Actual trash. Poorly designed. Infuriating notifications that pull you away from chats. No consideration for your phone’s battery.
Freezes. It’s an ok app, but a lot of time when accepting a chat, it’ll freeze and cause the app to crash, this losing a possible online sale
Most Frustrating app I’ve ever used!. -Crashes frequently -Quits in middle of chat and looses transcript -No real-time backups of chats -Takes forever to wake up, someone else gets the chat before you get to the HERO screen. -Very poor product search implementation -Shows customers City but not state... do you know how many “Pleasantville’s” there are in the USA???? -no user control of ring tones -no ability to see individual client review scores. -no ability to create and store shortcut responses. -HERO customer support is useless, they send templated responses to every issue.
Constant issues. Not recommended. DELETED MY LAST TERRIBLE REVIEW, so I’ll just keep reading until the constant issues are fixed
Kills battery on devices. No desktop integration. Buggy.. Battery killer. App has issues. Desktop version not avail- lacking progressive steps to help aide in sales. More like another task to add into an already busy day. The app does let you customize things to reply with and has pre loaded responses that take more work to copy edit than using talk text. Often the app crashes mid session, top right buttons stopped working with most recent update so you cannot view chat history to gather info needed on follow ups. I’m not able to use the email tool as the app tells me I need to login… while logged in. If another person in your team is not online (using the app) you must pickup where their long conversation ended. Why isn’t there an email tool linked to paying clients using their specific service ? Keeping the app open all day, without having iPad or phone plugged in causes overheating devices if they make it past an hour. Meh.
Revolutionary. This app is ahead of our times, be able to be clients personal shopper in the comfort of their own home! Send products, photos videos and connect with clients for everlasting relationships and $$$$$!

Terrible app. Half baked app used by companies desperate to make an extra buck at the expense of it employees. Freezes all the time and crashes frequently. Connecting to customers is extremely difficult and notifications are sloppy in there presentation and alter speed. Often times I’ll get an alert only to open the app and it already be taken. Many issues with logging into the app as well. Overall a terrible app ideas only to exploit the workers forced to use it.
Awesome!!. This is the tool all retailers were missing. The power of video combined with pics and chat makes converting online & offline that much easier! Would totally recommend.
Great idea, terrible execution. I’ve had to use this app for work for about 6 mo. There seem to be different bugs that come up depending on the version update; however it consistently crashed upon opening from a push notification (nothing more annoying than a circle of death while a customer was waiting) and was a HUGE battery drain. I love the idea, and I was really excited to be introduced to the platform when our in-store sales dwindled due to COVID; but I would avoid using it again in the future.

Too many glitches. Ever since the latest update, the app glitches out consistently and it is affecting my sales. I lose out on the ability to connect with customers due to the incoming chat feature glitching and not loading. It’s like it’s in a perpetual state of loading. Over it and frustrated.
Horrible App. Update number 2 for 2019 on how poorly this app works. One is unable to close the app. Restarted my phone numerous times and still can not close the app. Tried to remove the app and It acts like spyware. Don’t not even try to contact the developer because they will not even respond or the they give same lame response. The app continually freezes during customer interactions. Yet there had not been any response from the developer. This app works poorly at best.The developer still has not resolved the problems plaguing this lousy app. Furthermore do not expect to get an answer from the developer. You will only get the same old lame reply. The app continually freezes upon opening, during customers interactions as well as closing the app. During a customer interaction one can not see the customers interaction. Many times one does not know they even had a customer until one freshes the app or by turning one’s phone off and restarting it. The barcode scan only works intermittently. When you use the barcode the app freezes and you can no longer communicate with the customer and you are unable close the app. This poorly designed app can cost the user hundreds of dollars of lost sales due the problems of the app not functioning properly. Lastly, the app drains your battery.
JUNK. Crashes, freezes - pretty far from the commercial grade.
So intuitive. Super easy to use- took me 5 minutes to learn, plus it auto updates!! Love being able to help customers online right from my phone.
Frustrating and useless. Chat alerts are easy to miss as the only chime once. Be prepared to get stuck on connecting to costumers for hours. App literally crashes if customers send you a message when you are taking a photo or linking product. Sometime it just crashes for no reason.
Coolest invention. Best app for connecting with clients in a modern way.

Good but Horrible. I really see the thought processing behind this app, however it’s full of glitches and bugs that the develops just can’t seem to get right. Having to use this for work, I don’t have much of a choice but having to use it, which is painful. They need to develop this for the MacBooks and PC’s to make working from home a lot easier. iPad use is inconvenient, and you definitely need an external keyboard. Also, this app KILLS your battery, so I definitely do NOT recommend putting this onto your phone unless you plan on paying to replace your battery every 4 months. Come on HERO, get it together.
Slow performance. There is major lag time with this app. Please fix it as it frustrating for users who use this daily. The picture and video quality also requires improvement. The images seem grainy and the photo size differs from what you take a picture of to what is sent to the customer. Odd. There should also be a feature within the app that tells you how many people are on the website currently and how many people might be waiting to chat. Especially during busy sale times when web traffic might be increased.
