Cannot recommend highly enough for so many reasons!. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving medical care using this app at least 4 times for all different issues. The app is intuitive and user friendly, with doctors that have consistently been a joy to work with. Professional yet with an excellent bedside manner, I have yet to not be completely pleased with the entire experience. It can be a tad strange at first if you’ve never tried telemedicine before, but the absolute ease and convenience cannot be overstated. Instead of urgent care or somewhere such as CVS Minute Clinic, I use K Health when I can and will absolutely continue to so hands down. I can quite literally consult with a doctor while in bed, or on my couch, with all my questions answered and concerns addressed. A prescription is sent in for me to my pharmacy and within an hour or two I’ve had a doctor’s appt and picked up the needed medicine rather than being exposed to many other germs and being uncomfortable.

An Effective Telemedicine Service. I woke up 4 AM to a rather uncomfortable UTI. I downloaded the app as the website would not work from my iPhone 13. Ran through the AI and then sat logged in till around 8 AM groggy when I was notified a doctor or nurse would talk with me. I think my only complaint is that we do not get an ETA or appointment time more specific. I did not go back to sleep till after and woke up later before CVS would have my antibiotic ready as they have a better construct for letting their clients know the ETA of their script being filled. That is my only complaint. Debra was professional and now that I finished my antibiotic I am completely healed from the UTI feeling much better. Also very thankful to be seen because no one wants this to move to their kidneys. I am keeping the app on my iPhone for now. As I am between jobs I can not presently afford to think of a monthly or annual membership, but I can see the value. With no income right now it just would not yet be logical to me. I was attended on a Sunday and this was better than the cost of an ER or urgent care in my locale. I did read other reviews, and I am assessing also the simple fact that I believe telemedicine has a role to fill. Yet I acknowledge for some instances a person needs to be physically seen or have proper tests/labs performed.

Save so much time and money. THANK YOU 🙏🏼. This app is absolutely a life saver!! My insurance stopped paying for the only urgent care in my town, so I went looking for other options and found your ad on Google. I am so glad I tried it out. I paid $12 for a monthly membership, so I get unlimited doctor visits for only $12 per month!!! I have already used it twice this month and it has paid for itself. It’s amazing how a doctor will instantly sign on and text chat with you. No video chat, which I love. And you can send them pictures if needed. One night I woke up in pain from a bad tooth abscess, and it was 2 am so I knew they don’t open until 7am. Well I went on anyways just to fill out a questionnaire for an appointment for the next morning and to my surprise, a doctor instantly logged on at 2 am and helped me!!! The chat only took about 20 mins and he sent my prescription to my normal pharmacy right away. I can’t believe how amazing this program is for people like me who work daily and can’t take off work every time I have a small issue that needs a doctor. I often don’t have time to sit at urgent care for 2 hours. With this app it only takes 15-20 mins of texting and you’re good to go. Both doctors I have chatted with were wonderful. They made me feel like they really cared about how I was feeling. I have been telling everyone about K health!

Won’t treat yeast infections…. Just to let the ladies know…Dr. Miranda Rose WILL NOT TREAT YOU FOR A YEAST INFECTION!!! Especially one that SHE THINKS is recurrent. This physician does not listen to the patient and she did not offer or give me a listing of places to go to be treated instead told me to try messy suppositories (prefer the pill instead). Then told me they wouldn’t be able to treat me for v. issues ever again, so there you have it ladies you’d think this physician would understand the situation being a woman herself. The last time I signed in (my first time using the app) I was treated for something different not a recurring yeast infection. Ladies just beware of the treatment you will not get from this stupid physician. Yeast and bacterial are two different infections they are not the same and are common in women. I think instead of having a Family Practice doctor give medication out for gynecological issues a gynecologist should be giving out the medication and feedback not a Family Practice doctor giving you her own back and forth reasoning for using creams instead of a pill. Why pay for the medical treatment if it’s not going to be given??? Sorry Dr. Rose…I know it’s not what you wanted to hear (as she told me in her rant about being Diflucan resistant) but you’re not that great of a physician and you don’t know my medical history and what treatment I’ve ever used. So, there’s that ladies beware…not worth wasting your money or your time.

Convenient!. My regular primary care doctor has had to adjust her in-office hours due to Covid, so when I started feeling ill on one of her off days, I didn’t know where to turn. My local urgent treatment center is no longer seeing patients who present with ANY symptoms of Covid, they’re only dealing with worker’s compensation and urine drug testing now. Even with just a runny nose and sneezing, I knew they wouldn’t evaluate me. I know I didn’t have Covid, (rapid test was negative) but feeling frustrated, I started googling telehealth services (because honestly, who wants to drag themselves out of bed when they feel bad?) I came across this app. Did a little research to make sure the app was legitimate. Once I was satisfied, I paid for the single consult with a doctor. After relaying all of my symptoms to my assigned physician, she promptly diagnosed me with what I suspected I had and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. I was over the moon with how quick, easy, and efficient the entire process was. All from the comfort of my bed. Highly, highly recommend!

Huge Saver. I adore this app. It saves me so much money because I don't have to go to my primary care doctor as much. The symptom tracker is really spot on with what’s going on with you. I decided to start using the chat with a doctor feature as well (on my free trial now, but 100% going to pay for it when the trial is up). The first time I ever talked to a doctor, she diagnosed me correctly with an ear infection and sent me in some antibiotics that cleared it right up. The next time I used it was after I had a nasty stomach bug. It took two doctors to accurately diagnose and treat me, though. The first one told me it was heartburn (I hadn’t started my vomiting yet), then after vomiting for 12 hours, I used it again and they told me it was indeed gastroenteritis. They were more than happy to send me in some Zofran for my horrible nausea so I could go back to work. Nausea leaves me useless so I was so grateful to be able to talk to a doctor after office hours and get some relief. Also the wait time for me has always been less than 15 mins. If you’re not into prescription medications, no worries, they recommended several things I had already tried prior to prescribing me medication. Plus you must identify yourself before they give medications. Love this app & makes life so much easier. That being said, if it tells you that you have something emergent going on, go to the ER, just in case. That’s how accurate this app has been for me. Huge money & time saver.

Outstanding Service. Had a yeast infection and thrush from antibiotics and steroid for a dental infection. Needed one pill and a rinse. Knew the underlying cause and treatment. Unemployed and no health insurance due to the pandemic. Portland OR where I reside has been shutdown never getting past phase I for a year. I tried ZoomCare online but they required a visit. I am over weight and as soon as they see me they instantly label me diabetic and assume symptoms are a result. I am fat but not diabetic. This app and the service provided is exactly what I needed. Although I didn’t need a diagnosis, the app design is very robust and helpful if I had needed. I paid for 3 mos because it was less than $10 more than one time. Took a leap and am very satisfied with the result. Another disruptive service that will change healthcare hopefully. My consultation was thorough but quick and effective. I’ve got meds and used the savings plan, which is another perk. All done early on a Saturday morning. Outstanding!!!

Useless. The doctors have been utterly useless for me, the amount of money I’ve spent in testing for something I already knew I did not have was ridiculous not to mention after the fact they just brush off saying you need to see someone in person….. that’s great to suggest highly expensive testing to then say oops we can’t do anything about this go see someone who cares in person after you have no money now, I have no idea how people have gotten any kind of help on this service I mean heck even the behavioral health program they have didn’t do anything I need to see someone in person to get mental help so basically this app took my money, wasted hours of my time, wasted my gas and money on testing I already knew was not needed to then suggest I find help elsewhere. Horrible app worst part even if you need in person help they won’t even provide referrals so yeah you’ll need to find a primary care doctor in person to then refer you to a specialist since they can’t, at least Galileo Health provided referrals and they helped me find low cost options unlike this app that just said I need in person help and did nothing more

Good but to a point. I feel like this app is good to let you know if you don’t have a life threatening illness or injury. The way the app the works is that you start by telling the app about a symptom that you have (for example, a headache). The app then asks yous series of questions to narrow down your potential illness or injury and information about that injury or illness that you have. The potential illnesses that the app gives tells you you might have are based on percentages of other people’s questionnaire. For example, if you initially put in “headache” as your first symptom. The app will ask you a series of other related questions , such as “how you had any vomiting?” or “where is the headache mostly focused?” The app then tells you a list of illnesses or injuries and the percentage each illness or injury. E.g. “80% of the people that had similar answers to yours had a migraine. 40% had something else.” Etc... However, I noticed that the app doesn’t delete your past survey/questionnaires so it will ask you how your doing after you brought up a symptom to the app. I’ve been getting scam calls for the past few weeks and I haven’t been answering them. But when I decided that I would answer one, a telemarketer confirmed my name and address and advertised me a product that had to do with a past symptom that I asked the app. I made the connection and then deleted my past symptoms from the app.

Inconsistent medical advice. I first came across this app when I typed dr on demand in google(they popped up first). It was super cheap compared to Teladoc or drondemand who charge $75 vs $23. Now I know why. You have to text a lot versus a quick 5 min convo via FaceTime with the docs. You are also seeing NP’s versus Dr’s. This wasn’t a problem for me some are smarter then docs. What was a problem was the inconsistent care. I’m a Respiratory therapist and know the difference between a URI and a sinus infection. I used the provider and it went fine, diagnosed with a sinus infection got antibiotics(back story, our two sons also had sinus infections and were antibiotics). It went great for me so I sent my husband the referral so his visit was FREE, but I would have rather paid then get the treatment recommended to him. Our household of 4 have all been diagnosed with sinus infections(2 kids in person with pediatricians) and me via the K app. My husband in turn got a RUDE provider that insisted she had concerns for Covid or maybe it was a URI. There was nothing indicating COVID, no exposure, he is fully vaccinated. Our sons tested negative etc. Not sure why she was so concerned, needless to say she did not help at all. We will use Teladoc instead from now on. I don’t know how any clearer a patients symptoms have to be represented to get treatment for something that is clear as day.

Worst Telehealth App EVER!. The doctors have been extremely unhelpful and honestly rude. I needed a simple refill for my allergy pills that I have been taking for months but apparently I can’t get another refill? When I asked for some kind of alternative they had no interest in helping me at all and would just close the chat. What am I even paying for at this point? Beyond the service the UX is atrocious. Constant memory issues and reloading. But the biggest problem is with photos. There is no way to upload photos from your library to show the physician, which is inexcusable for skin conditions that vary throughout the day and over time. Taking photos of another screen is not a solution. When you do actually decide to use the built in camera it is basically unusable. There is a huge delay/lag when the photo is taken, and there is no way to check the photo before sending. This means you may have to send multiple photos before you get a clear photo. This is completely unacceptable and it’s puzzling to me how it has not been fixed. I will be sure to spread the word and issue a chargeback.

Charged $150 for 3 month membership. I was using this service for anxiety med refills. At first it was easy, I had already been on a prescription for years and this was better than having to go into the office when refill time comes around. That was until the app started getting buggy and I could request a dr but the app would never actually assign me one which meat no refill when needed. I decided to go back to seeing a doctor in person after the 4th or 5th time this happened. After some time, I decided to try again but this time I wanted to give the primary care section of the app a try. I had my appointment, everything went great….until I was charged $150 a month later after already paying for the appointment. Apparently I had somehow enrolled in their primary care membership which is separate from the mental health service and cost 3x more. I immediately canceled the membership and reached out moments after they charged me to see if a refund would be possible to which they replied with “we can’t offer a refund at this time”. I then explained that I’m aware the fault is on me for not realizing the primary care visit was different than mental health but I felt that the app had been very misleading…no response. There is some good to this app if you don’t have insurance but the trouble is not worth it if you do, just go to a doctor.

Text appointment took 3.5 hours!. I wanted a refill on a prescription I’ve been on for the last decade. I stated this on the intake form (ugh, it’s seriously like the hospital check-in in “Idiocracy”) and was told my doctor would be right with me. AN HOUR LATER the guy finally shows up. I tell him my chronic condition (thyroid disease) as well as the medication I’ve been taking to successfully treat it for over 10 years. I also tell him the medications I’ve tried that did NOT effectively treat my condition. After 3.5 hours he’s ordered a blood test and told me when the blood test comes back, he can prescribe the medicine I ALREADY KNOW DOESN’T WORK FOR ME. He also tells me that K Health can’t prescribe the medication I need because it “doesn’t work.” Except it does, for me and millions of other people. BOTTOM LINE: 3.5 hours wasted, dismissive jerk. Doc/company doesn’t want to prescribe my particular medication? Fine. Just don’t waste 3.5 hours of my life to tell me that. Not doing that again. I used a video chat telemedicine provider previously during the pandemic on another issue— it was a much faster, much more pleasant and convenient experience.

Pleasantly surprised. Tried a one time doctor visit because my eye started being itchy, red and tearing. I had been with two children that had conjunctivitis, so I felt that was the culprit, but I had to get to work. I knew antibiotics would be great if this was conjunctivitis, and didn’t look forward to calling doctor’s office, or going to walk in clinic, or trying to carve out time for telehealth visit. Gave this a try and in just a few hours ( I think it was about 90 minutes) I had chatted with a doctor, shared my concerns and sent a photo of my eye. A prescription was called in to my pharmacy, but I was still skeptical, thinking it wouldn’t go through or something. Stopped by pharmacy on my way home and within a few minutes I had drops for my eyes that I could begin before supper. So it was a quick and efficient process that didn’t take time from my work or family time. Very impressed and highly recommend

Inexpensive and Flexible with your schedule. Two years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and depression. I was given a prescription that ended up not being right for me but I could never find time away from work to be able to go in and see my doctor again. As a result I have been suffering with the symptoms untreated ever since. I needed a solution that I could access without having to request PTO for work and without spending $500 on another doctors visit. This app is amazing. I was not only given a symptom selecting format that was sleek and ridiculously easy to use, but I was given treatment that I needed access to NOW only having to wait 15 minutes to speak with a doctor. I received my prescription for anti anxiety/depression, resources on managing my anxiety, as well as resources for therapy and additional care options. It was affordable, efficient, yet still extensive and I feel like my needs are totally met. I’m so thankful for the care that I received today and would strongly urge people I care about to use this form of care.

Life Saver!. During my vacation, I experienced a very familiar but very painful ear infection. It hindered the first few days of my vacation: I couldn’t talk, swallow/drink, eat, or touch my ear without the sharp, stabbing pains. This is when I finally decided to get it checked out at the AdventHealth Walk-in clinic. I walked in to be greeted by an expressionless and unsympathetic toned receptionist who rudely told me that I had to wait 4 hours. There was no way I could go another 30 minutes with the pain. I decided to go online to find a telehealth provider, and I found K Health. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this app is. It asked me specific and relevant questions and I was connected with a doctor within 10 minutes who further asked me questions. The doctor prescribed me my preferred medicine and was incredibly friendly, nonjudgmental, and quick. My ear pain was gone within the next 48 hours. Never have I ever felt so strongly about an app to write a review. Thanks so much K Health and its health care professionals for making it possible for people without insurance to seek and have access to affordable and quick health care (especially an ear infection!) Such a life saver. :)

I just needed meds. I am new to my neighborhood and haven’t found a doctor I like and I hate going to urgent care. I had a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. It seemed like strep throat. Which I have had before. I logged into the app paid the money, filled out the questionnaire and had a doctor talk to me. She basically said “you have covid” when I informed her I did not and already got tested she said it’s probably a viral infection “let the virus run its course I don’t think any antibiotics are needed at this time” I understand not wanting to prescribe drugs I know how it goes. I thought I needed antibiotics but I’m not a doctor. I get way worse. Go to the urgent care. GUESS WHAT it’s strep throat like I told the doctor it felt like. They gave me antibiotics and I’m already feeling better. It has been 48 hours. Had I listened to the doctor provided by this app I would still be very sick. All they kept saying was it was covid and to quarantine myself. When I told them that was the first thing I did was get a covid test. They’re just stealing your money in my opinion. Worst experience ever. First time I’ve ever written a review of an app in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would.

SCAM ALERT. Do not use this app or any like it, my wife is a chronic asthmatic w/ really bad sessional allergies. She found this app on a whim and figured it would be easy to get a prescription for azithromycin to prevent what we know would become pneumonia. Every year during the seasons bloom in New England she gets the sniffles and a post nasal drip so frequent that her normal doctor would prescribe her the Z Pack for preventative means. We were traveling and she needed the z pack to which she forgot to pack. So we figured hey use the app, avoid ER or urgent care costs and get a prescription. We attempted to use the app as advertised and long story short it let us down. One doctor said it was viral pneumonia the other doctor said it was a sinus infection. Having healthcare experience myself normally you would be willing to listen to your patient which they were reluctant to do. The experience offered no relief and they told us to go to the hospital after taking $20. I don’t recommend for anyone to use this app. I am registered Emergency Care provider and honestly think you should call your doctor or go to your closest Emergency Department before using this app it is not worth your time and money.

Saved me a trip and so much time!. I got into some poison ivy while gardening without realizing it and was covered with a nasty rash within a day. I really didn’t want to leave the house to go to my doctor with a swollen face and wait for hours since he’s always slow. I tried to use hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl and eventually couldn’t take it anymore and looked for a Telehealth option. I found their website, I filled out the questionnaire and paid for a subscription since I figured it wouldn’t hurt to have it while I’m dealing with the rash. After downloading the app, it wasn’t long before I was connected with a Dr. they asked for photos of the rash and I sent what I’d been on the last time I’d had a different allergic reaction last year as well. She sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and the rest was up to me. Thankfully I don’t have to scared anyone else with my swollen face! Thank you so much K Health!

Never Again. I signed up today with very common symptoms of a UTI. Even the app's symptom checker said I had a UTI. I get these periodically. Doctor signs on and says I have an STI. Really!? No other questions on my history just "You have an STI." When I asked for another doctor or a refund, she told me they don't offer second opinions and told me to email them for a refund. Then she hung up on me. Maybe this doctor is a one-off but she was so unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this app! Update for Developer: I have already reported the issue to your customer service team. As for your clinical guidelines and safety, I was told I had an STD even though your self service system told me I had a UTI. Your doctor said I likely an STD before she asked me anything about my medical history (my surgical history, which I logged in your app) or sexual health. Don't give me a story about safety. Your doctor got it wrong, jumoed to the wrong conclusion, and atarted down a path of expensive lab tests for a simple UTI (as confirmed by another doctor subsequent to your doctor's misdiagnosis and unprofessional behavior). At a minimum, your doctor misdiagnosed me with an incomplete assessment.

So happy I tried this app. I am a female military veteran and getting in to see a dr for appointments can take weeks at the VA, even longer for women’s health related issues. With K health I was able to signup, list my symptoms, speak with a Clinician and have a script called in less than an hour. It was also awesome that GoodRX was included and added to the prescription automatically so that when I picked up my order I automatically saved money too. I was hesitating never hearing if this company before but I having gone through it today, I am happy I tried it. The app is also very well done and very intuitive. This is actually a smart and practical way to utilize AI technology while lifting the burden on our healthcare system for routine non-life threatening issues, while saving people money. Thanks for creating this app and service. Much appreciated! One piece of feedback... please consider adding American Units of measurement, as I and most people I know have no idea how many centimeters tall we are or how many Kilos we weigh without looking it up or doing the mast first ;)

App works great, service is lacking. I purchased the service for specific treatment. I signed up for the service with a free 7 day trial and paid for 3 months up front at $149. I could not get an appt until 8/8 which is day 6 of the 7 days, so really no free trial as those days were used up by wait time for an appt. The dr I spoke with requested labs which I complied with at an additional $150 to me. The next available appointment to discuss further treatment was today 8/20. The Rx suggested by the doctor is not covered by my insurance and is over $1200/mo. I asked for additional options, but he let me know that was the only option in what he could prescribe. Understandable, I asked to cancel the service and he gave me the customer service information. I requested cancellation knowing I would need to pay for the first month. I requested credit for the 2 additional months I will not be using. Was told their terms of service did not allow that, I would be charged the full 3 months. I sent them screenshots from their website stating my subscription was monthly at $49/ month. Waiting to hear back from them, but don’t expect much help.

Got prescription sent to my local pharmacy. I’ve been suffering with a UTI for a week. Last night at 4 am, I couldn’t stand it anymore, i looked up possible medications OTC. Then I remember I heard about online doctors about a year ago. So I did a little research and saw good reviews about K Health. I decided to risk $19. Plus I was embarrassed to go to my doctor because I feel like I’m there all the time (for other reasons). I downloaded the app and started chatting with the automatic symptom checker, it soft diagnosed me with a UTI (I knew this already) and then gave me an option to pay $19 for a onetime appt with a doctor. At 7am I started chatting with a doctor about my symptoms and got a prescription sent to my local pharmacist. It’s a life saver, If you asked me. I read other reviews about it and it’s what influenced me to try it. I have great insurance but I really have the time to go to the doctor. I hope it works just as great for you as it did for me. I won’t replace my doctor but I sure will use it for stuff that I’m too embarrassed to admit LOL.

Such a scam!!!. My insurance doesn’t cover me outside of my home state. I got a UTI on a trip and decided I’d take a chance on this app mainly b/c they offered to treat me without doing labs, it was straight to the point, and cheaper than a copay if I was able to go to an urgent care! Unfortunately it was a HUGE scam!!! The doctor I was first provided told me I HAD to get labs done (despite it being my gazillionth UTI in my life, I KNEW I had one). All labs were closed unless I wanted to spend $150 and drive 2 hours away. I reconnected with a different doctor who immediately “sent in a prescription”. One hour later, my pharmacy confirms that no prescription was sent. I reconnect with a doctor and the app gives me the first doctor who originally said I had to get labs. She responded VERY rudely to me, didn’t “check” to see if it went through, and just told me to wait. I waited more time. Had to reconnect AGAIN, and a doctor “resent” the prescription. About 7 hours later and 4 doctor chats - NO prescription was actually sent and I didn’t get my issue resolved. I am going to an urgent care as SOON as I arrive in my home state. Wasted $27, time, and a day added to an infection. I can’t believe all these good reviews.

Definitely worth it.. I rarely leave reviews and this is the first time I went out of my way to leave one. I’ve had a sinus/ear infection that’s affect all the way from my ear to my throat for over a week and been unbearable as it started putting pressure on my jaw as well. I don’t have the money for an ED visit to get antibiotics and with COVID it’s impossible to get an in person appointment in a timely matter. I was skeptical... very skeptical. But after another night of less than 2 hours of sleep I spent the $19. Let me tell you it’s real, it’s worth it, it’s legit. It took about 4 hours to connect to a DR (but I also did this on a Sunday morning at 7am) but within 30 minutes of his first message he asked my symptoms, asked for pictures of the inflamed area and had me antibiotics at my local pharmacy ready for pick up. Luckily the inflammation has gone down greatly in less than 12 hours and point blank I’m so excited to get a real nights sleep tonight. If you’re suffering just spent the $19 and try it, I’ll never suffer for a week like I have again. PS I’m from a small town, I figured if anything he wouldn’t be able to get my script to my pharmacy.

terrible app , used to be good tho. ive been using this app for a couple years ever since i moved away from where my usual dr is at and the app was really good and always helped until recently . i keep having to setup a primary care profile (which ive done at least 2 times 2 years ago , 3 times last year and like 7 times the past 2 weeks and i still havent gotten to talk to anyone . any time i have a scheduled appt , they are ready at like 3am or 4am when i clearly wouldnt be awake . all i need was for them to renew my inhaler prescription which theyve been fine at up until a few months ago after my last live chat . theyre insistent on doing another one every time i need an inhaler EVERY MONTH , im constantly working and dont have 5 hours to put aside to get my inhaler renewed . i use it every day , theres no reason itd change and theres no reason i should have to check in about the medication thats been working for me . as of now im really sick and need my inhaler because my sickness on top of asthma is terrible but i cant even speak to anyone because the app keeps saying ‘oops something went wrong please try again’ and literally wont work . very frustrated and am planning on cancelling my membership and finding a in person doctor because itd be easier than that .

Just AMAZING in more ways than one. This app is such an effective service. With COVID rampant throughout the country. Getting treatment for everyday ailments can take a lifetime. Doctors are always so nice, very helpful and caring and quick to answer any questions and best of all quick to send in a prescription so you can get on with your day all this happened before 8am.. I still have my whole day ahead of me and the most dreadful thing on my list is checked off. And it wasn’t dreadful at all. This is the second time using this app with plans to use it for anything I need in the future.. and I will be recommending it to anyone that I can. Seriously such a great service to provide in these hard and trying times. And I’m from vegas where all doctors literally don’t care if you genuinely need help they treat everyone like they are trying to play the system it’s such a huge relief to speak to doctors that haven’t been ruined by the filth of this city. So caring, and ready to be your doctor. I could rave all day. But I won’t. Ha ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great help during a transition. I am on medicade ( state insurance) and I recently moved. Until the state finishes processing the paperwork my insurance is in emergency-only mode. This means my options are: ER/hospital admission if needed 2. Free clinics if I can find one or 3 pay out of pocket and make my credit card bills huge. They say that “ congress” is the opposite of progress and it seems to be the case if you move to a new county. I put in my paperwork in December of 2020 and again in January 2021 and I am still waiting for a primary doctor assignment. K-health has been invaluable during this period. I was able to get my migraine specific medicine refilled and thereby avoid going to the ER for a migraine. Without medicine my headaches will last for a week or so and I will usually end up going to the ER which is silly when I have been on the same medicine for years and I just need it refilled to avoid that situation. Thanks for making such an awesome affordable app. This used to be great but now they just say go in person for everything. It’s silly

Good luck actually getting to see a doctor or reaching their support team. I’ve used this app in the past and it was great, but apparently in the last year everything changed. I waited over 3 hours to hear from a doctor (during business hours) and finally decided it would take less time to visit urgent care instead. I was later told that the wait today for a doctor was 5 hours…you’d think some kind of estimate would be provided prior to payment for customers to make an informed decision about whether they should try to see a doctor in person. I then spent an extra hour trying to contact their support team to cancel my appointment. I was initially quoted a wait time of less than 14 min with 3 callers ahead of me, then less than 1 min with 5 callers ahead of me, less than 44 min with 1 callers ahead of me and less than 40 min with 2 callers ahead of me…. You can see how the math does not add up. Between not being able to see a doctor and then spending an extra hour waiting to contact support (on a week day during business hours) I’ll not be using this app again. I will say, however, that once I was able to reach the support staff they were efficient and understanding.

Waste of time. Go to other teledoc app if you want help. This one requires you to go through multiple question and then does a pretty good job of a preliminary diagnosis. Mine was spot on to what I thought, which was a UTI. Signed up for dr. Appointment and notified about an hour later that a doctor was available to chat. No video, so could have been a bot on the other end as for all I know. Dr. Dave asked a few questions in chat, then said I would need labs done which would take 2-3 days to come back before any further analysis and before prescribing antibiotics. Very similar to other reviews on here. I declined and left the app. Went to Dr On Demand app and signed up and was video conferencing with a doctor within 5 minutes and went through some questions and then said he would send prescription for antibiotics to my local CVS and should be ready in about and hour. It was $49 vs. $19 for one time visit at K Health, but worth the extra cost for way better service and actually getting to see and talk to the doctor. K Health seems a bit shady and likely accumulating a lot of data from people given the amount of time it took to complete the questionnaire, which was a waste of my time and $19 as I had to seek help at another app. Avoid!!

Scam and waste of money. I have been ill going on 5 days now, with the most vial green/yellow nose discharge, sore throat and nasal pain. Was told by first clinician to see if my body can fight it off first and if it worsens or doesn’t improve to revisit in a few days. Two days go by, it hasn’t improved and have all the symptoms of a sinus infection. Log back in and Clinician asks what she can do to help, I list i still have all symptoms and am not better. She asks if I have covid, I told her i tested and do not, asked if i have a fever?.. I said at the moment i do not i have been taking over the counter meds to suppress it. She immediately says i do not need antibiotics if I do not have a fever. I said i have had a fever but at this second i do not. She told me to wait for my body to fight it off, and if not to revisit. Closes chat. WHO HAS TIME TO PLAY THIS STUPID GAME. I do not have health insurance and $40 was all I could afford. Now I can’t even go see a real doctor and they will not refund me. Save your time and money and just go to an urgent care. I guess I will continue to miss work and not get better to actually prove I need $5 worth of antibiotics, they act like they are addictive or something. The company is joke, and a scam.

Expensive. This app was everything I needed, without the doctors visit. For people who don’t work or don’t have insurance and need medical attention right way, work lots of hours or are alone and in need of medical attention….this is the app you needed… at one point. I’ve used this app many times, it it professional, efficient and the doctors well all very real and compassionate…I was surprised when I realized I could get immediate medical attention, for a low cost. I had a monthly membership with Khealth and wanted to use this as my primary source of medical attention. I got the help I needed instantly with a 2-3 hour wait time for any medication at the pharmacy. Recently I had longer wait times to connect with a doctor. The use of users had skyrocketed on this app. What made me leave is now their outrageous cost of a membership…. What used to be about $20 a month is now $50… I’ve had 1am or 3am visits bc I needed medical attention fast. By the time I woke up my medicine was ready and they got me to feeling better and back on my feet in no time. Loved khealth but I would like to ask for them to lower their rates… I’d like for many users to get the attention they needed in the way I experienced them. Khealth is great… sadly won’t be coming back anytime soon because of it.

It works for those who are diagnosed as needing it. everyone on here who says this is a scam probably need more help than KHealth can offer. because they answer those questions incorrectly. I missed my first doctors appointment and requested a new doctor and one came about 3 hours later. keep the app open during the chat and always respond to them even if they say they need a minute to review your answers. say OK. you need to be interactive or the app may kick you off. I was diagnosed with mild to severe anxiety and depression. I get that if someone’s condition is too severe for them to determine then they should probably seek better help but with covid I know everything is backed up for months so idk KHealth should probably just help people. because life is really really hard right now. at the end of it I was prescribed Zoloft and he called it into a pharmacy, the pharmacy called literally 2 minutes later and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. whole thing cost me like 50 bucks. thank you Dr Lee Church.

Dental Abscess. I’m 71 and have had dental issues my whole life. Eight cavities by the age of 6 (there was a corner candy store), to braces from junior high to high school because I had a terrible overbite. For that orthodontia, they pulled 4 molars and made me wear this horrible headgear appliance wrapped around my head. None of this Invisalign or SmileDirect. Two steel pins inserted into special braces in my mouth and elastic to pull putting constant pressure to rearrange the teeth I had left. I wore that thing day and night for 3 years. And rubber bands, too. All that hardware left me with multiple abrasions that later introduced decay, and over the years I had multiple root canals, veneers and a dread of dentists. Then I was prescribed Synthroid for hypothyroidism, which in turn depleted bone density and probably weakened my teeth further. All this is to say that I now have teeth breaking off at the gumline and I’m waiting til there’s so little left I’ll have to get dentures. So, today Dr. Baker read my profile, saw a photo of this upper molar that has an abscess and prescribed amoxicillin and a special mouthwash. I picked them up at the pharmacy a couple hours later. I haven’t seen a dentist for eight years, so getting that kind of response in person would be impossible. Believe me, this was a lifesaver!

Bad experience. Wish I didn’t pay them the 30$ for an appointment. (Warning: graphic) I had strep throat with white-speckled and swollen tonsils—for a good doctor, this is an easy diagnosis and an easy treatment with antibiotics. But the doctor I got claimed my throat just “looked a little red” in the pictures I sent, and essentially recommended drinking water and trying throat lozenges, and maybe taking ibuprofen as well. When I pressed him, it was clear he didn’t actually read over the symptoms I had, which is basically his only job. This is the second experience I’ve had paying 30$ to K health for them to recommend “getting sleep and if you don’t get better, go see a real doctor”—aka we can’t help you, but we’ll gladly still take your money. I’m not impressed with them printing off the home-remedies for sore throats off of Google. The company says they’ll get any lab tests that are needed, but I guess that wasn’t true. Its on me to make a separate appointment with a real doctor in my town (what I was originally trying to avoid) and get a strep test through them. I guess Khealth makes more money by just brushing you off, saying “you’ll be fine, get some rest.” Then if you press them they recommend visiting with an actual doctor. Ridiculous. I’ll be staying away from this scam in the future.

I love K Health. K Health is the real deal. I was hesitant at first, I didn’t know if it was legitimate. I did some research and read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. I’m not a person who goes to the doctor often, only when I’m really feeling terrible. I was feeling pretty awful when I tried them. Within 15 minutes I was all signed up, checked in and talking to an actual doctor. The process is incredibly simple and way faster than waiting at your primary care office. It’s text based like a messenger service but if the provider needs to see something, they will request photos- you just take a picture through the app. Within an hour/hour and a half of signing up, I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. I loved it so much I decided to sign up for a monthly plan. It’s affordable and doctors are available 24/7! They can even set you up for lab work at a facility local to you. K Health is a game changer for the healthcare industry!!

Was skeptical at first but SO glad I tried it!. As someone who has had chronic UTI’s I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get a prescription for one without a urinalysis, but in less than 30 minutes I was able to be connected with a live clinician via chat who confirmed my symptoms with some simple questions and actually sent a prescription over to my preferred pharmacy. It was 10:00pm when I realized I definitely have a UTI and am going to need antibiotics and this literally saved me the stress of having to go all night in pain and then sit at the walk-in clinic tomorrow waiting in pain just to wait even longer for my prescription to be called in and prepared. Now I can just go first thing in the morning to pick up my medicine and start feeling better much sooner than if I were to wait to see a doctor tomorrow. Anyone who has ever had a UTI knows how awful it is and every minute of symptoms feels like an hour. If you’re skeptical of using this service I say go for it. I took a chance after researching some different ones and am so glad I chose this one. $23 I and didn’t even have to put insurance info in.

DONT USE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. Update: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FOR YOUR CHILDREN. My little one was out of town with grandma and can’t get to the doctor but has an ear ache and sinus infection. Was hoping to get some antibiotics to get her through the week until we could get her to the doctor but the doctor did nothing. Just repeated what we already knew and said take her to the doctor. Very frustrated and a waste of money. It’s a nice app for adults but the children’s side of it was no help and my little one is still miserable. I can’t speak for anyone else but for me where I live and for what I needed it was well worth the 20 dollars. You have to fill out a questionnaire as if you were meeting with a doc, provide your ID and payment, and then wait for a doc to get back to you. I had to wait less then an hour. She was super helpful! Explained my symptoms and what I was looking for and she agreed. Quickly sent over my prescription to my local pharmacy. Well worth the 19$ saved a working mom a trip to the gyno!

Disappointed by no response until 4 AM PST. Backstory: I’ve used the app before, and it was pretty decent since I move around a lot and don’t have my doctors full settled each time. Problem: I knew for a fact I had a UTI since I get them frequently, and I wanted to talk to a clinician to get a quick prescription. I paid my $39, and it gave me an estimated time of 5 mins. I waited 1-2 hours for a response with it still says 5 min wait time. At that point, I knew I wasn’t getting a response until the next day. The symptoms were getting worse, so went to urgent care and got taken care of. Later on, I get a message at 4 AM from a clinician saying they are ready to chat. While I was asleep. I was extremely disappointed. I tried messaging through the account to support team to get a refund, with again no response. Shocker. I called the support line twice and their estimated time to talk was “less than 14 mins”. It took me 2 different calls which estimated to about a 30+ min wait to reach support. I finally got my refund, but nobody should have to be put through getting charged for clinicians that don’t respond until you are asleep and a support team that is hard to reach. Solution: Not using the app ever again.

Waste of time and money. I have a painful tooth infection. Had the same thing three years before but on a different tooth. Standard course of action most dentists take is to prescribe an antibiotic and if that doesn’t resolve it then root canal next. Last time I had it with a different tooth the antibiotic did the trick and it’s been 3 years. So after a good hour of the robot diagnoses and taking pictures of my ID and all the text codes being sent and the most overly comprehensive set up. I waited about 45 minutes. I was assigned a cardiologist. Really for a tooth ache. Well I thought no worries this is a very simple diagnosis. Then was told he needed picture of red swollen gums before they could prescribe anything. What a bacterial root infection doesn’t necessarily cause red swollen gums. So he said sorry no evidence no prescription go see the dentist. And then said what am I supposed to take your word for it? Ah yes doctor that is what you are supposed to do. What do you think I spent $23 to scam you out of $5 worth of antibiotics? This wasn’t like I was trying to get some kind of prescription narcotics or something. Complete waste of time. If you can get an antibiotic prescribed for a toothache theres not a whole lot they can do for you. I wonder if I called them about a heart problem if they would assign me a dentist?

Never waited *LESS* than about 4 hours.... ... so I don't know where you've got to be (time zone - I'm EST/EDT) or the time of day you have to connect to get the one hour wait time I had seen. It's aggravating to request a clinician at 4-6 pm and be half asleep at 11:30pm when your phone lights up that it's time to check-in, your clinician will be right with you (and it can often be another 10-20 minutes of sitting in the virtual 'room' before the physician presents). They've recently started auto shipping refills. I've never received my first refill (second full off the physician check-in visit) even though tracking said it was left at my mailbox; the third was supposed to auto ship last week and I haven't even received a tracking notification so I don't know if it was even sent out. Finally, I've got notes from one visit where I was told I would get an 800mg dosage of a treatment medication with 3 refills and I picked up a 400mg dosage with zero refills. Contacted Customer Support and was told I'd have to schedule a new visit with a clinician. So I have no clue what customer support does...

Trash!. I have been with K Health for YEARS. I got it because it covered myself and my minor children for $49 a month. I log in to do an appointment for my daughter today for stomach flu to be told they no longer do pediatric service by the doctor. Hmmm…. No one sent us an update on that! I called support. They confirmed they made the change a couple weeks ago. I asked why I never received a notification about this. The woman tells me, “We aren’t sure if we’re going to send out notifications or not yet.” Ummm…. So you’re just gonna wait until someone needs it for their child to find out the hard way?!!! Wow! THEN, I was told after I did 3 one month check ins with my prescription, I’d get moved to 90 day scripts so I could check in every 3 months. That happened ONE time before this next provider had a conniption that my pharmacy filled as one month script with 2 refills instead of 90 pills in one bottle. Idk lady?! That’s how they filled it and that’s how I picked it up each time! So, I guess she decided to be spiteful and switched me back to 30 day check ins with NO refills even though I’m having ZERO issues with my prescription!!! Unprofessional, unorganized, you never get the same person and not all of them are kind!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Not to mention how long it takes to talk to someone!!! Like come onnn!!! I am taking my business elsewhere. SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON MANY LEVELS!!!

I’m sad that I wasted $23. So I know $23 isn’t much but when you’re on a tight budget with 6 kids, you’re a stay at home mom who homeschools, and have a hard working husband, it does seem like a lot when it’s wasted. The primary care doctor can’t see me until February. So I tried K. I know I have a UTI. I haven’t had one in many years but almost every woman knows if they have one. I have the classic symptoms that haven’t gone away in 10 days after home remedies. But the sweet doctor on the app asked me if there was a possibility I was pregnant. I said yes because I’m an honest person (even though if I WAS it was too early to tell on a test) and she immediately thought I was possibly having a miscarriage and I need to see a doc in person. I told her I have had 4 miscarriages before and I know if it was that and it’s for sure not. She insisted she was limited in her helping me and to go see a physician. I pretty much begged her to please send a prescription to CVS and she said sorry she wants me to go see a doctor in person 😭 I sound dramatic but I just was disappointed that I didn’t feel heard after I said I “could” be pregnant. I know she was doing her job and she seemed nice so that’s why I gave 2 stars. Hope this review helps someone!

Can be a waste of time. It’s okay depending on what you use it for. I had a mild cough, sore throat, and nasal congestion for a few days. I decided to chat with a doctor to see if I could be prescribed anything to help me feel better. I answered the questions regarding my symptoms and was told I probably had an upper respiratory infection. I waited for a while but was finally paired with a doctor. He spent no more than 5 minutes with me just to say it was probably Covid-19 or something viral so I should just rest and take OTC meds. If the questionnaire thought I could have Covid-19 or something viral that they couldn’t help with, then why was I charged and linked with a doctor. I literally spent $20 bucks on absolutely nothing, besides wasting my time. That same day I went into a clinic and was given a Covid and Strep test, and I was negative for both. The doctor was puzzled why the online doctor was dead set of me having something viral he couldn’t help with, especially because I had zero of the classic Covid-19 symptoms and I’m vaccinated which is something I shared with the online doctor. Almost felt like he didn’t want to be bothered with me. Needless to say, I am definitely pursuing a refund.

Best thing to happen to healthcare!. Just a regular mom here, not a robot and not paid to promote this! I’m fact, I rarely write reviews! But I HAD to because this is the best thing that’s happened to healthcare in ages! I simply needed an antibiotic for a common ear/sinus infection and was able to talk to a board certified doctor to verify that’s all I needed, within minutes! She was so friendly and welcoming (new patient here) and very through. I don’t want to visit clinics or hospitals right now due to the pandemic, I’m also uninsured at this time. This was SO inexpensive and helpful! I got to stay home, receive treatment (antibiotic), peace of mind, and hassle free, in a very short time all from my living room! K health is fair, meaningful, safe healthcare at it’s best!!! No waiting in my car for 30 mins for the doctor to say it’s my turn, no crowded hospital, didn’t have to drag the kids out into the pandemic! I can’t stress enough how awesome this is for me and my family!! Go ahead and try it! It’s legit! Oh! They’ll even send the visit info to your PCP if you want! Incredible!

K Health is a lifesaver!. K Health has saved me twice now! The fact that I can come on this app pay an affordable price to almost immediately be connected with a doctor and prescribed medication that is urgently needed is really truly a blessing!! The first time I heard about it I thought I’d give it a try. I had a UTI and couldn’t see a doctor and wasn’t sure if I would be prescribed something virtually. I decided to download it and quickly got connected with a doctor and she prescribed me medication. Saved me $150 visit to urgent care. Today, I have a severe tooth infection and I knew the quickest way I could get relief for my pain and get access to medication would be to pay for a visit on K Health. You quickly describe your symptoms, get connected with a doctor, and if your symptoms are diagnosed and you need medication it will get sent to your local pharmacy. Not only is it quick and easy to use but the doctors are very nice, knowledgeable and also give you support on additional resources. Today, I got advice on some resources I can use to get reduced or free dental services that I didn’t even know about. I just can’t say enough good things about this app and service! If you are in pain and in need to urgently see a doctor for a non emergency sign up now!!

EASIER AND CHEAPER THAN GOING TO MY DOCTOR. I seriously never leave reviews but I was skeptical of this app at first and I’m so glad I took a chance on it! I have a UTI and I don’t have time to go to my doctor just to do a urine test for them to tell me something I already know. So At 6:30am central time I got the KHealth app, answered some questions about symptoms I was having, spoke with a doctor, and she confirmed that my symptoms were lined up with those of a UTI. She asked if I wanted to go for testing to get a confirmed diagnosis or if I wanted to get treatment based off of my symptoms. I told her I just wanted to get treatment as I have had UTIs in the past and I know that this is another one. Within SECONDS she sent a prescription to the closest pharmacy to me and it will be ready in time for me to get it on my way to work! If you have had a UTI before you know how painful and annoying it it so I’m at very pleased and thankful for this app and these doctors to say the least. I was so happy I started texting my boyfriend about how it was easier, faster, and even cheaper than going to my doctor and then I figured I would leave a review for people who actually need to know this information. Hope this helps!

I Feel Scammed & Treated Poorly. I had a chat with a physician on this app after subscribing to 3 months with the impression that I would be able to get refills for my prescriptions I am currently on, which are not controlled substances. I was informed that I had to pay an additional amount of money a month to get prescribed any medication at all. I said okay. After some questioning, she told me she suspected that I was bipolar even though I have never been diagnosed with such and the only incident that could ever be used to indicate bipolar disorder was once, which was while taking another prescribed medication I am no longer on. Because bipolar disorder is beyond what K Physicians can treat, she could only refill one of my medications, but only for 30 days until I can see another physician in person. This was after I had money taken out of my account for a 3 month subscription and after I was told I needed to pay an additional amount to get prescribed meds. I am out money and have absolutely no use for this app at this point. Please don’t waste your money and time. There are plenty of other options out there for telehealth.

Great for people with anxiety. If you’re like me, you search on google when you feel anything different, and then google tells you something horrible, and it’s a constant spiral downhill to thinking you’re about to die. Well, this app does the exact opposite. This app will tell you the most realistic and likely possible thing you have. That means if you have chest pain, it will tell you that you probably just have anxiety. Now, if you do put in symptoms of an actual emergency, it will tell you that you need to go, which is great, but all the times I was worried about having something terrible, it just turned out to be nothing, or just anxiety. This app has really helped me when I’m worried about a pain or weird feeling in my body. It is also very helpful and very accurate when giving diagnosis about general stuff like colds, allergies, ear infections, and normal stuff like that. It will tell you the most likely, not the most terrifying like google. I definitely recommend this to anyone with health anxiety and also for anyone that doesn’t want to go to the doctor for something small.

Believe. If ur like me and get nervous with stuff like this, thinking “ this is fake” “ they just want my money” but it’s NOT!! It’s so great ! Pay 12$ for one whole month to be able to communicate with a doctor at ANY TIME, I had a bad UTI and needed meds ASAP! I didn’t want to go to urgent care because I don’t want to be there for hours just for them to tell me I have UTI and need medication. Instead at 4am when I kept usin the bathroom, I download this app and start communicating with a REAL doc! He prescribe me medication for my UTI in minutes! And I was able to pick them up when the pharmacy was open.! It was cover under my insurance (my pharmacy has my info) and now I’m in the road of recovering from an UTI in just a little few hours (because I was up at 4am) so instead of waiting at urgent care, and wasting my time. It was GREAT! To be able to talk to a doc and get what I needed fast! ALSO the doctor was so nice and knew what exactly was going on, and helped me quick! Great app! I was definitely scare at first, now I’m not! I’m going to keep my membership for future reference! (:

Glad to take a chance. I read multiple negative review res and became skeptical QUICK..I even contemplated canceling the entire thing before I ever used it! However, I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m sure in some situations you will need to go through a doctor face to face, however my experience was all through the app. I had major face swelling that happened within a few hours after falling asleep out of state. It did take about 2 1/2 hours before I was contacted by a doctor…but once I spoke with him, he identified what was going wrong and prescribed me a medication. He did advise that I go see a doctor once I return home but for the meantime he was denying over my prescription to the pharmacy of choice. This was literally a life saver when all the walk ins were closed.

The WORST Telemedicine!. This group of scam artists will take your money, then refuse to even call in a simple Antibiotic. My Son had Strep confirmed, I got sick, our Doctor was not available for 2 weeks so I tried this rat cash trap. They took my money, wanted me to take pictures of my throat in the bathroom mirror, after I told them I was disabled, then just guessed I had a “Viral Infection” Well I got worse, and their refusal to prescribe me an Antibiotic especially with confirmed Strep Throat in my home could have killed me. We live in a very rural area with limited medical services, and a New York doctor nearly killed me by refusing an Antibiotic. Luckily I used another online Telehealth Service and was prescribed Augmentin which offered fast relief, then I went to the ER and got my throat swabbed and sure enough it was Strep Throat. This is not the first time K Health has done this to me, they are negligent, and patently dangerous to your safety when you are really sick. They will refuse medication, but they get their $40 up front while they let a Bus run over you. Protect your life and stay away from these money grubbing con artists!

Doctors do not read. I have yearly seasonal bronchitis I know my body. I ran out of the antibiotics that I’m proscribed EVERY TIME I get sick for the past 7 years. Asked them to refill it. Two different doctors told me if I need antibiotics and or steroids I need to go to the hospital and or urgent care. When it clearly states on this site that they are able to proscribe it. I let them know I have colitis and asthma as well and all they said was to keep taking cough drops and tea and a teaspoon of honey with ibuprofen. Of which I can not have and if they read my file and the questions I answered, would have known that. That’s what I was told while I’m sick with a bronchial issue. Was told I should get nasal spray. When I never said I was runny. I recommend callondoc. They won’t fight u to get the care and meds you need. And they won’t keep u waiting 7+hours like these doctors do. It’s not reallllyyyy 24 hours and it’s up to the doctors wether or not they want to treat u. I do not recommend this app or these doctors to anyone who may need antibiotics. Give them the light work like a doctors note if need be.

No longer a useful app. Look elsewhere.. I have previously used K health a few times with success. It was quick, convenient, and I got the help from the doctors I was connected with that I was looking for. In my last use, I waited two hours to be connected to a doctor before receiving an email that there was no doctor on call, and I would have to wait another 2 hours before one would be on (so much for 24/7). I responded to that email with a question about a technical issue that seemed to happen (I received a text that my appointment was ended, but the app did not show as such), but never received a response. I then called technical support 2 hours later to confirm that I had been kicked out of the queue and needed to be re-submitted. When I was finally connected with the doctor, they ignored me, my history with this issue, and told me that previous treatment I had successfully been prescribed for it (by doctors on K health and elsewhere) was overused and that I just needed to take more over the counter meds for a couple weeks. I then tried to submit my issues via their contact form on the app, but it glitched and my form never processed. Taking this experience alongside the other recent reviews, they clearly have a major shortage of physicians and have serious technical issues. Use a different app. I would have been much better off spending a couple hours at a local urgent care.

Dismissive Doctors. I used the app for around a year with the monthly subscription. Whenever I had an issue that’d require “urgent care” (as that’s all my state allows) I’d hop on, but I found the doctors are pretty dismissive and not very helpful. Example: I let the doctor know I had been swimming the past week and my ear was hurting pretty bad, and I was pretty sure it was an infection because it happens quite often. I figured “hey this app could save me a copay and a trip to the doctor to get a script for ear drops, antibiotics, etc!” She (Dr. Miranda Rose, I believe) told me to use FLONASE and that it was PRESSURE in my ears, despite the backstory of swimming. I got back on the app a few days later to say it hadn’t helped and I was getting pretty nauseous (honestly because the infection was probably spreading and dumb me listening to this doctor when I know my body and was using FLONASE!!!) tells me to go and have a doctor in person go and look at it. Personally, I think this could be a good app but I think the doctors are very dismissive and just want their paycheck.

A God-Send. It figures. I just started a new job and let my COBRA coverage go from my previous employer. I had signed up for health insurance through my new employer just 2 days prior and had yet to get my cards and knew I would need all new providers (all previous ones were out of network). It was during this changeover that I developed a raging UTI. It was 530p and I’m in my car crying. I decided to Google “Telehealth Doctors” and KHealth came up. My next search was “Is KHealth legit?” And it was deemed so by the interwebs. $19 and 20 mins later and I’m chatting with a board certified provider. Within 10 mins of verifying my symptoms she called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy and even sent me a coupon to use. Turns out my diligent pharmacist ran me through her database and my new insurance picked it up. This app was a God-send when I really needed help. Thank you KHealth!!!

Great for people with no insurance, or limited options for treatment.. The app was very automated and self-navigating which was good because I would’ve been confused on what to do. I don’t have medical insurance and rarely see a doctor and I just needed a prescription for an antibiotic and this app makes it easy to get one. I got the unlimited service for $27. Which seemed like a good deal. The app was really redundant at first when diagnosing the problem but just keep your symptoms basic and minimal you get through it fast. I had a problem when loading a picture, it wouldn’t stop loading so I had to manually click back to the text screen but the doctor was able to see it. K-Health also links you to a discount prescription app that saves you money at the pharmacy. In all I spent about $50 compared to hundreds oh dollars it would have cost me for a walk- in clinic, or ER visit with no insurance. So I was very impressed with the app. And will definitely be using it again.

If you aren’t in a rush and have a basic infection.. TLDR: only use this if you have a cold or something, not helpful for any other sort of treatment. I waited almost 3 hours to get a text and then I finally got one during a 20 minute period I was unable to look at my phone, despite me waiting a long amount of time, I was only given 12 minutes to respond before being put back in the waiting room. It’s now been 2 hows since I tried to reconnect and I’m still waiting. If you have time to sit by your phone all day, or if you’re in a pinch this could be a good option for single time use. I did the subscription for 3 months and it is absolutely not worth it. Any time I needed help with any long term issues like depression or allergies I was told to see a pcp or a specialist(after waiting hours and hours to speak to someone) which was a waste. So if you have a respiratory infection, or a cold, that can probably help you out, but anything else seems to be a no-go

Amazing service, my health problem solved. The other night I was in immense pain from what I knew immediately had to be a UTI. I haven’t had one in years and it was later at night so I knew a doctors office wasn’t open. I also have new health insurance from my job and I didn’t wanna go through the pain and suffering of figuring out how much it was going to cost me to go to an urgent care. Problems of living in America LOL. So I saw this app and was really excited to use it. Within 15 minutes the doctor had spoken to me, diagnosed me, and prescribed me medicine. I went to the pharmacy the next day and it was there and I also had a discount coupon that the medicine only cost me $17. I could not be happier with my experiences in this app and I will definitely use it again!

Don’t bother you’re a number not a person. If you want to be heard as a person and not a chart don’t bother. I’ve experienced the same sickness 1-2 times a year for the last 10+ years. I recently lost my insurance where my primary would’ve prescribed my antibiotic. I found this app and was excited that I could get a prescription affordably. The app asked a bunch of symptom questions then when I talked to the doctor didn’t even know all the symptoms that I just entered. I explained my medical history and instead of taking into account my personal experience with my own body after 10+ years of experiencing this recommended that I do a full set of X-rays and scans. The best part? They sent a list of tips and ways for me to basically fight the medial bills from the hospital. Instead of taking into account a person knowing their body and taking medical history into account for a very simple prescription I’m directed to get thousands and thousands of dollars in scans. Don’t use this app they just want your money and to send you along for medical debt.

Worth more than the $23 charge!. Let me start out by saying that I am a real person, not a bot.. To be honest I was skeptical but I have a toothache on a weekend and my Dentist is out of the office until Tuesday and it’s Saturday so I was in a lot of pain so I found this app and figured I had nothing to lose. I answered all the questions which took about 8 minutes at the most, paid the $23 dollars and about an hour later was chatting with a great Doctor. About 5 minutes later I had an antibiotic being called in for me and was ecstatic! Any where else like the emergency room or even an urgent care would have cost way more money and time! In conclusion I can’t say enough great things about this app! Will definitely recommend to everyone and I will keep using it! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Finally Diagnosed with Anxiety. This app is for those who are nearly certain they are experiencing anxiety, but can’t afford a psychiatrist (a.k.a me). For years I lived with the side affects of anxiety, thinking it was normal or I was just sensitive. For $19 a month, a quick quiz, and a chat with a doctor, I was diagnosed and took my first dose of medication the same day. I will say that you should be certain as these are medical doctors and not therapists. You don’t want to medicate if you aren’t experiencing symptoms that affect your daily life. Another tip is if you have a Kroger or Ralph’s near you, sign up for the pharmacy program they have which is around $36 a year. You will receive many prescriptions for free, including Zoloft! You can also use this app to diagnose and chat with a doctor about not life threatening illnesses besides anxiety/depression. Much cheaper than a doctors visit!

Angelina is amaaaaazzzing. Angelina is amazing worker and person. Let me explain why I had a huge problem getting a very important medication. I contacted Khealth 15 times about the status of a medication and I was getting anxiety and feeling upset. I kept getting “it says it was sent to you should be 6-10 days” or “you should have it by X date” but that never came true and I felt like no one cared. Some doctors even said that they were gonna change my medication!! Even tho I had it before through them. Basically it was a really bad showing of k health, until Angelina came through with her compassion. She contacted me directly and made sure it was all good, she put an awesome doctor in contact with me, doctor David Morley who took care of me professionally. Thanks to their compassion and empathy, they helped me with a very personal thing. Thank you so much you guys are the best 🙏

Discrimination. The length it took to speak to someone was 7+ hours. By the time I did speak to a “provider” my symptoms had worsened. I noted my partner had been diagnosed with strep at urgent care and I was having the same symptoms. Despite exposure, the photos were not to their satisfaction. I was also grilled as to why I was taking PrEP, and it came across very judgmental and discriminatory. I have no doubt the “provider” was homophobic and I was being denied a prescription based on this and this alone. When I reached out to support for a refund they denied my request. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Spend the extra $10 and go to teledoc or Dr on Demand. K Health is not reliable, convenient, nor do they seem to care about the people reaching out to them for help. *Update* After receiving a response to contact support, the same statement was given. “No refunds.” Do not trust these people to care for your health, they only want your month to tell you to deal with it with remedies or go to see urgent care. Not worth it.

Save yourself from frustration. I wish I could give this app 0 stars. I have used other telecommute medical apps that are far better. The app seems fun and informative, but the questions it asks are highly annoying. You can only choose symptoms in their very limited list. That right there will definitely not give you a correct diagnosis. Both times I have spoken to a physician, they have requested photographs which it makes you take through the apps camera. There is no way to use flash to take say a photo of your own throat. Also both times I spoke with a doctor, I was told I needed to go in and see a doctor in person. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the app? Now that I have used the free trial and realized this app will not work for me and I definitely do not want to pay for it, it is basically impossible to cancel or even get in touch with a representative from the company. I have emailed and called their 800 number. Haven’t been able to get in contact with a single human being. Now they have charged me. Talk about frustration. Save yourself and don’t even waste your time with this app. Doctor on Demand is 100% better.

Download this app !!. I woke up this morning feeling terrible with all the classic symptoms of a UTI. I really didn’t feel like getting dressed let alone driving to my nearest urgent care and waiting to be seen. I was miserable, in pain, & wanted to just lay in bed and have the burning and urgency miraculously stop. I found K health while laying there in my misery and downing gallons of water lol. I paid the $19 and literally got matched with a doctor in under a half hour, who went off my symptoms and sent a script over to my pharmacy. Within an hour, my antibiotics were ready for pickup. Soooo much easier than actually visiting a doctors office . I will say if you’re not completely 100% sure what you’re dealing with, maybe opt to get tested as they offer testing services. But as for me, I’ve had a UTI before. I know exactly what they feel like which is why I decided to not go for testing.

Doctors that treat you like trash.. This app seems great in theory. But the doctors will spend 15 minutes ignoring you in between responses but will terminate the visit if you take longer than five looking up drugs to do their job for their. I’d love it if they had doctors that didn’t treat people so poorly. I’ve spent double on every appointment because the doctors will end the appointment over any little thing. They’re rude and condescending. I’d much rather spend the same amount see a doctor in person so I can actually complain when they violate the standards of the medical boards without going through the state and risking their licenses. It’s not worth ruining their careers but k health gives you no other way to report. And it’s just turned out to be fraud on the part of the doctor who must get paid by the visit. GoodRx Care was way better. And cheaper because you don’t need to pay for three appointments just to get through one.

Really Nice Service, but a couple recommendations. Overall I’m pretty happy with this service/app but I’d definitely give it 5 stars if there were a couple improvements. When sending a notification that you have a message from a physician, if it’s actually a chat request/message, please call it a chat request or chat message so we don’t leave the physician hanging. Also, I was waiting and waiting and waiting in the “chat” when I got a notification of another message but there was no update “in” the chat at all. I ended up closing the app thinking the physician had left but when I checked on it later, there was in fact a new chat message. By the time I was responding, the chat closed and I had to reconnect with a physician again (still waiting) and I had to re-write my entire message all over again. It would be nice if we could “see” that someone is typing and real time chat updates

Waste of money!. I came to KHealth when I had some gynecological issues going on. I’ve used this service before for UTIs and been able to be prescribed medicine no problem. This time I was presented with what might be wrong and wanted to get a prescription from a doctor so I requested a online visit. The doctor never touched base on what she personally thought was wrong or even had a conversation other than telling me I needed to be seen in person for my symptoms. She literally offered zero medical advice whatsoever. I understand there are some issues you can’t treat, but it needs to be prefaced when you get a possible diagnosis because clearly they knew already based on my symptoms I would need to be see in person and I spent $39 for literally nothing and have to pay to go see my primary care anyways. I then reached out to be refunded because it is absurd I paid $39 for nothing and I was told the doctor “refereed me to urgent care so that is proper treatment” so I would not receive a refund. I

Efficient and professional. I’ve used the app for the first time the other day after a huge arm swelling and bulls eye rash. I suspected cellulitis even though I’ve never had it and had no reason for it to pop up. I then explained to the responding clinician it itched and was mostly red like a bite. My itching began 48 hrs prior and I accurately described my symptoms and shared photos. The first clinician who responded was extremely efficient and professional. She right away diagnosed a tick bite (didn’t mention Lyme disease) but prescribed me a 2 week cycle of dyxocycline which is the standard protocol for a tick bite/Lyme. The prescription went straight to my local pharmacy where I picked it up 30 mins later. I’m hoping I get better soon but as far as the app goes, it is very helpful, quick and easy! I plan to keep my monthly subscription for these types of occurrences.

Avoid for mental health. You’re trying to move in the direction of mental health services (adding therapy), but can’t get the basics correct first. For example, if a person who is taking depression/anxiety medication lapses then reaches out again.. is that really something you should be discouraging? Is it not enough for them to reach out again for help? I say this as an elementary school teacher who reached out again when dealing with anxiety/depression from work (I pay the monthly fee by the way) and was met with a generic write off statement about being “noncompliant” and then a generic offer of psychiatrist referrals. Im sorry, but have you not considered that a lot of us are here seeking help from khealth because healthcare in our area is difficult to get? I HAVE health insurance, but no referral will get me seen by a doctor within a few hundred miles of me because of not taking new patients. Plus, “noncompliance” is a HORRIBLE word to use with someone who is reaching out for help. You’re going to lose SO many patients this way, and rightfully so.

Truly helpful and quick.. I’m one of those annoying guys who worry’s about everything especially because I google every symptom I have and it always tells you the worst. But not anymore i downloaded this app thinking its prolly bad but in reality it’s amazing. It met my expectations and then went over them. Great app. Every symptom I have I tell K and she ask me loads of questions about how I feel or if I’m having this happen or that happen and then she relates it to other cases by men same age is me and will give me a percentage of what that is and what I need to do to treat it at home or go to the doctor. And she logs every symptom of issue you have had into your profile and checks up on your days at a time to see if your better or got treated. Amazing app right here and I give it a huge 5 stars. Recommend to anybody.

Fast, Easy, and Great Doctors!. I can not not thank K and Dr. Rebis enough for their assistance. I was able to easily put in all my symptoms and chat with a doctor in less than 10 minutes. When working with doctor they were so thorough and took their time to answer all of my questions and educate me on what I should be looking for in terms of symptoms, possible treatments, and even my diet while sick. For something that I was sure I needed antibiotics, it turns out I did not at all, and those antibiotics may have made my condition even worse! Thank you again to Dr. Rebis for taking the time answer my questions and put my mind at ease! I will definitely be using K again in the future! Way better experience than most urgent care facilities! I would highly recommend!

Worst medical online doctors ever.. K Health is far the worst Medical online doctors ever. I tried them for the first time the other day. I had a sinus infection and I went through there whole process on the app. The doctor started asking me further information and I replied. Then out of no where he just stopped chatting with me, we were at the point where he was gonna send an antibiotic to the pharmacy for me. I called and tried chatting with the doctor. No response at all. Tried calling k health. They say they monitor the voice mail you leave for doctors 24/7. But they actually don’t! Finally with no response back after several messages left the day before I left two more messages and then finally they called me back. I demanded a refund from them for the $19. It’s suppose to be refunded but has not showed up in my bank account as of yet. I have used other online doctor services before that are so much better and way faster at getting the medicine called into the pharmacy you choose. I would stay away from this one. Use call on DR they are a little more expensive but way less hassle with way better results.

Prescribed Medication Specifically Prohibited for Condition. I’m wondering if this doctor is actually a bot. When the consult was over I got an automated message telling me to contact them again if I experience the exact symptoms I just described to the doctor. I have a kidney infection. I am well able to describe this infection, I’ve had it before. I know exactly what it feels like. The doctor prescribed Macrobid, a medication used to treat UTI. I did not know this medication and did not realize until after the consult was over that this medication is specifically prohibited for treating a kidney affection. I learned this when I went to WebMD to look up the medication to find out how to use it. KHealth advertises itself as treating kidney infections. When you type ‘kidney infection telehealth’ on Google KHealth is the first result. But they don’t actually treat kidney infections, they treat UTI, which is not at all the same thing. So be warned. They may or may not deliver what they promise, and whatever is prescribed check WebMD to make sure it’s an appropriate medication for your condition. Good luck.

Love Hate relationship. I love the convenience and low price of using KHealth but it’s equally as frustrating. You’ll wait hours for a clinician to answer your review and when they do you only have about 5 min (10 min if you’re lucky) to respond or else they close the case and you have to start over again. You’re supposed to get notifications when they answer but I never do (yes my settings are on) Even if I choose the option of 24 hour response it’s basically no different bc they’ll hop on the chat at any given time and immediately close it out if you don’t respond. Not a lot of use have hour to just sit and constantly check our phones to check for responses. The clinicians are also supposed to check up on you after 2 weeks of prescribing a new medication but they never do. Other than that KHealth has saved me a lot of visits to the doctor and money as well.

Insurance Nightmare. The premise of this app is good, functionality and experince was good. But for one test that usually costs me $5 from my primary care doctor at the same lab I always go to I was billed $400 and got the run around from my insurance and lapcorp because of how the test was billed and because the doctor who asked for the test was out of state despite the lab being in network which everyone agreed but couldn’t do anything about in my conversations with them. After dozens of calls, threatening collection notices, and nine months it finally got resolved this morning for $30. Again the idea of this app is great, so many things don’t need a primary care doctor but this is a big hurdle that needs to be worked on and I had no idea that things could get so screwy. This is primarily an insurance issue and a billing issue but if a health app wants to be more convenient than a doctor visit they need to find ways to mitigate the frustration it caused for almost a year from using the app once.

Best decision. I have horrible dental problems unfortunately I have weak teeth and then on top of that I am petrified of a dentist. Dental care is expensive as we all know and I’m waiting on my insurance to kick in. I had a tooth get infected woke up to one side of my face being swollen and knew I needed an antibiotic. I had decided to go to ER or Urgent care but was dreading the wait and knew it was gonna cost me too. Then I seen this ad for K Health. I read on it and decided I was going to try it, I mean it was only $35 I was going to spend way more than that at ER and I didn’t have to leave my house. From the time I put my symptoms in and was connected to a doctor I had a prescription for antibiotics in less than 20 minutes. It would have taken me 20 minutes to get to the hospital. If you are contemplating trying K Health…DON’T give them a try BEST decision I ever made! Thank you K Health!!

No antibiotics for eye infection, TONS of spam calls now. Last time I had an eye infection I got prescribed an antibiotic cream to treat it. Recently it happened again and I used this app thinking they could prescribe the antibiotic cream. Instead, the Doctor said to wait 2-3 weeks and if it gets worse then use the app again, and sent me some google information to look through in the mean time. Ultimately frustrating since I paid money to get information I already had, but no big deal. Different doctors have different opinions. What’s killing me now is the insane amount of Spam calls and marketing calls I’m getting. It’s near constant, all day and night. I have screenshots of this to show when it started, less than 24 hours after signing up for this app, which this app REQUIRES your phone number. I’d be interested in setting up another account with a burner phone and see if the same thing happens. To be fair, it could be a giant massive coincidence and may not be K-Health selling our information at all. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

Not very helpful. Not given a time to be seen; when trying last year I gave up after waiting hours. Today, wasn’t told a time and again gave up after over an hour (I deleted the app & requested cancellation) only to get a text my appnt. was starting later, regardless. Did join; have had like 100+ sinus infections in my life (32y/o, 3-4x a year). Regularly see a specialist who’s told me it’s as good as it’s going to get. Have been battling and trying to treat with OTC & home remedies for 4 weeks. Unable to keep fighting it and has turned to an infection. I’m traveling and our insurance doesn’t work out-of-state so using apps such as this. Unfortunately, had to repeat myself multiple times about what antibiotics do or don’t work; they wouldn’t prescribe Prednisone (a very common steroid) which is what I require (Prednisone + an antibiotic; one or the other is virtually useless). I didn’t ask for opiates or a kidney; this is basic standard care. I wasn’t advised of these limitations before I paid, of course. Will not use again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Whether you have insurance or not, this app will definitely benefit you. For $19/mo you basically get unlimited doctor visits for you and you kids whereas a traditional doctor setting you pay at the very least $25-$50 per visit even with insurance. I’ve gotten at least 6 sickness treated here and have spent under $200 total!!! They even come with a goodrx card (yes I know it free wherever you are lol) but the fact that everything is in one place is wonderful. The only downside is sometimes the replies from doctors may take up to 2 mins to come back. But it still beats that 30 min wait in the doctor’s office lobby that you’d have even with an appointment. So if this review hasn’t convinced you, just download it and try it for yourself. They won’t charge you if they can’t treat you!

Scam. STAY AWAY!!!!! Horrible horrible, screw you app. Waste of time and money. I would give it zero stars if it would let me . They collect your money upfront, have you list your symptoms in a long chat process twice, then finally connect you to a clinician after you wait, a supposed physician who asks you to repeat yourself, then tells you he cannot diagnose you and to see an in person care. Does not give you any information why or advice on how to improve your symptoms. Just shuts the chat down right there. The whole process took me over two hours only to be told to go see a real doctor. When you read in the policies after you've been screwed over, they are vague about the conditions they can actually diagnose, and tell you they can't treat any chronic conditions. My issue was simple, benign, and easy to treat. Classic symptoms with proof of no internal or physical abnormalities that would require a physical exam. Yet they said I needed to be diagnosed by someone else. I will be reporting this waste of time and money. Please don't waste your time.

Fantastic customer service!. The program was very helpful. At first I had trouble with the app during the pre-screening because of a problem with my iPhone text size which I figured out later. I reached out to SUPPORT and They got back with me immediately, even while I was waiting for the Medical professional which didn’t take very long at all. When texting directly to the provider, the app worked fine at that point. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the politeness of the SUPPORT team. The provider was very knowledgeable and helpful and asked me additional questions beyond the pre-screening. The process was convenient and thorough and I will be using this service again in the future. I especially appreciated the ability to use my iPhone and do the whole conversation by text message. Five stars!

It’s alright. I think the whole 24/7 thing is untrue. I was up late at night in pain and couldn’t clear my mind knowing that i’d have to go back to my doctor after being there an embarrassing amount recently. Doctors visits themselves are also expensive so I was looking for an alternative. The whole setup and diagnosis is pretty simple and painless but then after that I had to sit there for multiple hours trying to stay awake to hear from a doctor. Finally I went to sleep and just happened to wake up once one was ready about 7 hours later. Still can’t tell if I was talking to a bot or not but the doctor was straight to the point and just stopped answering when he decided the conversation was done. Overall it’s ok for some situations that you can wait for that aren’t worth the visit but definitely not everything.

Used to be great. Idk what happened.. I used this app a lot from 2020 to 2022. It was always quick and easy and affordable. This time when I used it for the same simple issues that my chart showed I had in the past, there was a run around. I didn’t respond for 10 minutes because I was driving, and the clinician closed my file. I requested another clinician and she closed my file after I didn’t respond for six minutes. But when I sent a message and didn’t get a response for 10 minutes it was perfectly okay. I told them there was no way of me getting pregnant and that my last period was five weeks ago (which is normal for me) and they demanded I take a pregnancy test, take a picture of it if it was negative, and write the date next to it. Never had that problem until now, and I think I’d know when it’s possible to get pregnant and when it’s not. It’s almost 24 hours since my first clinician chat and I still haven’t been prescribed anything…

Great Doctors. K Health has been incredible through my experience. The doctors know how to properly diagnose you and treat you. They diagnosed me with anxiety and prescribed me with medications. Before I came to this app, I would have to go to a hospital or the clinic just to be told There was nothing wrong with me and refer to me to a Therapist. I felt so terrible before, I wasn’t myself anymore. I was having negative thoughts/ fear of something bad was going to happen to me. I would feel pain through my upper body. I would get dizzy and I would faint. I was really anxious, stressed, and in pain. K health really did save me, I have been using the medications for a few months. I feel relieved from the pain, stress free, and less anxious. I can just resume back to my normal activities and go to work. Thanks to K Health, I feel back to my normal self.

Awesome. While out of town, my husbands cold was getting worse and had turned into a sinus infection. I got online on a Sunday to find the nearest clinic. This app came up. I downloaded, answered all the questions, provided ID and was told a doctor would contact me within the hour. Got a text that the doctor was sending a message to the app. Chatted with the doc via the app and had a prescription sent to the nearby pharmacist of my choosing. All this was accomplished on a Sunday and we had meds within in hand within 3 hours. The cost of the visit was only $23. My co-pay at the emergency clinic near home is $30. The experience was above and beyond what I expected. My husband was so much better in just a few days. We were able to enjoy our time away from home!!!

Huge scam!. I was answering a million questions, most of them assuring them I don’t have Covid, because I get tested daily for work, and I couldn’t even find my actual symptoms on the list to report to the medical professionals. After an hour of answering a million questions the doctor finally joined the cut where I had to answer everything I just answered again! The doctor then prescribed exactly what I said I had been taking that didn’t work! The exact thing I said didn’t work! I wanted a refund because everything was over the counter and I was already taking it, and the company said they agree with the medical professional! To take the SAME THING OVER THE COUNTER THAT ALREADY ISN’T WORKING, that I also informed the doctor made me worse in past sickness. This is a huge scam! Do not pay for this! I’m so angry, unhelped, and not on the road to recovery! Rude customer service! I’m not someone who writes reviews, but this seriously is a scam! I have to speak up! Lies! Not worth it! They just tell you to do what you are already doing that doesn’t work! Don’t trust them! Go in person! Screw this company! Run!

It was extremely easy. Ok so many make doubt this awesome app but I don’t I downloaded then deleted I downloaded it again because after taking some pills that I thought were good for me and I ended up being pretty sick and through the app I figured out I was suffering nausea and pain because I was very dehydrated. I really enjoyed using this app better than going to the doctor because I hate the doctors I’d rather get it checked out before going to the doctor so I won’t have to have blood test and shots and everything like that. which if I was OK would be very unnecessary. I also live a long way from doctors so it would take me about two hours to get to the nearest doctors office to get checked out and then two more hours to get back home which is a waste of my time. While I can just download K Health and get help without waiting in line. I would recommend this app to everybody and anybody. it’s great download it now

What a disappointment. I needed an urgent care doctor, and since I prefer virtual nowadays, I decided to give them a try. 1. There is zero transparency about your wait times, position in line or any real time estimate. It automatically said "5 minutes", and never get updated. 2.5 hours later, I called the support line (30 minutes wait..), to hear that the Dr will speak with me in 3-4 hours!! 2. 5 hours later, still didn't hear from anyone, so I called again. I tried the callback option first. Never heard back from them. 30 minutes later, I called again just to hear that they are experiencing large volume of calls, and they can't offer anything. At this point, after they wasted the entire day, and pharmacies are almost closing, I had to go to a regular urgent care clinic, to make sure I am getting care.. 3. If your primary care physician prescribe you controlled substance, K Health physician won't replace them, but they will only tell you that after you subscribe and pay

AWESOME!!. This app literally saved my life!! Sounds dramatic but it’s true. I couldn’t get into the local doctor I was recommended to see for another four weeks but needed a prescription refill to last me until that appointment and I had no idea where to turn. This medication is life-saving and without it, if no doubt end up in the emergency room again. So I found this app advertised, signed up out of desperation, and THEY CAME THROUGH!! I know have enough medication to get me to my local doctor visit. This is TREMENDOUS. It was quick, easy, and they asked for photos of myself, driver’s license, and pill bottle, so it is all highly legitimate. Again, they did for me what I could find nobody local to help me with...SAVED MY LIFE!! I’m definitely looking into membership now for my whole family. In addition, I paid only $19 when a doctor’s visit for me is $25, so I saved money and I’m also happy about that.

10/10 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Highly recommend this app! I was in between jobs with no insurance and unfortunately fell ill. In an attempt to find the most cost effective way to be treated I came across this app. This app was a true life saver and cost less than an actual in person visit with insurance. The physician was kind and knowledgeable and even t he automated system leading up to the actual visit was pretty human like and spot on. Somehow it listened well! This is much quicker and seamless than getting up and waiting at a doctors office. Highly recommend for any none chronic situations. Anyone leaving a low review clearly does not respect a physicians decision to not jeopardize their license or your health trying to diagnose something over a “chat” that is inappropriate and should be looked over in an office.

Great for prescriptions. I had severe tooth pain since Friday night and needed either pain medication or an antibiotic for a possible infection. This app had good reviews and was a lot cheaper than other similar services. I was connected to a doctor within 20 minutes, who asked me some questions about my symptoms and was able to get a prescription antibiotic sent to a pharmacy for me. I did some research and found that they prescribed me one of the best antibiotics for my particular symptoms. I promptly picked it up at my local pharmacy and found out they had even attached a discount card to my file (similar to GoodRx) so I could get a discount at my pharmacy. I’m very pleased with this service and highly recommend it. I will be sure to use them again if I ever have an emergency need for a prescription (infection, UTI, etc.) on a weekend.

A Godsend. I’ve only used it twice so far, but I feel ready to give my review, unless something awful happens and I need to update it. Pros: Only one, but it’s enough to stand on its own: the entire purpose of the app itself. Being able to talk to medical professionals any time I want as many times for $19 a month is invaluable. Part of what motivated me into start a subscription is that I recently went to the ER despite not truly needing to, because the only urgent care in my area that takes Medicare is total trash and I couldn’t get an appointment with my pcp for a long while. Cons: -This app *has got to* add push notifications for when your provider responds, and it doesn’t even give a Home Screen icon notification. The first time I used it, my original provider left several messages and then disconnected because I didn’t know until I actually opened the app to check. -I would love for 100% of the providers to be MDs or DOs and I would pay a lot more for that service, but I understand why that’s never happening and especially at this price point, so it didn’t factor into my star rating. -Needs a lot more symptoms available to choose. I’ve needed to add other symptoms and throughly explain the contexts for the few I could choose. -I would like a longer character limit for each message, for the reason listed above.

Save yourself $1000. This is going to sound like hyperbole but this actually happened. Long story short, I hadn’t slept in three nights because my throat hurt so bad. Finally, on the fourth night, I decided to get some help but the only place open was the ER. I went to the ER, they told me to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen, which I had already been doing. That’s it. The visit cost $850. About eight hours later, I still felt horrible, so I decided to give this app a try. I quickly connected with a care provider, and she asked me to send her a picture of my throat. Immediately, she goes “you have strep throat. I’m sending in a prescription for you.”Went to the pharmacy minutes later, got amoxicillin, took one, and I was already feeling better by the time I went to bed. The pain was gone a day later. This cost me $30. 10/10 would save almost $1000 again

The best app for people who don’t have healthcare.. I called to schedule an appointment with a doctor today, knowing exactly what I needed (a reoccurring prescription), I just have to pay a doctor to write the script. The doctor told me it would be $250 for the visit (not including prescription cost) and if I could afford $250 for a visit, I’d probably be able to afford healthcare. I can’t afford either. I looked online to see if I could find a service that would prescribe my meds and stumbled on this app. It was only $20 for the appointment and my meds got discounted, so I ended up only paying $16 for my meds. Had I gone somewhere else. I would have had to cough up $306. Here, I paid only $36 all together with the visit and meds. This app saved me $270. The visit was super easy and went really well. I’ll definitely be holding onto this app.

Great App!✨💖. Honestly, this is a great app. One day, my dad was feeling a pain under his stomach, he explained he never felt a pain like that. It was new to him. So, after finding out about this app through my boyfriend who had it, I tested out with my dad, I answered every question as exact to what my dad felt as possible. And the end results was “Diverticulitis” When he went to the doctor, they confirmed that it was. I was surprised. I tried it with me because Every-time I ate, the food didn’t quite settle with me, always leaving me feel bloated. I tested out once again and it said “Gastritis” I went to the doctor and they confirmed it. I couldn’t be more happier to have this app, I can rest assure that I’ll have an insight of what I might have, and get immediate attention. Thank you to the creator and the team behind this app. You have helped me in many ways.

absolutely awful. terrible treatment i went through all of the intake, including paying and sending a picture of my ID and answering all questions then they said my depression was too severe to help and refunded my money i understand if they don’t want to help i guess, and i appreciate that they gave me my money back because they wouldn’t provide the service i paid for, but they made me feel so much worse and like i don’t deserve to be helped… which is just awful to say to a person who already feels depressed. if you’re depressed please don’t use this app/service, if you try and they don’t accept you they’ll make you feel like you don’t deserve help.. but you do, you deserve to feel better! then they referred me to a different service that would cost over $300 a month (NOT including meds! and i’m not looking for therapy) when i could barely afford this one (which was meant to be under $35/month including meds) and i don’t have insurance, so basically i’m out of luck i guess

Perfect experience. Definitely read the info on the app where it tells you what they can and cannot treat and what they can and cannot prescribe. It would alleviate many of these low reviews. Downloaded the app today after seeing an ad. Have been battling a worsening sinus infection for almost two weeks. I don’t like antibiotics, but the fact that this was getting worse made me seek help. It was badddd. Waited about 30 minutes to speak with a doctor after going through the screener questions. Told the doctor what I’d tried and my concerns. He phoned a prescription for an antibiotic to my local pharmacy and i had it in my hands an hour later. I do have insurance and it covered the med in full. The $19 was cheaper and far more convenient than seeing my GP. Very impressed.

Frustrating app, impassive doctors. The concept of this app is great but it’s really not as convenient and sophisticated as they make it sound. The app is insanely glitchy and frustrating. I have to update it every few weeks, and it frequently just shows me a blank blue screen. The refill process especially needs fixing. I think it has only worked correctly for me once. Every other time I’ve had to start a new chat and go through all the preliminary questions and assessments again to try to reach a doctor and tell them the refill option isn’t working so they can submit it for me. It doesn’t seem to save past information either, as it asks me every time what state I’m in, what pharmacy I go to, etc. The doctors are also hit and miss as far as professionalism and courtesy. Several of them that I have chatted with have seemed completely apathetic, in a rush, and just really don’t seem to care much. Also.. 24/7 care is really an exaggeration. If I start a chat at night (10 pm or so), I often don’t get a response until early the next morning. Even during the day, waiting a few hours for an initial response is not unusual. For the most part, it’s just really not better than just going to the doctor in person. Not cheaper long term, only somewhat more convenient, and no personal connection with the doctor who is treating you.. I’ve tried it for about 7 months, and now I’m done.
