Service quality has diminished DONT waste ur time. I am a loyal eaze user, until one night when I placed an order at 8 PM (the app said “make sure u order before 8:45 because we close at 9!”) I made a huge order, I always tip well. I didn’t hear from them until 9:10. They said it was cancelled due to ONE item that couldn’t be fulfilled. I waited around for u guys. Why couldn’t I hear ahead of time? They even called me and the guy on the phone didn’t care at all, did more damage. Won’t use their service again. They are over priced for the quality anyway.

Great service including customer service rep and drivers!. Thank you Eaze with your deliveries. Hope you have more rewards that help folks to afford products that helps them medical and mental ailments like myself. I would like to thank the drivers for delivery our meds and goodies.

Try another instead. When I started using Eaze it was great. Big selection, decent prices, quick delivery with great communication. Now though, selection has dwindled down to a couple pre rolls, umpteen different vapes, and more lotions/bath products than anything else. It’s not even worth going to the website anymore. They gave me $20 credit for my birthday which was cool, but there’s literally nothing I want to buy. Not only that, they’ve raised the “service fee” and delivery fee so much the $20 pretty much just cover that. It’s like they got big and said “f the customer.” I’d try any other delivery service, leave Eaze at the very bottom of the list.

Can’t even order. I wish they would put the available locations that they deliver to in the description of the app, I scanned my ID and put all my info out there and when I tried to order it says not available in my area...now my info is in their system and I will never be able to use the service. I’m in California by the way I’m the Central Valley not 45 minutes from Fresno. Still even if they don’t deliver here I wish they would’ve let me know before I committed to sending them my ID.

Wouldn’t recommend. The delivery time is never accurate. It will say the person is down the street and then all of sudden the time passes and you’re waiting out side for another 15-30 minutes. Also lately they aren’t opening until 2 PM which removes people like myself from ordering since I work nights. Very poor system overall. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Use Weedmaps instead.

Don’t plan on your order arriving within 3 hours. Every time I have attempted to order from this app the arrival time extends over three times the original time. I have had to cancel multiple times due to the waiting time going up and I am either needing to go to bed or leave the house for something else. Do not count on your order arriving anytime close to the first time frame they give you. I wouldn’t even reach out to their customer help line due to the fact that they are incredibly rude and have no idea what going on as well.

Terrible delivery tracking. The delivery estimate before you order is way off, I’ll get a text saying one time estimate meanwhile the website is showing me a completely different estimate. It’ll say order is being delivered for 10 minutes, I feel like they’re just making it all up. Otherwise no complaints but it’s really inconvenient having no idea when to expect your driver.

Awesome turn around time. Unfortunately, I came back inside & realized that I meant to include more cash for a tip!! I’ll get him the next time around! Thank you for getting here within 15 minutes of placing my order!!

:(. it would be a super cool app, but even with a medical marijuana card, you still have to be 21+ to be able to use eaze. :(( as someone who is over 18 and has a verified med card, i should still be able to access products like i am able to in any dispensary. don’t advertise something as 17+ on the app store if there aren’t ways to use it until you can verify with an ID that you are at least 21

Amazing!. Thank you guys for the most awesome delivery drivers! They’re always so friendly and bubbly and make my entire day ❤️ And super fast and easy too! If I could give six stars I would! The number 1 place I order the coolest products too, I just ordered the watermelon liquid THC and I’ve been trying newer products like the rosemary crackers infused with cannabis, thank you guys for always sending me promotions too so I can reward myself once in a while Amazing ❤️❤️

Double Charged for an order - no refund issued. I was double charged on a single order a month ago. I contacted their support as soon as I saw it in my account. I was told I would have my money back in “7-14 days”. 2 weeks went by and still nothing. I contacted support again. I was assured I’d have it in “24-48 hours”. That came and went. I reached out AGAIN. I was told that it had been escalated to some sort of payment department and I would have my money back in 2 business days. That was last week. It’s been 6 days and 4 business days since I was told that. There is no number to call. No way to speak to someone over the phone. Their chat team is useless. I will never use this company again.

Very poor first experience.. Instructions said to place order before 9:15pm, order placed at 8:30. Estimated delivery time given. Estimated delivery time begins moving earlier and earlier. At 9:16 I get notified that my order is cancelled and to reopen the app and order again. How do I do that if you’re closed? Don’t tell me my order is being processed and tell me a delivery time just to cancel at the last minute. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed

A joke. Check out Yelp and online reviews to find out. Who has time to wait 5-6 hours for this delivery? Shouldn’t they say that upfront rather than advise you every 2 hours that it’s delayed again? Very reluctantly waited my entire evening at home just for my order to get cancelled. If they had been upfront I would’ve cancelled immediately and went out to get it myself. But I suppose that’s not profitable to Eaze if they were more honest.

Semi Stable Website, Unreliable Delivery Estimates, Limited Selection At Times. Overall a bad experience but I’m giving it one star because there have been many times when the estimated time of arrival is false and it takes longer than expected and you don’t get any updates through text or the app. You can only buy through website and the website rubber bands randomly and at times products will be unavailable just a few seconds after selecting them. The drivers have always been really nice, I don’t think it’s their fault the technologies used to run the app and the website are outdated. For product selection there are times when you can’t really find what you want because it seems like they aren’t replenishing product as actively as they should. So if you have a favorite brand to go to don’t expect to find consistently, expect to have to browse around to find something you might like. I have never tried to return a product but they are good about giving supplemental credit when they lag too much, at least when my wait time ended up being 3-4 hours they added credit to my account. But other times I’ve just been patient rather contacting customer service. Sometimes it’s worth it to just order when there’s discounts on products, I’ll just swallow my pride and order because not all delivery services have day to day discounts that are beneficial to avoiding paying the heavy taxes related to recreational cannabis.

Need Better selection for Stockton Ca area!. Every time you have a 30% off deal, they’re never all available in the Stockton Ca area! Usually only few items available an can’t purchase more than 1 of each items! Get a better selection and keep them in stock. You run out way too often!

Worst selection of products. Tried using this app to find specific products but it only had products you never heard of. Maybe 5 options to chose from per category. So let’s say the categories are flower, concentrates, edibles, etc. Each category only a few options and I couldn’t find product reviews, so it felt like you had to trust your gut on some brand you’ve never heard of. The only product I recognized were kiva bars. Perhaps product availability varies on your location?? I was disappointed I couldn’t find anything I was down to order for the reason that I didn’t feel comfortable trying unfamiliar brands when I wanted a specific few brands to begin with.

Bad customer service. If this company messes up an order they will not reimburse your debit card. They can only give you store credit. That doesn’t bode well. Especially since they have a $50 minimum order, then an additional delivery fee if you spend less than $100. For the $50 minimum you will end up paying $30 in taxes and fees. Don’t ever do business with this company if you know what’s good for you.

Love this app!. Sometimes the times are super wonky but it’s reliable and I’ve never had any real issues. Only problem right now is the app no longer works on iOS 13. Hoping a fix is coming soon!!

Can’t create account or sign into existing account. I was able to create an account and sign into it on the website. However I can do the same on the app. When I sign into the account on the app it keeps showing a spinning circle so I doubled checked all information and the website does let me sign in. When I attempt to create a new account on the app it keeps saying an error occurred. I do it with the same information on the website and it works. I just downloaded the app right before encountering this so I do have the latest version of the app. I am doing this on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 15.5 the latest iOS. So what is wrong here and can you fix it? Thank you

Very difficult to pay. Stoners made this app. It doesn’t take credit cards, only debit. And it thinks my debit card is a credit card for some reason. Super annoying. Shut up and take my money!!! The app has other problems as well. They’ll have a useless popup that covers the whole screen suddenly. We don’t need them to try to control everything. It makes the whole experience of ordering from then aggravating. I’ve literally never not been frustrated with this app. It’s consistently annoying. Suddenly it just won’t let you click “check out” until you delete something out of the cart then add it back. Basically, nothing about Eaze is easy. Someone needs to make a competing better app.

If only it worked. Downloaded and was able to see the products available. Registered shortly after and now there are no shopping options. Tried to email customer service with this issue but that function doesn’t send the email. I’m sure this is a great service but if your app isn’t functioning then I don’t know how useful this can really be.

Not medical patient friendly. Only giving this 2 stars cuz this bullshiete of an app does not take medical patients under the age of 21. This app could save so many people, especially the 18+ mentally and physically ill that CAN’T leave their houses. That being said, don’t you think they should be the main target audience? Patients with extreme social anxiety depression (other illnesses) or patients in excruciating pain need marijuana delivered to their door the most. Pretty sure this is considered ABLEISM…

They killed my sister.. My sister had cancer and she wanted to use them because of the prices and services she’s always gotten, but the last order she got they didn’t give her the medicine she needed and it sent her to the hospital and when she was able to leave the hospital a month later they said it was to late to file a report on the missing items.

It's good but could be better. I've been using eaze since it first came out and it was amazing back in the day with all the great deals weekly and delivery coming on time. Now it seems like the quality just keeps going down with delivery times getting pushed back 2 or 3 times like if I order at 2 it will come at 6 or 7 and no more really good deals anymore. Customer service was great to me tho because every time eaze failed in getting my meds on time or if they had to cancel they would give me some 25$ credit or so which helps. I'm hearing it probably gonna be closed down soon though because of all its problems so I recommend not to use it

Terrible Products. The products available through this app are all terrible and MIDS for sure, at most. Rest are powdery shake and dusty weed. Not worth spending your earned money on this service. Might as well just use Weedmaps or, better yet just visit a local dispensary and be greeted with much better products at a fraction of the cost. Also this company pays for ratings. Notice how this used to be a 2 star rated app and when you click on reviews they are all 1 or 2 stars, yet this terrible company/app is sitting at a 5 star rating somehow after having been a 2 star app for its entire existence.

Bad app, worse service. Complete waste of time.. Tried this for the first time last night. The order kept delaying for two hours until 10pm, at which point I got a message saying it had been canceled completely and that they were now closed. And by the. It was too late to order from anywhere else. The app itself is janky, and when I tried to ask for help, that didn’t work either. Got a friendly text message earlier today “thanking me for my patience.” Never using this thing again.

It is cheaper and more efficient to go to a dispensary. Do not order from this app! They are either hours late with your delivery, or will not deliver your product at all. They charge more for the delivery than the actual product, only to never ever be punctual. It will take way last time and cost you a lot less money to visit four or five different dispensaries to get what you want rather than wait 5 to 6 hours for them to deliver one or two products.

App is ok. I was 6 year client, I recently close my account due to bad customer service and bad product, ETAs are wrong most of the time and product like cartridges sometimes are defective and they make jump through hoops ( bunch back and forth e-mails, requesting pictures, video and etc. ) to get a refund. But you never get a refund you only get credit always dealing with stuff it’s a headache. Just be aware and be patient.

Bad experience. I tried ordering from them several times, but the eta always changed like 3 times. It didn’t matter if I put in my order early, my order always lagged. I had to cancel the times I ordered since I couldn’t be at the door when my order arrived. I think had they stuck to the original eta, it would’ve been fine. But I should say that ordering was pretty easy.

Just WOW. I usually don't review apps, but I'll make an exception for Eaze given my overall experience. From downloading the app to receiving delivery, the entire process was very straightforward and smooth. The driver was extremely friendly and quick! Bruh it was like they delivered from down the street. Prices were reasonable for first time users ($30 coupon) so I can definitely see it become more expensive over time. I get it though, heavily taxed by the gov't, and drivers need to earn a living wage. A-Ok with me. Will def order from again. Great job Eaze!

DECIETFUL AND EXPENSIVE (save your corporate apologies, Eaze). TAXES AND FEES - THAT’S WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU. FREE DELIVERY (HOW THEY GET YOU) IS A FRAUD BECAUSE YOU END UP PAYING A QUARTER THE FULL PRICE IN TAXES. MY ORDER (before abruptly cancelling and my writing this rightfully justified scathing review): 2 pax pods for $29... at checkout it was $80 because they added taxes and fees...fees...really? FEES? Lemme tell you, the clientele for this app is most likely white and middle class so I don’t care if my review is buried under all the sheep that can afford to waste their money instead of just going to a local dispensary (shout out to the Indigenous-owned dispensaries especially where taxes don’t exist). And you wonder why the black market still exists?? PEOPLE ARE POOR YOU FAT CAT PIGS. MOST PEOPLE IN CA DON’T WANNA PAY $25 for a joint. What did you expect? Are you delusional? Good luck fighting the black market. God forbid you all (in charge) get COVID-19 and rot in agony... but at least you will have your high class rodeo drive weed to get you through it. Amazing service, app is unusable. Love the service, they randomly give you credits and delivery is great. The app however needs a lot of work, even the mobile website needs work. This is sad considering it’s Bay Area based i think?? Get some tech people to fix it pls!! I wish there was a simple search bar. I’m just trying to order the same thing I did a few weeks ago. I can view my old orders but I can’t select the stuff that I purchased and I can’t find it thru the website or mobile app either! The app constantly just goes blank or doesn’t load everything to be viewed correctly. Please fixit. Love your service tho muah😘

Driver was unprofessional. Driver was unprofessional. I was waiting for my delivery since 08:00 pm, driver came to my door 10:00 pm, when finally driver was here, he call me and hang up, I need to call him tree times for he can answering the phone call, so I told him “I’ll be outside in two minutes”, when I open the door I saw the car getting out, Grey Toyota Prius, he didn’t answer my phone calls no more, Cancel my order and now it’s 10:00 pm, I ask for Eaze delivery almost every week, 2-3 times in a month, this driver is ridiculous, I’ll NEVER Order on EAZE again and I’ll leave a very bad review on website, very unprofessional this driver, stop hiring people like this, the products and prices are so good but I’ll need not ordering anymore.

Never deliver. I have used this Eaze app and online twice each and EVERY time, my order takes three times longer than promised and I cancel so who knows how long it would have taken after that. I have never even had the chance to try any of their products and give them a proper rating. Seriously I wouldn’t mind if my order took two hours or three, just don’t send me texts saying it’s on it’s way and will be there shortly. Just be real. I do have a life that doesn’t involve waiting 4 or more hours for some flower

Never again !. I ordered a all in one vaporizer from Eaze , I was excited over using the service , after getting it delivered I tried using the device and it did not work at all , the device was already over priced as it is for it to not work was really frustrating , I’ve been trying to email and get in contact with someone to see if I can get the item replaced and I still have not received a response , I WILL NEVER USE EAZE AGAIN ! Waste of money feels like a scam ! .

Not convenient at all. For a company that’s main business model is convenience they sure do a bad job. Placed order at 5:00 got an ETA for 5:25-5:40. Order did not arrive and chatted with a rep and was given a new eta of 5-10 minutes. 3 different reps told me the same thing each time I would contact to tell them the new eta was wrong. Ended up canceling because I wasn’t getting great responses. Luckily there are other competitors that we can try out.

Fantabulous!. So convenient and there’s always a deal or credit opportunity throw your way making for super affordable smoke. I order at least every other week and have been nothing but satisfied. Case & point: I ordered and their system crashed causing my order to be canceled AND it was just past closing time BUT I was given 20$ credit towards next order, I mean wow that’s nice because no doubt any other company would have just shrugged their shoulders 🤨 Thanks guys! Poor Service. I made an order about 2:30pm, received a message at exactly 3pm saying the my delivery is 12min away. It then changed to 5pm-5:30pm eta. It was already 6:12pm and my order was canceled. I wasn’t able to get an answer from customer support till 7:45pm. They wanted to compensate me with a $10 credit plus delivery free, which is already free if you pay a order a certain amount. Eaze measures costumers time with little value. Not a good experience at all. Don’t recommend using.

Not only is it overpriced but I waited for an order for like 45 min, was alerted that the driver was on the way and few min later I was alerted the order was arriving only to go out and wait for 10 min, I go back to the site to see if there’s contact info only to see that my delivery time was pushed back an entire hour and apparently barley being prepared, I’ve used this app 3 times and every time there’s been an issue, deleting right after this review....the weed is good though 👌🏼

Blech.. Horrible customer service. I asked two separate employees (one in a chat, one in an email) when a certain product line would be available again for delivery, and neither individual had any idea when that would happen, even saying there was no way for them to know that information. How does a company not know when inventory will be restocked? That’s pretty much a basic in retail. One of the employees even ended a chat session before I was done with my inquiry because I didn’t respond quickly enough. Eaze is a great concept with really bad customer service.

you can order pizza four times and have it delivered faster than you can get something from here. terrible experience: slow delivery, dry buds, friendly driver,$50 forced minimums before high fees and taxes round your order up to $70-80+: 2 hour wait window in the heart of anaheim, you can order pizza four times and have it delivered faster than you can get products from this service. I got in touch with customer support about why it’s taking so long he said the driver had to go pick up the stuff from the shop 🤯. at that point I felt for the price and time I should have just gone myself instead of using a middleman. they don’t have any of the weed you see online in stock they go buy it from the shops when you purchase. if you’re not disabled and can just go to the shop yourself it would be plenty cheaper than paying for this service. just ask a friend to get you some when they go if you don’t have a car/ use uber. i ordered from the humboldt farm brand it was insanley dry both strains. i signed up years ago bc a friend asked so he could get some type of referral i never actually used this service before now, my referral had already expired so I had to pay full price to learn this lesson

Life Saver 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Came to California on vacation from a medical state and, of course, couldn't bring my medicine with me. Being able to get my medicine delivered to me without having to find a store in an unfamiliar city while unmedicated was already a life saver, but it was also so easy (just put in the address and snapped a picture of my driver's license) and I appreciated all of the options. Some of the reviews are knocking the "quality" of the medicine, but I thought it was great. IDK how much you can really complain when they will bring it right to your door and it's definitely getting the job done 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Delivery driver was pretty nice too!

ETA is a joke. I've ordered from Eaze more than 20 times. The ETA is never accurate and changes 100% of the time after you place the order. They'll make you wait until five minutes before the delivery time, then update the ETA for another hour out. Customer service is great if you reach out - they'll try to make it better with credits - but otherwise, don't count on your delivery being there when it says it will be.

App crashes on launch. I contacted customer service about this and they sent me boiler plate responses, basically blamed me for the problem. Was about to reinstall my entire iOS when I saw the reviews. Uh, maybe fix this problem where people cannot even use your app? Unfortunately, it’s 2019 and with hundreds of millions of dollars in VC money, all the billboards in Cali and you still can’t make an app that opens? I won’t be around to find out when they update this app.

Good at first, not built to scale, consistent cancelled orders. I got on board the minute this service became available. It was very quick, at first, but the technology was NOT built to scale. I’ve run the gamut of issues after it gained popularity: - slow loading - glitchy interface (has been improved slightly) - major delays in delivery (great at notifying but delays of 3+ hours) - Then cancellation after delays (now at 50%) - non-cash payment issues (the bank account was a nice touch tho) - no real time tracking What is great: -The selection -The drivers Main issue is that they sell the tech to dispensaries and handle the support they have no promises if a dispensary will actually deliver the order or delay it. If it is a volume issue and are not willing to invest in their own drivers, then I would highly recommend moving away from the on demand model and that of a scheduled model so then you don’t run into delays (80% of the time) and cancellations (50% of the time) and you set the expectations so then you don’t wind up with people like me disappointed on how frequently this happens. Going to go try Weedmaps. Adios!

Worst customer service ever. I placed my order at 7:20 eta 8:15-8:40 waited 8:15 rolls around no update still preparing my order, 8:40 comes and goes same thing. Contact customer service no response, finally my order is updated, 9:05-9:15 again 9:15 comes and goes no updates no delivery.. driver Kevin finally gets here and credit card machine is not working after wait for two hours I went to the atm and came back to no Kevin no weed and no time to reorder as they had closed there orders for the night! Not cool at all Kevin and eaze and Brandon the customer service person who did nothing to help at all thank god for organic oc he could tell I was about to cry and took my order for me even though it was past the time

Waste of time and money. Just terrible. First off you’re gonna have to put up with ridiculous weight times. Then you pay top price for flower that you can’t see or smell, and when received if you have any problems there’s nothing you can do. I bought a quarter ounce (7 grams)And when I weighed it on my scale it was 6.2 g. When I reached out to customer service about it they said that the cannabis dried in the container… I’ve been working with cannabis for over a decade and I can guarantee you that there is no way 7 g of dried flower would dry up another .8 of a gram. Terrible experience just go to a dispensary in person

Never using again. Submitted my order and waited 2 hours just to get a message that my driver canceled the order. Apparently they tried calling me multiple times. Didn’t receive a single call and I never received my order. And now it’s too late to submit again. Stop hiring such worthless lazy drivers. This is extremely frustrating. This is the last time I use this app. The estimated times are always 3-4 hours out.

Too many bugs and unresponsive app. Tried for hours just to sign up for the app. None of the perfectly good emails I provided would work. Had multiple error messages and “too many requests” when I did it on the first time. Bad first impression will stick to Caliva delivery or Purple Lotus as their apps do not have any user errors. 0/10 do not download unless you’re looking to waste your time

CASH! CARD MACHINES DONT WORK.. Make sure you have cash on you, unfortunately I did not, however my friend arrived just in time and gave me cash. Had it not been for him I wouldn’t have received my order. I’m still giving this 5 stars because support is quick to respond and it’s overall a smooth process. P.S. Team Eaze, please fix the card machines and allow us to tip the driver with our card.

Fix the app please.. I don’t understand why there’s no option to shop on the app. I shouldn’t have to go to safari every i wanna order something. That’s weak af. Other than that the app is cool ig. The only thing i hate is that it takes like 2 hours but I’m sure it’s bc of the high demand.

Absolutely incredible 🎉. The in app shopping experience is by far the best in the marketplace. Eaze has the best deals and a huge selection of products. I love their flower selection 🌱.

Okay. Delivery is always quick BUT the only problem is that they need to add new items to the menu. Would be 100✖️ better

First impression will be my last impression. Placed and cancelled an order when my order wasn’t even out for delivery well after my delivery window. After it brought me to the Home Screen and they appeared to be closed? I’m guessing they took my order then closed. Unprofessional across the board. A good lesson to always go to my local dispensary, which is a well run business.

Go for weedmaps. Wait times consistently over 100 minutes (in addition to delays), ordered one thing and waited 3 hours— never came, never heard from customer service after multiple attempts to contact them. Prices are also unreasonably high with 30% tax not included. I would recommend ubering or making your way to the local DP it will be quicker and cheaper.

The taxes and fees are absolutely ridiculous man. Eaze has this thing where they give you a 30$ credit free. What they don’t tell you is the amount of taxes and fees you have to pay which around 15$ alone along with the subtotal on purchase. There’s clinics out there that do the 50$ minimum no fees or taxes added.

App crashes on launch. I contacted customer service about this and they sent me boiler plate responses, basically blamed me for the problem. Was about to reinstall my entire iOS when I saw the reviews. Uh, maybe fix this problem where people cannot even use your app? Unfortunately, it’s 2019 and with hundreds of millions of dollars in VC money, all the billboards in Cali and you still can’t make an app that opens? I won’t be around to find out when they update this app.

cancelled my order 15 min before delivery. I left an event I was at to drive home to pick up my order. They send me a text that says "your driver is 20 min away".. then 10 min later they tell me your order has been cancelled please order again - welp it was past their closing time, I couldn't replace the order. So none for me tonight and will be choosing a different delivery service.

Convenient. The specials & promo’s help out some of the cost with fees & taxes. Many familiar brands. Friendly customer service.

Happy Eaze customer. I am very happy with the use of this app very user friendly and easy way to get what you need fast.

Not worth it anymore. The product from this company use to be affordable. I can compare products dollar for dollar and can see Eaze obviously price gouges. For example they sell 10g of flower for $45 (before taxes and delivery) when I can get 14g of flower at the store for the exact price (before taxes). Simple math folkes, don’t let this company take your hard earned money.

Best cannabis delivery service and app!. I absolutely love eaze and the new app! They have all the products I want and delivery folks are always kind and communicative. Thank you Eaze!

Trash carts. Got a carts that had a horrible taste almost like metal no terps what so ever and on top of that it has a low thc cause I didn’t feel anything... Update: the cart brand was a jetty and Eaze send me $20 free dollars but I can’t even buy anything cause I don’t trust this site everyone I have recommended it to has had bad comments.. horrible service for me so far.

Payment. They use to accept card as a payment option and they no longer due, since they got hit with a lawsuit...well it was awesome while it lasted. Products are great though.

Never using again. Submitted my order and waited 2 hours just to get a message that my driver canceled the order. Apparently they tried calling me multiple times. Didn’t receive a single call and I never received my order. And now it’s too late to submit again. Stop hiring such worthless lazy drivers. This is extremely frustrating. This is the last time I use this app. The estimated times are always 3-4 hours out.

Limited options; super delayed delivery. The app is fine, but limited. More frustrating was the menu has so few selections and my delivery time pre-ordering was half of the time post-ordering. Just give me real expectations and better selection. Will stick with the Caliva folks now that they have an app as well.

This app is garbage. Today I had to order twice first time the drover went away. Second time the machine that they used to take debit card payments did not work for some banks, which is not illustrated in the summary of this app I will not be using this app ever again.

Too lazy to get your supply? Say no more fam. Super easy, super fast, and it’s some good stuff. What more can you ask for? I order my carts at work and by the time I get off and come home it’s already there. Highly recommend!

Orders get cancelled. I was excited with how easy it was to get everything set up and ordered. I even had a $30 discount for first time buyer. I placed my order two hours before their closing time. Order was confirmed and was scheduled to arrive within an hour. My estimated arrival time came and then I got a text saying the order had been cancelled. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend.

Not convenient at all. For a company that’s main business model is convenience they sure do a bad job. Placed order at 5:00 got an ETA for 5:25-5:40. Order did not arrive and chatted with a rep and was given a new eta of 5-10 minutes. 3 different reps told me the same thing each time I would contact to tell them the new eta was wrong. Ended up canceling because I wasn’t getting great responses. Luckily there are other competitors that we can try out.

Horrible app. This app is trash. Once you order the items never arrive. I waited over 2 hours and it just keeps saying ETA and order being prepared. No amount of discounts is worth waiting around for orders that never arrive. Trash trash trash. Don’t download and waste your time.

You pay extra for an inconvenience. What’s the point of paying so much in fees for an order to take 2-3 hours? Defeats the purpose of a delivery if you’re waiting that long and still paying for “the convenience”. The fee should lower for every hour you wait.

Completely useless. Do not download. It makes you take a picture of your ID and there’s no actual shopping available on the app, just redirects you to your website. Why does it matter what we’re using it for? Running, painting, sex, it doesn’t matter. Just show me the product. How much did you guys spend on marketing in the Bay Area??

Could not order. I downloaded this app after using the website, but it seems it’s just news articles and product recommendations. There wasn’t any way for me to order through the app.

Love this app!. Sometimes the times are super wonky but it’s reliable and I’ve never had any real issues. Only problem right now is the app no longer works on iOS 13. Hoping a fix is coming soon!!

Just the worst. Every time.. Don’t waste your time. They’ll give you a 90 minute ETA and show up 6 hours after you order. Every single time. The business is pretty much a scam. Get your order in, take hours to fulfill, take a couple hours to find a driver and then eventually they’ll get to you.

Products. I go to order at 10 am, 1 hour after they open for delivery, I was told eta was going to be 11:05-11:20 so I wait the hour. (note: I payed $56 dollars for a full gram select brand cart, and I ordered and 1/8 as well.) The guy comes to my door, hands me my product and I hand him my money and he leaves, I opened my package to only see spilled weed and broken container glass from the jar of weed, and my cart wasn’t even in the box....

Not terrible but definitely needs fixing.... The app I feel should be more about purchasing and less about news I can’t even purchase my flower from the app I have to go on my safari to order online...

Stupidest app ever. I try to login using my email and it says invalid password. So I click Forget Password and type in my email and it says they don’t have any record of my email...So I’m like okay...maybe I’ll just register my email again, and then it tells me my email is taken!!! Happened 3 times!!! Developers clearly smoking too much weed!

Valueless. I ordered, waited for two hours and got a notification 6 minutes before the driver was going to arrive that the order had been cancelled. Of course everything was closed by the time Eaze decided they can’t get anything done. Don’t count on these people.

Delivery times. Overall the app is great but I swear eaze is the only company worse than Comcast when it comes to delivery windows... order your weed at 7:00, get a text saying the driver will be there between 9:00-9:20. At least tell me it’s going to take two hours before I order it!

What’s with the website?. The website seems to crash a lot. They need to figure that out, but otherwise a great service.

Wouldn’t recommend. The delivery time is never accurate. It will say the person is down the street and then all of sudden the time passes and you’re waiting out side for another 15-30 minutes. Also lately they aren’t opening until 2 PM which removes people like myself from ordering since I work nights. Very poor system overall. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Use Weedmaps instead.

Too many bugs and unresponsive app. Tried for hours just to sign up for the app. None of the perfectly good emails I provided would work. Had multiple error messages and “too many requests” when I did it on the first time. Bad first impression will stick to Caliva delivery or Purple Lotus as their apps do not have any user errors. 0/10 do not download unless you’re looking to waste your time

Dude. Explain to me how my total is 9 dollars more than the listed price after a thirty percent discount amd can some explain to me what thc percentage means? i figured the higher the number meant better quality but that is cleeeeeeeaaaaarly not the case, man i really really really miss how dispensaries were before they completely fxxxxd them all sideways when they legalized it recreationally.

App is ok. I was 6 year client, I recently close my account due to bad customer service and bad product, ETAs are wrong most of the time and product like cartridges sometimes are defective and they make jump through hoops ( bunch back and forth e-mails, requesting pictures, video and etc. ) to get a refund. But you never get a refund you only get credit always dealing with stuff it’s a headache. Just be aware and be patient.

Why an app?. Why have an app for marijuana delivery that tracks a purchase you make through a browser? The browser experience is kinda broken, so the app is even more unhelpful...I don’t need a native app to give me blog posts...so it seems like this only serves to collect personal info.

Thc percentage is off. Hi! This is the second time I order from you guys and I order items that say 23% thc then when I get the product it’s way lest like sensi Star it says 23% online and I get 18% ? That’s not gonna Medicare me at all :/

You’ll get your weed at our price. OR NOT AT ALL. Talk about taking advantage. They raised there delivery prices during the pandemic you pay an extra 20 percent on anything you buy. That means buying something for 50 bucks you’ll be paying over 80 in “fees and taxes”. It’s just better to find a street dealer again because this is legal highway robbery.

Unorganized Website. The website was very unorganized very difficult to figure out which items were on sale. The checkout was difficult to figure out exactly what the charges were before you were forced to make decision.

$125 minimum?. After adding in fees it’s $175. When I started it was just $75 min. Time to start just going in myself.

Best cannabis menu!!. Eaze absolutely kills it! They have the best deals and best product by far. Super reliable and easy app to use.

Eaze is a joke. You’re way better off looking up dispensaries that deliver in your area and contacting them directly. Eaze is flukey and if/when they cancel an order they don’t let you know they just don’t show up at all. Customer service is next to useless and delivery times are basically a lie. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
