I’m addicted...BUT. I have 2 player names. Why is it that when you go to purchase the single flashlight, user #1 buys them 10 for 7 diamonds and my new user account it cost 21 diamonds for 10. That’s FREAKING crazy! I would have given it 5 stars but there are a few things that happen. How can I be completely be out of cases or additional scenes when I’m showing tons of unopened crates in my collections. Bring them back. I spend quite a bit of money on this game and these scenes should be available. My game crashes every 5-6 scenes played (I’m up to date on my iOS for my iPad), the higher rank, the more energy it takes; so you’re not making any progress. I’m at 600 energy level and it takes a full day to restore my energy and the scenes take so much I only get 6-7 scenes to play and winning the scene only gets you 7-8 energy back. If they could fix that, I’d give it 5 stars. Otherwise I love this game and play it all the time.

Homicide Squad. I like the game so much I don’t have time to give a rating , I am in the middle of solving a case 😃. It’s a lot of moving around but I guess that’s what you have to do to solve a case. It’s plenty hard to find some of the clues they are so small and you can only enlarge the pic only once to move it around , and then you cant hardly move the screen, so I just do what I can this is a pretty expensive game. I do like it , I have only been playing this version a short period of time and really wasnt ready to give a written report , I will try back in a month if I keep it that long.

Update made it frustratingly difficult. I've been really enjoying the game (with a few minor complaints, such as the incessant pushing of in-app purchases common to games like this that I didn't pay to get), but the latest update (version 1.9.8) has made the game much less fun. Before this update, some scenes were challenging, and some were easier, but overall it was a good mix of a decent enough challenge without being impossible. But, the latest update has added so many objects in a scene that it's overwhelming and no longer fun (additionally, some items have changed names and changed appearance). In one scene that I was reliably winning 4/5 attempts, I've now won 1 time in 10 attempts and it's getting frustrating. Additionally, they've changed the "add 45 seconds" boost if you fail a scene so that it not only uses up a boost in your inventory but says you may lose some other items from your inventory if you do use it. Umm ... no, thanks. Either make that an unlimited boost (that makes you lose something out of your inventory) or a boost limited to how many you have in your inventory. I suppose people weren't using enough hints (and buying more), and I get they need to make money. But if the game isn't fun, I just won't play at all. If I remain frustrated much longer, I'll probably just find another game to play, which is too bad, because I've been really enjoying this one.

UPDATE IS TERRIBLE!!!. Now that the game is updated, it now takes WAY too much energy to play each level. Before, the forensic level only used 17 energy, and now, it takes a 76 energy to complete the level. That is an incredibly INSANE jump. It takes forever for energy to refill, and even if it’s completely full, I can only play six or seven levels before I have to wait HOURS in order to even play ONE level. Additionally, they make it incredibly difficult to assemble a collection since they rarely give more than one token or item needed to assemble it. I used to love this game, but I’m thinking about deleting it. One time I didn’t play for an entire day, and I still didn’t have full energy. There is no reason that my energy doesn’t fully fill up in 24 hours. It seems like with every update, all they do is try and make the game more difficult to play without spending money. I really liked the game at first, but it’s getting ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to use so much energy to complete even basic levels.

Good game, addictive in the best possible way. I’ve gotten hooked on this game. It’s one I had to play a bit to get the hang of it, and figure it out, but once I did I play it every day now for hours sometimes. I don’t realize how long I’ve been playing sometimes until I realize my hands hurt from holding my phone for so long!!! I like that it’s something constantly different, with new scenes as I complete cases, and that that there are monthly challenges and chances to compete against my friends. It keeps it challenging and interesting so I don’t get bored.

What happened?. I reached level 93 and there aren’t any new scenes or evidence. I can only keep playing the old ones. I don’t want to leave the game but there isn’t anything else to do. The graphics are great. The scenes are interesting and challenging. You get an option of missing object or connect 3 and both are really good. There are a lot of helps and extras to keep it fun. You just have to play the same scene over and over to get items you need. Most of the evidence you need to construct requires the same items to craft so it can take quite a while for the action to move again. Overall a great game just be patient.

You ruined the game!!!!!!. Why did the creators destroy and ruin this game? Why did you ruin the game by making the special tokens you earn get switched to universal tokens? They should go back to the old way where the unused special tokens get switched to the new special tokens. This ruined the game for me, I quit playing and will not return until you fix this major screw up!!!! Why would you ruin the game, that’s crazy!!!!!

Not as good as Hidden City. Pretty ok game. Some of the items are super hard to find because they blend in or are behind other things. So it does make you use your tools quite often. On my phone I do make use of the zoom feature a lot. The cases and storyline are meh, but I’m still playing so I suppose it’s kept me entertained. The one feature I love is the night vision badge. I absolutely hate nighttime mode in Hidden City; almost every location has a type of night activated most of the time. In this game, we get to use a badge and turn that mode off.

Homicide Squad. Interesting, I either need new glasses or more flashlights to play! 😃 I must admit that this is more interesting than other games I have played and I do like this game better. It feels more real. I like that I am not on limit as far as how long I can play nor am I going trying to get some imaginary prize. I can spend as much time on it as I want. That makes me happy so, in my eyes, you have succeeded in creating an amazing game for those of us who would rather have a more mental challenge instead of just popping bubbles! Thank you 😊

Hope you have deep pockets.... I’ll cut to the chase. This game is *very* expensive to play with any success. Many, if not most, of the scenes have hidden objects so hidden that you must use hints, which of course you buy with cash money. I’m a pretty experienced HOS player with good visual acuity, and finding certain items is almost impossible. Many players have commented on the night vision mode, and I concur that it is quite difficult, but they do give you a much longer time limit for it. One of the game challenges is to “Assemble” bits of evidence one collects while playing. You get game cash when you do, which you can use for “power-ups” to assist with game play. But... to assemble your items requires “assemblers” which must be found during game play. Spoiler alert: they are almost impossible to get, but you can buy them with cash money, which I’m sure is the developers intent. All in all, my experience over a month of play is that this is a cash-hungry game. And we’re not talking a buck here, a buck there. Think in terms of $10s a pop. Want to go through $75-$100 quickly, and with regularity over time? If yes, this is your game! All in all, this could be a great game

Resolved! Latest update removed power up generators. Edit: updating my review due to the stellar response from the developers. Julia from their support team was very responsive and helpful. She kept me updated as the developers worked to resolve my issue. I did get all my missing generators restored. I am still docking 1 star due to the change they made in how the seasonal quests work. You used to be able to earn a generator for completing six seasonal collections and now you have to reach senior captain level in order to acquire the generator. The time commitment is now much greater (and it was already long before). I hope they reconsider this change. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I had 3 objects that generated daily rewards. 4th of July hot air balloon, dragon bridge and the fashion fest statue. I earned these before they switched to rewards that only last 3 months. After installing the Halloween episode, these items have disappeared. I would appreciate these being restored.

Frustrated. It’s an amazing game, I love playing it, all the little side cases and events are so much fun. The graphics are very good, my only problem is that some of the items needed for the cases and the assemblers, take way too many tries to get them. I’ve had it to where I had to play the same level more than ten times just to get the items and then not even be able to assemble them because I have to play other levels just to get the pieces several times. Other than that I love this game and it is an enjoyable experience!

Great idea, but too many problems. While this is a great hidden object detective game, there are several issues with the app, the most frustrating of which right now is that I cannot find the superstar sunglasses. I'm halfway through Sargent (on the yacht) and I haven't once found the item I need to continue, and I have the items and places nearly memorized, I've done it so many times. Super frustrating. But more relative to the general user, the biggest problem seems to be the night vision mode. It limits the screen space and makes everything a fuzzy green-black. I play this on my phone and have to zoom a lot, and items are still tiny, so having a further limited screen and no color cues makes it too difficult a challenge. Having a black object hidden behind a black screen is impossible to see in this mode, so you have to use the hint tools, which cost a ridiculous amount of crystals.

They have changed since it was S.E.D.. I played this game when it was called S.E.D. (Special Enquiry Detective). I had leveled up in the game and had quite a few flashlights and other boosts. Then one day the game just wouldn't open. I enjoyed playing it but noticed the name changed to Homicide Detective. So silly me, I download the Homicide Detective thinking it will "update" my app and will sync my progress. Nope! It is a whole "new app" with the same characters and same stories, and my progress and power ups lost! I am forced to start over! Grrrrr! It has changed in its format somewhat. It now integrates the collections as you work the scene. Before those were basically left unfounded unless you wanted to play endlessly on a solved case and level up your "rank" in order to find the collection items, which I never did. Another change is they have "dumbed it down a bit" by keeping the hidden items in the same place, so it's easier to find them. Before, it was more of a challenge because they moved them around each time you played the scene. So here I am starting over from case 1 and without all my power ups, that I had accrued. The graphics and storyline still seem the same which were good, but the stories take forever to progress, which may make or break me. We will see if I stay interested. And if they try to force purchases in order to progress well then this game will be deleted.

Progress Wiped Clean. Update** I went back in after being given instructions on how to restore my progress. My progress still was not restores and I am still starting from the beginning. -————————————————————————————— After playing this game for several weeks, I found myself addicted. Given this, you would think a high rating of this game would be given, however, upon logging in today, all the progress made in the weeks of playing was erased. Apparently, this was due to not completing the profile page. This is unfortunate as I don’t see why an individual should be forced to complete a profile in order to play this game and in order for progress to be stored. I will no longer play since all the hard work put forth is now gone.

Good Game but G5 keeps messing with rewards. This is one of my fav hidden objects game because of the incredible artwork and diverse characters like Casey. A couple of months ago I decided to subscribe to the 3 extra tokens per search scene because I wanted to show support in the hopes that G5 doesn’t give up on this game like they have other hidden objects games. However, I have reached the limit of my patience when I noticed that they decreased event token rewards in the last 2 events from 50 a day to 40 and also limited the availability of the critical event assembler to seem like you can’t earn extras. These kinds of decisions don’t increase my loyalty for the game, just my frustration at what I view as bad business decisions against long time players. Subscription cancelled but I will keep playing just to win event avatars but nothing more.

Hot Garbage Water. The energy regeneration on this game is ridiculous considering how much energy it takes to play one level. Don’t find everything within the time limit? Come on back in six hours to play again for two minutes! Want to keep playing? Spend a ridiculous amount of “real” cash for a handful of imaginary gems! Listen—I get it. I spend the occasional dollar or so on other games when I’m bored and want to keep playing. But this is literally the WORST money grab I’ve ever seen. You can actually “subscribe” for like $30 a month, and guess what that gives you? 30 minutes of play per day. 30 minutes! Not unlimited? For what would amount to hundreds of dollars a year, the subscription should include G5 stock options. It could be a pretty fun game, but please don’t waste your time.

Great Game! It’s very addicting!. My father used to play the mainstream games like this when I was growing up. Once he passed away when I was 12 I stopped playing them. Here I am about 5 years later, I’ve decided to proceed to play these games in his memory and for my enjoyment. The game isn’t as easy as can be, but in the same breath the game isn’t so complex you end up deleting it. I haven’t gotten any ads that I can recall and I’ve been playing it for about 4 hours straight. I also enjoy the opportunities it countlessly gives to earn gems, hints, and other “power up” or “helpful” specials it gives without having to pay a dollar. Speaking of dollar, they also offer a bundle for $1.00 that I haven’t purchased, but it is obvious something other games would charge a minimum of $5.

Incredibly frustrated. I would have given this game a much higher rating if it wasn’t for the current problem I am having. I can’t proceed any further in the game due to not being able to find the assembler, “Amido Black.” I have played the at the Fish Shop countless times and I find countless items except for Amido Black. I’m so frustrated that I’m about to just stop playing. As it is, I was about to quit since the game is getting pretty ridiculous (when you level up you only gain 5 energy yet each scene also increases by a lot the amount of energy you need to play so it feels like you are going backwards) but I was hoping that the most recent update would fix this issue and unfortunately it has not.

Fun for awhile. But then, the last items do not appear. Planned failure? I would also like a legend as to what the symbols are on the type of blocker there is, such as recurrent fog, finding differences,etc. I see the symbols, but I don’t always know what they mean ..I have entered the game with full energy, played several scenes, and gotten to the point where only one item needs to be located (often with over a minute left on the timer) only to have the item never appear. A fair challenge is fun, but when an item is not available to find, it seems a bit unfair. I will wait for one more update. If this is not improved, this game will be deleted. Unfair is not fun.

Frustrated but getting there!. I am just beginning to get into games, and this is one of my firsts. I don’t know where to get instructions on how to use various things. Like I have the tweezers in my bag of stuff for assembling, but how do I use them?? I click on the USE button and nothing. I’m lost on a lot of the game, and if I can’t figure it out soon, I’m done. Cool graphics, characters, scenes, but I don’t seem to be advancing. Frustrated! Later addition…I got a reply from tech support who was helpful, gave me a connection to get questions answered. ASSEMBLERS. I never write game reviews. Ever. But I’m writing this review in the hopes that the developers will see it. I think your game has potential and I enjoyed playing it but I now have five cases open and that does not include the Thanksgiving day cases which I’m also working on. I cannot move forward with not even one case, not even one, because I am missing assemblers. I have played extra levels until I’m blue in the face and the reward is always stupid extra crap that I don’t need and never the common assemblers that are needed for every assembly. I currently need seven rollers and five cameras to assemble just two of the assemblies that I need to assemble before I can move forward. I’m sure you did this so that I will pay for diamonds to buy the things I need. I get that you’re trying to make a dollar and I will spend $3.99 ONE time but that is it! It is ridiculous to make your game this frustrating! I really liked it but I can’t continue to waste hours of my day trying to get one stupid roller!

Best Hidden Object Game!. It's more than just a simple search game, it has an awesome story line where you're a detective solving homicide cases. Each step you take requires you to complete a hidden object room/level. There are several different rooms starting out (and more added each new case) with a different version of each room every time you enter that room. There is one room that is a match three or more style game, similar to Candy Crush®️ that earns valuable items to solve the case. There are boosters or special items you can buy to assist you in progressing to the next step of the case. You can buy these boosters either by spending your earned credits/cash or diamonds from completed cases, or buy them in the games online store. I've completed all cases and waiting on a new one to be added but still have endless hidden object rooms to solve. This game has something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

Fun game but sneaky make-you-pay attempts. When I first found this game I was so excited to have found something I can choose to either pay to play competitively or just play casually. Buuut, I abandoned “casually” pretty much right away. The levels and zones are fun & interesting. It’s great to mix things up. Lots of opportunities to earn power ups and energy. Very well designed, excellent game. I hope they’re designing more crime scenes. I’m all caught up and want to learn what’s next for Lamonte & Turino!

Selection of Friends. I would love this game a lot better if the friends selected could help with the game while playing a particular g5 game. It’s very difficult to ask for help from selected friends, it should be an easy way to get friends who are in the same game not just any g5 member of any g5 game. I only play Homicide Squad of all your g5 games this one is my favorite, so why not have the selected friends be in your favorite g5 game. Of course it’s not enough time to play the special side games, the required tasks to complete and collect special coins, stamps and keys just isn’t enough payout to finish. Thank You

Disappointed. While I truly enjoy the game, I am disappointed that the Halloween party includes a search for a pentagram. While I’m not an overly zealous religious person, I don’t think a pentagram is a necessary item and I refuse to play the scene further. Additionally, I’m at a level 29 now and I love the game, I cannot spend anymore money on the app. My husband got the statement in and I didn’t realize how quickly little purchases add up! Last month I spent over $75! I guess I will have to delete the game that I so enjoy. Apparently to be able to continue play, I’d have to take a 2nd mortgage to afford it.

Great game but difficult special events. I have spoken on this before to no avail… I play this game everyday and once I reach the 3rd assemble notice the special events game becomes so difficult that it is more so for a player to not solve the crime successfully. Why is this? Second, why isn’t there other cases to solve during the event to help get tokens? Last, the other games like the Christmas shop that require the regular tokens are unfair advantage as in order to assemble you need pieces that mostly are won from the boats or having to play tons of previously played locations. While I love it… I might have to find another game from another platform because this all seems pointless… it kills the excitement because YOU NEVER WIN!

Review. I like the game, but I’m old and have trouble seeing. Wish that creators of these games with a visually impaired option. Yes, I know you can enlarge the scene, which I do, but by the time I finish playing for a little while everything around me is blurry. My other problem is keeping the names of the people straight. Might be helpful when the detectives are talking about a specific person to include a picture of the person they are discussing. Of course, I’m still waiting for the continuation of Survivors: The Quest…

Waste of time. I started playing this time when I was unemployed. I spent money when I shouldn’t have and looking back, it was a waste. Now that I have a clear mind, I can see what’s happening. I’m stuck on level 25 with nowhere to go unless I spend money to crystals to move the story along. I don’t have money in the back to unlock a scene, so I have to do other things like unlock collections but I can’t do that because I don’t have the items to do that. I have to go win games but they’ve become so frustratingly hard at this point that it’s near impossible not to buy crystals to get more moves in order to win the game. I refuse to spend more money and I have gone nowhere for days. That wasn’t the case when I spent money. Being in a stressful situation gave me something to do but this game added to that and now that the situation has changed, I don’t need this game anymore and I can see that my money was not well spent.

Really enjoying this Murder Mystery. I used to play a similar investigative game - one of the G5 games I believe. But I’d forgotten how much fun it could be. This is a great way to pass a big chunk of time before you realize how long you’ve actually been immersed in the fantasy. I like that there are so many different things going on at once. Like trying to solve the case, of course. And making the collections, and keeping track of all the well-developed characters. Sorry, I just can’t write anymore now!! Gotta get back to my murder investigation!!!! Thanks, G5.

Latest update is terrible. The newest update (zoo) is terrible. Click on a scene and I am knocked out of the game. Go back in and can play the scene but if I want to play another scene it knocks me out of the game again. Also can’t tell what anomaly’s are in the scene anymore. Have to wait until scene populates to see if it is in pair, fog, night etc. also can’t go from the actual scene to the other mode without being kicked out of the game. Becoming very frustrating and annoying. Please fix it and put back to previous version.

Fairly Tedious. After a while it’s easy to loose track of what you’re doing or what the goal is. I was working on 1 case when suddenly I realized the “clues” were for another case. I would like to know who killed the first victim. It would also be cool if we can actually help solve the case. Also I couldn’t find info on the boosters like how each works. You’re given a few to start out with but it doesn’t seem like you can win additional ones in the rounds.

Amazing!!!. This game has such good graphics, there are so many cases to solve as well as mysteries. There are a lot of games just like this one with the exact same concept so there is no way that you can finish all off the games. Leveling up is so easy and I never run out of energy so I could play all day!! The cases are so interesting and there are great characters, there are also voiceovers for most of the characters and it has allowed my to be more present in the game

Been hooked on this game for 5 years. I absolutely love this game and have enjoyed all the plot lines and different well-crafted scenes. The new colors are terrible: way too bold, the white dialogue background takes away from the mysterious theme of this game. Its too much. G5 says they reduced the size of the bottom icons, but they are still enormous! G5, what have you done to this game?? Change it back; nothing seems mysterious, spooky, sinister or seedy at all anymore. You may as well have G rated rainbow unicorns and doe-eyed giggling children parading around the city.

It worked for a while but…. I was enjoying the game, but got to a point where the touch screen would not work on any of the scenes. It would work when it opened but when you went to one of the crime scenes the touchscreen did not respond. I quit using it for a while and came back today, after about a month and a half, and found that, although there are other complaints about the same problem, no updates have been filed and nothing has apparently been done. And, I have the same complaint about the night scenes. I play another series of games that are the same “find the hidden objects”, and in those night scenes it is not nearly as difficult to make out the object you’re looking for. If these two problems would get fixed I would rate it higher but right now it’s not playable. Either they are not reading the reviews, or they I haven’t been able to fix it in over two months. My love and dislike of this game. I enjoy playing this game as I am a hidden objects fanatic. However, your game has a few drawbacks. 1. The modes of Silhouette and Fog make the scenes extremely difficult to achieve success. 2. Too many things to purchase can only be done with crystals not $. $ is easier to accumulate in the game. 3. I have played many hidden object games but you are the first one I have ever come across that while repeating scenes you relocate the placement of the objects to find, 4. When objects are being shifted around and you can not decipher the object you are searching for the time constraint becomes absurd. I really like the challenges of this game but due to the level of difficulty it takes to be successful I am purchasing hints way too much. I just started playing and I am already assessing the value of the entertainment it provides.

Not a Fan. I downloaded this game yesterday and deleted it today. First of all the dialogue goes on FORVER! It took me over three hours to solve ONE case! First you’re at the Crime Scene, then The Pub, then an apartment- back and forth, back and forth, all the while the endless monologue. And the Hidden Objects- You finally figure them out and begin to recognize them, then they are moved, change color, or placed behind something that you just can’t make out. Whilst it could have been a “fun” game, it was NOTHING like is shown in the Ads that are paraded through every other game. Finally- once you solve the first puzzle, you move on “somewhat” to the second which is worse. You’re in an apartment, then back to the pub, then in a mansion, then on a boat, then to the lab, then back to the apartment, then off to the pub. All the while the “ dead man’s” apartment keeps changing (which is a neat trick for a dead man), and the endless chatter of the Detectives goes on forever. Games shouldn’t be this cluttered with worthless nonsense. People want to have fun and enjoy themselves whilst in this quarantine. This is a game, not a “made for TV Movie!

Homicide Squad: New York Cases. This is my favorite game ever. The realistic cases, lingo, investigative procedures and amazing graphics make for a great game. My only complaint is that you are slow to add new cases and locations, other than the monthly investigation. Please don’t stop adding them. I waited several months for the last update and now have finished that in a few days! The developers and programmers can’t work fast enough for me. In addition, I love how they change up the hiding places all along and especially in the most recent update. I hate being bored and need the continuous challenge! Bravo!

Needs adjusting. This game would be one of the best games I have ever played but it cost too much to get anywhere. Your energy runs out fast and if you want to get more you have to buy it. Anything they give for free is useless. If the items were not so hard to find that would be helpful and if given more time to find items. My fingers are big so sometimes I touch the screen and my clock takes away time like I picked the wrong item. I’m older I can’t see like when I was in my twenties some objects seem microscopic and I am not as fast as I once was, so minutes to find objects in this game doesn’t seem doable even if your just not fast in general. I really would like if they could fix this. Put ads in I would rather watch an ad here and there.

Relaxing. These sort of games relaxes me. I am okay so far and able to see and continue playing because of well lit scenes. The minute I cannot see because of too much darkness I think is ridiculous so I will delete app. I don’t mind spending 1.99 every now and then because it’s still playable. But yes it’s a good game. Is it possible to delete the silhouette mode since I never do good and the items for me to find is so dark and it’s hard to figure out what it is?

Enjoying the game but.... I really enjoy playing this game. I’m a huge hidden object fan. My 2 main complaints are: 1. Sometimes my energy doesn’t refill appropriately. It takes 3 minutes to earn 1 energy so in 10 minutes I should earn 3 energy. However I’ve noticed after sitting the phone down for 2 or more hours, sometimes over night, my energy is not where it should be. Some of the locations require a ridiculous amount of energy. 2. Game is expensive to play if you opt to buy gems which help you progress through the game. If you don’t buy them, I can see a person losing interest in the game because you can get stuck repeating a level several times looking for objects.

Great way to Kill some time.. I like this game because it’s not just a find object game. You get involved with other people and get to live a life as an agent who works with others to crack a case. The only thing that’s a bit of a pain but it’s part of the game. Is having to find objects to have enough starz to talk with someone or to look at prints or other things. I know that’s part of the fun and it wouldn’t be fun if we got everything to us. It’s a great game ! I would highly recommend it!

Really fun, challenging, addictive.... Gorgeous art, fun game, and all that... hey G5 - I have one thing to ask that would make ALL OF your object-finding games SO much better: When a player times out on a game scene, it would be really great if you had all of the hidden items they didn’t find flash for a couple of seconds... because you have a hint system incorporated into the game, it should be fairly easy to have all of the items light up after losing, thereby helping players learn the different ways each item can be visually represented... I think a lot of players would agree with me on this, and appreciate it if you did this.

Terribly difficult and money grabber. As some comments in here have said, there are items that you truly just can’t find, for example they show a tiny corner of the item, being stuck behind all the other items not in the list. Many cases progress REALLY slowly, such as “death by association”, and it costs an absurd amount of energy to progress JUST A TINY BIT each time. You try to accumulate enough energy and the bird icon thing to play the game, just to find out you need to play the scene multiple times just to find one item. I understand you want people to buy stuff from the store, but maybe you should look at other games and see how they make their games still playable without paying a fortune. thinking that everyone will be willing to spend thousands of dollars into a game is ridiculous, and will just drive players away.

Homicide Squad. I like the seek and find rooms but have some complaints. Some of the items are hidden to the point you really, really, REALLY can’t find them. That is the most frustrating part of it all. I know you want people to buy you items and believe me I have but I am tired of wasting my inventory of objects I would never ever be able to find in the first place. I am very close to quitting the game altogether because of that. Also, on the Match 3 games, sometimes you have too many blocks to eliminate and only a very small amount of turns to do that in. Again, I know the point is for us to use our inventory and them buy more but it has me to the point of quitting. And what in the world is the money for? You can’t buy anything in the store with in. It’s kinda useless the way it accumulates but no real ways to use it. A help center would be nice. I think G5 should not try to make people buy, buy, buy all the time. It’s just too over the top.

Fun. I love true crime shows, so when I found this game I had to try it. Needless to say I’m hooked. It’s interesting, challenging and lots of fun trying to get all the clues to solve the different cases. My only issue is with some of the hints. Yes you can look up what each one does but it doesn’t tell you how to use it or activate it. The specific one in question is the flashlight x2 you click on it and it does nothing and then you lose it as if you used it in that specific search. If there is a place where you can look these up can you please direct me in the right direct. Thank you

Eh. Not a bad game. But as a new player still getting the hang of things. I’ve been playing for 4-5 days now. I seriously cannot get the required items to move on. I’m the correct rank. Make a tweak to when you get the items you need and it wouldn’t be so bad. Or people will just give up with all your pop ups trying to get you to buy something. That and the stupid annoying “like our page” crap should go away. No I don’t want to like any of your pages and it doesn’t matter how many gems you give out. Just ask once and put away in a spot so if I do want to then I will! Like under the friends tab or something. Just make a good game for players and they will stay!

Absolutely Addictive & Fun. I usually don’t write reviews. With that said this game is the absolute best I’ve ever played. It’s so addictive and fun. I can’t stop playing it. It’s tough to put my tablet down when I have to turn in for the night. This game has a great plot and cast of characters that keep you interested. What also keeps you on your toes is that each time you check the same crime scene for more evidence the items you’re searching are never in the same place like other games have. Therefore you can’t memorize where the items are for the nexts search. It’s a neat twist to the game. It’s definitely a five star game for me! Well done!

Almost perfect game, but there’s no need for Match-3. Hidden object type games are my favorite games to play. I play another G5 game Crime Mysteries. Both that one and this one have phenomenal graphics especially the overhead shot of the cityscape. The scenes are perfect. It’s different almost every time you play with the same object looking different and in a different location in the scene. Objects can be under other objects. In other games I’ve played after a while the scene just comes down to memorizing where objects are and not much of a challenge except trying to get better scores. The only reason I didn’t give this game 5 stars is because there is a Match-3 aspect in the game play. G5 has enough Match-3 type games in their catalog that they didn’t need to put it in this game. Normally that would have knocked the rating down to 3 stars but in the time I’ve played this game I haven't had my game play interrupted by an ad for a G5 game. I probably jinxed myself for putting that in this review. One other thing that is annoying is the mini-game for gems is the same water slide where you avoid a spider first then the sludge and a shark. That mini game is also in Crime Mysteries. Would be nice if we got to try and escape a room that I’ve seen in ads for this very game.

Quick suggestion. I just downloaded the update and wondered if anyone had notice this minor issue and hoped it was taken care of. On the Crime Mystery version, when playing the match three game, I can connect four into a square and earn a spinner but this version I can’t. It’s minor but annoying enough to make it frustrating while playing the game. Also I notice the high energy cost playing the ‘special scene’, which most of the time, I just not play that portion until I absolutely need it to advance. Please don’t get greedy because I still love this game a lot.

Great challenges to stimulate memory. Absolutely love the game. It keeps my mind active as well as memory function. Absolutely love these kind of games where you look for things and the different puzzles to achieve certain things prevents boredom from repeatedly doing the same thing.

Amazing. I really love the length of each case where you have to keep cross analysing. I love the voice acting too it feels like I’m watching an episode of FBI or NCIS super cool. Also the way they mix up how you find certain items keeps me on my toes. Super clever!!!

Fun game. Better than most energy usage hidden object games, I don’t feel like I am just getting into it and “wait more energy” long playability! Variety in games is good, and there is enough of a challenge in some of the puzzles to keep it interesting and the characters so far aren’t annoying. Bottom line a fun game!

High-ranking whodunnit adventure. Top quality game, amazing graphics of urban New York and appealing characters, compelling narratives drive the detective-based search-and-solve storylines, cut scenes are interspersed with snappy banter and lots of convincing forensic jargon. Avoids getting too repetitive despite reusing the same locations multiple times; a bit frustrating having to replay the lab potion-match game in order to score highly enough to advance and without buying the crystals that allow you to skip it, new crystals are awarded infrequently during gameplay. Otherwise an incredible game, would highly recommend.

Good exercise.. I find it really good for the brain, it’s a good puzzle, and it has a really good storyline. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is really hard to find somethings. Sometimes it’s like trying to find a chameleon for me.

Enjoyable but ends prematurely!. I'm getting more and more frustrated that it takes months for the company to load the next cases. Either get on with it, or give me a refund for the money I've spent! This is a really enjoyable game and I didn't even mind having to make in-game purchases BUT when I got to end of case 6 having bought lots of diamonds and energy, and despite having lots more cases on the board, I was told the next case wasn't available yet. Finally updated with another three cases, but have been waiting weeks for case 10. Love the game but waiting this long for the next case is ridiculous!

Disappointed. I actually love this game but lately every time I try to do a special event level game shuts down losing my special event tokens I have just tried to use among other things! Conveniently doesn't happen during any other levels! Very very frustrating...

HOMICIDE SQUAD. Seems to be a great game app so far. Have been playing for a couple of weeks now, late April to early May 2020. Excellent graphics and storyline’s. Probably the best game I’ve played on Apple devices, bar Solitaire games.

When’s the new update coming stuck. Been playing this game for a while now and it’s now stuck on level 108 no new updates on App Store when is the update coming getting bored playing fleet week and no new cases😢

Newest update. Ever since new update for the new case. The game keeps crashing. Usually it is after a scene has finished but sometimes it crashes in the middle of searching a scene and i lose everything. Spent 64 energy to do special scene and crashed after found 2 items and lost the energy and did not get anything from scene. Love the game but since last update has been frustrating not knowing when the game will crash. Happens 2 to 3 times a game.

Getting ho hum and losing interest. This game started off okay and yes some locations are way way more challenging than others. If you have the cash to keep yourself going that would be okay, but I reckon most people don't. Locations energy levels get higher the more cases you solve and then also drag on longer and longer. So really you get no continuity as 440 energy level does not last long in say a 60 or 70 energy required location..

Awesome game. I like this game cos it gives my brain a workout. Unplayable. This game has so much crap that it doesn’t respond to screen taps. All the scenes are timed and it takes at least a second to respond to the screen tap. You can click on icons on the map to collect energy and even those take a couple of seconds to respond to the tap! If you continue tapping, the icon will wiggle but you have to click on it several times to get the reward. G5 needs to get rid of all the advertising and other crap going on. Also the hidden object scenes get stupidly hard. The crimes are supposed to be based on real crimes but the presentation is so bad, I don’t even read the dialogue. Doesn’t matter anyway - you don’t have to do anything but complete a collection to “solve” the crimes. So yeah horrible response to taps to hidden object scenes means you’ll just fail. Contacted support and they just asked for some device info which I had already given them when I first opened the ticket. No further response. Way better games out there that actually keep up with the screen taps.

It WAS fun, then …. This game was a blast for a couple of months, then they start making You buy items/coins to carry on playing. I’ve dropped close to $300 in a couple of weeks. Mystery crime centre. Great so far so good.

Starts great but garbage by level 40. The game starts off great, the lightening bolts required to play the game are low enough that you could play at least 10 successful games in a row. The scenes are challenging and objects are average size. By the time you hit level 40, scenes require 50+ lightning bolts to unlock, and hidden objects shrink significantly, become tiny and hidden behind things, to the extent that you can’t see them even when you’ve enlarged the screen on your tablet, and randomly start clicking on things. Playing Match 3 is also a losing dead end by this point. Completing a scene or even multiple scenes in a row become impossible by level 40, you will stay stuck on level 40 for weeks, and the app starts popping up more ad boxes to buy more energy. That’s where you can fall into a never ending vortex of continually purchasing more energy, or just walk away from the game and delete the app because it’s become frustrating and no longer fun anymore. I chose the latter.

Diminishing fun. Game starts out fun but quickly changes into just another “speed’ challenge. I’m not looking to “Beat The Clock”, I just want to find hidden objects and solve puzzles. If I wanted a “Racing” game I would have downloaded one. I just want to relax and play a nice game … but there’s nothing relaxing about trying to beat the clock and being made to feel like a loser because you can’t find a million blurry objects INSTANTLY. I guess McDonalds has made everybody feel that it’s best to sacrifice quality for speed. I’d rather have good puzzles and as much time as I need to solve them. If you want to feel like a loser this game won’t disappoint, but if you just want to relax and feel good about yourself, avoid this one.

Disappointed. While I truly enjoy the game, I am disappointed that the Halloween party includes a search for a pentagram. While I’m not an overly zealous religious person, I don’t think a pentagram is a necessary item and I refuse to play the scene further. Additionally, I’m at a level 29 now and I love the game, I cannot spend anymore money on the app. My husband got the statement in and I didn’t realize how quickly little purchases add up! Last month I spent over $75! I guess I will have to delete the game that I so enjoy. Apparently to be able to continue play, I’d have to take a 2nd mortgage to afford it.

New update is terrible!. Because I had progressed so far in many of the newly updated levels, there is no possible way to find all of the items in such a short amount of time. Specifically the library. That was once my favorite level but now it’s more like find Waldo without the Waldo. They threw everything including the kitchen sink in! Very disappointed to have worked so hard and have all the hard work disappear. If you are going to update the levels that way, at least start us back at no progress in the level. It just isn’t fair when we don’t even know what the new items look like.

Homicide Squad. Addictive game. Don’t start unless you plan to spend hours playing. It would be nice if there were instructions on what some of the items in the inventory were used for, such as the dynamite and decoder. In fact, instructions upfront would save a little money in learning this game. Will probably stop playing soon, as I will quit purchasing.

Good hidden object game.. It’s got a decent story and there’s rationale for what your trying to find. I prefer it to the paranormal because it’s a bit more simplistic. It has a few bugs like not letting you add friends because it thinks you already have, but nothing game breaking. It gives you enough to not have to spend money as I never have for any of these mobile virtual currency games. A solid story driven hidden objects game.

Love the variety. Interesting the the variety keeps me interested and returning to play more. Only reason for the 4 stars is as a new gamer there are aspects I can’t figure out. It would be helpful if there was a tutorial attached somewhere (maybe there is and I can’t find it) that would help answer questions. Example. It says I need “assemblers” to put all my items together. Can’t find what an assembler is or where to find it. Otherwise love the game

Cool. The game is cool. It’s not super addicting but i think that’s because they don’t give diamonds often enough. Sometimes one item is holding you back from beating a board but you’re out of flashlights and don’t have any diamonds. So you lose the items you discovered and have to do it all over again. I’ve been stuck on one scene for about three days. I realize i’m playing it less and less but i really do like the game. I needed some diamonds so you already know what’s going on B)

So so with not enough reward. Requires a bit of work with little to NO guarantee of items that you have to accumulate in order to advance. Each “case” requires a bunch of energy & “money” earned. Endless amount of players request your “friendship”. Yet, most just send requests for items the need/want & leave you without. Not impressed at all. Too many new area downloads & you either have to really BUY crystals cuz it’s not earning them w/o contacting friends or exactly what you are reading right now.

I’m only a kid and I love everything about this game like I really want to find out who the killer is but the swears, I’m just screaming inside when I read a swear. I feel like Lamonte and Turino are a couple. The ideas they have are so smart. I want to be as smart as them. How could anyone come up with really cool names?! I can’t even come up with any cool names at all. I’ve played all the G5 games and I’m looking forward for more. Can’t wait!!!

Homicide Squad. Cool game & neat premise. But like all the G5 games I’ve played so far, it’s really unfair not to allow more purchase power with the cash/coins earned in the game. Making the gems hard to earn & then making them the cost of purchasing worthwhile stuff in each game is the downside on each game I’ve played. I tend to leave the games for awhile or actually delete them when they keep demanding real money to purchase the necessary gems to make the game more fun & worthwhile.

Boring. Just very boring time limits are short trying to force people in to spending real money I was able to solve a Murder with out really knowing what was going on which means the game solve it with out me . Would not spend a penny it is not worth it’s stressing and the only way to enjoy probably is by spending cash to get more time it is not a game you can enjoy in your work break imposible. If you are looking for a relaxing game this is not the game. Is boring complicated and stressing you have to do the same scenery like 10 times or more 😞 sorry I try to always find the positive but on this game there was none.

What a challenge!. This game is exactly what I was looking for...challenging, addicting, and a lot of fun! The game’s level of difficulty progressively increases, so it never gets boring! I would like to see a decrease of the cost (game “money” and real money) for boosts and energy, or an increase in what you get for your money. You really do not get your money’s worth...the only aspect of the game that really needs serious improvement. Other than that...it really is a great ‘mystery’ game!

Way too glitchy to be fun. The game is inconsistently responsive to touch. I don’t know how many times I had to touch items many times as time ticked away, and it simply wouldn’t respond. I ran out of time and had to waste power-ups. I have played a lot of hidden object games on the same device and never have any problems with any others so it is clearly this game. The game is very difficult anyway, and you may have to play the same scene countless times to get what is needed so losing the power-ups makes it simply not worth it. I’m deleting it.

Addicted to their games. Addicting game. It’s an Interesting game. It is Good to practice attention to details and train your brain to memorize and pay attention to small things. It gets addicting. I ended up playing it till 2 am on the first day I got it on my phone. I just kept playing and couldn’t put my phone down, even though I had to get up to go to work the following morning.

Fun. It’s a fun game with great graphics and a lot of fun puzzles to solve which I really love. If I had to critique something it would be the constantly moving objects around! I can see every once in a while, but holy hell… the stuff is hard enough to find just on its own, you shouldn’t have to change its position every single time you start a new puzzle. It’s incredibly frustrating. But everything else is just great.

Developers are idiots. The levels start with a limited number on items to find. As you progress, the number of items to find increases. Some idiot decided that they needed to improve some of the scenes/graphics and hidden items. The changed the frigging artwork and items on the fly and there is no way you can find these stupid things in the allotted time! If they are going to do a re-set on a scene, they should have dropped everyone back to a novice level requirement! I’ve been playing the game for about 5-6 months and am writing this just before deleting the app from my device!

Not much for the money. So this game started out entertaining. As you advance through the game it gets nearly impossible to advance without spending money. This company thinks an awful lot of their items because they are expensive. Now to advance you must have case tokens which u either have to spend real money to get or pay with in game cash that doesnt come easy. Completely stallex with any of the cases.

Getting super greedy. I’ve been a fan of this game for a long time, which is why I’m saddened by how much the game has changed the last few months. Every level used to drop energy. The additional games were cool, but now you have to spend so much money to be able to pass them in time to get the reward it’s not worth it. I loved the hidden keys game they added for the December game, but they took it away in January. It now takes three times the time and energy to get less than before, which is a huge turn-off from playing.

1st crime scene. I'm just starting the game so I'm having fun but I fail about the time I unlock the bridge and now I have to start my whole investigation over from the beginning? With my lack of experience playing games period and eyesight I'll never get past the bridge. I've gotten there twice now but no further. However I will try again because I like a challenge and as I said I'm having fun trying!

Bring back S.E.D.! Devs please read!. I think this is a good hidden object game. However, after stumbling upon a gameplay video of what this game used to be (S.E.D.), I have to give Homicide Squad a lower rating. The old game looks to be more interactive: examining crime scenes (other than finding hidden objects), mini games, analyzing evidence, etc. As I said, this is a good game, but it is harder to enjoy knowing it was so much more before it was updated. Homicide Squad is basically a lite version of S.E.D. If you could bring back the gameplay of S.E.D. to Homicide Squad, you would make a lot of people happy!

Addictive. I just happened across this game in an ad and I'm glad I did. I love everything true crime and this game lets me be part of the action. The puzzles are just challenging enough and, unlike some other games, one can progress steadily through the game without having to buy anything, but at least the option is there if one wishes to do so. It's the perfect combination of police procedural and hidden picture/puzzle games.

Great game. LOVE the game. Mystery games are my favorite. Like most games power ups are hard to get I wish we got more. But I get it that’s how y’all get people to spend their money. I do love how y’all give lots of energy out to continue playing and not have to come back every 3-4 hours just to play. Thanks for a great game! Oh and one more thing I love how the characters actually read the dialogue!

Love it!. I have been playing this game since it was released and really enjoy it! I suffer from acute anxiety and depression, and this game is my “go to” to get my mind off things. I get totally immersed in the game. I love that you now leave the event scenes on the map even after the events are over. It’s fun to be able to continue to play the scenes. Keep up the good work!

Tiresome. Too many things to try to keep straight. Not enough time allowed as challenges increase. No introduction to the different items. Chinese characters and items are FOREIGN to players from US and other countries. I spend entirely TOO MUCH TIME trying to look up Asian names for unfamiliar items!! I’m NOT spending ONE DIME for extensions, jewels, clocks, etc when I have no chance of finding merky unfamiliar forms to complete a puzzle. Get with it!!

Review. I think the game is fun. It’s unclear on what the little dog & cat, etc., faces mean and how they affect the game. The collections icon keep saying I have completed collection but I can’t find them. They all having items and I’m prompted to buy the missing items. I’ll pass on that. I think some scenes should have more time allotted to find items. Thank you, Christine Young

Fun and challenging game. I like the game but it freezes and closes the game a lot which cost me money. It cost me power ups that I purchased with my own money etc. etc. and the loss of puzzles that you use power ups for just to shut you out and throw them away. If the game wasn’t so expensive I would continue without a doubt but now I’m getting to the point whereNot sure if it’s worth it or not. The further in the game you get the more money you have to spend FYI

What a bunch of cheats! DO NOT download this app!. The game developers of this app have sank to the lowest level of fraud! They make impossible for you to play this game without spending money. They also leave items out of the search rooms on purpose thereby ensuring you can’t find it. You use your time searching for an item that is not there. After you’ve wasted time searching you also use up your energy which they make certain you can’t replace without spending money. They spend more time figuring out how to cheat the public than making a game worth playing!

I like it so far!. So far so good! Haven’t been playing real long but I like what I see so far. Energy is restored quickly by completing tasks. The puzzles are challenging but not too difficult. Stuff moves around in the puzzles so it’s not the same place every time which adds a level of difficulty unlike some other hidden object games which are very repetitive. I’m enjoying it so far.

Like!!!. So far so good. Seems like a pretty interesting game. I’ve always been into these type of games. I’ve only really just begun playing only into the first few levels. I can’t see me complaining about anything. I mean it’s got its moments just like any other game. So rather then complain I’ll just play until I can’t play anymore with out paying for something. N then I’ll wait til everything builds up to 100% and I can play again I have other games to keep my busy while I wait. Thank you.

Jlburden77. It’s sad I was really enjoying playing this game until I started having issues since then the game is no longer fun and I will be deleting it. I have made numerous attempts at contacting you regarding the issues at hand nothing still has been resolved every time I send and email regarding the issues already expressed all I get is a email with a new case/claim number for the issue nobody is working to resolve it everyone just keeps passing the buck and that’s sad. If I could get away with giving this 000 stars I would. It’s not worth the aggravation it’s not worth playing don’t waste your time folks.

Homicide squad. The game is quite good, but some of the items you put in locations to find are a little far fetched to help find clues. It does help keep the brain active and sharpen one’s observing skills but if you make it too difficult people are going to get bored and lose interest and quit playing the game. Personally I love a good challenge and improving observation and detective skills. You make some of the best G5 games. Thanks, Ken

Fun game but sneaky make-you-pay attempts. When I first found this game I was so excited to have found something I can choose to either pay to play competitively or just play casually. Buuut, I abandoned “casually” pretty much right away. The levels and zones are fun & interesting. It’s great to mix things up. Lots of opportunities to earn power ups and energy. Very well designed, excellent game. I hope they’re designing more crime scenes. I’m all caught up and want to learn what’s next for Lamonte & Turino!

So fun. I’ve never run out of energy in the game so I can play as long as I like. The voice acting is horrible with the accents but I just skip through it really quickly and it makes it easy to do so (though a skip button would be nice for cut scenes). The games are challenging without being frustrating.

Homicide Squad. Addicted to this game. But, once u end one scene, u have to wait days be before the assemblies crop up unless u want to spend all your crystals. I can understand cutting back on the what we could gain earlier, we have to work smarter and harder. Ya’ll put together a great game, yet, I found on some, I digressed to solve one I missed. Interesting. Still love it and playing it, regardless. Thank you.

Pathetic. This game doesn’t even deserve 1 star. But, if you like to pay money, and lots of it, to progress in games then you might enjoy it. If you don’t, you will make no progress at all, as every level is rigged to be unwinable. You are stuck losing the same 3 or 4 levels for months, trying to get collection assemblers that can’t be obtained, unless you buy them. The “special” monthly location can never be completed either. Add to all that the fact that everyone stops playing so you don’t get any help from friends, there is absolutely no reason to waste your time on this game.

It’s ok. This game is ok but it’s v y similar to the other G5 games. Once you start the game you can’t earn enough energy back just by playing. You have to buy it. Also, in order to move on in the story you have to collect items in the mini games and put together a bigger item. Yet it may take playing the same mini game 6 times and running out of energy before you can earn one item needed. It’s very frustrating. I like the idea of the game, seek and finds, story lines but the inability to keep playing after 15 min is annoying. I don’t pay money to keep playing.

Fun combo. Love being able to choose match or search. Characters are kinda fun. Cases are interesting, although are often difficult to keep track of which case you’re working on. The special investigations are fun, but impossible to solve without spending real $$$. Gems are needed to get special items, which are ridiculously slow and difficult to accumulate , unless you spend MORE real $$$. And they’re not economical to buy.

So far so good. Liking the game so far (1 week in), I totally get it's supposed to be challenging to find the clues, etc....But sometimes you legit can't find them because they'll be SO tiny! Or on a part of the screen that is covered by the games options, which is just ridiculous. I don't have X-ray vision. The other day I accidentally tapped the screen all the way at the top and boom "found" a clue, if not by mistake would have never found it in a million years. Gonna keep playing and see if it gets any more exciting ;)

Fun. I usually don’t like hidden object games, but I found that I enjoyed the storyline and the interactivity of the game more than most. Excellent game g5; familiar yet refreshing! The only reason I rated it at a 4 is because the game will often close on me with no warning. This often happens during the puzzle and causes me to lose energy and have to restart the level. I wish this could be fixed, if not I will delete the game.

Too bad I can’t log in from another device!. My tablet was smashed & I’ve tried to log into my account from 2 different devices & the game keeps starting me from level 1 (I was level 20!) It keeps telling me my account email etc is already taken but it won’t let me identify that account as MINE!! Too bad I won’t be spending more money there!!

Not bad. I like the different scenes and as you go up in levels the items change places makes it a little more challenging but I don’t have anywhere to go to find help like I see a call out to police for help along the bottom but I don’t know how to respond to it I tap on it but nothing happens but the scenes are good and I like how you level up And that there’s different games to play within each level like pairs the night time scenes are cool and getting a little break from finding hidden objects with the puzzles in the forensic lab

Fun Game. Impressed with how fun it is for a free game. I wish there weren’t as many words during the game because it felt complicated to keep track of the case this way. I think it would’ve been better if the case was presented mostly all at once, with a lot less actual text added and maybe more actual involvement. (I.e. you never actually conduct an interview- you’re told how the interview went after the fact) but other than that it’s fun for a free game.

Diamonds. I like the game a lot! But you sure don’t give out very many diamonds out ! In the beginning you get diamonds as you go on in the game you don’t get any unless you buy the starter pack it shouldn’t be like that to where you have to buy stuff ! I hope you can change this cause I really do like this game . Otherwise I will have to get rid of the game cause I won’t spend money just to go on in the game . Yes I got the money in the that you get when you find the hidden stuff an so on ! Thanks A- well

Energy takes way to long to rebuild. I used to enjoy this game so much but the more you level up, the more energy it takes to play each room. It takes way to long to rebuild energy. It might take 46 energy to play one match and if you win the match you might get maybe 9 energy as your reward. Once you run out of energy it takes at least half a day to rebuild. You might get to play 15 minutes out of the day before all you energy is gone. I’m sorry but I’m not gunna keep buying energy everytime I want to play. This game is just not what it used to be.

Recurring Extra Event should remember previous progress. I play this game for many, many years - finished all cases. Enjoy the story line the most! One annoying situation is that, for the timed extra events, even when they reoccur, we have to start it from the beginning. I suggest you keep the user’s progress, and give the option for replay for those who finish the investigations. Otherwise, it’s such a burden that people may just quit playing at all.

Game keeps blinking out and booting offline.. Good afternoon. Since this last update, the game only lets me play one, maybe two, scenes and then it blinks off. When I go back in my credits are still gone as if I played that scene. This is especially frustrating when I try to play the challenge scene and I lose the coins it takes to play it. Then I'm having to build up those coins again. I'll never finish the quest at this rate. I hope the next update fixes these bugs or I'm going to have to get rid of the game altogether...I really like this game too otherwise.

New update is terrible. I enjoyed the game and had progressed to Captain level on many scenes. The recent update not only added several new items to some of the existing scenes, but also changed the layout of the scenes. Would be easier to adapt if not already at Captain level with so many items to find, but it’s nearly impossible to proceed without using hints as there are several new objects to become familiar with, and a short time to do it. There needs to be a workaround for people who had already advanced so far on the updated scenes.

Slow and Clumsy Interface. I think this game over-complicates things. The murder board does not work well on a mobile device - too large and disorganized. You end up clicking on things you don't mean to because the interface has pop ups over the murder board - including the prizes that you can click on to make you store them faster. But then no way to cancel once you've clicked into an item in the murder board. The repetitive nature of the searches goes on too long. Takes too long to get crystals and power - of course they want you to buy more/make a purchase. The push for social registration is annoying and constant. Giving up on this game

Great game But Complicated with some stories. Nice game good investigation not too long not too short to solve the cases, good graphic! But could you make it to easy to play to fine an objects faster than this? And one more the games more complicated with a new stories but not in the crime senses.. it’s make the game hard and complicated you should cut some that senses. Because could make the time longer and spend more energy. And please add more plot for rural areas in crime scene coz I like that too much. Thank you 😊

Losing items. Items won after successful game completion are not being added to my inventory AND when the game stalls and cuts itself off, it does not credit back any boosts that were used (energy is credited though)...just upsetting. Especially when I spend money on gems and extra items that were promised are not given(bonus items for the holiday season were not provided after 2 separate gem purchases)...I love the game but a lot of issues
