Excellent app. Very user friendly with customized sport and sometimes gender specific fitness programs. Each program lays out each exercise, set, rep, rest, etc. Provides detailed instructions on exercises as well as many options for alternative exercises. The program progresses according to anticipated performance or competition date. Customer service is responsive, professional, and prompt. Highly recommended app and worth the money.

I love Volt and how I can train for a sport when I don't have access to any trainers or truly know what to do at a gym. I'm serious about my sport so it's worth the money to me. However, I prefer the "Volt for Teams" app. If you have an account with this, then you have access to Volt for Teams. Same exact thing, but different app, aesthetics, and functionality. In general, the team version makes more sense, more info, and is easier to use.
