Nice App. I really like this app and use it nearly every day. I make a weekly to do list and I update it as I go. I make grocery lists; I have an ongoing gift ideas list; ideas list. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have an option to sync up to my calendar. I’d love to save some of my lists so I can see what all I got done on a particular day.

I am having issues.. I was trying to use a movie icons and it crashed the app multiple times. And even trying to create a new list made it crash. On top of that I can’t report this bug. Since the report bug button wasn’t working.

Great app for busy people. Downloaded this app 3 days ago, and I can’t put it down. Finally an app where all you tasks can but located in one place. Very well designed and user friendly. Would recommend to anyone that needs a app like this one. Brian Oliver

FINALLY! A GREAT HABIT TRACKER & TO DO LISTS ALL EASY TO USE!!. Been searching like crazy. Who would’ve thought. INCREDIBLY THANKFUL for this app. Super easy to use. No monthly membership or need to pay for extra features. Habit tracker - ability to sort manually, add unlimited tasks, reminders. Different styles of lists and templates for you to choose from. Easy to create based on whatever need you may have. I needed one to build daily habits without the fuss. Other apps were seriously getting too complicated with their intricacies.

Can’t paste after update. After most recent update, can’t paste any copied text in any tasks or notes. Interface updates are nice but need to have this basic feature available again!

Love the app but….. I’m loving the app so far, but I really need recurring reminders. I’m not sure if I’m just missing it, but if it’s not there I’ll sadly have to choose another app. Hope this can be resolved.

Amazing!. I never write reviews, but this app is amazing. It’s really a to do list, a note pad, a planner and a habit tracker in one. It has a very clean look and it is very easy to input entries. It replaced 4-5 different apps for me and I love having everything easily accessible and in one place.

Great! Most used app I have.. Love love love this app mainly because of it versatility. It is very customizable. I have used many apps of this nature and end up deleting them. This is THE ONE! Use it many times per day everything from medicine list to music inventory, to do list to diary. You can’t go wrong. Love it.

The app I’ve been looking for. I have ADHD and sometimes the lists of information in my head feel chaotic. I’ve tried different apps and organizational systems before and nothing has seemed to stick. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for - I really wanted something that could group lists by category. it’s easy to use and I like the simple, streamlined aesthetic. totally recommend!!. I just downloaded this app today and i absolutely love it! Very simple layout and i love the customizable features and lack of ads! Totally easy to use and keep track of things. But, There is a minor bug problem: When i press the + button to create a new custom list, I enter the title of the list and the app freezes. I deleted and reinstalled it a couple times, and restarted my device, and my internet is fine, so I'm pretty sure its a bug within the app. Aside from that, I absolutely love this app.

Beautifully Done!. It’s hard to find apps that look and do what this one does. So far I haven’t find one until now. Please don’t change anything in this app. I have a hard time seeing because of my age but this is perfect. It keeps my life organized while keeping it simple. Love it.

Would be a good little app. This app has everything in it that I have been looking for, the only disappointment I have is that every time I try to do my cleaning list the app crashes and closes out. It seems that is the only one that’s not working and it is the one I really wanted. But overall I like the app. If they can fix the part where it crashes during the cleaning section I probably give it a higher rating.

Fantastic For List Makers!. I’m not one to write reviews but as an avid keeper of lists, this app has blown my mind. Most other apps are so complicated they’re virtually useless to me, but this one does exactly what I want it to do, keep track of all my lists and give me lots of options to choose from for my obsessive list making. I even have a list of potential future lists! And it’s free? All I can say is THANK YOU!!!

Add recurring reminders/to-dos option please!. I love this app so far. This is exactly what I needed. I'm sick of having to use several different apps for each individual thing. I write down so many notes, ideas, lyrics, to-do's, reminders, etc. I NEED to have them in one place. Why aren't there more apps like this? It's also very aesthetically pleasing. One thing I'm sad about though is that you can't set reminders or any item in a list to be recurring. A couple of other things as well: I would like more options for sorting lists other than alphabetical and manual. It would be nice to be able to choose if a new item appears at the top or bottom of a list. Also something that I would really like is having a timestamp on notes for when you made them. Maybe it could even be an option you could turn on or off? Otherwise great work guys. Appreciate ya

Mrs. List. I’m a visual learner, so if I don’t have any to do things written down, then I don’t have any to do’s! I just jot down the basics of what needs to be done throughout the day and walk away from the list. If I have seen it then I’ll have replay and then abracadabra🎩🧺🪠🛒

Amazing app. I was looking to plan a vacation and i realized that this app can help me do even more. I can use this app for grocery lists, to do lists, take notes, and write journals. There is much more that this app offers. The app lets you customize all the lists and make separate sections for each main idea. I’m thinking about my grocery list. I like to brain dump, but then I would like to go back and manually move items around in order of my specific store.

A must try. I have had a hard time switching from paper lists to an app. I found most apps were either too simple or too complicated and not user friendly. Within the first day of using LifeLists, I recommended it to others. The customization of lists and the organization that is done for you is so helpful. This app is also very visual. A big plus for a visual learner. I can’t say enough positive things. Give it a try!

Exportable / shareable lists?. It’s great that you can send everything out as a text list but could you add a way to import a list? Like by marking item notes with a special character that will import them as notes? Like this? Grocery List 🌟Eggs - make sure they are fresh ✨Regular item

Perfect?. I can’t think of anything this list maker doesn’t do. I return to comment on this app. and the Weekly Planner app. often. It’s the least I can do to support this developer. These apps. are amazing!

Awesome app. I love this app. I use it everyday. I’ve created a list for drug store, hardware store, grocery store and a bunch of others. When I happen to go to one of those stores I check my list and find things on my list that I never would have remembered. This has been a great organizer for me. Use it and your stress level will drop. No more forgetting things.

Cross platform and list sharing!. This is required for your app to be successful. Also see my feedback email I sent. This could be a great app. It has tons of potential to be another ListPro or Wunderlist app which are no more. As I see further development and upgrades, I will change my review and rating accordingly. As a prior developer, I'm pretty hard on my reviews. I expect close perfection to get 5 stars. I ask that you keep this app a list maker and list share model. Follow the development progress of both of the apps listed and your app will be highly successful. Then don't sell it please...and maintain. A version release, even if a performance improvement, a few additional icons, user customizable features, additional colors, etc. every few weeks or every month will keep interest. Your user base will drop quick if users do not see a few simple changes often.

Awesome Easy Pease App!. This was exactly what I was looking for! A checklist, custom rearranging option, many icon options for easy find, place for notes, who could ask for more!? Extra options for a super low price, no maintenance fee or surcharges. Really now, what more do I need? Now I can delete all the ones I don’t need anymore! Great Job Software Engineers! I love the app BUT. I love the app so much but I wish there was an option to create an account so I can save the lists I made and access them on a different device.

PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE… :). PLEASE make LifeLists a UNIVERSAL app (or create a separate iPad version) that also works in Landscape mode so that iPad users can take advantage of it! It really is a fantastic, ultra-intuitive app but it needs to come into the tablet/landscape world. It *otherwise* deserves 5 stars, but because I can’t use it for most purposes, I’ve knocked it down to 3. I’ll gladly revise it upward if you make a version we ALL can enjoy! Thanks for listening.

Easy to use!. Easily customizable and quick to use. I tried lots of bucket list apps that only let you use their categories and suggestions for list items. This one allows you yo make your own categories and add whatever you like to the list. Highly recommend.

No developer response. Its a great app, and does just about all I need. What I want to know is why the app has a way to contact the developer if he never responds. What’s the point? I’ve tried to contact him 3 different times, once for help and twice for suggestions, and I have yet to ever get a response. Very disappointed. Bad customer service.

Finally a place for all my lists!. Love, love, love this app. I am a stay at home mom and I make lists for different errands/doctors questions for my kiddo every day and this app gives me a place to keep all my questions and ideas in one place. I just started compiling a list of birthday party ideas in here. I use the different list types but mostly use checklists and reminders. I think that pack list is really cool but haven't had to go on a trip yet since having the app. I’m guessing that it will be useful as I’m packing for two now. Great app, if you make lists you need to try it!!

Contact Option Not Working. First off, a big thank you for this app! This is one useful app especially for people who love making list! I tried clicking the Request a Feature and Report Bug under Settings > Contact but nothing happens. I just want to request a feature wherein you can adjust the text size. The current text size is large for my view. It would be great if text size can be adjusted. For the bug, well the Request Feature/Report Bug are not working. Thanks again for this app!

Great app! Just missing 1 thing.... Lots of options!! The only thing lacking is a search bar to quickly find something in a longer list. You can alphabetize but that’s a ridiculous amount of scrolling when there’s 100s of things on a list. Why not add an alphabet “jump to” bar or search bar?

Really Handy. I was looking for a simple app to create lists, and this is it. Not only is it simple, but it’s also versatile - allowing easy customization for different categories of lists. If you have a list of repetitive tasks that you work on periodically you can check them off when you’re finished them, or tick a subset you want to do this time around, and then uncheck them when you’re done so the list is ready the next time you’re going to tackle that list. This app has earned a prized place on the bottom fixed set of apps on my phone.

Handy & Useful. I’ve been told to make lists as a means of staying organized. This app has got me doing that. It lets you make multiple lists. I have a list for what I will do each day. I have one for books read and other books I want to read. I can add notes to entries. You can make bullet lists or just jot quick notes. Interface is clean and simple. I am surprised how many to do apps that I have tried are confusing and not intuitive. Life Lists serves me well.

Great App (updated review). I love the app. It’s exactly what I was looking for, however it does have some bugs like if you chose “add & add more” but then change you mind. You either have to close out the app completely (which starts a chain of force closures by the app) OR you have to type something in and then save it and go back in and delete it . There’s many little quirks about the app like that but otherwise, it really is great. Update: I’m changing my rating to 5 stars ✨ The developer was quick to come up with a solution once aware of the problem! & to the developer, you’re welcome! You really did make an awesome app & I would’ve kept using it, even with the bugs 😉

Holy crap. Where has this app been. I’m not a review type person, but this app is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Tried pretty much every grocery and to do list. No need to try anymore. Deleted three apps after downloading this one. Nice job.

Finally! A perfect list app!. My favorite list app just stopped updating and since iOS 11, it’s become glaringly obvious that I’d have to switch, but despite trying out virtually every list app across the App Store, I’d never found a simple app that got the job done. Until now! I LOVE this app. I don’t write reviews often, but Life Lists gives me everything that Errands used to do, but soooo much more! No flash, no unnecessary accounts that link across 12 places with ten extra privacy policies. Just lists for what you need. Need a checklist for what you want to do today? Done. Need a list for packing for a trip. Done. Keeping a list of books you’d like to read, shows to watch, games to play? Done, done, done! Life lists is simple and perfect like Errands used to be. Seriously, I was about to sit down and learn Swift myself to just make the app that I needed since I couldn’t find what I’d wanted until I came across Life Lists. Again, I don’t write reviews often, but was so geeked about how great this app works for me that I was moved to say something. If you’re looking for a simple, clean listing app, I can’t recommend Life Lists more.

Great app.. BUT. This app is great - ALMOST. When listing tasks under the list - it automatically shifts them around - so then when you go to manually move them - they shift around even more out of order! PLEASE fix this! Or let me know if I’m doing something wrong?! Why do they keep moving around 😭

Finally a good app to help me stay organized. I have tried lots of apps and none helped but after I found this app my life became more organized then ever and I get lots of things done because of this app I just love this app.

Love!!!. It’s a great app!!! I’m glad to have found an aesthetically pleasing but functional app for all my lists (because I do make a lot!). My only suggestion would be to have custom repeats for the habits section! There are some things I need reminders for multiple times a week, rather than just “daily” or “weekly”. Other than that, it’s perfect! It’s the first app like it that I’ve found that doesn’t try to get you to buy in app purchases.

Just downloaded this. Looks pretty good.. I mainly was looking for a SIMPLE app where I keep my lists of things I do over and over. It lets me build a list, sort it (So important and something that simple apps do not offer), only see the things I have left to do and easily add back in things that go back on my to-do list. I think this is going to be a GOOD app!!! I tested it with my groceries. I usually just enter as I need things and build one big list. Then as I need them, I marked them uncompleted and they went back on the list. The Apple app I used to use is Reminders and that worked great, but I couldn’t sort the list. You end up with all kinds of duplicates cause its easier to add it then read an entire list to find it. Hence my search for a ‘smart’ app. So far so good. I usually don’t categorize, but will use this as it will make my shopping faster. One glitch is that when you scroll down, the title of the first group list stays on the screen. It overlays the first line of the next display. Minor. The font could be a little smaller or less space between lines. You have to continually scroll to get through it. I could not find where to contact for tech support. Sorry to put this is a rating

Frustrated. Used this for years but HATE recent update!! When trying to make a list, won’t stay in the order I need. When I add something (manually), the order changes and moves items. Used to be able to add items and put them in the order I want!!! Will have to look for new app!

Fantastic app and great developers. I’ve used this app for quite a while. I decided it was the easiest to use and most helpful for me. A couple of upgrades ago, it started having a wierd bug. It didn’t make the app unusable, but it was definitely less enjoyable to use. I reported the bug, they contacted me for details the very next day, and it was fixed within a couple of days. Fantastic response! Now I love it again! 😁♥️

Great List App. If you love lists like me ..you’ll find this app can address pretty much everything. I’ve been using it for ages for Travel Packing, Shopping, Xmas, Reminders - even list all the shows I’ve watched on Netflix! It’s easy to use, customise and enjoy.

Very clever but needs sync. This is a very clever, functional app. Fortunately, without sync, it is just not workflow-friendly across time and place.

No watch function really $$ but costs. There are better free lists. No help or instructions but not that intuitive. Only $3 but only bought because of watch function that only seem to have 2 options. Important or upcoming. With no instructions I couldn’t figure out why.

Game changing. SINCERLY an incredible app; I ended up transferring and deleting the base notes app Apple provides in favor of this one. I would love to see a “password” option for some more sensitive/secret lists! Regardless, really look forward to the future of this app! Bravo!

Genius. Dear Mr. or Mrs. app maker- you are a genius. thank you so much for designing this app it is the closest thing I’ve ever found to how my brain works and to me what makes the most sense in organizing my day and working on time management skills . I’ve tried many apps and I’ve deleted many apps mainly because I didn’t understand them right away and got frustrated or because I just didn’t feel like using them because they weren’t fun and we’re stressful to use which is the whole point of trying to organize your time :to eliminate stress so I’ll not have a app that causes more! I have severe ADD and this app has helped me more than my medication It actually calms me to use this app it makes me feel in control of my time and of my life and the genius is in the simplicity.... Yet manages to be the only app I need for time management, notes and list, reminders,routines, habits, any area of self improvement really. Interestingly enough I did not download this app for any of those purposes. I set out to find an app to create lists in my head and I wanted to be able see them all like a board. I liked the way this one was laid out so I downloaded it. After using it for only 2 days I discovered that I could actually use this for many other things and eliminate many other apps on my phone that were only halfway useful To people trying to decide if this is the app for them: This is a safe simple ingenious application you will not be sorry that you downloaded, it will destress your life and illuminate the need for paper and pen altogether, I have thought of 1 million other things I’m going to use this app for and you will too ! The way my brain works and my personality, I have to have things in life that are not boring yet simple. I don’t like complicated things-I don’t like trying to hard- and I don’t like chaos, so if something doesn’t grab myInterest or makes sense to me right off the gate- I will delete it or toss it and move on - that goes for apps, people, relationships, new products, anything really. I don’t like wasting time or things that waste my time,I am impatient, and somewhat peculiar with my standards around certain things and I have a VERY short attention span. Lost All My Lists…. Here is an update to a previous review I put out here. My previous review was that I had to reset my phone and when I got it up and running again all my list were gone. I sent an email and it took over a month to get a response which didn’t make me happy but the response is that since I had to reset my iPhone and this app does not utilize backing up to the cloud you lose everything. So word to the wise if you have to reset your phone, please take note of all your lists and you’ll have when you have to re-create everything. I had about five or six that I keep ongoing for stores that I go to and everything was wiped out. As a resolve, I am going to delete the app and I am going to use the REMINDER app (for lists) on the iPhone which now has lists and it’s very good. It just came out with I believe iOS 17 and if you need to know how to use it go to the internet or go to YouTube.

Developer responds quickly to bug reports. EDIT: The bug described below has been fixed! It’s a lovely little app that helps me to keep my head on straight while I’m doing tasks! EDIT: I was having an issue which was described below in the original review. The developer responded quickly and a fix will be out soon. I will put down the full five once it’s fixed. Aside from that, this app is pretty great! I have autism (which often comes with executive functioning troubles), and as such find it difficult sometimes, while in the middle of doing tasks, to remember all the steps and to execute the steps in the proper order. With this app, I can write every detail down before I start doing things so I don’t get confused, and that has been incredibly helpful. I can do things much more quickly now. I find it a little annoying to have to delete the sample items inside the pre-existing lists before doing anything with them, but that’s just a minor issue for me; I found this program to be intuitive to use without such assistance, but others might like seeing or need to see example usage to get an idea of how to make it work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Trying to access all the fancy content so maybe I can make a recipe list. Well. I started with a moussaka recipe. So I tried to create a sectioned list, just like in the grocery list where they put items in sections like “Bread” or “Canned” or whatever. The sections work fine in the grocery list, as expected. So I figured if I tried making my own sectioned list, then it would work like the grocery list. But it doesn’t. For every single item that I try to add under the Moussaka section, it adds ANOTHER SECTION CALLED MOUSSAKA. And so now my list has 19 sections with one ingredient instead of one section with 19 ingredients underneath. The things don’t collapse into one section. Needless to say, I am rather upset that I wasted money on a thing that doesn’t even fully work. EDIT: I got it to work like expected. However, in order for it to work, after you make the custom list, you have to close the app and re-open it before you add anything to it so that it doesn’t make 19 different sections all called moussaka for each ingredient. If you want the sectioned list to work and properly add stuff to sections, you have to close it and reopen it before adding anything to a custom list. Please fix this, or at least make it clear that you gotta restart the program before custom lists will work properly.

Not working. Unfortunately the dates and times that you set aren’t correct on most of the icons next to your event.

Bugs. This app is an immense help in staying organize, however, the app will randomly close itself.

Pain to view. Once a list is created and saved I can only see the first 5 items without going into edit mode. When in edit you can’t see The whole list because of keyboard. Deleting...

Not syncing to watch. Doesn’t sync to watch all that great. Specifically viewing the packing list on the watch app was the only reason I wanted to try this, bummed.

Edit. There needs to be an easy way to edit without deleting the entire list/errand/reminder/.

Hate the changes. I’ve used this app for years and loved it. Then it started putting items in categories I don’t want. For instance, it placed “baking soda” in a “beverages” category and “wine vinegar” in a “beer and wine” category. It thus scatters all my grocery items out into nonsensical categories that I have to go in and delete. Stupid, poorly thought-out and unnecessary change.

How does this not sync with my iphone?!. I really want to love this app...but it does not sync between my iPad and iphone so it’s pointless to put the time into organizing. It does not even show up in my list of apps under my settings (or in the cloud), which is really odd.

Life Lists. As a long time satisfied user of the companion app do.lists life List is a great app for keeping track of everything! The large variety of different types of lists can be customized to fit any need. Finally an app that tracks anything!

Disappearing List. So I was in the middle of writing a long list and it glitched and deleted everything. I almost threw my phone!!! 🤬🤬🤬

O M G. I have used all sorts of organizing apps but this is THE most perfect one I have ever used. When I saw it, a light flashed before my eyes and I knew I was in app heaven. Whoever developed this is a friggin’ genius!

LOVE!. I love the versatility built into this app. Just got it and will keep playing with it. This one may be my next buy.

Not a fan. Lists do not stay in order, and app crashes when I try to rearrange. Sticking with your do lists app
