Overpriced and can’t edit due date. I’m feeling rather dumb for spending $26 on an app that has all the same information as the many free ones out there. In addition, I’m super frustrated at not being able to edit my due date (which was changed by doctors 3x as my baby grew). When I try to edit the date, it won’t let me change it to accurate date - it keeps jumping to July for some reason. I’m around 30 weeks now and have been reading information two weeks off of schedule. It makes the entire app experience less enjoyable when you know it’s not consistent with where you’re at in your pregnancy.

Poorly written and have to pay for everything. There are so many better baby apps on the market that offer free information regarding your help. The minimal information that is available is so poorly written it’s like it was run through Google translate. Half of it doesn’t make sense. The way information is written is cringy and uncomfortable and not reassuring for a new mother. It’s very hard to know how to feel when trying to gain information from this app. I do not recommend.

Great app to visualize baby on 3D. Issue with incorrect due date showing.. Submitted an issue this weekend with not being able to adjust my due date after initial sign up on December. Their month/date “click roll” input for due date kept defaulting to Sept vs. Aug 2019. Took a few days to hear back - response was friendly. I was told you (and they?) cannot update this again until after 30 days. :( I then asked why my due date was showing/defaulting to 13 weeks vs. 12 weeks, 0 days. The app shows both the due date (incorrect) and also shows the (correct) weeks and days under settings - it’s off and *incorrect* by a week, causing everyone to default to the wrong week when you open the app. This is confusing, and frustrating- not a good user experience when all other apps + OB/GYNs confirm weeks/days based on the start date of your last period. I sent a screen shot and have not yet heard back. Lastly, there’s an AR update but with no explanation other than asking to access your camera. More explanation needed with demo, please.

Refers to your baby as a “germ”. Some of the information provided in this app is very helpful and cute but I just couldn’t get past its need to refer to my growing child as a germ. I also don’t like that you can’t look ahead to the coming weeks to see what will be happening with your little babe. I found some of the little weekly posts offensive. Also there are apps that provide more tangible information for much less.

Interesting!. I can recommend it to those who don't need lots of information, everything is described briefly and funny. Had to but the subscribtion to see baby in the womb without ads. A tip: swipe up to see what's happening with the baby, there is a hiddedn text!

Love the articles. I really enjoy using this app. The articles are well-timed and excellent - I look forward to a new one everyday. I just wish the app would not ask me to turn notifications on every time I enter it. I’ve turned them off. And have said no every time I entered it. Trust me, I’ve made a decision not to have notifications on. So, stop badgering me. Would be great if they removed that!

Positive app!. This app was being with me since I was 8 weeks pregnant and helped a lot. It provides all the information you need to know and doesn't frighten me. I always smile when read these tips!

Waste of money!!. Don’t waste $20 on this app. No information is given that can’t be found on free apps. I really wish I didn’t spend $20 on this app. AND like everyone is saying in the reviews, it says I’m a week later than I am. I purchased it because of the screenshot of the “in the womb” visuals- looked super cool to me! Do yourself a favor and just look at the screenshot of it instead of paying $20 for it!!! It’s the saaaame thing! No other info is offered in the app. Save your money and get a different app.

Find a different app. I am so disappointed in this app. I did a free trial and loved it. The information in the free trial was presented in a cute, cheerful way. After I paid for the app, the daily articles/updates went downhill fast. The daily updates are poorly written, full of grammatical errors and inappropriate tense usage. I could get past that if the information had remained useful but it has not and is, in many cases, useless or medically incorrect. Lastly, I was triple billed for this nonsense. Save your money and find a different app!

App not working. Purchased monthly option and app does not move forward pass the main screen after selecting purchase option. When selecting the option it just confirms my purchase details.

Okay app with poor content orchestration. While the UX/UI of the app is fancy, I find the content to be at best okay. Overall I regret my purchase. Get a well-reviewed pregnancy book for $20, and you will be better off. The app suggests questionable medical recommendations which based on the latest studies are not true or well-supported. Some content (e.g. the app seems to have weird fixation on making you eliminate a lot of things from your diet) did not make me feel empowered. Overall, I would not recommend.

Like the tips!. I was lucky to get the app on my pregnancy month 2, so we've passed a long way together. I'm in love with short funny tips, important notes and baby in the womb feature. Hope to see more interesting features with my second pregnancy! 😀

Not for me!. This app offers information that is inaccurate and EXTREMELY judgmental. For example, there’s a whole article about how drinking soda in your second trimester will lead to GD, and you should be consuming less than 150mg of caffeine a day. The official limit according to doctors is 200mg a day. This is only one example, I have frequently been put off by their articles and advice. Being pregnant is already a difficult time with many restrictions, give moms a break and at least offer judgment-free accurate information.

Decent, but needs some upgrades.. Pros: the articles are great, the symptoms list is very informative Cons: I’ve never gotten the AR to work, food list needs more items (pork?) (ramen?) and most importantly, there needs to be an update for women to report an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage and have support for them. It’s hard seeing updates for how big my baby should be when she’s lost so I have to delete this app until the next time I’m pregnant in my second trimester.

Ultrasound is “harmless”??. Downloaded this app today and one of my first interactions on it was to read about how my first ultrasound was coming up (which it isn’t because I’m not getting any ultrasounds and it shouldn’t be assumed that everyone wants or needs one) and is “a harmless procedure.” This kind of misinformation is infuriating as a birth doula who works hard to help women actually be informed about the risks of every procedure considered standard routine in our western medical system. Even the FDA claims openly that we don’t know the long-term risks of routine ultrasound, especially on women for whom it is not medically necessary! Read a book, Happy Belly! Ultrasounds are entertainment for the masses and cannot prevent harm to mother or baby.

Unfortunate. When I saw this app advertised on social I thought it looked cute and downloaded it without reading the reviews. After it was downloaded and I started looking at it I found it rude and insensitive. The problem with is app is that instead of saying things like in week 10 some may experience this it says things like “pregnancy brain, getting stupid or clever”. Or your loved one has gained weight better pay more attention to her. Not all women have these “symptoms” and not all women feel insecure about their changing bodies. I feel like this app fails to recognize that which is unfortunate and sad.

A bit judgmental. The layout is easy to navigate and not overwhelming. Lots of information on a variety of things. Also includes meditations and yoga moves. What I don’t like is it asks you to allow notifications every time you open the dang thing. But more importantly a lot of the blurbs come across as judgmental and shame-y which seems to be a thing in pregnancy world. A lot about what you need to be doing and what you should not be doing and not a lot validating that sometimes just getting through your work day and managing to eat anything is a miracle enough. A classic example “eat it without a twinge of consciousness but don’t forget it will not bring much benefit to you and the baby” …ok so that sound like a guilt trip to me. Just doesn’t make me feel good at a time when I already never feel good.

The due date calculator is off. I put in my LMP, and it gave me a due date one day too early compared to all other due date calculators (I’m an ultrasound tech and work in OB, so I’m positive it’s the app that’s wrong). This calculated me to be 1 day further along than I actually am. So I adjusted my due date manually and it changed the LMP the wrong direction and then said I was 2 days further along than I actually am. The calculator appears totally broken. I finally fudged the calculator enough to get an accurate due date, but so far my first impression of this app isn’t great.

I wish I hadn’t paid for this. The tone of this app is condescending and twee. It’s just a really oversimplified, fairly negative take on everything about being pregnant. I wish I hadn’t paid for this app, I think it’s annoying, from the copy in it to the smug little illustrations. There isn’t much in the way of good content or info in this app - there are far more comprehensive pregnancy apps (for free!) that don’t talk down to you.

Not very helpful. I started the trial version, which I was able to figure out once I read the reviews (and your answers) and found the app is not very intuitive. The graphics being used are not very relatable to pregnancy (I just don’t see how a female Godzilla tanning in the beach relates to my baby starting to have hands) and some are just plain scary. Also your obstetric week calculator is wrong. It’s simple math, if I’m in week eight, then my due date is 32 weeks in the future, not 33 (because Homo sapiens pregnancies last 40 weeks, unless that has recently changed and no one was told).

Suits even for the trying parents. My sister recommended this app for me and I started using it even before pregnancy, there are a lot of tips for the trying parents! And when I realized that I am pregnant, I have changed my due date and started it again :)

Highly recommend. I was looking for the app that will be most clear simple and helpful. And this one is my fav! I looooove it ! Daily new tips about your current week, your baby, what to do, what to eat... You can also see how your baby looks like depending on the week! There are also yoga lessons, but I don't so that still

Useful. It helps, especially if you really don't have time to learn everything about pregnancy that is written on special websites and other apps! A short tip every day, and I learn all the essential things

Disappointing. I love the illustrations on this app and was excited to use it, but one of the first articles I read contained some major food shaming. Balanced diet is what is key for good health and the suggestion that a person will regret every cookie they ate during their pregnancy is infantilizing and condescending. There are far more important things to worry about after the birth of a baby.

New update. Why does the latest update not give an option to remove the spinning fetus at the top of the page? The entire reason I sought out this particular app was because I WOULDN’T have a strange 3D representation of an imaginary fetus staring me in the face every time I opened it. Not to mention the fact that the new layout squishes down the existing daily tips and makes them harder to navigate. The giant spinning fetus was already available in the side menu! Why does it need to default to my main page and take up half the screen?! This is not the first thing I want to see in the morning!

Just OK. I liked the splash of humor here and there but couldn’t get pass the numerous grammatical issues and spelling errors, the fact that I cannot change the due date (it continues to default back to what I had originally recorded), and that constantly spinning baby in the upper left hand corner made me nauseous every time I opened the app.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Such a waste of money. It doesn’t even give you the right “week” when you put in your due date or last period date. It’s always a week ahead. The yoga videos are one min each, even once you purchase the app. You have to constantly close and click the next video to continue, which defeats the purpose of relaxing yoga. The videos of the baby in the womb don’t start until week 13 and it’s not even super informational. Plus it’s less of a video and more of a photo you can rotate. Now, I’m 10 weeks pregnant (of course the app incorrectly says I’m 11) and it says there isn’t information available for my week yet and to “stay tuned.” I paid $20 for a year of the app and it was a huge mistake. I emailed them with my concerns and they said the app is still a work in progress. I got a different app for FREE and wish I just did that in the first place. DO NOT GET IT unless you love wasting your money. Edit to say: Even your response is unprofessional. I have the email I got originally that I will forward to you where I WAS told that the reason certain things weren’t working properly was because you were still “perfecting the app” which is the same thing. I also tried to get a refund through the App Store and they denied me because they said it isn’t their fault that the app doesn’t work as advertised. And if you “don’t need the money” from customers that don’t like your app, please feel free to send my $20 back. Thanks.

Spinning and high movement graphics. Tried this app since it was recommended in the app store and pregnancy websites. Unfortunately, many aspects of the app include high movement visuals which move automatically, such as the fast spinning baby on the landing page. The high movement visuals have been making me feel dizzy and disoriented. When I am trying to read something, these visuals pull my eyes and the jerky motion makes me feel dizzy. Sometimes the visuals pop out from the bottom of the screen and can catch me unprepared. Since I was tired of holding my hand over half my screen to cover the visuals and read something, I contacted support, who could not provide a solution beyond trying to skip among the pages to avoid the movements. Moving quickly among the pages to avoid these visuals does not seem to address my issue with high movement visuals, but rather potentially stimulate it with quick movements. I wouldn't be able to read if I can trying to quickly jump among the pages. The app does not have a way to reduce motion. Sure - this dizziness might be a symptom of pregnancy from seeing these fast moving visuals, but this is an app FOR pregnancy. Given this, I expected that the app might be better tailored to the variety of experiences during pregnancy. I'm already pass the first trimester. The app seemed to have a lot of potential, but I don't want to feel dizzy from an app.

Great. This app is very cute and funny, the tips are short, but I spend a couple of minutes to read it and learn something new about the baby and myself! I really don't have time to read all those articles on Internet, so Hello Belly tips are the best option for me

....what?. This app gives little mini articles throughout each week, but it’s a little confusing because some of them are addressed to a significant other and some are not. This didn’t make sense to me because why would a guy add an app called hello belly with a little pregnant lady on it? It just seems like it’s clearly for the person who is pregnant, so the articles should be consistent with that. Secondly, the language in the articles is confusing, almost like it’s been translated or written by someone who doesn’t speak common English. Also, one of them says not to get upset if your body rejects a pregnancy at week 7 because it’s a good thing. Really? This is so insensitive and all around strange to say. Why would a pregnant woman want to read that? Lastly, the image of the baby is not at all scientifically accurate. When matched with countless other images on apps and websites, the baby shown on this app is several weeks ahead of where it should be. Overall this app is confusing and awkward. I will not be using for the remainder of my pregnancy and wish I hadn’t spent the money.

Negative and fear based advise. This app provides some good information but unfortunately this is overshadowed by negative advice and quite frankly unresearched and thoughtless advice. There is a lot of information here that is more conservative than advice given by reputable sources, and this advice comes with warnings about the dire consequences that will occur if you don’t follow the advise. This is quite frankly unneeded stress pregnant women don’t need and in conflict with more reputable sources. It also offers a good amount of mental health advise which is weird first of all (I.e. there is no euphoria?) and second of all, is also not medically sound advise (go to the park if you are sad?). Finally the grammar is pretty terrible in this ap.

Subscribed but app extras still locked. I did the 9.99 a month sub and it says I’ve subscribed on the App Store but the app still isn’t letting me go to the locked parts of the app and when I clicked to get the subscription it even says on the app I’m already subscribed.

No.. This is the least intuitive app I have, and I even sprung for the unlimited version. I am constantly frustrated that I feel like I wasted money. The due date challenges, as well as being considered a week further than any other doctor, website, or app I’ve consulted is baffling and has cultivated distrust. I bought this because the 3D images were initially appealing, but I feel like I get the least of out this app in comparison to the 4 other ones that I have (that are free.)

The one you need!. ladies, I beg you to stop using those cheap free pregnancy apps and get this one! my eyes was about out bleed out from all the trash fake advices I got, but then I found this one. IT'S CUTE! and smart. and that's what I call well spent money

Disgusted. This app was enjoyable to use until I hit the 35th week and opened it up for the morning. The paragraph I read suggested that at this point in the pregnancy I should eliminate everything from my diet except for hot vegetable soup. The reason? To keep the baby small and have an easier labor. I am so disgusted by the sharing of this irresponsible information and taking advantage of women already in a very vulnerable state in their lives. Do not download this app

Even the free version isn’t worth it. First, this due date calculator is insanely frustrating. It goes completely against what your doctor (and what any other app) will calculate if you put in the correct start of your LMP, plus the weeks are off. I understand they have their own “philosophy” of what week you’re in but it’s not helpful to have everything else in your life agree on a number for the week with the exception of this one app. I thought maybe I could get something out of it by ignoring that and using the tools like meditations. The meditation was not high quality or well written. It was frustrating that they harped on one pronoun which was not configurable and was incorrect for me. I get that some people are having a different gender baby, but if you’re gonna make it just one pronoun, maybe don’t use it 50 times in 2 minutes? Completely takes away from the experience. So glad I didn’t pay for this. Will be deleting.

Nice but wish there was more content.. ETA: pretty frustrated that I’ve paid for the pro but I’m still get ads and pop ups. I really like that I’m not bombarded with unnecessary content and ads. The graphics are fun and refreshing. I love the yoga and how it’s design per trimester. (It’s really the only reason I’m not mad about paying for the ad free version even though there isn’t a ton of content.) However, it would be nice if there was a little more. For example: I’m in my 35 week and one of my daily tips is to prepare meals. Which is a great idea!!! Now, where do I go to find easy meal preps or nutrition for nursing moms? I feel like it’s really basic which has a unique quality.

Wonderful app!. Writing this while being on the 8th month of pregnancy. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, and above all completely terrified I’m going to do the wrong thing for me and my future baby. But this app was really helpful: instead of reading "pregnant" books from the endless list, I got essential information from Tips (the call the pieces of advice so) in Hello Belly and saved time for me, my health, my husband and family! Thank you so much for creating it and making it so funny!

The best. Short informative tips, funny pictures and useful advice, this app is everything you need if you don't have looong long hours for reading articles in other apps

Decent content have some issues with yoga. The content is good and the illustrations are whimsical. I really enjoy the content the only thing I don’t love about this app is the yoga feature. They don’t use a pregnant woman to demonstrate the movements. I would feel MUCH more comfortable trying the yoga postures if they used a pregnant model to demonstrate.

Rip off. This app is just terrible. I’ve tried to set my due date like 10 times and it simply will not accept my correct due date. It keeps setting it to the day before my due date. Also, it is telling me I’m on week 11 when I’m at the beginning of week 10. In addition, the prompt to pay $30 for the “full service,” which apparently doesn’t work anyway, was at the very begininning when you are setting up the app so I accidentally paid for it and there’s no way to cancel it after the fact. Worse pregnancy app on my phone. I would delete it but I was scammed into paying $30 for the stupid thing.

Unwanted subscription. As soon as I opened the free app I somehow purchased the $50 yearly subscription. The words and price did not pop up until after I used the finger print select option to move to the next screen. At that point it was too late. I decided to give the app a try and have found it not useful. My weeks/days are off once I managed to select the correct due date - which I could only select by choosing a different due date since they seem to be off a few days. For example when I chose Dec 26 it would pop up as the 24th or 25th. Then say the incorrect number of weeks and days into my pregnancy. The yoga feature is terrible. There are videos but the directions for each pose need to be read on screen and it doesn’t automatically move to the next pose. Also the timer is off. For poses that say a duration of 3 minutes, the timer only goes for 1 minute and poses that say 1 or 2 minutes for duration only have a 30 sec timer. I tried to request a refund via report a problem but it was denied instantly.

Waste of money. First of all I’m not paying $30 for a app when I read through reviews and see everyone having problems with weeks and due dates. Probably a problem you should focus on fixing. Second, you claim your app is “unique “ because of tips and other information, please elaborate on that because every pregnancy app I’ve had has great tips and other information. The Glow Nurture app is amazing and gives great advice plus you can interact in groups with moms and other things and ITS FREE

Helpful but . . .. This app is cute and playful with it’s weekly updates but the app keeps changing my Due date and it’s getting quite annoying. I’ll enter my date and every time I log in to check an update my due date gets moved back to a day or two before. What’s up with that? To be paying a monthly fee for this app, this shouldn’t be happening.

Don't buy pro until you know what you're getting. I paid full price for this app sight unseen and I think that was a mistake. The illustrations are really cute and I really like how they included prospective fathers, and that it didn't require a login. However, the information is patronizing, uncited, and sometimes inaccurate. For example, it said that the Chinese moon method of predicting gender was 90% accurate, when it is only 50% accurate. It keeps telling me not to eat too much, but weight gain is actually not one of my worries. It gives lists of chemicals to avoid but not lists of common pregnancy symptoms. Then it asked me to review the app before I've read most of the cards (not taking me to the app store when I put in the stars!). I'm not sure if I can trust any of the information in the app now, even though I was hoping that a paid app would have good research.

Worst. I wrote another review saying the content was lackluster and the app is in NO WAY worth the money. I saw in the other reviews and replies that the developer is suggesting that refunds are available through the App Store. Let me clarify that is NOT the case and apple only refunds for very specific cases. Displeasure is not one of them. I can’t recommend other apps more. Any of them. This is so boring I never use it. It’s added zero value to my life, and frankly I’m so angry about it I’ve written 2 freaking reviews. THIRTY DOLLARS?!? I’d like to say I was high or drunk but sadly I was just stupid. This app is the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. Also, like a lot of other reviewers said it can’t seem to get your due date or week correct which is excessively annoying. It’s not complicated and why Why WHY would I want to track my pregnancy differently than my medical provider? Moronic to the core. I’m going to delete it and forget this nightmare happened. Woof.

Need to update their weeks calculation but great interface. I actually would give this 3.5 stars if that were an option. The good: I downloaded 6 pregnancy apps and this one is in the top 2 for interface and ease of use. I am debating whether to buy a subscription to get full access to the features especially the to eat or not to eat feature. However, as many have noted in the reviews, the “weeks” calculation is off by a week, so if you are at 7 weeks 1 day, the app says you are at 8 weeks. I read the developer’s response that you are technically on the week ahead, in this case 8 weeks as you have completed week 7. BUT NO OTHER APP NOR DOCTORS calculate your weeks this way. It’s very confusing. I don’t understand why they just don’t fix this calculation. In pregnancy knowing the weeks matter. I think this is a big issue and one that is making me hesitant to spend money on for additional features. It’s a pretty app but really needs to make sense medically for me to keep using.

Surprise subscription charge. I was charged $60 for an annual subscription that I did not agree to. I was never even prompted with a question about subscribing and I certainly would never sign up for a yearly subscription. I sent an email requesting a cancellation and refund so if they respond and take care of the issue, I may change my review, but this is ridiculous and the first time I’ve ever been hit with an unforeseen charge after downloading an app.

Due date/weeks are wrong. I’m 12 weeks this week. If I put my due date in, the app tells me I’m 13. If I put in the date of my last period. The app tells me my due date the day before it is, and if I put in the weeks, the app tells me I’m due 11 days after I actually am. There’s not a whole lot of information on the app like there is on some other apps. There’s only a couple articles that are a paragraph or 2 long and not super informative about anything. Verdict? Skip it. Edit- I received a response from the developer- i May have missed articles that I didn’t go searching for, but my dashboard didn’t show me many articles, so I wasn’t going to scour the app looking for them. As far as the weeks thing though, maybe that’s something that should be changed- that’s not the way any other app, or the doctor reads it. I’ve never heard on anyone considering you being on your “13th week” until you are 13 weeks. And that’s still doesn’t solve the problem for the due date issue. If that was the case, my due date should be a week off when I put in how many weeks I am, not almost 2 weeks off.

I like the app but, I didn’t want to purchase.. I like this app but, I automatically got charged when I opened it for the first time. I didn’t choose an option or hold my finger down for authorization. I’m so confused what to do because I’ve tried sending my “report a problem” through Apple Support but, I have gotten no where because all it says is “We could not process your request at this time.” I’m a mother of two and we have a vacation coming up this next week and I just had $26 dollars ripped from my account without me authorizing it. I don’t know what happened but, I’m trying my hardest to get it resolved. That $26 would be a meal for me and my husband. I hope I hear from someone soon about this issue! Thank you. Savanna

Useless. Paid for the whole year subscription and honestly it was a waste of a lot of money. Absolutely useless app. Every time I open it it’s set to 42 weeks... I’m currently 38 weeks. It’s literally useless.

App is inaccurate. The stages of development are completely wrong. There is no option to unsubscribe. Don’t get sucked in! This is the worst app I have come across and am currently trying to contact them so they will stop charging me

Second time. nice tips! though it’s my second time - turns out there’s still a lot to learn 😅

Mother-blaming don’t download. Pregnancy is a sensitive time for a mother and it’s not supportive to have an app that says things like ‘don’t get upset because that harms your baby’ or ‘when you find out if you’re having a girl or boy don’t cry out and tell others not to as well because it will hurt your babies ears’. That’s all nonsense and has no basis in science. It’s just laying on guilt for no reason. I suggest finding a joyful app that celebrates pregnancy instead of putting mothers down like this one does. This shouldn’t be surprising seeing as how the app was founded by MEN! 😡

Cute but needs improving. The pictures on this are totally cute, but overall the app could use a proofread. The sentences at times don’t quite make sense, for example: “she still needs to increase the weight about 2 times, so don’t forget to eat a varied and full.” The “pregnancy experience” described doesn’t really leave room for different experiences that women have - it seems a bit one-size-fits-all. Not everyone experiences dizziness or swollen feet, but the app seems to imply we all do. Also, it’s not the end of the world to eat a bit of chocolate once in a while - but the app forbids it! I like that the app doesn’t just default to the male pronoun when referring to baby, but using “she” the whole way through made me, as a mother of a baby boy, feel a bit isolated. Maybe mixing up the pronouns would be a more balanced approach. There were a few posts in here that were also a little disheartening during Covid (eg advice to take babymoons, go out to dinner, and get pampered). I guess the pandemic took us all by surprise though. I did like the way the app sought to equip partners to take care of their pregnant loved one, and a lot of the advice really was helpful. It’s good the way it delivers in bite-sized pieces because all the information can be a bit overwhelming otherwise! Overall, a cute design and fun short reads each week, but there’s a bit of work still to do.

Love the app!. Would be even better if there was an integrated kegel timer for weak pelvic floor muscles.

Love it. I love what you did with these new checklists, the app is lovely

Favourite pregnancy app. I love the graphics and light-hearted/humorous milestones reminders

SCAM. They have taken $46 from my account and I never approved it! It was a free download and once I opened the download it asked me weather I wanted to subscribe and obviously I DID NOT! Not for $46 and I got rid of it but yet they have gone and taken money from my account! I’m a single mother and that sorta money is a lot! I’ll be demanding my money back ASAP you are disgusting for taken that sort of money off of people without consent.

Worst app.. Free to download but once downloaded won’t allow you to access it without paying $8 per month or $40 for the year. I don’t have a issue with paying, what I have a issue is being expected/forced to pay it without a week or months trial to see if it’s even worth the money. Waste of data and time for me to download, I’m defiantly sticking with my two favourites “Pregancy+” and “What to expect”

Not my first choice for pregnancy app. The images are cool, great design. Baby 3D is awful compared to what is out there in other apps Advice...poor. Could be updated with more recent advice, language is so difficult to read! And advice is overly repetitive. I don’t get this experience with the free apps and I much prefer them. I paid for 1 year subscription for this tool and wish I hadn’t.

Love it. I love the graphics and the content. The humour is perfect for me and my partner. And also love that it offers pregnancy yoga! Definitely don't mind paying the money for that

Lots of room for improvement. This app looks the goods but it has a lot of room for improvement. For example in the eat section, I was envisaging an extensive list of foods. This aspect is very beginner level and not in depth at all. Lots of room for expansion and really delving in to the topics, instead of just skimming the surface. This app has the potential and for such a huge cost I expect more. I hope they improve it during my pregnancy so I can get more out of it.

Terrible app and bad advice. Don’t bother with this app unless you like to feel guilty for being pregnant and having emotions. Completely irrelevant information half the time and sounds like someone who has never been pregnant created this.

Not impressed. This app has a glitch that can’t be fixed where it just shuts down occasionally. This app won’t let you go to the following week to catch a glimpse of what’s left. This apps meditation voice is extremely enthusiastic and not very peaceful. It’s a very expensive app and the other free apps do the same thing so my advise is to get the free apps and know that you’re not missing out on anything :)

Scam. It says free but you literally can’t start using the app until you pay them 8 dollars months or 40 bucks. Such a scam. Edit: it DOES say free thank you. It’s free download and then hits you with bull in app purchases. Ovia pregnancy is 1000 times better. Not interested in your response either. “We never said free” when you go to download it from the store, it has a price next to it. You could have put the price down easily but you KNOW it’s a scam and wait for people to download to then hit them with your horrendous prices.

Lily. Hello, I paid but I don't using the application. I send a email. I living same problems every weeks. Can you fixed in the app please?

Really annoying app. Even though I put the same details into 3 different pregnancy apps this one has me a week behind the others, so my "updates" aren't relevant. Pesters me to allow notifications, sparse information that is included in other, better apps with A LOT more information. The cartoons aren't funny or that cute.. I just don't get why this app exists.

Nice app but waste of money. Nice app, but not good when it comes to subscriptions. I was paying a weekly amount to access certain sections of the app, at first I was able to access them once I subscribed, but now I haven’t been able to access them for over a week, so I’ve now cancelled my subscription. Bit of a ripoff to take someone’s money but not allow access to the subscription only sections

Agree. I agree with last review. You should be honest with pricing before app is downloaded.

Not very useful. I loved the graphics and “look” of this app but I really didn’t find it very useful. It’s also quite expensive and I really don’t know why, comparing it to other apps that offer the same things. I wouldn’t recommend.

Accidental purchase. How to I get refunded! I accidentally purchased it and put my fingerprint in and accepted the purchase . I would please like a refund as I have not even entered any information and do not want to use the app?

Unable to use program. Every time I go to set the obstetric week it appears to load, and then pops up with an "Oops, something went wrong..." error message. The advert looks great and the app looks beautifully designed, but none of that is any good if it doesn't work. Have deleted and redownloaded and still getting the same issue.

Gendered meditations put me off. I haven’t selected a gender and all the medications say “he” and it’s really off putting. No reason they can’t be recorded as “they” so everyone can enjoy them and it stays neutral. Edit: in response to your reply, I wasn’t suggesting using “it”. I said “they”. Not everyone wishes to divide it into boys and girls.

Way too expensive!. Totally not worth the money (45 CAN$)

App doesn’t change pregnancy week.. For some reason the app has been on week 6 for three weeks now. I’ve tried to reset it a few times but I won’t work. What makes it extra frustrating is that accidentally purchased the pro account and it still doesn’t work properly.

Scam. I’d like my money back , I signed up for the three day free trial and was charged twice the same day I signed Up for the free trial.

Great. It's fact-checked, funny and what's important, easy to use. i wish I'd found it sooner as i'm on my 32nd week

Expensive. Very expensive, most apps like this are free, and the memberships are weird time periods. Not an effective app without paying at all

App designed for one demographic. Do not recommend for anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder: at least two of the daily reads each week are focused on not “eating too much.” Maybe helpful for a lot of people but triggering for those who have a difficult relationship with food. App also assumes a heteronormative relationship with a present father in its art and articles, so if that’s not your experience it isn’t going to feel inclusive. On a positive note, the fetal art and visualizations are gorgeous and the cartoons accompanying the articles are very cute.

There are way better ones!. Broken English, tips don’t make sense. Not a good app!

No trial. Why would anyone subscribe to 30$ a month or 55$ one time payment without trying the app, I dont even know what it offers.

Nice. By far one of the most informative and fun pregnancy apps. Meditations are incredible even for non-pregnant people, you should all just try it!

oh yeah. It was all interesting and fun, but now it’s amazing and very informative. Waited so long for that to-eat list, i love it!!

Don’t want the app. I tried following your steps to cancel the subscription but it lead me nowhere. I downloaded this app by mistake and don’t want it!

Deceiving. tricked into downloading thinking it was free but as soon as you open it they try to charge a monthly or lifetime fee

Little info of value. I find this app so condescending at times, and some of the advice is ridiculous and ill-informed yo say the least. It annoys me too much so I am unsubscribing.

Weird.. This app is super weird. The English is broken and the “tips” are strange and sometimes very inaccurate. Not really sure why this app is being so heavily advertised. And the free trial contains tons of annoying ads. Download the bump or something instead.

Horrible. I purchased the lifetime version of this app and it won’t let me use it. I keep getting a message my subscription is over even though I just purchased it!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

Watch out for pro. The app forces you to the “pro” subscription page and the only option is to close out of the app. Of course, if you have Touch ID set up, your iPhone will read this as approving the transaction so I was just charged $40 Canadian for a garbage app that does nothing. Who would pay $40 for this? Battling with Apple now to get my money back.

Try the trial. Disappointed with the lack of info.... especially considering the cost of the app. Graphics are cute.... but I kept waiting for more - but there’s nothing more. I was really looking forward to the yoga portion too however there’s a few poses per trimester? Unless I’m missing something. :(

it’s safe and funny. i like that’s it’s simple and positive, tips and illustrations are gonna make you smile. just add more tips, okay? :))

Judgy-American Health Tips. I deleted within the first 5 mins of using it. Not for me. If you’re more from the “Expecting Better” school of thought. Avoid!

Doesn’t allow you to sign in, but allows payment. The app gets to the pay per subscription page to use the app - I pay- and it doesn’t allow me to move forward it only allows me to pay again...

NOT free. This app was advertised as a free version, in the first few prompts it forces you to in to a paid version. I just accidentally spent 38 dollars on this app that gives general information I can get ANYWHERE. Not impressed.

Super expensive. Sorry, but with the number of free pregnancy apps out there, $40 or over $6/month for this one is outrageously expensive. And I’m not about to give you my credit card info to try for free for 3 days, nice try. That’s how you trick busy, preoccupied pregnant ladies into paying for the app after the free trial.

Not impressed. Worst money I ever spent on an app. Half the time it didn’t load properly and I found the content not helpful at all.

my FAV. Absolutely gorgeous! Love what you do for us, 3d baby looks so good!

Doesn’t work. I purchased the app an after my money was taken I can’t get past the screen that asks u to pay for subscription. I paid for it an can’t even see or use the app!

My love!. I lOVE it! keep up good work ❤❤☺

Poor. I have been to the doctor had a few apts. I am clear on my schedule. This app if you have the dates correct your weeks are incorrect. If your weeks are correct then dates are incorrect.

I love it. Hello baby is awesome. I love everything! The color, the design and of course the information. We don’t get overwhelmed as we get with another pregnancy apps.

Great app, email to fix pro issues.. The app itself is quite helpful, user friendly and fun! Love the info, dad tips and can’t get enough of the meditations! Only issue I have with the app is my account being charged for PRO however, every month it seems I have to email them because it is ‘inactive’. That being said, they are super easy to deal with and fix the problem right away.

Does not use peer reviewed evidence when providing advice. The app makes blatant health claims without high level peer-reviewed evidence.

Okay, but could loosen up. The pieces/tips/info around science based information tend to be informative and well written. That being said, I find that the opinion pieces by mommy bloggers to be harsh and borderline fat shaming. Every experience is different, and judgy write ups aren’t exactly helpful for mommas to be.

FOOD LIST!!. I’m glad food list is out! now i can finally have all the food dos and donts right where and when i need them.

Impossible to set due date. I just input my due date and it changes it to a few days before or after every time.

Not worth the money. Awkwardly-worded (badly translated?) and subjective articles. Can’t get it to show the week that I’m actually on. Meditation suggested I tell my baby I’m going to go buy things for them. Yoga is not substantial. Food list is useless. Why am I getting notifications for dads? Nothing here you can’t find easily for free.

Disappointed and a little frustrated. I was hoping this app would be more informative than it is. I had been using the Baby Centre app to get weekly pregnancy progression information (growth, symptoms, etc.) but it's a little boring so when I saw this app and its cute illustrations I had to try it, but it doesn't say much, and what it does say doesn't really pertain to what I'm experiencing nor gives information about baby's development. My second issue and frustration with this app is that I was incorrect about my expectancy date by one week and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to correct it. It seems my only options for anything are posting about the app on social media. There's no visible menu at all and I cannot skip ahead and look at the next week (the correct week), which renders this app useless now.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I downloaded this app and paid for a year and it has not worked yet!! I have been emailing the company every day and have gotten no response at all. I’m extremely annoyed that this company took my money but can’t even respond to an email, let alone make the app work or give me my money back.

Great idea, graphics, message but one problem. Really cute app and I would've given star for the beauty of the art and cute messages however if you need to change your due date you need to delete app and download again. There's no way you can change any settings once setup.

Not worth the money. I thought there was going to be more 3D graphic. Not just a plain image of a baby. Not really good tips. Maybe the yoga part, but still not a guided video, you have to read the introduction. If they upgraded things I think would be a better app.

Bad design, addons cost me $70. I downloaded this ap, accidentally subscribed to the bonus features because my thumb was on the home Button the first time I opened the ap, and then was so mad about the $70 charge I deleted the app and tried to get a refund. That didn’t happen so I redownloaded it from the ap store and I don’t even have the features I shelled out $70 for. I’m beyond angry. I don’t have an extra $70 for this stuff when I’m saving for a baby.

Beautiful app. I loved watching my baby grow ❤️

It’s 2019. Lol are you kidding me? This is just for white people? There’s no option for images that look like any other people than white?

Money Grab. Download The Bump. Super accurate and free!

Cute Graphics, Not Very Useful. The description and cute graphics made me download the free trial but the app itself is very disappointing. The info is lacking and not very good. There are way better pregnancy apps out there, especially given the monthly and yearly cost of this one.

Misleading!!!. This is not in app purchases...for premium content. It’s download app, load to find out the whole app is a subscription. What a downer. These apps advertised as free with in app purchases that end up being subscriptions are incredibly misleading. All a pregnant woman needs is to be mislead. Two big 👎🏼 from this momma.

Keep up the good work!. it’s nice to see what you did here! it was great before, but now there’s so many new features! maybe i will use it again when i’m deciding to have another baby :))

Shady. I started the trial, didn't cancel it in time but deleted the app. They charged me the lifetime fee instead of the monthly fee, so $40 CAD. I redownload the app, and it wants me to pay AGAIN before I can use it. You guys are thieves.

yes to yoga. Tips are fine, lists are helpful, but i’ve never been a huge yoga fan. Turns out it’s it more of a meditation than a bone hurting torture, so maybe i can even give it a try 😉

Disappointed. The advertising made it seem as though this app would be super informative and interactive. After purchasing the app it took me about 1 minute to scan every function of the app. So disappointed.

pretty pointless. it’s kind of a pointless app because you don’t get much without having to pay for it. i can’t even tell if i like the app because i can’t do much without having to dish out money to even find out. more should be offered for someone to decide if they like it enough to purchase. also the dates are wrong i’m 35 weeks and due february 13th but when i put that date it tries to tell me i’m 36 weeks. and if i put 35 weeks it tells me i’m due february 20th which is wrong. if you have irregular periods don’t even bother using that because all information will definitely be wrong. the app needs work.

Just not that great!. First the illustrations in this app are pretty weird. They look nothing like the thumbnail. Second, I just can’t get my correct week and day to pop up even with my actual due date. This is not my 1st pregnancy so I’m more than aware of how to calculate the day. I also only have access to 4 articles. Not as informative as I would like. Developers, it needs more work.

Good app. Full of useful information that has really helped the first time mom, so interesting to learn what's happening to your baby every new week!

Good customer care. I reached out with an issue and it was easily and quickly resolved. Thanks for your commitment to customer service!

Please add new features!. It's my second pregnancy with Hello Belly and I really enjoy it like it was during the first one. But please, add something new, don't let me switch to your competitors!! XD

Pretty app, but not LGBTQ friendly. I was excited about the beautiful design and fun tone of this app, but I will not be making any in app purchases. The imagery and language is very heteronormative and not friendly to queer people who may use different pronouns. Every “couple” shown is a pregnant woman partnered with a man with a beard. Not applicable or fun to look at for me and my pregnant wife who are both women!

Love it. Very organized way to stay informed during your pregnancy! With tips coming every day in push notifications you will never miss something new

Really good. I downloaded it just to check out and using it for 3 months already, you get used to getting a good tip every day and learn something new!

Interesting. Good app with interesting tips for every day that are associated with your current week of pregnancy. I can recommend it for the first-time mommies.

Rip off!. I paid for a year subscription last month to have access to everything only that renews April 2021. Why do I find out that the app is trying to have me subscribe AGAIN to have access to items that I already had paid for?! Not okay! Will be requesting money back.

Interesting. I liked this app when was looking for a pregnancy app, use it for 3 months already almost every day, strongly recommend

Recommended. I saw the ads, downloaded the app and never regreted. Now i read it and medical websites if I need any extra health information.

I hate that you HAVE to pay to use the app.. The app looks super cool and like something I’d want to use to track my pregnancy but I’m pregnant like having a literal baby meaning I need to save every dime I get so my baby can have what he/she needs. Needless to say I don’t want to have to pay monthly just to be told my baby is the size of a grapefruit etc. oh well I guess on to the next. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Well done. almost can't keep up with all these new features you add. well done guys!

Useful. Very useful and educative! As for a first-time-mom everything seemed some kind of rocket science to me, but this app helps me to know all the essential thing about me and my baby!

Approved by 3 times mom :). I use it during my third pregnancy, and though the process is nothing new for me I still find some new tips and facts, so it's useful!

Don’t waste your money!. If I could give it 0 stars I would! When they pushed out an update I was kicked out of my account and it wants me to pay for the app AGAIN! I reached out to them several times before leaving a negative review and they sent me a faulty link that was suppose to solve the problem! I just wanted to keep up with my baby but instead I’m dishing out free money to this app! Don’t waste your time or money !

No real information. This app doesn’t give you any real information on things to expect, only some minor things. It’d be nice to see that cramping can be normal and things like that that keep newly pregnant moms worried. Plus it gives you the wrong amount of time that you’re carrying. The amount I paid for the app was a waste. Suffer through the ads for the free version.

Again with you!. I like this app! It is my second pregnancy with it, thanks for adding new tips and baby in the womb in 3D, it i interesting!

Took my money and doesn’t work. This app charged me right away but does not allow me to see anything. I paid for the monthly and every time I click start (so I can see what this app is all about) it keeps telling me I’m already subscribed or it wants me to sign up for the more expensive subscription. I don’t have time to figure this out, I’m canceling and I want my money back. Total waste of my time

Waste of money. Not only is the app way more expensive than it should be, but it kept glitching to the point that now I can’t even open it! I downloaded this thinking it would be better than other free apps and it’s not. I want a refund. Very disappointed.

My fav!!. When I bought the app, it was hardly more than just tips. Now there’s so many features it 200% paid off ;))))

wonderful. So happy to use this app, it is interesting, simple and very cute! I highly recommend for all pregnant moms, especially if it is your first time!

Worth its money. Yes I paid for the app and use it daily, why you all write here that you don't want to pay for the app? You even didn't try to use it!

My favorite!. I have 3 pregnancy apps, this one is not the best for tracking, but it is amazing — funny, without fears and everything connected with pregnancy! It's my therapyst and costs less :)

Pointless!. I downloaded the app and tried it out. After continuing to press next, the app continued to shut down. I tried to use the app three times. All it did was close out. I couldn’t set up any information or find out what the app is actually about. Not sure what’s going on, but it needs to be fixed. Maybe a bug?

Great!!!. I got all the information right when I needed it: I did yoga daily and now I'm already a mom! Hope I can use Hello Belly during my second pregnancy!

Helpful. The application is useful and getting more nad more interesting with each update! Thank you, I consider the second pregnancy to have a chance of using hello belly again haha! ;) ;) ;)

Thank you. Really like your app though I wish there were more tips to read

Lovely. Don’t understand these negative reveiws. App’s working fine for me! Everything’s friendly, simple and nice. Just what a pregnant lady needs!

Not worth it. I can’t figure out why this app is rated so highly. The 3D visualization is cool, but it isn’t accurate—at 4 weeks, it’s already showing me a fetus with hands and feet. The articles aren’t good either; they’re not detailed and sound like they’ve been fed through Google translate from some other language into English, so they’re hard to read. Don’t waste your money—I wish I could get mine back.

Good app for pregnant women. Here you can find interesting information, yoga classes, baby in the womb in 3D, lists of necessary things to buy and to take with you to the hospital. I enjoy it!

Leave your opinions out of app. This was my favorite pregnancy app until I read “Let’s do it at home” week 31. The article is against home birth with a mothering tone. There are risks to any labor, whether it be at home, the hospital (hello CORONA VIRUS?!) or the taxi on the way there. Please keep one sided opinions to yourself or present both sides equally. Also, you need an editor. There are several errors, usually a missing word.

Interesting!!. I cheated, I read a lot of tips in the very beginning! But now it became even more interesting to get the tips daily and remember that I have already read them!

Not much in here. I have downloaded a couple other apps that are totally free and have so much more information in them. Also when signing into the app, you don’t have the option to skip a Pro membership and automatically have to sign up for the 3 day free trial. Which if you forget to cancel, you’re stuck paying for. There isn’t enough in this app to even have that option in my opinion.

The best for preggies :)). Love the tips, you get to change learn something new every day. It'd be great if they add more tips one day so I can still use it when I'm preggy again :))

tnx for listening. Great to know that you listen to us and add new features. Symptoms list is nice, can’t wait to read all about the foods allowed!

Don’t bother.. It was a great app until they added ads and made the price for ad free ridiculous. I can barley even use the app without having to watch a bunch of videos and that’s a waste of my time. If you want to do ads, do banners not videos for an app like this. Also, it has me two weeks ahead of what my timeline actually is so nothing is ever accurate. There are far better apps out there.

It's worth to give it a try. just bought a month to read tips and i'm in love. it's just amazing

Use it daily!. Sometimes I feel like my hubs stoles my phone to check the tips. probably gonna buy a subscription too :) thanks for the cool app!

Helpful App. A very helpful app, it answers the questions you might have and makes you sure everything is all right

Useful app for pregnant. Good, and what is most important, useful application! There are really a few of such apps. Especially great for girls who are only going to get pregnant or for the first time getting ready for delivery.

Inaccurate. When I put my due date in it does not calculate the correct amount of weeks as my other apps and my doctors office do. It makes it hard to keep up to date on where I actually am in my pregnancy. I had to delete the app because it wasn’t adjusting correctly.

Simple to use. It is simple and user friendly, I like the weekly baby growth information and useful tips about my changes and problems!

View more. I would like to be able to view all the weeks if I want to instead of only releasing a few at a time. I’m in my 6th week and I can’t even view the 7th. This is the most I’ve paid for an app and it just seems restricted.

5 stars. Great for keeping me up to date during pregnancy! Gives details of body changes and partner notes to.

My fav. Great tips, love that you can just share it online with any person you need. Always share the most essetial with my boyfriend in fb

Love this. This is my favorite pregnancy app, it covers all the questions that I have. Maybe you could add some more tracking features.

Anti-stress app!. If you get nervious all the time, download Hello Bally and forget about the stress, lovely tips make me smile all the time. And thanks, I started yoga, thanks to your app, now doing it at home and also visit classes.

good idea. Having everything collected in short tips is great for those who don't want to get a pregnancy guru with spending hours and want to know all the essentials. Like me :)
