Solid Start 😨😍. Wow! I spent an evening playing this after being told it had clips from Marble Hornets in it and was very pleasantly surprised. The game has a similar formula to the Mystic Messenger game but gives it a horrific (and realistic) twist. To me, this has a great quality that I would put on par with creative Indie video games more so than "mobile" gaming. This was a great demo for what is to come very soon, I'm sure. I'd love if in the future we could look through Sara's dating profile (and read more of Buddy's cringey attempts to flirt), see more realistic attempts at texting (less "...", those read more as a smug intellectual texting rather than intimidating), and more branching out in genuine choices (not "omg this is so scary" to a text where a person is asking a question). This has such a solid foundation and I can't wait to see it grow. I have a feeling I'll be a fan of this company from here on out. Thank you for releasing such a fun game!

Enjoyable at first but is disappointing. When I first heard of this game I was so excited to play it but I couldn’t get to it at the time. However when I got to it I was a bit disappointed. The beginning was solid you found a phone and by the help of IRIS you recover a video of her that implies that she is in danger. May I add that the game has a cheap tactic of scaring you with jump scares. The video of sara was amazing and can really give you chills down your spine. I went through her phone throughly looked through her photos videos email music and all I found was useless information. Now some of the information you find is helpful but that’s only 1% of the info. The rest is just junk. It would be great if you could actually find a lot more information about sara’s disappearance. When you go through her messages you get to discover more about her life sad thing is you only get to talk to James and Izuru (SPOILERS AHEAD) Izuru is the cause of all of this and at the end you have to pick who will die Sara or Faith. I felt like i should pick Sara because the whole game was about finding her and I really didn’t get attached to Faith. So overall this game has its ups and downs And I wouldn’t really recommend this game to anyone else because it can get boring at times. Can’t wait to play SIMULACRA

Riveting, Astute, and Definitely Frightening!. A thrilling, perplexing mystery in which you explore the phone of Sara Young to discover where she is and what happened to her. Things get dark quickly as you uncover the well-put-together enigma, keeping you on the edge and wishing for more. Takes roughly an hour or more to complete if you go through carefully and fully enjoy the chilling, bemusing story. This game is definitely worth it, for I have played it twice. Most of the one-star ratings are from people who cannot get past a puzzle. A neat part about this game are the choices--remember to chose wisely.

It is bad. After I Finished the game Sara is missing I was brought to safari and something random was searched up so I tried to exit out but then a notification was sent say we’ve seen that there has been a problem with the recent things you have searched up so I pressed ok then I was brought to something else say your phone may be hacked in 45 seconds please install one of our most protected apps to help your phone so I tried to install the app when my phone started glitching that’s when I exited everything I have out and reset my phone

Something Different.... Hands down one of the most spectacular, unique, horror game I’ve ever played. HOWEVER, in the end (spoiler alert) when you make a choice to save Sara or her friend you end up dying both ways. That, i feel is stupid. Please make an update where you make a choice so you don’t die. The images given are kind of graphic so i don’t recommend this to people who hate the image of blood, the graphic content , though, give a horrific atmosphere. It actually feels like you’re the person on the phone. Great game :))

Great realistic game. So the game was great, but when I finished it literally opened Safari and went to a page that said my phone had virus’s and I need to remove them. Then when I clicked no it took me to the App Store to a virus defender app. Is that supposed to happen? I didn’t see it happen to anyone else, also I’m seriously asking this isn’t some fake thing to be scary or something.

Sara is missing. This games is so good I love that it keeps you on edge you have to make your own choices like your brain is always working you have to really investigate things and you have to take it as if this was really happening to you and what would you do. I'm in the choices you make really depend on what happens but overall it's a great game and I wish there was more like it‼️

Great but can be more creative!!!. In the game you are basically talking with iris and you are texting people and stuff and then you choose who to kill faith or Sarah and I gar it it is all amazing and creepy but the only problem is that no matter what choice I choose at the end I die and that is that I don’t like but anyways the right thing you should click is faith because the whole point of the game is for you to find and help Sarah so finally this game is awesome and I am thanking the developer of this game for making it and thank you very much!!!

😡🤬. I just want to say something aboutThis app. It is very short I was playing it one day and I liked it but I did not play so much so I delete it and then a few weeks later I got it back and I was hoping to finish up this time and I did at the end of the game it has this little message and I accidentally chose Sarah and I don’t know if it was part of the game or not but it took me to Safari and it said I got hacked and it said I had to download an app to not get hacked and I downloaded the app and actually worked I don’t know if my phone has a virus now but do not download this app!!!

Too Realistic. So I started playing it, I got past the beginning blah blah then I saw the death curse and that’s when I freaked out. So freaked out I actually went to safari and looked up if this game was dangerous. It’s a great game for sure, but I don’t think I can handle something like that I too much of a wimp lol. All in all if you’re looking for something realistic and scary I’d recommend this game!

I’m very open minded obviously was made by youngsters a lot of spelling issues and the wording of convos is actually the whole reason why I accidentally killed Sara because I read closely and decided based off of improper grammar to chose Sara when they specifically say who would you like to chose to see the sunrise so of course I’m gonna day Sara because it was my job to save her but no the game thought I meant to kill her would t hurt to update the game one more time to help people along the way

Great!. I played this game because I had mistaken it for the one that Markipler made a video on. I played it yesterday, and at first I misunderstood a couple of things which made get a, “bad” ending. But, I went through it again and got the alternate one. This is overall a great game, and I thought it was rlly funny how they included a marble hornet’s clip. I hope you expand this and add on to the story!

Would love if you expand. I love this game! It was so much fun! In future updates, can you expand? Like what was that cult about? It was obviously a Satanic cult, but still. Also, can we learn more about Sara and Izuru’s past? And finally, if you succeeded in not dying, can you talk to Sara or Isis? I want to learn more about there realtionship. Cuz Sara has Isis symbol on her back as a tattoo...... anyway, love the effort that went into this and can’t wait for updates

Not amused. Overall the game seemed really cool and different and I enjoyed acting out as a Nancy drew trying to solve her disappearance however it doesn’t even seem like you get to do that. You read through all her texts, look through all her photos for clues and yet everything you do to “find her” is pointless because you don’t actually find her. You find out her location, everyone dies but Sara unless you choose to kill her and not faith and then the game ends. Plus what’s the point of helping out the Iris thing if you don’t get to see if Sara makes it out of the party alive or not, she kinda just abandons you after you find her location and the game ends. I feel like the game would be more interesting if everyone doesn’t die at the freaking beginning and if the game went on longer than, what it feels like, 5 minutes. And if videos were included from our point going there to save Sara. Plus the “choices” you make in the game aren’t even your choices you’re kinda just forced to go along with the plot and don’t get any free will to try and save Sara OR her friends. The only semi-cool feature that you have free will to do is leave a note and type anything you want in her notes. I’m glad this game is free because if I would've spent money to play this I would be furious.

Wonderful. Wow this game really great. It really made me feel like I had found the phone, with the way the graphics are. I love the suspense and scares. The story line while somewhat predictable, still had its suprised. I love quick story line games and this is definitely a new favorite of mine. Ok so I love this and once you finished it restarts but the first time I didn’t read one of the texts so I picked Sara so I could save her...ummm yeah they killed her but since it restarted IRIS was happy then got mad..IDK maybe it’s just what happens but yeah beside that nothing bothers me EXSEPT who the back Botten is at the top so ANY NEW MESSAGES 🤣🤣🤣 will cover it up and it’s really funny yet not funny any way thanks for reading this baiii!!! 🤪😜

A few things, but cool!. I love This game, but I have a few tweaks, it kinda does not make sense when you see disturbing videos and pictures, -SPOLLIER- I want James to tell ( or whoever is posting the videos, to type in that what is that. Another thing is that it’s weak, it’s like you play for 5 minutes and your done. I want more, And the last thing is, well I’m gonna say you could have nightmares ,but if you like jump scares you download this! Also the virus is at the end is fake. It’s part of the game, I download the game and there’s nothing happening :/ ( There were multiple choices so yea)

Breathes New Life Into Mobile Horror Genre. I don't normally give reviews with five stars, but I felt that this game more than deserves it. Sara is Missing is a game about snooping around a girl's phone (with the aid of the mobile AI) to help find her and solve the mystery of her disappearance. The use of text to build up the climax is very well executed, and the story line has you developing your own opinions from the given text answers. My only complaint is that there is a lack of alternative endings, other than the final choice. Overall, very well executed.

What is wrong with the game?. So I got this game and my little sister introduced it to me and I was playing it and I got to certain point and it took me out of the game and to this website and then I went back to the game and I tried to play but it made me start all over again so I thought maybe it’s apart of the game so I kept playing and it didn’t it again so I said ok it did it again it’s not apart of the game and I got rid of the game because it kept making me start all over again

Great, but too short. This is an amazing game, truly. The videos and images are pretty unsettling, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t get scared easily. It’s probably the fact that this could actually happen (like, some crazy cultist could try to kidnap and sacrifice you) that is the most spine-chilling. I thought I was missing something because it look less then 20 minutes to finish, so its a bit short. I know this was kinda a test and that simulacra is much better, but it still wish it was longer. Still, the videos were super creepy, especially the end of the ‘recruitment’ video with the plague doctor or SCP-049 looking thing(I think it might have been SCP-049, actually), probably because of the almost indiscernible text to speech voice. Its just terrifying that they send pictures of Sara or Faith actually being killed, and the filter just makes it creepier. Just, don’t download this is blood/death/torcher and stuff like that is a big Nono for you, the amount of violence and blood in this game can be very triggering to some individuals, so please keep that in mind but otherwise go ahead! ^^ Also, if anyone was wondering, THE VIRUS PAGE AT THE END IS NOT REAL, ITS PART OF THE GAME, ITS SUPPOSED TO DO THAT AND IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN SO POPULAR OTHERWISE DW<3

I liked it at first... I got the app cause some of my friends were playing it and i thought it was super cool so I got it. I started playing, but it only let me on the “IRIS” thing it won’t let me do anything else than that. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again, I made sure I had internet and that it was connected, I powered my phone off and back on cause I thought it was just my phone acting up. It still didn’t work honestly this is a really nice game. I would really like to play more.

Good Horror Game. Sara is Missing is a good introduction to any game made by this studio. It’s got a solid story, good scares, and tough choices to make. It’s definitely worth trying if you like horror, or even if you just need something to entertain you for a little while. Like all games it has pros and cons to playing it. I’ll list some of them below. 1. The game is a slow burn and you aren’t frightened or on edge very often. Most of the horror is concentrated at the end of the game. 2. You have to sift through a lot of information on the phone to find out what happened to Sara, which some players may find boring. 3. This game uses psychological horror to terrify you, but also includes gore and disturbing content. 4. There aren’t a lot of sound effects or music. They only pop up at certain times during the game. 5. The game is very short. I finished it in one day. 6. You don’t get to make much of a connection with any of the characters, and several of them aren’t relatable. So you don’t care if they live or die. If you do play the game and enjoy it, then try out some other games this studio made. They’re even better than this one. :)

Amazing. I can't begin to describe how great this game is. I watched 2 walkthroughs and then played the game myself 3 times and yet I still want to play it again. Although I got curious and I watched the trailer. The trailer is overall the worse done part of the game. If I could give you suggestions for the trailer. I would say that you possibly should build slightly more suspense. And definitely add at least one good jumpscare. One more thing I think you should ad is I think having an actual Iris app would be pretty cool. It doesn't have to be exactly like like the app but I think it should at least be a little chatbot and virtual assistant both in one. Other than that the game was fantastic and I'm going to give your app what it deserves. 5 Stars and many more playthroughs.

Let Down. I downloaded this game ready to play and really excited to play because i had never seen a game like this before. But i quickly realized this game did not live up to expectations. It was stupid that the only person looking was her AI, you found her but didn’t save her at the end, it was about yourself being recruited for a cult and i also wish there was more to do on her phone. It was very limited. I also completed the game in one sitting which was disappointing. I had a good time playing the game but it wasn’t a very good use of my time.

The most fun and interactive game EVER!. I played this game with my sister and we had a blast. It was so fun to see the game come to life and to figure out the puzzles in an almost escape room manner but without having to leave the house which compiles two of our favorite things. The game was overall good quality with a few glitches but I the pros outweigh the cons for sure. A warning though, it may be scary to some younger players at certain unexpected parts so do watch out for that. Overall, I highly recommend this game and hope to see more games from this company! So excited to play Simulacra 2!

Good Game! 😀. This game is really good. It was really spooky. Though, I did not feel completely satisfied with the ending, some mysteries were not answered, like what do the coordinates mean, is Iris a person? And there was also a chat that wasn't available, Iris didn't say anything about it. Some mysteries left unsolved, but I think it would make a good sequel to the game to find out what happens to the protagonist and other things. Maybe I'm being too picky, but it is a really good game. 👍

Amazing no complaints!. A lot of people have been complaining about how you die no matter what or about more details. But I think the game is just fine! It had enough detail for me in the ending didn’t really bother me! I love this game and they put a lot of work into it! Hands down! I don’t have one complain about this! I think the creators did amazing! I don’t know about you guys but that’s my opinion!

Solid start, disappointing end. Has all the makings of an awesome horror game. I love the ability of exploring & trying to piece together clues. Initially the mystery is strong, but I started to feel like the clues I was finding didn’t matter, & that it was more about me playing my role in the story without actually controlling anything. The end was definitely rushed & didn’t make a ton of sense given they didn’t address a lot of questions they bring up & you don’t have much choice. If the gameplay was longer & a little more effort was put into the plot then it would be an awesome game.

Anyone else’s phone glitch after using it?. I have been wanting to play this game for a while, and I finally got the chance. It’s super fun and interesting, but when I finished it, it took me to a weird site in safari telling me to download a most likely fake VPN. I deleted it and my phone was all glitchy, nothing would load, my safari glitches out, and my keyboard isn’t typing correctly. What the heck, man? I just wanted to play a horror game, not possibly get a virus.

Virus and Terrible Ends. Honestly. I recommend not getting this game. It ends the same no matter what you do. Ed choices can differ but it all ends the same if you save Sara or not. And at the end, we found Sara. We never got to save sara. And the whole plot is weird. The fact sara is missing and the only thing really looking for her is Iris, a glitchy, virus Siri kinda thing? I personally don't like it and deleted it. My sister just got a virus and prob from this app cause she never got a virus before but right after she downloaded it, a day later she got a virus on her phone. I'm waiting for my virus next but I don't recommend this app.

Way too short!!. This is an excellent idea for a game. I love the idea of finding someone’s phone & using clues in their phone to try to find what happened to them… but this app wasn’t fully fleshed out. This feels like the 1st or 2nd mock-up of the idea— when we should be getting a fully finished product. There wasn’t even an option to have a longer paid version… so it was really a bummer when I finished it. (Which only took a day)

Kinda good. Ok so i played this and its just why do we have to press the videos and reply and when james and idk i forgot called it was the same and no ofense but its just wierd and a bit to much jump scares im all about jump scares but at the begging we get jump scared i mean great now we need to wiat till another jump scare happens and faith thanks for getting sara missing but all im saying is isnt this a bit too personal? Enjoyable, but weak plot. You are tasked with solving the mystery behind a missing girl's disappearance, and at your disposal are her mobile phone and its virtual assistant IRIS. The game takes on a voyeuristic element as you comb through her messages and photos, and the developer does a fantastic job of recreating a small slice of a young woman's life - even down to the way her millennial friends text and use emojis. However, not only is the game incredibly short (about 40 minutes or less), but its plot is forced, arbitrary, and nonsensical. There are many characters and plot elements introduced that serve no purpose, and the fun mystery element quickly and suddenly veers into graphic horror which I wasn't expecting or prepared for. Overall, while the game could be greatly improved, it's still an enjoyable and thrilling way to spend half an hour without spending any money.

Short. This game is pretty good and very scary. The reason I rated it four stars is because I’ve seen a video that if you play this game it will actually happen to you and you will go missing so I got really scared. I don’t know if it’s true it’s probably not but y’all stay safe. Also where do they get these pictures and videos of REAL people it’s a little creepy and weird but overall this game is very good and I think if you like to get scared then you will love this game.

Finally get to play it. I do hype I had seen a TikToker and she was playing this and I had been looking all over for this game and found it the jump scares scared me and I head headphones in so they were even more better I hope you can make more like the crazy ex or like a dating one and stuff or like a dark web but pls make more of missing people thx for the awesome game

Great innovative UI. It’s an interesting format. Having a game with the UI of a phone means that you pick up the controls very, very quick (although at the beginning I accidentally went to my actual home screen a few times out of habit). There’s some good scares and a surprising amount of footage and photos which add to the ambiance. However, it loses a star for weak storyline, short gameplay, mild (actual, not simulated) glitching, mildly misogynistic undertones, and especially because of a hackneyed death-cult leader. Also, Sarah has a bunch of candid non-selfie photos of herself in her own camera roll. That’s weird and breaks the immersion a bit. [SPOILERS] The game would be seriously strengthened by a chance to actually meet and work with Sarah, rather than simply choosing whether or not to “sacrifice” her before IRIS goes AWOL on you.

Terrible.. So I was playing the game. One of the apps features is glitching. And so as I was playing and chose a path it started to glitch which I thought was normal. Little did I know it took me out of the app and into a safari browser that said my IOS phone had a virus. This virus gave an option to call Apple care. I decided to call to see what had happened. The call sounded like it was coming from over seas from the accent I heard. He was also asking for personal information. I believe It was someone trying to hack my phone so I then decided to tell the man “sorry I have to go” and blocked the phone number. I’ve had such a terrible experience after playing this. It was exciting before all the madness. Now I will not be playing unless I want my phone to be hacked or have a virus.

Illusion of choice. The game gives you fake choices to move the story along. For instance, it might ask you if you would like a hotdog. The choices are yes or sure. It’s all good. It’s a fun narrative, but I got to a point in which it seemed like a choice, except I didn’t want to choose either. The game didn’t like that and chose something for me that I didn’t select. This bugged me for some reason and I deleted the game. I tried playing through twice in case it was a bug, but it did the same thing both times. If it’s going to go with the theme of moral choices, let me do what I would really want to do in real life. It took me out of the story.

It’s pretty good.. This is honestly a good game! I could play this if I have nothing to do, or just in general. There are different endings to this game, but If you can’t figure them out, of course you can look them up. The way the creator made SIM is very smooth, and smart. The names of the characters are also very smart, too. Like Iris, it’s the backwards of Siri. Overall SIM is a really good game to play, I do recommend it.

It’s great in all but. The game itself is great but it could really need some more detail to the end is there even a way to save both? At least there new game SIMULACRA has a way to save both and is way longer compared to this the developers didn’t put enough effort but did make a good game still they need it way longer and I was hopeful that it would be at least a little longer it’s like 40 mins I don’t get the backstory and who the person in the mask what’s his real name? Why can’t there be more there’s always room for more take my advice play this game or not probably not but I played it it’s okay in all so it’s fine but pretty bad backstory.

I picked Sarah then after the game it took me to this wepsite on safari it said “WARNING your address has been used without your permission “ now I’m writing this a few minutes after that I feel unsafe and im scared im not sure if it was fake or if it was just planned out I think it was planned out but it said “run away” or “stay safe” I clicked stay safe then it started talking I exited it out I think it was fake because when it was loading it said Sarah something about Sarah then it changed I think it was planned out but I’m scared Please tell me if it was fake PLEASE

Dope! 😍🔥. I usually am not interested in playing games, I get bored and highly annoyed quickly. I’ve never seen or witnessed a game quite like this, where you actually get to play and you don’t have to solve unrealistic dumb puzzles that you never win and have to pay for (like other similar games/apps) I completed the game in a couple of hours and it kept me interested for sure! I honestly loved it and would love to see another one come out. I’m sad it’s over. 😭

Revolutionary. It is very rare that one comes across the gem that this game is. The combined thrilling mystery sequence with horror elements makes this work seem like reality instead of a game. The intensive actions throughout have left me baffled that a game from the App Store could be so fantastic. I would highly recommend this app to those who are looking for a fresh breathe of air in a somewhat stagnant App Store.

Its good listen.. Its a really good game and story. I see people rating it down because "you don't actually find her just location" thats the entire point. Shes gone because of the curse no matter whos saved the cult people will never let her go. The entire story is actually hidden The iris is a cult inviter that hacked into her phone to see how you will react and to see if you are worthy of joining the cult by your determination.

Terrifying, Unique and So Worth It. I never write reviews, but I feel compelled with this one. This is one of the best mobile games I've ever played. It is one of the most legitimately terrifying experiences of my adult life, gaming or otherwise. It's extremely immersive and I even almost forgot it was a "game" at times. Highly recommended, but it WILL scare you (Don't drop your phone!). I am very much looking forward to seeing what other unique experiences this company will craft in the future.

Definitely recommend!. This game is simply a go-to if your a fan of spine chilling games! From the eerie text messages to the disturbing pictures/videos, it’s an amazing game. I decided to join the bad guys to see what would happen and I’m completely satisfied with the ending. But I feel there’s more than that since this *is* a multi choice type of thing. Whelp, time to play it like three more times! (If you decide to get the game, take note that it has gory pictures and disturbing videos followed by glitch/flash effects so yea)

Great start. This game has soooo much potential. It definitely has a Mystic Messager feel to it. Very spooky and quick to draw you in. But don't get too excited. It's only about a half hours worth of gameplay. The ending is abrupt and frustrating. There's not a single mystery solved, you just get kicked out of the game. I played through about 5 times thinking that I had to have chosen something wrong along the way, the game can't have ended that quickly. But it does. When they get more content in here it will definitely be a 5 star game. But right now I'm more frustrated than thrilled with this game.

Great Game... Too Short. Amazing game with amazing details, I may have a odd opinion but I wish it was a little more brutal and legit, maybe a little more graphic, but such a good game, totally worth downloading, if you don't have space, delete facebook, instagram, and snapchat, it's worth it! Too short for me though, the whole game was totally you trying to know what happened, then when it happens, the game ends and plays a song that totally fits the mood, and it's just such a good game, it says 17+ but it's more of... 13+? It has a little sexual content, nothing visual, but it's in a text.. in words, nothing too serious but probably no younger than 12 for the game, not too graphic either, such a good game, i can get over it.

Nice game but a little warning. in my opinion this is the scariest simulacra game that the creator did with raw imagery scared me to death yet I’m a kid so after I beaten it it sent me to a website telling me that I have an VIRUS so i downloaded the VPN quickly that was the creepiest part of all I don’t know if it’s real but it’s kinda creepy so don’t download this game if you want to have a virus if you still want to play it well I’m not forcing you to not play it there is actually no good ending to it you still lose if you choose faith or Sara you will still lose I don’t care about the swearing or really weird imagery just a little heads up go play it yourself just be careful

BEST GAME EVER. I love this game although I wish it was longer, now if you are easily scared or don't like blood/violence this DEFINITELY NOT for you, I played this over and over again and I loved it so much, if your like me and love being scared and getting the chills download this, I personally think the fact this could actually happen (being kidnapped and tortured) just makes this game so much better and much more frightening, def would recommended to someone who likes a short scare Edit: My phone has began to glitch a lot since I un-loaded this app, like the way it does in the game, it will just be a glitchy grey screen for 2,3 minutes, idk if I blame the game or not but still

Amazing, great game. Ok this is amazing, and sometimes I have to tilt the screen coz I don’t like scary stuff! Everything is so good and realistic, although the backstory is quite weird. Not in a bad way a good way :). This is a incredible game. Good job 😊

Good job. Good job to the devs this game was great. At the end of the game I was so on edge that when it quickly took me to the information page without warning I jumped in my seat. But that aside I found this game a lot of fun and I loved every moment of it. I would definitely recommend playing it.

Excellent horror game. It seriously freaks me out. Everything is so real and so close. And it looks exactly Sarah's real phone. But it's just it's too scary! Especially for the James part. Oh gosh! Hope I can overcome the fear and finish it.

Not Worth It. After a few day is waiting for something to actually happen, I gave up! Nothing happened besides a couple of messages... the only horror or scary thing, is the developers thinking they’ve created something that matches the App Store description. After trying this game and it not doing much, it made me realise that no similar app or game would ever be worth my time. I gave one chance and the app failed, it DOESN’T get another!

Review for Sara is missing. The game was good but it lacked horror it didn’t scare me or anyone I showed the game to. It didn’t have much multiple choice as it only let you chooses between two answers. The puzzles weren’t that hard I finished the game and I feel like the story was just getting started but it suddenly ended which was quite sad.

It’s okay. It was okay first time around, i was hoping for a longer story line, it seemed like it finished abruptly.. good concept but execution fell abit short in my opinion, could of used more puzzles or riddles to solve to get to the next step.

Visually beautiful, intellectually basic. The immersive multimedia production of this game is very good, however the multiple choice aspect is seriously lacking in scope and you pretty much end up on the same storyline regardless of any choice. Limiting responses to two options crippled enjoyment, since many times I didn't like either option available to me. Themes like Wiccans as human-sacrificing psychopaths are eye-rollingly outdated and unfounded, and "the ghost in the machine" concept seemed extraneous without more exploration. I felt like the puzzle was just getting rolling when all of a sudden, it was finished. The supernatural elements were creepy enough for a 1 hour game, but not enough to chill me like The Ring or Blair Witch Project. Probably the creepiest part was how Sara's cat is identical to mine and I kept thinking "How is my cat in the game?!"

Sara Is Missing - A Review. This game really is well done! It’s story is great, with surprising turns and tough decisions along the way. Do I now have a virus???? DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!. I downloaded this game to pass an hour in the afternoon. While the game was ok, I’m very concerned that I may now have a virus on my brand new phone. 😡 When I got to the end of the game, the AI from the game told me I was going to pay for my choices, and it took me to a webpage stating that I now have a critical virus! 😳 I immediately closed the page and removed the app, but I’m not sure now if my phone is compromised or not. If this was a part of the game, NOT COOL!!!! It’s not funny or fun at all to now be worried that my phone is screwed.

Shortest and stupidest game ever.. I LOVE true crime. And I’ve played Duskwood (hiiighly recommend) and I was really excited about this. But this game... It’s literally 5 minutes and the game is over and you don’t know what happens to Sara. Don’t waste your time. What happens is you go through Sara’s phone, then some cult contacts you and they let you know they have her by sending a picture. Then you have to choose between Sara and 1 other girl (obviously you choose to save Sara). And that’s it. The game is over.

There’s One Problem.... This is now my favorite game, but there is just one problem, there is no way to win I finished the game once using one choice and then I lost so then I tried again and got to the last choice part and chose the other choice and still lost. So what I’m trying to say is that there is no way you can win. So why?

There needs to be more fresh games like this!!. Totally engrossing, smart, fun, surreal and those are just a start. I truly hope this team comes out with more longer games like this! Great I loved it, but.... The game was actually really great! I’ve always loved horror and mystery games, but at the end it took me to a website and said that the app gave my phone a virus😐. Interesting story, but.... The story is interesting, however there is not a single choice you can actually make in the game. It is a very, very poor illusion that you have choices. For example first choose whether or not to send the link, wait long enough and it will send automatically. Same if you wait long enough with the Faith/Sara choice, it will choose for you. In conclusion: Don't have choices in which the player cannot make.

I want more!!. Caution!!! It’s gory! But definitely wear headphones while playing!!!! I solved this in like 20-30mins. It’s was fun and scary! Especially, since this could happen. The whole cult thing. But I’m super nosy so I went through her whole phone so fast lol! I would have liked to have texted my own response verses using multiple choice. I don’t wanna give out all the spoilers, but the ending was really cool!

Such a good game. This is such a good game, and I definitely recommend it to anybody who likes horror games and doesn’t get scared easily because it was definitely created with a lot of effort and deserves a higher review rate props to the developer/developers.

I started to play the game till you come to a point to where the phone glitches and then you can’t do anything and it takes you to safari and goes to a black screen and then you go back to the app and you have to start over maybe that is just happening to me but overall (not including that) it’s a good game, it does have some graphic pictures though.

Well made, scary, very short though.. This game is very cool and well made, it’s just very short. Gave me the chills. The sound effects and features are amazing. The pictures and videos have realistic and well-made acting. The plot is very short though, and you don’t get a full ending. Once it ends it just leaves you and your not able to leave.

Good game BUT.... I like the game a lot, there are good jump scares, and the phone screen thing is really cool, and it really does grip your attention. But, no matter the choices you pick, you always end up dead with little explanation, so it’d be better if the choices you made actually mattered and didn’t always lead to the same ending.

Anticlimactic. With the reviews this game got, I was expecting it to be amazing. However, I finished the game in about half an hour and can say there was nothing memorable about it. It wasn't interesting, and when I looked up how other people's experiences were with the game, it ended almost exactly the same. I don't know where the so called 'jump scare' is, and the game did nothing to scare me. Not sure why it's called a horror game. None of the questions it raises are answered, but it's not intriguing enough for me to wait out an update. Very disappointed.

Truly scary but... I’ve been so excited to play this game and I finally got it. At first it was very scary. Lots of loud noises and blood. At the end I was kind of disappointed though. I was quite confused. Was Sarah OK in the end? I was also kind of surprised that her parents didn’t text her or weren’t trying to text her when she was missing.

I’m scared. I don’t know if this is apart of the game but when I was playing it it took me to safari out of the app but it said I have 39 virus on my phone and I have 4 minutes to delete the virus and it told me to download a app. I don’t know but this was creepy can you tell me this is apart of the game because I am scared.

Not as good as I thought. I got the game thinking it might be interesting to pretend to be a detective, and it was good. I finished it really quickly though, and I wish there was more. The ending was a little bit confusing but I liked it. After I finished the game though I got a pop up from Apple iOS saying my device had a virus!!😮 The game gave my device a virus!! Amazing game. This game is amazing! I love how realistic it feels. I am tempted to press my real home button instead of the back button. It is a good mixture of fun, scary, and creepy. Great but the ending. Best game I've played in years. Not even joking. This game scores brownie points just for being so original- how has no one come up with this game concept yet? My sister and I played this is the car on a long trip and we were freaked out the whole time. It's genuinely creepy and leaves you wanting more!

4/5 stars. I loved this game. I watched Markiplier play it and I decided to download it for myself. I wanted to make different decisions than Markiplier to see if I could generate a different ending. I wish there was more than one ending than killing one of the girls. I was hoping it was possible to find enough clues to SAVE both girls. Just disappointed that there was no possible way of a happy ending, only death and no success.

It was good but.... For me the game had the same ending no matter what then at the end it would send you to a website with another game. It wasn’t scary more mysterious. So if you’re somewhere with good internet and want an app you can download and delete in the next hour this game is for you. Also I don’t know why I read all the messages they weren’t even important 😂😂

Scam and Virus. The game is horrible, it lasts 5 minutes. All you do is select what “texts” you want to say to people. It is not really a game at all. At the end of the “game” it will send a pop-up in safari, stating your iPhone is compromised and you must click on a button to remove the virus. It also wants you to install a “VPN” app. It’s a scam. The app is a virus. Do NOT click the button to remove anything and do NOT install the software it’s telling you to install. Close the site, clear the safari browsing data and restart your iPhone. Do NOT install this app, it’s not legit!

Overall very good game. The game was a bit shorter than I had expected it to be but overall I thought it was a great game. The storyline was great, the interactions with the phone felt real and overall I am very pleased with it. I like the mixture of useless info added in to make it a bit more difficult to we’d out what are the real clues. I didn’t expect it to end the way it did also.

Amazing. I never thought that if I have played this game that it would feel like real life. When there was a jump scare, I kept jumping and being scared. But having the blood and seeing the people dead was just cruel and it looked too real. I had a lot of fun playing this game! I hope that there is another game like thing in the future.

Slightly Confused. I’m unsure whether my phone has actual virus’, or the game has different “freak” tactics, but immediately after being “killed” by Izuku, a JC Penny ad had opened up in my browser. It was almost funny to me, but the timing has me concerned about the fact on if or if not the game had done so.

Could have been better. A great premise, I love solving puzzles, but it was about 1 part puzzle to 20 parts jumpscares and murder porn. I could have done with more puzzles— I even screencapped and translated the letters at the beginning and end of the Recruitment video, thinking they’d be part of a later puzzle— and less horror flick. That said, you could make horror flicks. They’re not my cup of tea but they’re other people’s!

Captivating!. Oh my god, this game was so captivating! The idea for this game was wonderful and I love that it was interactive! Albeit you have the answer choices that you have to choose from, it's still interesting to see how answering differently changes the direction of the conversation! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!! Especially if you're into creepy/scary games

I thought this was a good game at first but after playing it for a while I accidentally swiped the wrong way on the home screen when it turned all red ( after you pick who dies ) and it went into my safari and pulled something up and then it said my phone had a virus so I quickly removed my tabs deleted my search history and now I am terrified but other than that it’s a good game

Total lack of immersion poorly done. Your time would be much better cleaning out your email inbox. This game is about that entertaining, if you want to call it a game. Going through GT the address book for example and calling every single person only leads to a beeping sound. No one in the world has a voicemail box and this very very small pocket size non-universe. Skip if at all possible. If it’s the only thing you can download on your phone it’s still up in the air whether you should do it or not.

Kinda scary. On the start on the game idk if it did it to anyone else but it gave me a jump scare and it was scary but the game was really good although it was kinda scary for me I just downloaded this game because I was bored for some reason but yes not tryna be like a karen or anything I’m just saying if you don’t agree with me then it’s fine you don’t have to NOTE: if you read that thank you but remember you don’t have to agree with me!🙏☺️

Mediocre. I don’t really know. I would like the story to dive deeper like I want to know about this cult. Overall the story feels rushed. I feel like I didn’t get enough time to understand fully what was going on. I wish there were more choices such as actually taking part in cult actions. Plus there was this one part where heavens gate clips were just thrown in out of nowhere. 2 out of 5 stars it’s whatever

Awful. This game is made out to be so good, you start and really get into the situation only for it to last 5 minutes. Once you get the location you’re done? I feel like there needs to be more to it. You talk to 2 people from her messages and that’s it. I was really hyped to play this but was so disappointed when I realized I finished the game and I even played through twice just to be sure that was the actual end to the game.
