So I recently placed an order with this company for 4 suits on this app. Checked over all my items, good, shipping address, good, payment info, all good. Submitted my order. It immediately told me my order was placed, BUT every item was now a completely different size than I ordered. They ALL switched to medium which I haven’t worn since I was in middle school. Got an email confirmation, guess what, yep, all mediums. I tried to email the company, I tried to call. You get the generic, “we will respond to you as quickly as we can” crap. Don’t try to call because it rings busy to somewhere in New Jersey and then hangs up on you, or it rings until a recording saying the line is busy comes on and to try later, then again hangs up on you. I also received a separate paid email from Cupshe. Hey look, a different number to call for help. I called that and it went to Nanjing, China. Guess what??? That number also is not working. I have also sent them a message via FB messenger. No response yet. Left them a message on FB. No response yet. Take your chances folks. My advice. Don’t use this app, don’t use this company at all.

Cutest Bathingsuits!. I found out about this website through a YouTuber I watch. I was skeptical at first but but decided to give it a try. The bathing suits are so cute, affordable and very good quality! I would definitely order from them again! I order two one pieces and they fit perfectly I can’t wait to purchase more. Shipping was also pretty fast I received the items within one week! 👙💜 The only thing I disliked about the suits are the paddings. They’re round and circular which I don’t particular like but you can always remove them or put in your own padding!

The best app EVER😍😍😍. Omg! I absolutely love my new swimsuit from Cupshe❤️ It fits super well and is exactly what I wanted. I’ve worn it so much, but the colors haven’t faded and that is AMAZING!!!! They ship super fast. Mine took about 5 days and they’re packing is super cute!!!! They package is small so it’ll fit in a regular size mail box, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of trying to get it when the post office is open. They’ll a slo deliver straight to your house which is great if you’re super busy. The Cupshe app is super easy to use and they have soooo many options!! They also have tons of other stuff which is also super cute. I really love this app and all their swimsuits. My sister told me about this app and I’ve been obsessed ever since!! I would totally recommend this app to any who HATES swimsuit shopping and really just doesn’t have time for it. The swimsuits are amazing and super cheap! Definitely my favorite app!!!

Love Love Love. First of all, I’m 35 and have had 3 kids and don’t really feel confident in a swimsuit. Thus, I’m VERY picky and have to try it on before making a purchase. I came across the CUPSHE on Instagram and decided to look. I loved all the prints, styles and especially the price! So I decided (skeptically) to try it out. To be honest I figured the material would be cheap, given the price... but still hopeful. When I received the flamingo one piece, I was presently surprised by the quality!!! It fit amazingly also, I feel super comfortable and confident! I’ll definitely be back for more!! Thank you CUPSHE for giving this Mama her mojo back!!

Stylish & Affordable. I’m going on my honeymoon in January and was looking for pretty and affordable new bathing suits. I checked so many places and they were all $50+ for an average looking suit. I came across Cupshe on Instagram and was in love with they John waisted options and the price. It seemed too good to be true but they have lots of reviews per suit and some even included customer pictures. So I went for it and ordered 4 suits. They came within a week and the quality, fit and match to site photos all checked the boxes. Very cute and comfortable! In fact I was so excited that I just ordered two more suits today! Highly recommend Cupshe!

App OK/ Customer Service lacking. The app is interesting because it will offer different sales and prices than the website. I have made 3 orders at this time, one a return because 2 of the 3 suits I ordered were way to small. Trying to exchange for a larger size was a disaster! I ended up returning and with their exchange still ended up paying a portion for the larger size suits. One the next order I just made sure to order a size up. For the most part it has worked out for me but I am on the fence for ordering again. Decent prices, suits have been cute in person but I have seen fraying without even wearing and the metal clasps on 2 different suits are awful and extremely difficult to close by yourself. Would be great if they offered different size options for tops and bottoms. As for writing reviews, I’ve tried to leave reviews of the suits on both the app and website and I’ve yet to see my posts.

Love CUPSHE. I have ordered multiple Cupshe bathing suits and they’re all amazing. I love the convenience of the app, only thing that I prefer to use the website for is specific things show in stock differently than on the app and the app also doesn’t have all the bathing suits that are shown online seems like. I think the app is very easy to use and search since they have the categories split up nicely. I love looking at the app and seeing what they have new out because it’s right on my phone and I get notifications. This company is amazing and worth any app or website that you choose to use!!

Met my expectations!!. I was sooo excited when I received my Bay of Angels bikini from CUPSHE!! It was everything thing I expected and hoped it would be. Some of the negative reviews made me a little nervous while awaiting its arrival, but my anxiety was put to rest when I pulled out my gorgeous little bikini from its package! I followed the sizing guide on the app and my swimsuit fits just as expected. I am SO excited to rock this bikini on vacation!! Another thing I was really impressed by was the quality of material the swimsuit was made of. For such a cheap price I wasn’t expecting it to be this nice!! The quality is just as good if not better than any bathing suit I’ve ever bought from target or anything other department store, literally for half the price!! Very satisfied with my purchase 👍👍

Horrible-plus sizes. Lately I’ve been getting ads for CUPSHEs new plus size stuff and I got very excited since there’s not many trendy plus size stuff for teens. I downloaded the app and looked and the sizes only went up to a 2X. I thought, yea I’m usually between a 2X and 3X (22-24US) so this’ll be fine. I then look at the size chart and notice that a 2X on this site is the equivalent of a 12-14US. This is very upsetting because most brands don’t even start calling clothes plus sizes until you get around to size 18. I would hardly call this plus sized and think some serious rebranding would need to be done in order for me to ever support this complaint again. If the sizing wasn’t bad enough, the adds I saw were ones saying “all bodies look beautiful in bikinis” and then to see the hypocrisy once I actually reached their site is honestly embarrassing.

I’m neutral. I ordered about 7 swimsuits from this company and they came just perfectly. I just didn’t dig in them because their bottoms are rather large and I am unusually skinny. No problem. When I attempted to return these suits, they would not let me. In fact they made me pick out ten more suits off their websites for compensation. I truly just wanted my money back and to return the suits. Although their efforts were nice, it was still poor customer service because I felt like what’s the point of me picking out ten more when I know none will fit me anyway, right? I told them that. They STILL would not allow me to return them. Like I said, I’m neutral. The efforts were there, but my requests were not met- and it’s not like they were difficult requests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company, but I also would not tell others to turn away for them. Just know what you might get yourself into when choosing to purchase from their brand.

Best customer service and user friendly. Cupshe has the best customer service in a company I’ve ever experienced especially with returns. The app is very user friendly. You can chat with customer service. These swimsuits are great quality at a fraction of the price. I just spent over $120 on one swimsuit that I’ll be returning because I bought 5 Cupshe suits for that price and they are higher quality and way better fit. Shipping is quick only a few days. I’ve requested a return before on one that just didn’t fit my body right and they let me keep the suit and get credit for a new one! I love that there are review photos of real people.

Amazing Steal with great Quality. I had downloaded the app a while back since I was looking for new bathing suits for an island vacation I was going on. I got both a white one piece and blue bikini. Both arrived just in time for my vacation and I loved both. Make sure when ordering though you read the reviews to verify what size you should order. That’s what I did and it helped tremendously. In bikinis I size up, especially if you tend to be B-D cup size. Bottoms fit great as well. As for the one piece, I ordered a small and it fit great, and I may have even been able to get away with an extra small. Prices were very reasonable and both were shipped quickly even when it was a holiday weekend. Would definitely order from them again and I have been recommending CUPSHE to all my friends.

Worst Customer Service Ever/ Buyer Beware!!!!. Literally on the verge of tears because of how frustrated I am with the customer service contact/process. I am in disbelief of how hard this process has been to get help with a refund. One they piece mail you with instructions and then tell you that they can’t do anything because you forgot to provide something when in fact that piece of information was not requested. Two I have never heard about any companies that do not provide return labels! We are living in the 21st century. Three, you have to pay for you own return and also you have to fight to get it. Truly disappointed by this whole ordeal as I had hoped that the product was indeed everything they say and more. But clearly it wasn’t!!! I will never order from CUPSHE again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know!!!!

Lovely App. - Quality, Variety, Affordable. My new go too summer app. So many options & there’s really something for everyone! The designs & fabrics are very unique, everything from swimwear, lingerie, coverups to big round towels. I once ordered the wrong size (completely my fault) customer service resolved it quickly. I’ve ordered 8 bikinis for myself....so far. I’m a size medium, I am 125 pounds and 5 foot four and they fit perfectly. My daughter is 13 years old & I’ve ordered her three appropriate bathing suits in a extra small, she’s 5 foot one and weighs 100 pounds. They’re perfect and always gets compliments.

Thank you cupshe. I’m 5’4” and I weigh about 160 lbs. I’m usually a size medium, but I purchased the extra large because it’s quite small. This pair of bikini is definitely a great buy! Not only is it a great value, but it’s very flattering and comes in this beautiful lilac color (listed as violet purple). It’s comfortable because it doesn’t have that unflattering garterized bottom; instead, you get a seamless stretchable material that’s smooth and dries very quickly after a dip in the water. I also love that the top Is padded. You can Remove them, but I prefer not showing my nips off. I love them so much, I got them in red as well, Also the app is really great and worked well for me, thanks so much cupshe, I am sure I would buy again.

Truly an awesome brand!. I found out about this brand about 5 years ago and I have consistently purchased a bikini from them every year. Truly my all time favorite bikinis I’ve come across. They are super good quality and styles! I have yet to be disappointed. I definitely recommended checking this app out. Most of the purchases come with both top and bottom from $20-$30, which is about the average price just for one of those pieces in most stores. I personally find the quality from CUPSHE better than any bikini I’ve ever gotten elsewhere.

Dangerous to the Wallet. This app is great!! Easy to use which makes it a danger to my wallet!! So easy to scroll through all of their cute swimwear. I have ordered twice from them and I have loved all my purchases. The suits fit great accurate on size and super stylish!! I love how the one pieces are actually long enough for the average sized girl. I’m 5’5” and most the time I can’t find a one piece suit that doesn’t ride up and leave me pulling at it and uncomfortable in the water. Their bikinis fit great too. I have big hips but they seem to fit perfectly. The prices are great which makes it so easy to buy more than one!! Love it!!

THE ONLY SWIMSUIT SHOP A GIRL NEEDS!. I love Cupshe because the quality of their swimwear is unmatched. The first swimsuit I ordered, I fell in love with, and have bought about four more! The colors don’t fade, and they fit extremely well. I also love the fact that they are really affordable and sell swimsuits in sets rather than just separate pieces, because most places sell them separately and are way more expensive. But I also love that you have the option to buy separated if you want to as well!! Overall, the Cupshe brand is my favorite and the app is also super user friendly and makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I’m obsessed 🤩 thanks Cupshe!

CUPSHE is great!. I am always looking for a good deal! Sometime that means I buy cheap things because they are cheap. But not with CUPSHE! I have now used their app twice to make purchases and have been super thrilled with the results! Everything is well made and totally adorable! I never have to compensate for quality! I also love that the bikinis come together! You don’t have to purchase them separately like most retail stores! Also, the customer service is really nice and user friendly. My first swim suit was a little small so I have to exchange it. Customer service helped me along the process and made it an easy experience :) I have since recommended CUPSHE to many of my friends! I will continue to use CUPSHE for all of my swimsuit needs :)

Nice suits bad app. Most of the suits I bought from them last year were really good and fit well. There was one that didn’t love my body that I ended up giving away, and I actually turned on a lot of my friends to their merchandise also. The problem is not with their swimwear or shipping or prices, it’s with the CUPSHE app itself. It keeps getting worse and worse, everything is super slow to load, or doesn’t load at all, and crashes all the time. I have a brand new phone and all my other shopping apps work just fine, it’s something wrong with the tech on this app that makes shopping impossible. I finally gave up, so I’ll have to find another vendor for my swimsuit needs until they fix their bugs. Too bad!

Absolutely LOVE it. I was very skeptical when I first ordered these, I knew that Cupshe was a valid site but wasn’t sure how the suits would fit. Normally I need to buy a small top and medium bottoms, so not having the option for that was a little nerve wracking. I ended up purchasing two suits and ordered them both as mediums. They fit absolutely perfectly, but I would definitely say that their suits run a bit small (perfect for the medium top). I got them for a great price, and the only downfall was in length of shipping time and no updates on shipping. Would definitely recommend Cupshe because they have affordable and cute suits!!

Love it!. I love this app and Cupshe in general! I kept shopping on the mobile version of the website when I would get Cupshe ads in Instagram and Facebook and it wasn't saving my cart selections. The app made my life so much easier by saving my cart and products that I looked at earlier. The sort and filter functions work well and I like that there are app-only specials sometimes - it makes me feel very valued as a customer. Like another review I read, it would be nice if products in the cart linked back to the product page. I also think it would be cool if I could specify my sizes and the app would default to my size every time I view a suit. These are minor suggestions - I love Cupshe and I'll continue to buy your suits, now even easier with my app :)

I love cupshe!. I have purchased several swimsuits from cupshe over the last few months. Luckily all but one of them have fit perfectly. When I purchased the one that did not fit, I was able to get a voucher to purchase another, and the voucher was worth more than what I paid for the original suit I bought. It did take some emailing back and forth with customer service before we reached a solution, however I was happy with the result. I do wish there was a customer service number you could call to handle situations like that, it would be easier. But overall my experience with cupshe has been great!

Great customer service. I had ordered a few suits from the site for an event I had coming up. I was excited to get them but then found out that the USPS had lost my package! I had emailed customer service to notify them and to recommend maybe a different carrier. Without even asking, CUPSHE gave me a credit equal to the amount I had spend to get replacement suits! Finally got the suits I had ordered (USPS didn’t lose them this time!), and I loved them! I got a small in all suits and am 5’2 and 217lbs. Really great quality! Will definitely use them in the future!

10/10 recommend. I’ve bought 4 swimsuits from here so far and love them all. I know it can be a hit or miss buying bathing suits online not knowing how they might fit, however the customer service here is exceptional and I’m really impressed. The bathing suits are great quality and are flattering. I usually only shop at target for bathing suits but I grew tired of buying a suit and seeing a bunch of other women wearing the same one! As far as customer service, one of the bathing suits I bought ran a little small on me and I received a generous coupon for the next time I buy a swim suit. I also have been searching for a specific bathing suit and emailed about it, and was told the specific release date of it not long after I sent the email. Quick responses. A reliable company and I’m happy I found them!

Returns are a nightmare. I ordered a size medium and am usually a small in most suits. It was so tight it hurt. The sizing in this suit was way off. It took me two weeks to process a return. I received no confirmation email after placing my order and was unable to track my expedited shipping. I also did not receive a packing slip with my order. They continually told me they could not find my order, and I was unable to provide an order number, therefore, I could not return it. I said I would dispute the charge through PayPal (how I paid) then they very quickly found my order, after multiple messages of “I’m sorry, we show no record of your order.” They only replied to my initial email return request by saying “We will send an email with directions” but never did. I emailed them twice and still nothing but recognition and a promise to send an email with return directions, which I never received. After several days, I realized that if I downloaded the app, I could see they were messaging me through the app. Every time (5 times to be exact) they said my app/account log in dis not work and required me to reset it. I loved the suit...it was just too small. Had planned exchange it but after all this trouble, I will take my money elsewhere. So frustrating. I told several friends about my frustrations and they too experienced the “run around” with returns. I would pay double the price to not have the stress. Take your money elsewhere.

Cupshe... Definitely!. Was a bit leery on purchasing swimwear from a online site but after much contemplation I finally did it! I must say I could not be happier than I am with my purchases! I took a chance and ordered 3 suits is different styles. The pricing with Cupshe is unbeatable, checkout process was easy and my suits arrived within days of placing the order! I was extremely surprised that the sizing chart was very accurate and my suits fit PERFECTLY! I was so happy with the overall experience of my first purchase and the products itself that I placed ANOTHER order for 3 more suits! Look no further. I can’t thank cupshe enough. In a world where everything is going digital it makes it scary to shop online for clothes without trying stuff on. Especially when women’s sizes are NEVER the same. I however ordered a bathing suit from cupshe and it didn’t fit right (had cut outs that were a little too tight for me). Their customer service was incredible and let me get a new one in which I LOVE! Fits perfect! The quality is outstanding and the price you really can’t beat! I will definitely be using them for all my suit needs and recommend them to friends and family.

Beautiful bathing Suits. When I stumbled across the CUPSHE app I was hesitant to download or buy anything from them at first but I am Soo glad I did. I have now purchased 8 bathing suits from them and I have more saved in my cart. The app is very easy to use and the quality of the suits are amazing. So many different styles to choose from I’m sure you will find one or more that you will want. On top of great prices their customer service is out of this world amazing and respond quickly to any questions you have. If your on the fence about it just download the app and buy one item I’m sure you will not be disappointed!!

Hacked???. Update: Apparently, there was a problem with the tracking system. I didn’t receive my bathing suits on time even though i paid 5 dollars extra for it to be sent between 5-7 days, but it was like the 12th day before i even got them. oh and thanks cupshe for writing this update which wasn’t true at all.😘 you just got exposed! i had to change it to be real with whoever is going to buy from your company. and i didn’t get a compliment which is a TOATAL LIE SO JUST STOP. have a great day😚❤️❤️ I bought 2 swimsuits and i was able to track it on cupshe. then after a few days it said to contact customer service. I tried to log onto cupshe with my email and it said no email has been found. On the app it has my email and password on it but when you click on “my account” and then “settings” at the top it says “Acount Linked Mailbox” there was only 1 “c” in account instead of 2. does this show up on yours? does that mean cupshe has been hacked or is it a simple mistake? has any of this happened to you? sorry for the questions, just freaking out at the moment.😂😩

Amazing. I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely buy from you in the future and I have already referred friends to buy as well. I ordered two suits and I was a little skeptical to order online at first but as a mom of two I was looking sir a suit that helped me feel confident and sexy. I'm 5'5 and 140lbs and I loved that many of your suits are modeled by different body types. Both of my suits were delivered before the expected due date, are made with high quality that will last and make me feel amazing! Thank you again!!!

Great online swim shop. I first discovered Cupshe when I was looking for home decor ideas on Pinterest. I kept seeing their ads of cute and stylish swimsuits, so one day I finally decided to check them out (so glad I did!!). At first I was a bit skeptical to make a purchase on this online swim shop as I thought it might be one of those scam companies and wasn’t sure if all the customer reviews were real or not. But I made a purchase anyway because I saw a one-piece swimsuit I really liked a lot! The swimsuit actually came in the mail in less than 2 weeks and I loved it! Will definitely return to Cupshe again in the future for cute and affordable swimwear!

Nice quality/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The quality of the suit I ordered was great it was just big so I ordered a different size and contacted the customer service department to get a refund for the first suit. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and I get the same word for word general email reply about having two options for a return and to reply back to them with which option I would like. I replied back to them with all the information they requested about my order informationand which option I would like for my return and then nothing! They will not email you back!!! Buyer beware!!! If you make a purchase I hope there is nothing wrong with your order because all this company will do it give you the run around and you will never see a dime back!!!

Absolutely love 👙. New favorite swim suit shop! They have such a great selection of swimwear and they are amazing quality. Did I mention that shipping is free and quick, I live in Cali and it took maybe 5 days at most to receive. Did have to exchange my first suit because of a minor issue but there customer team was on it and super helpful in making sure to get me my new suit! Bathing suite looks great on me, didn’t have to size differently than my normal size. I was hesitant at first because I’m really picky on swimmers but I’m excited to have found this site and will be purchasing from this site in the future!

Love. Pretty sure by now 90% of my swim suites are from Cupshe. I love all of them, they’re good quality for the price and cute. I wish there were a bit more styles with cup support, sometimes the tops take a little adjusting or don’t round out as good as they could in top, for the girls. But other than that love what I have. I’ve also lost a lot of weight and was unsure of size this season but whatever I needed to return because I was wrong was easy and simple. I also have some cover ups and dresses from them, all I have liked and decent quality.

Poor customer service. While I’m happy with the suits quality, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I purchased 7 suits to try on. I fell in love with 2, and wanted to return 5. For one there was no mention of their “less than desirable” return policy routine. And two I followed all the extremely ridiculous instructions to return the 5 suits and I have only received 1 refund, and they keep responding to my other emails with responses that don’t even match my initial email. Example- they responded to one of my return request emails with- “we are sorry your package has been lost, please check around outside of house and with neighbors to see if your package is around, otherwise it’s on it’s way.” It’s very hard not to lose patience with an online only company that does not accommodate their customers when purchasing and returning suits. I would not have purchased 7 suits, had I known this would be such a headache. Again, the suits are good quality (however I don’t know how they hold up over time since I haven’t worn them anywhere yet) but I suggest buying 1 or 2 suits at a time in case you don’t get your money back. Also, suits run small. I’m a medium and the larges mostly fit well, but a few L were even snug, hence the returns.

GREAT APP. I used to buy bathing suits in stores but ever since my friend told me about this app I have only bought from CUPSHE! The bathing suits are SO GREAT, with awesome designs and great quality. I ran into a problem one time where I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I joined the chat room and they fixed it immediately and sent me the right size. I also ordered a top and it was too small so I again joined the chat and were VERY helpful by giving me store credit for me to reorder the right size again. I have never experienced this great of a customer service from an app before so I applaud you guys for being so great at it.

Amazing Quality and Affordable. I have quite a few bathing suits from CUPSHE!! They are amazing, flattering, and comfortable, while also made of super great material! The swimsuits are not cheaply made they are nice and well made, especially for the prices! I love the mix and match options, the many different styles and patterns! One swim suit I was keeping an eye on went out of stock, I contacted customer service to see if they will ever restock it. They got back to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately the swimsuit was not going to be on the shelves any longer, but I still found some great deals!!

Good Quality & Experience. At first I was worried about not being able to select each design & size of the two piece swimsuits. I realized I liked the styles & selections they have so I got something unique. Then it was the sizes I was worried about because I usually get bigger bottoms. I ordered a size based on their size chart & have been wearing this swimsuit all summer long! If I could change anything, it would be to offer different sizes for each piece, but I have no complaints on the one I got!! The ordering process was easy & I got the swimsuit in a short timeframe after ordering! I was a little worried not ordering from a big name brand like I’ve done in the past but it was overall really good!! I’m totally ordering more from them soon & have referred them to my friends, too!!!

Great quality and amazing prices. I love these swim suits. Since I have my own pool and I travel frequently to the Caribbean, I go thru swimsuits like crazy. I was tired of paying $75 and up for cute swimwear. I ran across this company in a google search and I’m so glad I did. I have ordered around 10 suits so far. My only negative comment is I wish you could buy separate top and bottom. The medium top is perfect but the bottoms are too big. The small bottoms are perfect but the tops are small. I can still wear the small but end of with a wardrobe malfunction if I’m not careful. I definitely recommend CUPSHE.

Stay away!. If you’re reading this save you Money!!! I dislike this company with all my might and will make sure I tell all my friends to avoid them. They are scammers and will withhold information when you need to return. They could have had a loyal customer but BLEW IT. There’s no free returns at Cupshe. The chat can not handle simple requests when asked and are quick to leave the chat, rude. So In 2022, I don’t shop anywhere that doesn’t offer free returns. as I spend a lot on clothing annually. Or anywhere that tricks customers. They even bait you into believing their products have discount codes. You still end up paying for shipping. All of these positive reviews are FAKE. Real customers need to return things every now and then. Again stay away. Don’t bother replying your cancelled. Like your customer chat says after not helping you: HAVE A GREAT DAY 😄

I ❤️ CUPSHE! 😍. I’ve been looking at what Cupshe has to offer for a long time now and have always found their clothing line and swim wear to be very appealing to the eye. I just recently made my first purchase, and I’m LOVING the look and quality of the items, especially for the price point. The app was very easy to navigate and my wishlist is growing fast! ☺️ I do wish the app offered the option to select different sizes for bikini tops and bottoms. The shipping was pretty fast and the packaging is fantastic, although packing slips would be great to have in case a return or exchange is needed. All in all, it’s been a great shopping experience using the app, and I’m looking forward to place my next order!

Great quality and prices!. I was a little skeptical when I placed my first order that the quality would not be the best. I ordered three suits and received them in about a week. Not only was the quality great, the Fit was true to size and they are extremely cute! I immediately ordered three more! I have never ordered 6 bikinis and I have never been happy with each bathing suit I’ve tried on until now! I will be a customer for life! Pretty good!. I originally ordered one bathing suit, and it was a one piece. When I ordered I matched the measurements for a size medium, but the hips ended up being too big. I emailed the team asking about exchanges/returns, and they replied by saying I not only got a full refund for the suit, but I could keep it and the refund was store credit. Obviously I used the credit for another suit, this time a bikini, and I ordered a size smaller than what I thought would fit. I ordered it and it came in reasonable timing, and I ended up with 2 bathing suits, but I only had to pay for one. Both are amazing quality and after a few months I’ve started to fit into the one piece more. Would definitely recommend and buy again!!! (Order a size down!!!!)

BEST SWIMSUITS I’VE FOUND IN AGES. I have purchased multiple suits from Cupshe both one piece and two and I fall in love every time! The sizing is consistent and there are so many great styles to choose from. I also like how the material is carried from style to style so if you like a certain swim suit because of the material-you can always count on it being used for another style or kind as you keep scrolling. I was pretty skeptical to buy a swimsuit online especially without even trying it on but by going from their measurements and also from others honest reviews I was able to make my selection with ease. The price is super affordable and the fact that there are SO MANY STYLES makes Cupshe a win win in my book. I don’t buy from anyplace else now since finding this site. Love this company!. About two months ago, I was looking to buy new bathing suits for the summer. The store I used to shop for, stopped carrying bathing suits so I had to find a different company. I came across this website as an instagram ad, so I was a little hesitant, so I bought one and hoped for the best. About 5 days later my package arrives and I love the material. But I’m like okay there’s gotta be a catch here, let me try it on. And of course it fits perfectly. After that i purchased probably 5 more bathing suits and 2 cover ups and I’ve gotten so many compliments on both! I love love love this company and can’t wait to buy new suits next summer. Or even tomorrow.

Love the app! 2 things would make it PERFECT🙌. I wish I would have downloaded the app sooner! Love the recent updates🙌. It’s so easy to use and there are sometimes app-exclusive discounts which is definitely a plus👍. I also love that the app doesn’t have a fast refresh rate, which means I can lock my phone, take a call, switch to another app, and when I return, the app still remembers my last place (instead of returning to the home page like a lot of other clothing apps do). 2 small requests that I have are to combine all of the reviews that are also on the website for the same item, and also create the ability to click on items in the cart and have it link back to the item page (just like the site). This would be extremely helpful. Other than that, the app is awesome and I will continue to purchase from it!

Great app, great customer service. I have been using the app for about a year now and I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather shop for my swim suits. This season I’ve gotten 3 swim suits and a cover up. One of the swim suits actually ripped a little bit just after I got it and I contacted customer support. They offered me 3 different options for the “inconvenience” and it was handled quickly which is always nice. I tell everyone I know about CUPSHE and will continue to get swim suits from the company because I feel good in their products. I find it hard to feel good and confident in a lot of swim suits but with CUPSHE I’ve never had that problem. Love CUPSHE!

Absolutely adore. I was skeptical about ordering from this site at first because I didn’t know many people who had done it before and I needed my bathing suits quickly seeing I ordered only a week before I left for spring break. I ordered two bathing suits a yellow feathered yarn solid bikini set and a starfish bay denim bikini set. They arrived within 5 days of shipping and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the product. I absolutely love the fit of both bathing suits and I know others loved the suits as well seeing that I received about a million compliments on the bathing suits on and around the beach as well as on social media sites! Pictures of all Color options for same style/item. It would be helpful if there were models pictured with the items In size 8/10 & 12/14 for the items available in those sizes, Instead of just the size 2/4 Small models…their pictures are gorgeous but they tell me absolutely nothing about how the item will look in my body, and that’s the information I need to know to make a purchase, So, I often prefer to not make the purchase because of that. AND, It would be helpful in making a purchase decision if there were Pictures of all the Color options available for same style/item. Even if they’re digitally changed, as long as they are accurate to the color of the material.

An amazing product. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say, I cant compliment CUPSHE enough. I saw the “7-8 day” delivery time (FREE by the way!) and scoffed, thinking I wouldn’t see my purchase for at least 2 weeks (since I was ordering over Christmas, and live in Australia). Much to my surprise they arrived a couple days after Christmas, beautifully packaged in neat little ziplock bags. The fit was perfect, and they looked amazing. Favourite swimmers!. I love my togs! They are true sizing, they fit so well and are super comfy and not at all see through which is a major plus! And they always arrive within a few days, I never have to wait long and it’s great prices! Definitely ordering from them in the future.

Disappointed. The dress I purchased was good quality but the medium was advertised to fit a size 12/14 in actual fact it is more an 8/10. Having trouble now initiating a return as it is difficult to get a link.

Sizes Perfect. Received 3 articles of swimwear. Two one piece and one bikini. I’m extremely happy with the sizing. I’m a size 12 Aust and I ordered medium sizes for all. Delivery was perfect timing too. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was there really was no push up cups as mentioned in one of my items. I will need to now purchase inserts to make these items look better on me.

Love the CUPSHE app !!!. Out of all of my shopping apps this app has to be one of the easiest to navigate. All the different tabs also make it easier to come back to bathers you love as well as easing your way to finding ones that suit your preference. As well as having amazing and a wide variety of designs the prices are very reasonable compared to most swimsuit places. The quality is also amazing and they have bathing suits to suit every persons preference.

Buyer beware!!!. Prices are charged in whatever currency they choose and the actual price you are charged will not appear until it hits your bank statement!! Contacting the company has not helped. They think it ok to not declare the currency.

Need to work on the app. Can’t edit your cart once in there, including items from previous purchases that has been paid and delivered. Super annoying. You have to use the computer to make a purchase because of that and that beats the purpose of having a mobile app.

Vacation Haul. I ordered a bikini, one piece and a dress. The material for both bathing suits was great. The fit is true to size. If I’m doubt go to the smaller size. The dress is cute but it was the same quality as the SHEIN dresses I had ordered. So as much as I loved the dress I’m disappointed I paid more on CupShe for the same polyester material.

Highly Recommended to ALL women!!. I was a person that would only wear shorts and a tank top to swim, for years. I bought a hot tub and that became impractical because it was destroying my clothes, so I had to - begrudgingly - buy a bathing suit. I bought my first Cupshe on Amazon and LOVED it, I felt comfortable, it looked great and I wore it until it fell apart after a year (NOT a product issue, an “I swim in my hot tub daily” issue). When I went to replace it, that suit was sadly discontinued so I went to the Cupshe site and I am ADDICTED. This place LOVES women and our bodies!! I now have seven different styles of suits, all super flattering and I get compliments all the time! Cupshe has broken me out of my shell! I also now have several dresses, rompers and even body suits I’ll wear out and about - it all fits like a glove and is also great quality, nevermind I’d pay double what they charge! Recommend to EVERY woman out there!!

Payment issues always. Love almost everything I order from here and rarely have to return anything, it is great quality for price but issue with paying every time. Finally sorted it out today after an hour of fussing with it all. Frustrating.

Did not fit at all. Returning both items. I was excited with the possibilities, but neither of the suits I ordered fit at all and I will be returning them. Admittedly, one was “medium support” and one was “light” (I should know better!) but neither provided enough coverage or support. I could not get “the girls” to sit in the right spot in the cups with or without the “removable soft cups”. Both bottoms were on the too large side, though one I could have lived with if the top was good. Both suits had a similar style at the back, and the adjustable slide was going to dig into me anytime I sat in a chair with a back. Terribly disappointed!

Ms N. Have ordered several suits on this site. They have all been exactly as pictured and very decent quality for the price. To be honest I have been very pleasantly surprised. I read a lot of reviews on each suit I ordered to get an idea of coverage and the description on the suits are very accurate to what you receive. Shipping is moderately fast. Not really worth returning something that doesn’t fit however as it ends up costing almost as much as the suit (suits are not that expensive).

Great suits and great service!. It was my first time ordering from Cupshe and I did not get the correct size. I emailed customer service and they got back to me so quickly. They offered a store credit so that I could go online and reorder the correct size. I was so happy with their service that I actually ordered additional suits with this second order. Swim suits!. I absolutely love cupshe. The best thing is I feel more confident ordering here then going swim suit shopping. My favorite thing is the first time I ordered I got a couple different styles that I liked, tried them on & realized some weren’t flattering to my body type. I wrote cupshe and asked if they had any sort of return policy. The customer service was quick, friendly & accommodating! I refer everyone to cupshe. I am 5’3” & weigh 200 pounds, so I appreciate the confidence I’ve received from cupshe!

App changed my sizes. I placed an order. Reviewed everything and finalized the order. Looked at confirmation email after order was placed and noticed that the sizes changed. Emailed customer service within minutes and got an email back later that night telling me my order already shipped and I had to wait to return items. They didn’t even give me a chance they just said order is on the way. I tried to explain the app issue. I even told them that there were other reviews of this same issue (now that I looked on app). They just didn’t want to hear it. So now I have to wait for a bunch of suits that won’t fit then maybe I can get my money back? Not a good first impression!

BEST SWIMSUITS I LOVE CUPSHE!!!. Cupshe has a huge selection of sizes, styles, and great prices!! I am picky about swimsuits that I like to wear, but I was able to find a ton on this app that are so cute! When I received my swimsuit I was happy to see that quality of the swimsuits are great! The prices can’t be beat for the quality, and it’s one of the few places that I can order from and it fits like I expect it to. Also, this app is super easy to use and helps you find exactly what you need and more. I recommended this app to all of my friends!

Excellent Customer Service and Great Style suits. I have ordered a number of bathing suits for myself and several for my daughter as well. The styles are great. I love the variety of styles offered for different body types. When I wear a CUPSHE suit, someone always compliments. There were a couple that didn’t fit as well up top as I would have liked, however, the customer service I received was prompt, courteous and I ended up getting another in its place. Swimsuit shopping doesn’t have to be the worst. I HATE trying in suits. The last few summers my first stop has been cupshe for quality and unique swim pieces that make me happy, i feel cute it, and always get tons of compliments on. Best swimsuit I’ve ever had. Love Cupshe swimsuits so much! They make me feel confident about my body! And actually make me want to go swimming! Most swimsuits I have had before have made me not want to step foot outside wearing them. But Cupshe swimsuits are different they make me want to show off my body and have people look and me and comment on my swimsuit! I would totally recommend to anyone! Stole my money and ignored my emails. VERY disappointed with my experience with cupshe. Thought I could trust it since I see my fave you tubers do hauls but I was wrong. Ordered a suit 6 weeks ago (shipping says 7-10 days) and received no tracking information, then when I asked for it after about two weeks I was infact compensated 10 dollars in credit, which I won’t be needing since I have no plans to make any future orders. I still have zero info on the whereabouts of my suit and I don’t see myself getting it, mostly since MY LAST THREE EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. This is some very poor customer service, wish I could give insight to the quality of the suit but I don’t even have it 🤷🏼‍♀️ very disappointed and won’t be buying again

Never owned a bikini…until NOW!. I just turned 40 and have lost 100# over the last 5 years. I’ve never owned a bikini in my adult life and decided it was time before a trip to Mexico (YIKES!) Cupshe APP. I’ve purchased two bathing suits from here. It’s always a scare to buy a bathing suit online, because they never fit right. You have no worries with Cupshe! They fit great and they’re stretchy! I bought a one piece and a two piece and I don’t have a single complaint! It arrived at my door in 3 business days in cute packaging 😍 The quality is great! I’ve wore them several times over the summer! It’s like it’s made to perfectly fit your curves and hide all of that extra fat you don’t want people to see. ☺️

Great Customer Service. I had heard so many great things about CUPSHE from girlfriends and loved their styles so I decided to take a chance! I never EVER order bathing suits online because my top is much larger than my bottom. I found a suit that looked the most supportive and love the print and ordered! Sadly it wasn’t big enough on top and two big on bottom. I went through the very easy return policy with no problem and will be checking in frequently to see if they have added any big bust supportive styles! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Love it. I was skeptical about this app and the bathing suits but my first order was 2-3 bathing suits which were awesome, better than expected and for a great price. I ended up not liking one as much and requested a refund which was an easy process with rapid response times. Definitely recommend buying bathing suits here although the sizes can get tricky because you can only get one size for both top and bottom(when bought as a set) which doesn’t always fit the same if your body isn’t the same size top and bottom.

Very impressed!. I ordered three bathing suits from them, totally unsure if any would fit. Two out of three fit perfectly and I couldn’t love them anymore than I do. The quality of the bathing suits are amazing, and the fit is pretty true to size. My swimsuits are so comfortable and I got a ton of compliments on them. When it came to returning my third one the customer service was more than exceptional in handling the matter with me and I walked away extremely happy! I will definitely get bathing suits from here again!

Swimsuits. I love the site especially for swimsuits sometimes you can enter change the tops with bottoms it would be even nicer if we had the option to order the top in a different size than what we need the bottoms in. As for example I am pretty large and the top area very small on the bottoms..... but will make do for now that would be my one and only complaint your site has beautiful good quality items. Great customer service. I’ve bought 2 dresses here so far. Quality is great and they are both very pretty. I had an issue with my address(my fault) on the first order, contacted customer service via the live chat feature and it was fixed straight away. And that was on a Sunday!! Orders come quickly too, within a week. I love how you can check in daily for points and use them on your orders. I’ve saved $10 each on both my orders.

Absolutely Love. I have purchased 12-14 suits from Here over the last 2 years and I love them! They are so cute and unique. I think the suit sizes vary a bit. I buy small in the bikinis and full bathing suits and I wear a 34C cup and a size 2 in shorts/pants. The price is amazing for the quality that they are. I haven’t gotten one that I don’t love they are fun one of a kind and if you travel a lot you can purchase multiple at a time for the price of 1 at any other retailer. They are a bit cheeky so expect to get a little more sun and always wear sunscreen!

LOVE. I ordered my first CUPSHE suit months ago and was sooo pleased when it came in. The quality alone before I even put it on felt so good and like it was really going to last and then it fit so well tooo! I’m 5’9 and I weigh about 155 I ordered a one piece in a size medium and it’s been great! Depending on the style I might go back and forth between a medium and large but the medium seems to be great. Months later I’m still loving it, and it’s become my favorite suit i own. I will definitely be ordering more from the site. It’s so affordable, comfortable, and super stylish. Overall love!!

1st time cupshe shopper!. I bought a bathing suit from cupshe and received it 2 weeks- I absolutely love it!!! I did take out the cups in the suit which made it cater to my upper body better but overall a great bathing suit! Also I am 5’10 and 155lbs. and have curves so it’s not always easy finding a suit that truly caters to all your needs but this is now a favorite of mine!! Have been thinking of doing a haul on this brand and will certainly do that as I acquire more pieces but so far love this!!! I for sure have recommended it to my friends and family 😍❤️👙

Fabulous 👍🏼. The app is great because it's so easy to navigate, and cupshe swimsuits are absolute quality! I was pretty apprehensive upon ordering, because I had never heard of cupshe before and have had bad online experiences previously, but I just had to have the suit that'd been plastered all over my social media! That suit is now by far one of my favorite suits, it's exactly what was depicted, its quality, and fit true to their sizing! I will definitely be purchasing more suits from them in the future 😁

Pure Usability of the app/shopping experience. The for the most part shopping on the app is easy. If you are a mismatch on top and bottom for sizing this makes it extremely difficult to try and shop for two pieces as they need to be ordered as a pair. It would be great to have an area for separates that one can buy only a top or bottom. Also there are things which can be done to improve the shopping experience. 1) when filtering your search by size, you should remove the suits which are “out of stock” for those sizes. 2) when you do select a specific suit the size (if only one was selected) should default in as the size. I’m surprised at the quality!. I received my swimming suit and dress so quickly! I wasn’t sure what the quality would be because the prices are very reasonable. I am so excited to wear this dress! It fits perfectly! This is also the first one piece swimming suit that I have purchased in my life. And I was really concerned because it’s high waisted and that’s not really my thing, but it looks amazing as well. Amazing App. 100% would try again!. Hi, I’m going to be 100% honest with you. But, I love this app so much, you can get so many beautiful swimming suits or bikinis in such a great quality and great price. The app is super easy to use and, so far I haven’t found any bugs yet. This app gives you plenty of sales on bikinis, so its a good chance that your favorite bikini would be on sale :) Also, their emailing gives you plenty of updates and offers. I think this app deserves a 5 star rating, and I would totally recommend showing this to a family member or friend❤️

My new go-to store. I’ve always seen a ton of ads for Cupshe and loved the look of the swimsuits, but was always skeptical about the material/fit/quality/etc.. Recently bought a one-piece and some athletic wear and absolutely fell in love with Cupshe! The quality is amazing and everything looked so good on me. Shipping was quick and they always have great deals and sales on everything. Currently working on my 3rd haul from them!

In addition to being the highest quality for the best price available, I have never encountered any issues when ordering from them! Dishonest company. I purchased three swim suits in March and didn't get the chance to try them on until right before I left for my wedding in May (planning a destination wedding and all) and emailed the company about two of the swim suits not fitting well. They provided me with two options, one of which I chose as a refund option. As a reply to my acceptance of their refund option that they sent me, their email said they were no longer offering me the refund. Yes, this is AFTER they said they would work with me. So now I have two brand new, never worn suits that I don't know what to do with. Only one swim suit fit my large chest. Just be aware that after you give this company money, they will not work with you if you have any problems. Not happy. Will be purchasing swim suits elsewhere.

Cupshe. My order was placed on the 20th of June… it’s taken two weeks for my 5-7 days of “expedited shipping”. It’s the 4th of July and it’s still not here and they are now saying the 7th it just keeps changing but at least now it’s updating the shipping tracking. I’m not pleased and I’ve contacted them twice about my order since the 5-7 day mark. My coworker ordered two- three days after my order placement and had it sent to my house ……. it has been delivered for about 10 days now. Hoping to have them before my trip……

Love this app!. Absolute best quality swimsuits for a GREAT price, so many different styles for many different body types! Not only do I love the company but the app makes it even easier to shop, being able to like items to save for later and easy tracking of orders is so convenient! LOVE CUPSHE QUALITY. Over everything else from this online store, I think the quality of their swim suits are amazing, especially for the price! Way better than other online stores. Also, was pleasantly surprised that their clothing worked out quite well for me too. Read the reviews and compare your sizing with the models. Returns are an issue sometimes but you will figure it out as they offer store credit.

Love the app and can’t get enough of their swim line. Starting with the app it is so easy to navigate and so far no issues. I love how they display each item on it and how cute their app design is. Onto the swim line, I am a plus size girl and the fit is just perfect!! It’s super hard to find a brand that has something the accentuates my curves and supports the girls for a good price. The fabric is great quality and the variety of designs are adorbs! Can’t get enough of this brand! Big plus, I got free shipping!

Poor customer service/app mistakes. I should have read reviews before purchasing. App kept glitching and didn’t have all the swimsuits I saw on the website. I finally had a cart of three swimsuits total, went to purchase, and was billed for two of the SAME swimsuit, and another. The third swimsuit disappeared. Contacted customer service- via email, because surprise- there’s no phone number. No one responded. I finally had an email at 4 in the morning the next day that my order shipped, and surprise again- that’s when a ‘person’ immediately responded in an email not 5 minutes later that there was nothing they could do. I questioned back how I go about returning botched swimsuit mistake... no response.

Perfect fits for curvy 50+year old ( or any age). If you’re tired of seeing itsy bits teeny weeny bikinis & not ready for grandma big & baggy style suits, then Cupshe has just what you’re looking for! On a recent trip to Mexico with my family, I felt confident & body positive sunning at the beach, swimming in the ocean & even snorkeling. I ordered a one piece suit, a two piece suit & a crochet cover up. They all were flattering, had coverage & support in all the right places, had quality material & adorable prints & were stylish as well!

I want more!. A coworker ordered 5 swimsuits, which arrived in less than a week,and she loved the all. What are the chances of that!! Loving all of them? So I ordered a bikini, which arrived in 3 days, and I was so impressed...good quality, great colors and perfect fit. I’m 5’7” and DD and 160 lbs athletic physique and Large fit just right. Surprisingly Impressed. I didn’t have high hopes for this company because I assumed the prices were too good to be true! Not only are all the swimsuits I’ve received so far good quality, but they’ve all been so flattering and cute. I’ve bought 4 so far, 2 of which I purchased the wrong sizes, but I had no problem with customer service and they were very accommodating and understanding, despite what I’ve read from other reviews. I will for sure be purchasing more from this company in the future!

Love Cupshe. This summer I made it a priority to find a swimsuit that I loved and fit me well. I searched everywhere and then came across this website/app! I was nervous about buying a swimsuit off line but Cupshe answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I purchased two swimsuits, one two piece and a one price. App was user friendly and their customer service was amazing! I’ve already recommended this app and website to several of my girl friends who are on the hunt for that perfect swimsuit to help them feel confident! Love!!!

Get it together, inventory and app fails. Desperately wanting to shop with the app. If I miraculously find a suit that is not sold out, I still can’t add it to my cart because of app glitches. Product pictures and details don’t load, you can’t sort by in-stock or by specific items (I.e just halter tops, or just bottoms, or just cover ups.) Very user (shopper) unfriendly. Love what the brand is trying to do- providing fashionable swimwear at super affordable prices- but keep improving and get a better QA team to make sure the app is working. And if you don’t intend to ever restock an item, remove it! Or at least add a “predicted restock date”.

Great service personally. I recently bought 7 swimsuits from Cupshe and was delighted with the fits in all but 2. I wanted to exchange them for something a bit better for me and contacted them at 10pm that night. They promptly answered me and served me well when I told them my order number, request, and reason for exchange. The next day I had credit for the two swimsuits and I didn’t even have to send back the swimsuits I didn’t like! In the end I am quite pleased with my purchases and service from Cupshe.

Best Swimsuit App!. I absolutely love CUPSHE. I struggle with finding both a bottom & top fitting me - I’m a small but in most places, a small will barely cover me! However, CUPSHE has such a comfortable fabric, allows stretch, & helps me feel modest. I recommend this app for all ages! CUPSHE has a variety of swimsuits that are ALL cute. Also, the swimsuits actually look like the pictures. That’s uncommon. I have yet to order one that I wanted to send back! The shipping is quick & efficient; my mom & I have ordered from CUPSHE quite a bit & haven’t had one issue thus far. Also, did I mention the prices are incredible? It’s crazy! It’s around $25 for a top AND bottom. Usually, you’ll find a swimsuit top for $25 at the lowest. Once again, the fabric is great, so you are definitely getting a deal. Love, love, love! Unacceptable and Time Consuming. First and foremost I usually don’t write reviews. I will keep this short and simple. This app is super slow; literally 20 minutes to show me items that are sold out or are not in my size & no it’s not my connection or my cellular device. I’ve tried to filter the searches and it’s still the same issue. They have a lot of cute things, but I cannot buy anything because most of it is out of stock or not in my size. Some items are only showing one size (such as S) while on other items it showcases all sizes (xs-xl). Honestly I rather spend hours shopping and trying everything on verses waiting for this application to work and to provide me the filtered search that I modified for my conviene.

YESSS. so, i’ve gotten one bikini from cupshe for the past two summers, and let me just say i go swimming as often as i can just to wear the suit. they have SO many options, in different styles, colors, and sizes. it isn’t like a physical store where you have x amount of choices and you can only get it if they have your size. they have anything and everything. i also love how engaging their instagram and customer service is. they constantly do giveaways and feature people who wear their suits. cupshe is perfect. okay bye.

Best site!!. I’ve ordered 3 suits from here. All have been great quality. Last week I ordered a separate top and bottom. With a trip to go on next weekend. The bottom was a tad to small I don’t have time to ship back and wait on a size up. They sent me a coupon for the price of the bottom and I paid for fast shipping so even with the issue I will still get my suit in time for my trip!! Great quality, great customer service!

Easy to use app and good customer service. I was unsure about purchasing from Cupshe originally. The prices are fantastic especially if you understand that these items are made for one or maybe two seasons. If you enjoy having several options in your summer wardrobe Cupshe is for you.
