app itself.

Great Stats App For Your Tesla. This app is well worth the one time cost. The data it provides will be very useful in tracking my battery over the life of my new car! If you want great stats on your Tesla this is the app for you! My only ask to the developer is to add the capability to flash the lights to the app, widget, and watch. As a side note... The privacy policy states that your Tesla credentials never leave your phone. This sealed the deal for me. Also the app does not seem to add phantom drain as it sits idle until I use it. Great work by the developer to address both of these potential issues.

Love the App and Support!. I’ve used this for a few years and really like it. I love the new “range comparison” tool. Very worth the fee. I recently learned about the “send an address to your car” function and my wife then wanted the app. I couldn’t figure out how to download it without paying twice, so I wrote for support at around 10pm. The Developer responded the same night with clear instructions that worked perfectly. Super app and super service. We appreciate both.

Love the detail and additional functionality this App provides!. The App is a bit pricey, but I read the reviews and took a gamble on whether it was worth it for me or not >> glad I did. Clearly there’s been some considerable thought that went into what data is collected and I wish I would have jumped on sooner! Also, love the additional features that bridge the gap on things that aren’t available within the Tesla App yet >> such as Smart Sentry Mode. Totally worth the $20! Looking forward to seeing the data pour in over time and the future updates with new features...thx!!!

Excellent and keeps getting better. I’ve been using Stats for 3 years with two different Teslas (Model 3 and Model Y). It’s a great supplement to Teslas app without flooding me with so much data that the app is hard to use. I use it for visibility to efficiency, battery health, fleet software versions vs the version in my car, vampire drain, and maintenance notifications. Importantly, the developer regularly updates the app with new features like “Sentry after dark” and the new safety score analysis. Highly recommended.

Best of all! Great support. I’ve used this app with two Teslas over four years. I’ve also dabbled with other Tesla apps but this one stands out for basic and advanced features. It lives next to the official Tesla app on my phone and I find myself checking Stats more than the other. It’s also got great updates and support. Anytime I have an issue I’ve never had to wait more than an hour for a reply from the developer. Frequent updates and new features keeps it fresh.

Love this app. I will have to see if it has trip schedule trickle charging in the FAQ .. so when I plug into 110v 12 amp and want it to charge to 100% before my long trip that starts at 6am. (My daily charge is usually only to 75%). The scheduled charging should see the 6am end time and calculate when charging should start whether I am using sentry or not. Leaving at 6am and not let the car be idle at 100% should help the battery not stay “electrically loaded at max too long to cause degradation”.

Expensive but worth it. My only complaint recently is that the Safety Score dashboard that showed analytics on how to improve your safety score is gone recently. Not sure if that was more so because of Tesla removing their ability to read that data or something, but that alone was worth the cost of this app for me because it helped me reduce my monthly insurance costs pretty significantly. Without it I’ve been finding it much more difficult to recover from a bad drive that was affecting my insurance. Otherwise this is a solid app with all its other features I just really with the safety score would come back.

Exceptional Support. I’ve been using this app for over 6 months. My favorite feature is the scheduling of charging or smart battery prep. In the winter I also use the climate scheduling. I had a small issue recently after a Tesla outage, both this app and the Tesla app were down. I emailed in a question late at night, early the next morning, on a Saturday, I received a response with a solution, in the first email. A few quick emails back and forth had some additional questions answered and I couldn’t be more impressed. Don’t wait. Download today.

Great companion app for new Tesla owners!. As a new Tesla (MY) owner, there is a lot to learn and even more that you suspect the car could tell you with the right app. This is that app! It puts information on your phone and gives alternate ways to view data. I’m especially interested in the efficiency data as we live in a mountainous area which gives us extremes of battery use. Easy to set up and start using and exceptionally great customer service, as my questions were answered within minutes. I’m going to enjoy using this app for a long time.

An essential app for any Tesla owner!. It’s a bit expensive but it’s absolutely worth it. Stats includes an Apple Watch app, tons of excellent graphs and data for you to see how your Tesla is doing over time, and adds some extra functionality too. My favorite thing is that it will warn you if your car is at home and unplugged at a certain time. Helps to make sure you never forget to charge at home! Support is also outstanding - had one minor issue with the app after nearly a year and I got a response almost immediately.

Tesla App - Best App for Tesla Owners. I used this App for >4 years (for my Model 3) - it’s worth the price for the features that it offers that the official Tesla App doesn’t have. It has features/options that you didn’t know you needed/wanted, and when you see those features/options you start using they on a daily basis to get the best out of your Tesla. If you have Technical Support questions or even basic general questions, their support of this App is prompt and concise - get this App, to get the best out of your Tesla

Solid companion to the official app. I really love the frequent updates to the app. The developer is leading the 3rd party apps in novel features while still providing stable frequent updates. I’d highly suggest this app to any power user who owns a Tesla. Things like live activities for charging, widgets, statistical data, and update alerts are all invaluable to me and make the ownership experience better. The only thing this app could use, purely in my opinion, is a UI / UX refresh. Some other apps have more modern UIs, and look visually stunning, but they’re usually not as stable as this app.

Excellent. This is an excellent, well thought out app for your Tesla. I also have trialed Teslafi trial but purchased this instead. I have nothing against Teslafi as it provides very detailed information except that I do not want yet another subscription. Stats is a one time purchase that does everything I need. The developer is very response and answered a question quickly. One very nice added feature is the ability to use the Apple Watch with the app. Also, Apple Shortcuts will allow you to send voice commands to your car via your Apple Watch or iPhone.
